I was visiting family in Indy from out of town and needed a new tire. Dryer & Reinbold service staff was honestly the best I ever encountered - all around. I cannot say enough about how great the service advisors are! Both Elijah and Alex do a great job of taking care of you, keeping you informed about what is going on with your vehicle and making sure the experience is as pleasant as possible. In addition, Jim Barth is an outstanding sales advisor (now manager!) who helped me buy my car with ease and still takes care of me. They don't forget you as soon as they close the sale! You really can't ask for a better team than Dreyer & Reinbold MINI. With such great individuals on the case, getting car service performed is almost something to look forward to! UPDATE: I just picked up my third MINI yesterday and it was another great experience. I love the car, but more importantly, Todd Hartley and Jim Barth make car buying fun! They helped me get just what I wanted and were incredibly patient during the process. I never felt pressured and I very much enjoyed the camaraderie of the entire team. It’s a pleasant place to shop for a car, which is not the case at many dealers. I am going to miss talking to those guys. And with the reliability of MINIs, I unfortunately don’t get to stop in for service very often!

I was in search for an SUV and stopped by Dreyer & Reinbold. I fell in love with QX60 which has all the bells and whistles plus airbags for all passengers, which I don't think any other SUV on the market does. Edina Ramic was knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend her to anyone on the hunt for a new or used vehicle.

Dreyer & Reinbold have been a joy to work with. After logging 192,000 miles on my current vehicle, I began entertaining the thought of purchasing a new SUV. I made a visit to D & R because in prior years I owned a BMW Z4, and I LOVED that vehicle. The team at D&R were courteous and willing to work with me on a purchase that met my needs. Dean Kinslow was the sales rep that I had the opportunity to work with. His customer service and attention to detail is 2nd to none. I enjoyed the entire experience and will continue to purchase from D & R in the future.I had been a GM owner for all my years of auto ownership, until I made my original BMW Z4 purchase and experienced BMW quality and attention to detail. The service and customer care that I have received while working with Dean has convinced me to leave the GM world and enter the world of BMW and Dreyer & Reinbold.This purchase has been exactly the right purchase for my needs, and I am extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased as well as the customer service provided. First of all, I am not the typical buyer. I spent 2 months researching which vehicle and another month negotiating what model I wanted to finally order as well as deal with a trade-in. I went to forums and researched everything to death and also ways to get the best deal. Dominc was my sales guy and was very patient and attentive even though this dealership is one of the LARGEST in the country with tons of people coming and going. A large dealership is typically better, at least for me, because they have more flexibility on pricing.. I tend to over analyze everything and Dominc was great at being patient as well as his knowledge of the products was outstanding. I also found out some additional items from going onto the BMW forums (great source). At the end of the day, he gave me the best deal of any of the BMW dealership and also matched the best trade-in amount I got from another dealer. I also ordered an exhaust and a performance tuning package which the rest of the team jumped in and matched prices and did a wonderful job making me feel good about the whole process. My only downside was they cant keep models on the lot. Selling too fast. The online and brochures do not give the X5 its justice and you have to see these in person to really appreciate them. UPDATE: 3-19-14 In fairness to Dreyer & Reinbold, specifically their service department, I wanted to update my review. After speaking with a MINI customer care expert at their 1-800 number, I received a call from Thomas the service manager at D&R asking for another chance to try and repair the transmission issue with my MINI. They initially replaced a part of the transmission, then test drove the car only to find it still had the issue. They have now replaced the entire transmission and are keeping it to test drive and make sure it is running correctly. I am due to get Sadie back on Friday and I hope, hope, hope, she purrs like a kitten. My thanks go out to Thomas and his team for addressing this issue!

I spent the better part of the day yesterday at D&R test driving late model Certified Pre-Owned 3 series sedans and coupes. When I first walked into the building, it was very busy so I wasn't greeted. I walked straight back to an office where several employees were gathered, stuck my head in and asked if there was a sales person available. Tony Perry was first to speak up and I am really glad he did because he was wonderful to work with! Unlike some of my prior encounters with D&R reps, Tony was down-to-earth, polite and genuinely concerned with helping me find the "right" car for me.I didn't know exactly what I wanted but provided Tony with some must-haves. He was very patient. In fact, he kept bringing different options to show me; pulling the cars up to the door all warmed up and ready to test drive. He provided honest/candid input when I asked questions and worked with me to stay within my budget. Towards the end of the evening, I had finally selected my car and completed financing. It was late and most people were gone but Tony stayed with me, sitting in my new car patiently explaining the operation of all of the many features.Tony demonstrated three key characteristics of excellent customer service: he listened, he was respectful and he was honest. I believe it is these things that helped me find the right car at a fair price.I should also note that Ed Knight, the finance guy I worked with, was also very kind and helpful. He was able to get me a great rate and made the finance process quick and easy.

This has, hands down, been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I purchased a Mini because I was told they treat their customers well...that couldn't be further from the truth. I popped a tire and had to take my car in for service. Because there is no spare tire, I had to wait 2.5 hours for a tow truck to come get my car. After my car was serviced, I picked it up and noticed scratches on the door. When my husband called and told Alex, the service manager, we were told "sorry, mini's paint scratches easily." Two days later, the low tire light came on... I called the dealer to see what I should do. I was told it was probably fine and that it was just the change in the weather. A few hours later, my tire was completely flat and AGAIN had to wait for a tow. I again addressed the scratches on my car and was basically told "too bad." I filled out a survey and indicated that I would like someone to contact me regarding the poor service. I never heard from the general manager. I finally took it to corporate and have spoke to them 5 times - I am told, "we will contact dreyer & reinbold" and ask them to resolve this for you. I then hear nothing back from either corporate or Dreyer & Reinbold. I'm fed up and close to taking them to Small Claims Court for damaging my car. I would NOT recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. It will cause you more frustration than any car is worth.

Dominic Martin made the whole purchase process the most relaxed and comfortable experience that I have ever had buying a car. His no pressure and honest approach is greatly appreciated. I felt like I was working with a friend and not somebody who was just trying to get me to sign the check. His efforts to work with my tight schedule were greatly appreciated. He has also shown fantastic after-sale follow up by checking in to make sure that I am happy with my purchase and by answering all of my additional questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Dominic to anybody looking to purchase a car.

They really gouge customers on parts and service. For some reason, BMW let Dreyer buy up all the dealership franchises in state. When my local dealership was bought by Dreyer, I had to travel to Indy for service. The prices they charge are grossly over what the local dealer would charge. Also, new car pricing was 4-5,000 over what local dealers would charge. When I bought a new car, I went with Lexus. I also experienced misleading service info from customer rep. If you are past BMW 5-year plan, go to black forest motors for service and see the difference. I gave Dreyer bad marks on their online form and the customer rep called and chewed me out that I was hurting HIS numbers. I contacted BMWUSA, but received no response.

Service rep in question lied directly to my face about issue with my 330ci coupe, wrote email to dealer and BMWUSA concerning the level of customer service. The problem? I wanted the issue fixed. The service rep made a "business" decision that I wasn't "worthy" as a customer and told me a straight up lie to get me to leave the dealership without getting my issue fixed. A week later, no reply from the dealership nor BMWUSA. And this is supposed to be a 2011 Center of Excellence. Avoid at any cost. Issue in question was that the auto-dimming feature on the rear view mirror wasn't working. Service rep told me that there was no problem, the mirror doesn't dim. I asked him directly if he was sure you couldn't dim the mirror, he replied No, you can't. I left right after that. No sense in pushing a situation as ludicrous as that. I should've just pulled out the manual, flipped to the page about the rear view mirror and the auto-dim function and asked him if BMW lied when they wrote it.

My husband has been leasing BMW's since 2000 - always going with Dreyer & Reinbold BMW. This particular dealership is almost 3 hour south of where we live - our closest BMW dealership is only 30 minutes from where we live. I always wondered why my husband would travel to Indianapolis for a car he could get (basically) in his back yard. When it came time to look for a new car for myself, I decided to trade in my ML350 for a new 2011 BMW 328i. Dreyer & Reinbold went above and beyond helping me get the exact car I wanted - never once did they didn't try to get me to take a car off of their lot that had "some of the things" I wanted, rather listened to what I wanted and ordered it. They kept me up to date with the ordering process and made the pick up really easy - our salesman Kevin even came in on a Friday (normally his day off) to do the paperwork because that's what fit into our schedule better. Since then, they have been there to answer any questions we have. They also go above and beyond in the service department - our local BMW dealership is, in my opinion, not up to BMW standards, almost impossible to work with and both their sales and service team are arrogant and rude. Dreyer & Reinbold however is awesome and from now on will drive north almost 3 hours, pick up my car, leave me a new car to drive while they service my car in Indy, and then bring my car back to me. THAT is benchmark-quality customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Dreyer & Reinbold!

I went to Dreyer and Reinbold for a BMW and they proceeded to tell me that BMW's are expensive cars and that an Acura would be better. After several minutes they finally saw the look on my face and allowed me to test drive a BMW. Financing went through and then I changed my mind on the vehicle because of the way I was treated. Mike proceeded to call me repeatedly leaving nasty messages and emails telling me that I would never get financing anywhere. I purchased a BMW from another dealership a few days later.

Used 08 M3 cabriolet, listed at $62900 and could be discounted only $555! Extended maintenance offered at $3495 and msrp is $3295. Great deals, huh??? Out of 5 attempts to buy a vehicle at Dreyer and Reinbold, I have been successful only one time. Apparently the small market works for them.

My Review of Dreyer & Reinbold BMW:Manager was good guy but the sales person Dominic was never a good.He never thinks that you are going to buy.Unfortunately i had got my car with the same person, but i would suggest anyone not to go to him.He sits first person as you enter on the right hand side.My friend suggested me not to go to him but somehow i had ended up buying my car from him.My scenario was that i bought the car and for pick up i had to wait for 15 days as i had to go out of town. In the mean time a got a call from BMW customer service and i gave negative feedback on Dominic and somehow he came to know that.When i went for picking up my vehicle he just gave the keys and didn't even go through the whole car.After 5 minutes of getting my keys i had some doubts regarding operation as this was my first BMW and tried to ask them, they said your sales person has left home, so no one came and explained it.I think all of them are arrogant group of people. They have a hold on central Indiana BMW sales, so they feel like they can treat people any which way they want. Quite rude and condescending people.I wanted to buy from South guys but as i live in North i couldn't go there and get it.

Even though they have many high profile and wealthy customers buying several cars at a time, Mr. Baker treated my family and me like royalty even though we were only buying a new 3-series. This is the 5th BMW I have bought from Dreyer over a 10+ year period. Never anything but the best in sales and service. Carl is in a league of his own. He never forgets my name! Pricing is not down and dirty, but fair. Everyone is always very pleasant to me and to the others I have recommended to go in to buy. Dreyer also supports the local BMW CCA chapter in their events. Great chapter, btw!<br><br>It doesn't get any better than this.

Arrogant group of people. They have a hold on central Indiana BMW sales, so they feel like they can treat people any which way they want. Quite rude and condescending people. Would not let me test drive a 325i. Later bought a C32. Will never consider a BMW because of the people at D&R. Prices are horrible as well. There are other good bmw's you just have to drive a little more.

Great dealership customer service wise. Prices leave a little to be desired though. They really do not bend from MSRP. I would think maybe once you are a regular customer they might. However, paying the premium is worth it. They do have free Saturday car washes and BMW loaners for customers who bought their car at D&R.
