Excellent response to my concern. Just a little problem with the headlight lens in one side I noticed. But the service advisor said both sides needed to be addressed. New parts were ordered and installed in a short time. The advisor was very knowledgeable and stayed in touch with me the whole time.

So Honda of Buena Park screwed me over big time. I bought a new honda civic last week, took it and got it inspected by both Uber and Lyft, cancelled my insurance from my trade in, got rideshare insurance and paid a deposit which was my money for my car payment of the car I traded in. Then 8 days later they call me to tell me that they couldn't go through with the loan and that I needed to bring the car back or else come up with a $9000 deposit.I was so furious, I can't believe that they would do something like this to somebody. Now I'm stuck with no money to make my car payment which was due a week ago and have to pick up the pieces and fix this mess that they pressured me into.On top of all that, when I picked up my old car they gave it to me with a flat rear tire. What a way to top it all off.If you think about buying a car then please do not go to Buena Park Honda

Had an overall great buying experience. I was able to negotiate over the phone and drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase the car same day. When I got there the salesman was waiting for me and had the car prepared for test drive. There were no surprises throughout the entire process.

Needed an oil change, and was able to book an appointment late in the day on Tuesday, for 7:20 AM the next morning. They took me in at 7:10, replaced filter, changed oil and completed a thorough inspection and I was on the road by 8:00. The service consultant, Oscar Rodriguez, was extremely courteous, helpful and ready to answer questions about future service needs. I can most enthusiatically recommend Buena Park Honda Service Department as the place to go.

Employees are very nice and helpful. However, the leasing process was not very smooth. Lease payments for my previously leased Honda that I was trading in was not cancelled. It took a 2 months after my purchase for it to get noticed and get resolved.

Excellent customer service. Maintenance completed in a timely manner. Did not try to oversell. The waiting lobby is comfortable. There are a couple of t.v's to keep you occupied. Snacks and coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water are available. Restrooms are close by and everything is spotlessly clean. Love my Honda Dealership!

I never have an appt for service, but barely have to wait. Drive right in and give them you service needs. Always pleasant, nice interior atmosphere if you decide to wait (free hot drinks) vending machine works for my son. I was having my oil and rear brakes replaced so I used the shuttle service which worked out well. Prices were less than a local car repairman and you get Honda parts, which are better.

Sales is helpful and upfront. Sales called me to confirm appointment, and when I got there, the vehicle I was interested in was clean and parked aside in the shade ona a 95? day for me to inspect it. Good inventory selection, and fair on trade ins. Finance was easy and didn't try and oversell me on anything. They cuddle with my credit union, so I avoided an extra trip to the bank. Good experience overall.

So I decided to get my car service closer to home rather than going all the way to Hardin. Needless to say, It was one of the best experiences I ever had out of my years servicing my car at Hardin. Firstly, my service "guy" Ricky is AWESOME! He really did an excellent job with servicing my car. Importantly, Ricky is very knowledgeable when it comes to Honda. Being.a serious car enthusiast, all I got to say is that Ricky really exceeded my expectations when it came to answering questions about my car with regards to specs. This was something I never experienced with Hardin service reps in my opinion. Overall, best service ever!

i would rate my visit ??????/??????????. i notice that they needed to improve customer service.I was with my son, get our civic a change oil, after i got assisted and everything settled for the car, I asked where the play area for kids, when we get to the area, the t.v./dvd player was off. and among all the employees working there i do not know why nobody notice me figuring out how to turn on the tv (since the remote is not visible) it took me maybe 2-5 mins to find out where the configuration buttons of the tv was. i understand, it doesn't need to be turn-on (tv) all the time since not everyone who visit has kids with them.after the service, i already paid, the guy who assisted me gave information regarding what part needs to be replace for my next visit,(since i was new to honda buena park) when i got in the car i just notice when i was driving on the freeway that they forgot to update the small sticker on my wind shield regarding the info for my next service) , no biggie, but after that i was doubting that, "did they really do the oil-change?" anyway, it is a no biggie though. and regarding the car wash, i am aware the conservation of water, but i was expecting they would still offer a complimentary car wash since my car was really dirty. my comment is for honda buena park improvement not to point someone or somebody. for the question ?? (would you recommend this dealer...) i suggest add an option of "maybe"

A few weeks back I had to have my car towed to BP Honda because I had to buy a new key for my car and I didn't have any extras for them to just copy (Lost my last spare key). Anyways, when I arrived I was immediately greeted and taken care of by some of the service advisors, very approachable and friendly. I waited for about 2 minutes, if that, in the seating area before one of the service providers (Eddie) assisted me with my situation. I told him how I needed help getting a brand new key since I lost my last spare. He immediately went to the computer and jotted down mine and my car's info in a quick second. I needed my car ASAP because that was my only transportation and I needed to get to work. He arranged for a shuttle to come pick me up and that was also very quick, and got my spare key in about half the time they said it would be done, also for a pretty good price too. BP Honda was literally one of the smoothest and swiftest Honda dealerships I've ever had to deal with. They made it extremely easy and quick for me to get my key when I needed it most and I really appreciate that they didn't have me sitting around waiting for hours, knowing I had to be somewhere important. If you ever need anything for your Honda go to Buena Park Honda and ask for Eduardo Lopez. He's seriously the best!!

, I just want to share my experience. Salesperson Madeleine was excellent in servicing my needs as someone that wanted to purchase a car. She was new at Honda and did her best possible and assisting me in purchasing a vehicle of my dreams. I live out of town and without hesitation she said that she would drive my car down which was 4 hours away because my girls were not able to drive my car in the LA traffic. Before they drove my car I asked for it to be buffed out and cleaned out very well and that was done. Eric was amazing and assisting Madeleine they work great as a team. As I was waiting for the finance department I was sitting there and another salesperson sat down and started talking to me and then Eric walked by and offered me a drink. Then Madeline called me to the finance department which Reinaldo was so professional and explained the finance process very properly. The whole transaction was really smooth from the very beginning. , thank you so much for this experience. When Eric drove my car down he took the time and explained how the car drove how smooth it was and was looking to see if there was anything wrong with the car as he was driving it to my home. He told me it drove really smooth and there was no problems at all I really appreciate how professional and how friendly the staff was especially because they worked as a team . Its my first B1 inspection and after getting my car back I never went anywhere but home the next day I drove the car and check tire pressure came on and I have to take my car to a tire shop to have it fixed because Buena Park Honda is not openduring Sundays.

I called and was told I did not need an appt. to have my car serviced as long as I came in before 4pm. When I got there 3 separate workers gave me grief about not having an appt. One of them said "the guys in back" get mad. When the service tech came, I told Him what happened, and that I felt like I wasn't wanted there and he just said, "it's not that". My car was serviced properly, I hope....

We received a VIP Service invitation by e-mail, and since our Civic was in need of an oil change, plus a general checkup, we made an appointment for the next day. Everything was great, from the cool coffee machine in the waiting room, granola bars and trail mix, to a thorough inspection of our vehicle, which has very low mileage, but sits around quite a bit. The Service Writer was professional and accommodating, and the mechanic who reviewed the car with us made solid recommendations, which we will follow. And, they washed the car as well! Great experience!

This dealership is great. I submitted my information for financing a car and within minutes was contacted by Ericson Zabat. He was extremely helpful and told me everything I needed to bring in order to qualify. I went in with a car in mind and Ericson helped show more other cheaper cars that were available and could fit my budget. I left with a 2015 Nissan Altima and I am very happy with the car.

In the past I have had my car serviced at Norm Reeves in Cerritos, however, the person on the phone was not helpful and rude. I decided to give Buena Park Honda a try. Oscar Rodriguezwas my service advisor. I came as a walk in and he quickly assessed my car, and within 50 minutes my oil change and car wash was finished. He estimated it would take an hour and 20 min. He was polite and gave service with a smile. Thanks again Oscar! I will be back!

My car has been having difficulty starting, so I decided to bring it into the Honda dealership. Out of all the thousands of different mechanics in Southern California, I went with Honda thinking its worth the extra bucks for the honesty. That was a tremendous mistake. I have never been more frustrated with Honda's service ever. Their "diagnosis" process brought be back into the dealership 3 days in a row that required towing each time because my car failed to start. They "diagnose" a probable cause that may or may not have been the reason why my car isn't starting. I've made it clear to them that it is my starter, but they insisted it was everything else besides the starter. So, they bleed you out dry until they get to the actual problem. I am displeased overall with the service and never plan on bringing my Honda back ever again, beside for the free oil change they vouched for me after expressing my frustration.

I brought my Honda Accord on 4-22-16 for check up on A/C fan which stopped working recently.. A/C resistor was replaced and the fan was operating in normal condition with A/C.. I was informed to PU the car and come back on Monday to replace the fan motor assembly. I paid total invoice amount of $640.16 and PU my car on Friday evening. I brought the Honda on Monday, 4-25-16 and the fan motor assembly was replaced and it is working same as it was old fan motor.I am disappointed that after replacing the A/C resistor the fan started working in normal condition than why it was replaced with the new fan assy ? If you are in my place would have asked the same question, it was not necessary to replace the whole fan motor assembly since it started working fine with replacement of A/C resistor

We came in to buy a car and Victor the sales person came up to us with a big friendly smile, great eye contact and firm hand shake. He listened to our needs and helped us as much as possible with the price. Unfortunately we didn't agree on price at first and Victor still volunteered to give us a ride to our church. The wife and I stopped by to look at a truck, and a friendly big guy greeted us as we looked around. His name was John Buhs, and he treated us professionally, but with a family feel. When walking to Buena Park Honda to buy a new car, the staff there was very helpful and was never pushy to buy a car like the other dealers that I was looking for a new car at. I was looking to buy a car at a dealer that wasn't trying to force me into buying a new car, more on someone that was making me feel comfortable and was very honest with me and not giving me the run around. I had made my decision to buy what I was looking for and went inside to do all the paper work and again the staff was very helpful.One of the staff members there that I could say was very helpful and I felt like I had already knew him because he was so helpful and patient with me and was good at what he was doing so it was easy for me to go through the process was Frank Gomez he always checks on me to make sure we are satisfied with the buying process.

I was desperately looking for cars and after two failed dealership attempts with unhelpful staff I decided to come into Buena Park honda. There we were helped by Ed kim. Let me tell you Ed is one employee to definitely ask for. The level of commitment and his professionalism and superb customer service was just phenomenal. I came in for a used car and stubbornly not wanting to even look at new cars. Ed gave me different options and was very attentive to my needs. He gave me such amazing options that I left with a brand new 2015 Honda Civic with all those beautiful extras that make my life so much easier. I didn't think I could afford a new car but Ed and Anthony gonzalez made the process both easy and a pleasant experience. There are other dealers much closer to my house but the service I receive even to this day is what makes me recommend and come to Buena Park honda. I came in with my dad to buy my first car. I bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado from Victor B and he did everything he could to help my dad and I. The truck had a small problem with the rubber weather strip on the window and Victor made sure he took care of us and I will be back on Tuesday to get it fixed. I went into Buena Park Honda to buy my own lease after 3 years. Victor Burtea was the one that was helping us, at first I had my guard up since he was a salesman but after I got to know Victor I realized he was different. All the other salesmen pushed me away but not Victor, he spent so much time trying to help me and he even asked his finance manager Michelle to help me. Together they fought for me and explained how they could help me save money. Tony also did our financing and he was great too, all in all, go to Buena Park Honda and go see Victor if you want great customer service and need someone to go above and beyond to help you.

My dad and I stopped by Buena Park Honda the other day to see what cars they had. We met John Buhs out front, and he was very nice, and kind of funny - in a nice way. He showed us some cars, and we had to decide which one to buy. So we left, and made an appointment to come back on Saturday. I knew we would be late, but John said that it was okay. I came all the way down from Kern County just because my friend bought a car from BPH. Victor was the man and took care of me and my cuz. There was a girl with him too that was shadowing him and she was great too. Anyways, I couldn't get a car at first and I left the dealership but Victor called me 5 min after and he spoke with the bank and got me approved!!! Saved me from a long and depressing trip home. I have to say I've owned a truck for a year from a different dealer and it has been the worst experience of my life as far saving gas or even trying to get service with "financial auto sells" I was referred to Honda dealer by a close friend of mine, I was told to ask for John, first he made me feel so comfortable and not like just a client, he made sure I felt at home and even got snacks for my son. I came in hopeless and not thinking I could ever own a car from a huge dealer, I have to say he made it happen, he worked with me and my financial constrains now I'm leaving honda with a brand new car!!!!!!! This is my very first time to choose a Japanese car. And the dealer there treated me as a friend. They responded promptly even if you emailed them at night. They made several calls to remind me the appointment time. When I got there, the car was ready for a test drive without waiting. The salesman JR talked with us like our friends and he made no pressure on me. It seemed that he preferred making friends with customers rather than selling their cars. He also gave many suggestions about how to maintain a car. Finally I got my dream car, although it is a pre-owned car. And the buying process was easy and happy. Dealt with Rahn Kelly who helped us n buying a CRV for my daughter. Low pressure, helpful, friendly and very courteous. Rahn even drove to my hoe after the sale was done to pick up a check because I neglected to bring my checkbook to the dealership. We were also treated right by Tony, Finance Manager. Was in the market for a 2013 certified Honda Civic and found a great car listed in here. Offered a price that looked ok to me for the car and my offer was accepted after few hours. I was there at 7 pm and greeted by one of their managers, Paymon. He was good and courteous. My car was ready for a drive at the VIP stall. By this time one of their Sales rep was there to accompany me, his name is Luis Tomacino. I checked the car, took it out for a drive and liked it. The car had some minor scratches that, if buffed off properly, would go away. Again this car was just 8 months old and even a small spot will draw your attention. I tried to add some freebies because of those scratches but was not successful doing that. Finally the paperwork was done and it was time to write the check. Jay Hum, one of the Finance guys helped me with last bunch of paperwork. He is very fast so make sure you take your time to read the papers before signing it. In my case, he was very patient as I read through the documents I had to sign. They arranged for my car to be delivered that night itself (it was already 11 pm and ticking). I reached home with the car I was driving and the new car by 11:45 pm. Could not thank Luis Tomacino more. One star taken out since they did not do much on the scratches or did not offer me any additional service. Believe me, this was my first time in a dealership with not so good reviews and I was pleasantly surprised by Luis's dedication and customer service.

Although salesman was not knowledgable about that particyular car the process was smooth and he was very helpful. Manager negotiated a fair price reduction without hassle. Finance was very helpful in dealing with my credit union. I am a very satified customer, I would use this dealer again.

Everyone was very nice, the facilities were clean, the car I was looking at was ready for a test drive and had a VIP tag in it just for me. There was no pressure or haggling. They were slow to accept my offer which meant I was already shopping for a different car when they called me back - this is one of the reasons I did not buy the car I test drove.

DO NOT TRUST! Stay away from this dealer if you are really serious about buying a car! They do not have any bit of values for a customer's time and effort. I was working with this person by name "Michael Wells". He gave me an appointment for Sunday 11AM as I wanted to test drive a specific configuration CRV that was listed on their site! I specifically mentioned I would be driving down from San Diego and to let me know if they have plans of selling the car to some other buyer. This person knew I would have to start early morning for a 11AM appointment and at 9.30AM some other representative calls up and says this car was sold late night Saturday! When I asked for the time she says, 12 in the night! How hilarious!! LOL By this time I'm already in LA and when I ask for a proper response, both the representatives have no answer and on top they are so rude! I really doubt if they even have that car or they just want to attract people and so list unnecessary specials etc. Bottomline - Do not trust!

I have been going to get my oil change done at your dealership. However, today, I was denied of that service, while i had a 4:40pm oil change appointment way head of time, simply because they have sent everyone home and no one will do the service. How can I make an appointment for a time that a service cannot be given to me. I am so frustrated because I am due for a service already. I do not have time to do it on weekdays. I find this really disappointing and unprofessional. Don't you guys check your appointments before sending your service team home?!!! Disappointing!!!!! I find that hard to believe that they overlooked as simple as an appointment for a basic oil change. If they cannot do the service then they should block that stupid time online that way no one will think that it is available when it is not. Because of this, I will no longer come back at this site for my services nor recommend friends and family to make purchases as well as services. What a waste of time!

I recently wrote a bad review regarding the service my car received. On my paperwork, Eddie had been very descriptive on the work my vehicle needed. Why it was'nt done, i don't know. Nevertheless, he was very professional, friendly, and helpful when i returned to the dealership VERY ANGRY. Immediately, Eddie & Joe helped me out and assured me my car would be fixed accordingly. I think the quality of their service is poor -- One husky guy did not take my concern seiously about my Honda Pilot A/C not sounding right -- Every so often the power of the air would dwindle -- He claimed that was normal -- It was after the warranty of my A/C was expired that the A/C stopped working -- Another time, I told him of my Honda Pilot having an inside-leak when it rains a lot -- This same lazy guy said I would have to take it to a shop (outside of Honda) for them to figure it out and resolve it -- I even left a message on his manager's voicemail, complainig about this lazy guy's poor service, and never got a call-back -- I am so turned-off by Buena Park Honda and their poor service -- I now go to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos -- I told one of the Norm Reeves guys my A/C story -- He is going to talk with soneone at Honda Headquarters and see if I can have my A/C serviced without having to pay the full price -- So, goodbye to Honda Buena Park, and back to Norm Reeves Cerritos

Buying the car took 3 1/2 hours. Very slow. All was fine until after we returned home, two days later. Dealer called and wanted to change the financing terms. Wanted a higher rate than agreeded to in the signed binding contract or wanted $2000.00 more down on the car. I told them to take the car back.

Buena Park Honda had an upfront price model which I really liked. They give you their bottom price right away. Most of the dealers I called could not beat it. The 2012 Odyssey that I wanted was not in stock, so I had to wait about 2 weeks for it. About a week later, Tin informed me that he could drop the price another $500!!! Keep in mind, most of the dealers I spoke with didn't want to match his previous price. Anyways, it was a great experience, and they didn't play any games with me as I was signing papers. Very straightforward process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This dealer is not reliable at all and the service adviser Roy Brewster is full of lies. Just after few days I spent as much as $400 for a regular service at this dealer, my car started getting trouble and stalled few times roadside. My car had no problem before the service. I sent back my car to this dealer on following weekend and asked them what happened. Roy Brewster told me it might be because I did not use Honda spark plug. After few hour, he called me and said the problem is not from idle control valve as I asked but a parts about $780 (parts only) next to idle control valve need to be replaced. I refused his recommendation due to their bad credit. But his paperwork shows "recommended New Idle Control Valve". I fixed my CRV at somewhere else. The problem is what he put on the paperwork but not what he said on phone. And Honda CRV idle control valve is never as expensive as $780.Firstly, they create problems when they service. Secondly, they lie when they repairing.

Hi, me and my wife visited Buena Park after a couple of other dealers. We were looking for a hard to find 2011 Odyssey. The color and the price willing to pay were specific. I had done my research and was not going to pay more than the fair price. At the previous dealers we visited we did not have luck. They were either wanting a lot more money or tried playing last minute price games. Anyways, our experience at Buena Park was completely different. They had the car we were looking for and were sincere thought the negotiation process. They obviously went back and forth with their offer and we remained firm with our offer. At the end, they agreed and we got our car. Again, the negotiation process was not as painful as it was at other places and more than anything we were treated in a friendly manner. From my experience, If you know what you are willing to pay (fair price), they at Buena Park are willing to make it happen,

The Service advisor Dave Kelly is full of lies. We dropped off our car at 7:00 am for a major tune. Then we called him an hour later to change our order to an inter service and this guy said we can't change it because the job is done. How can you do a whole major tune up within an hour time? Aside from that we check everything they said they had done to the car and they didnt even rotate the tires. We went back there and told them to do the job that they missed to do and they did but we also timed them and it took them 45 minutes just to rotate the tires. If it takes them 45 min to rotate the tires how the hell can they do a major tune up within an hour? Word of advise to anyone who takes there car here for a service.... GO ELSE WHERE! ! ! They are over priced, the service advisor has no clue (because they are too lazy and out of shape to get up from their desk to actually check on the status of the cars), They will make you come back and tell you a different problem with your car so you will have to come back to them. To Buena Park Honda Service Dept.- DO the job right the first time and stop all your the lies that you tell your customers

We have a 2008 Honda Fit that we paid cash for, and a few months back had to replace the plastic cover on the underside of the engine due to hitting a piece of a tire in the roadway. While it was already a burden having to buy the new part, the dealership tried to gouge us for over $8.00 each for the plastic push-rivet fasteners to hold it in place. Went to the local Lowe's for something completely different and happened to look in their specialty fastener drawer and found the same plastic fastener for about $1.00 each. Today I called the dealership to get a price for floor mat hooks, which many dealers sell online at a price range of $1.34 - $1.40 each with a suggested retail price of $1.85 - $1.90 each. I figured I would call BPH and pick them up on the way home. First--they are "special order items" (Hello? Do we sell Hondas? Same clips used in Civics, Fits, Accords....and we don't keep them in stock...?? wow....) And the real kicker....SRP of $4.65 each. Amazing. I know dealerships make money on their back end sales, but they don't have to give it to their customers in the back end....

Purchased an 07 Civic LX sedan from Buena Park Honda today. Background: To say that this car is popular is an understatement as I've searched many dealers these few weeks and they've been out of stock and/or on order. This is my second Honda Civic purchase in the past two weeks and what I've learned is that some dealers will hide a popular car until they find someone who will be pre-qualified to take on the extended warranty before they magically reveal the car is available otherwise it will be on the way "in a week." Since I had been lied to by other dealers during my shopping experience, I wasn't going to take it anymore and I would only buy if a dealer had the car in stock, physically on the lot.Well, after calling and emailing 7 dealers around SoCal, I was very frustrated with the false promises and thought I'd give just one more call before giving up... I made this call to a dealership I hadn't heard about before in my area. Buena Park Honda. So George Roman took the call. I wasn't interested in another round of games so point blank I asked him if he would be able to match one of the other dealership's internet price. He was very upfront with me and said yes right away. He then went to make sure the car was in stock and he called back to confirm. We set an appontment and made the deal happen in a little more than an hour. No games, no false promises, it was quite a strange to tell you the truth; normally when I go into a car dealership, I'm expecting a circus that usually goes into buying a new car. My other Civic bought from Honda World in Westminster a week and half ago, took four hours and it was the worst experience. I will post it on the review board there when I have a chance. Anyway, today's deal with BP Honda was probably the most pleasant car-buying experience I've had and it was so fast that I will definitely be back to buy all my future Hondas there.The internet pricing option saved me a lot of time and money and opened my eyes to a lot of dealerships. Some are better organized than others and the one at BP is decent. I had faster responses from their competitors, but they didn't have what I wanted. It worked out well because I discovered a dealership that seems to be on the upswing. I noticed many of the Buena Park Honda folks were upbeat, enthusiastic and they all congratulated me on the purchase. Again, this is unusual because at the other Honda dealerships I've been to, the people would look away or show their best poker face rather than give eye contact when I walked by after a purchase. What a difference a week and a half makes. Also, special thanks to Christina the Business Manager. She took time to explain everything in detail and was very professional in answering all of my concerns about the financing details. Not only a great professional, she's a great person too. Thanks again to George, Christina, and everyone there for making the car-buying experience an awesome one.

I found this dealer through an internet quote service. George Roman called me and asked what other quotes I had received for the car I wanted. I told him the best quote I'd received and he said he would match it. I asked whether he had the particular color I wanted and he said he did. I verified that he would give me that price for that car and that he had the car on the lot. I then drove an HOUR to his location. Upon arrival he showed me the car, it was indeed the color & trimline I wanted.We sat down to do the paperwork, but suddenly the price had been inflated by over $1000 with "accessories." He had not mentioned any accessories on the phone. I did not want any of the accessories. But he would not remove them.I ended up wasting two hours and driving 80 miles for a classic "Fargo" accessories scam. This dealer is not honest.

I got a great deal and they gave me a more than fair trade-in amount for my Toyota. They gave me a great deal up front and then were very patient while I looked around at Norm Reeves and Garden Grove. When I came back they gave me an even better deal and worked with me to find just the right color. I was honest and upfront with them and they were honest and upfront with me throughout. Very nice!

Had an extremely negative experience. Bought a car from Buena Park Honda in December '03 and came back in April for my first oil change, supposedly "free" as promised by my sales rep. He just scribbled a reminder on a piece of paper that the first service would be free-of-charge.<br><br>After arriving and being greeted by the service rep, they immediately go on the defensive and tell me that they don't normally do free oil changes without the proper "paperwork" and tell me to see a sales manager. I go see the sales manager and pretty much tells me "tough" and that they can't do anything about it, except to go talk to the sales rep, who conveniently does not work there any more.<br><br>I find it hard to believe that they don't care about their customer base, all over a $29.95 oil change. They were not friendly at all and were not very accomodating either. I would NOT recommend this dealership.<br><br>I tried giving them a chance. First, the sales was poor and they tried to strong-arm us into trading in our used car for only $400 (excellent condition '91 Toyota Camry). In addition this added experience with the poor customer service just for a "free" first checkup for $29.95 confirmed my belief that this Buena Park dealership is incompetent, unfriendly, and not very accomodating to their customers.<br><br>AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
