Wes in the service department was great. He greeted me promptly, was very pleasant and well spoken, and very knowledgeable. He discovered that our problem was just a loose electrical connection(my fault) and addressed it right there in the greeting area! I appreciate his honesty and integrity. They could have made a bigger deal about solving the issue and charged us. But Wes was happy to help and didn't even feel it warranted any cost. I hope Earnhardt appreciates what a diamond they have in this man!

We had a negative experience at our neighborhood dealership in Tempe. I sent out an inquiry and Sarah Mattison quickly reached out to me. The vibes were totally different. She and Justin Drew were very professional, helpful and friendly on the phone. We decided to drive out to Mesa because of the way we were treated at Earnhardt Buick. Throughout our interactions, both on the phone and in person we were very happy with the sales process and we are thrilled with our new Enclave. Kudos to Justin, Sarah, and the sales manager who stayed late to complete our deal. Would highly recommend this dealership

Jay Underwood had a vehicle waiting for me to look at, Bob Moore took me on a test drive and walked me thru the options etc. Rip Rios did a fabulous job with paperwork and I was on my way in a few hours. I love my Buick Encore and would highly recommend it to others. My initial call was to Dodge Earnhardt expressing my concerns with a service issue with another car. Dodge listened and offered many options. He is the kindest most helpful person in the business. I will be back to purchase another car for my daughter within the next couple of months. I will continue to tell my coworkers, friends and family about my wonderful experience with Earnhardt Buick.

I'll tell you exactly why I had an "outstanding" experience. The salesman, Jerry, knew what he was doing! He knew all about the car I was interested in, he was RESPECTFUL in addition to being knowledgeable. He was polite and he was friendly. Another plus in your favor was the showroom tables and chairs were clean. That might seem trivial to you, but have you visited other dealerships lately? Chris the "behind the counter" manager worked with me to get the deal that made me say "yes." I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Since my Buick 2007 Lucerne was getting to be a regular resident at the service dept, I decided to get a new Buick. This decision was based on the positive sales experience I had in 2007 and the good service I had received from Mark Hibbert in service. The 2014 sales experience went well--I guess-- because the dealership had the car I wanted and I did not have to go through a long sales ordeal. I enjoyed working with Cole, Chad, Stacey and Mark H. I told Cole it would be the easiest sale he ever made and I believe for both of us it was! I enjoyed meeting, in addition to those already cited, Cole's baby kitten sleeping in the desk drawer.

It is unclear why it took 90 minutes to correct the radio on/off issue. On a separate issue, it is unclear why GPS driving directions software is not available for customers to buy (non Onstar).

Upon realizing that my pickup was overheating, I called the service department at Earnhardt Buick GMC in Mesa to see if I could drop it off right then. I was only about a mile away. Steve Duffy, my trusted service guy was quick to reply to bring it right over. To further meet my needs, I received a ride to work while the dealership was able to identify the problem and fix it. By the time I finished work, I received a call to see if I needed a ride back to the dealership and that the work had been done. Earnhardt Buick GMC didn't miss a beat in helping me that day. I appreciate their professionalism and efficiency each and every time I bring my vehicle in for service; whether its for scheduled maintenance or an emergency, I know they will treat me right.

Our salesman, Kenny Parker, two managers, one was named Chris, and our finance person were excellent. We looked at the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Ford Explorer, Dodge Journey, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Chevrolet Equinox. I was looking for a v6 with power, two wheel drive, good ride and handling, braking, trailering, blue tooth technology, and price. And we got a very stylish vehicle.The Earnhardt Buick GMC was one of the better dealership we visited. Unfortunately, the Auto Nation Chevrolet dealership at Superstition Springs was the worst dealership I have ever been in! My original appointment was delayed by three days at the dealer's request. It worked out okay but it had not been my original plan. And, I had an oil leak that was the result of a defective oil filter that had been installed by Earnhardt. Also, I have an intermittent issue that they were not able to replicate--not their fault but frustrating all the same.

It was easy and quick using the phone, the net, and email. The survey about my wishes, and the credit pre-qualification are good ideas, too. Mr Rios and all the staff are very alert, helpful, well-informed, and pro-active. They even helped me with the Enterprise rental return. The Buick has a great smooth ride, and very quiet.

I'm very happy with my buying experience. The salesperson Roger Welin was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at, polite, helped me through the process and I feel he was genuine and sincere. He made my car buying experience easy and actually fun! I would highly recommend him and Buick GMC by Superstition Springs Mall.

Everything was excellant. Car was ready when promised. Only thing missing was the wash job which I get in Ca but do not know if I get that here. But I am still happy with the service I did receive

I was with someone who went to buy a car but I spotted the Buick Encore in the showroom, and the more I looked at it, the more I wanted one. The sales people were very helpful and Rip did an excellent job getting me financing that made my purchase affordable especially because I traded in a car that I only had 1-1/2 years and owed a considerable amount of money on it.

I am always extremely satisfied with the Service Dept. at Earnhardt. The staff always listens to my concerns and does the job to my satisfaction. Sometimes it might take a bit of time but it is well worth the wait and the lounge is very accommodating. Thanks so much for offering a completely satisfying experience. I have a lot of confidence in my Chevy Cruze because it gets the attention it needs. Thanks for your help. At my age it means alot.

we are from Michigan and we went on vacation to visit our nephew Chad McKee. While we were there we went to his dealership and purchased a Lacrosse.We drove home and had a wonderful adventure.Our car was clean and ready in a very appropriate time and we were on our way.We will be doing that again someday.Thank you for a car purchase we will not forget.

We thought everyone we met, was very accommodating, patient, friendly, and professional. We appreciated the care and service we received. We did not feel pressured and took our time finding what we really wanted. They were knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist us in getting everything we wanted in our new car. It was Christmas Eve and was expecting to be told it would be Friday before anything could be completed, but it was totally the opposite. We were greeted warming and told that they would be closing at 3:00pm but would try their best to fix the car. We picked up the car around 2:30pm was taken to check out and explained what had been done. Warm and pleasant was all the staff, wishing us the best and sending us on our way to spend the holiday with our family. They were wonderful and made a bad situation turn into a very easy fix and very professional service. Thank you to the entire Earnhardt Buick staff.

On December 23 I began to experiencing a vehicle battery concern on my Buick Lacrosse. I had to called emergence road service to provide a battery jump. After road service ,I immediately went to Earnhardt Buick for vehicle service. I did not have an appointment but was hoping to gain service. I had a concern due to late schedule meeting on my own with a disability serviceman on a V.A. Claim. Once arrived, I was introduced to a Service Advisor Weston Lange (88249) who I explained my problem. He offers a leased vehicle if service could not be render in the expected time allow. Everyone who assisted with me buying my new car were exceptional, especially Bob Moore . I liked the way Bob was very patient , calm and not pushy with me . A new car is a HUGE investment and it is nice when someone understands you want it to be the right move . " Pushy" people turn me off and I am so glad I did not encounter any of that. I have always been taken care of by Steven Duffy.. He has always got my truck back to me ahead of the promised time. Always willing to take the time to explain anything I ask regarding my truck. I never have to wait more than 1 to 2 minutes for a service writer to greet me. This is why I always come back.

I took my Enclave in to Steven Duffy for a replacement of a turn signal lamp. Steven greeted me with a friendly smile. He was able to have the repair made and see that I was on my way in a timely manner. Good job Steven!!

Your service person, Jeremy Corrie, has looked after us very well. We had dealt with him last year and reurned because of him. To his credit he addressed John Mellen in the conversations but also included myself, Alana Mellen, (the owner of the vehicle). We are extremely impressed by him and his professionalism and have handed his card to others in our park.

I am very impressed the way they treat a customer even the returning ones for service. They always make you feel special. I also noticed how they treat customers that have gone somewhere else. They never make you feel bad. They are the best that I have had over the last 25 years. I always recommend this place if they are looking for honest and great service.

Dropped Vehicle Off. Was Given Ride Home. They phoned when car was ready . Picked me up and took me to shop. Car was serviced to request made. Personal was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

The GPS system has never functioned correctly and yet I'm told it will take $2,000.00 to repair or replace it. Do used car junk yards salvage GPS systems for resale? Is there anyway to replace the system for less money?

First of all you are so lucky to have a person like Mark Hibbert on your staff. This guy is a true professional. If he is not there for some reason I come back another day. Mark greets you with a smile and always has something nice to say befor asking you what he can do for you. Then calling you by name sends you in for a coffee and a breakfast treat. If he finds something that I was not aware of he comes and tells me. I know that if he says I need something I do it because I trust him and know full and well that he would not sell me something I did not need. I shop at Earnhardt because of Mark. If I needed a new auto I would ask him who to see that would best fit my needs befor even starting the process. Also the nice lady (sorry I do not know her name) at the cashier counter is a jewel for sure. Most places they just shove the paper at you and wait to get paid saying nothing. Not this nice lady who always has something nice to say. Yes I shop at Earnhardt because of the people that work there not because of the dealership you can find them anywhere. My next visit to your dealership I am going to meet the custodian who keeps things sooooooo clean that a person could eat off the floor. Great employes great business don't ya think? Chuck Sheldon

I pulled up Steve came out to my car greeted me by name took great care of me and my vehicle ! Waiting area is great used the wifi had a bottled water they had goodies out if you wanted them. It was an extremely comfortable situation they even washed my car!

Mark was my service advisor this past saturday 11/23/13. Mark has been taking care of me since I bought my first vehicle there back in 1999. He goes out of his way to help me get-in and get-out in a timely manner. Mark is kickass!

I scheduled service for 3:30 and showed up about an hour early and they got my vehicle in right away and completed the requested work in a timely manner. I was happy with the cost as well. I wish they had a store for gadgets and accessories.

Rod Yamamato was the reason i chose Earnhardt! Outstanding no-hassle sales experience that deservedly earned our business over all the other competing dealers. From Sales Manager Chad to Lot Attendant JJ, everyone was great. Follow up visits to service to address minor issues (TPMS programming and crossed thread on aftermarket wheel) were handled efficiently, as well. Very impressed with the willingness of both sales and service to schedule and honor appointment times that are convenient for the customer.

This was by far the best buying experience I've ever had while buying anything. I felt as if I was being taken care of by family not only before the sale but after the sale as well. I was in and out of the dealership with my new vehicle purchased in an hour easily and that included the test drive and trade of my used vehicle. I would personally recommend that if your in the market for a new GM vehicle that you talk to either Rip Rios or Jay Underwood at Earnhardt GMC for the purchase of your next vehicle.

I was at the service department for a small problem with my windshield washer bottle that was leaking on my 2011 Buick Enclave, while waiting I talked to Tony Chacon about possibly trading my Enclave for a 2013 model, Tony was quick to get me a quote for trading up, very fast and efficient. The service writer Mark Hibbert is very good at his job.
