While heading home to southern Arizona my 2006, 6.0 decided to blow a head gasket. Pulling a trailer gave me no option but to find a place to get it repaired so I could make it out of the valley. I like most folks were a little skeptical about going into a dealership for service. You know the feeling, I knew that I was going to be told I needed everything.Dave Eaton, service adviser, and David Welch their Diesel mechanic were more than helpful. They understood my situation and told me like it was and what it would take to get me down the road. They directed me to the nearest RV campground so I would have a place to stay and after I gave them my truck I was given a loaner car to get around. One of the most positive auto repair experiences I have ever had. If I did not live 1000 miles away I would be taking all my vehicles there for service/repair. Thanks again guys

My car got a flat tire as I was on my way to work this morning, I called Dave Eaton and within minutes he was there to help me. He quickly got my torn up tire switched out and had me back on the road. He literally went the extra mile, great service!

I got a great deal at Butler Ford in Ashland. They beat out 2 other dealers by over a $1000. The salesman did everything he could to earn my business but was never pushy. I did all my negotiations via phone or email messages. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and polite. My only complaint is this: When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it was ready to go but it took over 4 hours before we left with the car. I did not finance this car with Ford. We had a check in hand from my bank to pay for the vehicle. We still had to answer questions as if we were financing the car with Ford. Identification, social security numbers, previous employers, and last two residents addresses, etc. The salesman said it was required by the government. He mentioned an acronym that I did not recognize. When asked what it stood for he could not explain it. The next day I got credit alerts from all 3 credit agencies saying there was a was a inquiry to my credit rating. I felt this was a invasion of privacy since I was not financing the car with Ford. My bank had already done the credit check when they approved the loan. So if you want a good deal for a car and do not mind waiting forever because of paperwork and some invasion of your privacy buy it from Butler Ford. On as scale of 1 to 5, I rate the price a 5 but the experience at the dealer a 3.

I haven't had to take my F350 in for anything other than scheduled oil change, tire rotation, filter changes, etc. But the service department waiting area is clean, good Keurig coffee and the people are friendly. The service department itself is good-I get called when the truck is ready. I would recommend them to anyone needing Ford service/maintenance.

As people proceed though life, hard times may find themselves at your door. After working with Joel, Rocky and Ricky at Butler Ford, I have been able to turn some of those hard times around. They made the purchase of my new Ford Focus, effortless, and each one's personality was that of respect and a genuine helpfulness. Thank you, Joel Rocky and Ricky, you all are awesome.

Even if I wasn't already driving down to Ashland from Eugene to visit family for the holidays, I would have come over the snowy passes to purchase my first brand spankin' new Kia Soul from Rocky at Butler Ford. I had test driven a few different new and used makes and models in Eugene, and when I drove a 2015 Kia Soul I instantly knew that was my next car-to-be. When I conferred with my brother in Ashland he said, sit tight.. let me call Rocky. Not only is my 2016 Kia Soul a 1.6L manual with 32 miles (vs the 1.6L automatic with a whopping 23,000 miles in Eugene) but was cheaper than the 2015 Soul I fancied, more over with an APR half that of what my bank had offered. I couldn't say yes fast enough to this deal. All told, my (large) family has bought 6 cars through Rocky, and not a once has anyone been the least bit disappointed in the deal, service, and personableness we have consistently and genuinely received. Would I recommend this dealer to a friend? Heck yes, and to my grandmother too. Thanks Rocky for making this a very merry Christmas for me :)

Rocky and Joel were fantastic! Great buying experience from salespeople who listened to what I wanted, gave me a very fair price and wanted nothing more than for me to be happy with the purchase so that I would come back for future business.......great dealership and great experience!
