From the moment we walked onto the lot, we felt welcomed, as Fred greeted us. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, we didn't feel any pressure from him to buy like most sales lots. Our overall buying experience was very smooth from start to finish. The used vechicles on this lot are of very high quality and the staff is excellent. We went back the next day to pick up the vechicle and before we drove the car off the lot Bill took the time to go through all the features of the car. Everyone was very accommodating and willing to work with us, this was by far the best buying experience we've had. I would def recommend buying a vechicle here.

My husband and I just purchased our 2009 Toyota Camry from this dealer. Bill was very nice and answered any questions we had along the way. When it came time for paperwork everything was super easy and quick. They were never pushy with anything which is great! I would definitely reccomend this dealer!

Recently in search of a crossover vehicle. Found a Buick Enclave at Broadway Cars LLC. Worked with friendly Sales Manager Bill Tucker. Bill not only give us wonderful customer service, but also a fair purchase price. When my husband and I had a concern, Bill was able to take care if it with no questions asked.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. Bill was great very friendly and helpful, and best of all not pushy at all. Great selection of cars, I ended up getting a Mitsubishi and I absolutely love the car. Financing and the whole process was very easy. If your looking for a car you should at least check this place out you won't be dissapointed.

With out a doubt the most easy and friendly experience I have ever had when buying a car.Bill and Fred went way out of there way to make this purchase as easy as possible and even paid my deductible on my extended service plan when I had a problem . Best place ever will buy from again without a doubt

They made us feel comfortable right away; offered coffee, tea or water and a snack to our son. Our salesman, Bill was incredible-he explained everything in detail about the options available for the vehicle we were looking for and the amount of money we could spend. We will be purchasing another vehicle soon from Broadway Cars

I bought a car a couple weeks ago from Bill Tucker. He was great. He was able to accomodate my work schedule, even staying later so I wouldn't need to take any time off from work. I live 50 miles away from the dealership and they were very accomodating, so much in fact that when I needed to trade in my old plates for new ones at the DMV and didn't have any way of getting there my self they offered to drive me there. Their driver Joe took me over to the DMV and was extremely helpful, so much in fact that he came in with me and helped expedite the process. He even offered to pay the $1 fine for turning the plates in when I realized I did not have any cash on me. I was very impressed. In the future when I am in the market to buy another car I will definitely be going back to Broadway Cars, LLC

We bought a used Buick Enclave this week from Bill Tucker of Broadway Cars. Bill was excellent to work with even more so because we were traveling from out of state to purchase our vehicle. He made the buying process easy. We also worked with Fred. He was great too. I would highly recommend Broadway Cars in Albany, NY. Great service, sales and inventory.
