I have had my 2013 Ford Fusion serviced since it was brand new. Every 5000 miles.That would be 6 services performed. I just discovered that they had never checked or replaced the Cabin Air Filter. At 34000 miles, I had it checked elsewhere and it was it was just filthy. Now, the reason I know that Coconut Point Ford did not ever check my filter is that they told me and I quote. "We don't check the Cabin Air filter because we don't know which cars have them and which cars don't and besides they are really difficult to get to". I was stunned by that response, so I have registered a complaint with Ford and I am waiting for their response.

Dealership replaced six spark plugs one ignition coil my total bill was $750.normal cost for changing spark plugs $180 normal cost of for replacing ignition coil all 6 is$288 I already placed one coil. I told the service manager How unhappy was with the overcharge,he walked away and closed his office door . Extremely disappointed in the service and plan never did buy another Ford product again.

Our salesman, Kes met all the criteria of what a sales person should be. He met us in the lot before we ever walked into the showroom offering his help. He was immediately able to understand our needs and quickly offered suggestions and information on the vehicles we were considering. His knowledge of not only the vehicles but also the inventory available enabled us to walk away with our beautiful 2015 Ruby Red Edge, equipped with the equipment we desired with great efficiency. Suggestions were made to streamline our licensing since we are part time residents. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We would without reservation recommend Coconut Point Ford as a great place to do business. I am a Ford retiree and proud to say they represent Ford Motor Company and sell our wonderful products in such a professional manner.

Absolutely disgusting service. I have two outstanding TSB's on my leased Titanium vehicle and scheduled an appointment in person and they refused to even look at my car when I arrived claiming they were too busy with out of towners. I then had to schedule a follow up appointment and then was told they didn't have a loaner car for me and that they might be able to look at my car in the next 7 to 10 days even though i had an appointment. I gave them one last opportunity and scheduled another appointment for today. Instead of calling me, they sent me an email informing me that they decided to cancel my appointment without reason and instructed me to call them to request a new appointment or to go online to schedule an appointment.

We were there to consider a trade up. Tony was more than helpful taking the extra time to explain things including showing us how to maneuver through some of todays new technology. (SINC) Can be a little tough when your up in years. We were very surprised that we were in and out in a very reasonable time. Love the car!!! (So far). Purchased a 2016 Ford Escape on Oct 6, 2015. From the moment we met Joseph Bammer to driving away with our new car was a wonderful experience. He was patient and determined to find the features I needed and not upsell me on features I didnt need for the sake of a sale. The entire staff was friendly and made you feel like you were a part of their Ford Family. The Finance Manager Bob Bean, worked to make sure he acquired a payment and interest that we could work with. General Sales Manager Bobby Collins made a point to shake our hand and Thank Us for our purchase. From the second I stepped out of my car I usually have my guard up as most do. However, after meeting with Joseph, I knew that I was not at a NORMAL dealer. Joseph went above and beyond in understanding me and my family's needs in the most stress free car buying way. I'm not the easiest person to sell a car to and in more ways I thought possible again Joseph blew my mind with knowledge and professionalism. It's as if he could read my mind. From beginning to end, my experience purchasing a Ford F150 this year was spectacular. We went in to buy a used vehicle, but the salesperson showed us that we'd actually save money buying new because of the rebates. Rarely have I met a salesperson with the product knowledge and professionalism that Josh Spaich had. We tried to stump him with questions, and we just couldn't do it. He always remembers us when we take it in for an oil change too! It is the only time I ever felt that a salesman had my back and truly cared. I'll never buy another vehicle from anyone else, so I hope Josh stays in the profession for years to come! He is truly an asset and I hope the dealership appreciates what he brings to the table.

Thanks to Tony and Co., for making our recent purchase of a 2016 Mustang as pleasant as possible. These folks were "straight shooters" and stated right up front that they were glad we came in and hoped to do whatever necessary to sell us a car. We appreciated their candor and they appreciated us for stepping on their sales lot. In contrast, a week previously,we were at a car dealer where we felt like we were inconveniencing them. It took them forever to come out and talk to us. They showed us the model car we were looking for and promptly said, these cars sell themselves. We left feeling like they really did not need nor want our business. Tony has reiterated his offer to help us with any questions/issues we may have at any time. Our sales consultant Ralph Carmona was not deterred when we decided the Escape was too small, and he eagerly showed us an Edge. We actually enjoyed his company and comments while test driving and his efforts to obtain favorable purchase terms made the sale go better. The GM Bobby Collins helped out a lot with some additional options and Ulysses Campbell was instrumental in providing us with Ralph's professionalism. The Finance Manager Bob Bean explained the money and other administrative items so we could easily understand them. The education Ralph provided was very beneficial as we learned about all the electronic and other features. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

I had some problems with a vehicle I had bought there. I needed help getting out of that vehicle and into a new one, and they went above and beyond anything I could have imagined to make it happened. From treating us like VIP's to calling a bank president to lower the rate that much more. Couldn't have asked for a better bunch of people. Bobby the General manager there is the man in charge and he knows what it means to take care of a customer and true loyalty to his customer base! His sales team, and finance dept, and the people he surrounds himself with are top notch to the core. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car!

Three days ago my friend took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. She knows very little about cars and I told her she just bought it and it was not time for that yet. Well come to find out the tire light in her car kept coming on so she asked them to rotate the tires and find the problem. Well today the tire light is back on and I had her come over and we used all of my husbands tools and tire plug kit since he was at work. Oh yes they rotated her tires took her money and told her there was not a problem, the service guy even told her he reset the warning light. What a joke these guys are, I mean really you had the tire off anyway? Or is this a sign that the tires were not even taken off of the car? This dealership should really be ashamed of themselves as not all women want an education in cars or how to repair the little thing. This so on chose and trusted a nationally known brand and was taken advantage of like they were a sleezy repair shop who charges customers based on what they can get away with

I bought a new Mustang from this dealer. I was told the car was equipped with satellite radio and Ford Sync and it was not.. I wanted leather but the car I purchased was cloth so they were to add leather. I was told the leather that would be added would be identical to the factory leather.. it was not. It is cheap slip on covers. I was not happy with the quality of the leather or the fact that the salesman told me the car I was purchasing was equipped with Satellite radio or Sync.. the dealer ship refused to correct any of my issues. I was told that if it wasn't equipped with satellite radio and Ford Sync then I didn't pay for it.. well the car I agreed to purchase was told to me to be equipped with it. And to top off my whole buying experience with this dealer, a year later when I tried to have my tire fixed that was damaged by a road hazard with the "road hazard insurance" I purchased from Coconut Point Ford.. I was told that it wouldn't be covered. I paid $1200 for road hazard insurance from the dealer that didn't cover road hazards.. hmmmm? I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.. I will never do business there again. They don't stand behind warranties they sell, they don't stand behind quality of their products installed, they don't stand behind their word, and I don't stand behind them. There's plenty of other Ford Dealers to shop..

Mr Hyer I know I have written before about the staff over at the quick Lane and how they are the reason I traded my Chevy for a Ford, however the accolades continue. I had my Edge in for service today and once again Steven Boyle demonstrated his continued stellar customer service. My Edge now has 15,332 miles and it's previous service was 01-23-2014 so 5 moths have passed. But that did not slow Steve down. The minute I emerged from my vehicle he came out of the service booth and approached me with his hand extended with "good morning Mr. Barry, I have not seen you in a while is every thing okay with you and the Mrs.?" He continues to amaze me with his sincere concern do make me feel special and an appreciated customer. How could anyone being treated that way ever not want coming to him and Galloway for service. At 66 years old I have had a car or two in the past and never have I been made to feel so appreciated from anyone associated with an auto dealership like Steve.You can tell his job is his passion and that he knows the importance of continuing the relationship with his customers and how to keep them coming back. Heck, I wish I was made to feel that good in some of the restaurants I visit I a more frequent basis than coming to see Steve. I hope you have some sort of employee recognition program in which he has the opportunity to know that we customer's care enough to tell his upper management of his dedicated and stellar service.Sad to say, most people take time to complain but accolades to me are even more important. I wanted you speak with you on a bad experience I received today while trying to get my car worked on from the service department. It all started on Saturday, 3/5/2014Saturday----I spoke with Mike in the service department to schedule an appointment for Wend to get my AC fixed. The appointment is set and I am told to use the drop box if I was going to drop the car off before normal hours of business.Tuesday---I call to confirm my appointment for Wend, This is when I was informed that there is no record of my appointment, but not to worry as I can make a new appointment now. LOL Wend--03/05/2014----I drop my car off at 4:15AM and use drop box to leave keys. There are no envelopes, so i just drop the keys into the box. I was told on tuesday, that a service tech will call me in the morning to give me an idea of the status of my car. So today around 10am, I have yet to receive my phone call. I then call the dealership and speak with the service department, I was informed my car was in line to be looked at and there is no update. At 2:00, I have a co worker drop me off at the dealership where I am prepared to wait to get my problems resolved. The tech informs me that my car was not worked on because the job takes longer then the time they had left in the day. LOL, why wasnt I told this at 10am when I called to check status??? So I go into the service managers office to speak with him and thats where the xxxxxxxxx really started flying. Your manager informs me he spent 1 hour looking for my phone number that he did not have, he used sources such as google, yellowpages, etc. I am prepared to write an review on google, yelp and any other source of reviews I can write on. Too many excuses and unprofessional workers at your dealership. This was my first experience at your dealership and hate to say it, but I wont be back nor will any of my associates. I have always been a Ford man. During my corporate years I was COO for construction Companies, and always used the Fleet sales Department for company vehicles. Coconut Point Ford is part of the Galloway Family Dealerships, with an impeccable reputation, good Christian Owner and Stellar ties to the community and what it contributes to it. Their management style is one of the most professional run dealerships I have worked with in my 42 years old working life and 65 on earth. The Galloway name is know in our area for honesty, integrity and fairness. My experience with everyone I dealt with in my purchase was one of extreme professionalism in helping me make a wise purchasing decision not just a sale. Hats to Bobbie Collins, Phil Malin,Tom Spicer, Ulyses Campbell, Even though we had two competitive automobiles for a period of time, the Galloway Quick Lane did all our maintenance work due the trust of the excellent service advisors, Steve Boyle and Mike Yurczak. I would recommend Coconut Point and Galloway to anyone in the market for not just an automobile for the experience and the relationship.

This dealer is horrible, no service perspective at all. We had a Taurus dead battery on a late Sunday afternoon, had Ford cust svc send a jump start with a tow company, he told us dead battery, enough juice to get to an advance auto parts and get new battery right away, send receipt to Ford. We did so; spent 2 hrs having Ford lousy customer svc tell us no way to get reimbursed , except go to nearest ford dealer with receipt and they should. Coconut Point refused to do anything, told me "you chose to buy from Tami ami ford, go there", was horrible.This is no way to treat customers, local especially. I called Tami Ami and a very professional GM told me to just email the receipt and they'd send a check right away. That's service, that is only reason I may again consider buying a Ford product and if I do, ONLY FROM TAMI AMI. Coconut Point Ford is the reason we STOPPED buying Ford 15 yrs ago; save yourself the trouble, any dealer that lousy at service shouldn't sell you a car. Go to Tami Ami!

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion with low miles. The sales staff was friendly and this was the best car buying experience I have had. Ben made buying a car easy and I would definitely recommend the dealership to my family and friends. I like my new car & returned for some minor maintenance & everything was taken care of as promises.

The Pre-owned sales manager added a warranty to my sales contract without disclosing this information up front. Once it was brought to his attention, he was not aware of the rationale for the transaction. Then, he insisted that I keep the warranty or the bank will add points to my loan. He also advised me that i can cancel after i receive the car (The car needs to be delivered). After asking is this standard practice for the dealership, he would not respond. To the question. He threatened to cancel the deal at one point and then told me that I was stuck with the car. Unlike me, please watch your contract for any additional charges and have them to disclose every charge. #lessonlearned

They have a Nissan 350 Z listed on cars.com . I drove to the dealership with a printed copy of the ad that included the listed price of $16,967.00 . when i arrived at the dealership, I showed the printed ad to a salesman named Tom. He said that "the price listed did not include at least $3,000 in cash or trade" which he said was listed in small print. Well, that was a lie. there was nothing in the ad or on cars.com that said anything about an additional $3,000.00 . you can't trust their advertising - so I would not recommend going to this dealer.

Not convinced I got good deal on my lease. Closing was so fast that it was hard to follow--business manager was very short on clear explanation. I suspect that a higher rate was quoted so that they could make a big thing out of getting a lower rate later.

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from Coconut Point Ford. It truly was a great experience. Mr. Richard Miller was my sales person and he had to be the best sales person I have had from a dealership. I have purchased Fords for the past 20 years and this was a truly satisfying experience. Mr. Miller was so thorough, patient and most understanding to my needs in purchasing an auto. He made me feel comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. He did a fantastic job, as I left your dealership with a new automobile that I am very happy with. When I picked up the car, Mr. Miller made sure that I understood the features and how they worked. He did not rush and took his time. I don't believe I ever that before. He certainly went above and beyond with customer service. Out of 1 to 10.....he was a 100! In addition, all your staff were so friendly while I was there. It was evident that your dealership does a great service as I watched the dealings in the showroom. I would recommend Coconut Point to anyone searching for a car and I surely would recommend them to deal with Mr. Miller. Thank you Mr. Collins for a great staff and a great experience.

Deplorable service. On the surface all seems good and well. The advertised ethics of sell a lot for a little are a scam. The sales man quoted me an OTD price and my failure of follow through resulted in an additional $400+ added to the sale. The my title transfer was botch and ended up costing me $40 to get a new sticker. When I went to the dealer to talk about some form of reasonable compensation. He offered up a car wash. Great! What I got was a discounted car wash! So now I am out even more money. If you do business with them make sure you read and re-read what you are signing. I know some this could have been avoided if I had followed my own advise.
