I was giving up in finding a dealership that could finance me, due to my challenged credit. A sepration from a relationship could really hender your life and affect ones credit. I was referred to Cactus Jacks from another dealership and it was the best thing I ever did. The finance person was awesome to work with, everything was cut and dry. The salesperson ( Patrick) made everything very easy for me. It was a smooth transition. Thank you Cactus Jacks! I love my VW Jetta

I thought I had no hope of qualifying for a car loan. I work for myself and don't have check stubs. Pete and Patrick worked through everything with me now I have a car. Thanks guys the car is great

The buying process was easy and fast. Sales staff in Surprise was very nice. I did have a mechanical issue shortly after I bought and the service department was very quick to honor the warranty and fix my car. Thank you Cactus Jack's

That was by far the quickest car deal I have ever made. The person I talked to actually answered my questions straight forward. No talking to the "manager". Patrick actually made the deal!

paul was wonderful with helping me get into my new car. I showed up and asked for his help and he delivered with no problems. Ok Place. Ended up buying elsewhere.The service was good, but this dealer caters to people with bad credit. So when they offered me a 17 percent loan I was no longer interested. I work for Wells Fargo and ended up with a 4% loan.
