Chad was extremely helpful he had my van even though it was used ready for me to take a test drive. I had contacted them over the phone and he held the van for me till I arrived from Michigan. All the paperwork went through smoothly I had to tow my vehicle back using the van that I purchased help me hook up the trailer and get the car connected to the van was great if I lived a lot closer I would be more than happy to go there and buy another vehicle.

Chad Hartwig and the folks at Dondelinger had the truck I was interested in ready and waiting when I got there. Chad knew the vehicle inside out and did a good job showing me what I was interested in-he actually asked questions about how I use a truck and what I was interested in. He was a pro! I told them I liked the truck and had one other appt. They gave me a very fair trade offer (I normally sell on my own, but it was a fair trade offer) without any pressure. I still did my other appt., but we negotiated a straight forward, fair deal and I purchased from Chad and Dondelinger. The whole thing felt pressure free, professional and easy. Again, Chad was a true pro! In addition, my wife had a Saturday breakdown in Brainerd a few years ago. That's over 2 hours from home for us. Despite a full schedule, they got her in and back on the road within a couple hours. These two experiences make me believe Dondelinger listens to customers and does their best to help with both sales and service. I'd definitely make the trip there to purchase again and would not be afraid to do my service there if only I lived closer!

I had been looking for a 1996-1997 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 with the 12 valve Cummins diesel. I found one on their lot on cars.com and contacted them (as a background I live in Georgia). Chad Hartwig worked with me taking pictures for me and even helped in delivering the truck to a local mechanic to have it inspected. Through the whole process the staff at Dondelinger were friendly and helped make a complicated cross state sale happen and were great hosts when I flew in to pick the truck up.

I would definately recommend Nate Geike at Dondelinger if you are in the market for a vehicle. I was so apprehensive about having to purchase a vehicle but when I met with Nate I was treated with such respect and kindness that I soon felt at ease. He showed great integrity and worked with me every step of the way from the moment I walked in the door until I drove off with my new car. He was very informative and helpful. Not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Everyone at Dondelinger was very kind and friendly.

While out car 'looking' I was kindly greeted by Nate. He was friendly and was able to answer my questions about the 2014 Malibu LTZ I was interested in. I wasnt sure if I was ready to trade my current SUV in or not but Dondelinger gave me a great trade in price for it and Matt in finance was able to help me get into the 2014 Malibu LTZ even with negative equity on my trade. I was never one disappointed in the entire process that Saturday and I drove off the lot with my new Malibu! I will recommend Dondelinger to all of my family and friends as I think both Nate and Matt did an excellent job! THANK you for everything, Dondelinger. You guys and gals ROCK!

I was looking for a SUV and was pleasantly greeted by Sydney, a member of a great sales team. There was plenty of selection to choose from but I was looking for a Unique color and Sydney searched online and found a color I was definitely interested in.She arranged to have the vehicle brought to Dondelinger so I could test drive it and see the color close up, needless to say I bought the Buick Enclave and am extremely happy with it. The service department was excellent as well to take care of a few minor things I wanted looked at. Thank you Sydney and the Service Dept at Dondelinger.

I purchased my car on New Year's day with all of the special sales and promotions. The dealership is awesome and willing to work with you. I had an awesome sales associate Sydney, I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a car.

I stopped in and found the perfect suv after searching for over 2 weeks. I was greeted by Sky and he was very knowledgable about the car. Same day I purchased I started having problems with car. Being this was an "as is , no warranty" situation I figured there was nothing They could do. I felt betrayed by my salesman and the company. I sent them an email and was greeted shortly after by a friendly manager who told me bring the vehicle in. They took care of the problem and even had Honda take a second look. They were apologetic and Sky was very sweet and personable throughout the whole ordeal. I will buy another car from them someday!

Spent alot of time looking around town and online for a vehicle with little luck. Went into Dondelingers and spoke to Schuyler who helped me find the right vehicle and treated me with respect. Made finding a new car easy thank you.

My husband found a vehicle on car soup and I called and talked to Chad Hartwig on the phone told him we are very interested in a Tahoe they have on there lot, explained that we had a trade in and that we also lived over 2 1/2 hrs away so I would need a rough price on my trade in. He got back to me shortly we a very reasonable trade in. My husband and I drove up that same day and the Tahoe looked just like the pictures online and even a little better in person! We test drove the Tahoe and they test drove our car, they kept there price the same as we discussed over the phone and we met with Matt Wignail to do our final paper work and we where in and out within 50 minutes!! Beyond awesome :). I totally recommend Dongelinger in Baxter, Mn along with Chad Hartwig- thanks for the easy transaction!
