I am still in shock at how easy the entire process was. We drove 80 miles (3 Infiniti dealers closer to home) because the customer service on the phone was so great. Keith Stokes and Marshall New made what is usually a very tough process a very simple & pleasant one. We were in & out in 2.5 hours with a new car. Everyone in the dealership was awesome. We drove away in a beautiful QX60 and are thrilled with the car. I don't think we'll be buying another car for awhile, but when we do, we will return to Dick Smith Infiniti!

She was very rude. I heard her complaining to the employee's and making smart remarks to them. She acts like she doesn't want to be at work. When I come in and the lady Kim is at the front desk, it's wonderful. Kim is very respectful and really loves her job.

The fact that I have purchased three automobiles and serviced five automobiles at this dealership, speaks volumes for the exceptional rating Dick Smith Infiniti receives. The buying process couldn't have been easier or handled more efficiently. Personnel are great - friendly and helpful. Service is easily scheduled and accurately handled. Who could ask for more?

I have bought four cars from Dick Smith Nissan and have always had great service. I recomend to everyone to go to Dick Smith. I would not go anywhere else.

Service tech scheduled my appointment for an oil change on a day that the shop was back logged with other vehicles that needed to be serviced ahead of mine. Had my car for the whole day and it sat in the lot without being looked at. No courtesey call to even let me know it wouldn't or couldn't be serviced that day. No call back after leaving message on voicemail. He should have told me there were "a few guys out on vacation" and that they were behind even before scheduling my appointment. Total waste of time.
