Personally, I would avoid this dealership. They appear to engage in some really unethical commercial tactics. Adding 15-20 grand as a phony greed-fueled "market adjustment" is absolute lunacy. That alone should reveal a great deal about how these individuals do business. It is literally one of the few dealers that do so. They're simply taking advantage of a situation, which I understand to a point... but this establishment has taken it too far. While I understand that some may be unconcerned, and I have serious doubts about the salesman's concern... Personally, I would not do business with a dealership that operates in this manner. However, kudos to one salesman. He was candid with me and stated that he would not purchase these inflated autos at this time. That I respect. I'm certain that some of the folks paying that premium are not financially savvy and are making poor financial decisions. I'm confident the dealership used deception to secure a deal "that also sounds excellent."

What I like the most about the dealership is that they ask what you need. They'll take you on a test drive Right away, Instead of trying to talk you in on buying or just sell you any car. special thanks to Hector Medina for is help,and patience.

Friendly and professional service members. I'd rather drive the distance and pay more than to go close by and pay less (ex. Jiffy Lube, car wash, etc.). They treat me as if I'm the only service customer they have (Hector and the bunch). I appreciate and value that.

Moises was the best! Super helpful, super friendly, and super quick to process the sale. He showed us exactly what we asked for, a Hybrid. Then he gave us an appointment exactly when we asked for it. And finally, he made the process of getting us to the finance manager as quick and painless as possible. We're super busy people and Moises respected my wife's and my time. Great car, great service, great people!

My car originally went in cuz of a sound it was making, anyway, they were able to hear it yesterday(8/30) when they turned it on so they called me to ask if they could take it for a longer ride to hear the sound more to which I said fine. I figured that they were gonna do that today(8/31) but nope. thanks to my dash cam, I saw that they drove it around well passed closing time at 9pm. Also, they were supposed to be listening to a sound, yet the person driving it had the radio on LOUD. When I picked it up, they said they couldn’t hear the sound anymore and they wouldn’t be able to help me. Gee. I wonder, maybe if your driver hadn’t been listening to loud music you would’ve been able to hear it and fix it.
