This was a great experience, the sales person Jarret was very knowledgeable with the vehicle options and features. He took the time to walk around the vehicle with me and point out all the different details. Finance was quick and easy. Explained several options that would work best for my needs. Overall a very pleasant visit.

Very professional, friendly, and welcoming dealership sales staff. The salesman (Andrew) was instrumental by helping me locate a vehicle that met my needs, which was tough due to the short supply of vehicles and inflated prices across the industry. The entire purchase process went smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Dellen to anyone who wants to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I recently had my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at Russ Dellen in Greenfield Indiana ..it was to repair the start bezel, replace thermostat (at my request) I was not having any coolant issues but I had put 100,000 miles on the vehicle…replaced wiper blades and requested an oil change…as I reviewed my service ticket later I noticed some “false statement’s “ ..and an added service I did not request …I was reimbursed for the added unauthorized service…but to get to that point was totally unacceptable..the first person I spoke with accused me of calling him a liar when I questioned the false statement…the second persons professional reply when asked if any one had reached out to me was ..”ugh”…the third person ultimately refunded my unauthorized “added operation “ but tried to convince me I wasn’t charged for a “special order deposit” which basic math clearly indicated I was…then the fourth person explained to me that the service ticket was all wrong because the “description of service and parts” were all in the wrong places..my reply to him was..”so it’s a puzzle that only you know how to put together”?…thats when I informed him that as a loyal customer of their service center, since my fist purchase in 1994, that I WOULD NOT BE BACK….NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!!…will look for a small independent mechanic…instead of doing business with Russ Dellen who obviously has pencil pushers ..doing puzzles and parts hangers instead of mechanics.

Customer service is the worst in their service area. They refuse to acknowledge the customer even with 4 guys staring into their computers. Guess they think women are below them, but my money was spent elsewhere with a lot better customer service and even cheaper than Dellen. Loyalty doesn’t count for anything anymore with companies. Just go where you are treated better. Done with loyalty. Wish I had the ability to give them zero stars.

We have bought 3 new vehicles here at Dellen from Travis Green. Our first was in 2011, 2 Citadel Durango's and a Charger. We have had experience with their parts department and service department several times over the past few years for warranty items and regular service. From sales to service and parts we have had nothing but fantastic experiences. Anytime I have had a question or issue they have bent over backwards to ensure my questions are answered or issues resolved. The entire dealership is always clean and welcoming and has comfortable places to wait for service. If you're looking for a new vehicle I'd highly recommend giving Dellen a shot, when you stop in ask for Travis he's always been great to us! Update, Travis has retired but the dealership still has a great sales team any of which can help you out. Our vehicles have the Warranty Forever and I've always been skeptical of how it would work if we ever needed it. I can now say that our experience was seamless. Oil cooler went out on my wife's Durango and it was covered in full with no hassle. My opinion of Dellen hasn't changed over the years, still an excellent place to purchase or service a vehicle.
