Literally the worst service experience ever! We have been to a few Mitsubishi service centers and have had great experiences. We gave them a couple times hoping it was just a bad day but each time is worse. This one is HORRIBLE! They wouldn't fill our fluids when asked, they put our windshield wipers on wrong and this past time, our car came back running so rough! We have a brand new car, it should not be running as rough as it is. They just chalked it up to wear and tear. It was NOT that rough when we took it in the shop and it came out sounding horrible. I would NOT recommend their service department at all!

Earl Kober was great! I started talking to him through there website back in Dec. He always followed up to answer my questions even though i told him I was a couple months away from buying. Once I decided that I wss going to buy a 2016 Outlander SE I called him and made the trip down there. (a hour away from where i live) There was 2 other dealers closer to me but as soon as i told them I was a couple of months a way from buying I never herd anything from them again. After some friendly no pressure negotiating I drove it home. Earl and everyone there was very nice. And by the way, I also sold cars for over 20 years before I retired from the business so It was nice to buy from a dealership that did a great job from start to finish !!!

Went in for warranty work on my Lancer Evolution. The warranty fix was done but they left a nice gash on my driver side door. After getting a run around for two weeks they said they would fix it. I drop the car off to get the paint repaired and when I returned it was just the worst touch up paint job ever. Its blotchy, uneven and sticks out like a sore thumb. I expect to get my vehicle in the same condition as I did I dropped it off. I am no longer getting any responses back from Brandon Mitsubishi. I've tried contacting them many many times but I keep getting no response or just the run around so I'm done. Stay away from this stealership.

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff. I am very happy with my experience here and will be coming back in the future. They also were the only mitsu dealer that had the specific vehicle i was looking for in all of tampa bay. Daniel Norris was a very fun and friendly sales person to work with. Im very happy!! He treated my family and I with the respect and appropriate attitude I expected. He is definetly a strong asset to mitsubishi. A+++

6 calls made attempting to schedule service appointment. Left message for service to call back with no response. Will have to find different service dealership. Love the vehicles and have owned 6 since 1994.

would never ever recommend your company I will put this all over tampa and florida too you don't take r time when some buying a car all u need it there money and that all u need but I will go every where and take bad about your company
