I always enjoy bringing my car in for services. They treat you like a guest in their home. I just recently brought my van in to replace a fender. Things are on back order which is no problem. When I do get my car back with the new fender, it's washed and vacuumed out. I really appreciate the customer service they provide. Overall they do good work and make you feel welcomed.

My husband and I recently bought a 2021 Supra from DeLuca Toyota and we are ecstatic about the service we received! Our salesman, Alec, went above and beyond to cater to our every need. We also own a Camry that we bought from DeLuca a couple of years ago and the service center has always been top notch. I would highly recommend DeLuca to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Honestly probably one of the best car dealership experiences that I have had. Granted I am not the type of person to go back and forth to save a few bucks. However, my salesman Anthony worked with me to get a new Corolla to be shipped here, educated me on the car features, and helped set up everything for a smooth transition.

I came in for a 25,000 mile checkup and asked about a sticky spot on the outside that car wash and I couldn't get out. They got it out and also gave me a car wash. I asked about my GPS maps app that doesn't talk. They got a tech guy to get it to talk. I was told it would be an hour and it on took 45 minutes. I like the good service.

My Highlander was in for repair of the rear tailgate. There was a service bulletin for that repair and when the part arrived the installation was seamless. They washed and vacuumed my vehicle as I had lunch at the deli station at the dealership. I was on my way home in about 1 1/2 hour later. Pretty painless.

This Dealership is always a pleasure to come to. I wasn't expecting to buy a new car I was just trying to get my car payment down. My salesman was very considerate with my time, not pushy, and answered all my questions. In changing over cars he helped me with everything not like last time I was told to come back and he would help me, but that was a different sales person. I highly recommend Deluca Toyota for just about any service/maintenance work for your car. This location have the cleanest and advanced facility! Moreover, the staff are very friendly and are always helpful especially Joe Donadio. This guy always go above and beyond helping me every time I come for maintenace/oil change. His exceptional customer service and empathy for his clients will create (if it hasn't already) more loyal customers like me. I now live in Tampa but I am willing to drive 90 miles to Ocala to get serviced by people I know I can trust. I always refer him and this location to friends and family. I was very impressed with the overall service along with the amenities Deluca Toyota provides to customers (transport to a local mall or other destination, movies/popcorn, salon services and more) to make a wait while the car is being serviced enjoyable (and productive use of personal time). They also scheduled me in very quickly and it was an overall enjoyable experience. Excellent!

5 stars for all cat. The dealership is beautiful. I would suggest that the person who orders the new stock, order more cars with light interior. We only had a choice of one RAV that had a light interior. I would not have picked out the color of Hot Lava, but it is growing on us. It's a beautiful car.

The Service is Awesome for Service work , But I believe they could get some more people who wanna work at doing the jobs the right way the first time I will buy and sell new cars an trucks from here . The Auto butler is the most time consuming thing that they do here, don't get me wrong they do and Awesome job but they need to get more stalls for Auto butler more workers and more body people that care and no what they our doing . I bring my 2014 Highlander for serviced, the price is high compare to Gainesville area which I lived in Gainesville drive for two hours to Ocala I hope that they did a good job, so far my car is ok. They give me a free wash and vacuum inside but they didn't do a good job.

The technician forgot to turn off the maintenance required light it is still on. I am from Palm Beach County and we do not have any Toyota dealerships that even compare to this one. I still can't believe there is a salon, a caf, and a little putting green there, that is great. That place was off the chain it was super busy. My service advisor was Joey Donadio was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome to the dealership.

Our Product Spec, Cedric Roy, was extremely helpful and great to work with. He was low pressure and patient, I could not have asked for better. I had initially dreaded the whole idea of walking on a dealership lot but he certainly changed my outlook and I will be back again, thanks to him. Unfortunately, the Sales Manager was more aggressive on another lot so the purchase we had worked towards did not go thru but I would def go back to this lot and work with Cedric again. In fact, I was disappointed that we did not finalize our deal with him. They had a great selection of used cars and Cedric is a great guy to work with! Thanks again, Cedric!

As usual, great service and professional repair. Overnight repair, so I was provided with a loaner at no cost.. The mechanic I always ask for is the best I've ever had. Very pleasant and professional and always clearly explains what has to be done and answers all questions. Service writer also very knowledgable with years of experience. I will stick with this dealer for my next vehicle!

I loved my car shopping experience, the only thing that I feel should be considered is providing a full tank of gas for even used car buyers. Which is not a big deal of it not being done, but it's just a thought or suggestion. My experience with DeLuca Toyota and Joel Tomlinson was amazing! For several years, I have taught healthcare workers a course in Customer Relations; Joel, and everyone else that I have communicated with thus far would get an A+ in all areas. First of all, I was tremendously pleased that I was not ambushed by a large number of sales persons as I got out of my vehicle as is a common practice at many dealers. I never felt one bit of pressure; from my first visit until after the sale, I felt nothing but helpfulness and respect.Joel was available and gave me his undivided attention during my scheduled appointments. He never resorted to the unpleasant habit of checking his phone, talking to others, etc. He was totally present and focused on my concerns, questions, etc. It is obvious that Joel enjoys people, in general, and his role as a representative of DeLuca Toyota, in particular, as evidenced by his enthusiasm, positivity, helpfulness, and desire to assure that the customer is totally pleased with the entire process.

I want to thank the tech who finally took the time to solve the low idle issue the my wife's 2006 Corolla has had since tbe manifold was repaired in 2014. Each time after it was brought in for service they would say no problem was found. The young lady who was my service writer was very helpful in writing down what the problem was that I described. We were in the market for two new Toyotas and had shopped in Gainesville and Orlando. Both of those experiences were very disappointing for many reasons. We called Mike Shadlich at Deluca Toyota and told him exactly what we were looking for. He located the exact two vehicles we wanted, and even came in on a day off to send us photos of the cars. When we arrived at the dealership, Mike had two deals already put together that took into account all of our needs. There really was no point to haggle any further because they exceeded what we had budgeted for these cars. The entire experience was terrific - so much so that we even recommended Deluca to my sister and brother in law from Port Orange. They were in the market for a new Highlander and drove over the next day for their purchase!

Top notch service for front repair of my vehicle as I collided with a large truck tire in the road on Florida Turnpike. Car returned, work completed two days earlier than promised. A particular noteworthy individual was JEN FLANTERTY, who kept me informed as to the progress and an otherwise wonderful person. DELUCA hires some very good people as I have purchased my CAMRY there as well as having it serviced there, and I intend to purchase another car there. Do wish they came out with a convertible!!

5/16/16 We have used DeLuca Service Dept for 8 years and have always been pleased with their service. They are friendly, prompt & professional. Their new facility is a great improvement over the old one which was old, cramped, out of date & not customer friendly. Congratulations on the new facility. I have tried to buy Toyota's from them several times over the last 8 years, but could never get them to work out a deal, so we bought in Leesburg & Sanford, where we got better deals.(we never tried using the Internet to deal with DeLuca until April, 2016) I recently had a very negative experience with their Internet Sales Dept -- I sent them an email setting forth the information I wanted in order to buy a 2016 Toyota Avalon Limited (their top of the line car) - I specified very clearly NO PHONE CALLS until after they sent me an email with the total detailed info I wanted in order to evaluate their Cash Sale with or without me trading my vehicle - within an hour of sending the email I got two phone calls and NO email as requested. I then sent another email to what I thought was the Internet Sales Manager and set forth all the details again and said NO contact by phone and that I did not want to deal with the salesman who called me twice (I won't set out the salesman's name) -- I never got a reply email, so after waiting two weeks for a reply I went out of town and bought a 2016 Toyota Avalon Limited (this was after shopping other dealers on the internet who did respond to me via email as requested and none of them called me) Ocala is my home and I always try to shop at home. I recently sent an email to the General Manager of DeLuca telling him my story -- he promptly responded within 15 minutes (this was about 8:30p at night) saying he was the New General Manager, that they didn't have Internet Manager at this time and he was working on All the existing problems at DeLuca. I wish him well and hope he can improve the entire Sales Dept

Excellent service.....air bag replacement....(Advisor) Leroy Robinson...absolutely fantastic...regarding help and time that car would be ready. (Right on the mark)..Restaurant...what a great addition with terrific food...complete, delightful surprise, however, a heavy duty suggestion....not enough tables or chairs to enjoy food!!! Walked around, no where to sit and eat!!!!! Other than that, I will continue to come back from The Villlages for great service and also great food!!!!! Leroy Robinson got my 5 stars today !! I have a 2015 XSE Camry and had a fuse blown and then I had another unexpected minor issue to address while I was at the dealership. While waiting I walked around looking at the 2016 Camrys, I saw one that I liked. As I was looking it over a salesman came over and ask if I had any questions about the car. I told him I was interested in purchasing the car. The salesman was Jim Yost, he was very helpful, nice and he was not pushy. I purchased the car and I am very pleased with it. Jim Yost has followed up by phone and mail to be sure that I am pleased with the car and that I do not have any problems or questions with the car. I got a very good deal without any hassle or problems.

Just had an oil change but am disappointed that once again the mechanic tried to tell me that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced and they had only been on the truck for a few months and were just fine. Suggest that you check things like this for yourself and not take the mechanics suggestion. This is the second time this has happened.

Love this Dealership and the new facilities. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from Deluca Toyota and we will be back. Todd Carr was our salesman on this purchase ( 2016 Rav4 ) and we hope when we return to purchase our next Toy, Todd is still there. He was so pleasant and understanding. He listened to what we wanted and did what it took to seal the deal. We visited the dealership on the last day of March to actually have lunch at the delicious caf they have on site for the customers and were kind of looking to buy a Rav4. We met Todd Carr and he looked for what we requested and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We didn't buy the car that day. Later that evening I received a text message on my phone from Todd thanking us for coming in and if he could ever be of any help he would be more than happy to help us. It made me feel good to receive that message and we knew that when we were going to purchase a new car Todd was going to be our salesman. We were leaving to go out of town on that Saturday and drove past the dealership, got a few blocks away and turned around to "just have lunch". We walked in and there was Todd also getting ready for his lunch. We had our lunch, asked if the Rav4 that we looked at was still there and we drove away that day with our new vehicle. Todd's text message to us and his willingness to listen and not pressure was just what sealed the deal for us. We are Toyota people and Deluca Toyota is our dealer of choice. With salesmen like Todd Carr and everyone from the service department to finance managers we will definitely be back when we are ready to buy our next Toyota. Thank you

First time buying a Toyota - 2016 (RAV 4) - bought at - DELUCA Toyota. What an amazing staff, place and the BEST food you can eat!! They have 2 personal chef's that have the most delicious meals daily. It's worth it to go eat. My Toyota had a small hick-up I noticed the first day. The Toyota dealership went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations to remedy the issue. So many people were so helpful and kind. Thank you Carlos Escobar (an incredible person - who treats you like family) - Nathan, James Farrell, Adrianna, Marty and Paco! I loved the TOUR - so much to do while you wait for service. I especially love the AUTO BUTLER service. They have a shuttle that will take you to the mall and bring you back (on the hour). A special place for laptop users - the Cafe (Friday's is Lobster Rolls - must pre-order). A putt putt golf area outside on 2nd floor - amazing waiting area - with fresh coffee, hot chocolate, donuts, etc... A manicure salon - free on Monday's and Wednesday's, & a hair stylist. Very professional and top notch services. I'm looking forward to customer appreciation night - and their great food and prizes. The RAV4 - is so comfortable and amazingly smooth to drive. I'm so happy to own this vehicle. Service is available Sat & Sun's. I've never had this kind of service and I owned a Cadillac SRX previously. I promise you will feel comfortable at this dealership - it isn't like the one's I've always avoided. Go with your information on pricing and/or trade and they are very reasonable. :-) It was a true pleasure and I look forward TO my service visits.

All was great, except, someone other than the service greeters need to bring your vehicle to you after service is completed. They are too busy checking in arriving vehicles. Waited for my truck while the service greeters waited on arriving customers. Then after awhile, one of the service greeters managed to go get my vehicle that was finished. There is also a lot of customer service human traffic in the service pull in area. Lots of elderly folks walking through the moving traffic to get to their completed vehicles. Just an observation. Customer service from employees like Leroy in service and Nathan and Johnnie in Service management is superb. The buying experience for the latest purchase of a Toyota Rav4 was poor. The initial contact with the salesperson was good but the after purchase experience was not so good. I experienced several problems with the vehicle and continue to have them. I am currently looking to possibly trade this vehicle. It was certified inspection passed, but I do not feel it was inspected thoroughly. For example, the inspection papers state there were no memory seats to inspect, but the vehicle is equipped with this feature. It was not tested. Most of the problems I have had with this vehicle should have been caught on initial inspection. Your service department has tried to fix most problems that have shown up. I have had to bring the vehicle back to fix the same problem several times though. Your rental desk staff is courteous and professional.

Very Unprofessional. I have been having my vehicle serviced here for three years usually with no problem. However, I tried to make an appointment twice on line speaking with a rep via internet and more than two weeks later i have not heard back from anyone. If a company is not going to get back with a customer then why have a scheduling option on your internet web site....Very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere.

From the moment I drove in to the service area until I departed, all personnel were very polite and courteous. I especially liked Austin, the service adviser and told him if I got a survey request he would get a 10, meaning he was outstanding. Jackie was also very competent and the young lady I spoke with about the VIP program was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I could not see her name tag but she did a great job.

Anytime one sees check engine lights come on(first time in 8 years of owning my vehicle) a sense of dread comes over oneself. My Toyota has given me many years of loyalty and when the lights came on I panicked. Drove over to Deluca and they were able to take care of the problem quickly. The shining star was Morris Cook the courtesy driver who dropped/picked me up from my place of business. Marcie and the service department are the strength of DeLuca Toyota. They treat you as a valued and loyal customer and do everything to make your visit worthwhile. I never feel rushed over overcharged when I come in. They are very honest and I feel comfortable and have recommended the service department to all my friends who have Toyota's or Lexus vehicles. When I the ServiceDepartment I always feel like my car is safe and has the very best service available. Like I said I would recommend the service department and sales department, but never, never the used card department because they just give you a price and could care less about the customer. I would loveto convey the Mr. DeLuca and no one else how a loyal customer was treated. Left a very sour tastein my mouth. But like I said, Marcie and the service department are number one.A loyal customer of the service and sales department, but never the used car department.

I was impressed with the clean, bright waiting area. There were display shelves of beautiful pottery which added to the ambiance. My sister and I wandered through the gift shop to help pass time. I can not express adequately how grateful I am to Mr. Leroy Robinson. He rates 5 stars, I met with him 2 weeks prior to having my car serviced when we discussed what needed to be done, the cost, and ordered the parts. Two days were necessary for the mechanical and body work to be completed. When I arrived on Monday to drop off my car, I showed Mr. Robinson insurance coverage I had purchased at the time I purchased my car. There was nothing in the computer about my having this insurance (I had never used it before). Mr. Robinson contacted the insurance company and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the insurance would cover part of the mechanical repairs and I would get a refund for the purchase of some of the parts. Insurance would also cover two days of car rental.(suggestion-there should be notation in your computer system of this coverage and possibly also a sticker on the window to inform the dealership concerning coverage) I had requested a loaner car. That was not offered but since insurance would pay for car rental for 2 days I was able to get the rental car quickly and returned to The Villages by 10m am to pick up my husband from a surgical procedure which I had dropped him off for at 7 am on my way to DeLuca. Mr. Robinson called me about 5 that evening to inform me that the mechanical repairs were completed and my car was now in the collision repair department. He also informed me of the refund I would be getting since insurance was picking up the cost of some of the parts which I had paid for previously. I called Marty 1 pm the following day to find out when I should come to pick up my car. He said that he had not seen the car and that it was not being worked on. I asked him to transfer me to Mr. Robinson to whom I explained the situation. I needed to pick up the car that day. Mr. Robinson said that he would look into it and call me back which he did at 2 pm, telling me that the car would be ready between 5 and 6 pm. Marty (3 stars) called me at 4:45 and said that it was being cleaned up and would be ready by the time I got to DeLuca. It was ready and I am pleased with the repairs. I believe that Mr. Robinson went above and beyond to accommodate me. I cannot thank him enough-excellent customer service.

I couldn't decide between a Honda CRV and a Toyota RAV4. I had a horrible experience at the local Honda dealer and was very frustrated. Mark (Bear) at Toyota made it the choice easy. What he told me sitting at the desk was what happened during financing. No additional charges or other nonsense. He even helped me hook up the blue tooth to my phone and showed me how to work the various controls for the vehicle. I definitely recommend him and Deluca Toyota if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

We had been dreading the decisions of leasing or buying a new car even though this would be our fourth Toyota. But, Jovani Velasquez, the Deluca product specialist we were assigned, was absolutely great! We told him what features we needed to fit our current life style, he listened, gave us choices and explained the benefits of all of them as well as the leasing vs. buying options. No pressure, just helpful information. Jovani made a point of giving us his cell # to contact him if we had questions and he called us as well. We got a 2016 Rav4 and it is proving to be absolutely perfect for us. Jovani and Deluca made the whole process a surprising pleasure.

We had our 5,000 miles service done.. We were asked if we would like our vehicle washed, and we said sure.. BUT when we got our vehicle back the windows were dirty and the side mirrors were spotted, the bottom of the rear door was dirty and the rims looked as if they had not been touched. Now I am beginning to wonder when I bring my vehicle in, if the auto butler is actually done, or at least the right way! I put trust in them this time and when I seen the vehicle I was very unhappy! I do not think that I would have had to call them out on it, simply because it should have been done right. Jeanette

The worse dealership I had the misfortune to buy from in all my 74 years. Would NOT and have NOT recommended to family and friends when we ask about the new 2016 Tacoma we purchased. Best ADVISE TO ANYONE IS: BEWARE...go someplace else...and by all means NEVER buy any Toyota product. We have only had this truck for a month, and are already disappointed with it and sorry we bought it. Biggest worse purchase of any vehicle we ever bought. Will never buy another Toyota product.

I take my car back to DeLuca because I trust the gentleman that I deal with when I take my car for service; that's Paco. Trust in that person determines where I would take my car. Nothing else matters more, except of course how well they do any repair. But if the repair was not good I would go back to Paco for help.

The new facility is outstanding and goes a long way to making the customer feel comfortable. The old building had served its purpose but, was not conducive to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.Mike, our Product Specialist, went out of his way to provide the highest level of service. Two plus hours for a simple oil change when I was told 45 mins. After an hour and a half the tech comes out and recommends $600 of maintenance work. After declining, it took over and hour for them to "finish up". Frustratingly slow.

Received the same great service as always. The new waiting area is a wonderful improvement over the old location. This is what inspires confidence: I hit a pothole 2 weeks ago and I forgot to ask for the alignment to be checked but the service technician spotted the problem anyway and took care of it. I had no appointment but the work was still completed in a reasonable time. I have never had a better experience with a dealership. Thanks !

Servicing of my car was performed on time and completely as I expected. While waiting for my car I noticed the dealer ship owner was inspecting the customer waiting area to make sure customers were comfortable and their needs attended to. This was a good sign of an owner taking time for customers not specifically at the facility for something other than to purchase a vehicle.

We purchase a 2015 Toyota RAV4 XLE at Deluca Toyota and had a wonderful experience throughout the entire purchasing process. Our salespeople Joyce and Neil, were easy to work with and there was no pressure to buy. They were informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle, explaining all the options in a manner we understood. Steve, the Sales Manager, was fair and receptive to us throughout the negotiation process. Based on our situation, Laz, the financial manager, explained the benefits of leasing over direct purchase which was a win-win situation for us. The car was delivered to us as promise and we met Marty, in the Collision Center, who coordinated the interior and exterior treatments of our vehicle as promised. On the day of the treatment, Marty coordinated our future maintenance and treatment services both on the same day for our convenience.

A am so happy to share my recent service experience at Deluca Toyota on Tuesday, Dec. 29. I went for a oil change but other repairs were required. The service tech. Marcie took me to the car to show me the problem and to meet the mechanic who would be fixing my van. It's 12 years old with 109,000 miles so things begin to need attention. During this process she also indicated that since the valve cover would be removed it would be good time to replace the spark plugs since it's 12 years now and recommended by the manufacturer, this made sense to me. So the story is I am so pleased to get the van repaired, the work done well, and the recommendations were expert and professional. Thank you for your fantastic organization from start to finish, this included a rental car at no expense by the way and I also had coupons that were honored. Thank you all a job well done.

Each time Gary Bradley oversaw all the work being done, so when I drove away I absolutely knew I'd be fine until the next service appointment. This time when I drove away it was without that certainty because he is no longer head of your service department.

Tour of facility---Toured the MT service bay facility---with speaker talking to the MT bays and not to the guests.That was the end of "tour through the Facility(mini golf course ???) Show room seating---Talking to 50 guests---no speaker system--talking around corners----What is VIP customer service ---what is ToyotaCare nothing was discussed or explained.Poor presentation. Mr.DeLuca could have made a token visit.

I was so very impressed by the courtesy of every staff member that I encountered. I was there for a service/repair appointment and was "wowed" from the moment I drove onto the lot. Pristine, orderly, organized and welcoming. My Service Advisor, Marcy Coulter, went out of her way to keep me informed of the status of my repair work and length of time to be taken to get the job done. I was offered light refreshments and then about one hour later some gentleman came by and offered me a bottle of ice cold water. I was able to sit in an area that was quiet and allowed me to set up my IPad and continue to do my work. There was a large beautiful area with holiday music playing with comfortable lounge chairs as well as another area filled with round tables (linen covered) , poinsettias as center pieces and big screen TV for your viewing pleasure. There was a salon and gift shop as well. Every base was covered.Checkout was a breeze and again the clerk was extremely friendly. My car had been washed and was ready for me to drive off of the lot at my convenience. This was truly a wonderful experience. Kudos to FrankDeLuca and his Team.

Each of my experiences of buying vehicles from Deluca Toyota were good, but my visit and purchase of my new Highlander last Sunday afternoon was the best of all. Tim Pipepenburg, the sales associate, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to me and my dear friend that came with me. Chad helped me with the extended warranties. I took my car in for general maintanance, I had made am appt. online (so easy) . When I got to the service dept. They room me right in. Leroy was my technician. LEROY is the man. He told me "I have had everything done that needs to be done and the car is inGREAT SHAPE! !!" I was shocked they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I have just two things to comment on:1. I told the gentleman at the desk that I was not leaving and would be in the waiting are. I was still called on my cell phone three times, but I had put my phone on mute to not disturb the other customers. I noticed several other employees coming to the waiting area for other customers.2. When I got home, I noticed many white colored splashes on the interior side panels of the front doors. These wiped clean with a damp cloth, but this should have been inspected before releasing the car back to me.

After getting off to a somewhat rocky start I can tell you that Deluca Toyota stands behind their buying process and products. I purchased a vehicle that could not do what I needed it to do on the advice of someone in the dealership. When I went back to them with the issue they worked with me to make it right! A special thanks to Mr. Drew and Mr. Noel for helping me along with Mr. Stockman in finance. Additional thanks to Mr. Deluca himself for adding the personal touch by giving me a bag to move my things from the old vehicle into my new one as well as a very nice key chain for my new Venza SUV. I was very pleased with every aspect of this dealership. Noah was very professional, polite, and informative. The sales staff worked with me for 3 days to give us the best deal in all of central Florida. I live an hour and 45 minutes away and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable with the trades and deal that we were getting before my wife and I drove all the way out there. Arrived without appointment, greeted by Service Staff with a smile, I was escorted to Service Coordinator and processed request and keep me informed thru the Service Process, as always was advised about condition of tire wear, fluid levels, brake wear upon completion. We recently came in to look for a new car and was quickly showed a 2016 Corolla . We liked the car and was taken on a test drive , the deal went fast and our car was taken as a trade in and we left the lot that night in our new car or so we thought . Over the next month we were called back and forth many many times and spent countless time at the dealer to continue bringing in proof of income , and other items needed to finish our deal . We were told not to pay any more payments on our car and to contact the lot we had our car through to let them know Deluca would be paying off the remainder of our loan . We received a call from the financial department exactly 1 month after taking possession of the new car and was told we had a few more papers to sign so we went in to finish up our paperwork . It wasn't until they got us in the office that we were told we weren't approved for our loan after all that we would be getting our old car back and that we now had to call and make arrangements with our old cars dealer on our late payment due to the fact he had never been paid off as we thought. So now a month later MANY wasted hours at the dealer running papers back and forth and showing off our new car to friends and family we are faced with coming up with the late payment to our original car dealer and facing friends and family is humiliating trying to explain why we are back driving our old car. This has to be the WORST experience I have ever been through , we feel lied to and manipulated the entire last month. We should have been told from the start our loan may not go through and that the deal wasn't a for sure thing , when we got a call to remove the stereo out of our old car and removed it we were under the assumption then it was a done deal , we were told the only way we would recieve a call to remove these items is if the deal was for sure going to go through. We had no idea that we were again wasting our time and going to face possible repo of our old car due to missing the last 3 payments !!! I will NEVER come to Deluca again or refer them to anyone.

DeLuca Toyota is an exceptional dealership, and the Prius is an exceptional vehicle. I just purchased my 2nd Prius, because I had such a wonderful experience with the first one that I had purchased in 2012.. I selected DeLuca Toyota to service my original Prius when I moved to Florida two years ago, and I have always been treated as though I bought the car at DeLuca Toyota. Their service department and all the DeLuca staff are a wonderful group, I absolutely love the dealership. I traded up from a Prius Two to a Prius Four. De Luca Toyota is a beautiful dealership with friendly customer oriented service. I purchased a new Venza in April. It is my first Toyota purchase and my first experience with the service department. The service was beautifully handled by your service agent. He gave me a parameter for the time the service would take and the maintenance performed did not take any longer than the time parameter I was given. Also the agent made sure to remove the floor mat and steering wheel covers and drove the car into the service entrance where I picked up my car. I want to take the time to thank the service department manager and team at Deluca Toyota for having our backs and being in our corner when we recently had the radiator water pump fail on our 2003 Dodge Ram we just purchased less than 3000 miles ago with only 85000 miles on it. The warranty company was dead set against paying to replace the radiator as it was damaged per the service departments evaluation of the truck. They stated it was cracked due to the pressure built up by failure of the water pump. The warranty company stated it was the radiator that caused the water pump to fail. Which came first the chicken or the egg? Deluca claimed it would cost us over $1000.00 dollars to replace the radiator, hoses and thermostat. They stood their ground and stated they would make the necessary repairs and they would fight it out with the warranty company themselves. I have bought five Camry's at this dealer, and have been very satisfied with the dealership, the sales staff and the service department! Would recommend them to anyone! Our latest purchase was a 2015 Camry Hybrid, which replaces a 2012 Camry Hybrid. I have also owned in the past a Toyota Tacoma pickup, a Cellica, a Prius, a Sienna van , and a corolla. We never had a repair bill on any of our vehicles. Toyota's are all excellent cars!

I bought my Highland Hybridin 2006. It has never been serviced by anyone else. As car buying goes, was actually a pretty good experience -- since talking prices and negotiating is never something fun for me, I could not say it was a fantastic experience or that would be a lie, but it was a LOT less painful than I have ever experience in the past. The only drawback was the time delay from the time I said I was ready to execute the contract and the time it took to actually get to the loan officer and conduct the transaction. That took longer than I expected. My suggestion is that in the future, if there is a back-up, have the customer sit in the more comfortable lobby chairs and not at the harder ones in the salesman's office.

I was notified that I had VIP status. Different doors were opened to us. I am amazed at the people orientation of each of the staff persons I meet when I visit. No matter what their position they all smile with a genuine warm greeting. Amazing. I was told that the 30000 mile check up and the recall fix would be about two hours. The car was ready in a much shorter time. Pleasant experience.

Everything was great...from the greeting to the service tech, everything was great. This was my first check-up and everything was handled great. Including the snacks and cold water. Car was finished before time and I have no complaints. I really came to this dealer cause my husband has a Highlander and he always bragged to me how happy he was with your service. I just hope it's that way every time I come in for service.

Facility was extremely clean. Furniture in waiting area is comfortable. I especially loved the caf. The food was good, the staff was friendly, and I was hungry. Eating is a great way to pass the time.Ron Rowles was our service representative. I have always loved going to Deluca Toyota to get my car serviced. Marcey was my service rep on this trip. She has been with Deluca a long time. You are confident she will do right by you. The new home of Deluca it is like going to the mall, they will take you to the mall if you wish. Believe me I have bought and had new cars serviced in a lot of dealerships over the years. Some places where dumps and you could not trust them. But this dealership you can get your car service in a lovely and in comfortable sitting. Most of all you can trust them. Even the mechanics work in a nice work area.

I drive a Disabled van with very expensive hand controls, I'm always worried places are going to mess up my hand controls from the beginning to the end they made me feel totally relaxed about how my van was being handled. I highly recommend them to anyone with a disability.

I didn't have a repair done just regular 20,000. My appointment was at 11:30 and out by 12:15. Amazing at how fast it was. The staff was very professional and courteous. I can't complain. This dealership is hands done the best I've been to and I have owned Toyotas since 1986 when I bought my first little truck. Thank you Deluca Toyota for keeping me in the Toyota family.

I received a recall notice from Toyota, and called DeLuca Toyota to set up an appointment for this service. Ron was able to get me in the very next morning. When I arrived I was met by a technician, who took me over to Ron for the paperwork. I was told it would take a little over an hour to do the necessary software updates. I went into the new showroom lounge with a cup of coffee, and connected to the free wifi. I just about one hour, I was called back to service with all work completed. I left with complete satisfaction.

My father started our buying process with the intention of shopping around, checking out multiple dealers, and ensuring he got the best deal. The very first dealership we went to was DeLuca Toyota, where we met with Victor Betsayad. We wanted to find a used truck, but after Victor showed us the lot there was only one that met our requirements. Victor then started talking to us about the 2015 Toyota Tacoma, and he sold us on it in only a few hours. He and the rest of their staff were so willing to help us get the sale we wanted at a price we needed, and the entire experience was extremely pleasant and easy. Everyone on their staff was wonderful and Victor truly made our truck buying experience a fantastic one. We ended up purchasing a new Tacoma the first day we set out shopping at the first dealer we went to, and it couldn't have been a better experience than it was. A big thank you to the entire staff at DeLuca!!!

your service staff is excellent--but we were not happy with your sales dept We purchased our 2014 Camry new awhile back- and will go elsewhere to buy our next Toyota. We felt manipulated, rushed to buy, and were sorry later that we didn't walk away from the "closers" tactics. It was only due to the fact my husband & I failed to communicate adequately with each other that we bought the car then. ( My husband thought I was totally sold on it & would have been upset not to get it right then). I came back to your dealership shortly after to register my complaints & Dissatisfaction with our experience. We had looked at one car, but didn't like the color-were shown another with the color I liked, but found out after purchase that it didn't have all the options of the other car----with NO price adjustment!! I believe there was shuffling of numbers also--as we put $7,000cash down- and (SUPPOSEDLY) were given a $7,000. trade in allowance--and the numbers didn't match up with our balance on our vehicle!

I just got home from visiting my local Toyota dealer here in Ocala Fl. Deluca Toyota. I went to test drive a 2015 toyota tacoma 4x4 with a 6 inch lift. After standing around the truck for 15 minutes looking it over i decided i better go find someone to help me seeing that no one came out to greet or assist me. I went inside and had a sales person paged. Josh was the sales person who came to greet me. I told him about the truck i was inquiring about. I said i have some questions about the lift kit and some other things and that i also wanted to test drive the truck. He informs me that they are not test driving that truck. I have bought many vehicles over the years and have never been told no to a test drive. Their web site mentions nothing of not test driving this truck or any other vehicle. As i'm writing this review i still can't believe that i was refused a test drive. I have lived here in Ocala since 1978 and have owned a couple of toyota's and not one of them was from Deluca Toyota. Imagine that. If any one plans on doing any business with this dealership especially if you plan on traveling to get here make sure you get everything in order before you waste your time and gas

I recently purchased a car from DeLuca Toyota and the customer service aspect was amazing! The financial part took a really long time. At first my car was the bomb and I was telling everyone about DeLuca and now not so much. I have already had to do the front brakes and roaders and now I got transmission issues. I feel like their professional certified mechanics knew about these issues and failed to mention them. The thing that makes me upset is I have only had about 2 weeks and I just wanted a reliable car to haul my kids in. Because my car is not Toyota certified and is 11 years old it did not qualify for any warranties.

Salesperson did poor job in following up on what was promised. Initially, the left hand didn't know where the right hand was. Once Jim Drews stepped in, everything ran smooth. He delivered what he said he would, on time, and with the friendliest attitude. Frank DeLuca has a fine employee there. Love the Sienna, great to drive. First Toyota. Would buy one again, for sure.

The people are friendly and professional. Taree Massey and Noah Saunier made buying the car a stress free event. They had answers for all our questions, asked us what kind of deal we were looking for, and gave us a very reasonable price on the car. We were planning to stick with the brand we had prieviously, but the buying experience was so much better at this dealer that we switched brands. We also talked to Ron Rowles and were very impressed with his professionalism and that of the gentlemen in the back that helped us through all the paperwork and explained the process effieiently and effectively .

Someone has to pay for that fancy new building and all those high priced sales managers that run around and do basically nothing. After shopping there , I found out that if you do your homework, you can save thousands of dollars shopping elsewhere. They want your trade for insulting below wholesale prices and want excessive retail prices when there resold. So expect a lot of negative equity in any vehicle you purchase from them. I was amazed.

I got my 2015 Type S Corolla few months ago and I am still so in love with it. Toyota really helped me find the perfect car. Robin was awesome, and everyone in finance was great as well. The service I've been getting for my oil changes has been excellent as well. Overall, great facility and even better staff. Could not have asked for a better car buying experience!

I went looking for a new truck, was told that I was unable to get new so I settled for a used Toyota Tacoma, was not happy when I finished signing all the papers that there was only one KEY and no fob and that it was in an ACCIDENT, which they seemed to forget to mention. The sales man was very nice and so was the finance guy but neither one told me that it was in a wreck, even when I asked for the car fax I was not given one nor did I sign one saying it was in an accident, but found one in the glove box a week later. This was a very painful experience that I hope no one else has to go through. As for me, I have no faith in Deluca Toyota, nor will they have me as a customer ever again!
