I had such a great experience at this dealership and got a great deal on my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Blanca and Rick made the whole experience, easy. Blanca explained everything very clearly, and didn't lay on any kind of pressure. Both Blanca and Rick were warm, genuine, and made the process go so quick! The financing assistance was surprisingly simple, and I was pleased with my deal. I am happy to support a Latino owned business. Highly recommend this dealership.

I've been to multiple Mitsubishi dealerships in the Bay Area for service, and I am so glad that I found Daly City Mitsubishi. They are always so kind, trustworthy, helpful, and super efficient. Definitely my go-to place for service needs!

Don’t waste the time of day on this place. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership before. Went looking for a used Tesla. I love over an hour away and the first night I was there, we weren’t able to reach a deal. I continued to communicate with the salesman over the next few days. We had reached an agreement with written numbers through text. On my way up to purchase the car, I got a call informing me that they were going to decrease the value of my trade and increase the price of the Tesla.... I’ve had a lot of interesting things happen at dealerships before but never once have I had price increase after I’ve agreed to terms. Especially when written!! I went anyways to talk it out and they weren’t willing to do anything to help me and they just acted like I was bothering them, while NOBODY was in their store. Complete joke of a dealership and I feel bad for anyone else who wastes their time there.
