My daughter had a Jeep Grand Cherokee out of state "at college", and we received several notices here in Michigan through Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge that recall services were recommended. Finally our student daughter graduated and briefly brought it back to Michigan. We brought it in to Cueter for the long postponed servicing, and despite our need to hurry, even though we were very late, we received prompt, free, and courteous recall service to bring her Jeep up to date. Good work, Cueter!

Went in to sell my car and not looking to buy/lease at the moment. I loved the Chrsyler 300 in the show room so asked to test it. My salesman Jim was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, and seemed very trustworthy. Met the sales managers who are equally as awesome. Same with the finance team. All around great experience!

My 2013 Dodge Ram had 5 recalls and several module updates. All 12 items were completed and I did not have to come back several times waiting for parts or too busy to get them all done in the same week. Service advisor kept me in the loop and called me once the truck was completed. Open on Saturday for service was very convenient for me as my wife works afternoons and could only take me to pick up the truck on Saturday.

A. When i called for an appointment, 'Brandi (y-?) was courteous/helpful.B. When I arrived, an employee (porter-?) was there to direct me in for service parking.C. An employee right-away greeted me, then directed me to 'Scott'.D. Scott was attentive to my appointment.E. The magazines, newspaper, coffee and television made for a comfortable lounge.F. I was told that the work (driver's-side airbag) would take about two hours; two hours later I was called. A porter immediately delivered my truck.

I'm not always happy with this dealership in terms of service, but for the case of the detailing done on my filthy dirty Jeep Wrangler, they did an OUTSTANDING job! The salt in the carpet was removed, the seat stains I had tried unsuccessfully removed myself were removed and there was no evidence of any dog fur/drool as this is the major transport vehicle to/from the lake and everywhere else with the lab.Very reasonably priced relative to other detailing facilities in the area.Thanks team!

Did all transactions over phone as i sold my old truck. First salesman didn't get back w/ me and the rebates were ending in a few days. Other salesman took care of all my questions and had truck delivered to me over 100 miles away. I am very satisfied with my vehicle and got a better rate on the loan.

My dodge Chrysler had a recall on the starter ignition. Every time my husband and I would call any dealership we were told that they would have to order the part. We would go through the same line of questions. How long for the part?I don't know. We're only receiving 1 to 3 per week.How long will the car be I the shop for?I'm not sure. The list goes on and on. We were very aggravated. The fact that we kept getting notices on our car for the recall. But, when we tried to take care of the situation, we were told it could take 4 to 6 weeks for the part to come in. I think this is a poor service for Dodge and they really didn't care if the part was fixed. I am happy that my car is fixed again. Now we'll wait and see what else happens.

Steve and the entire staff at Cueter were the most incredible people to work with. The entire experience from the time we first walked in until we picked up our car was phenomenal. Very friendly and outgoing staff. Everyone seemed to go above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and our total overall experience. We have purchased many new and used cars in the past but we have never been this happy with any other dealership. They definitely have a customer for life.

This was only my second time purchasing a new vehicle and it was SOO much better than my first new vehicle purchase at a different dealership. At the Ford dealership I bought my last car from, the salesman was not friendly and did not seem interested in anything except selling me my car and sending me on my way. I knew when I left that I would not return to him to buy my next car. My experience at Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge purchasing my newest vehicle was wonderful. Ben Heusel was my salesman and he was great. He did not try to sell me features that I was not interested in, unlike most salesmen I've come across. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable talking with him about what I wanted and did not want. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or that he was trying to get the most money out of me that he could (which is how I felt with my last car purchase). He even stayed past closing time to make sure I knew how to use all of the features in my new Jeep. The process took a little longer than I anticipated but the general manager Steve Demers made sure that I was compensated for my time which was very kind of him. I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for a new car! Thanks again!

Went to Cueter for a good advertised deal on a lease for a Ram 1500. Everything went well except the lease price was slightly higher than advertised price because they didnt have the vechicles advertised and had to upgrade a bit which wasn't really a big deal.

Very Honest! I had submitted a list of repairs that I thought needed to be done on by 2010 Grand Caravan, which had over 211,000 miles on it. The majority of the work that I had on my list of potential repairs were not needed according to the CUETER Technicians! Many dealerships that I have dealt with are not as truthful when it comes to being on the up and up with their clients. THANK YOU VERY MUCH CUETER STAFF!!!!!! Wouldn't buy out the Final payment on a lease return. I was responsible for paying the final payment even though the truck was already turned in "under mileage". Sales person wouldn't return my calls to help me figure out the problem once I got a bill from Chrysler Capital for my final payment. Very unprofessional!! Bought my dream car that was a great experience also I put down a big chunk of money. .but 4 months later my brakes are grinding..took it in for service and they want me to pay over $500 for new brakes..say what.. I guess when they did the Safety Check the brakes were not a big deal to them .all they needed to do was put on new pads...!! Not happy

We have leased 2 vehicles from this dealer and both times the salesman was great. He was up front and knowledgable about all the products and prices and was always trying to help us with any questions we had. That's where it stopped though. Our town and country has been in the shop going on 3 times now for a DVD player that they can't seem to fix( supposedly ordered the wrong part one of the times) We had to pay for a rental car for a manufacturer defect and from what the wife told me my son had to drag his car seat across the parking lot to the rental car because no one was willing to help. I have also had my 200 S in the shop Twice with very poor quality work. Had a seat cover replaced and it came back sloppy loose with scratch marks on the plastic up near the headrest. Had a rim tire and hub assembly replaced and it's been not even 2 months and the bearing is making noise already. My opinion don't go to this dealer. Nothing wrong with Chrysler products but have not been happy with the service from this dealer.

Jeff our salesman was above your average salesman. He was very patient with our indecisiveness on which vehicle we wanted. He listened to our needs and wants and our budget and helped us make the perfect decision. After the paperwork was complete, he even taught us how to us our navigation/tv system thing, it even took close to an hour. He made us feel as if we were his only customers and that we were the most important ones. It was a great experience and we have always come here and will always remain a Cueter customer!

2010 grand cherokee has a power wire connection to the starter. This causes the car not to start. Temp fix is to cut blade connection to starter and put a new end on it. Lasts about 6 months then do it again. The connection gets corroded and does not send enough power to the starter. Poor design of the statter. What happen to a good old nut to hold wire on. Its a good solid connection and would remove this issue. Cant find a diffrent star ter to fit that has a net for the wire connection.

Miranda provided fantastic service. We had looked at multiple dealers at all extended SUV's and Van's. We had determined that we were interested in a Chrysler Town and Country. We had a specific color scheme we wanted,specific amenities we needed and we had a specific date we wanted a van by. We knew they had what we were looking for at another Chrysler dealership but wanted to buy local if we could. Going to Cueter and hooking up with Miranda was the right choice. Although she did not have what we wanted on the lot she searched and found the exact vehicle on the ramp ready to come to her dealership. We signed an intent to purchase which was dependent on the van being available by a specific drop dead date. Miranda pushed and made it happen. She kept us apprised each day. I just brought a Jeep two weeks ago. I did not drive it until last weekend. Put satellite radio in my Jeep. My radio kept saying trying to acquire a signal. Call customer services for satellite radio they send another signal. Only to find after getting out my new Jeep to find they the Jeep that I brought has a antenna that has been glue back on. I take it back to the dealership into services they to charge me for the repair. I do not think this is fair because that should have been fix before they sole it since they said it had been services. This is not good business.

Jim Gregor spent quite a bit of time with me showing me the Patriot. My homework was done prior to me going to the dealership. My biggest concern was something that I could safely transport my aging parents in. I went in there with some specific things that I wanted and even brought my father along to ensure that he had no issues getting in and out of the vehicle. Jim was able to show me a product that while not specifically what I went in there for (High Latitude with the Safety/Security package) had all of the features that I required. I have had the car for a few days now and like Jim, the Jeep has exceeded my expectations. I look forward to working with Cueter to service my car in the near future.

Like so many dealership service departments, they use deceptive pricing and bait and switch. Oil changes are $24.99...plus another 6.00-7.00 in taxes and fees. Come in for an oil change, and they'll try to upsell you on a fuel injection cleaning for $100+ on a one year old car with only 15,000 miles. Tire rotation is $19.99...oh but balancing is another $20.00. They say they want your feedback, but they really don't. Had to write them twice to even get a response. They say they care, but they really don't. They say they're the best, but they're really not. They say they're open until 6:00 - but if you show up at the "quick lane" (no appt necessary) at 5:25, they'll say they can't get you in. I'd look elsewhere...

Never before have I written an online review of a car salesman, but after working with Ben Heusel of Cueter Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge of Ypsilanti, I feel compelled to share my experience with others. I first heard about Ben Heusel while getting service done on my Ford Focus, just down the road from the Cueter dealership. My dad and uncles work for Ford, so I have always been a loyal Ford customer. I told the Ford service guy that, with my third child due in September, I was going to need a bigger vehicle, specifically a minivan. Since Ford does not make a minivan, I asked if he knew of anyone at the Cueter dealership down the road. He highly recommended Ben Heusel, so I went over to see if Ben could help me.I immediately knew Ben was the right guy to help me. He was not a pushy salesman who only cared about making a quick buck, and he listened to my needs and then bent over backward to find the perfect vehicle for my family.My biggest need was to find the right vehicle at the right price. Ben was honest and upfront, and at no point did he try to manipulate numbers or try to rip me off. Also, considering my financial situation, Ben advocated for me by looking for incentives or discounts whenever possible. Being a good listener, he did not try to tell me I needed a more expensive model with additional bells and whistles, even though selling me a more expensive and luxurious vehicle would have certainly earned him a higher commission. Ben took me out to the lot to see a 2013 Dodge Caravan, but the less expensive models (AVP and SE) were not available to see at that time. While looking at the more expensive SXT model, Ben did something that really impressed me. Ben explained and downplayed the more expensive features on the SXT, specifically those features that I would not get with the AVP or SE models. Knowing that some of these SXT features, like automatic sliding side doors, were out of my price range, he made me feel better about it, saying things like, "A lot of people don't like the automatic sliding door feature anyway. Many customers prefer the manual doors, like the ones you'll get with the AVP or SE". The reason why this impressed me so much is because it showed that he was willing to work with my modest budget/financial parameters. In other words, he did not show me the more expensive SXT with the intent of trying to upsale it, thus earning more commission for himself.Another example of why customers should do business with Ben Heusel is because he takes his time to find the right vehicle for you, instead of taking short cuts. I saw this firsthand when Ben looked on his computer to find the right Caravan SE for me (the right color, power windows for the second row, etc.). Unfortunately, there was no Caravan SE on the lot that met this criteria, so Ben had to search inventory online to see if another dealership nearby had this vehicle on its lot. Initial search results did not look good, until eventually Ben found what we thought was the right Caravan SE for me. However, after looking closely at the description of this particular vehicle, Ben noticed that the interior seat color was "light", not dark. He said he would have to spend more time that evening searching inventory for a vehicle with dark seats because, he stated, "You have little kids. You don't want light colored seats because they will stain easily when your kids spill something." Without ever having mentioned a preference of seat color (because I hadn't thought it through like Ben did), Ben knew what was best for me and spent more of his time that evening to find the right Caravan SE with dark seats. He could have easily saved hours of his own time and simply sold me the Caravan SE with light seats; I would not have realized the downside of light seats until days later when my kids stained them. These are just a few of many examples how Ben listened and worked hard to find the right vehicle for me at the right price.I couldn't be happier with my experience purchasing a new vehicle from Ben Heusel at Cueter. Dale greeted us before we even got in the door of Cueter Ypsilanti, and was warm and friendly to us. The staff are very helpful and make sure that you are taken care of to the fullest degree. Definitely recommend these guys and would gladly go back! They even call a few days later to make sure you're doing alright and everything is still working. Great place!

Dale provided gret service, he was knowledgeble and informative. He was patient while we test drove several cars in very inclement wether until we mde our final decision. The transaction was smooth from start to finish.

Don Byrd was a great salesperson. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and the commitment he made to getting me into a new car in my price range. We would definitely recommend this salesperson for anyone that is looking to purchase. Dale Derrick went above and beyond to make sure our car was spotless before we drove off the lot, even having the seats re-cleaned after a spot was noticed in the back. We haven't used the service center yet, but if their staff is as friendly and helpful as Dale, I'm sure it would be a positive experience. Dale was also very informative without being pushing and we appreciated the respect he afforded us in giving us time to make our decision.

This was our first vehicle lease. We spent quite a bit of time researching local dealerships online and decided to visit Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Ypsilanti. The team at Cueter went out of their way to see that we had a great experience and Dale Derrick helped us lease a 2013 Dodge Dart. It met all of our needs and was within our price range. Dale Derrick was my salesman and I would recommend him to anybody!! He understood my concerns about my poor credit rating and was very reassuring about getting financing. I explained what type of vehicle I was looking for, and he took the time out in the lot (in the lousy weather even!) to show me many different options. I was able to leave with a vehicle that was better than I hoped for. Jason was also part of the team that worked on my purchase. My sons work for Chrysler and I am proud to give Cueter my business. After leasing two vehicles previously from this dealership when my lease expired I went to Cueter even though my previous saleman had left that dealership. Was not happy with the pricing they gave me. What happened to "Customer Loyality"? Did buy at other Jeep Dealership that gave me better pricing online with no haggling. Their loss, my gain!

I instantly was impressed with how helpful she was in finding the truck that filled all of my needs for less then I was expecting to pay. Well we were looking for a new minivan and thought we would check out chrysler. We liked the town and country and had already talked to a competing local dealerships. The salesman I had was nice, but when I asked for a breakdown of a vehicle with options I wanted printed out so I could see exactly what the costs breakdown all I got was a hot air. I went to negotiate a price. They only wanted to negotiate monthly payments. I walked out and bought a Nissan minivan were the finance guys actually gave me a print out like I asked.

We purchased a used car from them and within 4 months we are having problems. We have taken our car in twice to have it serviced and we are having the same issue. Our car is still not fixed and now I have to bring it up there AGAIN to have some fly by night mechanic try to fix my car. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

My girlfriend had a great experience when she purchased her care in October of 2010. She bought a brand new Dodge avenger and every thing went great. However in July of 2011 we were hit from behind by a car and there was quite of bit of damage but not totaled. Cueter had the car for 4 weeks and called up and said it was ready. We went to get it and it looked great however when we got home we found that the frame was still miss aligned and there was a huge gap in the trunk lid and the bumper. We took it right back they had it for almost another week and fixed it. After picking it up again then we found that they had done a very bad paint job on the tailgate and it was still out of alignment and was very hard to close. We took it back again and they bent the hinges and repainted it. A few months later we found that there was water getting into the tail gate lid. So we took it back again to find that the seal on the real center light was not working right so they had to fix that. Now we are back again because when it rains there and the lights are on the emergency flashers will just start blinking and then stop while driving down the road. It just seems like they have been all about doing as little work as possible to make us happy and we have had to find all the mistakes and take it back to them so they can fix it as quick as possible and then get us on our way.

When I purchased my 2011 Town & Country, the salesperson who solicited my business was already helping so many people that it took him 5 HOURS to finish our sale...as I sat several months pregnant with my other two children and husband. When my vehicle was "ready" it was brought to me with less than a quarter tank of gas.My vehicle's lease came with a service package. My first oil change took 3 hours, but it included vehicle detailing and supposed checking of the systems, so this made some amount of sense to me...though it was still a very long time to sit waiting.When I scheduled my appointment for my vehicle's 2nd oil change, they told me that it should take about 1/2 hour. The person who greeted me was friendly and met me right away...then, I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting (with my 3 month old). When I went to find out what was taking so long for a simple oil change, I was told they had not even begun the work! I told them I needed my vehicle finished or another vehicle to drive...they finished the oil change in the 10 minutes that it should have taken to begin with!Simply put, Cueter does NOT value their customer's time! I do NOT recommend this dealership.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR USED CARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i purchased a used 2007 Chrysler Sebring!!!! they were mystery miles on my car before purchase, around 6000 i can tell at least that was when the last old change was found to be done. the interior was never shampooed and wiped down either. my rear braked were gone. they were sq eek when i drove it home figuring it was new pads and were glazed over. took it apart and found a wheat thin thick brake pads. the air cleaner was BLACK AND BROWN!!!! all of these these items were due to be done on the certified used car inspection form. and what rove me to write this review was the icing on the cake today i went to rotate my tires all four a dry rotted around the edges.

They were over the top accomodating...Gave me an excellent price on my trade in...friendly, courteous, NOT pushy or high pressure sales. Ben was fantastic. WE worked mostly through text which made it so easy. He knew what i wanted and could afford and made it happen. Everyone at Cueter is outgoing and friendly. While waiting to pick up my car I actually overheard another salesman arranging to bring a car to a couple who just had a baby so they didnt have to leave their house. Excellent customer service. The finance department was just as friendly, efficient and were not pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ben to my friends and family. You wont be sorry.

Glenn and Chip searched for the perfect used truck for me. I can be a bit picky when it comes to my vehicles, and was in a position where if it wasn't the truck I wanted, I could wait. Glenn and Chip continued their search for me for over 2 months, and found the PERFECT truck for me. Their service and the truck exceeded my expectations. They gave me a great trade-in on my old truck, and the transaction went very smoothly. This was easily one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I've ever had and would highly recommend going there if looking for a new or used vehicle. They won't try to sell you what you don't want. They will get you into the vehicle you want.

Found the dealership to be very honest and true to their word. They went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal in price and financing. Because it was such a positive experience we purchased a second vehicle, our two daughters then purchased. My brother-in-law and niece also purchased. My husband and I had spent a whole week looking for a new SUV. We stopped in to the Cueter Jeep showroom thinking we knew everything there was to know about Jeeps (being previous Jeep owners) and that some of the other deals we had seen around town would ultimately be better. Then we met Teresa Tomasi! She was fantastic - explained the newer features of the Jeep to us, immediately understood what we were looking for, had great stock, including a Jeep with the precise package we wanted, and gave us financing numbers that were better than anything we had seen. We slept on it, but knew that the right decision was to go with Teresa and the great Jeep she had found for us. Within 24 hours we were driving our new Jeep off the lot for a price we couldn't believe!

After selecting my truck, Big Horn, the guy in financing really gave me a good understanding for all the options and he wasnt to pushy like at other dealerships. I would highly recommend Cueter.

I was on the lot looking at different cars. I was not set on any 1 model when I arrived at the lot that day. I was met by a salesman Named Dave and he showed me the Dodge Journey as that is the vehicle that caught my most interest. I was looking at a jeep and after talking to Dave, I was sold. He took me through another Journey and showed me all the tricks. I was actually looking at a different dealer and found that this car was what we needed. Dave took me through the initial buying process, let me take the car over night to test drive it and show my husband the car that interested me. I will definitely use Dave Thomas in the future, he did not pressure me and was very knowledgeable.

I purchased a Chevy truck from Robert Hill at Cueter and purchased it and had it shipped. I was assured that it went through a 150 point inspection and there would be no surprises. I also verified it did not leak oil and he said it did not. Well, I get the vehicle, and it leaks oil which cost my $1000 to repair. Then it has a bad rear tire (another $100), causing the steering wheel to shake. It needs new rear brakes and rotors (another $450) badly. But that isn't the worst of it....They actually had the nerve to take the spare tire (yet another $100) and one of my wheel covers (extra $60) from the other wheel. I have heard of this happening but I didn't really think it happened. Finally, there was no Chevy emblem (another $70) on the front of the vehicle. Really!?!?!?! Therefore, save yourself the headaches and don't buy a vehicle from them. Oh yeah, it needs new shocks or U-joints very bad. So bad, that it is noisy every time I hit a bump. But I can't exactly afford to repair that at the moment.
