Not happy

They are the used car guys folks warn you about. They did get me a nice car which they tried to sell four times for more money while I was sitting there. Fred can't seem to keep his lies straight. Repair not made properly. Promises not delivered. Five trips before I could get my car. 45 days before I got registration which,came with no tags. Only interested in selling you a car not customer service. Too bad because I like my car but the experience has been horrible. Go elsewhere.

this dealership made me relay and put out there name. coast to coast motors is always availible when you need them. they feel like family. coast to coast is the way to go

Me and my girl bought a nice car from coast to coast and we are happy so far with everything. We had a scare the next day cause the fan went out and I had it towed there and they fixed it and had my car back the same day. I liked how they handled that. I feel like part of the crew for real.

The guys here were great. I saw a mustang they had listed on cars.com, I called to get info and Mark was very helpful and answered all my questions. I could tell he was busy, and yet our conversation wasn't hurried. I wanted to trade my truck in on it. They let me know how nice my truck was, but they couldn't offer me what I wanted for the truck. Joey let me know I should sell the car privately, and I should get what I wanted and probably more. I left thinking that the mustang I've been looking for, would be gone, by the time I sold my truck. I ended up selling the truck within two weeks! I was scrolling through cars.com, and saw the mustang was still available at Coast to Coast! I called Joey, let him know the truck had been sold, I had money for down payment on the mustang. Within an hour the bank called, then Joey called back to say "come pick up your mustang! " the process couldn't have been any easier! Thanks fellas! P.S. upon picking up the car, I noticed the louvers on the side windows were missing. I asked about them and they went looking for them. We found they had been stolen.... Joey said they would take care of it. And I really wasn't surprised when he called (a coupledays later) to say they ordered the new ones, and wanted to know the color to match them! I was greatful, and they proved to be men of their words!

I needed a car very quick. Everywhere else I visited was not listening to what I needed in a vehicle. The guys at Coast to Coast Motors were so patient with me and my family. They took every concern I had seriously and did everything they could to help me find a car that was reliable and suited my needs for my son. The whole process was smooth and stress free. Since I have owned my car, they still reach out to help with anything I may need. You will not find better service in the East Bay when it comes to honesty and really wanting to make you happy when you leave them. I will always recommend this place to friends and family from now on, and it is the only place I will ever go to. Thank you Coast to Coast Motors!
