My car broke down one morning on the way to work and I walked into Braman the moment it opened and Jorge in the Cadillac division for service was so helpful. He was very attentive through the whole process of my car needing repairs and he was very thorough, he sent me updates as needed and made sure I was taken care of. I received my car back in mint condition and they also did a great detail on it before I took it home. If you ever need any service for your Cadillac I recommend Jorge!

Alejandro Diaz was amazing! I live 3 hours away and drove to Miami specifically to deal with Alex. He worked out a deal with my husband over the phone for a beautiful Cadillac. I drove 6 hours (3 there and 3 back) to pick up my car and I am happy I did. The car and the deal were exactly as promised. I found Mr. Diaz to be honest, straight forward, and not pushy in the least. He was very professional and courteous. I will be purchasing more vehicles from him in the future.

Honestly, I hesitated to shop for a vehicle in Miami thinking that the dealers in Miami would have higher prices than Ft Lauderdale, Delray/Boca, and even Palm Beach. I went to countless dealers in those areas in search of a GREAT deal over the course of 2 weeks. Then, one day, in a hurry during my lunch hour, I walked into Braman Cadillac just to see what they could do. I certainly didn’t think I’d drive off with a brand new car that day! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who called Jorge Dominguez to help me. Jorge was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, very honest with me (which I value tremendously). I explained that I had been shopping for about 2 weeks, I already had a price in mind and I needed to lease a vehicle “like yesterday”. There was no back & forth, he gave me the best deal I had been offered in 2 weeks! Since I was on my lunch hour, I left the dealer and returned after work. All the paperwork was completed and my XT6 was ready to go. Jorge made the process easy and painless and he gave me the best deal! Thank you Jorge and thank you Braman Cadillac!
