My overall experience: The moment I walked into the dealership I was approached by Mitch with a warm welcome and a handshake. We chatted for a couple minutes in the lobby and discussed why I was looking into a new car. He wasn’t pushy and was open to answering all my questions before talking financials and contracts as it was important to make sure I ended up with a car I really wanted. Once we settled on the truck, he grabbed the exact one that I wanted to test drive (color and all) which was important. I hate test driving a car when it’s not the exact model you plan on walking away with. He offered me to test drive other options but I knew I found the option I wanted. We sat down, made a deal and I was the owner of a new Dodge Ram 1500 (and the process really was as easy as that sounds). They even chauffeured me around to drop off my old lease and over to the bank so I could finalize financials. Dealing with Mitch, the financial team and management, I was blown away by the overall service and stress free environment. I’d highly recommend visiting Danbury Dodge if you’re in the market for a new car. They were professional, interpersonal and knowledgeable. Not to mention ACTUALLY have cars available in this tough market. Definitely deserves all 5 stars!

What a great experience from start to finish. If you need a new ride This is the place you should go!! They gave me a great price on my trade and had in even better price on my new ride. This place is the best! Fair, considerate and greatly accommodating. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go to another dealership ! One thing I can't understand is how people from UTAH comment on how awful this dealership is!? Did you really come from UTAH to buy a car!? That seems contradicting , Huh!!? People better wise up before they leave bad reviews and they have no clue what their talking about!! WOW! Great dealership, great place! You won't be disappointed.

Great experience here. Nicole was a pleasure to work with on my purchase and trade in. Never any pressure, and felt as though I got the best price for the exact car I wanted. Left with a positive feeling and no regrets, like I could have done better elsewhere. Healy in Beacon could not match the offer from Danbury and honestly were not even close. Experience fair. Bought used car "as is". Granted I know that I take all the risks. I was told that the car had passed Connecticut inspection and had been gone over by their service department.I drove the car 30 miles and went directly to get the car inspected in New York. Front wheel had locked up. Caliper bad, brake hoses bad.I don't think the car was mechanically inspected by the dealership.After much haggling , dealership agreed to pay half of the cost to repair.In addition we were told that car would be fully registered with plates. On arrival we were given temporary transit plates and were told the the metal plates would be sent overnight to us. We picked up the car Wednesday and it is now Sunday and are still waiting for the plates.In all fairness the salesman was very helpful, as was the business manager, but we were disappointed with how information was not clearly given. In conclusion, I'm sure the dealership is doing their best but we will not be doing business with them again.

They did a temporary repair of the issue until I find a permanent solution - unfortunately it was cost-prohibitive to fix my car door that day through Kia. Al in service is always helpful, attentive and as timely as possible. My only other frustration that day was that I couldn't get a wifi connection (neither my computer or phone) in the waiting area and I had to go sit in the Dodge waiting area, where it was working.

I did a lot of research and went to a few different dealerships. I had my decision down to a Hyundai or Toyota. I am a long time Toyota buyer and I assumed I would go with Toyota. But I went with Hyundai. This is because of the Hyundai Saleswomen, Nicole, and the Sales Manager, Steve. They did not pressure me, as others did. We sat down with an honest and professional bottom line on the amount and payment that it would be. I then went over to Toyota. Toyota could have cared less that I bought from them. They made me feel like Toyota sells itself, so take it or leave it. Well I left Toyota and went right back to Hyundai and I am very happy I did. The vehicle is fantastic and my buying process was easy and quick. Nice job!!!

Never was treated by a service advisor like Dan K. before. He was knowledgeable about my situation. I wanted to look at something on my vehicle and he allowed to take the tech out on as long a test drive as needed. This gave the electrical guru Bob more time to address my issue. When quite some time had passed both men came up with a solution which no one I knew from Maine to Ca. had addressed. I came up to DD from Brooklyn NY and will gladly go back!!! Thx A Lot! ...Guys...

We went in to shop for a vehicle after shopping at several area dealers. We arrived at 5:50 pm on a Saturday (store closes at 6:00) and they did everything to help us get the exact vehicle we wanted...including offering us the best terms. The transaction was completed by 6:30. We had received other quotes and Danbury Jeep beat the other estimates. We also were extremely pleased when we picked up the vehicle. Inquired about a vechicle and a response took days to come. I tried to make an appointment for a test drive. I live 40 miles from the dealership so I wanted to be sure I wouldn't be sitting around waiting for help. A reply never came. I followed up again and received a reply a few days after that the car had been sold. From initial communication to the final one was 10 days just to find out the car was gone. Frustrating. Yes, I should have just gone in, but I didn't want an 80 mile round trip if I wasn't assured a time for a test drive. If you can't do business electronically, don't try. Many people are too busy to spend time making a lot of calls to various dealerships across the state. Email is easier. Get it together.

I had a 2013 Dodge Journey and had to constantly bring it in. I had one issue that lasted just about a year till they finally fixed the issue. Once I finally thought I was in the clearing from issues my driver side floor would soak up when using the AC. Once again and took it in a discovered the issue was not fixed. I do want to say that the service staff is very flexible and nice but when it comes down to the technicians they are terrible. I decided I was done with the car and purchased a Honda.

In spite of some initial communication difficulties (a receptionist wrote my phone number wrong and all the emails I received went directly to spam), the service I received from this dealership was very good. I was able to schedule a test drive the same week I called them and everything went as smoothly as could be expected. My salesman, C. Little, was very helpful and wasn't at all obnoxious or pushy, which made the experience positive and non-stressful. The car itself is a 2006 Saturn Ion and was in very good condition. If anything, it looked better than the pictures. They washed and waxed it and gave it all new tires. They were also very helpful with financing and made things very manageable for me. Overall, very good dealership with excellent service.

I've been going to Danbury Hyundai for the past ten years, and I have never been disappointed. Their service department is wonderful, their customer service is wonderful, and you can't beat the every-other-service is free thing. :) In fact, I traded in my Hyundai a year-and-a-half ago and bought a used Honda from Hyundai's lot, and I still use Danbury Hyundai Service. I made sure I could still come to them for service even though the car isn't a Hyundai.

Hi: I purchased my 2016 Hyundai Tucson from Chris Coco and he was wonderful to work with. I had been coming from an older vehicle that didn't have all of the technology that this new car has and Chris was very patient working me and I know I drove him crazy. We visited the dealership on Saturday February 27th specifically to see one Pickup we'd been viewing online for 3 weeks. The dealership was CRAZY busy that day, so waiting was not an option, but we had TV to watch!! Anthony was our sales person and he did a wonderful job dealing with my "difficult" husband. Anthony had the patience of a saint, assisting us with working through the approval and Finance process. We were very surprised at the interest rate Carlos in Finance was able to "work up" for us. We were/are very happy with our Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn! I need to bring it back to service for minor fixes, so hopefully, that will go smoothly as well. I would 100% Recommend Danbury Dodge for a new or used vehicle!

I went to Danbury Hyundai for my 45000 mile service. I was treated very professionally by the service dept, offered coffee and a work area where I could make phone calls and access the internet. My service was completed in a very timely manner and look forward to returning to the dealer if I need any further services or repairs. PS Some dealerships do a courtesy car wash!!!

I made an appointment for routine maintenance on my 2014 Sonata for 8:00AM and my car was taken right in. My husband and I spoke with the service department manager about a few items and he was extremely pleasant and took his time with us to explain everything in detail. Maintenance was completed in 1.5 hours and the cashier was extremely pleasant as well. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase and service.

This is a professional dealership. Of the many I have worked with, these guys were the best by far. I was very satisfied with the entire process. The speed to which they can get everything setup within a short time frame was great. The inventory was ample and many great quality cars to choose from. My salesman was the best I've worked with. Very honest, which is hard to say and also a person that will follow up with the experience even after the sales. Most salesman don't care once you drive off the lot, but everyone follows up well. The entire staff was great.

An excellent experience at Danbury Hyundai! Joe Aranjo in Sales provided outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond in the time he spent with me explaining the cars & lease offers. I was able to choose the car that best suited my needs. I was then referred to Joe in Finance who was extremely helpful & I also appreciated his guidance. After my car selection was completed, along with the paperwork involved, Joe Aranjo went over all of the features of my car. I am thrilled with my Sonata! I would highly recommend Danbury Hyundai for a very positive, successful experience in purchasing or leasing.

Came in for a minor recall fix and even though there was to be no charge i was still treated like a paying customer. Signing in was quick and easy and the service writer was pleasant and helpful. The service even took less time than the estimated time! Will be taking my jeep in for all repairs, oil changes, etc to them!

They made the buying experience easy. They also register your car AND print the plates IN THE DEALERSHIP. Honest sales people. I never felt pressured or intimidated. Buying a car is always going to be stressful and these guys understand that. I was in and out of there in a few hours and drove off the lot in my new car. I have to go back to replace one hubcap, but they are paying for it.

I recently delt with Manny Bravo in sales, even though my credit was not in the best of shape, Manny and the finance manager Carlos worked with me and and made my dreams of owning a dodge ram come true. Most all other dealers turned their back one once they received my credit rating, Manny followed threw with all his promises and even gave me an extended warranty free of charge. Our purchase of a Jeep Cherokee Latitude was the second vehicle we purchased from Danbury Dodge. The reason we went back there was because of Ray Pacheco the salesman who handled our first buy there. There is no one else we would want to work with. Ray is a straight shooter, very honest and someone that you can trust. It is rare in sales (car sales in particular) that you can find someone with integrity who listens to what you are looking for and is not overbearing and pushy. We were welcomed like family, test drove what we wanted. He answered all our questions, and we were delighted to purchase the vehicle from him. It was a terrific experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Danbury Dodge and see him.

Excellent service by Sebastian Merino. He took a lot of time talking with me on phone and email. Answered all of my questions and offered good advice. Made sure everything was good to go upon my arrival. I was in and out of there within an hour with my new car. I highly recommend him . The finance person Mike was also extremely efficient, professional and knowledge. Usually I dread that part in a car sale, because I feel like I'm being rushed or pushed into spending more money but not this time. I don't think I will ever use another dealer.

I went online, and had calls or emails out for more info from several dealers. Vincent called me back from Danbury with information. I then went/talked/emailed with other dealers and it looked like Danbury had the best deal. I called Vincent; he was off so I talked to Steve, who had Sebastian call me. I did just about everything over the phone or email. No running around. In less than a week I was picking up my car. Everyone was really helpful and nice. The gentleman in finance answered all my questions about the warranties, and everything went smoothly. A positive experience!

Our salesperson, Tom, was professional and respectful of our time from the moment we met him. No high-pressure tactics, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful at working with us on the price and financing. It was, by far, the easiest and non-stressful car buying experience we've ever had. When I arrived at the Hyundai in Danbury everyone was very helpful in getting me to the right person and getting me a car I could afford. I was happily working with Sebastian in my car selection process. As we had already been in contact he had the car set and ready to test drive. Before our test drive I was able to have a long discussion about the car and everything that was included with the car and leasing deal. As soon as I got in the car I fell in love with it. As soon as I got back to the dealership I happily went about getting the car. Sebastian was very helpful in getting me an insurance plan, which I previously didn't have because of work reasons. I signed up with a Progressive plan and while I was dealing with this they where running my paperwork and getting me all set and ready to drive out of the dealership. After all the paperwork was signed and payed for. Sebastian happily brought me outside and showed me all the features of my car setting up my bluetooth and other basic features of the car. The drive home was a very rewarding, knowing that I got a great deal and meet wonderful people. Thanks everyone at Hyundai dealership.

This was my first time buying my car on my own and my first time buying a hyundai and everyone at this hyundai was very nice and helpful. The guy who helped me at first was Tom and he was helpful, nice and gave me some good offers. Then he switched me over to Jim due to emergency and he was nice and helpful as well. These guys werent pushy or rushing you into buying unlike some other dealers. They understand if you want to think about it before making your decision. The process buying the car went well and very organized. Jim even gave me a tour of where to go for service , introduced me to some of the staff for car parts, any questions I have, financial mgr, etc it felt I was going for job interview. Lol.they are on top of things.

This is my 2nd Hyundai and I have only used this dealership for maintenance and repairs.....I have always been very pleased with their service..... the women at the front desk are very kind....and they gave me a loaner car while my car had brakes repaired....my friend had her car serviced at the same time right next door at another dealership and they told her they do not give loaner cars.....Thank you Hyundai.

My husband and I was just looking for an SUV. We walked around the lot, and here comes a salesman (Rich Trocolla) who saw us looking and checking each SUV. He came and introduced himself and talked to us about the Hyundai Santa Fe, and promised to give us a good deal. He had us test drove the SUV and found it really nice. We ended up buying the SUV. My husband and I had been looking for either a pre-owned or new Dodge Durango. We had been to numerous dealerships checking pre-owned inventory. The new Durango was not in our budget, so it seemed. I finally met with Fred at Danbury Dodge dealership. He immediately allowed me to drive the pre-owned Durango, which I loved. As my husband continued to debate whether to get pre-owned or new, we called Fred with our best new quote. He not only beat the price, he did so considerably and the exact car I wanted was in stock. A few days later, we drove our new Durango home, and I absolutely love it. The dealership has a great team. We were given the best price, which included an excellent trade-in value, Carlos from financing secured us an excellent rate for financing, and Fred was a pleasure to work with. He was even late for dinner as he stayed beyond his scheduled hours to deliver our Durango. Thank you Fred!! I highly recommend this dealership. It was a hike for us, but well worth it.

Love, Love my Sonata Hybrid. It is not only easy to handle but WHAT!! the gas savings is off the hook. Who can say they fill up every two weeks! I get about 520 miles to the tank of gas. The car has actually changed my driving behaviors - I am determined to get a better EV score (green). The startling thing about this car is the fact that you cannot tell when the car is on, its so quiet. The end of year sale price was a bargain. The sales and maintenance teams at Hyundai in Danbury on Federal Rd. are really great guys. Love Jimmy in Sales and Steve, the Manager - they are fair and flexible and I didn't feel like a 'girl' buying a car. I am a loyalist buyer, I stick with a car brand forever, well I found my new home. Thank you!!!

Purchased 2014 Sonata Demo. Salesman did an excellent job demonstrating vehicle and was low pressure which I appreciated. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle F&I went through the paper work in 10 minutes. While I was buying my new vehicle I also had my 2009 Sonata serviced. I brought in for a recall and a multi point check up. Some additional service was needed. I was quoted a price and all the work was completed that day.

This dealership is two hours away from me. I found them on cars.com and saw that they had the Santa Fe sport I wanted in stock. I called and talked to Harry the sales representative. I still don't understand the time between service. Two times ago it was 6000 miles to the next then my last service was 4000 miles and this one on the 10th of May I see it is 3000 can someone tell what's happening and why. I'm almost at the point of finding someone else to do the service. Maybe, because I didn't buy the vehicle at Danbury Jeep. Do you get better service when you do??

This is my second time dealing with Danbury Kia and I must say both experiences were awesome! First time with Tim and the second time with Joanne. Who goes in for a oil change and comes out with a new car? I'm still in shocked but so happy with my new Optima! It's like a family everyone there gets involve in some way, making you feel special! My Ram 3500 has had some issues since it was purchased. Recently a major component needed replacing and I was under severe time constraints. After having me drop the truck off for a scheduled appointment, my truck was not looked at the first day and it really messed things up. However, the dealership really stepped up and got the part rushed in and replaced just in time for me to get my truck back on the road and working.

Purchased my 2014 KIA Sorento in December and this was my first service experience and it couldnt have gone any smoother. They were accomodating, curdious and very friendly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Please note: I live 50 minutes away and I could take my car to a closer service station, but the Service Dept. As well as Sales Dept here in Danbury are worth the trip.

I saw a used vehicle on the website that I was EXTREMELY interested in seeing. Since I live a couple hours away, I called and left two messages at 8:45 am and 9:30am asking that they let me know if the car was still on the lot before I drove all the way there. Not only was I surprised that at 9:30am, after opening hours, no one was answering, but I was also shocked that no one ever returned my call. I had also emailed the night before asking the same question, and that was never answered as well. Their loss. Not only did I end up buying a used vehicle from another dealership, but I also bought a brand new vehicle that same day! Danbury didn't want my business, but there are plenty of other dealerships that do!

The other day I got into my 2013 Kia Soul and none of the buttons or controls for the climate control seemed to respond. I called the service department and spoke to Will Regan (service manager) and expressed my concern. Will told be to bring the car in and it will be diagnosed and repaired. It took me a half hour to get there to drop off the car, Will wanted to look at the car before I left. He stuck his fingers into the fuse box and said "there, you are all set". I said "what did the magic man do"? His reply was that he reset the computer in the dashboard that controls my issues. Whoa! You did all that, how much do I owe you? "Your happiness is what Kia and I are after". I insisted on contributing something for his time and he stood firm on NO ! Based on the service experience alone, Kia stands tall amongst the dealerships along Federal Road in Danbury, CT.

I have all my maintenance done at the Dealership.The service at the Kia Dealership, that was showed to me, was outstanding & excellent. Mr. Will Regan was very nice, helpful, showed concern and was very professional.The gentleman that worked on my car, I believe his name was Chris Dible was great also. My husband and I were looking for a used Dodge Durango with certain features (V-8 engine, navigation,etc) and could not find what we wanted locally. I discovered cars.com and decided to look farther away. We found what we thought we wanted at Danbury Dodge. Since it was important to us, I e-mailed to ask if the vehicle had navigation, and was told "yes, it DOES". The vehicle's CARFAX showed 49,500 miles at the time we agreed to purchase, and gave our deposit. About 5 days afterward, however, I noticed an addition to the CARFAX report, listing the mileage at over 50,000 miles. When we finally received the vehicle (we had it transported by car-carrier service) it arrived with 50,400 miles. Someone had put 900+ more miles on this car since it was listed! It also has NO navigation system, which I was told by a local dealer will cost $2,100 to install. Although they stated that this car had a '120-point inspection', it arrived with 2 lights out (directional and fog) - nor was it 'detailed' as promised to us. So far, Danbury has offered us $500 to rectify the situation. Not acceptable. :( Sadly, I feel that not only was our car "used", but so were we.

While having our 2006 Hyundai serviced, we just happened to start looking at newer cars because we really liked our 2006. We looked at new and pre-owned. Our salesman was great! We ended up with a 2011 pre-owned. We haven't had it long but hopes it performs as well as our previous one did. My only complaint was the amount of time we waited for managers' approvals and for final document signing.

The best car buying experience I've ever had! Tim (saleperson who came over from Danbury Kia) was great,he helped me find a car I LOVE, and Liz & Steve, the finance people at were fun to work with and very understanding (letting go of my old 11 yr Accent was very emotional for me). It's my 2nd Hyundai (got 230,000 miles off my Accent!), and I'll be back. This time, I got an upgrade to the Veloster, a car I didn't think I could afford, but I can. Tim didn't push anything-- it was my wife who saw the Veloster. I asked Tim how he got into car sales-- he told me it was "exciting" working at Hyundai and he liked it better than his former job. It's good when you get someone who actually loves their work-- it shows. I hope my new Hyundai Veloster is as good a car as my Accent. Thanks, Hyundai.

We met with James Jackson who was just so helpful. He sat down with us as we went over what we were looking for in a car. We had been to another dealer nearaby and were 'shopping around' for the best deal. We felt very comfortable with him; his depth of knowledge and sense of humor, made this experience a five+...He did give us the 'best deal' which met our needs and his starightforwardness with us was what we were looking for. We had a budget to meet and he not only answered our questions but reassured us that he would do whatever he could to help us atain that goal and get the best possible deal.... AND WE DID. When we went to pick up the GLS Elantra recently, he went over all the 'bells and whistles' with us and did not rush us. He spent as much time as we needed to become comfortable with the car. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or relatives. The experience was a smooth one with no stress or pressure....We felt at ease from the get go and ended up getting what we wanted in the process. I purchased my second Kia at this dealership because of the quality of the service department. They are completely professional, and although friendly, do not have any of the exaggerated "friendliness" or phony snobbiness of other dealerships (both Kia and others) that I have dealt with in the past. I had my first Kia serviced at four different dealerships--the one I purchased it from, one close to my old home, one near my new home, and this one. I have never been dissatisfied with the mechanical work done on my car at any of the dealerships but none of the others have had the same straightforward, business-like approach to service. Keep up the good work.

Charlene was my sales person, she was so accomidating and pleasant. She listened to my must haves and put me into the car of my dreams! :) The financial department was excellent I got a great interest rate even though I have "not so good credit" My overall experience at Danbury Hyundai was terrific. The car was dropped off Monday evening for Tuesday / Wednesday service, and I called the service department Friday morning to find out the status of my vehicle. The service rep. said over the phone 'It is still 9:30, are you an idiot?' It found out that they never started servicing my vehicle. When I picked up the car, this same service rep. denied what he said to me earlier and not only gestured me as a crazy, but also said 'you need to take wax out of your ears' in front of public. I also asked the manager to contact me; however, it never happened. Service was done late July. I have been a customer since I purchased the vehicle in 2004. They just lost a customer.

This was by far the best and most relaxing experience we have ever had buying a car. Scott Salzman was our salesman and was very knowledgeable, and kept us informed of everything during the process. I had to bring in my vehicle for a small recall item-- making the appointment was very easy as well getting to the service station from Westchester to Connecticut. I must of waited no more than 30 minutes and I was quite surprised since other people had been waiting, too. They explained what the recall was about and that the car is in good shape after 125,000 miles. It was a great experience and will be going back to this Kia service station again when needed!

After the service center had our car for 4 days, claimed it was fixed, and charged us over $500, the car broke down less than 3 miles away on 84 - immediately after picking it up! They acted like they were doing US a favor by covering the towing cost back to the dealership. This was Saturday afternoon. They did not call us until after 5pm on Monday to tell us they found another problem and that it was an additional $150 - and that it was a new issue that arose after we picked it up - (3 miles down the road!!) They were rude, unreliable and a total scam! Throw your money out the window - it's the same thing as going here!

It was fast and easy. My salesman, Joe, worked hard to get me the best deal possibly! He also, took the time to show me how to use everything in the car, instead of just handing me a guide and sending me on the way. I left feeling like I understood everything I was getting and about the warrenty and specials they run. I was very satisfied and I love my new car!

I recently purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler used from Danbury Automotive. What a great experience! Ray Pacheco from the Jeep store was our salesperson and he was very, very helpful. There were some small issues that needed to be cleared up on the vehicle and Ray had them all completed beautifully before the vehicle was delivered. Manny at the Kia store took us through all the steps of purchase easily and arranged for some pretty favorable financing. All in all a very satisfactory experience and I would urge you to put all the Danbury Automotive stores on your list of dealerships to visit!

I had already done my research on the 2013 Elantra and wanted to check the local dealership and see the physical automobile. I was determined not to ever purchase a car in the Danbury area again because of discouraging treatment that I had received at another dealership. The Sales Staff at Danbury Hyundai gave me one of the best auto purchasing experiences. From the time we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Sales Consultant, George Gregor who was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and never pushy. This soft spoken gentleman made me think twice about going elsewhere to purchase a car. Also during our visit we had a conversation with Sales Consultant, Paul Streaman who also answered questions. After meeting with the finance department, this also was a great experience, Sales Consultant, Jeff Yancoskie explained all of the features, helped me to set up my bluetooth feature and professionally guided me through my manual. When I returned for service on my 2013 Elantra, Jeff acknowledged me by name and assisted me through that process. They all were gentlemen not just salesmen. I love my Elantra.

The salesman (Dave) we had was excellent. We would definitely come back and buy another car from him. He made each step of the process very easy. He didn't apply any pressure to purchase. We had bad experiences at other dealerships. It was refreshing to know that it is not like that everywhere. It was truly a very enjoyable process. He was very informative and even got our daughter a balloon when he noticed she was eyeing up the ones in the showroom.

The process was quick to purchase, but extras were not explained very well. Prep of new vehicle was not 100% done. Accessories were not available for install by the dealer before I picked up truck. The options should have been installed before I picked it up.

I recently purchased and new Avenger from Danbury Dodge. Clint was my salesman and must say at the time of purchase he was amazing. He got me in the car and out the door quickly and painlessly. However, I just reached the point with my car that I needed a oil change. I brought the car to a local oil change shop and the employee in the oil change shop pulled me into the garage and showed me how there was chewing gum in and around the oil cap filler. The mechanic did what he could to scrape the chewing gum out of the oil cap. He then showed me the oil that was drained from the car and in it was little green pieces of gum. I contacted Danbury Dodge about this being that anything that gets inside a motor can cause long-term damage and this is the response I recieved back "Honestly I really don't think you will have any issues long term - if there was an issue it should have happened immediately...The gum has already been broken down by the heat of the engine and will not stick to oil - synthetic or otherwise...Try sticking a piece of gum on to a floor with oil on it - it will not stick - that is why the gum came out in little pieces." I took photos of the gum, have a record from the mechanic that worked on my car and printed out the emails and will be contacting the BBB, Dodge directly and my lawyer because I did not pay this much money for a new car that may develop problems in the future due to someone either at the manufactuer or dealership sticking gum under an oil cap!

I had a wonderful experience with my new purchase of my Hyundai Tuscon. The staff was very attentive and my salesman was awesome with making sure I had the vehicle I wanted, he even surprised me with remembering that I didn't want some aspects of the car when I was making my final choice. That is a great memory. I kicked about before December looking at cars, then came back in late January. When making my final decision, he reminded me from our first conversation in November, without even looking at any notes. Very impressive. I am employed by a jeep dealer in Ridgefield but this form won't let me post this review without checking that I am not employed by a dealership?

A new tire was needed for a car we recently purchased and the service department called me at work to let me know it was completed and gave me the total cost as I requested before my son, who took the car in to get the tire put on was able to pay for it. I was raised many years ago in a small town (Brewster) just over the Ct/NY border. All the townspeople were friendly and our families knew practically everybody in the township. The atmosphere represented at Danbury Kia was very similar to small community relationship. All the employees, weather involved in the transaction or not, showed warmth, and friendlyness to both me and my daughter with me. Jeff, my salesman, showed extreme knowledge in his profession and answered all questions without delay or involving other people or sources. Zsa Zsa (I'm not sure if its her real name) made sure I had coffee and was comfortable during the waiting periods. Joe came over and provided some humor concerning his 2014 Kia that my daughter was going to lease. This friendly and comfortable atmosphere was well appreciated and relaxed me to hopefully make good business decisions. Manny ran through the tedious signature, and financial paperwork like he has done it before, as we talked and shared some humor. Jeff introduced Bill and Will from service, so I'd know who to deal with there. When I returned to take over the car, Jeff showed me all the bell's and whistle's, their functions and their operation, including hooking my cell phone to the bluetooth function, which I would not have been able to do by myself. I will honestly say that in my advanced years, for all the many, many cars I have purchased or leased, I was never treated this good by any Automobile Sales Center. Thank you all so very much. Jose Medina was our sales person. He did an excellent job in evaluating our needs and after knowing exactly what we wanted , he then proceeded to show us several vehicles carefully explaining the pros and cons. he spent a great deal of time with us and made our experience a worthwhile endeavor. He was sincere and honest, a hard to find quality in car salesmen. I would highly recommend this person and the dealership he represents. I have some family members looking for cars and will definitely suggest they contact Jose.

It has everything we wanted a 3rd row and good gas mileage all for a great price.(I did alot of reseach)..everthing about Danbury Kia from the sales rep ,management(Jose M is the greatest)to the car, and getting everthing done in a timely matter exceede my expectations.I love my new car. Ill keep this simple, I was given about 4 different stories between about 3 different sales people (who were all managers...everyone is a manager there) at this fine Danbury establishment about a car's whereabouts. Finally, I am able to see the car, 3 weeks later and strangely (because I am stupid) I am still interested. Fast forward to the table talk, they priced out the car with interest about 3 times the actual price of the car!! They must have thought I was dumb to believe what I saw. Obviously they thought I was, I guess because I believed all their other stories that I would believe anything!! Long story short, if you feel like being made a fool of then YES go to Danbury! These guys are everything thats wrong about car buying. its 2012, consumers are smart these days, we dont need to deal with people who try to take advantage of us.

I went in for my scheduled service and with a couple of concerns. I needed to wait for the car and when they finished the service they called me over and told me that I needed a new transmission. I was floored since the car is only a year and a half old, 26,500mi. The service people were so accomodating, they got me a service vehicle to use and the woman told me she had already ordered the parts I would need and they would call me when the car was ready, and they did just that. So far the car seems fine and it was all covered under the 100,000 mi drive train warranty!! Which is the best! Thank you Hyundai and thank you Danbury Hyundai Service!
