Have serviced several of my Ford vehicles at the Ciocca service department (we own 4 of them). Service has always been good, but recently I had an issue that was disappointing. Upon discussing the issue with the service team, particularly Matt and John Paul, it was apparent immediately that they wanted to make it right. They have gone above and beyond to do just that, made it more than right. The vast majority of my visits here have been great. But everyone is human and it’s great to see that when something isn’t quite right they will take care of it. This is a good group of people. Definitely earned my trust. Thanks guys.

Went in to Ciocca Ford of Souderton to look for a new vehicle. Spoke with Izzy there who was amazing at helping me pick out the vehicle that I needed and had everything that I wanted as well. Both he and Eric, one of the managers, were able to help me with the pricing of the vehicle and got me a great deal on my trade as well. I usually hate going to dealerships because I feel like you are in there all day, but I was in and out of Ciocca in as little time as possible with all the paperwork. I can't say enough how everyone at the dealership was so nice and welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend going in to Ciocca if you are looking for a new vehicle! Plan on getting any future vehicles here as well!

I was shopping around online for a truck when I stumbled upon a posting for an F-150 at Ciocca Ford. The price of the truck was lower compared to other trucks I've seen online so I decided to request information from the dealership. Within a day, a representative from the dealership reached out to me with all the details I needed and I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I headed over to Ciocca in a positive mood because I've read tons of great reviews about other buyers' positive experiences there. To say the least, my experience fell nothing short of my expectations. I ended up purchasing the truck and I owe my great experience to Paul and Luke of Ciocca Ford. They made me feel right at home and made my first-time buying experience a great one.

Paul is not just a good salesman but a honest person. You don't find many people who is willing to stay late after dealer is closed and explain every detail of the cars options. I initially went to a well known Car Store to purchase a ford edge that I saw on line, but I can't even come close to describing how terrible the sales service was. Driving away, quickly, I un-intentionlly stopped by Ciocca of Souderton and they has a 2015 Ford Edge on the show room floor that was same as the one at Car Store but at a better price and more important, better customer service. I recommend Paul for car services needs.

Great buying experience, among the most competitive prices I could find on Ford trucks. The salesman I had didn't try to upsell everything beyond my price range. I knew what I wanted and he was determined to find it for me even though it mustn't on his lot. I was looking for a car after having an accident, and I happened across a Ford 500 on the lot at Ciocca Ford of Souderton. When I expressed interest in the car, Mark Magrann was extremely helpful in working with me while I was waiting for my insurance to provide payment for my old vehicle. I was able to test drive the car on two separate occasions, and when I noted the AC was not operating at peak performance while coming into the summer months and having a pregnant wife, Mark made sure the AC was fixed and running great before I took ownership of the car. The entire process was painless and pleasant, the way buying a car should be. If you are ever looking to buy a new or used car, I recommend Ciocca Ford of Souderton.

I met with a sales person, Chris Miller. I was searching for a new vehicle, either a newer Explorer or Edge. Chris told me I should really test drive the 2 and after doing so and having him answer a ton of questions and concerns, I finally bought a certified used Ford Explorer Sport. Their entire staff (Dan Hughes = sales, Luke Freitas = finance & Joe Hooven = management) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable & at no time did I feel pressured to buy. Upon arrival, Dan had the truck that I was interested in up front waiting for me. He then proceeded to go over in detail all off the trucks functions & easily answered any questions that I had. Dan & Joe worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possible (including trade in). In addition, Luke also went above & beyond with regards to the finance portion of the sale. The price for a simple state inspection and emissions was $24.00 higher than I pay at the Dodge dealer. I have other issues with their pricing for service also, if the service department can't perform at reasonable rates I won't purchase a car there.

I am not big on surveys. My husband and I went to Ciocca because our friend John H ( parts specialist) recommend us to check it out. We were looking around and Dan H came out to help us. Dan had a lot of patience for a young man. I knew I wanted to lease but had no clue on the process and no clue what I wanted to drive. He brought us in filled out a questionnaire to get clear idea of what to show us. My husband already knew but I didn't. We looked at a car that was in the showroom I don't remember what that was it was nice. I did test drive a pre certified explorer liked it except for the turn signal. Didn't quite understand it. Dan was real nice about that. Dan really helped ease my concerns about leasing. He told me he to leases and explained it with ease. My husband and I talked and decided to look at 2016 Ford Explorer. I'm sorry I didn't write anyone else's name down. I met with 2 other gentleman took my personal finance info for my credit and the other man who verifies that I am the correct person. They were both very nice. Then I met with Paul C ( we have the same bday) went through everything that Dan also told us. Made it simple to understand. No fault of Paul but he had to print old school paperwork because the 2 signature pads he tried did not work.The process in General was long but that is no fault of anyone at the dealership. I think in general no matter if buying or leasing it is a process, so as the consumer be prepared to stay. Thank you Dan for your time and patience!

These guys stayed til 10pm to put me into a new vehicle. I needed to get ouf of a lease that day and 5 or 6 employees stayed to help get it done. They let my 3yr old run wild in the showroom and were nothing but nice and helpful during the process. Zero pressure from them to get things done. That might be because I was the one in a hurry but I had been in there a couple days before and felt absolutely no pressure from to buy/lease. They were great. After researching several different vehicles from different companies, I finally was set on purchasing a 2016 Ford Focus ST. I also researched for several months on how to get the best deal on one and also what to watch out for when going through the car buying process. Prior to visiting Ciocca Ford of Souderton, I visited over 9 different Ford dealerships in the 100 mile radius looking for the best deal. Unfortunately, a lot of the dealerships I visited were somewhat deceiving and I honestly did not believe that they deserved my business. After being disappointed, I decided to visit Ciocca which is only 10 minutes away from my house to see if they could offer me something new. The salesman that helped me was Dan Hughes and he was the most straight forward and honest salesman that I had come across. In fact, every person at that dealership was very honest and had excellent customer service. It was really refreshing that dealerships like this exist after having a negative experience at others. This was my first new car purchase ever and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The finance manager, Luke, was also spectacular and answered every question I had thoughtfully. Ciocca Ford of Souderton has gained a customer for life and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

CIOCCA Ford at Souderton had the Ceritfied Ford Edge ready and waiting when I arrived for a test drive. They answered all my questions very thoroughly to my satisfaction. i was able to negotiate somewhat and they added some accessory options to sweeten the deal. After I took delivery I noticed a few things that were not to my liking and since I lived 2.5 hours from the dealership, they had me visit another Ciocca family dealership(Honda) to have it taken car of. I am a happy CIOCCA Ford Edge customer.

So my husband was looking for a new truck and we looked online first and saw this new truck for a killer price. Honestly our sales guy Mike didn't even have to sell the truck. I was looking for a 2016 Ford Escape and I found the one I wanted in my price range at Ciocca Ford in Souderton. It is 1 1/2 hours from my home so I wanted to make sure it was worth my time to go there. I spoke with Sherah and was very impressed with this dealership. I took the drive out to Souderton instead of buying in Newtown or Langhorne because the reviews of Ciocca Ford were very good and after purchasing my new 2015 F-150 there I know why. The people are really nice, friendly, and they do not rush or pressure you or try to up sell you. They treat a customer right. I have bought Fords from other dealers but no other Ford dealership has ever treated me as well as Matt and the team at Ciocca did.

Just purchased a used truck from Ciocca Ford of Souderton. Tyler was the salesman who took care of me and he knowledgeable beyond belief. He knew the vehicle I was looking at inside and out ranging from the time that it takes the steering wheel to heat up to the materials the truck was made of. Wow what an experience , advertised price on vehicle was not correct.... We didn't qualify for all rebates.... Then to boot I was offered sub par rates for my trade in, then in the end they tried giving me a rate of 3.9! To top it off I was insulted by them saying maybe I should look at a cheaper vehicle!!! Bahahha , I have a credit score over 800 and ample income. Maybe I am done with ford motor company. On to the next dealer

We were looking for a 2015 Escape that was well equipped to include navigation, power heated seats and various other features. We came to Ciocca with a specific vehicle and budget in mind. The staff was friendly and coordinated our appointment appropriately. Additionally, the scheduling staff assisted with many of our questions and concerns prior to our arrival. Of all the dealerships we have been too, this one was the largest and cleanliness with exceptional customer service. No shortage of staff as we have seen in other dealers With the deal they offered us we couldn't resist however, that Saturday we were extremely busy but they had stated they would try and hold the vehicle while they work the rates for us. That Monday, the vehicle was ready and prepped. We reviewed the Ciocca Customer promise which included various Maintenance coupons but were unable to visit that specific dealership. We were reassured that we could simply visit the Ciocca Honda Dealership in Hummelstown to have our service taken care of. All in all, an exceptional experience with flexible staff that were knowledgeable and were able to assist with our needs.

My husband and I decided to get into trailer camping and needed a truck for towing. We were newbies to both and had millions of questions. Shawn Schuler was our sales guy and he was able to answer almost all of our questions and when he wasn't able, he got answers from the truck specialist on site. Joe, the sales manager, came into the picture occasionally to make sure we were getting the answers we needed. We took all the answers from Shawn and Joe to Jim at Indian Valley Camping Center. He looked at all of our options and agreed with our choice, a bronze fire F150 3.5 L V6 Ecoboost engine with 3.55 rear axle ratio and max towing package. After purchasing, we took it to Jim at the camping center. He hopped in and took it for a spin with us. He smiled the whole time and said it was a great towing vehicle and that we should have no trouble pulling the camper we purchased (Passport Elite 23RB) or larger if we decided to upgrade in the future. I would definitely recommend Shawn and the rest of the Ciocca of Souderton team.

The facility was beautiful and very clean. We traveled an hour from jersey to get here.They do help you in anyway that they can. We already had a car in mind and unlike other dealers the cars that are on their website are actually in their lot. Our dealer was Michael Figlia. We were with our kids and it took a while for the paper work to be done but they were accommodating to us. He also played with my kids while we were waiting for the banks response which I thought was very nice and it was also cool to speak with him about what we really needed. I would recommend this place. The cars are cheap and well worth the price for the year and mileage provided.

I've been going to this dealership for a few months now. In and out multiple times interested in purchasing a truck. Chris Miller was the salesman I was dealing with and I have to say he was awesome. I finally decided to make the move into a truck after about 4 months. I purchased a 2007 Ford F-150 Lariat. It is absolutely gorgeous with only 71k miles. Nick the finance specialist did an excellent job as well. I was hesitant to make the move towards the purchase because of my credit which is not the best. He was able to make the purchase possible with a cosigner and saved me 12 points on my rate from what I was paying on the vehicle I traded in and with a low down payment. The only downside is I don't think I got as much as I could have on my trade in. Other than that the service was excellent. Chris and Nick did an awesome job.

We just bought a new 2015 Ford Fusion S with a great price. Let me begin with the fact that I am from NYC and I was willing to travel to PA to get a car because PA dealers are more trust worthy. I used Truecar.com and got 3 quotes and the very next day before noon Laine from Ciocca Ford of Souderton was the first one to contact me and the only one to who was willing to spend the time to answer all my question and concern. Other salers that contacted me kept giving me a quote base on all the rebates including the ones that I wasn't qualify for without caring for my concern except to get me through the door. But Ciocca Ford of Souderton was different. Laine listened and price the vehicles with the brake down of all the rebate listed. Date was set and when I arrive to their new beautiful show room and the openness of the area with the huge selections of cars, I was impressed. Laine greeted me by the door and introduce me to Mark the sales rep. Mark was easy to talk to and makes me feel welcome. The process was easy because I already had my vehicle selected and price set on already so Mark walked me through the paper work and transferring the insurance. He was really helpful when I was talking to the insurance agent over the phone when it comes to the extra opinions available and told me not to get those because Ford already offer those services. I trade in my old car for a price that I wasn't too happy about but Mark immediately stood up and said he'll see what he can do and came back with a better price. He told me what to expect when when it comes to finance person so there was no surprises. One thing I will say that they could of done better was the finance agent, he started to explain about the package deal instead of telling me my basic monthly payment Leading me to think that the service came with the car. After a few questions I realized they are trying to sell me a package with out really telling me they were. I understand its a normal procedure and I won't blame they for trying to sale me a package. But as always it have room for improvement. After 4 hours, I was happily driving a way with my new car. Over all I was pretty satisfy with my sales rep Mark and internet sales agent Laine. I would go back for a second car when I need one.

There was no "hard" sell. Troy was very helpful, went over all the "bells and Whistles" very thoroughly and even promised a follow up call to make sure I wasn't having trouble with anything. Everyone was very nice, if they walked by they asked us if we needed anything while we were waiting for all the paperwork. This is the 2nd purchase we made a Faulkner Ciocca in Souderton. We had actually been looking for a few months online and then did stop and look at all the dealers we were interested in and quite frankly the escape just won me over, with look and what we got for the price. I just took possession of my 2014 Ford Escape yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the car or the buying experience. It was my good fortune to have Chris Miller assigned to me as the salesman and he was excellent. He took the time to find out what I wanted in a car. He chose a car to test drive that was exactly what I was looking for and then explained to me all the safety features during the test drive. Chris Miller was an amazing salesman!! He was not your typical car salesman which I greatly appreciated. I would've given 5 stars for Chris Miller but I didn't like how his manager spoke to him especially in front of the us (customers). Sometimes its not always about volume and he was making sure we were being taken care of. With that being said, Chris really knows his stuff and was very informative and answered any questions we had. I certainly had an AWESOME experience with Chris and would recommend him to anyone looking for a used or new car!!! I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership..and it was well worth it to deal with him. My wife and I went to look at a 2011 Buick Regal CXL Turbo. We inquired over the internet. Out appointed salesperson was Troy Nelson. From the minute he greeted us and started showing us the car we happily purchased Troy was honest, friendly, and very customer service orientated. Troy let us know that until the deal was done we were his only customer. He devoted 100% attention to our needs and identified them and clarified them with us repeatedly. An outstanding customer service quality. Troy then presented our trade in and paperwork to Brian in Finance. Brian and Troy worked like a well oiled machine: Brian securing the financing, and Troy attending to all the details of prepping our new car, getting our plates off our old car, and supplying us with an abundant amount of water. It was a warm day. The whole experience was a delight. We came to see the car and left driving it home in about an hour. I sold cars for a number of years, and even taught sales to new hires. Troy Nelson should have been the instructor of that class and the example all new and old sales people are encouraged to follow. I also dealt with finance from both sides of the fence so to speak. Brian was polite, engaging, and understanding of our financial circumstances. This is a quality I had never encountered in my years of selling or buying cars from a finance person. Both of these gentleman deserve special praise from the dealership for promoting a great buying experience that can only lead to satisfaction. Our sincere THANKS to Troy and Brian. We really love the car.

We when into look at 2011 Buick Rgal turbo and Troy Nelson was our salesperson. He was more than a salesperson he became a friend, and treated us like family. Brian, the Finance Counselor, was the same way. Both of these gentleman worked hard and quickly. We really appreciated that. At a lot of cars deal you can spend the day. We spend 3 hours and drove home in our Regal, which we really love. We got av fair trade, and we were treated wit respect. We highly recommend Troy Nelson and Brian to anyone. We have probably drove our friends crazy telling them about Troy and Brian, and not that much about our new vehicle. As we said, we love the vehicle: the price was right, the financing was great, and it was detailed when we arrived and then, and especially Troy and Brian. detailed again when we got the financing. My husband sold cars for a couple of years and was considered a success, but he was very impressed by the concept of sales that was employed at Faulkner-Ciocca, and especially Troy and Brian

A great experience from start to finish. I found a used car I was interested online and inquired by email. I received a reply that the car had been sold, but within a short time got a call from Danielle about a similar (but newer and less expensive!) vehicle at their sister location, which they brought down for me to test drive. My onsite experience was even more positive. The car was in excellent condition, and the price was definitely right. It was delightful working with Paul Carragher; he was extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. He took plenty of time with me, and addressed all my concerns. Nick Jenny was also very efficient and helpful in the purchasing process. I've bought many used cars, and this was definitely the most pleasant experience ever. Two thumbs up!

My husband purchased his mustang from Faulkner Ciocca in Souderton in 2012. He was very happy with the way he was served. And he particularly loves getting his mustang maintained mechanically by the guys there.A few days ago he emailed me from where he is currently deployed and told me to check out the SUV that he saw online that is available in this location. I went to the dealership and met Paul Carragher. I could not be happier with the way Paul handled everything that I needed to know to finalize the purchase of our Ford Escape 2014. We exchanged txts which made things so much easier because I was able to work while he and his co workers were getting paperwork ready.Brian was wonderful when I was in his office signing papers. I think in every business, a person's smile makes customers feel at ease.After the paperwork, Paul showed me everything about the vehicle. The internet is the single biggest game changer relative to the car buying process. We wanted a specific make and model used car and searched accordingly...a 2005-2006 Volvo XC90. My wife saw a certified used Escape on the lot in which she liked as her older Escape was being serviced. She called me and we went to look at it. Wow! I called about a particular car and immediately got Jodi on the line who was extremely upbeat and friendly. I inquired about a car and then was offered a list of comparable cars which she then emailed to me! I fell in love with a burgundy beauty and never looked back. I am located about an hour away from the dealership, so it was important that my time was not wasted. I was not disappointed. I had a special situation come up and spoke with Brad Castleman, who worked with me and his finance team to ensure that a deal was possible. It was and when I arrived at the dealership a day or two later they had my baby parked at the entrance! These guys know how to market! My sales rep was Alex and he was awesome about telling me how to utilize all my tech features and other information about the car. Overall, the entire process took less than three hours to complete. Nick, the finance manager made sure my payment was within my requirements and gave me the keys! Great people to work with and my next Ford will come from here. Thanks guys!

I found myself at Faulkner-Ciocca Ford looking for a cheap "putt-around" gas friendly car. I was immediately greeted by salesman, Matt Betz out on the lot. After some short introductions and simple conversations, he brought me inside to discuss what I wanted. I was dead-set on what I wanted to look at that day, but after talking with Matt about what I really needed this economical car for (commuting to work from site to site, 5 days a week) he expressed that I might want to reconsider. I let him know I run a VERY tight budget, and was not looking to trade in my current vehicle, and he swore to me he would be able to make it work...just like I swore it would be impossible. Matt gave me a few options that he thought would work and we went out on some test drives, and when we returned, numbers began crunching in my head....could it be real he was going to give me a CERTIFIED, USED car (2010) for under $200 a month? Not getting my hopes up, I sat and waited, where shortly after I was presented with a deal that gave me UNDER my budget! The finance guys were just as helpful as Matt. This entire process was fast, friendly and reasonable. I will certainly be returning to Faulner-Cioca Ford from now on and recommend this dealer, and Matt Betz to anyone looking for an HONEST, RELIABLE AND EXPERIENCED salesman in the car business.

When I first located the vehicle on the internet I was talking to their internet salesman Brad Castleman, he was very informative and honest on the phone about the overall truck and financing. This was very important to me as we live 2 hours from the dealer. We then made an appointment and drove to the dealer the next day and that is when I met Mark Phillips. I cannot say enough about our salesman Mark, there was not a diesel or truck question I asked he could not answer. The truck was low miles and was basically new and sold itself but I had never owned a diesel and needed to ask many questions, Mark never sighed or stumbled without hesitation he explained them all and demonstrated them if he could. Their pricing was outstanding and very reasonable as well as their financing staff. I cannot rate their facility as they were under a facility upgrade and were improvising until the completion of their new facility, but I was happy with the environment we were in. Excellent quality truck and dealership staff. I highly recommend getting in contact with Mark if you have any reservations about purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I attempted to buy a car from Faulkner Ciocca Ford of Souderton over the weekend and I must say in all my years of buying cars I have never been treated so badly. We are a Ford family and wanted to buy from Ciocca Ford for various reasons, including convenience. From the moment I walked through the door they did nothing but tell me untruths and mislead me. They said that if any of the Faulkner Ciocca locations had a car I wanted to look at, they'd go get it and bring it to Souderton ASAP. I inquired about 3 difference cars - none of them were brought to Souderton. They took me to Quakertown one night and they "couldn't locate the car." The next day I sat in their office from 1pm - 5:30 insisting I wanted to see a particular vehicle - they kept bringing out different cars that were completely out of my price range. They knew I needed a car right away so thought they had me in a corner and would be able to sell a car without providing any quality customer service. All they did was fiddle around and waste 2 and a 1/2 days. I finally left and went to a car dealership down the road that went above and beyond with their customer service and I drove off the lot in a car I actually wanted. I will never step foot on a Faulkner Ciocca lot again. I recommend not going to these guys unless you feel like having them waste your time. From the General Manager down to the sales team - I was incredibly disappointed.

Matt Betz was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would have given an Excellent for Customer Service, but I felt the other people I dealt with were too eager and not knowledgeable about the car. For example, when I phoned to ask about a car and why it was labeled as 'Limited' but did not seem to have any of the Limited extras I was simply quoted the features the car DID have. When I asked Matt he told me it was a misprint, the car is not a Limited. Upon arrival and dealing with Matt everything went smoothly. I am very happy with my purchase and the Customer Service from Matt.

Faulkner Ciocca Ford of Souderton has incredibly polite and professional staff. While I was comparing one vehicle to another on their lot I noticed their huge selection and inventory. That was impressive. Moreover, the salesman (Jonathan) patiently allowed me just the right amount of time to intelligently make my observations and then he approached me in a very cordial and pleasant manor. I didn't feel high powered pressure at any point of the experience. Everyone from Jonathan (sales), to Joe (sales) who evaluated my trade in, to Nick (Finance) who was thorough in explaining financing, to Alex (delivery) who went over the functions of Sync and Sirus with me was just awesome. I loved the smooth experience and the Ford Edge I bought! We will be back to get another car for the wife when it's time. As a first time buyer I have to say that I was extremely impressed with my experience through this dealership. Their team works great together, they are prompt and they are very sociable. I was looking around for a vehicle with my dad and grandfather this past Saturday and had stopped here. They were very honest with me. John made sure to inform me after greeting me that he was new before discussing anything so I knew if something was wrong, it was an honest mistake not an attempt to mislead me. I saw the Ford Fusion when I first got there and was interested in it. After test driving it I decided instantly that I wanted it. I explained what I wanted to do and why and they understood. Joe Hooven was the next person I worked with because he had experience and was teaching John and helping him so he could learn more about the processes and how they all work. I knew I wanted the car no matter what even if I had to buy it flat out. I had explained that I preferred to put money down on it and get a loan to finance the rest so I could build up my credit since I have none. They understood and so we began working on all the necessary info. They made sure that any discounts that I qualified for were accounted for and they were awesome when it came to giving me a price for my trade in. They sent in my application and then we just had to wait until the following Monday to hear back. In the mean time I also had looked into other places for a possible car loan. When Monday came around, it turned out my credit was going to be a problem. At first I had only one option for a loan and it was an expensive one. So after talking to my bank I was able to get approved for a decent one there if I wanted to use it. After I had let the dealership know my bank was willing to give me and asked if it would change anything if I increased the amount of money I put down and he checked around again. By Monday night, thanks to their patience and outstanding effort, I not only drove away with the car I wanted, but I also got it at a great price, with an unbeatable loan and a good bit of new knowledge that I did not have before. I have to say that they did an amazing job and handled the obstacles well with great patience. I learned quite a bit during my experience. John and Alex showed me the car and it's features and explained how it all works. Joe explained how leasing and financing work as well as what goes on when applying for a car loan. Nick Jenny explained how the coverages work and what everything meant in detail so I knew. They were the 4 I dealt the most with and they went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate all the work they put into this. Myself and my car both are proof that while there are some dealers out there that may not be the greatest, they certainly fall under the category of dealers who really are looking out for you. If you're ever looking for a vehicle and are not too far away from Faulkner-Ciocca Ford dealership in Souderton I strongly recommend going there. This is coming from an average, every day guy who got a great car, great price and great experience. Happy hunting!

I inquired about a 2013 Ford Fusion that Faulkner Ciocca Ford had posted on AutoTrader.com. They got back to me within a few hours with their quoted prices, which I found to be very agreeable. I scheduled a test drive for that evening, a Wednesday, and headed to the dealership to take a test drive. I wasn't expecting to purchase the car that night, although that is exactly what happened. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the price was very good for the car. I definitely recommend giving Faulkner Ciocca an opportunity if your looking for a vehicle.

I was not a happy camper when I wandered off to the showroom- met the Sales Manager- then wandered outside to look over the cars and the prices at Faulker-Ciocca Ford on a chilly Monday night after work. My day had begun dropping off my car - to determine what the newest automotive problem on my 10 year old car was - and having to rent a car to get to work. Needless to say - my frame of mind was not great.While walking around, Matt Betz (Sales & Leasing Consultant) walked up, introduced himself and asked could he help me with any questions or concerns. Matt heard my answers, watched my reactions. Then Matt stated very simply - here's one I think you'd really like. The rest is history. The 'fit' was absolutely what I needed. The finance wizards did their thing - it all went quietly, quickly and simply. Within 2 hours I was driving home in the new love of my life - my 2010 Mercury Milan. I may not know a lot about cars - but with a seasoned and perceptive sales professional like Matt - I don't need to. The match he made for me was 100% accurate. He is very perceptive. I absolutely love this car. It works for me. It is just my size, price, style and a huge dose of peace of mind. Thank you Matt - and a special thanks to Chris in Service - whom I 've worked with a couple of times over the past couple of years with my old car. I am happy and lots of folks have a lot to say to you when you get a new car! The staff was very friendly, but the overall experience was only ok. The pictures posted did not reflect the true condition of the car. Learning experience for me..... Either don't buy a vehicle from a location so far away, or ask a lot more questions before making the trip. Overall I got the car I wanted for a fair price, but now I have some expense to fix some items on my own. Buying a new car or a newer pre-owned would probably be a pretty good experience. I also purchased a BMW from them which they are probably not as familiar with. This was my first purchase of a car via the Internet. My advice.... Do as much research and ask as many questions as possible the make up for the fact that you're not seeing the car in person.

My wife works in NJ and we live in PA. Thus we needed a second car that could take the wear and tear of over 100 miles a day of highway traffic if not more. We found the Ford Fiesta to be one for the best bang for the buck and we found it at Faulkner Ciocca Ford. Walking in we found a tired but fun to work with Matt Betz. Sadly he was dealing with a cold and we completely understood. He knew from my explanation the financing would be hard as I had a bankruptcy a year ago. But they were able to make us a great deal and even better put us on the Pegasus Payment plan which is going to allow us to cut our payments by 7 months overall. So I went into this dealership. Highly interested in a car that they had and came in multiple times to look at it and talk business. When it came down to It I got low balled for my trade in and my starting offer on the car was rejected and Jeff laporta a sales manager sent me an email saying how he was actually going to raise the price. Good job Jeff. I intended to buy a 2004 Nissan 350z and guess what buddy. I got a 2006 350z for 13k with 7,000 less miles than the faulty one at your dealership. Never going there again

Pleasant experience, arrived at dealership prepared to look at new vehicles and purchase one the same day. Could not find a new car within the price range I was looking for, but on the showroom floor was a certified used car that was such a good deal that I decided to buy. Within two hours I was out the door with what was to me a "new" car. AJ was pleasant, knowledgable and courteous. Will definitely deal with Faulkner-Ciocca Ford for all of my future needs.

"Z" greeted me outside the show room, listened to my request, and proceeded to show me several vehicles. As a woman, I do not find car salesmen always treat me as a true customer. "Z" was completely different; when they did not have on the lot what I was looking for, he immediately went to the computer to find it. And he did. When the car arrived, Brian led me through all the paper work; then "Z" and AJ spent quite a bit of time going over all the intricacies of the new car with me. Everyone in the showroom was friendly, saying hello as they passed, offering coffee. And as the commercial says, there was no pressure, no hype. They simply showed me what was available and let me decide.

The staff were courteous and professional. The office person even went out of her way to introduce herself and offer her congrats on my purchase. The dealer was very informative and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and pricing without pressuring me into purchasing the vehicle. First of all, I called this dealer and they said they would call me back right away, and they did not: I had to call them back. Second, the 2002 Chevy Blazer I looked at was priced in my price range online, but when I called about it they said it was priced wrong--its actual price is $2,000 more than the $2,995 advertised price online. Not helpful whatsoever.

I called about 2 vehicles on 2 separate occasions. They never called back about either one of them. When I went to the site, both cars were still sitting front and center with the sale tags on them. Won't bother calling again when I see anything here.
