Customer service was good, but didn't see the potential for "a deal". On their "best deal", I was quoted advertised price. Then told me if I found a car somewhere else to let them know so they could price it for me. Ummm, no thanks!

We did our research and the dealer didn't let us down. Our 2012 Chrysler 300 is far more than we expected. Courtney was knowledgeable and great to deal with and Brent with Andy made it a team effort. Thanks for a job well done!! Kim and Don

My husband and I dealt with Don Vance over the phone, as we live 25 miles away. When we reached a price that both of us could agree upon with a trade, we asked them to begin the paper work. We arrived at the dealership on Friday afternoon, bought the car, and used Ford Credit money at 0% to finance instead of paying cash. Our deal was done in 3 hours, and we were home for supper. The salesman was wonderful and made the buying experience easy and fun. I would do business with them again.

I was looking to buy a 2004 toyota tacoma truck. The one I was interested in was 14k on their lot. I found the same year truck with the same mileage for 7-8k. Seriously? You be the judge.

Called about a vehicle on their lot. New 2015 truck, looking for the max tow package with tow mirrors. Paid $500 down payment over the phone using credit card. Car was delivered to me and when it arrived "no tow mirrors" and two scratches on the side of the truck. Called the manager and they wanted additional $300 to install the tow mirrors, I refused the truck and had delivery man take it back. Called the sales manager and he said they would refund the down payment. Been a month and no refund yet. No contract was signed but still waiting on refund. Would not do business with them again. Update..Michael Barker, General Manager, of Don Vance Ford, got ahold of me and told me they were going to refund full amount. Stand up guy and company. Will recommend them to anyone.

Back at the beginning of April of 2015 My wife & I went to Don Vance Ford in Marshfield ,Mo and were looking to buy a 2014 Ford F150 4x4,they had some good prices on them.Long story short I was so upside down in my 2014 Charger and they tried everything under the sun to get us into that awesome truck.But to no avail,but we were totally satisfied with what they tried to accomplish,I truly love that truck but just wanted to let them know that they are the best group of guys I know the business thanks for the hard work and honesty gentlemen.Will continue to tell people of my experiences with Don Vance Ford....

Our vehicle broke down near Marshfield on I-44 so we hobbled onto their lot. They fixed the issue that happened but the electronic component they put back on was either defective or a used part as it started acting up later the day of the fix. I have my own car computer and it confirmed what I suspected. They charged me $70 for a part that cost $9 online and theirs didn't even work correctly!

I drove from St. Louis to look at a used truck. After arriving I figured out that don Vance was asking double the retail value of the pickup. Actually it was over double. After sitting and attempting to haggle with them for 2 hours my wife and I left. We drove to Kansas city immediately and bought virtually the same truck 1 year newer and lower miles for $6000 less. Ridiculous.

I was a first time car buyer in the market for a Dodge Challenger and the service I received from Steve Nicks was exceptional. Being native to Springfield I first looked at Corwin for the purchase and had a terrible experience. The sales reps looked at me as nothing more than a tire kicker and offered little to no assistance in trying to work with me to find the car I wanted. I came with a car in mind and asked if the dealership could trade a vehicle to bring the one I wanted down from where it was on another dealerships lot. The sales rep I talked with continued to push other vehicles on me instead of addressing the one I wanted and eventually (after wasting my time) said they could not do it. After looking threw Cars.com I drove up to Don Vance and to look at a Challenger that caught my eye. Steve Nicks was exceptional from the moment I drove up. Unlike most test drives where someone comes along with you I was handed the keys for the test drive and told to just go see how it feels. There was no pressure, the experience was painless compared to the other dealerships I had visited, and the overall take away was fun. The way it should be when your buying a new car not the teeth pulling dreaded experience you associate with a bad dentist visit. If your in the market for a new vehicle I would recommend them. The experience I had was great and I would at least offer you the advice of giving them a try especially if you can get Steve as your sales person. He was down to earth and up front with every part of the deal. My dad was mechanic for the better part of his life and I grew up fixing cars that we owned. I know when I'm being tricked and I can say honestly I never had any inclination of any of that when I was at Don Vance.

I hunted online a long time for a very particular make, model, and year truck, of course in good shape. And Don's had it. The challenges: 1. I'm overseas; 2. The truck was in Missouri; 3. My son, a USMC, was home - Northern Michigan. I called anyway. Faith and trust may not be everywhere, but where I was, it is everything. I was given Dennis Horne. I told him where I was (overseas) and what I needed- an honest eval of the truck's condition. He checked the records, told me of a few things, to be expected. But then he told me to call back the next day, it's at the other lot, he'd drive it himself. Alright, much appreciated. The verdict: This n that but I'd be very pleased, she's a great truck. I made the decision. I arranged for my son & his girl to fly out there, in 3 weeks time. Dennis Horne went out of his way and met them at the airport (different city, mind you), And he had had the A/C looked at again (needed a tweak). Fixed. And then I waited ..on the other side of the planet. They finally called me - a definite Go! It was just like Dennis said. And that I'd love it. The deal was closed. I hit the sack...amazed and thrilled. But it was not quite over for them, I found out later. Dennis spent time with them, getting them settled into the truck. And aimed in the right direction. And even after they'd left, he answered a phone call with more questions. And then my son said, it was also Dennis' day off. Mr. Horne, my kids & I thank you for your honesty, your extra help, your own time, your boots on the ground. Niena B

Mr Josh Barnhart made my buying experience one to remember!! Set forth a goal of 1 hr. I had to be in and out, from start to finish and believe it or not, they made it happen. Everyone worked as a team and it was great. I have only bought 2 brand new rigs and they have both came from Don Vance Ford. I recommend them to ALL of my friends.

Purchased a new car from this dealership .Buying no problem .Service work LESS Than Desirble . 1 st oil change,went out to leave (Keep in mind the car is Platinum White) Oily hand prints on the hood,advised service writer she looked at hood like no big deal took to wash area to clean up .This car is new with 5,000 miles 1 st oil change . 2 nd oil change went ok 3 rd oil change ,had to take car back oil dripping off of engine 4 th oil change ok 5 th and recent oil change oil dripping under car AND Still NOT resolved .

I took my truck into this dealership to get a front end alignment. They ended up telling me they needed to replace a handful of aprts before they could complete the repairs. Even though I just had the truck at another shop that had done all the work already. They just wanted to sell parts. After trying to make the right adjustments, they claimed it needed new tires. I have never been to a shop that treated their customers with such a lack of knowledge. They have no respect for other peoples property as well. Grease stains on the floor and fingers prints all over the fenders and bumpers. The time they said it would take to complete was several hours after original quote. The problem is still there after spending several hundred dollars. They still have no answers for how to fix the problem. I feel I have been ripped off in every way with this place.

Brought wife's care in for service. Took two days before they could get to it. Cost to fix it was never mentioned (while it is true I didn't ask, the customer service rep implied that it was my responsibility to ask). Check engine light still came back on even before we left the parking lot. Had to leave the car a second time. Total cost, over $1000.00 Absolutely not impressed. Steer clear of taking your vehicles to Don Vance Ford.

We have bought 2 new cars and a new truck from Don Vance, it is always a wonderful experience. JJ Romines and Bob Compton (finance) and Tony make it a fun experience to purchase a car. We have used the service dept also and Clint is awesome too... We always tell our friends to check Don Vance Ford first....Great selection of vehicles too!

This place does business by ripping people off and they can sell the cars and trucks so cheap by hosing consumers on their trades. DON'T FALL FOR THIS!!! Keep your trade or take it elsewhere. The customer service is absolutely horrid. No call backs, and my family got flat ignored when walking into this "business". I would state our salesmans name, but he didn't even introduce himself. Jay Romens must not have been in the auto industry very long, as he bid our truck 15,000 under market. We bought at Tri Lakes Ford and had a hassle free experience. We are local to Marshfield but will never buy from Don Vance.

bought a used truck from them broke down 3 times before i could even get it home .. charged me lots of money to fix still broke ,,,dont buy they knew what was wong with truck ,, and till suckered me into buying itthey cant even do a proper safty inspection,, had bad brakes and ball joint and still passed it

I called on a tuesday trying to purchase a new ford fusion, this is wednesday of the following week and am still waiting on financing to call me back. I have purchased 6 new ford since i have been buying cars, and this dealership by far has the worst customer service that i have encountered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

I have bought several new fords, and this dealership by far has the worst customer service ever! I originally called and try to buy a new car on a Thursday, the following Tuesday I am still trying to buy car. I will definetely will not be recommending this dealership to ANYONE!
