Don't take your cars here to be repaired. They try to get over on you. I took my car in to run a diagnostic test then they were wanting to charge ADDITIONAL time to run the bill up. I took it back months later and now they're trying to charge ANOTHER 345.00. To run the SAME tests again!

I called on 4-5 different occasions to try and schedule a service, but was sent to voicemail or never called back. Once someone would stay on the phone with me, and not transfer me, they finally got something scheduled. I got my truck back, and everything was done correctly with service, but normally, they at least vacuum out the driver side or run through their free car wash, Neither was done.FINAL- Once you get ahold of them, the service is great, but you have to make sure they know their expectations, because they are not going to do anything above and beyond for you.

My husband and I purchased a 2016 Mustang. My husband contacted the sales person,Larry,regarding the Mustang we found on the internet.He promptly returned the calls and supplied the information we requested. We arranged to come to the show room on the following day and the Mustang was ready for our inspection. We negotiated with the sales person and came to an agreement on the price. We then met with the financial person and finalized the purchase price and drove away with our new 2016 Mustang.

I bought my 2016 Mustang there. Has a great experience. Took my car in this past week to get an oil change and tired rotated and also I had a leak in my tire. Service was fast. However, when I went to pick my car up and pay, they were trying to charge me when I told him that I have had my car three months. Tires should be covered under the service plan. So I had to pay $25 to get a patch in my tire. Just a little disappointed that they would not cover that cost for me.

I worked with Ted to have some climate control motors fixed and side mirror and the service was excellent! Ted was very good at calling me with updates and even sent me pictures during the process. A phone call means everything when someone has your vehicle.

I bought a used Prius w/ 50K miles. It had passed Crain's inspection. I drove 10K miles, took car to a Toyota Dealer. They said 30,000 mile Toyota inspection was not done, and 60,000 mile Toyota inspection was needed. They also said I needed four new tires. I went to another tire shop, they agreed, showing a gage tread depth of 3/10 for the tires. Crain said car gaged 7/10 tread on their lot, indicating I had driven 10K miles, wearing tire tread down to 3/10. I asked for help in buying a set of new tires which will be around $800. The Manager very abruptly said they had replaced one tire due to an incident I had had, which is not true, the tire replaced had a valve leak! The conversation ended with no offer of help. I find this to be a sharp practice in this very competitive market, and will not deal with any Crain store again!!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer in Deep Impact Blue Metalic, for 0% Interest for 72 months. The most important thing to me (besides the 0% interest) was the color. Originally, I don't think they realized just how important "that color" & that car was to me. But after I didn't go away or give up, they realized they better move mountains to find me one. And that's exact what they did!! John, Mark, & the GM even got involved to "will & deal" & find me the car I wanted. It took a little time, numerous phone calls & e-mails, but they finally found one.? VROOM......VROOM ?

Shawna & Isom helped me out tremendously in the buying of this F150. Isom has gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with this purchase. On the day I came in and looked at the f150 I was in a demo Tundra. I had seen the f150 and I was about to leave and more than likely buy the Tundra when Isom knocked on my window and personally showed me the reasons why the F150 is the superior vehicle. If not for his knowledge and help I would probably be driving the toyota today.

WE WERE GREETED BY A VERY FRIENDLY AND LOW-PRESSURE SALESMAN (MR HODGES) WHO ARRANGED FOR MY WIFE TO TAKE A QUICK TEST RIDE THROUGH THE PARKING LOT WHILE I LOOKED AT MUSTANG GT'S. SHE COULD'VE DRIVEN FARTHER BUT SAID THAT WAS ENOUGH. WE THANKED MR HODGES AND CONTINUED ON TO THE SUBARU DEALER. AFTER AN EXTENSIVE TEST DRIVE IN THE SUBARU MY WIFE NOW HAD MIXED FEELINGS FOR IT AND SAID SHE MIGHT LIKE THE ESCAPE MORE. WE THANKED THE SUBARU SALESMAN AND HEADED BACK TO FORD SO I COULD HAVE A TURN BEHIND THE WHEEL. WE FOUND MR HODGES AND HE ACCOMPANIED US ON A LONGER DRIVE. MR HODGES WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING ALL THE FEATURES OF THE ESCAPE WHILE MY WIFE AND I TOOK TURNS DRIVING IT. WE ENDED UP PURCHASING THE VEHICLE THAT DAY AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH IT SO FAR. I read the reviews and was hesitant to visit this dealership for service work because in the past they had some pretty harsh reviews but I have to say I was pretty happy with my experience. I'm not sure if there has been some changes in staff or what the deal was, but I don't have a single negative thing to say about my visit. I got in and out pretty quickly and everyone was courteous and helpful. I'd recommend this place to my friends for sure.

First of all, the dealership is super clean and very comfortable. If you have to spend a few hours getting your car serviced this is the place to go. I'm sure all dealerships have the standard coffee, soda, water, popcorn experience but this place is New and always clean and just an overall cool place. I can use their wifi to catch up on "office work" while I'm waiting and a Keurig Coffee maker is always a plus! Can't complain a bit!

I bought my new Ford F150 a few months ago and worked with Jessie Mosely who was great and completely met all of my expectations as a sales person. He helped me find what I wanted and I felt like I drove away with a great deal. First of all, the service department waiting area is really really nice! Huge tv' sand very comfortable. I also love that they wash my car every time I come in to have service done. I visited Crain Ford of Little Rock on 3/3 to look for a new truck. I was blown away by the service I received from their sales staff. Not only was the selection huge but the over the top eagerness to make sure I knew all the rebates on each model and the best overall purchase options for me just blew me away. I had been to North Point earlier in the day and they didn't act like they even wanted to talk me, I was a bother to them. It was great to feel like someone actually wanted my business and was willing to work to get it. GOOD JOB!

Deshawn is a great salesman, but that dealership doesn't deserve to have him. He went above and beyond searching for a vehicle for me. However, when it came down to it, every vehicle that they would find for me at another dealership, would not come through. I waited for 4 days to get a deal done and walked away empty handed after the sales manager said that I would have to travel anywhere from 4 to 6 hours away to meet the driver and pick up the vehicle I wanted...which is absurd to say the least. Again no fault of my salesman, just poor ethics and communications from higher up the food change.

This was the second time I've been there for an oil change at this dealership on Col. Glenn. First time went pretty well except I picked up a pulse in my brakes. I asked them if they torque the wheels when they rotated them. They said they do. I got so busy I didn't double check them myself though I shouldn't have to. The second time I went to get my oil changed, I asked them again if they torque the wheels when they rotate my wheels. Again they said yes. As I was waiting for my van to be pulled in, I noticed a truck getting it's tires put on. The guy was using an impact wrench, which is a big no no in my book unless you're only spinning the nuts on to follow up with a torque wrench. Nope, the guy popped the hub cap on and he was done. ! I talked to a mechanic when he came in to tell me my van wouldn't fit on the lifts in the oil change area. He explained that's why it's taken almost a half hour to figure out they need to put it on a large rack in another area. Funny, they went through this same situation the last time I was here. I thought they'd figured it out back then and took note. Was I the only one bringing in a van so they don't know? I doubt it. So wasted time there. They finally finished up about 2 hours later. Mind you I went to the express lane and was the only one there. A mechanic came over and assured me they use a torque stick on my tires. Ok, I'll let that slide since it's the south. I never heard it called a torque STICK before. I was glad to finally get out of there. As I walked around the front of my van I notice oily hand prints on the hood and across the chrome grill. What a pig I thought. I was disappointed how sloppy they were with my van and wanted to get out of there before I said something unpleasing. I later saw more dirty oily hand prints on the back bumper and on all four wheel covers from them rotating my tires. I sent in an e-mail mentioning this issue and disappointment and after two days have not yet been contacted by them. If they don't give a hoot, then I'll go someplace else. My van looked like I took it to a shade tree mechanic when I got it back. Oh, and the "inspection" they say they do I have to wonder. My engine oil dip stick was dirty as hell from him using it, but my transmission dip stick was nice and clean. Why wouldn't they check the level of the transmission? I thought that was in their list of inspections. I could be wrong, but that doesn't make sense to me. I won't go back to that dealership for the reasons I've given. I'll avoid any dealership with the name Crain in front of it just in case they're all run the same way.

Bought a new explorer for my wife last week and had the best car-buying experience ever. Was treated with first class service and I can be a very tough customer. Salesman (Robert Ward) was great and knew absolutely everything about the product and went above & beyond to make our experience great. Management staff was courteous & professional & wanted to make sure we had a pleasurable buying experience. Finance department got us in & out in a timely manner & was also very courteous & professional. We were so pleased with the experience that I went back today to buy a new F150 from Robert Ward & the 2nd purchase was even better than the first when I didn't think it could get any better. Since Robert already had all my info he was able to expedite the deal even quicker. Robert also explained that the store has gone thru a couple transitions recently with ownership & it was now being ran by one of the best General Managers in the business & he would have the store operating with the upmost respect & concern for the customer. By theses two experiences I can certainly testify that Crain Ford Col Glenn is being managed perfectly & the sales staff is impeccable. I would strongly recommend anyone buying a vehicle to go see these guys at Crain Ford Col Glenn. I'll never buy anywhere else as long as these guys are there.

I had been shopping for a new Mustang for about 3 months when I finally found the exact GT that I was looking for. The sales staff was helpful and the managers Will and Rob couldn't have done anything better. The car was spotless on delivery and I got a full tank. Thanks for all your help, I'll definitely come back!!

Twice I've had my 2013 vehicle in for service and twice its been a disaster. Needed my car fixed and out at a certain/agreed upon time. Not only did I not get my car back on-time. But they didn't even work on my car. Blamed it on the dispatcher not getting the ticket to the technician. Ask me if I wanted to reschedule. Are you kidding!!!! I'll never go to Crain Ford on Colonel Glenn again!!!!

My mother bought a used Ford Explorer from Crain Ford. The previous owner had bought Michelin Tires a few months before trading it in. When my mother took it back two weeks later to have a repair work done, they removed her Michelin tires and replaced them with a lesser brand. When she commented about it they told her it never had Michelin tires on it. But she know it did because she had two family members tell her that she had good tires. After talking to several people the service department came up with a ticket saying that the tires were to be replaced. Will never do business with this dealership. They took advantage of a elderly woman and she never got any satisfaction from anyone.

Got my pre owned 2008 Mustang, left with a tail light out, no one mentioned,as I drove off, I got home and a friend told me. I have not made a payment yet, but purchased extended warranty and car care warranty, exactly oe month later I had to take it in because air was blowing hot, told it would cost me $916.00, of which Crain will pay $400.00, leaving a balance of $516.00, I have not made my first payment. For them to find out what was wrong and to change a bulb in tail light, cost me $192.00. Stuart got a loan rate I agreed on, he did work on this, thank you and Brooks was in training, he did what he could! But just a bug in your ears, when you leave the parking lot, seems you are pretty much on your own. I was told since the air worked when I left they wouldnt pay the total..and of course its not covered by any of the "extended warranties"...oh well. Another lesson learned.

Stay away from this dealership!! They keep you waiting and string you along with promises that they don't deliver. My wife and I spent a total of some 3 hours or so mostly waiting. We were told they were waiting to hear back on some supposed deal that never came. We were asked to leave on Friday night and again Sunday afternoon because they supposedly could not get an answer on a deal. I will never give any business to Crain and will tell everyone I know to stay away from Crain. They are a bunch of liars!!"

arry Hodges is an excellent salesperson, never pressuring us or pushing us into a purchase of a care we didn want. I had to take my vehicle in to have a headlight replaced. When I pulled into the service department I was greated by a young lady who was very nice. I figured I would have to wait for at least an hour and half, but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they even washed and vacummed my car without me even asking. The dealership was nice and clean, and had a very nice staff. I will be back for sure.
