We came in with our kids to just look at vehicles we might want to test drive, and ended up leaving with a brand new Ford Explorer. Josh Markey went above and beyond in helping us choose the best vehicle to meet our needs and wants. It was pure joy seeing our new vehicle arrive at our home. I would have to say it was one of the top 5 days of our now retired lives. The guys at Cole Ford Lincoln in Coldwater will be the only place that we recommend to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle!!

after driving 90 miles to hopefully purchase just the right truck to fill my family's needs i was very disappointed to be offered almost 2 thousand dollars less than the trade in estimates bottom end on Coles own Web site for my rust free clean carfax original owner trade in truck , although josh and his manager were very nice they were not budging on the price of their truck and only offered another 500 for mine .

I arrived Saturday morning ready to check out a couple lease vehicles within a price range that had previously been discussed with the Salesman and myself. We were greeted by an enthusiastic gentleman before we even exited our vehicle. Soon after, we were test driving a vehicle they had selected, another we found desirable, and lastly, another vehicle they proposed. After test driving, they tossed an offer out, but I didn't want to make a decision that day. The salesman pressed for a reply and I said, "let me grab lunch and think about it". The dealership offered to purchase our lunch and we returned with fully bellies ready to sign new lease paperwork. I had no plan to purchase a car that day but I had been looking for a new car for a month. Everything feel into place, I didn't feel too pressured, and I was pleased with the car and my monthly payment. I had been to several other dealerships and this was a painless experience.

When I originally called to schedule service I got voice mail and nobody called me back so I called again and then got a person...I scheduled two weeks in advance and it took an hour for oil change and tire rotation...i do understand you were down a service tech but maybe when this happens you should reschedule people so it doesn't put you so far behind.

Customer service is a priority at Cole Ford Lincoln. DJ and Eric did a great job of making my purchase go smoothly. I live about 200 miles from Cole and DJ sent a driver to pick me up. I've bought a lot of new cars and no one ever did anything like that for me. The reason I would travel to buy a car is all about the deal. My local dealer had a comparable car but wanted a lot more money for it. It was a pleasure to do business with the folks at Cole as I found them to be honest and good to their word.

The service done on my car was good as always, but no one called me when my car was ready. I called after two hours, but the front desk couldn't tell me if it was ready, and they couldn't get in touch with the service desk. They said I could come in and check, which seemed ridiculous to me. Why couldn't someone from the front desk physically walk to the service department and check? I don't believe it's good customer service to leave your customer with an "I don't know" answer and ask them to come in and check for his or her self.

I took my 2011 Taurus to Cole Story Ford in Coldwater for regular service appt. and to check noise in left rear wheel. With service work completed I was informed rear brakes needed repair (disappointing as car only has ~43000+ miles). I was given a cost estimate and had discussion with service mgr. on time needed and agreed to have work done while I was there. Job was completed within as scheduled and I was on my way home.Cole Story dealership personnel are always professional and friendly. I took a Lincoln LS there in the past and was always very satisfied ... that's why I returned as a customer with the Ford.

They are absolutely a first class service department. I have never worked with one that even approaches them. I bought my car at a different dealer who did a very poor job in the service department. I changed to Cole and because of the service department will certainly try my best to buy my next car from Cole. They fixed my first problem on the first trip in. The other dealer worked on it for 18 months and never could get it fixed.

not happy at all . test drove a 2008 ranger . it had an issue with the front end . they told me if i would buy it they would fix my issue . well today they call me and say " we want you to pay half" in writing , they promised to fix it and now they are wanting me to pay half ? not a good expierience this far .. i bought this truck on saturday , 3 days later and no resolution . DO NOT LET THEM MAKE A PROMISE TO BE FULLFILLED AT AFTER YOU TAKE OWNERSHIP.

After 6hrs of pressured sales tactics and now learning the truth we no we were conned. They did not tell us that they attempted numerous financial institutions to secure the loan for a 2004 ford F150, they new it was not going thru because they had over priced it at $16,600. They did remove the $600. which brought it to $16,000, the same price that we found on a tag in side the truck. We paid them $2,000. down and they were still being rejected with out our knowledge for a $14,000 loan. We found out about the rejections a week later when the letters started coming in. Our scores were 790 and above before and now have been lowered due to there conniving. As a 100% disabled vet I have to tell you this is not why I went in the service so the freedom that I fought for gives you the ability to connive to make money. Book value is less then $10,000 In the process of getting ready to buy a new home for my family my rating is now lowered because of there attempts which has put it on hold. Returning to the dealership and asking them about it I was asked if they could buy me lunch and told that none this will hurt my credit rating unless I was going to make a large purchase and was also told that the manager would call me on Monday, it has been 4 days and no call. They also told me if I wanted to but a new truck that we could work something out. This to me says they new they have done me wrong. This was wrong in so many ways and I intend to let people no. Buy the way this was our 3rd purchase from them thru the years and they need to understand that the trust is gone and you do not get that back. We will update at a later time and let you no if it mattered to the manager to ever call. Brian

I initially wrote an e-mail to inquire about obtaining a Lincoln MKZ to replace my current vehicle as lease was almost up. I wrote on a Sunday, received a call from Cole Ford Lincoln on Monday. I outlined my desires and said that I had three months before my lease was up. Within an hour of speaking to them, not only did they follow up, but the located the exact car I was looking for. THEN, while I still had 3 months left, they assured me that I could get into the new vehicle immediately. This was on a Monday. On Wednesday, we drove down, dropped off the old MKZ and drove the new one home. The entire process took less than 72 hours! Eric Davis was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. He patiently answered my questions and, upon delivery, took about two minutes to set up my smart phone so I could use the voice-activated phone in the car. That would have taken me MUCH longer. I HIGHLY recommend Cole Ford Lincoln in Coldwater for your next new or used vehicle purchase!

The team of Josh Markey and Erwin Kendrick was great from the beginning to final purchase of vehichle. They worked with me on my trade and pricing of a new F-150 that I am excited about the purchase. We found the vehicle on the Internet. It had just been posted. In speaking with the salesperson we found that it had just come in and had not yet been through their inspection. He said that the interior was very clean and both interior and exterior condition were without damage except for a scratch and a dent on right side. Since we had at least a one hour drive one way to look at the vehicle, we decided to wait until it had been inspected. The salesperson contacted us after the inspection was done. He told us nothing major had been found and led us to believe it was a clean car in great condition. I reiterated that I wanted to be certain it would be worth my time to drive that far to see. I drove the hour to test drive the car and was very dissatisfied. The car was misrepresented to us. There was a hole in the carpet on the drivers side. The sales person did not bother to tell us, or perhaps check, that it had not yet been detailed inside. The carpets and seats were filthy (prior owners clearly had a dog as evidenced by hair in the back and scratched up interior). I wondered if they would be able to get the seats and carpet to come clean.Additionally, the ad said it had heated seats and side mirrors, which are part of the weather package...it did not. The cabin filter was missing, there was a chip in the windshield, the satellite antennae was broken off, scuff on rear fender...all things the salesperson could have told us about to save us 3 1/2 hours plus. We would not have wasted our time with this car had it been properly represented. A salesman with good customer service would have looked over the vehicle closer and provided us with more details knowing that we would spend at least 2 hours just in driving to the dealership and back to see the vehicle. To be fair, he did tell us about one scratch which we could have lived with. Not only did we not buy this vehicle, we will not buy any vehicle from this dealer as they wasted our time.

It was a great experience and he made us feel at ease from the start. After contacting him online for a while, we went in thinking that we would just look at the options, but ended up getting a brand new Fusion. It seemed like he really listened to what we wanted and made an effort to get us that. We really appreciated his business and sales skills and have recomended him to a family member and a co-worker.

Erwin, the manager, sent me and my family to a restaurant to eat dinner while they got all of the paperwork together for the car. Never have I heard of a dealership doing so much to please a customer. Erwin was amazing. John was good but occupied with other customers. The dealership as a whole gets an A + +!!!

Steve was very honest and easy to work with. He responded quickly and completely to questions asked without becoming overbearing. The dealership itself is clean and easy to work with. If we were interested in buying a Ford product in the future (or Fusion is great) we would make Cole our first stop.

Josh did everything, absolutely everything, to get us the best deal possible, as quick as possible, with what we needed and wanted. He handled all the paperwork and got the car with no hassle. He was personable and knowledgeable, adding to the overall experience, which is why we gave a 5 in that category. It's not just one thing that makes a company, dealership, or other, stand above the rest. It's a combination of things. And overall experience lacks when you are missing even one of those things. Cole Story Ford is, by far, one of the best sales experiences of many that I have had yet! They know what they are doing, and though they are in the business of making money, they understand that your time and money is important too. They are real people, not just trying to get you to buy and then jerk you around like a lot of places, which also helps create loyalty in the long run. Even if we move, we will be going back to Cole Story Ford.

A great experience! Buying a car is a very stressful event for me. Erwin and his entire staff bent over backwards to help me find just the right vehicle, and yet I never felt pressured. Of course the consumer is always looking for a better deal, but overall I think I was treated fairly and made the right decision to purchase the vehicle that I did. I contacted this dealer about a vehicle I found online. After finding out the vehicle I was looking at was already sold, John Olson was VERY helpful in locating a car for me. I am a very hard person to please. When I went to Cole Ford I found two Gentlemen that absolutely have performed a task that was set upon them and made it a truly enjoyable experience.They went the extra step to help me make up my mind and then deliver the product I really wanted. Steve walked me through the whole process and put all the options in front of me, answered all my questions and together we came up with the perfect fit. I am now in a vehicle that I absolutely love. It drives great, handles wonderfully and when and if I trade in the vehicle I will be heading to see Steve and Erwin. This is my first great experience in buying a vechile that I have enjoyed. I can't realy say enought good things about them. All I can say is the it was AWSOME. I am greatful for the experience.

john olsen and every one at cole/story were great,very friendly and answered all of our questions,they gave us a good price for our trade. we went up on tuesday afternoon,and drove our new 2011 ford ranger home that nite,with a full tank of gas and washed.we even got a better interest rate on our new loan. we are extremly pleased and are confident we will be doing buisness with cole/story for many years .

We were very pleased with our experience with Cole Story Ford in Coldwater and John Olson their internet salesperson. We would have preferred to buy the original used car we initially contacted them about as it was less expensive, but they sold it before we could make the trip to check it out. However, John found another car that matched our needs (used low mileage manual transmission Focus's are few and far between) at an auction and contacted us to make the sale.

My experience with Cole Story, was very pleasant. The sales person, Steve, was and is very nice. He worked to help us and to our advantage. He is very polite, knowledgeable, about the product with which he is selling.His Demeanor is above reproch.all of the personnel at Cole Story treated us very well,this includes parts, service, service writers,financal person and of course the sales person.My truck will return to Cole Story for service even though I liver 45 miles away, and two other Ford dealers in between.
