Had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I was very impressed by Eric who was very patient in working with us long distance. We traveled from Oklahoma to pick the truck up, and he really went above & beyond by picking us up from airport & making sure we had the best customer service experience. We finally made it back home & couldn’t be happier with the truck! It was well worth the trip!

Just bought a Bolt here. Chris Nance was great at getting me the info required to make a quick decision. He will get back and answer all your questions. And I always have a bunch. Dimmitt Chevy is a top notch dealer! They got us into a new car in less than 24 hours, delivered it to us, and picked up our trade in! We didn’t even have to leave our home. Such a quick and easy process. The car is fantastic, and Christopher was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle to us. We would definitely do future business with them if we decide to get a second car or trade that is one up in a few years!

I Started chatting with my guy over text during the day, came in after work just to look at my options and left with an awesome deal! Didn’t even have to haggle, In fact they came back to me with a better deal than I even asked for. This is my second car from this establishment and I would highly recommend anyone come here. All the staff is amazing and I had the pleasure of hanging out with Hamza during my car buying experience this time and he is a hoot and a half. Super good guy, made me very comfortable, like hanging out with an old friend! I look forward to coming back for all my service and car needs.

Arturo was excellent to deal with. He took time and care to explain any questions I had about the vehicle and display it's many features. Everyone at Dimmitt was kind, friendly, and I never felt pressured or persuaded. The deal was exactly what was discussed. I've been here in the past, I was there yesterday, and I'd come back again.
