I have had the very nice pleasure of having Donna G. take care of my previous 4 Honda leases, so I was at the dealership getting my Crv serviced and decided to go over to talk to Donna about possibly (never thought that in 2.5 hrs from then I would be driving out of the lot with a 2016 Accord Sport) seeing if I could get into a 2016 Accord Sport. Well the long and short of it is that I drove out with a new 2016 Accord Sport and I couldn't be happier. I had met with Donna on Sep. 12, and placed an order for an Accord LX with sensing. She kept me advised of when it was to be built, when it arrived at Classic, and when I could see it and complete the sale. She then spent considerable time with that portion and explaining the controls, their function and operation. I would definitely ask for her for any future purchase. In addition, the price was better than I expected!

I just leased my 2016 from Classic Honda. This is my 5th Honda lease, but only the first from a Classic dealership. The team was a class act. Todd Muller handled my initial request and needs. Todd worked out the math that met my budget demands. Donna Galleguillos facilitated my onsite process and logistic arrangements leading up to the vehicle delivery. Dustin Marvin, the sales dept manager, took care of my trade-in and transition to new vehicle with an effort that made my swap painless. He offered to take the hitch off my trade-in and had it returned to me with my new vehicle, without charge. He made sure the hitch was wrapped and prepped so that it would not soil or damage my new lease. He did it with a smile! Donna took a lot of time to make sure that we had all the information that we needed to be comfortable with our new vehicle, printed custom documentation that was relevant to our added features, outlined key areas of the manual, took my wife on a thorough tour of the vehicle and features, and followed up with post purchase phone calls and a courtesy letter to make sure things were ok and that we were happy. The dealership is beautiful and lot has plenty of inventory. This dealer was also awarded Honda's President's Award for excellence in the field. After viewing the award plaque, I see that only 10 Honda dealerships in Ohio was awarded this honor!The sales staff was respectful, not pushy, and honored what we told them regarding our needs and budget constraints. My experience with Classic should be held as a reference model for what all consumers should be looking for.Paul.

Came into the dealership with a quote from the service manager. It was less than 4 other top rated dealers in the area. Kaitlyn Radwanski and Dustin Marvin were fantastic and made the process quick and painless. They had the exact model and color I had quoted waiting for me to test drive at the entrance and didn't try to oversell me on accessories, packages, etc.. I would definitely recommend Classic Honda to anyone in the area looking for a Honda in the future.

Donna G and the staff at Classic Honda in Streetsboro were fantastic through the entire process of purchasing a new Honda HRV. There was no pressure. However, the people here were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to all our questions. This was the first Honda we're purchased and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They didn't have the exact car we wanted on the lot but were able to get one within hours of us making our final decision.

Our experience at Classic Honda was very good. We were given time to look and decide that "yes" we did want to purchase a Honda, and were not pushed into buying one on this visit. Mat was very helpful in looking up an option that was not standard with the car and setting up a time for us to return for installation of the item. We went home with the car of our choice, knowing we could return for assistance with the gadgets we are not familiar with. Thank you all for being so patient with us!

Second used vehicle I have purchased from there. Very easy and pleasant to deal with from my salesman Gary and finance department peter who was actually the first vehicle's salesman. Recommend them highly as I was the victim of a bait and switch from a local Honda dealership. also used service department for my first vehicle which was not a Honda but nonetheless I was treated like family by knowledgeable professionals.

Bought a hard-to-find manual HRV-EX from Todd Muller with Matt Palmer's help. It was a very enjoyable and stress-free process. Todd and Matt located the car for me, gave me a great price, and before I knew it, the car was waiting in Streetsboro. The sales team was very friendly and courteous. I truly felt as if they treated me as a member of the family: no gimmicks, just a great transaction. What a nice feeling to work with a dealership where the customer relationship is valued for the long term. Great selection of new and used cars. Sales team are really professional and don't use pressure tactics (shout out to Anthony). Managers value customer loyalty and are willing to work to achieve a win/win for everyone (shout out to TJ). You will definitely get a fair trade-in value. The service team is top notch and provides tremendous after sale support and confidence (shout out to Matt and Keith). If you are looking for a used car, they have a good selection. See Matt Palmer and Gary Goughnour if you are seeking the best, fair deal without all the tricks. I had made a deal through another Honda dealership, but since the salesperson ignored my emails for 3 days the vehicle model/color/trim I was seeking ended up being promised to another party but I only found out as I arrived to purchase my new car. The dealership half heartedly offered to find me another vehicle in a color/trim that I did not want so I reached out to Classic and Matt immediately started searching and made a trade with another Honda dealer within 2 hours of my contact. Gary closed the deal and made sure I was comfortable as I waited to sign. It is obvious that customer service and making the right, fair deal are core values of these individuals and Classic Honda. I spent 3 weeks researching used cars on www.cars.com, then test-driving the perfect vehicle to transport elderly passenger (s). I went to Classic Used Cars in Mentor and Classic Honda in Streetsboro. It was evident that ALL Classic employees are a class act. From the sales guys out on the lots, to the managers, accountants, insurance folk, etc... All of them went out of their way to help me find something that truly fit my needs and budget and exemplified what I came to understand is the Classic philosophy. I have nothing but good things to say about the treatment I received and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. A rare experience these days. This was easily the best experience I've had buying a car from a dealer. Jackie, our salesperson, was very helpful and got my wife and I into 2 new cars with minimal hassle at a very reasonable price. We could not be happier with our new Civics and are glad we purchased them at Classic Honda. Even the finance team (which is usually the hardest part of buying a new car) were very personable, helpful and most of all expedient. We will definitely buy from this dealership again.

I have been driving Hondas since 1981 and yesterday I bought a 2016 Honda CR-V on a lease, returning a 2014 CR-V that I had on lease. As usual the process was seamless, problem-free and quick. Sean Kloss (Sales Manager) Jose Robinson (Sales and Leasing Consultant) worked with me, arranging to get me a CR-V in a color they did not have in stock, a car that arrived the next day. They did all the paperwork necessary to get the new car insured, my license plates transferred and the paperwork necessary for my purchase of the new lease completed in twenty-four hours. Can't ask for better service that that. In addition I have all my service done at Classic and have been uniformly satisfied with their ability to fit my service needs into their schedule. A very low key sales approach, all personnel I was in contact with made you feel at ease , no pressure, hype, or hand offs . Very friendly atmosphere . Straight forward no hidden extras when you get to signing papers with the Finance department . Clearly explained additional options and service plans, with good recommendations. Very willing to work with you to get you a fair deal. Overall have great Sales Team bottom to top , from your first contact with the receptionist to the General Sales Mgr. Who by the way has an open air desk facing the receptionist, and is readily accessible to the customer. No closed doors.

Kaitlyn was a pleasant sales person who answered all my questions and didn't play games, which I personally like. The gentleman in finance was great. My wife and I bought a new Pilot from Matt Palmer. I used to work in the business, and I know the tricks that dealers try to use to make money off of customers, they used none of those. I started by calling Matt on a Saturday, and he provided me with a very competative quote on two different vehicles. I did a lot of research because I knew what I could afford, Matt was right on with a great price right away, no negotiation or wasting time was needed. My wife stopped by on her own that night to look at the car, and was treated with nothing but respect, and not like a "dumb female", both her and I appreciated that. Thank you to the entire staff at Classic for helping us get a vehicle we wanted, at a price we liked. I highly recommend working with Matt.

I purchased my second car from them almost two years after my first purchase. Jackie Clayton was my salesperson both times. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The service department seems honest and fair. I like to sit in the service waiting area to listen to what the customers are being told, and how they react. No one seemed to be leaving unhappy.

Wanted to purchase a new Honda Accord. Our salesman, Eric, was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We test drove a new Accord and sat down to discuss pricing. We made an offer to purchase at a price above invoice. Everything seemed to be proceeding smoothly until our trade was offered as part of the deal. As other purchasers have noted, the sales "manger" entered the negotiation and offered $1800 less than Kelly Blue Book "TRADE IN" value. I made a counter offer and was again presented with another ridiculous "low-ball" offer. As an informed buyer, I was not impressed with these tactics and left the dealership. A few days later I made another offer and did not receive a return phone call. Great customer service.I visited another Honda Dealer and completed a purchase the same day. I received 95% of the asking price of my trade and a lower price on the new Accord !!!!! Needless to say I was happy with the new deal. If you are an informed buyer, you will be better served avoiding this dealership.

Very bad experience, poor customer service. Not friendly at all. Another person with similar repair got it done at 20% of the cost that I paid. Very unfair. Very Bad customer service. Will not go to this dealership again in future for any type of repair or service. Will share this bad experience with my friends/families and recommend them not to go to this dealership. Will go to another dealership even if it is farther than this dealership.

Pleasant experience test driving a 2012 Odyssey Touring. Once we sat down the trouble started. Sale price was practically settled through internet emails. Through my research I was expecting a certain range of price on a 2009 Acadia trade in that was considered in good condition on the KBB scale. Trade in quote came in at 2k less than KBB good trade in price. Said they needed to do better. Salesperson then tried to reason with me by pointing out the price decrease there was on the sale price of the van. Let her know that was a separate transaction unrelated to the trade in value of my vehicle. I needed to leave at that point to meet up with the wife, but instructed that I wanted to hear a better offer and left my phone number. Next day received another offer. This one was 1k less than the the appraised value. At that point I let them know I was going to another honda dealership. At that other honda dealership I purchased the 2012 Honda Odyssey for a slightly better price than classic, and also received full value for my trade and secured 1.9% financing with no addons. So the lowballing tactics cost Classic a guaranteed sale from a person living in the same town as the dealership. What is further troubling is I accompanied my wife as she tried out a civic and fit at the dealership a few days later. When we sat down to talk numbers, a different salesman lowballed her KBB good condition vehicle by $2000. They later came by to be within 1k and priced the new car down to around invoice. Not good enough. So we looked and purchased elsewhere. This was a third dealership that didn't mess around and we got full value on the trade and my price on the car.The takeaway here is it seems the sales-force is trained to lowball the trade and tries to convince you its a good deal by telling you the new car price is such a great deal. I bet this tactic works with many people, but they need to better recognize when they are dealing with an educated buyer. Its a newer and nice facility, and it attracts a lot of people. Those looks are deceiving though. If you go to this dealership, let them know that you are an educated buyer, know the value of the trade, know the typical selling price of the car, and that you just want to cut to the chase. If after that they are still not offering full value, it is time to walk. There are lots of other dealerships in the area. You will be able to get the deal you want.

I had been searching for a car and someone to finance me for a month when I met Carl and Kaitlyn. I had just left a graduation in Kent, Ohio and decided to stop in to see if they had a Honda Accord I would like and if so, would they be able to get it financed for me considering I didn't have any credit (i was considered a "credit ghost"). Well I did find my Honda Accord and a couple of hours after I got home from test driving it and completing the application, Kaitlyn called me to say my application was approved.......I am proud to say that "I love my Accord" and I really appreciate the sincere kindness that Carl and Kaitlyn showed me, not just while I was purchasing the car but even since then they've called me to make sure everything is going well...and it is going very well! Thanks Carl and Kaitlyn, you two are the greatest!

Researched used Insights. Saw one at Classic Honda. Go to Dealer, and they say that car that was listed on line (3 different sites) was sold, but they have others. OK, so I drive one with Gary (very nice salesperson). We get back, and I tell him for the milage I won't pay that price. Another man comes over, and I say, if you can prove to me what you have in the car, we can start talking. He says come with me. In the process of him "showing me", Kara the GM arrives. She say to him NO! I ask what is the best price, she says $15,400. OK. I leave. More research over 3 days. I see the same "Sold car" STILL online?? Then I "Trade in" the EXACT $15,400 car on THEIR web site, comes back MAX trade value $13,100! THEN, they have the car LOWERED to $15,100!!?? I return and proceed to tell Gary, then who arrives?? Kara the GM. I state all items previous, and she says "Our site trade in is just a general Estimate. I say, you don't use it for customers?? Just a ballpark! I say, why is the "Sold" Car STILL on-line? She doesn't know, can't control web sites!? (Less than 24hrs later, gone from internet??!!) Then I say, why was the price lowered, you told me $15,400. She says "That was for THAT DAY!!!" WHAT?? REALLY?? I will be calling the BBB to report bait and switch. If you want to be lied to, go talk to Kara and the Classic team! If you are interested in being ripped off, go to Classic. Just Horrible! They prey on uninformed consumers. Stay Away!!!

We took our Pilot in for service. After replacing struts and inner tie rods the vehicle was returned with terrible steering. Took it back said something feels loose and they said oops, we didn't do the alignment correctly so they did another one. We took it home and the steering was still bad. So we took it back and told them the steering still felt like something was loose. They drove it, and said our tires were bad and wanted us to buy new ones. It didn't feel like bad tires (I'm a gear head that's been driving and working on vehicles for 25 years) but we had them looked at by two different shops and told us they aren't brand new but there's nothing wrong with them. Took it back to the dealer who told my wife I'm a mechanic and I know it's the tires so we aren't going to do anything else with it. So we took it to an independent shop and they immediately found that the inner tie rods were bad and replaced them. PROBLEM SOLVED. Went back to the dealer to let them know and ask them to make the situation right (refund the work they did and pay for the 2nd garage work, only $300 but it was the principle). They refused only agreeing to refund their work out of good will and give a $250 credit for oil changes. ARE YOU KIDDING!?!?!? After screwing up my Pilot and not being able to fix it, I'm not letting you touch it again. And as far as refunding out of good will, when you fix stuff and it's still broke that's called a warranty not a refund. SO THEY DID NOTHING!!!!

I drive from Akron to get my 2002 civic Si serviced here. They're honest, friendly, respectful of my time, flexible, & happy to answer any questions. They also don't charge extra to install bulbs & Honda wiper blades. Pricing was very reasonable & no hassles over expired coupons! I was in the car business at a competitor for 7 years, so I'm no babe in the woods. You can trust these guys to service your car.

Recently bought a 2011 Honda Civic from Classic Honda in Streetsboro, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to shop at this dealer. From the second my wife and I got there, everyone we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable - most of all our salesman Peter. I had already test driven many cars at several other dealers, and none of the salesmen I encountered treated my wife and I with the same courtesy and respect as Peter. He knew detailed information about every car on the lot and politely answered all of our questions with out any pressure to buy. The day we bought our car, we realized there was a nail in the tire. When we brought it back to the dealer the next day, they took care of it without a hassle. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car.

What a pleasant encounter dealing with an honest straight forward car sales man, Jacob at Classic Honda on Colonial Drive in Orlando, Florida. From the first time we met Jacob we felt at ease. Test drove the CRV after a long day of check out other cars. I absolutely fell in love with car. Liz was great and listened and respected that I had just started looking at vehicles and that I would be back. I next had exactly the opposite experience at our local M**** dealership and while I liked the car and was looking for a ballpark price, I wrote the car off my list immediately because of the salesman and the dealership philosophy. After a few more car reviews I returned to Classic with my wife (it is her car!) so she could drive it. Liz took the extra time with her and explained all of the features and my wife fell in love with it as well. I felt no pressure during the sales end and felt we achieved a reasonable price in a short period of time. I look forward to future visits to classic. Thanks..

I had an outstanding experience at Classic Honda. Even though I have less than stellar credit, Honda was willing to work with me and I was able to lease not 1 but 2 vehicles in the past month from them! Other dealerships would not even consider me when I walked through the door... including one who already had my business. Classic's sales and financial teams were extremely friendly and helpful, along with others on staff. I will continue to buy/lease cars from Classic Honda for years to come because of employees like Adam, Dave and Liz! Keep up the great work!

The purchase price was fair, the transaction was swift and smooth. Very pleased with the process in place.My only complaint was the lack of follow through by Adam. I was not kept informed regarding my floor mats. Calls were not made to me updating the status. I ended up having to call on three different occasions to get updates.Extra thanks to Bob Ringo for the attention to detail in handling my one concern. This one issue does not effect my buying decision with Classic.Thanks.

Classic Honda and Justin made things very easy. I got a new car without having to haggle over price and had no pressure put on me. I am very happy with both the dealership and Justin's professionalism.I was not planning on getting another civic, however there was such a good deal on 2011 Civic's that I could not pass it up. I am a Honda customer for life!

We called several area Honda dealers and nobody could beat Classic Honda in our circumstance. A couple of the dealers were shady, one was horrible at calling us back. With Classic, they were prompt, gave us a great deal, had the vehicle we wanted, and even brought the registration and plates to me! (we live 45 min away) Kaitlyn was awesome to work with, and Adam was very helpful as well.

Jackie was friendly, knowledgeable and thourough. She explained everything carefully, knows the cars inside and out, found out what I was looking for and helped me get the car I was looking for. I got a very good price on the car and good financing and good follow up. I would purchase another car from there.

For first time car buyers, this was as pleasant of an experience as possible. Kaitlynn was very helpful the two times we visited and when we spoke to her over the phone. The rest of the staff we interacted with were also helpful as we worked through the process. Everyone answered our questions and were very forthright with their information. This made it easy in understanding a very complicated process.

Overall a great experience. We had to drive almost an hour to get to the Honda dealership and we were not sure it was going to be worth the drive. We also worked with Mitch and all of the guys made for an excellent experience. Classic has a great reputation and we were not let down. Great job, guys! It was definitely worth the drive.

After test driving other models, nothing compares to the Honda. We already had a Honda, so we were pretty sure that we were getting another one. However, we really enjoyed the "no pressure" attitude from Carl. He was very informative and respectful through the whole process, and was very willing to work with us..without pressuring us. After working with other dealers, nothing compared to the service at Classic.

Bill did an excellent job showing me the features of several different cars. He was extremely knowledgable and had great patience as my wife and I were making our decision. There was also a guy named Steve that helped me early in the morning while I was looking before work. Steve was also very helpful and friendly.

The reason that I did not rate the Quality of Work higher was the fact that when I picked up my car, the people responsible for the detailing left an awful lot to be desired. The inside of the windows were not cleaned well and the dash just looked to be wiped quickly. If the outside of the car was washed, it appeared that it was just left to air dry and not dried with towels and left to shine for the new customer. This bad taste probably figured into the other categoies slightly, as well.Peter Ferber was an excellent salesman and handled himself professionally through all our meetings.

Hayes Jackson made me feel like I bought a car rather than being sold a car. He has an awesome personality. He had to deal with several family members, as well as myself. His diligence in getting back to me and my uncle was refreshing. All calls were returned promptly. When I finally came to town to buy the car he listened to me and my parents and explained everything, rather than just selling me the car. As I live in Erie, PA it wasn't so easy to just go to the dealership and buy the car, he bent over backwards to get me this car. I have recommended hiim to others already. I will look him up next time I need to buy a car. He deserves a raise! I

After going to several dealers in search of a car, Classic Honda was the only one that actually worked with us and tried to give me what I wanted at a price I could afford instead of trying to sell me a car that I didn't want or couldn't afford. Liz Medina was extreemly professional, very helpful, and I would highly recommend her and Classic Honda to anyone who is looking for a car. Both Liz and the dealership went out of their way to make this car buying experience a good one for us.

This was the first time I have leased a vehicle. Everyone was nice and explained my options to me. I am glad they took time with me. I did not feel rushed into anything. We made several trip to the dealership. I was always greated in a friendly manner.

Very friendly staff. Quality of work appears to be good. Able to use discount coupons, which was nice. Took the car in for its first oil change (purchased new in June, 2010), and just a little disappointed with the time it took. Was told it would be about 30-45 minutes, and it was almost 90 minutes before I was back in the car heading away. Would have appreciated an update somewhere during that time, but none was given, although they did apologize for the delay at the time of completion.

It was the easiest I have ever purchsased a car. I received the price on line from Justin, and it ws the lowest quote I received by about $300. Gary met us at the door, took us for a test drive, and by the time we returned to the dealership, the paperwork had bewen finished and the car was ready to go. Purely effortless.

We first spoke with Kaitlyn on the telephone and she answered our questions when it came to the car we first discovered in the newspaper. Then when we got there, she was waiting at the door and was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. So was the manager, but I don't remember his name.

Tim has always been very helpful in servicing our cars at Classic so much that we just purchased a used Civic at Classic and in the next weeks will be looking to buy another used Honda at the dealership. The dealership, showroom and service area are spotless. You never have to worry about getting grease on any clothing or personal belongings.The staff is very professonal and friendly. They are never pushy but always willing to answer any questions.

Bill Hino, Sales and Leasing, was recommended to me by a friend. I was not at all familiar with Hondas, as I had always bought General Motors vehicles. However, Bill was very knowledgeable and sold me immediately on my Honda Accord. Everyone in the dealship that I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. My recent service visit to Classic Honda went well as usual. As I have an older CR-V, they have been diligent in keeping it up to date with the required services. If there is something of concern, they clearly explain what it is and if it needs to be fixed immediately, or they have noted to check it again at the next service appointment. The waiting room is okay. Free coffee (although the machine was broken on my last appt.), juice, cookies and bottled water. Also has free wifi, but it wasn't working either.

I've bought two Ridgeline pickup trucks and had routine service performed. They're competitive on price for both purchase and service. A friend wanted a new Accord so we visited her normal Honda dealer and received both a high purchase quote and a low trade-in quote. We then drove to Classic and got a great purchase price and another $1,000 for her trade.I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Honda. My experiences have been so good that I took my VW to Classic VW for service although I had to drive 75 miles further round-trip. Same for my BMW.
