Our salesman Rex Tuttle was so nice and amazingly patient. he was incredibly observant. He knew before I did that I was more comfortable with specific types of vehicles. He was truly concerned about my worries. We will be back in a few years for the next vehicle.

The service department is outstanding! I recently had to stop for service, I was in Wichita from out of town and had to make a long drive home when my check engine light came on. Padriac O'Donnell was courteous and professional. He calmed me down and took care of my car! I only wish they were in my home town because I would take my car there for all my servicing! The entire staff was friendly, understanding and helpful! Amazing experience! Thank you Davis-Moore Mazda!

Dealership was very friendly and worked with my wife and I every step of the way to help me get the vehicle we wanted. Our salesman, Alec, was excellent. He made the whole process enjoyable and was very polite and informative. All the the way up to the General Manager, the staff was very polite and helpful. I had been looking for a new vehicle and had it narrowed down to two different vehicles. Tanner Nicholson listened to what I had to say and recommended I take them for test drives. He made the decision easy for me and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse on my trade in. He went over all the options available and found me exactly what I wanted. Once I made my purchase, showed me all the ins and outs of my new systems/navigation. He was extremely helpful and I definitely recommend him. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and Jackson Valentine was of great assistance when Tanner was off. They were both very helpful and made the transition easy. Thank you Tanner! My son and I went to this dealership to look at a Mazda 6, which happened to be out on a test drive at the time. As we were walking around the lot, we found a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium. Benjamin Raehpour was very helpful and very friendly. He made suggestions but was never pushy, and I really appreciated that. I wish all car salesman were as pleasant to deal with as Ben was.

First time buyer from Davis Moore. Fahim did a great job. We never felt pressed into buying anything. Fahim took his time to gather the information he needed to help us determine which vehicle we wanted. Once he realized he did not have what we wanted on his lot he took us to another lot to help us drill down to the car we chose. Sales people from other dealerships could learn a lesson from Fahim.Great experience will come back again.

Having been a happy customer for 9 years, I have been having my cars oil changes done closer to home due to change in work location for the last 2 plus years. Today I was totally disrespected and my integrity challenge when I took my vehicle in for a starter problem. I previously had my starter replaced at this facility with a factory starter which had a life time warranty (supposedly). Upon doing the diagnostics which i had already told the Service Adviser what the problem was,they said the starter was bad but was not under warranty because the number did not match what they had previously put on. I indicated to them that the vehicle had not had any maintenance done on it by other than their shop except oil changes. This was to no avail, I told them to go ahead and change the starter meaning they were going to charge me a diagnostics fee if I didn't. Upon going to get my vehicle I once again expressed my dissatisfaction with no care from their representatives. I asked to see the removed starter so they could show me the mismatched part numbers, surprised they did not have it, it was gone (how convenient). I will not do business again either with this dealership (service or buying a vehicle), you questioned my integrity and showed me dishonesty so you do not deserve my business and money. The head Service Manager Glen Mahan and the parts representative never address me on this issue but rather left it to their escape goat Colby Crum.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Ben made it really easy and enjoyable to find and buy a car. No intimidating sales tactics or tricks. Bought Mazda roadside assistance plan to cover my used Mazda for the length of my loan; of which I have a year left. Very frustrated trying to negotiate way through the plan. After calling dealership was put in contact with a man very difficult to understand. Asked to speak with someone else and was told someone would call me back. Still waiting. Disappointed.

Fahim worked with me and was perfectly professional, and honestly one of the best sales people in the area, and I talked with many. Though I did not buy a car here, it was very, very, very close. I stopped by this Mazda dealership because my daughter wanted me to consider a CX5 before I traded my 2011 Honda CRV for a new 2016. We met Tanner when we arrived and told him that I loved my Honda , but wanted to check out the CX5. He let me look at the Cx5's and I drove one briefly and said I would come back later if I decided to buy a car. I liked the relaxed atmosphere so three days later I went in the evening to test drive one since they had 0% financing available. Tanner never said anything against my Honda CRV which was smart because I loved my car. After test driving I wanted to bring my husband back to drive one since I really liked it. We set up a future visit and Tanner kept in touch by text and four days later we test drove three CX5's and decided we loved the 2016.5 CX5Grand Touring. I ended up trading my Honda CRV sooner than I had planned because of the no pressure from Tanner and I loved the CX5 GT.

Roger suggested a lease rather than purchase because it fit my situation well. I would not have considered leasing, never have, but it was my best option. And what a lease--good terms, great monthly. This is my third Mazda at Davis-Moore and second through Roger. He's easy going, but always professional. Roger believes in the brand and so drives one. That's not insignificant to me..

We went to this dealership interested in a pre-owned car. We notified them on Friday that we wanted to see the car on Saturday. Garrett went out of his way to pick it up at another location, made sure it was serviced and ready for sale, and had it waiting at our appointment. We felt no pressure to buy and you can tell he was sincerely interested in getting us the best car and best deal for our expanding family. We test drove other vehicles, but still found the pre-owned car was best for us. Garrett was very knowledgeable about every vehicle he showed us, especially of the Mazdas (which we were pretty unfamiliar with). I would definitely recommend this dealership for a vehicle and make sure to ask for Garrett!

After visiting several dealerships and having the awkward pressured sales experience over and over, my husband and I went to Davis Moore Mazda and met Garrett at the door who was super friendly and genuinely wanting to help us find the car that best fit our needs and budget. With no pressure, and showing us lots of options, he helped us narrow down our search, and get us in the vehicle that had everything we wanted and SAVED us money. He was highly educated on all the vehicles he showed us, and even helped me when I returned for service on my Mazda by reminding me how to use some of the features I had forgotten how to. I would highly recommend seeing Garrett to get the ideal car shopping experience!

Me and partner went into the dealer only planning on looking and seeing the current deals on Mazda 3's, but didn't plan on buying. We know the dealer speak all too well since going to Toyota, Honda, and GM. But Garrett was awesome, no pressure, told us about the car and was able to speak to many features since he owns a Mazda. We felt super comfortable and at ease with him. After looking a few different models we did a test drive and knew we wanted to buy a car from him. He got us set up and we started to deal with the finance guys. But thats whole another story. If your looking for a great guy to buy a car from who is honest, down to earth, no pressure, and just overall great sales person. Then you should ask for Garrett!

I was happy with my 2014 model but lacked some features I wanted. Stepped up to a 2016.5 model. Got it all now. Easy to work with. On the trade in car I used the service department for regular service and they were also prompt and thorough. We like the vehicles and the way they all treat us. That's why we own two. A Mazda 6 and the CX5.

I've been in need of a new car for quite some time and was interested in the CX-3 so I stopped by to have a look. Jackson was the one to help me and I'm so glad for it! He was friendly, honest, and (very important to me) engaging without being pushy! I wasn't ready to buy that day but a few weeks later I made my choice and made sure to ask for him again. He did a great job and went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. He's also actually listening to you - when I picked up my brand new CX-3 he inquired about plans for it I mentioned weeks before! This was my first experience with buying a new car and I'm grateful to Jackson and Davis-Moore Mazda for making it so wonderful!

I took my 2004 Mazda 3 into the service center and after some contemplation, decided it was time for a new car. I did not know anyone who worked there, nor was I referred, but I really like Mazda vehicles so I decided to look there. Through a relatively quick and carefree process (not quick because of AmFam and the 23 people holding on the phone in front of me) I bought a 2010 CX-7 Thursday evening!Saturday afternoon I noticed minor hail damage on parts of the hood and roof. I text Tanner after hours; he called me almost immediately. The car runs and drives great, it has regular/low end miles for the year, the interior is spotless; but I wanted the hail fixed. They agreed to do so.Tanner came to my work, picked up my CX-7 at 930am Monday morning, and had it back with all the hail repaired by 430pm. (Insert SHOCK & AWE) {I even called a PDR friend to ask if it could really be done that fast, obviously it can}. Tanner and everyone at Davis Moore Mazda has earned my trust, my respect and by all means my 5 star rating. I will recommend them to everyone and I will definitely shop with them again. THANK YOU!

Tanner was so patient with me as our main communication was through the phone. He answered all of my questions in regards to the vehicle I wanted. Always a friendly tone and the fact that I met him the day I bought my Jeep from him was unreal. We were looking for a smaller pre-owned car and ended up buying a Ford Focus at Davis Moore with the help of Tanner and Fernando. We thought Tanner was very helpful, friendly and not pushy at all. He listened to what we wanted and walked us over the lot pointing out our options. We test drove a couple of cars, took a day to think it over and made the decision.I would recommend Tanner to help you look for a car any day !!Fernando helped us through the process of signing all the documents. He's really friendly and can explain the entire process very well.Other things I noticed at the dealerships was that all the guys were dressed nicely and professional, everyone was friendly, the place looked tidy and modern, staff was was opening doors for people coming in and as soon as someone new came onto their lot they went outside to greet them. Management is obviously doing a great job here.

I'd been keeping my eyes on several car websites for months, dreading the time when I actually found the vehicle I was waiting for. I finally found the car that met all my needs and decided to check it out. Over my lunch hour, I popped in to see the car in person. A sales associate, Ian Murdick, showed up quickly, talked to me about the car, and within minutes, we were on a test drive. I never felt pressured, tense, or hassled during the interaction. Since I was on a lunch break, I didn't have time to talk extensively or consider the car further than the quick test drive. So, Ian quickly arranged for me to take it back to work. At the end of the day, I came back to the dealership and began the purchase process. Although the financial computer system was down, Ian arranged as much as he could for us to finish up the financial aspect the next day, and even arranged for me to take the car home that night. The following day, Moner Sadi handled the loan and final paperwork with ease, and made us feel comfortable. Within 24 hours of me seeing the vehicle online, I was happily driving it home. I had been thinking for a while about upgrading my 2008 Mazda3, so on a whim I stopped into the dealership. I test drove two vehicles, and shortly after drove home in a new car. Not only was the salesman kind, fun and down to earth, I knew he was really listening to what I wanted and expected in my new vehicle. I was shocked at how these guys went over and beyond to guarantee I got the absolute best deal possible with extended warranties and gap to ensure a since of security in knowing I will not have to worry about my vehicle, it is all taken care of.

I'm going to preface this saying I don't review much, most of what I do is because I had a great experience but this is the exception to that. I don't consider myself a complainer, I typically let a lot of negative stuff slide because that's just my nature but after a while there's not much else to do.The initial experience was great, the salesperson was helpful and the price of the vehicle I bought was fair. That's about where the good experience I had with Davis Moore Mazda ends. The first issue I ran into was when the salesperson scheduled my service on a Sunday, when they're closed. I didn't know this or even think to check the day it was scheduled. I had an appointment so I showed up, from 2.5 hours away on a Sunday. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled, after talked with a manager they decided to compensate me by paying for the service where I live. While this doesn't compare to wasting basically an entire weekend, I figured it was better than nothing, because I ended up driving down Saturday to make the 8AM appointment and got a hotel. Because who really wants to wake up before 6 on the weekend? Not this guy. I ended up sending them the invoice, and never got anything back. I figured it wasn't worth it to pester them over $50 or whatever it was they were going to compensate me with and had this been the only issue I could overlook it - it did suck that I wasn't going to be able to take advantage of the 2 years of scheduled maintenance they offered me at the time of sale but again, you don't always get what you want even if it was promised to you. About 9 months later I realize they sold me interior protection that was never applied. Since I was going to be in the area for the weekend I called and attempted to schedule an appointment on Saturday to get it applied only to be told they can only do it on a weekday which I was never informed of and the finance person that sold it knew I lived hours away and getting the car in on a weekday wasn't going to be an option for me. At the same time I started to question the extended warranty that I purchased, I wasn't driving the car as much as I anticipated (~4 years out at 35k) so I got in contact to see if they could cancel the warranty and the interior protection that I wasn't going to be able to get applied. I was sent a form for the warranty and the interior protection was pretty much dropped, a manager was supposed to get in contact with me and it never happened. So I filled out the form and sent it back just assuming it was going to be taken care of. I made the mistake of not verifying they actually canceled it, I say it was a mistake because it never got canceled. I found this out when I was going over my loan statements because I found out it was time to cancel my GAP insurance. So I again attempted to get in contact with someone in the finance department, I say attempted because I've called 3-4 times in the last few weeks with no response, I get transferred to Frenando's voicemail leave a message stating what I'm trying to do and get NOTHING in response. I even went so far as to attempt to get it done online but the online team is apparently just for sales and the one message I got back from them was automated and attempting to sell me something. Needless to say I'm not even a little bit happy with my overall experience. I hope I'm the exception and most people get better service but based on the way I've been treated there's absolutely no way I could recommend this dealership to anyone and while most of the responses here seem positive I wanted to shed some light on my experience with Davis Moore.

I bought a used Honda Civic from Davis-Moore Mazda, and it had an issue with the CD player not working. Mazda not only fixed it at no charge, but provided a rental car in the meantime, and shuttled me a couple of places. They made it happen!

Tanner Nicholson was our sales consultant, and he was amazing! I walked in wanting to look at only 1 car, and told him what I wanted the final outcome to be in order to drive it away. He assured me that we would be able to make the deal and I would drive away in the car I wanted. Low and behold, with the help of Fernando Cruzado and Moner Sadi, Tanner made good on his word! The three of them worked extremely hard with us and the bank in order to get me in the car I wanted with the payment that I needed! I could not be more grateful to them for getting me out of my old car and into this beautiful new to me vehicle! I will, without a doubt, be sending anyone I know to purchase their next vehicle from these gentlemen!

My boyfriend was set on buying a new car. It was between a Volkswagon Passat & a Mazda 6. We ended up with the 6 because VW doesn't make a Passat in red. They sold my boyfriend a $2800 warranty package (not sure WHY a brand new vehicle would need a warranty). Service has been a joke. The tire sensor keeps telling us we have a low tire (not which one, you're supposed to guess). I went in once and they said my wheel had dirt inside it and it would be $45 to wash it. I told them I would pass and to have the manager call me...they then reconsidered and washed it for free. The mgr did call me later and apologized. Then they told us at 25,000 miles we needed new tires. Pass again. Now I am having problems with the automatic starter and cant get any answers or get thru to the parts department who the salesman said I needed to talk to. Will NEVER buy anything here again.

I had talked to sales over the weekend and agreed upon a both a purchase price and what I would get for my trade. I rated my trade-in as accurately as possible. I went in the following Monday and Tanner had all my information ready to go. We didn't have to negotiate anything beyond what we had discussed by phone. They made it very easy to buy a car without any hassle or delay. I will definitely continue to be a customer and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them business.

We just purchased our 3rd Mazda from Davis Moore Mazda and it was another great experience! My first vehicle purchase was from Davis Moore back in the early 90's and since then it has been the dealership we choose to do business with. As our family has grown and our vehicle needs have changed the Mazda brand has been the perfect fit for us. Performance and fun to drive later changed to safety, comfort, utility, and reliability. I realized later that every vehicle we purchased still encompassed all of those values. Our salesman is, was, and will always be Roger Moreno. He has been a honest, caring, and trustworthy person. I truly consider him a friend. He is very thorough and he makes sure all of the features are explained to us. There is no pressure from him or any of the personnel we have contact with. Roger, Rick, Moner, and Glen have been the team we have dealt with for many years. They have made every purchase a wonderful experience. This is going back to the mid 90's. The three vehicles we have now are Mazda's purchased from them! We highly recommend the Mazda team at Davis Moore! I dreaded going in to buy a new car and after my last buying experience with a Chevy dealership I had a bad taste in my mouth of car salesmrn. Tanner was amazingly patient and NOT pushy. He was very hands off and let ME make the decision. He was attentive, available at a moment's notice, and very understanding of my situation. He did everything he could to make my experience a memorable one in the best way possible. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him again and recommend him to anyone hesitant of car salesmen. This is NOT your typical experience!

I was fortunate enough to work with Tanner Nicholson on my car purchase a few weeks ago. I will say I have never been found of having to deal with high pressure sales associates as I have in the past. However, Tanner was the opposite! No high pressure sales and he actually listened to what I was needing in my new car! As I gave him my list of "needs and wants" in my vehicle, Tanner was able to give me a couple options with different vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly patient with me! I bought a beautiful Chevrolet Equinox and I love it!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH TANNER NICHOLSON!!!!! Thanks Davis-Moore Mazda!

Recently had totaled my car and came in interested in looking at the new 2016 Mazdas. Worked with a friend of mine, Tanner Nicholson, and ended up going with a 2016 Mazda 6! I will say, after a stressful week of car hunting, Davis-Moore made me feel right at home! Huge thank you to Tanner and the guys there for being so warm and welcoming!! I bought my CX-5 from Davis Moore about a month ago and I am in LOVE! Tanner was spectacular. He answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into any immediate decisions. Then once I was comfortable and ready to sign paperwork he waited with me in the rain for my husband to show up, he answered all my husbands additional questions and he helped get everything transferred from my old vehicle into the new one. He was awesome! I even sent my little sister to him the following week to find her first car!

Was met at the door of the dealership by Tanner Nicholson and worked with him. He started out by asking what I was looking for and really seemed to listen. I took a CX-5 for a test drive and Tanner explained its features as we drove. He had worked with some other dealerships in the past and offered honest comparisons between the Mazda and other similar cars (Mazda didn't always come out on top honest). When I returned almost a week later to let my wife try out the vehicle too, Tanner was again helpful and went over the car's features again with her. When I decided this was the car for me (coming back a third time), he walked through picking out features with me and helped me pick out a CX-5 that had what I wanted and didn't have what I didn't want. Wonderful experience.Financing was another matter. I felt like there was a lot of pressure to up-sell the extended warranty and I had to emphasize my rejection of it multiple times and to more than one finance person. It was by far the longest and most frustrating part of the experience.

Just bought my 2010 Mazda CX-7 today and had the most WONDERFUL experience! I'm only 21 and this was my first car-buying experience, and Tanner and everyone in the financial department was beyond helpful and patient. The lot attendant even reached into the storm drain to save my wallet that my mom accidentally dropped. Overall, everyone seemed like fun, friendly guys and Tanner did everything possible to find the right car for me at an amazing deal! HUGE thanks to Davis-Moore for the great experience!

Was looking for a new vehicle and they had one I was interested in. The salesman did not know much (almost nothing) about the vehicle he was trying to sell me, they took the key for my trade in then refused to give it back (asked four times for the key back and they always changed the subject had to start to get up to walk out before they would give my key back), wanted me to sign off on possible numbers (price, trade percentage) before running anything, was supposed to be getting numbers for me and was sitting in his bosses office laughing and joking while making me wait an extended period of time, tried to tell me I would have tax issues if I sold my vehicle outright instead of trading it in and it was paid off. The vehicle itself was nice and clean that is the only reason they got one star. However, I found the same vehicle with 2500 less miles on it for $2000.00 less.So I guess if you want a dealership that lies to you and tries to force you into buying a vehicle and sign papers before giving you a price, then this is the place for you. If not I would definitely go elsewhere!!

My husband and I were in need of a new vehicle this past weekend and had decided on one we found at Davis Moore Mazda, however we were a little later than we wanted to be getting back to the dealership. When we got there our Sales Consultant, R.J. Hicks, and Moner Sadi, the Account Manager were understanding, accommodating and professional. These gentlemen stayed late and went above and beyond to ensure that we could purchase our vehicle and drive it home that night. From the minute we walked into the Mazda dealership we were so impressed by the friendly and low key salesmen. Before starting to look at cars, our salesman, Gavin, asked a few questions about my likes, dislikes and anything I might be looking for. From then on it was so easy. There was no pressure to get me in a certain car. After 2 or 3 test drives, I knew I had found the car I was looking for. Jason was also very helpful when we narrowed down our choice to one specific model. Moner, the finance officer was efficient and friendly and made the end of the process as painless possible. This is the 4th Davis Moore vehicle my husband and I have purchased and I'm sure it won't be the last!

Purchased my CX-5 from Davis Moore last summer. The main reason I would recommend this dealership is because of the way they treated me and my husband. Not only was Justin a pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond in demonstrating the vehicle after our purchase. Also, he called us a few days later and answered any new questions we had. The finance office took a few hours, but that was to be expected. All in all, a great experience.

I had an excellent experience with Davis-Moore Mazda staff and i enjoyed my visit there. Jason took me around to view the many varieties and colors of Mazdas, as I was set on purchasing a CX-5; not sure of the color. While waiting on a family member to come out to look at my prospective purchase, past lunch time for me; I was offered lunch and that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The closing process did not take as long from Davis Moore, as I have heard from other dealerships. I purchased my Silver Mazda CX-5 and I love it!

I first would like to say that I have no experience with the sales team, just the service center. I had purchased my 2011 Mazda Speed 3 from a private seller. After purchasing the vehicle I was in an accident involving the front end. I brought my car to this dealer, because it is a Mazda Speed dealer they are the only ones, or so I was told, that can work on Mazda Speed 3's. The transmission in the vehicle was running very poorly, not going into gear properly, grinding and hard shifts. The dealer looked at the car for a couple days, told me it was a synchronization issue with the tire sizes and changed the transmission fluid. The insurance at this point paid for everything. A month after this the transmission is back to doing the exact same things. I called the insurance company, they told me to get with Mazda since they had already cleared it. When I called Davis-Moore I spoke with Glen. I was met with a huge attitude and was told "I will not look at your car". I spoke with the general manager of Davis-Moore, whose name escapes me right now, he was very pleasant to deal with and asked if he could get with Glen then call me back. About 10-15 minutes later, he did call me back to tell me what he had found out. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe not. I was willing to give it the benefit of a doubt. After finding out that they needed to look at it again to possibly do a transmission rebuild/replace, they then told me I would be paying for it. The car was in a wreck, they looked at it previously. Insurance will not cover it because of this, which I understand. Davis-Moore Mazda's position was that they would not stand behind their work. The car was still under warranty as well, and they said that would not cover it either. When I asked them why they would not stand behind their work or even warranty it, I got nothing but attitude. Their sales team was very pleasant to deal with when I was there the first time looking around for a new vehicle for my wife but needless to say I will not be going back.

Got into contact with Laurie before buying my car- she's the internet lady at Davis Moore- and she got me all the information I needed. Justin took his time with me, didn't pressure me into making a hasty decision, and got me a great deal! As a female, I can really appreciate this non-pushy sales approach. Jason, the manager (I think), was kind and thanked me for my business. I tend to drive cars till they die, but if I ever need a new vehicle, Davis Moore has earned my business.

I came to Davis Moore dealership as I have bought most of my previous cars from Davis Moore. David White was the gentleman that came out to greet me. My initial impression of David was that he was very cordial, was there to answer any questions I had and would make suggestions in a great salesman-to-customer way without being "pushy"! (THANK YOU!) David had a great friendliness about him and he did whatever was needed to help with any questions or information. If he did not know the answer, he would immediately retrieve it and was right back with me. He was never distracted during our discussion as some car salespeople can be (personal experience - I do not appreciate a salesperson being distracted by another potential client because they may seem more serious about buying!). We discussed the type of car I was looking for without really knowing for sure what it was I was looking for. I told him I would come back the next day so we could look at the different lots. When we did meet up again, he said we could drive the 2005 Lincoln to the other lots to look. I test drove a number of cars. To make a long story short, I ended up buying the Lincoln we were driving! David and I had a discussion about why we were driving the Lincoln and it seemed that he knew it might be what I was looking for. David explained to me that my description of the car I was looking for seemed to match the Lincoln! Great intuition and sales sense David. Thank you so much! I hope all your customers have the same or similar enjoyable experience I did. When I am ready to buy my next car, I will be there looking for David. Great job, thoroughly professional and made this transaction very easy and pleasurable with his personal touch. Thanks again! One last thing, The reason for a couple of the good ratings instead of all great were small mistakes made by the financing/business department which caused me to have to come back and redo some paperwork. This was not David's department and really, it was a very minor inconvenience. All the people I spoke and worked with were great!!! Thank you David White and Davis Moore!

David was very friendly and helpful when I came in to look for a vehicle. I was not sure exactly what type of vehicle was looking for when I first arrived but David was accommodating and showed me several vehicles. I ended up buying a 2012 Mazda 6 at a really great price and am still satisfied with the vehicle. Originally when we went shopping for a new car, we weren't sure of what car to buy. We visited a number of dealerships but when we visited the Mazdza Davis-Moore dealership we ran into David Wise and immediately felt comfortable dealing with him. He showed us a number of cars that we decided not to buy but with his patience and not pushing us to buy just any car we narrowed our search to a Mazda. We eventually selected a Mazda grand touring model that has turned out to be the perfect car for my wife. Most likely we would not have purchased the car except for the knowledge, patience, and friendlness of David White, the very best salesman that we encountered in Wichita.I have a 2005 Mazda Tribute and when I'm ready to trade into a new car, I will definately opt for David White to be the salesman.Sincerly,John & Nancy Komula

Wichita is the closest Mazda dealership from where we live when we googled it, but worth the drive from Ponca City to test drive the Mazda CX-5. I have done extensive research about this vechicle since the 2013 model came out. Hubby is a Mazda driver too and has nothing but good reviews about its reputation and the product durability. At first, we hit a few bumps during the negotiating process but in the end I purchased the 2014 model of my color of choice. I still have yet to test drive the AWD next Winter but so far I am really happy with the purchase! Special mention goes to Gaylord, Laurie and Moner for being so nice & friendly which made our experience even better.

Mazda makes great cars. I love them. When I decided to buy a fun, fuel efficient vehicle the Mazda3 SkyActiv was the logical choice. Day 1: Test DriveThe salesman was awful. All he could do was recite the specs that Mazda had given him. He was constantly showing us brochures on his iPad. During the test drive, he asked me no less than 20 times "how's that steering? That steering is race car inspired." I have never wanted to throw someone out of a moving vehicle until that day. However, I did like the car and made the decision to buy it. When we returned to the dealership I was very clear about my intentions to purchase the car, but that I would want my wife on the loan with me and we would return the following afternoon to do the necessary paperwork. I asked if anything else needed to be done that day was told plainly "nope." I shook hands with the salesman and left. Where I come from, that means we had a deal. I should also add, I did have $1,000 in cash, a credit card with a $10,000 limit, and a checkbook in my back pocket. I was more than prepared to leave a deposit.Day 2: Attempted Purchase.I say "attempted" because that's what it was. My wife and I both left work early, cancelled dinner plans, and arrived at the dealership in the afternoon. The second we walked in the door my salesman looked up, looked panicked, and disappeared. After several minutes of being ignored, we asked another salesman if there was someone that could point us in the right direction to get paperwork started on purchasing a car. This salesman was friendly and asked which car, and after I described it to him, he looked apologetic and explained that my salesman had sold it the previous evening, shortly after I had left. So much for handshakes. I attempted speaking with the sales manager, he was completely unapologetic, refused to help, and refused to even attempt to right the wrong. Why he is in this position is a mystery.Day 3: SettledI was upset about losing a good deal on a car I liked, but my wife was livid at the way we had been treated. It took some convincing, but I finally made a few phone calls to see what could be done. The specifics have been lost to time, but I ended up dealing with someone in the Internet Department. She was fantastic. I explained our story, and she got upset as well. Within an hour she had found a car similar to the one I wanted, and made sure I got it for the price I previously negotiated. Our credit is very good and we closed our loan for 0% on the car that night and went home happy. I should mention that the original salesman and the sales manager were completely absent while we were there. Service:The service department is ok. I only needed oil changes every 5,000 miles, so visiting them was infrequent. There were a few small issues with the car (like most new cars) and getting them fixed usually took me mentioning it more than once. There was a part of the seat that came un-stitched that was mentioned three times and never repaired. It wasn't major, I just wanted it fixed before it got worse and I was out of warranty. I also installed a HomeLink auto-dimming mirror myself, I personally can't drive a car anymore without one. At the same time I also permanently installed a radar detector. When my service adviser noticed the "modifications" be mentioned I may have voided part of my warranty. Ridiculous and untrue, but sadly, not that uncommon.The Last Straw:About a year into happily owning the car, the check engine light came on. I understand this happens, and is usually not a big deal. I had to work late that evening so I asked my wife to bring the car in to be checked out. I truly expected it to be uneventful, it should have been. After having the car for almost an hour and not telling her anything, they give the keys back and say she's good to go. She barely gets to the highway and realizes the check engine light is still on. When she comes back and asks why the problem hasn't been fixed their reply is "we changed the oil like you asked." So not only did they not pay attention to the fact that we were nowhere near due for an oil change, and did not listen to why the car was brought in, they returned a car to a customer that had a check engine light on. She called me irritated, understandably. She had things to be doing, and dealing with my car wasn't really on her list. I told her to find the service manager and let him know what happened so he could make sure it got fixed right. Turns out, the service manager was unavailable and she was directed to the sales manager. Yes, the same guy who treated us like crap before who we never wanted to deal with again. She explained the problem, he got instantly rude. He told her he remembered her and that he listened to the video of when I test drove the car and that I refused to make a deposit...lies. They don't have audio on their camera system, and I never refused to make a deposit. If that wasn't enough, he told her that she must be doing something to the car to make the check engine light come on and it wasn't his problem. To summarize: he insulted my wife and called me a liar.We sold the car 5 days later with a warning to the buyer. Take it anywhere but the Mazda dealership.To date, Mazda USA returned our calls but is really unable to do anything but make notes. Davis Moore Auto Group has not returned calls, and I suspect they never will.

Wife is super picky and a total pain so she sent me in to scope out the new cars. I took the car to her and she fell in love so I went back and struck a deal. Jean-Marc took great care of us and had great product knowledge. Rick got us a great value on our trades. Mason got us an excellent warranty and made the paperwork super simple. This was our second PERFECT experience with these guys. GREAT JOB

I have owned several Davis-Moore vehicles. The service is good while the vehicle is new but around 60,000 miles the service gets worse. I sit at the dealership for at least an hour, just for an oil change. When it is completed the service manager will come out and tell me things that need repaired, replaced or fixed. If they would tell me while the car is being worked on I could get it fixed right then. It appears they are wanting me to come back to pay for more shop time. This has happened repeatedly and I am beginning to think I will look for a vehicle from a different dealership next time.

I thought the overall services was excellent. I was not hounded when I got into the parking lot. I was able to look at vehicles without feeling that I was being pushed. I was able to test drive a vehicle twice. And the salesman was not negative towards other brands. In addition, taking care of the financing and other paperwork was easy.

This is the 16th car I've purchased from Davis-Moore Mazda since 1980. I have always found the sales people and sale manager friendly and helpful. The first 15 cars were purchased with the help of Lew Medlin, who has now retired. The purchase of the 2014 Mazd6 was done with the help of Roger Moreno. Roger was extremely helpful and knowledge. The new Mazda6 is without a doubt the best car the Mazda has built.One of the main reasons I have stuck with Davis-Moore Mazda for so may years is Glen Mahan and the service department. Great work and no pressure.

I was impressed with the dealership and the car-buying process. Tyree was very nice and professional. I rated the customer service lower because of 2 things: Tyree said he had synced an ipod with a car but couldn't remember how, but he would find out and let me know right after Christmas. Well, it's January 12, and I still can't find anyone in Mazda country who can tell me how to sync my ipod; also, on January 4 I called Tyree because the Mazda Lease Department said they had no record of our leased CX-9 being traded in and they needed to know if the car was bought by Davis-Moore. Tyree said he would call me back with the information - it's 8 days later and I haven't heard from him.

We (my mom and I) have fallen on hard times. We needed a car desperately. We called Mazda Davis-Moore, and I spoke with Bill the Mgr. he said to come out and they the whole team would help us. Outstanding people. Always give you the best possible deal. Never any pressure to buy a vehicle. Never a gimmick. It's nice to walk in and look around and ask questions without having someone breath down your neck.

Bought three cars from this dealership. Jimmy is a very easy person to work with; easy going and personable. They honor affiliated organization wholesale pricing even though they are not officially listed a "Participating Dealer" by the organization; the want the sale and will do what it takes to earn it.The purchasing process was completely hassle free in my case. The finance office goes through their normal hustle, but it's a relatively soft sell and they treat you with respect and are friendly even when you turn down the offers. The service center does very good work overall, but service lane personnel don't seem go out of their way to be particularly friendly and welcoming, though they can be when you engage them and are actually nice people.

David was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at.I felt he was truthful and was there to help me in anyway to get the car I wanted. He was easy to talk to which put me at ease. Whenever I called to asked a question he would return my call quickly and very professional. I would recommend David to my friends and I will get with him when I decide to buy another car.

While having my oil changed early this week I told the technician that I had a small oil leak and asked them to please find the problem. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Everyone was very professional and pleasant, and I was able to take care of some work while sitting at a table in the customer waiting room. I really appreciated this option.
