I had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks. Had a few bad experiences prior to coming to Conyers Nissan. I started my day with a phone call to the dealership speaking to Robert "BJ" Walls. Told him what car I had seen on the internet and asked was it still there. I took Uber to the dealership and BJ said if I bought the car he would pay for my Uber ride. I thank you BJ for making my experience a great one. I even appreciate the time you took to replace my remote batteries when I came back a couple of days later. You are the best.

Stay away from salesman Paul Huyan. He is a lying crook. He makes you feel as though no other dealerships will work with you and he continuously lies, fast talks, and is not transparent with the car price. I feel swindled and I don't want anyone else else to go through this.

i was in georgia visiting from ny with my wife and 2 young children. i was told by a nissan dealership in ny that my throttle body needed to be cleaned. so my father is a retired mechanic and he tried cleaning it after i drove from ny to ga to visit him. he opened the flap and sprayed some cleaner in.my car while running after he cleaned the throttle body started reving up and down on its own. i googled what was going on and many people said that the cars computer just needed to be reset. so i brought my 2007 nissan altima to conyers nissan to have them reset it for me. a couple hours later their service department called me and said the throttle body is destroyed and would be $1500 and there was a couple thousand more in other things that needed attention. i had a bad feeling so i told them not to do anything i want my car back. so i lost over $135 just for them to look at it but they said they would deduct it from the price of the work if they were going to do it. NO THANKS. i ended up driving back to ny about 900miles with a 1 year old and a 6 year old and my wife in my car that would cruze at 60mph+ with out me even touching the gas. it was sticking bad and the weather for a couple hrs was worse. i finally made back to ny safe but stressed out as can be. i was so nervous driving my car in the condition it was in.the following day i bring my car to my local mechanic i deal with. he hooked it up to his computer and reset it and was done in under 5minutes! $50 it cost me! the part was fine like i though. i called to complain and they just kept giving me to different people playing games. if i got into a accident on my way home i would of sued the crap out of them. they did nothing to make it right and then just stopped answering my calls. CROOKS STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN!!!!!

I called about a great deal they had posted on their website regarding a 2014 Frontier. They only had a stock photo of a new model, but had the great price. When I called of course the first thing I was told was "come in and let us show you the vehicle". I was willing to drive 300 miles if this was legitimate. The sales lady said she'd have an associate take photos and text them to me. Next I got a call saying that truck isn't on the lot but they have a great deal on another if I want to come in. I told them they shouldn't post deceptive photos. She stated she already told the manager to take it down. All they did was post another stock Frontier photo, different color, same price, same stock number, same everything. Just a different color. No wonder this dealer has so many poor reviews. They give Nissan a bad rap.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!First, I received several calls from this dealership asking me to come in person and talk to the salesperson "Alex" so I finally decided to make an appointment to come in person.I spoke with the salesperson "Alex" and he told me that he would be working late until 9pm so he made an appointment for me. I even received a follow up call confirming my appointment with "Alex". When I arrived at the dealership, I was bum rushed by the agent, Bruce Doss. I informed Bruce that I had an appointment with "Alex".That's when Bruce told me "Alex" left early and he would be helping me. I drove over 60 miles to this dealership to see "Alex" because I explained my situation and "Alex" told me he would be able to get me in a car. I was so frustrated that he was not there, that I was about to leave but the salesperson Bruce said that he would help me get a car. I waited for TWO Hours and in the end, there was no deal.This dealership is horrible and they waste people's time. The salesperson Bruce was very rude and very sarcastic so customers BEWARE OF BRUCE DOSS!!! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! They sell your information as well to third party companies.Please take heed and don't give your business to these scam artists!Never talk to these two sales reps because they are extremely rude and unhelpful!BRUCE DOSS and DURELL HARIS.

I called in on a Saturday fully expecting the run around that you usually get from the dealerships in a dash to see who will actually buy a car. I spoke with Shay and told her I'm already approved, I see the car I want on your lot and I can submit my paperwork now to avoid doing all of it in the dealership and having to wait. I submitted my app online, emailed her my paperwork and told her the exact car I was looking at. In 20 minutes she called me and told me everything was done, come in with my ID and to see Antwan and he would be my sales rep. When I got to the dealership they had my car pulled up and Antwan took me on a test drive. We came back and they showed me the typical false numbers lol and I asked to see the actual bank approval. With no hesitation they showed me the approval and I asked to see the different amount of years to finance and the amounts. I actually LET them get an extra .5 percent (which totaled 600) over the bottom price I would approve on the car and I signed my deal. I left with my car and a smile without feeling like I got the short end of a stick.

I arrived at the dealership in distressed in a Dire need of a vehicle. I had a lot going on that particular day. My planning were to purchase a used car, but God, I left there with a new vehicle. I was at the dealership two days before Christmas, everyone I came into contact with was so pleasant, patient, personable. My sales manager Carl Whipple, was fantastic. He was so professional. I also had the pleasure to meet a gentleman in the Service department who assisted me as well, he was outstanding. His name was Aaron. I love the car I got from there but the salesman and financial guy do not have their "stuff" together!! We had to go back in MULTIPLE times bc of errors (even weeks after purchasing) to sign and re-sign papers. Word of advise- DO NOT sign their blank forms!!!! They wrote up paperwork wrong after insisting we just sign it blank which stated we were trading IN the vehicle we purchased from them ??... Not to mention the MANY fails at returning my phone calls/messages.

Bruce Doss has called, emailed and even texted my personal cell about a car that I tols him i was no longer in the market for. I contacted the dealership via email about a vehicle in early December. We went to Conyers Nissan for one main reason and that was because BJ Walls was the only one that responded to our request for a quote on the Nissan Rouge that was on his lot. he followed up the email with a call and made an apt to see the vehicle. When we arrived BJ Walls was with a customer and Mr. Will McQueen greeted us and brought the rouge up for us to see and drive. Will was very helpful and after a fairly short negotiation we drove home in our new 2016 Nissan Rouge SL and have enjoyed it every day since. We went to this Nissan dealer due to one reason. We sent out emails requesting a quote on a very specific vehicle and requested that they have the vehicle on the lot. Mr. B J Walls was the only person who answered our email correctly. Then he called us about an hour later to be sure we received his email and make sure he had answered all our questions. After a short conversation we made an appointment with him at the dealership to see the vehicle. When we arrived B J was with a customer and Mr. Will McQueen assisted us, bringing up the vehicle and going with us on test drive. He was very helpful and courteous. The rest of the process was quite rewarding. When we arrive there we did not intend to make the decision that day but they made our experience so good we did drive our new 2016 Rouge SL home in less than 2.5 hours. Thank you Conyers Nissan and Wll and BJ. Look forward to visiting during my oil changes.

I made an appointment with Kelvin for Saturday morning at 9 am ( I wanted to get in and out) I was purchasing a car for my 17 year old daughter. We went to his office gave him my information told him how much we had to put down and where I wanted my payments. He came back said lets go look at some cars the 1st car she wasn't impressed by ( 2014 Versa **teenagers** lol) then the finance manager Mr. Beal was like go get that other car he pulled up with the 2013 Nissan Sentra with tinted windows she was in heaven. We went signed the papers and would've have been out of their by 11 am but the car she brought needed to be detailed because they not too long ago got it in. Needless to say we are happy with out experience here at Nissan of Conyers and I would recommend Kelvin Price as your car salesman!!! Happy car shopping.

The salesman and finance gentleman, were very helpful, very friendly, and work with you to find all your needs, My car was a pre-certified vehicle and am very happy with all the care that I have had since I bought the vehicle. I took my 2003 350Z (the first one ever sold in GA) in to Conyers Nissan because of a buzzing sound coming from the front of the car when I applied the brakes. Their diagnosis was that the rear axle bearings were bad which caused the anti-lock brake system to erroneously apply the brakes (keep in mind the noise was coming from the front of the car). They wanted to charge me $1400 to replace the REAR axle bearings (I'm convinced it would not have solved the problem). I wanted a second opinion and I took my car to another shop. With one test drive the technician at that shop diagnosed the problem as a failed ABS sensor on the passenger side front tire. The sensor was replaced which solved the problem at a cost of $215 total. You expect "expert" service and this was far far below my expectation to the point that I would never trust this dealership again with my car. The service ratings for this dealership have been poor over the past six years and I will never take my car there for anything.However I do have to say the Service Mgr did listen to my complaint and at least he refunded my diagnostic fee but it bothers me that he didn't admit that his technician completely dropped the ball on this one.

I was referred here by a family member and I went to look at a car and ended up purchasing one that same day. A couple of months later and on my second oil change for my newly used vehicle, they noticed I needed back brakes and after speaking with Line Staff members I left with back breaks for free. Had to take our Nissan Armada for major repair. After talking to Aaron Dawson, service advisor, and explaining the issue I had with my SUV, Mr. Dawson came back to me with an explanation of what it would take to get the job done and it would cost. SUV was fixed in timely matter, considering problem with the car, and no additional charges or hidden fees appeared on my final bill. Armada works, wife is happy, well that makes me happy.If you looking for to get your Nissan vehicle fixed, consider Conyers Nissan Service Department and ask for Aaron or any other service advisors. You will be treated with respect and your vehicle will be serviced in timely manner. In March I had to bring my Altima in for a repair, and we received the same quality service.

Very disappointed with the lack of information communicated by our salesman "Louie". Not sure why the process took 3hours and I came in the dealership already financed. However, Louie was not familiar with my capital one auto navigator financing process and attempted to make me an offer $200.00 more per month and 12 months longer financing than my financed offer since he wasn't familiar with the terms of my loan. This was "After" he took me out on a test drive. Did he think I would love the car so much I would lose all common sense? Not a very good experience. Also, what's with all the "I'll be right back" moves? No explanations or anything just time being wasted. Needless to say I refused the offer and subsequent offers and politely left the dealership.

I went in for an oil change with a special coupon I had in the mail. (awesome deal, by the way.) And I was greeted by a friendly red haired woman. She was new but had been in the business for over 15 years. She was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I had my 9 month old with me and while we talked about the best deal for services on my car for the next visit, she told me some very useful advice on cloth diapers and baby stuff! She even helped me carry my diaper bag to my car. I felt very valued as a customer. My next will definitely be purchased at the Nissan in Conyers dealership. Stephanie rocks!!!!

I started hearing a whinning in my transmission, I then called Nissan they told me to bring it to the nearest dealer at which it was Conyers Nissan, I then called in and ending up speaking with Neil Feinberg very nice fella , Long story short they replaced the transmission at no cost because of the warranty and had my Maxima looking brand new when my wife picked it up! I would like to make a complaint against the billing department for the service area. I brought in my Nissan Pathfinder for a oil change, coolant flush, etc. that would take several hours. After the service was done and payment was made, I thought everything was settled. Needless to say my check for over $1900 was never cashed. I made several attempts to call and find out why. My information was taken, but I never got a call back. Then suddenly a collections agency gives me a call for payment. I asked them to send me an email with what information they had received. Apparently, Conyers Nissan had the last number for my checking account incorrect. Instead of them doing a double check on their end,or even giving me a courtesy call, I was sent to a collections agency. So please be aware when dealing with the service department. I will make sure to tell everyone that I know to be aware of this dealership.

I was able to get a price agreed to on line prior to visiting Conyers Nissan after looking at 9 cars in the Sentra's class. Conyers Nissan lived up to our agreement when I got there, showed us the details of the car and outlined their service programs. They had to make a small repair to the car we selected and they fixed it without problems. Conyers Nissan was the only metro Atlanta Dealer who would work out a price and terms agreement on line before we went to the facility. Three others were not as cooperative. I am very happy with the Sentra and this Dealer.

Received an internet price that was 'too good to be true', but I fell for it anyway. Called all day long New Year's Eve and could NEVER get in touch with the salesman who sent the price. I wanted to know if they still had the car and the mileage on it. One salesman (?) refused to go look for the mileage because he didn't know where it was on the lot. Then he put me on the phone with his supposed manager who told me that he would call me back....he never did. I called back to talk to the dealership's manager, Don Riley, he didn't answer and NO ONE's voice mail picked up to leave a message. We drove out to Conyers from Decatur. Several salesmen were ready and willing to help us at that point, including the salesman who sent me the internet price. To make a very long and painful process short, we actually started the financing papers even though i wanted my credit union's financing. I was stupid!!!! We signed the financing paperwork and kept being put off for the final price. Back and forth, back and forth between the salesman and his manager. On and on and on until we finally firmly asked for the final price. Our mistake, I am sure a judge would say, but all 3 of us thought that the deal sent via email was a 'walk-out' price. No!!!!! All the taxes, etc. were added and if we didn't go with their financing some of the 'rebate' would be added back in. You get the picture!!!! We walked out after wasting hours of our time. If someone would have only taken my call, this wasted time wouldn't have happened. Now I have to worry about them having our SS#, financial info and having 'dinged' my credit score. Will NOT ever buy from them. Watch out.

Please read this review because I SOLD THEM A CAR and that unique perspective will show a lot more about the character of the managers there than that of a car buyer. I am writing this review trying to spread the word and dissuade you (the potential customer) from purchasing and/or doing business with Conyers Nissan. I listed my second car for sale on Craigslist and Autotrader because my tuition expenses were getting too high to afford to keep it. The dealership contacted me regarding buying the car. The representative is Don Cavit (not sure on the spelling) he gives me a price I agree with and I ask how does it work if I say yes. He tells me that since it is late Friday I sign they paper work and Monday they will overnight me a check and call me, I agree to the deal. I do not get the check Tuesday. On Wednesday I call and leave two messages for Don that never gets returned. Thursday I start calling incessantly and finally at the very end of the day I get a hold of Don, he tells me that accounting left and he will call me Friday. Friday I do not get a call back so I start calling the dealer leaving messages again. I get in touch with Don and he tells me there was never a possibility that the check would have been mailed in Monday because they have to wait for the title and that will take 3-4 week. I am floor by this news because I had already paid my tuition in full for the semester and I was expecting the check that week not 2-3 weeks later. I told him the deal that we agreed upon was a check the next business day and I would have never sold the car to them if I hadnt been lied to about the time frame. He made no effort to deny what he told me he just moved me on to his boss. Dons boss was Bruce (I believe that was his name) and he used every salesmans trick to try and convince me that it was everyone elses fault but the dealer. I tried to explain that the dealership made the error by lying about the time frame for the check and that I would not have sold the car if I had known the truth. I further explained that I had paid my tuition in full and I would not be able to make my mortgage or pay my bills on time for the next month. He absolutely did not care and sent me on to the general manager Don Riley. Don Riley didnt try a bunch of tricks. He was standing to make a nice profit margin on the car and he didnt care that I was lied to in order to close the deal. He offered no help, no compromise, nothing. I could not believe that his sales rep brazenly lied to a customer to close a deal and he (the general manager) wasnt going to do a thing to make it right. He had the power of attorney over the car and he also had the power just say yes and make the situation right. This of course comes at a minimal risk to the dealer of me delaying them if the title would for some inexplicable reason be shipped to me. The entire time no one denies that I was lied to, that part is not in dispute. The management is rotten from the top down. From the lack of returned calls to the complete disregard for honestly and the complete unwillingness to fix a huge error that they acknowledge they made. I will admit my financial situation is not the dealerships fault, but it seemed reasonable to assume that I could trust a business who already gotten what they want from me so I paid (out of my savings) for the semester. The simple fact is this: I let the car go cheap because if I had the money within a week I could attend classes seamlessly that semester. If they would have been honest with me from the beginning I would have politely declined the offer and taken a semester off and sold the car for full value. My perspective with this dealer is unique and shows the true colors of the management. Businesses should not be allowed to get away with doing business like this. Do you really want these people to be the ones who handle your issues should they arise?

Paul S. the service director not only explained to me what was wrong with my car by had me in a rental and had the parts and labor done that same day. Spoke with Ricky Harbel in parts and he managed to get me a set of new floor mats later that same day. I purchased new car 04/27 2013 the very worst day of my life .I was sold a base model car for top of the line price the car has no cruise control on it. I was not told the car did not have cruise control until all of the paper work has signed, at that point there was nothing I could do but except a car that I was being ripped off to drive. I did not get to chose the car. the car was chosen for me .I was supposed to be on some VIP List. I was called several times to come upgrade. The salesman Paul Huynh had been my contact for two years. I thought he was concerned about having a repeat customer not one that will ever support Conyers Nissan again. I have nothing good at all to say about Paul Huynh or Conyers Nissan .The state of Georgia upholds the right of the dealer to force one to purchase a car if you are ripped off by the dealer . I was told I could add cruise out of pocket,there was a button on the steering wheel. I assumed was the cruise control when I test drove the car.Now 2 weeks later the car I traded for the new car is on my credit report .I know I was treated this way because of my race.I hate to play that card but it is the truth.I have not heard of anyone else having a problem with these people. Nissan is a great car to bad Conyers Nissan ruined for me. I do thank them for teaching me just how to handel buying a car in Georgia.I thought only shady used car dealership used the practices that Conyers Nissan uses. I bought my car from them in 2011 and about a month after the day I drove off the lot someone calls my phone once a week to get me to trade my car in. I have told them to stop calling me and I even had to block the number so it would go straight to my voicemail. When it was time for my maintenance I would call to make appointments and they would lie about the times they would be closing and once I pointed out that I was reading the times online whoever answered would say o ok when do you want to come, and this has happened more than once. I moved to griffin for two years and had been going to the Nissan dealership there and the service was always great and never bothersome. I ave moved back to conyers and just tried to make a oil change appointment. I called to hopefully make an appointment for 5pm or later because they close at 6pm, however i was told they stop taking appointments at 4:30 and the workers leave at 5pm now how is this possible if you close at 6, but since I see nothing has changed i will just take my business elsewhere instead of arguing with them over this.

i bot a 2012 nissan rogue and had a very good experience...bj walls was the salesperson i dealt with and he was a straight shooter...i bought the car over the phone and flew out from new mexico to pick it up and drive it home...bj walls picked me up at my motel and when we got to the dealership the car was exactly as he had described....i drove it home and love it!! i will deal with this dealership again...

H O R R I B L E Customer service in service department. I'm at that dealership Every week because of their miscommunicaton, Staff is extremely RUDE. Mechanics left oil stains inside my car on the side panel . Very dirty and sloppy work. . If u have expensive car Or at least care for ur car I wouldn't take it to Conyers Nissan. NO WAY!!!!!!! Trust me before it's too late. All they are going to tell you later is "sorry".

I really have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. They were very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and not at all pushy. After going to one other Nissan dealer and calling quite a few, I can only see myself doing business with Conyers Nissan in the Atlanta/Georgia area. William, in particular, is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with (I have bought cars from Lexus, Acura, Toyota, and Honda). Everyone at Conyers Nissan was very polite, punctual, and very friendly. Initially, I did not want to buy a Nissan but changed my mind after the wonderful experience I had with them after my cousin bought a car from Conyers. I highly recommend this dealer, especially William, to anyone interested in a car. Just go straight to Conyers if you want to buy a car. Don't waste your time at other dealers.

I started looking for a sedan for almost a month now. I found one but I wanted to see other cars and check out my options. I drive passConyers Nissan a million times. I decided to stop by just to "LOOK". Well the sales man gretted me & I told him what I'm looking for & my price. He shows me the use cars & most of them weren't even serviced yet. They were dirty inside coke bottles & smelled like cigarates. Why show a customer cars like that. Then I seen maybe one good car & before I can even test drive the car he is already talking about numbers. I asked him do he have anymore options & he said yes & we went to his office & looked at a couple. Then he tells me that if a car I see that I like they would have to order it & I would have to put $2k down. Remind you I don't even get to physically see the car or test drive it & he wants me to put money on the car. I said that has to be the dumbest thing why would anyone buy a car they haven't test drove. The sales man argues back & forth with me about my opinion. He cuts me off as I talk & was just rude. I cut him off & said well I'm going to wrap this up & cut it short. He offered another sales man & I refused. I ask to speak to the manager which was Carl. I told him the situation & told him I would never do business here & that the customer service is horrible. He offered to help but I wouldn't want to give these people a dime of my money. This dealership comes off as dealers who pressure customers & try to get in your pockets before you step in a car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Beware!

I was the owner of a very nice 2011 Toyota Camry. Because of the nature of my job, I was in need of a truck. I tried a couple of dealerships but was told my payoff was to high. Inquired online with the Nissan dealership online and recieved a call from a salesperson shortly after. I was doubtful about being able to trade in my car because I had a fairly substantial payoff on iit but the salesman guaranteed me that if I gave him a chance, he could put me in a truck. I didn't know what to expect but I was soon to find out that my salesman was true to his word. He showed a ginuine interest in helping me get the truck I wanted at a price I could afford. When the final deal was made with the sales manager, I became the owner of a new Nissan pickup. The sales staff at Conyers Nissan was friendly, honest and very professional. Their goal was to help me and that's exactly what the dis. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and great service.

Wow! Where do I begin? I have bought several cars from this dealership. Unfortunately for them this will be my last. I bought a used Altima in October of 2011. The deal seemed to be pretty good at the time until I really had the opportunity to drive the car and inspect it thoroughly. When signing the paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle I was promised by my sales person that my car would have brand new tires and brand new brakes before I took possession. Unfortunately that wasnt the case. The service department only put 2 new tires on initially. The second time that I brought it in (less than a week later) the tire sensor was bad and they had put 3 different types of tires on the car. The third time they decided to put two different types of tires on the car and had to fix the alignment because the car was shaking ridiculously. All of this happened within the first two weeks of me owning the car. Other issues that I have tried to address with these people are the interior of the car is dirty (was never cleaned after the first owner traded). The car smells like something is burning (please keep in mind that this car only has 40,000 miles on it. Also the brakes squeak so its obvious that my sales person did NOT keep his word about me getting new brakes. The car was dirty from top to bottom. I am still cleaning it because I find stuff on a daily basis. The exterior of the car is shot. Im really surprised that this vehicle wasnt buffed or touched up because it is in bad shape and actually needs a paint job. All this dealership did was to allow this person to trade their car in and did nothing to make sure that the next person purchasing it would be satisfied. NO MAINTENANCE was done at all on this vehicle and its obvious that NO ONE CARES. These are only a FEW of the MANY issues that I am having. I have reached out to my salesman (Carl Whipple) as well as the service manager (Serge) and have not received one call or response to my emails and concerns. This will NOT be the last of hearing from me. Up to the corporate I go as well as the BBB.

After going to, looking at, and talking with different salespeople at numerous dealerships over the 3 weeks of my car hunting, my experience at Conyers Nissan was way more than I was expecting. My salesman BJ was definitely knowledgeable about the specifications and features of the new 2012 Maxima. He didnt pressure me or try to sell me a car i did not want. He was there with me through the whole purchasing process. All which made my already difficult decision on choosing the right car that much easier, comfortable, and satisfactory in selecting the 2012 Maxima as my next car of choice. The financing team was exceptional as well, my monthly payments ended up being less than what I was initially expecting to pay thanks to them. I could not have asked for a better car purchasing experience than what Conyers Nissan provided.Thanks AgainEarnest Minefield

This place is a total scam. They lie about everything that was presented to me. I was a first time buyer and they changed my credit application after what I signed without me agreeing to it. My income was lied about to the bank they got me financing with and now I am in over my head with the bank. This is the worst place I have ever been and I will never let anyone I know buy a car from them. I keep people from going there everytime a car is brought up. After they lied they would not return my calls and Alfonso is a sorry excuse for a manager. They don;t care about thier customers at all. Just take the money and never help after. HORRIBLE!!!!!

I had a great experience dealing with Robert Walls, he was very professional,patient and provided outstanding customer service. I came in the dealershipship knowing what I thought I wanted which was only a basic car that didn't even have a radio,(who really wants that?)but after Robert showed me something different that was still within my budget I was excited. I walked out with a brand NEW car with 8 miles, that was the best thing because I was looking at used cars with low miles. I wish I would have gone to Conyers Nissan from the beginning because I had gone to several dealerships shopping around, the sales men were nice but did not compare to Robert. I came in when they were about to close for the evening and Robert had me sold after giving me the right price with a car to match it. I felt like he went the extra mile. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! First, their advertisement on AutoScoop was a lie (Carl and Pat), I was lied to repeatedly and taken advantage of (Ace). They refused to give me the promised military discount. They will run your credit excessively even if you tell them not to. They will lie (Jerry) about the deal and triple team you, especially if you are a woman, in the military or have credit challenges. After two visits, and 12 hours of harassment, lies, shell games and constant in your face... I signed. By the way my trade is still not paid off and it has been almost 30 days. Do not make the same mistake, They do not honor what they promise. STAY AWAY WOMEN AND SERVICE MEMBERS!!!The bottom line is:1-I was lied to about receiving a military discount (I was told that I could not get the 500, even though I am military)2-the amount I would receive for my trade (the first time I was there I was told 14000 for my trade but later changed it to 11000)3-the purchase price of the vehicle and invoice price (I was promised the invoice price but was lied to about the invoice price)4-excessive time (this processs took over 12 hours and no matter how much I told them I needed some time they kept coming at me)5-total disregard to customer service complaints (after my first bad visit there, Ace repeatedly called me to reassure me that they would be straight with me, no more games) No one replied to any of my reply emails (I emailed the owner, sales manager and sales person with my concens) Ace led me to believe that 'they' would make it right. They made it worse.6-the deal (as if the deal wasn't bad enough, Jerry outright lied to my face about the deal being funded less than 12 hours after the sale. I am approaching 30 days and the deal just recently funded and my trade has not been paid off which is affecting my credit and causing phone calls from my previous lender.7-Inquiries (the dealership ran my credit repeatedly even after I told them not too; Ace stated that they wanted to get me, the best deal. However I told him that I did not want a car that bad and those inquiries negatively impact me) They should havend stopped when I asked them too (deal or no deal).My first impression was that Conyers Nissan was the worse place for service members to purchase a vehicle but after two weeks of several calls per day from Ace, I went back out there in good faith and ended up making a purchase after 6 hours under pressure.. Do not make the same mistake.

My experience at Conyers Nissan was very pleasant. After searching for a used car online, I contacted the dealership to get more information. The call went to voicemail, and naturally, I assumed no one would call me back. Salesman BJ Walls called me back less than 30 minutes later, answered some questions for me, and we made an appointment for later that day. BJ was very courteous and friendly on the phone and in person. He worked really hard to get me in a vehicle, although it wasn't the one I initially went to purchase. He had quite a challenge because of my low credit score, but was able to obtain the financing I needed to purchase a much needed vehicle. My only concern was the purchase price. I had not purchased a vehicle in 12 years, so needless to say, I had a case of sticker shock! However, I am very satisfied with my Nissan Versa, and I thank BJ for making this a very easy and painless experience.

The team at Conyers Nissan was nothing short of amazing. I was skeptical about driving 5 hours to purchase a vehicle but it was well worth it. The Pathfinder I purchased was immaculate. The staff completed the visit by making good on their offer for the trade value of my truck, as well as all of the finance options. This was the first time in my life that I purchased a vehicle and didn't feel like I had been "taken to the cleaners". Everything was very fair and the staff was courteous and friendly not pushy like most.Then on to the Pathfinder. Nissan has really outdone themselves. I came from a full size crew cab truck and there is literally no comparison. The Pathfinder's V6 has 30+ horsepower over my V8 and gets literally twice the gas mileage. The power is unbelievable. It doesn't matter if you are going 10mph or 80mph, you press the accelerator and this thing moves! The suspension is smooth, but incredibly responsive. It is an absolute joy to drive. There is also plenty of room. When you add power, room for 7, 22+ mpg, and good looks... I can't believe anyone drives anything else.

Conyers Nissan is the worst of Dealerships I dealt with...4yrs ago I purchased a Pre-Owned (2003 Altima) less than a year the Engine went, I return the Car or Lemon, and was told their is nothing they can do about it. I spent in the ball park of $4500 to replace the engine, Did I mentioned the worst Dealership from Sales to Service.Lets fast forward, last week I went into the dealership to Tune up the car, Parts cost$700.00 Labor $800.00, Ok so I went ahead and had the job done, Today less than a week later My wife and Kids in the car, car shut off in the Middle of the highway, behind her an Eighteen wheeler, Thank God the driver was able to swerve away...This Dealership Is not concerned with the Safety for their clients, by selling these LEMONS, because that's what they sold me & I will tell you, if you Value the safety of your Family do not purchase Vehicles here its not safe

Went to this dealership on 05/16/11 after emailing about a specific used 2010 Titan truck listed on their website for over a week. We even indicated that we would be coming on 05/16/11 specifically to look at the truck. When we arrived, one of the staff/maintenance workers radioed to have a salesman come to the pre-owned lot as no salesmen were there. We had walked the lot for about 5-7 mins before being approached but weren't able to find the listed truck. When first approached by the salesman and inquiring about any used Titans on the lot, he replied that they didn't have any used ones at all (?) and asked if we had seen the brand new Titan (for $39k) sitting in the lots. We informed him we had test driven 2 other Titans already and were looking for a specific one that was listed on their site for the past 2 weeks (at least) and gave the color and mileage. He THEN decides to take out a folded list from his pocket and search for any Titans (why not do this when we first asked about any used trucks?). He immediately sees the truck we asked about and says he has to check inside to "find out where it is." We wait in the lot for another 5-8 mins....The salesman returns and tells us "Well, the truck has not been sold, but it's not here" and then launches into some explanation about logisitics and chasers taking inventory to other lots and "it might be on demo" and "it's a lot of car lingo" and blah, blah, blah.... HOW do you LOSE a WHOLE TITAN TRUCK? He claimed that he was checking with the used car manager to find out the exact location of the truck. We explained that we had driven from Nashville, so the trip was specifically to purchase this truck. We were prepared to buy outright using our credit union (after a little negotiation on the price) and leave with the truck. The salesman took our name/number and gave us his card with his handwritten cell number and told us he would call us once they found the truck ("We should find out within an hour and we'll call you since I know you came just for this truck"). Two days have passed...still no call or contact whatsoever. We received an email from salesman "Jake" AS WE WERE ON THE LOT asking if we were still interested in the 2010 Titan. We replied that we were interested in the listed truck and to contact us if we could purchase it. Two days later, still no reply. This became a wasted trip and showed the major disregard this dealership has for their customers' time and money. What reputable dealership gives you the runaround like this? If the car isn't sold, why don't you want to sell it? How do you now know where your inventory Trying to get customers in the door on a bait-and-switch is an old trick, but to continue lying when I'm at the lot just to make a bigger sale? Car salesmen must learn that today's customer is not the naive fool that they would prefer...We had done our research, knew what we wanted and knew what we wanted to spend for it. We're still not sure why this happened, but it was a bad experience all around. Cements some old stereotypes about shady car salesmen...

I recently went online looking for a new vehicle. I stumbled upon Conyers Nissan while looking for a Murano. They had mulitple listings that appeared to be what I was looking for so I called the dealership and spoke to a salesman. We discussed the vehicles he had on hand that would be available for me to look at the same day. After work, I went directly to the dealership and met with my salesman. He was very patient and friendly - even when I wanted to look at each vehicle a couple of times! Once I decided which of the vehicles I wanted, we went inside to work on price, payments, etc. At the end of my visit, I left with my beautiful new Murano, unbeatable price and an outstanding experience! I will continue to go to Conyers Nissan for my vehicle needs and will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Conyers Nissan!! :)

came in because of Conyers Nissan TV adverstisment. A bunch of liars. Was told by salesperson that I could not get $199 payment without a down payment. Even though, 'no down payment' was advertised on the TV segment(advertisment). My credit was never even checked. SO how did the salesman know I could not get the $199 payment without a down payment if he didn't check my credit??? I happen to have very good credit. Not sure why they feel the need to lie about what's in stock and what they will sell the vehicles for. When we came in, we asked about used cars that they had on the TV ad. First car we were shown was priced at 13K. NOT what was on the TV. Then we told him we were interested in a certain vehicle..and he said oh, you want a cash vehicle..well, no...he then said well, that's a cash vehicle...Actually that's not what was said on the TV. Then he walked away from us. I suppose he didn't want to hear the complaints...who knows. I would not recommend this dealership because of dishonesty ..and false advertistment.

Probably the best car buying experience that I've ever had and I'm 68 years old. Chuck worked very hard to find me the vehicle that I wanted and I never once felt pressured. My wife accompanied me to pick up my Frontier and she mentioned to me later how nice Chuck was. Susan was equally as nice, accomodating and pressure free. I would definitely consider Chuck and Conyers Nissan for future purchases - if there are any - and will recommend Chuck to my friends.

He was able to locate multiple vehicles in the condition/year/model/price range I was looking for. The car I ulitmately purchased is very clean, in great shape, etc. and I got a great deal on the vehicle. The service that I recieved from Jerry was very friendly, courteous and professional. I am a young woman and this was my first car buying experience, needless to say I was very nervous and intimidated! After the initial meet and greet with my salesman I was completely comfortable. Bruce Moss was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Nissan product. I did not know a lot about all of the gadgets and the upkeep of the vehicle. I visited Conyers Nissan in June 2009 looking for an SUV, had only one in mind,the Nissan Pathfinder,dark gray or black was the only two colors I was considering. Found what I was looking for at a great price,the whole process went well,it was missing some things that I really wanted and they equipped my SUV with them without any problems. The saleperson I initially started out with left and I was helped by Mr.Ernold Simmons,who was very professional and helpful.I am looking to upgrade to a newer model or larger SUV and he assisted me with test driving different models and getting the numbers for future references.Dealing with purchasing a car can made you feel nervous and uneasy, Mr.Simmons made my experience without pressure and very pleasant. A friend referred me to Carl at Conyers Nissan. He was very friendly and helpful, and he got me into the right car for me. They worked out a good price and also they were able to match the outside financing that I had obtained before beginning my car shopping. Great place to buy!

I was greeted by a salesperson and then taken directly to Mr. Whipple. I felt as if Mr. Whipple truly wanted to help me purchase a car, and not just sell a car. This dealer was VERY VERY GOOD, GREAT!! I live in Atlanta but it was well worth the trip out to Conyers Nissan. My salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, easy to talk too. I love my new Maxima!! The dealership is really nice and clean and I would recommend them to everyone.

After looking on the Internet and trying to shop online and getting fed one sales line after another,Jake sent us an email that was easy to read with no gimmicks.I had a great experience at this dealership. The staff was very nice. Jake was professional and knowledgable. We looked at a few differant cars. We ended up with a 2009 Nissan Altima.Jake let us know that they were offering 0% on Altimas. We got a great deal and a low payment. Susan Zill did our paper work. It was quick and easy.I would recomend this dealership to anyone.

Wow- I sure wish I had investigated this dealership before ever calling them! Their reputation clearly preceeds them on the Internet & it is AWFUL! ... My husband and I have been looking for a particular vehicle and doing a lot of research and pricing comparison. We knew exactly what we wanted & what we wanted to pay. We found a fantastic deal on this vehicle as an "Internet Special" at Conyers Nissan. We decided that if the vehicle was still available that day, we were going to drive the hour to Conyers to purchase it after work. So, my husband called, and the vehicle had miraculously made it through the weekend at this great price & it was still available, so we made an appointment for 7pm to meet with Ernold (yeah, spelled with an E, but not sure if this is the exact spelling). Ernold told my husband (in retrospect, curiously) that he would call if the vehicle sold. My husband joked that it better not sell before we got there, good-naturedly but firmly. So, after a full day of work and a LONG drive in Atlanta rush hour traffic, we finally got to Conyers Nissan. Outside was a SWARM of used car salesman literally blocking the front door. We walked up and asked for Ernold, and some other man said "Oh, he's out on a test drive and I'll be helping you. He said you wanted to drive the Jeep Liberty." We said no, we were not there for the Liberty, we were there for the Xterra, and handed him the printout from their ad. He fidgeted and said "I donlt know why he said you wanted to drive the Liberty".... Looking back, I see this all as clearly the build up to the bait and switch. So he has us come and wait inside. He comes back and says Ernold is out on a test drive in THE VERY VEHICLE we had driven an hour to come purchase. We waited another 10 minutes and I told my husband I wanted to walk the lot. Out front, interestingly, were some people who had just test driven a red Xterra...But the one we wanted was charcoal & it was not on the lot. Were those people bait & switch victims too? We waited outside and walked the lot. Only one car drove in and it was an Acura crossover. Then the salesman came back and said that the Xterra was SOLD. Now, how did this vehicle get sold when it never came back to the dealership? And how did it get sold when we never saw Ernold OR the SUV OR the purchasers? But, of course, the used car salesman had a printout of other vehicles for us to look at... NOT the great deal they internet advertised, since that car was clearly not on the lot, but others, including an Xterra that was 1 year older than the one in the ad and which had 5k more miles but was selling for the SAME PRICE.... Hmmmm. I told the salesman that I was NOT happy about wasting my time driving an HOUR to see this vehicle that I had an appointment for but was unavailable! He could see I was pissed & didn't even dare start on the page of crappy priced cars he wanted to "switch" with... And the "bait car" is still listed on a national auto trading website AND on their conyersnissan.com website!!!!!.... In short, I would not give them a penny of my money for even the "greatest" deal- they are unscrupulous. I work as a senior manager in the retail industry, and we all want to "make the sale", but NEVER at the expense of being decent and honest. These people are rotten. I had to waste my time (and gas- an hour there, an hour home- seething all the way) but YOU DON'T need to.... SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL AND SUPPORT BUSINESSES WHO PRACTICE FAIRLY AND ETHICALLY! I hope I can save you the frustration of being ripped off in any capacity. Stay away from Conyers Nissan!!!!

I had my car in the services department about 3 months ago for a recall. My husband and I dropped the car off at 9:00 that morning. We were told that the car would be ready by noon. We arrived back around 3:00 p.m. to pick the car up and no one could find the car. We stood in the service area at least an hour and half waiting for them to locate the car. The service man that wrote the ticket up had gone to lunch and they swore to me that no one else could check us out. A young lady in the service department got in the van and rode around the parking lot trying to find my car and never found it. She then proceeded to call the service guy on the phone while he was still at lunch. After me complaining, they finally found my car. We were not offered anything for our wasted time (no coupon for a free or discounted oil change or anything). They just acted like this was the way they do business everyday.#2 complaint - I had my car towed to the dealership yesterday around 11:30 a.m. First of all I called the service department, told them what my problem was and informed them that the wrecker would be bringing the car. The service guy got all the information from me (VIN number, name, etc.) He promised to call me when they found out what was wrong with it. I left my home phone number but realized that we would be away from home and called back and gave my husband's cell number as a contact number. At 3:00 p.m. my husband got a call from them saying that they could not find my car and the wrecker had not dropped it off there. I know that this could not have been true because someone had to sign for it. My husband got 5 calls from different people at the service department regarding my car. The last call came at about 3:15 saying that they had found it, ran a diagnostic, and I needed 4 spark plugs at a cost of $250. Needless to say, they also came up with another $3000 worth of work that needed to be done. My husband bought plugs, paid for the diagnostic and refused to have the other work done. I will never take my car back there for any service whatsoever. They are a rip off.

My wife took her new Maxima in for the routine 30,000 mile service. I called to check on the vehicle and found that the service department had the cost up to $800. Apparently they routinely add a bunch of "dealer recommended" items to the factory maintenance schedule; about $400 worth. We were not asked if we wanted these added to the factory-recommended maintenance schedule. They were just added.These items are not on the factory maintenance schedule and appear to add a great deal to the A.D.P.M. (Additional Dealer Profit Margin). The next closest Nissan Dealer charges a flat rate of $395.00 for the factory service.I would not use them for any maintenance if at all possible. Their approach is unethical at best and dishonest at worst.How many people a day do they do this to and how many people fall for it and pay hundreds extra for unneeded service?Better to use a dealer who gives you a flat-rate for the service, does the required service without padding and has an ethical approach to customers.
