After being told by a few 'locals' to never buy a vehicle in Wilmington, we searched the 'outskirts' but had no real luck finding a used truck in our price range. By chance my wife saw a truck on line and inquired about it. That day we drove our trade in, took the truck for a drive and within a couple hours we drove our new used truck home. Ray, our salesman was stellar in informing us about the vehicle, what it had to offer and highlight how well it was taken care of. All intensive purposes, the truck was spotless inside and out for being 4 years old. From sales to finance the people involved made it an enjoyable stress free ( except for the payments part lol) experience. Our expectations for trade in were met, we are very happy with our purchase and no doubt will be back for us and our children when it is their turn. If you need a vehicle, do not believe the nay sayers, go see Ray or anyone else on the sales floor. You won't be disappointed.

My experience with Capital Ford has always been a positive one. This purchase is an even dozen vehicles that I've purchased from them and each case has been a real pleasure. I've only had two different salesman and I've never felt pressured to make a purchase and have always felt that the deal was fair. From selecting the vehicle to financing and delivery, all were accomplished quickly and efficiently. Job well done!

The sales representatives are very friendly and informative. I had a pleasant conversation with a fellow vetearn while I test drove a few new cars. He answered all the questions I asked with easy. He seemed to know his product very well. I was just about ready to buy. We had the deal 90% of the way done and I asked the sales representative if he thought it was fair for all parties involved and he said he felt like I was getting the muddy end of the stick. I told him thank you for his honesty and proceeded to leave. I came back earlier today to see if I could get a better deal and the sales representative that I had spoken to earlier was nowhere to be found. Management would not give me a reason for him not being there other than he was let go. I will take my business to another dealership if you want to fire a veteran just before veterans day for being honest and helpful to a fellow veteran you don't need my business.

I was skeptical at first when looking at new F-150 trucks. I have had poor experiences in the past with the service department. Now things seem much improved. I was able to test drive a couple of different trucks and settled on one that fit our needs and was a very good deal. Lionel Weller our sales person did a great job getting us through the process and making sure we got out quick. I would recommend them for a new purchase any day.

I was in a terrible situation with a vehicle I had less than a year from another dealership (Nissan). Their advice to me was to buy a new Nissan from them and let my old one get repossessed and mess my credit up for 7 years (which we all know would be more like 20). I came over to ford and they were astonished at that advice and did everything in their power to get me back on the road with my best interest at heart. Paul sold me a beautiful new car with s low interest rate and treated me with respect. It was as great an experience it could be for the the situation I was in. Will be a ford customer from now on!

We went to Capital Ford looking for a new Ford Edge and we were immediately greeted by a car salesman (David R) who did an exceptional job on helping us find the vehicle best fit for us. We had shopped around at a few car lots but this one was by far the best when it came down to customer satisfaction. David and the rest of the staff that were involved in our car buying experience treated us outstanding. We are a young couple (20 & 21) so at other lots we found that the salesmen were not taking us seriously when we were asked what we were in the market for. I have always received exceptional service on my 2013 F-150 at the dealership. I hope in the future that Ford is more careful when selecting the brake rotors for their new vehicles as the ones selected for 2013-2014 F150's are poor quality. Brake rotor warpage after only 20k-30k miles on a full size truck is unacceptable. Unfortunately because brake rotors and pads are normal wear items they are not covered under warranty on my $35,000 truck, however the dealership will turn the rotors and replace pads at owner expense? "F-150 Built Ford Tough", not so sure anymore?

Took my truck for body damage less then 2,000 om Monday july 18 Was called by capital ford told they took my truck apart but had to stop because a piece of plastic was damaged. Capital ford left me a voice message on Friday telling me than a storm messed up their computers, Did not here from them until Wednesday when I called to find out about my truck. was told maybe Friday. I called Friday and told it would be ready about 5pm. it was ready No one walked out with me to look at my truck all they wanted their money I cannot find out why it took 2 weeks to get it fixed. But it was not completed. On the 14 of Aug I W went to hook up my camper to tow it. the plug that the trailer lights hook up to was not connected.

Second time to have my vehicle serviced. Josh Slack was great and went to great lengths to answer my questions by phone prior to getting my tire serviced. The day before, I had a flat tire and the tow truck driver/mechanic examined the tire and did not see a nail and thought it may have been a slow leak. Turns out there was a small gash. Josh got a new replacement tire for my car and had the claim processed, so I did not have to pay for the full price of the tire. All within 2.5 hours - great service, but a still an expensive lesson. Thanks, Josh!

This was my first experience with Capital Ford and my first time looking at Ford vehicles. Joe, Rick, and Shane were great to work with. Joe and Rick took the time to explain all the details of the truck and listened to what I was looking for in a truck. Shane, the sales manager, was great to work with and really put the deal together. I was looking at a similar truck at another Ford dealership in the area, but after Shane sat down with me and took the time to go through all the numbers with me, I was sold on going with Capital. Shane and Capital offered such a better deal that I couldn't pass. Even though Shane is the sales manager, he personally removed the windshield stickers that I needed from my truck I was trading in and put them on the new truck and was even out there with a spray bottle and cloth wiping down the truck before I drove off. Just great service and the F150 is awesome. Thanks again Joe, Rick, and Shane.

My first telephone contact to set up the service was disconcerting as the person advised me of a number of pending maintenance needs running about $580 and for 49000 miles. As I was bringing the car in for a 55000 check, I was somewhat chagrined to hear about maintenance that should have been done during the 50000 mile check. It turned out, once I discussed the car's needs with your service representative, that the required maintenance was much less. I would suggest that you ensure that your first-contact people have a better understanding of what is required when.

We were very satisfied with the friendly and helpful attitude and service from everyone we met at Capital Ford. I traded my old car in for a new Mustang Premium 2.3L Ecoboost coupe a week ago. So far I like everything about the car except the sound system. It is equipped with a Shaker premium system and it sounds very "tinny". There is very little bass and it leaves a lot to be desired. I would appreciate any suggestions you have to improve the sound.

Josh Slack continues to do a great job on keeping preventative maintenance in front of us for both our Chrysler Sebring and my Ford Escape. The quality of the mechanical service is outstanding. We wouldn't consider servicing or purchasing our cars at any other place than Capital Ford of Wilmington. The only issue I have are these surveys. Purchased a used F250. It had some dings in that were repaired before leaving the lot. Doug Watkins done great at keeping me updated on the progress. Repair work in body shop took a little longer than expected and in my opinion could have been a little better. Overall it was a good experience. Salesman should be commended for doing a great job!

The friendly service started upon arrival. I was greeted, answered a few questions, and was immediately directed to another service person whom was courteous and knowledgeable. After having my 2009 Ford Escape in for a fairly major repair, my washer pump stopped working. When I took the car back they replaced the pump at no cost and did the repair in a very timely manner. In particular I want to mention Erica Rousseau in the service department. She was a pleasure to work with both times I brought the car.

My husband and I were in need of an automobile after our cherished nine year old standard transmittion '06 BMW 350 I was hit/totaled by another car. A wedding gift, that was my car. Our second vehicle is a ' 04 Ford Explorer. We both have been customers of Ford since our first cars, 1960s. We were very impressed with the safety rating of the Fusion Titanium '16. The drive is superior for an automatic. Solidly built 4 cylinder sounds like a 6 cylinder, Ecoboost! Comfortable seats, exceptional steering and handling. Our customer service representative, George Bruwell was amazingly curtious, empathic, knowledgeable, and considerate of our automotive needs at this time. Capital Ford did a great repair job on our 2014 Ford Escape. We got rear ended a couple of weeks ago, had the car scheduled in to be repaired while we were out of town and picked it up right on schedule. They handled the insurance paperwork. It was a very easy, convenient process for us.

I dropped my car off Monday morning w/ no appointment to get oil changed, tires rotated, and new filter and the wonderful folks in the service dept said it was no problem....even though there was a long line of about 20 cars ahead of me and they had my car ready in no time at all. This is why we would not go anywhere else!

Josh Slack has gone above and beyond in his customer service. I was shopping for new Michelin tires for my Lincoln MKZ and I had received a price quote from another automotive service center. Early evening on a Tuesday I heard unusual road noise. Since I was planning to leave on a planned road tip on Thursday, I took my Escape into Capital Ford at 8:00 A.M. for an unplanned inspection. Lee Karnes (Service Consultant) appreciating my position immediately obtained necessary trouble shooting information required for a road test and checkout. Even without an appointment they take get you in and out quickly. I had a window which wouldn't stay up. They fixed it while I waited. Same thing when my camera wouldn't work. Good old fashion service.

Ms Stanley, my Service Advisor, is second to none. She generally appears to be overworked and I never go in and not find her in the office - no breaks. She keeps me posted as to the progress and if she doesn't know the answer to my question (rare), she is on her feet heading to the service department to get me the answer. My favorite Tech is Micah Stumblingbear. He is very through in his work and is always willing to come out to explain a situation that I'm not clear on and he is very courteous, well mannered. My new Mustang is always serviced at Capitol and my old F-150 I have begun to take it back to Capitol after having a bad experience a little over a year ago. I'll have to say, Capitol, You've got me!

Due to an unfortunate accident, our beautiful 2015 Lincoln Navigator with just barely 10,000 miles had to have body work repairs. We have been customers of Capital for many years and knew that we would have the best attention by bringing our vehicle to Capital for these repairs. Ronnie, the supervisor of the department, is genuinely a fine gentleman and directed the process through our insurance carrier and made sure that we would receive great service and outstanding workmanship on the repairs. The attention to details by this body shop ensured that our auto looked "good as new" upon completion. We sincerely appreciate and commend the entire body shop team for a job well done. Kudos to all involved.

A week ago I brought my 2015 Ford escape in for a re-occuring problem with the phone. the dealership was well aware of the problem. They made an appointment to bring the car in. It took about an hour to match all the on board systems and my cell phone. When I left everything worked fine and has been working fine ever since. We needed a particular set of features on the truck we wanted. When I saw the truck we wanted on the website I sent an email inquiry. Within minutes we received a response that included the best price we had found anyplace. Most dealers wouldnt even talk about price without us coming in, but with our work schedules we just didnt have hours to spend hashing out the details. This is how buying a new vehicle should be. we bought two vehicles, one new and one used. The sales experience was ok, but it took 3 hours to get to F&I. They got me a great rate on the new mkt (which I love), but my beef is with the trade in allowance they gave us for a 2005 Toyota Solara. Nada trade should have been over $6000 and they would only give us $4000. Dealer response was basically that's the way it is. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

My car is a 2014 Focus that had a factory clutch issue. When I came to tell them of my issue they were super. They gave me a rental car for two days while it was being repaired. I have never had an issue bringing my Mercury Mountaineer to your dealership within the past 6 years. I've always had over the top service and the technicians have always done a wonderful job. I'm sad to say that I did not feel that way this time. The technician was great and my car is running fine which I'm very happy about. The customer service on the other hand was troublesome this time. My car was towed and dropped off Sunday night and I had a scheduled appointment for 7:30am on Monday. I called at about 8:30am Monday just to make sure they knew my car was there and it was being worked on but the answers i got weren't very satisfactory. In this time I was told the person I was to talk to about my car would be Lee. I did not hear back from anyone the entire day until I called at about 2:00pm in which Lee didn't give much. I expect the technician to at least have some ideas of what could be wrong after having the car for 5-6 hours but there was nothing. I would have rathered hear wrong ideas then just were not sure. I then asked Lee if I would be getting a call by the end of the day with an updated in which he said yes. 6:00pm rolled around on Monday and I had no call. Lee did call me around 8:30 am on Tuesday and had a list of things wrong with the car. He said the parts wouldn't get in until Wednesday, should be done Wednesday evening. I was okay with all of that but annoyed I hadn't heard sooner. I also asked Lee if he could give me reasons of why these parts needed to be replaced and what happened and he said he did not know. I expect all of your employees to be a little knowledgeable or be able to call me back with answers which I did not receive. Wednesday rolls around, I get a call Wednesday morning saying something else in the car needed to be replaced but should still be ready Wednesday evening. This is where I think your business needs some revamping. Because I had not heard from Lee whether or not my car would actually be ready Wednesday evening, I tried calling. I called 7 times between 3:35pm and 5:00pm and I wish I was exaggerating. Not one call was picked up and my voicemail was not returned. This is extremely frustrating because I'm having to rely on others for rides for 5 days and I need to be on their schedule. At 5:00pm after I got off work I had someone drive me to the dealership because I needed answers regardless of whether it was ready or not. I walk in and my car just happened to be ready. I was absolutely furious to see 3 people at the service desk and nothing crazy going on that no one could pick up one of my 7 calls. I understand fixing a car can take time and there are a million variables that go into it but I did not feel that I was treated as I should have been. I spent over $1200 at your dealership yesterday and am still uneasy about how everything happened. I'm not sure that I will bring my car back here if something else happens.

I purchased my Ford Focus from Capital Ford of Wilmington. I have had nothing but perfect service experiences from this facility and for that reason,I encouraged my husband to get his Ford Escape from the same establishment. While one does not expect to have issues with a new car, things happen and regular service is a must. The service department here is top of the line. Chris has taken care of every thing from new battery in my key fob to new tires to regular service always with attention that makes me feel like we are family. I am completely happy with my car but it is the service department that seals the deal. I have not encountered a single person either in person or on the phone that was not friendly and helpful. We purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus. We received a good deal on the new car and our trade in (2001 Mercury Grand Marquis). Paul Smith and Brandon Fresia provided outstanding service on our purchase and trade in. Brandon was extremely patient and fully explained all the new features on our car. Brandon was so nice to deal with that we plan to purchase a new Ford F-150 next year and we will only make that purchase from Brandon and Paul. We shopped several dealers in North and South Carolina and prices were competitive. Capital was $300.00 over another dealer, but we decided to purchase our new car at Capital because of Brandon and Paul. We have never had such a pleasant experience in purchasing a new car. My car had to have the transmission replaced. I had no spare car and a loaner was provided for me at no cost. While they were working on the car, they found a couple of other things that were going to need fixing and they were done at no cost. Chris Royal kept me abreast of the status of my car (it took a bit longer than they expected). When I picked up my car, it had been washed. Chris was wonderful to deal with, very helpful. My car has driven great since I got it back. I have no complaints at all about the service. The only negative thing was your software/computer used to read cards and verify checks was changed during this time and it didn't work when it was time for me to pick up my car. I had to go by the bank to pick up cash for the bill. But it was a minor inconvenience. You don't always have control over things like that. My experience made me glad for taking my car to Capital Ford for most all of my service needs.

I have had my car here several times over the last year for the same problem. CAPITAL Ford is waiting for my warranty to run out before they fix the problem. I have tried contacting my service rep and as I imagined no return call has been received. I don't feel as though this is fair because I'm paying for the warranty in my payment every month. Yet they want to fix things that aren't coveted under warranty but won't fix the one complaint I've had which is covered! Terrible customer service. I work in retail and have to make things right for the customer in order to gain their trust. I won't ever buy another car from Ford and neither will my husband because I won't allow it. Lubricating my tie rods obviously isn't working can you try replacing them!

My 2012 Lincoln MKX had the brakes fail on an important highway in Wilmington. My service rep Chris Royal had me pull off to a safe place and he literally rescued me with a loaner. My Service Rep, Chris Royal, was responsive and pleasant. The routine servicing was accomplished at the date and time agreed. A minor repair of windshield wiper assembly finished. A problem of minor vibration was diagnosed and described as annoying but not a safety issue. May have to address at some future time.

The only complaint I have is being told that my balance from my other car that was totaled will be rolled into the new car balance so I would have one car payment and with that my payment will be in my price range. After reviewing the contract it was not included and I still have the other balance to pay. I know I know never believe what is promised just what's in writing....

Our sale person Matt Allen was GREAT! Not only was Matt willing to answer all our questions (if he did not have the answer he found it). He was right there with us. Through the whole process. Matt sat with us and talked with us. He was not off playing on his phone or talking to coworkers unless it had to do with your auto. He even offered his personal number if we had any questions later that night after the dealership was closed. He offered for us to call or text him at home, after hours. That is some true customer service! he was polite even when the answer was no to questions we had. He did not treat us like second class customers. We felt that we were important to Matt and the dealership as a whole. Eric was great in getting us approved for not only one but two autos. We bought ours on Wednesday night after going to the dealership on Tuesday at about 8:05 PM. Matt came back and talked to us. Mr Keith was great and willing to stay and talk with us as well. Mr. Keith offered to let us take the truck home over night and drive it the next day. Just to have it back by 7:00 PM. We did this and bought the truck. The next day on Thursday we took out daughter into the dealership to speak with Matt. She ended up with a 2015 Festia. Thank you Matt Allen, Keith and Eric for all your hard work!

My wife and I took a day off from work to search for a used car. We drove all the way to Greenville only to find a car we'd been looking at online was far worse than we'd been lead to believe. After searching several car lots in Greenville and hearing many promises we returned home exhausted around 5:30pm. After resting a bit we decided to check out Capital Ford on Oleander Drive here in Wilmington. We were on the lot five minutes before we spotted a vehicle that met our needs. Although salesmen were around we weren't hounded and immediately harassed as we'd been at other lots. I saw a nearby salesman (Paul Reish) and spoke to him about our needs. Paul got the keys and the Carfax report for the car immediately. We did a walk around and test drive and were very pleased! The trade in value they gave our old car was more than fair and we drove out with a very nice vehicle for a great price. I highly recommend Capital Ford of Wilmington!

when I came in for the tag inspection, I advised of a driving problem. When I picked it up and left the problem was still there. I took it back and had the service adviser drive it. Seems I had a tie rod problem and the mechanic did not test drive to see what the problem may have been. Only did the inspection. However, problem was corrected after I left the car overnight. Matthew helped me very well.

I did not like that there were only a few vehicles on the lot part of the O O O deal on leasing.I also did not like that the sales rep tried to help me and his boss came out also. That was a little pushy. I was so upset that I wanted to leave immediately. We only stayed about 15 minutes. The sales manager talked to us about 10 of those minutes and we really just wanted to look at the cars.I am not happy with my lease purchase at all. It is a nice car and will do for 3 years but it is way out of my price range and I don't feel I got to see all the options on the lot.The only reason why I am recommending the dealership to others if they ask is that this dealership was the least pushy out of the three that I visited. I really liked the 0 0 0 deal also. (You should never have to put money down on something except for a house.)Both salesmen were helpful in answering my questions. The sales manager just needs to stay away so buyers don't get discouraged.

Quickly able to get appointment to get vehicle repaired. I was pleased that the vehicle was repaired correctly the first time. Joyce Stanley, the service consultant, was friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent communication skills. I pleased when vehicle was ready when promised.The technicians who repair vehicles have always done an outstanding job. The excellent service department is one of the major reasons I continue to buy Ford vehicles.

Paul Pridgen was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle. I typically have an adverse reaction to car salesmen and the way they hover and attack you from the moment your car enters the lot (ie. Jeff Gordon). Paul was not at all like that. He was very personable and sincerely interested in answering all of our questions and educating us on the features of our new vehicle. The services individuals and team are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful in diagnosing the problems and proposing the appropriate solutions. I took my 2006 Ford Escape to the Ford garage for a check of the brakes and a recall item. I was met by a very useful greeting group and was taken to the service advisor. He listened to my concerns and told me that they would look at the car and call me back with a cost estimate and the length of time to repair the peoblems. He arranged to have me taken home to await his call. I was pleasantly surprised that no one commented on the age of the Escape, especially since it only had 355000 miles on the clock. Everyone at the garage was friendly and ready to their job. The work on the car was done right the first time! I would rate the whole event as "exceptionally superior!"

This is the third vehicle that my husband and I have bought at capital. The service team is exceptional always greeting me by name. A loaner is always ready if I need one and they communicate through out the process I am not surprised with bills I don't expect. Joyce did a great job of keeping me informed on status of car and a host of other items. When I came to pick up the car, she was at lunch and Chase stepped right in the finish all my paperwork instead of making me wait until she returned. He was very helpful! The car wash folks still need a little more supervision. My car had grease on the gas door and down the side of the car, the plastic and paper mats were still in the car, and the vacuum job was not stellar. Still, I would give the visit an A as a result of the excellent customer service at the desk!

Additionally, the vehicle that my wife wanted was not in stock but the dealership found a dealer that was going to get one and was able to get this vehicle for us. Great job!The Ford Expedition is unlike any vehicle that we've purchased and Mr. Edwards was very careful to point out significant driving dynamics as well as ensuring that he was available at any time to assist with questions. Paul Smith, Internet Sales, was very quick to respond to email requests for ePricing requests for four ( 4 ) different vehicles. The local Dodge and Chevrolet dealerships should learn how requests should be handled. Provide the information and pricing the customer requests, not a sales pitch "When can you stop by", "Prices start around $27K", etc. Matt DeCarlo ( sp? ), Finance, was able to get the financing and final price where we needed to be. Past experience with both Capital Ford sales and service, especially Lee Fowler and Arie Pickett, Truck Service, made the decision easier to return to the Blue Oval.

My experience with the Service Department has always been a pleasure. Chris Royal & Brian Hales always try to assist in any way they can to make the service visit a pleasant experience.I was very disappointed with an experience that I had regarding a Maintenance Plan. I was under the impression that the contract that I had purchased dated 02-03-11 would expire 72 months from that date since that was the Warranty Start Date on the contract. I was told that even though that was the date on the contract that was not the start date as the contract said and that the contract could not be honored for 72 months from that date as the contract stated. I have been a dedicated customer of Capital Ford and its predecessor since the 60's which did not seem to matter. I had a doctor's appointment near the dealership at 2:30PM so when I made the appointment FOR "The Works" service package I told the appointment person I had to be out of the Service Dept. by 2:15 sharp. She said that shouldn't be a problem so I arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes before my appointment. I reiterated to the Service Advisor that I needed to be out by 2:15 sharp and he said that was noted on the appointment information. At 2:10 all the work was completed and I was out the door so all I can say is "good Job" and I am a happy customer!

I brought in my '15 Mustang for the first service (5,000 mile). I wasn't sure what to expect being I purchased the maintenance plan when I bought the car beginning of November, but Brian made it easy.I like that they don't just change the oil quick and send you on our way. The oil and oil filter was changed, tire pressure checked, tires rotated, battery and fluids checked, lights/turn signals, brakes, and several other things I can't remember right now were all looked at. Service was fantastic. Our service manager, whom I believe was Chris, met us at the door and opened it for us. Check out took less than 5 minutes and we were on our way. The oil change was performed quickly, but we were experiencing some transmission problems. They determined it was the clutch. It was replaced within 2 days and we were given a car to use so we were not inconvenienced.

While I am sure this will sound corny it is true - no one really wants to spend time getting their car serviced but when I bring mine in it is almost like a visit with friends/family you don't get to see very often. I look forward to catching up with everyone knowing that all the while my car is getting the best service and I will get on my way as quickly as possible. Joyce is my main service lead and always works with my schedule to get me in and out when I am in town. My experience was World Class from start to finish. I was immediately contacted by Paul Smith with an internet quote and scheduled a test drive. He followed up with me the next morning and reserved the truck until I arrived. He transferred me to Paul Reish, my sales consultant who gave me excellent support, everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Eric Jacobi was my finance person, who was very personable and efficient. My service advisor, Brian Hales was out on vacation at time of service, but Chris Royals stepped in to take care of making sure the service needs on my 2011 Expedition were carried out. He advised me of all service items due, having arrived at the 100K mile mark 2 days earlier, there were quite a few. My Expedition was returned to me all cleaned up and in top shape enroute to the next 5K mile service interval. Chris did an outstanding job in Brian's absence and as always, the maintenance team took very good care of my vehicle.

The whole experience was a good one for us. Our salesman, Justin, treated us with respect and was very professional. Everything went very smoothly from order to delivery of our vehicle. The delivery process went smoothly and he explained everything about the vehicle and answered all of my wife's/my questions we could think of. We returned two weeks later to bring back questions we had, which were answered quickly. We are quite satisfied with the whole buying experience we went through. I purchased a 14 f150 in October. My first experience with the service department involved a voluntary recall to check the passenger seat frame clearance and the airbag switch. Very quick and convenient, about an hour. The service advisor told me they didn't have to make any repairs, all was within spec.

John Kozak was my sales representative, and he was outstanding. When I went in and spoke to John he was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. John answered all my questions and provided me with the appropriate pamphlets and information I requested. In all it was a very pleasant experience. I will say every time I've been to Capital Ford the staff in all the departments have been extremely courteous and have kept me informed. Vehicle was brought in on a recall, some sort of valve malfunction in transmission causing roughchatter. Work appears to have resolved most of problem. My only comment was there was no direct feedback. When I asked the person on the desk. If the car was alright his answer hasn't resolved some worries.. His answer- The car falls within exceptable citeria..HUH!!! When I asked for a clarification he said it was within exceptable limits( WHAT LIMITS)He stated that they have lengthened the warrenty bujt I am not sure that has made me feel any better. Tom Kelly

George and Kimmon were great. George spent quite a bit of time in helping us find the car we wanted. Kimmon introduced us to our new vehicle and got us off to a good start electronically. We can't say enough about how hard George worked to meet our "wants". We had a recall and brought it in and over the phone they said it was going to take about 3 hours, so they gave us a courtesy ride over to the mall and we were there for maybe an hour and we got a call from them saying the car was done and that they were sending the car to the mall to pick us up. It's just so common to take a vehicle in and get up-sold a ton of other necessities. And they are ala carte so expensive. My $900 repair ended up being $1900. The 50,000 mile this and that just keep adding up. It's quite a sell job and rapid fire over the phone where one just wants to get off the damned phone. Why don't you have an all encompassing 50,000 mile deal?Were they all necessary? A good mechanic can tell you when they are really not that necessary. Came dealers just max whatever they can cram into a sentence. I should have had the one repair done with the recall and said no to the rest. And had the rest of the "vital" services done elsewhere.

I know when any customer says they hear a noise or feel a bump it puts pressure on the service tech. this is what I did and the noises and bumps are gone. My cars engine was running rough also and the tech fixed that problem too. These were very important concerns to me and each was taken seriously by the service staff and the tech. The other issues of oil change and filter changes were routine, but also important and each was performed professionally. Actually, I have never had a problem at Capital Ford.

The mechanical side of the visit went very well. Very knowledgeable folks doing what they said they would do on time for the agreed to price. They took the vehicle to the body shop to review a discoloration on the plastic body parts. I have had the vehicle less than a year, and the paint on the plastic body parts is decidedly a different color than the metal parts. I did not buy a two-tone paint job. The body shop's view is "stuff happens like that". I bear to differ. I have a 2006 F150 with 100,000+ miles on it, and no paint difference is noticeable between the plastic and metal body parts. I'm very disappointed in their response and feel I will have to go fight with them to get this addressed.

My service rep was Josh and he did a great job of keeping me informed about the status of my car during the service process. The service department was slammed the morning I was there, but Josh gave me a price break to compensate the long stay for an oil change and rotation. I really appreciate the text updates too. I was able to conduct business at the business center and wait for a text on my car's completion. Also, I had an annoying tire vibration and the service tech was able to take care of it via a tire balancing. Good experience!

2012 Ford Escape. Took it in for an oil change. Staff was courtesy and efficient. I told them I was heading out of town with the car. I noted on the invoice that I was taking it out of town. I felt like they were looking out for me. Thank you!

Purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator. The sales team was helpful and very professional. They stayed focused and had a calming effect on the anxiety of the process. Offered us a car in the extended inventory that was very close to our desired configuration but not to our desired specifications There was no pressure on us to take the offered car, rather they continued to work with us to order the car we wanted. Both George Burwell and Kimon Davies were sensitive and responsive to our requirements for which we are very appreciative. We were kept informed regarding the "status" of our order right up to delivery. After the delivery Kenny Davis walked us through the 'technical" aspects of our new Navigator. This was most helpful. All in all, we were very satisfied with the whole process and look forward to our continued relationship with Capital Ford.

I couldn't have had a better experience in getting my gorgeous Ruby Red 2015 Explorer. I went into the dealership with my 2012 Edge Limited, never expecting them to be able to come close to being able to make a deal, and I walked out of there with this gorgeous new vehicle. I was right about not being able to buy a new vehicle and stay within my price range, but the manager brought up the leasing options which are much improved over what they used to be, and I ended up paying $50 more per month and lowering my insurance. I did have to give up a few features, none of which were that big of a deal and some of which I'm probably better off not having. All-in-all I had another great experience with this dealership. I ust hope if I ever move, I find another one as good as Capital Ford of Wilmington is.

The service I received was wonderful. Chase Stout was my service advisor. He was great, he warned me about the trolls and the Great big spider that I would need to battle for coffee. I purchased my escape about a year ago from Capital Ford. I have absoluately no complaints.I love my escape.:)

All Lincoln Dealers should pattern themselves after Capitol Ford Lincoln Dealer here in Wilmington because it does not get any better. I have always been well satisfied with the Service and Support I have received from these folks, especially my Lincoln Service Director, Chris Royal, and he always goes the extra mile to satisfy both my Wife and my requests and fix the problems with my Navigator and her MKT, and in particular, Chris met with my urgent request for service before I had to make an unplanned trip out of State, in spite of extensive workload at the Oleander Drive location the day of my appointment, and his getting me worked in and replacing Tires, changing oil and lubrication , and minor repairs, all accomplished in a very reasonable time slot.With staff like Chris, and of course the professional folks in the back shop, Capital Lincoln has earned my undying support. My future purchases will always be directed to this great company and it's incredible staff, and I will continue to encourage my substantial number of friends to always seek Capital Ford Lincoln out for the future car needs, above all others. Believe me, I have tried seven other dealers in the last 50+ years and when my first Lincoln purchase was made at Jerry Porters over 20 years ago, and more recent purchases with Capital over the last four Lincolns we have owned, we shall be lifetime customers as long as this trend continues.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus. It was my first car I purchased on my own- and it was a great experience. The salesman, John Kozuck that helped me find the car I wanted was very helpful and explained the different options I had as a first time buyer. The staff in general were very friendly and helpful! I have a 2014 Ford Escape, my family has purchased 4 cars from this dearlership and the quality and service of this company is outstanding! This story is not complete as I have, I am told, a defective part in my satellite radio system which is going to be replaced as soon as the part is in. I had brought it in to service on several occasions when the radio went out for no apparent reason, but they finally found the problem yesterday.

Personally, I was offered assistance by staff members Chris and Matt. My Ford Fiesta was having continuous problems with its battery and the service offered by the staff was excellent. I had the battery recharged on several occasions and then eventually replaced. I would undoubtedly recommend this dealership to anybody and I feel very fortunate for the excellent service these past two weeks.

Had a 1:30 PM appointment for A state inspection and 21,000 mile Maintenance.Vehicle was taken in immediately. Serviced in a little less than 1 1/2 hours.The last time it took over 3 hours for an oil change. Service Tech Chase was very helpful and assured us the long wait for service was unacceptable and would not happen again. In both instances we had a specified appointment time.

I was dissappointed to arrive at the Dealership at 7am for a 7:30 appointment to sit and wait until 7:31 to have the door opened to speak with and get my F150 in for service. Every were else I go for an appointment you are ask to be there 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment to do the paperwork require for your appointment. This unsatisfactory. When I mentioned they opened the door late, I got a smart remark you are early. That was uncalled for. Rude employees should not be waiting on customers. On the other hand the employee that actually handled my paper work did a wonderful job.

My my car had a recall they were kind enough to let me about a second recall and I had a beautiful car drive they called and kept me posted baby very comfortable to use the card that I was given at my convenience almost tempted me to want to trade a car in to get something else had my service person is always so personable and makes me feel special he's just an amazing professional but he's got such a warm human touch that is why I think I've just frustrated with capital because of septic he's got the way to to turn it around so thank you for my car back I guess that the dice car that I was driving but I feel safe and its mine did its a good shape and I thank youwhat do you should I show up to help put up the Christmas tree I think it's becoming one of my favorite will be to traditions
