D & D Motors has been, hands-down, the best service experience I've ever gotten from a dealership of any kind. Tom in service was compassionate and empathetic, thoughtful and responsive. We are so grateful for how he and his team handled our situation and got us up and running. I could not recommend them more and only wish we could have that kind of service in Dallas.

2019 - Great service. Disappointed in lack of amenities compared to Toyota of Greenville. Jan 2020 - Good service. They recommended to replace a "low" battery, and then stated they didn't have it in stock. He mentioned their price was "comparable" to other places. Not true! I found similar battery at Auto Parts store for $50 less, and they replace it for FREE. I love my Ford, but service and parts are OVER-charged at this dealership

I have been dealing with D&D Ford for close to 25 years with good and not so good over the years. I bought a 2019 Ranger Lariat 18 months ago and have done some customizations since. I met Mark Davenport when I started taking step by step changes to make the Ranger..."My Ranger" There has been some ups and downs along the way with the after market manufacturers products that caused some issues that they would not back "but Mark Did!!" No matter what happened along the way Mark always had my best interest in mind. I Love My Ranger and part of my enjoyment is definitely due in part to Mark Davenport and the commitment he has to insure the customer leaves satisfied. I will be back to D&D Ford and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

I have been a customer of D&D Motors since 1998 and Quick Lane in recent years (since oil changes began to be scheduled here instead of the D&D Service shop). With exception of maybe a few times that I have changed my oil and filter myself, I have always gotten my oil changes done here (since they were included for the lifetime of my vehicle with purchase at D&D). I realize that my car is older and requiring more maintenance, but nearly every time I get my oil changed here the service technician is trying to sell me an expensive service. There have been multiple times that an "urgent" service was pushed, yet when I took my car to other mechanics for other repairs I have been told the services recommended by Quick Lane are not even needed. On my second to last visit, I was told that my brake pads were in "immediate need of replacement." I promptly took my car to another mechanic who told me that I had at least 25,000 miles left on them. On my latest visit, it was my battery (which I paid an extra $30 to have tested at Quick Lane) that an auto parts store, a independent battery dealer, and another mechanic subsequently tested and told me was cold-cranking at higher than the rated amperage without any concerns. With exception of perhaps tires (which they claim to price match with competitors), additional services completed here are marked up. I'm hesitant to get any services done here because of that and their recommendations for phantom repairs. In short, this garage could learn a lot about maintaining business by competing for customer loyalty with honest service and fair pricing. I would not recommend them for more than a simple oil change.

This was the easiest car purchasing process I have been through. I met with Brandon Payne who was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure and I never felt like I was getting tricked or treated like I was a fool which has been my experience at other dealerships. Brandon Payne was nothing but professional and helpful. The offer was just like we talked about and the process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend D&D to my friends and I will go there first when it comes time for me to buy another car.

Brandon Payne made our buying process so smooth and easy. He helped answer all of our questions and even got me extra rebates through my work I didn't know about. When we went in to do the loan paperwork, it was fast and the guy didn't pressure us at all to buy extra stuff we didn't want. Thank you Brandon and team, I love my new mustang.

Brandon Payne is a very considerate and caring person to whom he is Selling Cars 2 or if you're there even for a repair my experience in D&D Ford I would rate them very highly and considerate to their customers I had to bring my car in a couple weeks ago to have some work done on it and I was there two and a half hours which I did not care but everybody was very kind to me the building is very clean and neat and the experience of buying my car there was great

The service experience at D&D is outstanding. Karen & Mike are outstanding as they get you in, keep you informed & advise you. Repairs are done in a timely, efficient & accurate/complete fashion. They are the only one I bring my car to.

We traded in our 2009 Edge for our current 2013 Explorer. We have never been sorry at the point of sale or after the numerous servicing. They're the BEST! All our 2014 servicing is done in the main servicing department. Our servicing has been trouble, long wait-time and long delay free!! Every one in that entire building is extremely accommodating and then some! Keep it up Guys!

I just purchased a used vehicle from D&D Ford and was very very happy with this dealership. This is the very first of over 18 vehicles that I have purchased that was ever used, and on top of that, it is the first that I ever purchased through the Internet unseen! Needless to say I was a little nervous. The salesman was very patient with me answering any and all questions that I threw at him over the phone and through emails. He even sent additional photos and descriptions of items I had questions on. I flew from Illinois to South Carolina to pick up a used car I had never seen other than photos from a dealership I knew nothing about. However, the outcome has been fantastic. I couldnt be more pleased. The car is everything they said it was and more. The salesman picked me up at the airport. All of the paperwork was in order when we got back to the dealership. We went over the car, which was spotless. They reviewed and answered any last minute questions that I had. With a storm approaching I headed out with their good road directions towards the mountains in my new little sports car" with a promise of a place to stay if the weather got to bad! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle from near or far.

Don't take your car to D&D Ford for an insurance claim evaluation!! They treat their customers with disrepect and are unprofessional. I have been a past customer of D&D and were pleased until they acted as if I was lying about being involved in a hail storm. They tried to say that the I had touched up the paint on my car. I know my car well enough to know that I did not have damage to the paint or windshield prior to the hail storm. My car has chips throughout the hood, roof, windshield and trunk and a broken headlight lense all caused be a hail storm. They notified my insurance carrier that it was not hail damage. Which in return denied my claim. I have lost all respect for D&D and will never recommend nor purchase any automobiles in the future from them. You've lost a customer not that you even care but I own 3 cars and will be purchasing more in the future from your competitors!!

I have always had prompt and courteous service at D&D Ford. I bought my car from them 2 years ago and have never had it serviced anywhere else. They answer all of my questions and make sure I understand what is going on with my car.

Was told over the phone when I made my appointment at the Quicklane the oil change should be completed in 45 minutes. I arrived for my 9 AM appointment 9/18, and it was an hour before the car was taken to the bay for service. I had to stop the service at 10:30 since I had an appointment at 11AM. No one apologized for the long wait and charged me full price for the service. I recommend they don't overbook and tell customers ahead of time when there are long waits. Poor customer service ! In addition I attempted to send my feedback 3 times on D&D internet systems, which did not work. I did get a opportunity to send in feedback when they sent me a form the next day, but no one ever replied to the information. Also I asked Skip (Owner) return my call , but never heard from him. I purchased my car from D&D and even continued to drive a 1.5 hour roundtrip to have it serviced. Service after the sell is not a strong part of the dealership only selling cars.

I just purchased a Ford F-150 STX and love it. Randy Dunn was the sales person I dealt with. He is very professional, honest, friendly, witty, and knows his stuff. Was a pleasure dealing with him. The new facility is very modern and clean. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock, but their service manager had one there within a few hours and I took delivery the same day.

I took my 2001 Taurus to Quick Lane without an appointment. I was told it would be about 1Hr as there were 3 other customers ahead of me. The car was returned to me in less than an hour. They did check and recommend changing the cabin air filter. After 110,000 miles without attention you can imagine how dirty it looked. The manager also pointed out some future services that may be required. All seemed valid but there was no pressure for immediate action. Altogether an enjoyable experience. For background this is about the 40th oil change I have had at D&D motors all with excellent service.

Had 30K service on my 2010 SHO. Quick Lane manager was open and honest in describing the service and did not charge for "standard" service that was not needed on my car. When returned, the car was also freshly washed and cleaned at no charge, quite a benefit after I had just returned from a 2500 mile road trip! The car was ready a little quicker than promised, too. It is hard to find anything to complain about with that kind of service.

Recently bought a new Edge and worked with Patrick Brown--the best sales rep I ever worked with! He is a great listener, very detail oriented, honest, and didn't try to sell me something I don't want. Their facility is beautiful, and the total buying experience from the time I walked in the door was pleasant, no pressure, and fair. I met the service manager before I left and feel confident that will also be a good experience for me when the time comes. I highly recommend D&D Ford in Greer and am a very satisfied customer!

I have had my car in the body shop several times now because it seems to attract people and their vehicles to my rear bumper. LOL They have always been great to deal with and have done a great job on the car. I started dealing with them when they were in the old facility and now they have a brand new place. Good for them! It's high time.

I got there on Sat with a intenet lead on a 2010 Ford fusion hybrid. No price on it, just went in to check it out. Car was immaculate even though it was still in service. Sales guy Danny was one of the most honest sales people I have ever dealt with he went out of his way to help me find the car and take a look. Everyone there was wonderful. Management went out of there way for us. We picked up the car today could not be happier! If you want a good group to deal with buying a car these guys are it! Thank you!!!!!

I set up a meeting and had several conversations by phone with the dealership. I let them know I was coming to purchase a specific vehicle and they planned the day for me and said the vehicle would be ready for me. After driving over an hour to reach the dealership, they send me a text as I pull in the lot, telling me they sold the car. I was only about 15 minutes past my SCHEDULED time. They don't even Call, they just send a text. Horrible communication and terrible business practices. I would DEFINTELY NOT Buy here. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY - I had several text message communications and verbal phone calls with the salesman and customer service agent 30 minutes earlier letting them know I was on my way and they sold it anyways out from under me even though I had an appointment set and they said the car would be there for me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't TRUST THEM, THEY LIE.

I recently purchase a 2013 F150. I had and unusual situation that required quite a bit of extra give and take to get a deal I could live with. The first day we were unable to reach an agreemnet, but the next business day my salesman called and told me they would be able to work it out to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the whole process. Everyone i talked to was helpful and courteous. I would not hesitate to buy from D & D again.

I gotta tell you I cringe when I think about going to a dealership. Wow not this time!D&D Ford and the beautiful new facility was amazing.I am now an owner of the 6th Ford in my life time.Best experience ever!I had a small window of time to get this done. I told them what I wanted and theygot it done! No hassle no troubles no worries! I usually use my credit union for financing but they handled that as well. It was easiest purchase I ever made.I never used D&D before but was referred by a friend. I am so glad he told me about them.I would and will be recommending Skip and his crew to everyone I know looking fora Ford product!

We came south from OHio intending to buy a car to rep[lace our aging one. We didn't shop around much because our son had worked here and recommended it, We are very satisfied with our "new" used car, and with the help from our salesman. We have two...one is rather major...complaints. We only received one key. We called and asked about the previous owner and were told that he had only left one. It seeme to us that if we were dropping $4,000, the dealership could have supplied another key. It will cost us at least $100 to get another one up here and have it programmed. It seemed like that might have been a nice courtesy, but being new to programmable keys, we didn't even think about it. and it wasn't offered. The second comment was that, when I was trying to get hold of our salesman to ask about the key, ny calls went to his voice mail and were not returned. I finally got hold of him when he was there. the second time I called about the title, I got through quickly and the issue was fixed quickly. Overall, a good experience. I do not like to go to dealers because I always feel like I am being 'taken".That was not the case here. It was a fair price for a good used vehicle.

The sales person did not bother to introduce herself until I was leaving. I wanted to check the new Escape but everything was locked. While she went inside to find a key another employee came with a box of keys apparently to move all the Escape inventory. I mentioned to him that she was looking for a key to the vehicle next to me and he said "Oh". Then proceed to move the car.After that debacle I asked about an Edge. She pointed to a vehicle and said it was an Edge. It was an Explorer. That's when I gave up....
