This was the best experience buying a car. It all started with Ms Davis making sure the car we wanted would still be there for our Saturday appt and her attitude was the best. Then it just continued with sales rep Ryan keeping us in the loop taking the time to make sure we were comfortable. He took the time to explain the functions of the car. He didn’t run through he took his time. Ryan made us feel like we were the only customers that day. If I know of someone looking to buy a KIA I will point them to CENTURY 3 KIA. Thanks for a positive experience

This place is an absolute joke. I drove to this dealership and test drove the car we were looking at. I pretty much already knew which car/color I wanted, so I decided to start with the buying process. We sit down and the salesman started writing down some of my information. He then proceeds to tell me that the car I'm looking at is marked up almost $5000 above sticker price. So I completely waisted my time. At no point during the call to set up the appointment, to meeting the salesman, to test driving the vehicle was I told about this mark up. I wasted an entire night, when I could have went to another dealer and bought the exact car at sticker price. For the price they wanted me to pay I can buy the higher trim level. I should have followed my gut when I first walked into this place. When I first stepped foot in this dealership I did not have a good feeling about this place. I can literally walk into any KIA dealership and just order the exact car I want at sticker price. I can tell you one KIA dealer that I will never be walking into again.

Ryan was my salesman and Marlin was my finance person. Both very nice. Ryan was not pushing..and I got what I wanted...they worked well with me. I would recommend Ryan for your salesman.
