We really liked the fact we didn't have to haggle over the price. We really enjoyed the experience. My wife is not very tech-savvy. Ryan put in the time and effort explaining the technical aspects of the vehicle. Next car we buy will definitely be from Classic Chevy and Ryan.

Benny was amazing!!! We've purchased a few cars in the past couple of years and he was so professional and personable. We will buy cars from him in the future! Had my stalling vehicle towed there, They said needs tune up, 6cyl. P/U. $600 with tax, I said ok, Cause I needed it back asap, when it was done, they said its good we tested 30 miles, Picked it up and made it two blocks then needed another tow home stalled, no start, I fixed it myself, I called, They admitted not testing the fix 30 miles or even close, manager said he would take better care next time, Took it back for a scheduled state inspection a week later, Not only did they not do anything for causing me much grief, They said they can't inspect the vehicle that day. beause a couple small things needed fixed, They did however remind me that it would be expensive if I chose to wait. If you find a good place with fare prices, you'll likey never return to this place. Their warranty fixers in my view. Computer wiz types not workers.

Showed up bright and early first vehicle in the bay at 7am. Tried calling at 12:05pm went to voicemail. Nothing for Service Advisor. Called again at 2:00, 2:13, called the main number transferred to Service Advisor voicemail. Service Advisor final returns call at 2:30. To informed me that I make not be getting my vehicle back today. Seems to me I should have gotten a follow up call to at least inform me what was happening. Normally a good experience at Classic I guess it depends on which Service Advisor you get.

It was fine. I had concerns about being asked if I had a appointment with my check engine light on. No I didnt have an appointment with a engine light on. To me an engine light could be a major issue. I got a phone which was great about what was wrong. I was disappointed when I went to get my vechicle because no one from the service area came and explained to me if the part has a warranty which I know it should by looking on the internet and doing research. It was like just pay for your service and go. This service was the type of service I would except from firestone who I used to go to for my basic service needs.

We've had two experiences lately that were over and beyond normal service. We bought my Impala from Classic Granbury and our converted van from Classic Grapevine. Marca always takes excellent care of us though I'm sure she has lots of customers. I had taken my Impala in for a recall issue. Not only did Classic Chevrolet Grapevine fix it, they cleaned my car inside and out!! Plus my husband took his converted van in for them to fix the tires. We had run over something and it was leaking air. We thought they would fix it. Instead they put two BRAND new tires on it for us. Talk about fantastic customer service! I tell everyone about Classic Chevrolet Grapevine because I feel they do care about the customer and they are HONEST!

Classic Chevrolet went above and beyond with their customer service! We forgot our checkbook, and Don was gracious enough to follow us home to get a check AFTER hours, so that we could have the car that day! He was patient, kind, and great to work with. I highly recommend Classic Chevrolet, and especially Keith and Don in the internet sales department.

I dropped the truck off to have maintenance work and recall work completed. All was completed in a timely manner. Every time I called ,I was quickly given an update. The work was all completed timely and he had the truck waiting at the drive when I arrived to pick it up- no waiting. Thank you

After dropping my car off with a service agent for an oil change, one never spoke with me again. When I got my bill I had questions about the charge for the oil change (wasn't the same as when making the on-line reservation), a comment about a check engine light (hadn't seen it on when I drove in) and why I was charged for having the air filter checked but no one told me it needed replacement or how much that would be. The lady in billing said she would find someone to talk with me, but when she came back only said she could reduce the bill by $5. So I paid and left. Still have no idea what is going on with the check engine light. Also, it's hard to work in the waiting area; wi-fi is unreliable.

I had the best auto buying experience I have had in many years! Tim Stewart was a very pleasant, professional and fair salesman. I will recommend him to one and all...absolutely top notch! Let me tell you a story ..... after I returned home from buying our new Volt, I let my wife take her for her first drive. During the drive around Frisco she ran over a rock in the road and had a blow out. Of course the Volt has no spare tire (not even a donut) and the repair kit is a joke. Well, it was after 5:30 so all the tire stores that I called were closed and the tow truck was on the way. The Onstar operator tried to help but no luck locating a shop that was open to tow the car to. I was about to just have the car towed to my home when I though of Tim Stewart, I gave him a call. He was fantastic! He took charge and started calling around looking for the tire I need (very hard to find). He located one at Discount tire but they were closed. Classic Chevy shop was also closed for the night. Tim offered to wait there for me and my wife to arrive in the tow truck, if was after closing and getting late but he waited for us and provided a loaner car. The next day I picked up the tire at Discount and delivered it to Classic repair shop. They replaced the tire , inspected for further damage while I waited. The other Tim (shop manager) was also great! You guys are running a very good dealership. I am impressed! Thanks to Tim Stewart, he went above and beyond to help us out.

All the cars I have bought from Classic over the years have been purchased through Steve Thomas. He has always been honest and upright and I would not consider purchasing from anyone else. Never any pressure, but always ready and willing to provide me with the service everyone should expect from a dealership. This time I purchased a new 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. I don't like salesmen that are ready to pounce on you the minute you stop your car and Steve is not one of them. He is also ready to help after the sale in the event you have any problems. In addition when I return for service I always go to Casey Barnes who also provides me with excellent service. I'm sure there are other fine personnel, but I only deal with these two men because they have proven to me that excellent service still exists.

Once I reached in dealership there was no truck on lot he come out side & told me we sold it big lie waist off time i drive all the way from my place to dealer ship 45 minutes be careful this dealership play games with customer don't trust this dealership big sorry for CHEVY PREOWNED ON 2501A William d Tate sorry again . I find it strange that all I find are "excellent" reviews on the Classic website. That was not my experience. I went to Classic the week before scheduling my repairs. First, I had to hunt for someone to assist me. Guess you have so much business your people sit on their rears and wait for people to come to them. Next I was told the parts were on hand and the service should not take more than an hour. With that information, I scheduled an appt for the next week at 8:30. I arrived a little after 8 and decided to wait since it would only take about an hour. After more than an hour I asked the recepitionist to check the status. I was told the machine was broken yet no one had come to tell me this situation. The service rep came next and said that was not the case but that there were 2 more people infront of me and it would be at least an hour or more. They did offer a shuttle, but at that point who was I to believe. The rep told me you open at 7 and people brought their cars in at that time. I was not told to arrive at 7 for an 8:30 appt. If it's first in first out why did I need an appt and why wasn't I told this when I arrived for my appt. This is not the first bad experience with Classic but it is my first review. I decided that if I could not believe what I was told, why should I trust the quality of their work. I left without getting the repairs.

Classic Chevrolet is hands down the best dealership from which I've ever bought a car. I recently bought a 2016 Colorado Z71 4x4, and the entitled process was extremely smooth. The whole team, especially Cody Wright, provided me with swift, candid, and professional service through the buying process. They even delivered the truck to me as I was an out of town purchase. Not only was their service outstanding, but their price was the best I could find, and I did some serious shopping around. I am a little disappointed on my last 2 visits for service. My service adviser is wonderful and has always been, but the service performed by the mechanics is lacking service. My last oil change the filter was not tighten and leaked oil & my recent visit the tire monitor was not set correctly and will have to bring it back which means having to take off work again. Would like this noted on my file & relayed to service manager.

I picked up my vehicle today (the day before thanksgiving) and several of the gentlemen stayed late to ensure I had my Yukon before our family's holiday commute out of town. I got 15 miles down the road and noticed there was something not right with the way my vehicle was driving... So I immediately pulled over (since I had precious cargo on board--- my three children in the backseat ). Thankfully the manager Kevin offered his personal cell number to me earlier in the day because my pick up time was going to be after business hours. He answered and offered to help me over the phone even though he had already left the shop for the holiday. I must've been a rambling mess because when I wasn't making any sense without hesitation he and the other manager Paul were close to the location that I pulled over to stop, came to help assist me. Being a female with 3 young children (and did I mention my husband works an hour and a half away)... they went above and beyond to help me! All to the embarrassing diagnosis that my Yukon was just in 4WD and that's why it was driving funky (this is my first 4WD vehicle-- please pardon my lack of experience here ) Regardless of the minor fix, they both were more than happy to go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! 1,000 thumbs up for this facility and the AMAZING managers Kevin and Paul that are so empathetic and professional!!!

After looking for a Z 71 Off Road for months I had the pleasure of talking to a very nice young man,Oscar Miramontes(Internet Sales Specialist) At Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. I told him exactly what we wanted, he said he had it setting outside the showroom floor (2016) so we made an appointment for the following Friday. Sure enough when we arrived the truck was there as Mr. Miramontes had promised which surprised my wife and I because most dealers don't have what you want and get you in to push something else off on you. He handed us the keys, we drove the truck around and it was exactly as he had said over the phone. Awhile later we agreed on price (very hassle free) , Mr Miramontes had the truck serviced and shining like a new penny with a full tank of gas. He made it a very pleasurable experience and my wife and I will continue to buy our cars and trucks from Classic Chevrolet and Mr. Miramontes. A great Salesman and Dealership are hard to find these day's. Financing was super fast and hassle free as well.

My salesman was great.bought new sonic from classic Chevy mike Crandall was always there to help with everything I needed.I work long hours Monday thru sat told mike what I wanted and that everything had to be done over the phone and needed the car delivered to my house with all paper work to be signed.he let me know right away that would be no problem did everything he said he would and provided me with the best auto purchase I've ever experienced .I would recommend classic to everyone wanting to buy a Chevy and ask for mike Crandall He is great!!!!!!!

Talked with a different dealer 1st but Classic Chevy had the color I wanted.Spoke to a rep over the phone & explained what I wanted. Of course he said, "yes we can do that, When can you come in?" After driving 45 minutes & then test driving the vehicle it was time to get serious. The salesman takes the deal to the new car mgr who 1st just says no & counters. I remind him I have another deal working with VERY specific #'s and YES comparing apples to apples. I get up & walk to the new car mgr who then tells me he doesn't believe me on the specifics. xxxxxx actually called me a liar. I left & bought my vehicle elsewhere the next day on the very specific terms previously mentioned. 2 hours of wasted time with an insult to boot.

I went in yesterday May 12th between 10 & 10:30 AM for my first oil change and sat there for five + minutes and they never acknowledged I was there. There was one, only one, black pick up in front of me. I was in the middle lane. The left lane was clear after a red SUV backed out so they were not swamped with many cudtomers. After five minutes I got out of my car and walked to the service area and it was though I was invisible. Again, no one offer to help, said hello, good morning or anything. I had even replied to Stephanie's email telling her I was on the way. I left. Won't return. My local Jiffy Lube will greet me and change the oil from now on. The sales experience with Myron was great, the service department is a bit conceited like Tom Brady.

Needed repairs on my work truck, wasn't sure what was wrong with it. Dropped it off at 8 a.m. and they called me by 10:00 am with a diagnosis and cost. Had to wait for a part to come in and they had it back to me by the next day. Great customer service.

Service area is a little congested and busy. I was able to get in and out quickly. Pricing was fair, technician was knowledgeable. I just moved here and didn't know where to go, but the service was good. I will be back for future service and I will be looking at a new car purchase with them.

This team really knows how to treat a customer, I had some work done on my car and they estimated it would cost me around $300, and take about a week. I received calls with updates, and they finished early and my final cost was less than they estimated. Happy customer for life.

We have purchased three cars from Classic and have nothing but positive experiences. They service/serviced all three cars and we were completely satisfied every time. We have had no issues from service to financing and when they didn't have the car on the lot we wanted, they found it for us in the price range, color and mileage. Definitely recommend them and we are searching again for a car and will be calling Don soon!

Summary:There are two factors that really impacted the sale, the low offers, and the yelling employee calling my wife and I a waste of time, these factors contributed to providing CarMax, and Mazda a sale. Initial Process:My wife and I recently took a stroll to Classic Chevrolet of Grapevine, we were interested in leasing, which we discovered they do not actually do. At this time we entertained the possibility of buying the vehicle we had originally hoped to lease, as well as trading in two vehicles to utilize as a down payment. We informed the sales associate, our decision to buy was based off the appraisal value of the two trade-ins. During the appraisal process, associates perform a one minute walk around the car, yes one minute, whereas Carmax performs a 20-minute inspection and test drives your vehicle as well as explain the concluding value. Yelling Employee:During the appraisal process, another sales associate approached my wife and I, this associate had previously provided a test drive a few days prior. This associate asked "did you tell (name) that I was working with you?" I explained to the employee that we were doing business with our current sales associate before the test drive, this associate then responded by yelling in front of several employees, "then you should have told me so I didn't waste my time!" and then proceeded to walk away. Trade In Appraisal:At this point, it was either wait patiently to view the possible trade-in values or completely walk away as a result of this employee. We waited; to no surprise we received low offers, offering us $2025 below clean trade-in value at NADA, and $3550 under clean trade-in value at NADA. The following day we sold both vehicles to Carmax for incredibly much better appraisal offers, and then swiftly leased a Mazda CX-5 from Mazda.

This is the first time I bought a new vehicle online. Everything went extremely smoothly from my initial search of their inventory to the financing to the pick-up of our Chevy Colorado. Their online descriptions are comprehensive, and I just called about any minor details that were important to me. They set up the financing with me online, some phone conversations, and faxing. Everyone was great to work with. When we were finished, we took off a day of work before a weekend and drove there to pick up the truck. (We live in a different state.) The salesman showed me and my wife the essentials of the truck and gave us a bag of promotional goodies, and then we signed the final paperwork and drove home. It was the easiest, most low-pressure buying experience I've ever had.

This is a story I wanted to share with all of my fellow North Texas Camaro 5 owners. It is meant to share my experiences with the dealer and I fully understand you may have had nothing but good experiences with them. Unfortunately that is not the case for me. I bought my car from Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine and have had my car serviced by them through my entire history.Note that strike 1 and 2 were all because of sloppy service technician. The service consultant Yrenio Carrera did everything in his power to show what being the Mark of Excellence meant. On strike 3 neither the dealer nor Yrenio even bothered to apologize for their mistake.Strike 1: Service technician putting a dent on my driver door panelAround this time this year (Early July 2012) I took my car for emergency maintenance where I had to get my lifters and cam replaced. The service technician left a nice ding on my driver door when I picked it up. I took it back to dealer on July 22nd and they started the repair. I received word on 8/7 that car my ready so picked it up. No door ding anymore. Unfortunately on 8/20 when I was giving her a full detail I noticed a big scrape on the inside of my driver door as well as the trunk release button not working. They finally replied on 8/30 that they want me to bring the car back to fix the damage. Turns out the dent repair man drilled and scrapped the inside of my door as well as broke the inside of the panel while repairing the dent. On 9/6 they call me back and say she is ready. I go pick her up and immediately put her back in. They had given it to the dent person to repair and he did a horrendous job on the paint job. I dont even want to call it a paint job because it was not matching or meshed together. Finally I go pick the car up 9/15 and find the steering wheel scratched. By the time they finally got the correct steering wheel it was 10/19. This strike is on the service technician because of the lack of attention and sloppiness from the service technician that added a dent. The service consultant Yrenio did everything in his power to do right on this mistake.Strike 2: Service technician forgetting to check if he had the right fuse boxIn late January of this year I went in because my seat warmer was not properly working. Turns out the issue was that the fuse contacts on the fuse box were worn out causing a loss of connection. Note they were able to diagnose this issue with my aftermarket Scocshe dash kit. After driving it a few days I noticed the AC is not blowing. You twist the knob and the fan was not turning on. I took it in on 2/7 and what was their response Diagnostic lead us to the aftermarket controller to be at fault. We are unable to work on aftermarket products and you will be required to take back to origination of installation for repairs. I reply on 2/7 that it was not the Scosche kit as it was working fine and I had even attempted a 2nd HVAC that I had form Scosche and scratched that off my list but that I would agree to their terms and put my car back to stock. Note that this charge to turn the car back to stock and then reinstall the kit was incurred on me. Do you want to know what the problem was?.... Ineptitude. The fuse block that was replaced by my service technician did not have the pins in the backside for the blower fuse. This is something that the technician should have watched out for when he replaced the fuse box. You want to know how much they refunded me for the removal and add of the Scosche kit $50 dollars for 2 hrs labor time. It was hard to get this money out of them and they were still holding that for whatever reason their tech tools diagnosed the communication issue but could not find any problems this time around. Its funny that they say they charge 25$ an hour for labor when everyone else charges 90-100. My incurred cost was not $50 but 324$ for 3 hrs of labor and tax. I honestly think the $25 an hour rate is BS but I have no way to prove it. I tried to get them to quote me a separate job via email so I can see their hourly rate but they didnt want to give me price. Note at this point they feel so humiliated by their mistakes that they ask that anytime I bring my car for warranty work that it must be stock. Ladies and gentleman you hear it here that Classic will automatic blame your aftermarket parts without doing proper diagnosticsAgain this strike is on the service technician for not making his checks before saying he was done and for Classic to blame and undercut compensation for their mistake. The service consultant Yrenio did everything in his power to do right. Although I dont believe the proper compensation was given the mark of good customer service was there because Yrenio apologized for the technicians mistakesStrike 3: Service technician not bothering to check my brake wear.I had my car in the shop on May 29th for some warranty work for my door lock. After that was resolved I had them to service which was part of my pre paid service package. Everything seemed fine until a few weeks later. Its about mid June and I start hearing allot of noise from my brakes. I email back and forth with the service consultant and avoids a very basic question which gets me upset. I ask isnt checking the brake wear part of your normal inspection when servicing the vehicle. He keeps avoiding that question until the end and ever goes as far as telling me it was going to be a $59 diagnostic fee for them to check what should have been checked on May 29th. Finally on 6/20 he admits that the 21 pt inspection does include a visual brake inspection to the best of the technicians abilities. He says: I have no further information to give you at this time without a brake inspection. Please e-mail me back if you would like to make an appointment. No apology for no visual inspection being made whatsoever and no empathy. At that point I said Im done with this dealer and had my brakes done at Scottys automotive. They were mostly all worn out with the most on one of them at 20% so I do not understand how the Classic technician failed to visually inspect that the brakes were worn.This 3rd strike is not only on the technician but on the service consultant and Classic as a whole. Shop and service managers Tim Brogan and Joe Laubhan were CCd on the emails and all it could have taken from them was to say a simple Im sorry. I requested a cancellation of my remaining service plan and today I got by $100 refund for the remaining 2 services and decided to share with you my entire story. I hope this story helps others in deciding where to have their Camaro serviced here in North Texas. I cannot in good conscious continue to recommend Classic Chevrolet. I did before when they apologized and showed empathy but not anymore. The mistakes by the service technician just kept piling up and the customer service just kept going down. Classic Chevrolet of Grapevine you are not my GM dealer of the year and you have not earned the mark of excellence that your consultants proudly wear.

Bought a car from the internet / used car group and finally found a dealer that was normal and I could trust. They don't hide stuff and are not pushy. Felt very good about buying from them and was treated nice and got a good deal. Later had the car checked by our own mechanic and everything was great. Would buy again from them even though I don't like Chevrolet's! LOL

I've been buying used vehicles for 19 years and Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine was the best experience I've been through yet. I contacted the used car salesman via internet in the morning and told him I was interested in a 2009 chevy 2500 HD, but I wasn't sure if I could make it that day to look at it. He answered all my questions via email. I showed up at the dealership at 7:50 pm, 10 minutes before they closed. Mike Hicks greeted me ready to show the truck. We took a test drive and told him I could come back tomorrow to purchase the vehicle. He said no, "this is the business". Between Mike and Dallas working their magic, I left their dealership 45 minutes later with the truck I've been looking for. No haggling prices, no pressure, they gave me a fair price on my trade in. I'm extremely satisfied and I will return to Classic Chevrolet for my future vehicle purchases. Thank you again Mike and Dallas!

Last month I traveled from Costa Rica to Dallas, to pick up the Camaro that I already bought from these guys , I was very afraid because I never had done something like that. During the process I was guided by one of the salesman named Arnold Mercado, The guy was amazing, he sent me pictures and videos every time I asked, he was very courteous and professional, every question I had or any a need I had, he helped me Inclusive with things not related with the car buying like hotels, permissions ,car insurance , everything!!! Once I get There the car was as described , perfect!!!, mint Condition. We test the car and Arnold accompanied us everywhere, even as a tourist guide, It was amazing very responsible .He don't let us go until we were 100% satisfied with the car, inclusive when the car already is in Costa Rica he wrote to me to let him know if everything was ok with the car and all the paperwork. If you need a car from Classic Chevrolet pre-owned Arnold Mercado is your guy, especially if you are hispanic, I hope to deal again with this wonderful company.

Don Golden was very helpful. I use mini vans for work and have a platform that must fit inside. Don let me remove the seat and tinker. As it turned out the platform would not work in the model I was considering. Don was friendly, engaging and as I said very helpful. He helped slid the platform in side until we realized it would not work. In the future I would go to Don and Classic Chevy to find a car.

I just purchased a 2012 Infiniti G37. My salesman, Mike Hicks, was awesome to deal with. He was very diligent about responding to my emails and phone calls. He had a great sense of humor and made my car buying experience a fun one - which was a first for me! Ron Mabry really sealed the deal for me when he offerred to purchase new floor mats because I was not happy with the condition of the existing ones. Our finance manager, Dallas, was also very friendly and fun to deal with. He worked with us to get us the best deal possible. Thank you guys for making this a truly fun and pleasant experience.

Ron Mabry is my hero! I had been looking for a RAV4, but put off actually buying for several weeks because I just didn't want to deal with some smooth-talking used car salesman trying to swindle me. I hadn't ever bought from a dealership and I was NOT looking forward to the experience for that reason. I found a RAV4 online and thru their live chat, asked if it was still available. Ron answered, said it was, and asked if I'd like to see it. I told him yes, but I had to check my schedule--he said just to let him know when I would be on my way so he could check if it was still there. No pushy emails, no phone calls, nothing! Awesome. I decided to take a look after work that day and my dad (who knows much more about cars than I) met up with me there. Ron was friendly, polite, and never once treated me like just "another dumb woman looking at cars". He and my dad talked about growing up in Texas, too. :) Ron took me for a quick test drive and then let me and my dad look at the car ALONE! It was so great to be able to just check out the car at our pace without having to answer a bunch of questions about numbers and striking up a deal! I decided to start negotiating, which is what I was most anxious about. Not to worry! Ron gave me a VERY fair price for my trade-in and we agreed on a number for the RAV4 in about 30 minutes, all WITHOUT him jumping up to go "talk to his manager" or bringing out little slips of paper with numbers on it. Even the finance department was awesome! I had already been preapproved, but wanted to see if they could beat the interest rate I'd been given. Dallas Durgin (who is HILARIOUS) ran some numbers (which couldn't beat my preapproval), and never once got pushy, fast-talking, or tried to sell me a bunch of add ons that I didn't need. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The whole thing took only about a couple of hours (which includes time for me to wait for my dad to arrive--haha!). This was, hands-down, the best car buying experience ever. I can't wait to pick up my car today! I plan on returning to this dealership for our next car purchase. Ron Mabry and Dallas Durgin are the BEST!!

I recently purchased a 2013 Tahoe from the Internet Sales Department. We came in late on a Saturday night and then finalized the deal over phone and email the following week. We were ready to sign for our new car by Wednesday-in and out! Very smooth and easy process. This is a good group of guys who made the entire process go well with a very relaxed & fun atmosphere. Our sales guys Dungy and Nick were awesome, and our finance guru Tod was great to work with. I would highly recommend the trek out to Grapevine if you are in the market for a new Chevy!

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I submitted a lead and within 10 minutes I had a quote that bet 3 other dealers. I was in and out within a couple of hours. The longest part was waiting on my car to get washed. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Classic Chevrolet and Brad Kelly my salesman.

Do not go here! i was quoted $825 for a radiator replacement (parts and labor). I was also told the job was 4.5 hours long. a local reputable autoshop replaced the radiator (parts/labor) for $344.00 and said the labor charge was 1.7 hours. Almost a $500 difference! Not a trustworthy place and I do not reccomend ever going here!

I just purchased a 2009 Certified preowned silverado and had a great Experience! Lynn Carter my salesman was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Buying a new truck should be a fun and exciting experience and at classic Chevy that's exactly what it is. bought a Certified 04 p/u bumper to bumper 100,000 would not even fix the radio ay 65,000 blew a head gasket I had to call GM service writer gave me the # and the guy acted like they would trow $2500 at my truck un til they called the dealer / when i pulled the heads off it looked like it had been repaired before....what is certified? warranty said previous condition (before i owned) truck GM says they had made a mistake casting the heads on 5.3 engines and i might of paid dealer for new heads but when they called wanting to pull my motor to check oil pump...any body knows late model you can replace oilpump & pan without removal of block...i feel sory for the guy they pulled engine white 4x4 parked next to mine shame! Yes i should of known when i brought my truck bac Monday after i bought it to have it detailed & get my tool box...nobody would talk to me...the car lot personell were nice enough but could of sold me the truck i wanted (I miss my old truck) > instead what they wanted me to buy

Stay away from this place!! Dave Benson committed insurance fraud. Dave would make more money fixing my car at his home than what Nationwide would pay him. The owner Mr. Durant never reponded to my emails or phone calls. All of them are scumbags! I have reported Nationwide & Classic Chevy to the attorney Generals office, the FTC, The Dept of Insurance & the BBB. It took me 3 weeks to get my car out of the total loss dept. DON"T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!I took my car to Golden Triangle Body Shop. They are honest and incredible craftsmen!! They fixed me collector car to 'before accident' flawless!! I entered my car in a car show, the day after I brought it home & no one ever knew it was wrecked!! STAY AWAY FROM CLASSIC CHEVY OF GRAPEVINE!!They are lying, cheating, insurance frauding scumbags!! My attorney told me the truth is NOT slander!!

After a long day of car shopping with salesmen trying to pressure us into a vehicle that we didn't want, it was so pleasant to meet the guys over at Classic Chevrolet. We met Don Griffin at the used lot, and he was a great salesman to work with. We told him what type of vehicle we wanted and our price range. He was very straightforward, honest, and it was very relaxing to work with him. Another thing that was great about car shopping at classic was the fact that the prices were on all the vehicles. Earlier that day, we were car shopping at a lot up the road, and it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to tell us the prices of the vehicles we were looking at. This made it very difficult to find the vehicle we were looking for. Also, getting all of the paperwork together to purchase the vehicle was very easy. The guys at the Classic Chevrolet used lot made us feel right at home while we were waiting to sign the documents. Mike Klepper from financing went the extra mile calling lenders to make sure we got our monthly payment to where we needed it to be. Over all, it was a great experience shopping at Classic Chevrolet. I would recommend buying a vehicle from these guys to anyone I know.

When Classic Chevrolet say, Relax and enjoy the difference they mean it. I would like to share my experiences with the folks at Classic Chevrolet. My experiences at Classic started with a clear minded sales person, Brent Williams. From Brent I had the pleasure of working with Roger Langley in their finance department. Although, I really did not think I would need to stumble upon the service department, I did due to a flat tire I had on my way to work earlier this month. I would like to take the time to share my exceptional experiences with Classic Chevrolet!As stated above, Brent Williams was phenomenal in his approach to helping me select my vehicle. He asked me several questions relating to my driving patterns and what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He asked me what options were of importance to me. Brent then went into his system and found me the right vehicle with the body style, color, and options that I wanted. It was as if I had ordered it from the mfg but without the wait time.From Brent I went into the Finance Office. In the Finance Office, I met Roger Langley. Rogers professional demeanor and knowledge was very comforting. His experience rendered a way to know what was best for me. As Roger and I visited about the financing options I had available he suggested an extended service contract. I felt it was in my best interest to go ahead and purchase the extended service contract. But when Roger suggested the Tire Protection Plan I was hesitant. However, after Roger explained to me the benefits of the plan, I said, Sure. My experience with Brent and Roger was stellar. Now 8 months later, things are about to make me go WOW, this place IS different. I was on my way to work earlier this month and had a flat tire. The tire was ruined. So, I call Roger. Roger connects me to Tim Brogan, their Service Manager. I share with Tim my situation. Tim tells me to come up to the service department with a copy of the receipt for the tire I had to replace. So, I come up to the service department with the receipt. I speak with Lindsey their service cashier. She proceeds to tell me that Tim and the service staff were in a quick meeting. I did not have the time to wait. So, Lindsey seeing that I was in a hurry, said I will copy it and make sure Tim gets it. My thoughts were skeptical at first but she assured me it would be taken care of. So, I leave the copy of the receipt with Lindsey. I get a call from Tim later that day to let me know he is going to take care of it. Just over a week later I receive a check for the amount of the tire. WOW!! This is excellent communication at all levels of this dealership, from Brent to Roger; from Roger to Tim; from Lindsey to Tim; from Tim back to me What a whole dealership experience!My excellent experience in communication and customer service is a testament of the management staff at Classic Chevrolet; you have taken the entire automotive experience to a new level. The Internet replys were quick and very informative. The pricing was very reasonable and Dave seemed to be looking for every way possible to find more discounts.
