The entire purchase from start to finish was fantastic. From Tom the salesman to Brian in the Finance Dept. Everything went smooth and painless. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very polite; listened to everything we had to say; took the time to explain what the issue was and what was done to correct it. CEL was on and problem identified and repaired.

I encountered a friendly, helpful staff as I did in the past. I had a question about the air pressure that was on the car's computer. The person who checked me in said she would note that. I received efficient service and a good explanation about changes in tire pressure. My tires were inflated correctly and have remained so for since I had the service a month ago.

Brought car in to get routine maintenance/oil change/tire rotation etc. Dropped off car on a Thursday night for morning service, and when I picked up the car (Friday evening) I noticed damage on passenger rear. Cracked tail light, scuffs/scrapes and bumper has gouge; clearly my car was hit. Was told they have to review surveillance which couldn't be done until Saturday. I left the car, as told to by Frank Taravella, the Sales Manager. Saturday afternoon I called (since THEY haven't called me!)- told it can't be reviewed until Monday, was urged to leave car there. Come Monday - I'm calling again and told by Nick, that Ron would review the surveillance. I WAS NEVER CALLED BACK ALL DAY, and by 3pm we decided my husband would go there and call cops to file report for insurance purposes. The cops even pointed out that the tires were NOT rotated, despite the paperwork stating they were. Every call to them was unprofessional, they were nasty, vague and evasive. Specifically Fran Lagasi the Service Manager - look out folks - she has claws and doesn't have the word NICE in her vocabulary. I was never able to speak with Ron or get definitive answer about the surveillance. Multiple people flip flopped on telling me that they hadn't reviewed the surveillance, then they had reviewed it and found nothing, and then was told there was NO footage. They are standing by their disclaimer on the drop off sheet which states they are not responsible for damages. Does that mean they can hit my car and get away with it? They tried telling me that the car was checked in at 730 am with damage which means someone hit my car between a 7pm drop off (after hours) and a 7am service appointment while already in their lot. Police report was filed, and husband went there by 5pm. As of Tuesday, my car is STILL THERE and they are not taking responsibility, yet won't show us the surveillance or prove otherwise. Now this is my problem when I did nothing wrong! My car was hit on their lot, overnight, and no one seems to know anything about it. I want to see the surveillance, I want to know why I wasn't contacted by them when they noticed the damage (IT'S A LEASE), why there is nothing noted on the order about this "pre-existing damage", and if there was an multi-point inspection done how did it pass with a cracked tail light and they not think to call me? If they rotated the tires, why did the cop notice that WAS NOT done? If they drove the car 2 miles as stated on the report, why is it not notated in the total mileage, and when they EXIT the lot I would be able to see the damage. JUST THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

This was just a synthetic oil/filter servicing for my older Camaro SS. I was treated very professionally and very warmly by Stephen as a long time customer. As usual I was given an opportunity to speak to Dave who always works on my two cars and got some added insight on some issues we'd worked on with my other car -the Firebird T/A. Given that I come from Manhattan, I usually wait - and no problem doing so-for as long as it takes if it's a one day job. That said, my car was moved along on a timely basis and I was on my way. Thanks all! - Mike Weiss

Had a good experience first time I leased 3 yrs ago. My lease is expiring so I spoke to a salesperson before I went for my last service appointment so we could maybe do another deal. Totally lied about the price, tried to stick me with more fees, so I walked out, but not without putting a call into my original salesmen who is now a manager... he was so sorry, said he,would straighten it all out...well he never got back to me. Shows how much they care about their customers.. .

Holy cow. Talk about the nicest people ever !! Until you buy the car, then they dont want to know you. This place is absolutely the worst place ever to buy a car. I was fooled, and was also warned !! Nobody knows the policies, just keep sending you to someone else. Almost 3 weeks, and my car is not even registered with NYS. 15 days after buying the car, horrific noise coming from the left font, take a day off, some people at dealership say 45 days, some say 90, some say 30.. REALLY ? Take to get fixed, get a call, all done, go to drive away, and 2x worse !! NO TEST DRIVE ! I can go on and on. Another time brought my corvette in for service, they accidentally knocked off the emblem, when i called to asked if they could go look for in in the shop, reply was "NO ITS NOT IN THERE" huh ???

The salesman Amro was very good. He was friendly and got me the car I wanted. He also helped me with setting up my phone and the onstar service. The gentlemen who did the financing was also friendly and explained the paper work to me. I bought the extended warranty and he took $150 off the price. I just wish I would have been presented with the option of the GM extended warranty.

This is my first experience with Chevrolet, I turned in a Nissan Versa for a Chevy Spark nd am very happy with my choice. The whole dealership experience was fantastic as was the service experience. Stephen McHone was my service representative and he was very curteous, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and the service was exceptional. Kudos to your team!Ronald E. Because of the games they play & underhanded dealings, I would never go there again. After waiting for the first truck they were getting they never called to tell me they couldn't get it. Then they said they had another truck coming in for us with more options (so we would pay more), once again they never called me. I called them & they said they sold it. I had a deposit on the truck. The whole time I was dealing these guys I felt like they were not honest and were playing games. I went to another dealership (Buzz Chew in Southampton) & what a difference. I was treated like royalty & had my truck in my driveway the same day!

DON'T GO TO CHEVY 112 FOR ANYTHING TO BUY OR FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!! After serving in the navy for 5 years I bought a car with having in mind that I would have the car paid off after I got out of the military and I would be home free with a car that was barely driven. Well unfortunately my time in the military got cut a little short and I was unable to pay off the car in the time that I wanted to. Nonetheless I bought the car from Chevy 112 after not driving the car for two years because I was overseas in japan, I found myself home with my car I started driving it every day to get back and forth from work and to see family everything started to go south with the car. At about 20,000 miles the car started to go to xxxx. The manual transmission wound up blowing a ball bearing through the transmission housing they fixed that. After the air conditioning motor went bad then the tie rod on the passenger side all which Chevy 112 replaced. After that is went thing took a turn for the worse. I brought the car in for something that I thought would have been an easy thing for them. I bought the car in because the heated seat wasn't working and I heard a clicking noise in reverse from the transmission. They wound up calling me about a week later and told me they found nothing wrong (the heated seats still don't work now) when I arrived there I found my car had lift damages and damage to the drivers side fender they refused they did the damages I called to cops to report the damages and after the report was filed I brought the car home. A couple of weeks passed and I was driving home from a friends house and the brakes became rock hard I could not hit the brakes at all. I didn't want to bring it to 112 after the incident so I bought it to Atlantic Chevy they replaced the intake manifold because the vacuum tube that connects the intake to the master brake cylinder cracked off. After talking to the parts guy at Atlantic he said the only way that happens is if someone (like when replacing the transmission) breaks it. So 20000 miles after the first transmission goes now at 40000 miles the second transmission seems to have gone. I called Chevy corporate because all the Chevy dealerships refused to work on my car. While in conversation with corporate I talked to 27 different customer service reps and 4 managers (senior advisors) where only one of them was even a little helpful but still having to contact the BBB. This fight with corporate took a month because I didnt want Chevy 112 to look at the car due to the problem I had with them. So I did give in and I drove the car to Chevy 112 where they refused to work on my car. After the contact with the BBB it took a week from another dealer to look at my car Smithtown Chevy where they found that it was only the cable from the manual shift to the transmission broke off. With that being said they were to only dealer to take one the challenge but it did take them a week and a half to fix an issue that should have only taken 1.6 hours by the book the felt compelled to charge me 3 hours labor and diagnostics when my Warrentech warranty insurance paid for the "JOB" (1.6 hours) and diagnostics which after talking to Warrentech they said they were covering. So as of today I have sold my 2013 Chevy Sonic LTZ and bought a 2016 Subaru Impreza.

First time purchasing from a dealership, my fault for not bringing someone who know the game. Purchased a lease return, truck was never cleaned on the inside, seats dirty. Was told this would be cleaned and look brand new when I came to pick it up in 2 days. Made the mistake of signing papers first (which they rushed me through) well the truck was advertised for $17,995 they charged me $19,550 and they neve cleaned the inside or the seats. Because I already signed the papers the sales person said bring it back we will clean it. Brought it back and all they did was wash the outside. Very dishonest, con-artists! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I gave this dealership one star because the service is extremely poor. Had to wait for a month for an oil change so I could wait for it and wound up waiting all morning.Tried to by a spare key from them and paid $80 (it is what it is) but it didn't work. When I went back in the parts guy had an attitude and tried to make me feel stupid telling me I didn't know what I was doing. He came out with me and the key didn't work for him either. Then we had to wait for another half hour while they tried making another one. The second key didn't work either and when we asked for our $80 back we were told "no" because the key had been cut already. At that point I started yelling and asking for a manager and was told that they would not get a manager for me.After about a total of an hour of agrevation and complaining I finally got my money back. Will never go back their again. They are rude, stupid and have no notion of what customer service is.

Save yourself from frustration and stay clear of this dealer. The sales process was fine, but the customer service after the sale was horrible. Their actions bordered on fraud. I purchased a $2,000 extended warranty on the car only to learn that it wasnt valid. Even though the insurer of the warranty returned the premium to Chevy112, they dragged out returning the money to me. After over 3 months and 25+ phone calls, I had to drive 3 hours each way to get my refund in person. Todd from the Finance Dept was absolutely useless. This may have been the worst customer service experience Ive had in my entire life.

Went in to purchase a Tahoe and was yelled at by a very rude Sales Manager. We spent over two hours at the dealership and worked out a deal for a new Tahoe, We had already agreed to the price and the trade in value for the deal, when we were going to leave a deposit we questioned the $75 "document charge" and the Sales Manager Exploded on us yelling and saying he did not want to do business with us. After that, we asked for a refund (which no-one in the dealership could process) and walked out. Very unprofessional and mismanaged dealership, DO NOT GO HERE.
service stinks!

Took 95 gmc pick up in for alignment on July 17,2015.Job was not done. They said 2 mechanics called in sick. Brought truck home. Brought truck back July 21 received call 5pm, said could not get alignment right had to do a knockout. Agreed on price said would do truck in morning. Called back at 10 am to see where truck was at. Called all day...never received call back. Finally spoke to someone at 2:00,told me they did not have the experience to do this kind of work. bring it somewhere else. How sad is that a certified Chevy dealer could not align a 95 Chevy pick up truck.Service department are very rude! Would never recommend this Dealer ship to anyone!

I will be refinancing in 6mths. They refused all work but the door. I tried to speak with owner who never bothered to call me back. Made a claim with nys dmv regulator and BBB.

So I brought my used Chevy Silverado Duramax Diesel to Chevy after being ripped off by the Used car dealer who sold it o me and the repair shop the dealer utilizes. The truck had bad fuel injectors and the first repair shop only repaired one injector while the protocol is to repair all 8. Long story short Chevy called me in and said the truck was so rusted that the technician 'broke the glow plugs off' causing now the repair job to increase from a $9,500 dollar job to a $17,000 job. I know nothing about Diesels but know that I drove a truck in for a repair and had to tow it out of the shop and pay 1200$ for full diagnostics which I later found out, if the technician had used a proper technique they would not have BROKEN off the glow plugs causing much more damage which I could not afford to fix. I ended up taking the truck to a very nice professional in Riverhead who specializes in Duramax Diesel and who was shocked at the 'broken' glow plugs - total incompetance. When I asked Matty why he had not informed me ahead of time of the total cost of a full diagnositics of what was now 'broken' would cost- he changed the subject by stating that he gave me a 'loaner' car for free. Hmmm. A loaner is a loaner, not a rental. When I stated that a loaner is called a loaner becausee it is no charge, he stated that Chevy does not give loaner cars due to they are not a high end shop. Interesting as there was a big sign in the car that said 'loaner'.

Liars. Was told I could not qualify for a better financing rate because the car I was buying wasn't brand new. My credit score is 730.Finance guy signed me at 6+%. I shouldn't have signed, but we needed a car badly (they knew this).Called my bank and refinanced the car as soon as I got the title... 2.2%.Dishonest, bullsh***rs, liars. Do your homework and finance elsewhere.

Spent 32000 dollars on a used truck and they didn't even have the decency to put a set of front tires on it that need to be replaced and they couldn't even clean the dirt from under it and inside of it. I wouldn't even buy a set of valve caps from this place. And after trying to bring these issues to the light no one that works there wants to help me. Not to mention their is more rust under this new truck that is a 2012 than there was on my 1998

Horrid Service, Waste of TimeAs a young car shopper, I've dealt with disrespectful dealerships before, but Chevrolet 112's colossal customer service failure sets it apart from the others. After viewing an ad for a car on Craigslist and checking their website to confirm it was still in stock, I drove 30 miles out to Medford to see the vehicle. I informed my salesman, Danny, which car I was interested in and he set off to find the keys. After 10 minutes of hunting, Danny returned to inform me regretfully that the car had been sold - in between the posting of the ad that morning and when I arrived that evening - but that it could possibly still be available if the buyer's credit was not adequate. Though disappointed and curious as to why they would let a customer drive away with a car without finalizing the purchase, I left my name and number in case the situation changed. The next day, Danny called me twice around noon and left a voicemail informing me that the car was back up for sale. Learning from my past mistakes, I called up first to let him know I was returning to the dealership at 3:00pm, and he told me to come on down. Upon my arrival, Danny came out to meet me and asked if I had received his other phone call. Apparently, he had called at 3:20pm (20 miles into my 30 mile trip) to inform me that the car had ONCE AGAIN been sold and not to bother coming. Fed up with wasting my time and gas, I asked him how he had not known that before telling me to come back out and he brought me to a sales manager (who I believe was Todd, the used car manager). This manager told me that the car had been sold about 2 hours ago, which was interesting considering my salesman told me less than a half hour ago to come take a look at it. Following this exchange, he redirected me to another building next door.I spoke with the indifferent internet sales manager Chuck at the other building, who offered a bland and rehearsed apology and little else. He explained the obvious fact that the car was no longer available while blaming the total lack of communication on the fact that the three buildings each had their own inventory. If that really is the case, I don't understand why Chevrolet 112 answers calls for the other buildings and invites customers to purchase cars that they are unable to keep track of. At this point, I walked out of his office because there was clearly no hope of getting a rational explanation. Danny, my salesman, came out to my car before I left to personally apologize, though the point stands that this dealership has no problem wasting the time and money of prospective customers. Avoid this miserable excuse for a business at all costs.

This dealership did body damage to our car while doing routine maintenance and an inspection. From the moment we reported the damage they have denied everything without even looking at the car. We have 4 GM vehicles and have used them for several years. They've lost our business. We met two of their service managers in small claims court in January. The court asked us to try to work it out in the hallway before going to mediation. They were rude and aggressive from the get go. They wanted to go to trial immediately (which is not their choice, they are the defendants). We said we wanted to go to mediation. At mediation the female twisted everything we had said in the hallway. The mediator asked my husband and I to leave the room and tried to encourage them to make us an offer. They refused. We agreed to go to trial but got an adjournment because we only had one estimate for the repair. (The court requires two.) We eventually dropped it because everyone we asked said that we could not win because I signed that the car was okay (I hadnt seen it) when I picked it up. Lesson learned. Dont deal with them; they have no integrity.
