Follow up review: 8 months ago I took my Sierra in for an emissions issue. I was super happy that the issue was taken care in a timely manner, so I thought. I have taken my truck into these deceitful thieves 3 times now all for the same reason. Each time, I was told that they would replace the catalytic converters. The second and third time I took my truck in I was suspicious on whether or not they were actually replacing them or just removing the code so I marked The catalytic converters. Not only were they not changing out the catalytic converters their form of correcting the problem was punching holes through the inside of the catalytic converters, with a screwdriver or similar device, in hopes of allowing enough airflow to prevent the sensors from triggering the check engine light. They also replaced my factory bolts with what appears to be extra bolts they had laying around and added washers for some of the bolts that were too small. When I reached out to their service department, twice, I was told someone would be in contact with me, but to no surprise, that never took place. Now I'm forced to drive around with a check engine light. Review from 8 months ago: David and his team took care of the issues in a timely manner. They were very thorough and when I was given back my truck you could hardly tell anyone was even in my vehicle. I do wish that when they replaced the "y" section of pipe and the catalytic converters on my truck they would have removed the the stickers so that I wouldn't have to smell burning plastic for the next 2 weeks or more.

The truck now has 20,000 miles on it. 5 times to repair engine whine. First time was 5000 miles. Last time the FSE from GM drove down and road tested the vehicle and instructed dealer to replace transmission front pump. 12 days later the vehicle was returned to me with no offers to road test vehicle for verification the repair was successful, as I suspected it was not. Waiting now for a resolution GM. Not what I would call a good place to get your service needs done.

Our GMC Denali experience an engine misfire and ran poorly during a return trip from Ft Myers. A call was made to the service department and the car was put on the shop schedule for early the next morning. Due to the complexity of the service a loaner car was arranged and throughout the service time the dealership called to update me on the progress of the repairs. Upon completion the staff was helpful and efficient. A very good dealership experience.

We had an appointment for oil change. Brought our 2015 GMC Yukon in for this scheduled service, but on the way to the dealership, our infotainment center stopped working. No radio, no nav., etc. The repairman briefly looked at the issue and told us that the vehicle would have to be left overnight because the infotainment center would have to be pulled and a new HDMI cable installed. A rental car was provided while my car was being serviced. My Yukon was ready the next day. I was then told that the infotainment issue had to do with an update; the device did not have to be pulled from the dash! This should have been done on the first day and I would not have been inconvenienced with making an additional trip to the dealership. Also, I had to ask to have the vehicle washed. It was run through the car wash at the Cadillac dealership. It did not do a very good job of washing. I had similar service done with my Lexus and they do an excellent job of cleaning the vehicle.

Dreadful customer service. Work took four days instead of the promised 6 hours. They never answer their phones and if by some miracle you get a live person, the person you need is always "Away from their desk". You leave messages they never call back. The worst in the whole state of Florida.

We have had a Buick Enclave since 2009. We have been customers of DeVoe Buick since that time as well. When we first met Matt Colla, DeVoe salesman, we were so impressed with his friendly demeanor and his willingness to take time with us to find the right vehicle for us. Since that time, we have returned for a 2009, 2011, 2013 and now 2016 Enclave. Matt really cares about his customers and made sure we were thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of the sale, financing, vehicle color, ride and even how my phone and bluetooth connected. Made appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was very specific about tire rotation since two of the tire were brand new. Was clear about time constraints and was told that there would be no problem. As time for my meeting approached was told they hadn't started it yet. Had to reschedulrle my meeting. After taking four hours later than scheduled was told my bill was over $750.00! They had arbitrarily replaced two tires. Told them to put my tires back on . I wrote to dealership and Buick and never heard from either.

I can't say enough about how I and my wife were treated .It was the easiest car buying experience we ever had.Tom Fiore was absolutely terrific and upfront.I inquired at other places and online but dealing with him made it an easy choice ,plus I like to business with the local businessmen.Tom didn't push but rather explained all my options and prices and we were able to make an informed decision because of the way he operated.I liked him so much that when my highlander lease is up in Sept.2016 ,I'm going to lease another Subaru from Devoe and Tom.By the way his Lasagna is the best.

Our second experience with DeVoe's service department has been worse than the first. We won't be back. We were expecting to wait about an hour and a half, but after waiting two and a half hours we asked for status. John Ruth, who checked us in asked,"You still here?"! Then he said they have only one diesel tech and MIGHT start on our vehicle in mid-afternoon. We live an hour from this dealership and had no way to leave the vehicle there and he said he didn't know we were waiting! Said we should've scheduled for earlier in the morning, though they offered only the 10:00 when we called a week earlier. Very frustrated! We took our vehicle and left to find service elsewhere

Bought a used low mileage Terrain and had a great buying experience. Soon after Onstar sent a message to say the car hadn't he'd 25k service - it was an approved vehicle with 32k miles on when i bought it.. Called the service dept and was assured it had been serviced but no evidence to back it up. Got a call to say it needed an oil changed and tyre rotation (pre-paid) - called back to book in - got VM and left a message - no call back. Called again got VM left a message - no call back. Called again - got VM went back to switch and was put thru to another # - got VM. Finally got to speak to a person and was told 1 week wait.Took the car in - very friendly, nice lounge and when told it was completed got a sheet to say the work had been done and a 'complementary' car wash. The car was dry, still covered in dust with fly squash on the screen and the paper mat and plastic sheet were on the seat. No matter and i was in a hurry so left and 2 miles down the road checked that the oil change had been reset - the tyre pressure screen came up first and on the coldest day of the year with cold tyres it read 2 tyres at 47 psi, one at 48 and one at 49. The recommended pressure is 35 and the safe maximum on the tyre is 44. On a hot day at freeway speeds there would have been rubber (and perhaps us) all over the road. Called the dealership - got VM so left a message. Got a call back to say I should check the tyres at standstill because if id been 'swerving from lane to lane' the tyres may have got hot - Really?? I've driven around 1.5m miles in 5 continents and never known a 14psi increase even in the sahara. There was no apology, no explanation just 'bring it back and we'll reset them - i got the impression this was nothing out of the ordinary. Let me tell you guys, i do not need Devoe to put air in or take air out of my tyres. i do need you to take care of my car properly

I have drove over 1500 miles to and from the service dept at devoe. I have spent over 36 hours driving there and back2 times to install remote start10 times for water related issues, now my car smells like MOLD!5 times for airbag related issuesThere response to some type of compensation is "there is NOTHING WE CAN DO"I was born and raised here in Naples, FL and it makes me SICK that this dealership can get away with this ***This was on A Brand New Car with 0 miles on it***

I had purchased a car new from Devoe. Car ran absolutely perfect. After accident car never ran correctly. Brought in to have it looked at and on one of the occassions a service personnel took my car off the lot and crashed the car. Upon telling the Charles Goldsmith about the accident he denied it happened. I went and got a police report and yes it was in an accident. To make matters worse the person that they had the accident with is suing me for a half a million dollars. Plus Devoe had billed my insurance for everything. Not only did they lie they had me thrown off the property when I questioned them on service they promised. Plus also when I had to work late and the car needed to be brought to me they had a staff woman drive the car to my place of business. She was smoking in my car and could not put the top up. She proceeded to slam the top of the convertable and broke the top. Plus I also was lied to regarding the driveshaft when they stated that they were replacing it when they only greased it and sent me home. One month later I was stuck on the highway because the drive shaft went out completely and they had to replace it. This has been a horrible experience for a customer that has been with Devoe for 25 YEARS! Also provided services to them as a gold platter for car emblems in the late 80's. To top it off my car is still at the dealers and since the car is mine and still is not fixed correctly I most likely will have to take this to other steps. This has been a horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone to ever purchase a car here.

DeVoe's service dept is disapointing. I have had bad experiance every time I bring my vehicle in for repair. They don't fix the problems correctly/first time. They treat women like they dont know what they are talking about & ignore what they have to say. Also they scratched my vehicle 2x and never fixed the scatches even after the fact (I took pictures of the proof)the rim on the vehicle is now damaged. My husband gets more respect & is able to get the vehicle fixed with no problems. We ordered a decal kit, but once we picked it up, it was the wrong decal - they gave me the run around & treated me with disrespect when I went to pick it up (my husband wasnt present). The decal was supposed to be white & the ID code was circled on the paper work. We received a black decal with a totally different code & they told us that was the one we ordered. I havent been pleased yet with the services dept & will probably not return! *I really enjoy the retail dept at DeVoe & enjoy how they treat us. They also give us pretty good deals (we bought 2 vehicles from DeVoe - myself a total of 3 & love them)... but like I stated, the service dept is not all that great.
