Stepped for on the lot and was very impressed. No pressure, friendly and courteous staff of professionals. Must mention Robert Davis for his quality of service and Joe from the finance dept. highly recommended. Just drove our new car off the lot. We did not buy car from them, but we changed our maintenance to them. The waiting room is always clean. People working there are all really polite and nice. They told me they treat their customer as family. They do. I brought my dog to the store twice, they gave my dog water and food. We will definitely stay with them.

We are already loyal Subaru owners, and Bob Moore Subaru has only made us even more loyal to the brand. Aaron Scott was incredibly friendly and helpful, and G, who accompanied us on our test drives, was also very fun to work with. I had the increasingly rare request for a manual transmission, and they went out of their way to find something that would work for me. When the car they had in stock wasn't quite my favorite color, they threw in extra-dark tinting to sweeten the deal.Even after that, when the price ended up being more than we were prepared to spend, Aaron went above and beyond and gave us a great deal on the car. Jason, who helped us on the finance side of things, made the process easy, and was very transparent with what he was doing, and encouraged us to check the numbers and made sure we were comfortable with everything. We now know where we will be going to service both of our Subarus, and will continue to work with Aaron on any future purchases.

I believe this was the best experience I have ever had buying a used car from a dealership. Easy transaction from start to finish, no pressure at all. The salesman I dealt with was Sam Grimmett, this was an Internet transaction. I discussed with him the car I had seen on his lot, asked a few questions, which he answered, discussed pricing, there was no pressure and no haggling, with what I could do financially, we reached and andgreementand I went to the dealership and purchased the car, with my preapproved loan. I've purchased at least 10 cars over the years (3 from Bob Moore) and I must say this is the first time I truly enjoyed the process. Chris was friendly, helpful, but mainly he really listened to me and understood what I was looking for and what concerned me.He answered my question in a straightforward fashion and was so excited to show me the features of the vehicles we looked at...with his help I fell in love with the Legacy! I'm not sure what I did or didn't do to get the 5 star service when it came to car buying... I had been looking for a particular Subaru... that's not ay the dealership yet ... meet sales man (Ricky) who explains that I can reserve the car with a deposit of good faith ... talk and text with him ... and after a few days come to a mutually acceptable price... he says he'll call me right back. An hour or two later tells me that because the car is so desired... the agreed upon price is null and void BUT that I could still "reserve" the car at full sticker price.? Which according to Truecar I would be pretty much ripped off if I agreed to..... Totally blindsided by this because that's not what had been told to me this entire time. Either way it appears the front sales staff are useless and pointless intermediaries that for whatever reason tell you one thing till they talk to the actual decision makers who I never met but apparently decided ... nah lets make this guy pay full price because he clearly knows what he wants and we have it ... Never would I do business with this dealership or recommend them to anyone I care about. Man I hate this type of car buying experiences. Did some research and now going to take my business anywhere but here.

Chris Caseys service was truly exceptional. I had called him the same day the Van I bought was posted online but the pictures were not yet up at the time. He had described the Van as being in excellent condition and ready to drive cross country. With no pictures to go by, I was a bit apprehensive but the sincerity he exuded during our brief conversation stuck with me.A few days later, I saw the van again this time with 30 pictures. It looked so good and I called Chris again this time to negotiate a price. Long story short, I was on the plane the following day to OKC. Chris met me at the Airport, took me to the Van and to my surprise the Van was exactly as he had described it. It actually did beat my expectation.Paperwork was brisk and in less than an hour, after Chris had stocked me with all the snacks I needed for my 14 hour drive back home, I was on my way. I put over 900 miles on the Van the same day I got it only stopping for gas and short rests to stay awake.I called and thanked him for his honesty telling him this by far is my best experience at buying a used car ever. I absolutely recommend anyone looking to buy at Bob Moore Subaru in Oklahoma City ask for Chris by name to be his sales representative.I cannot thank him enough! Oh, my wife loves this Van now, that to me is the proof in the pudding

Firstly, let me just say that I don't like car salesmen. So, my wife's nearly gets killed after a guy runs a red light, totaling the car, AND my daughter's F-150 with over 200K miles finally "has to be taken out to the pasture", all at the same time. I have to get them transportation ASAP, and at this time money happens to be tight, so I'm irritated anticipating going in and dealing with some car salesman that plays games and wants to rip me off. You get the picture.I have never met a guy like Gunnar. I go in expecting the usual high-powered game smile trying to "close the deal" every 5 minutes... and Gunnar was just a different world than that. Brutally honest, to the point, humble, and listened before telling me some options. Looks me in the eye and tells me "I'm not going to try and sell you something just to make a sale and I know what it's like to be in the situation you're in."Turns out Gunnar had a similar situation as me, and when you almost lose a loved one in a car crash it changes you. My girls will be in nothing but the safest vehicles possible now. This guy knows more than most auto-mechanics and explains automotive engineering in a way a lay person can understand, which made me consider some vehicles I wouldn't have before.The reason we will use Gunnar from now on is he knows everything about cars and what is important to people. He made the financing work to my surprise, and it was actually a good deal.I write this with a debt of gratitude, and if Gunnar ever goes to another dealership, I'm going where he is.

I loved my Used Subaru Outback I purchased from Bob Moore in March, until it started to feel like I was driving over a cattle grate in May. I moved out of state therefore I traded the old new one for a new outback. I would recommend that prior to buying a used car that you find out how much a new transmission will cost, and do more than kick the tires.

We were looking for a slightly used Subaru Forester and found this one online. We live 75 miles south of the dealership and called to ask about the vehicle. Robert was very helpful from the phone call to driving onto the lot. We looked at several cars when we arrived. He took us on a great test drive and when we decided which vehicle we liked best, he made the process very easy. We then proceeded to the finance office where we talked to Jason. We told him about our ore-approval from Tinker Credit and the process was fast. There were a couple of issues with the car and Robert was very helpful and resolved those issues quickly. We felt like they appreciated our buisness and they wanted to help us any way they could. Our overall experience with purchasing this vehicle was the best we have ever had from any dealership. Very friendly and helpful salesman and finance officer. They are both highly recommended!

They wont be pushy or blow your phone up if you dont buy on your forst visit, much better experience than other dealers in the area. It took a little long on the paperwork side, but I love the car so a couple extra hours isnt much. Kinda lowball on trade in offers, but the economy is what it is. Would buy from them avail and will recommend them to others.

The salesman did not create the best buying environment for me. It was unsettling and I was on the cusp of walking simply because of the salesman and the conditions I was being put in. The salesman and his manager made me feel belittled and put into a corner. I was remorseful and frustrated the next few days after buying. In retrospect I wish I had gone to a different dealership to buy.

I really love my car. I think I got a reasonable deal and I had no issues with my salesman. He was patient and walked me through all the features on the car. Ivan was great ensuring that I received exactly what I wanted (and I was picky). My only complaint is that the finance guy (I can't remember his name) presented the extra warranties as an all in one package...In reality it was multiple and I wouldn't have bought all of them if that had been explained. However, even with this "hiccup" I'm happy and would go back.

Approached by an informed salesman on product knowledge. Hospitality to not only myself but my 80 year old Mother that came along for the ride... The color of car/package that I wanted was not available at this dealership, and arrangements were made to have one brought in. Easiest car purchase I have ever made. Upon delivery of car, I was oriented to my new ride and on my way. Eager to see how the service maintenance is handled. I was working with Aaron Scott to buy a car. We had numbers set and I was in the middle of the paperwork with the bank. The manager sent me over paperwork with final numbers. When the dealer Aaron called me he said they sold the car that morning and he was sorry. I did not offer full price but he did not give me the decency to call and ask if I would pay more they just sold it from under me. They are more worried about the sale than the customer. Be wary with them. The manager was completely unaware they sold the car from under me and was very apologetic. The salesman didn't seem to care.

Robert is not like any other salesman in that he is very honest and straight forward. I bought a 2016 WRX Limited from Robert recently & can't be more pleased with the whole experience I received. Hassle free establishment and great salesman to deal with. We were searching for a used vehicle for my friend and came across this nice used Pontiac Torrent, so we called regarding this vehicle and spoke with Sam (from New Zealand) and was pleasurable from the beginning. We told him we live hour south of there and didn't want to waste a trip to look at vehicle that wasn't dependable or good shape. He said I would be happy to drive it for you and give you details of the vehicles handling, pickup speed and stopping. From then, we were impressed. We ventured up to this hidden gem of dealership located behind the main Bob Moore dealerships. Notice this vehicle right away, it was described as Sam stated. He drove and handling was spot on. We offered our price which was fair and the offer was accepted with hassle or long delays. Jason also helped with as well and I must say both was a pleasure dealing with. Only if I car salesman understood the customer, the stress, and desires of the customer buying a car would be less stressful for sure. We already had our loan approve through USAA and printed off the loan guarantee papers for finance and signed the paperwork and was in and out in no time....very impressed by the professional of this dealership and their employees. If you go to this dealership ask for Sam or Jason and your car buying experience will be less painful and the transition will be smooth. Hassle free and easy experience. We were searching for a used vehicle and spoke with Sam (from New Zealand) and he was fantastic. We live hour away and he took this car for a drive for us describing every detail of the vehicles handling. That just don't happen. Amazed and speaks volumes of this saleman and the dealership. We also had great experience with his associate Jason. Treated as value customer beyond words from both salesmen. We easily agreed upon price and since we had our financing already done with USAA it was a breeze. In and out in no time. Would highly recommend both these salesmen.

Called dealer three times got no answer when trying to inquire about the car I wanted. Got an answer finally, spoke to salesman he spoke over me multiple times when asking me about my info and what I was looking for. Instructed the salesman I would be at the store at 5pm, he acknowledged, showed up at 5pm he was on a demo had to sit there for 15 minutes waiting for keys to test drive. Bought the car the next day through my personal lender, fiance manager tried to railroad me with financing with them seemed all nice and softspoken and I refused and wanted to do it my way. His whole demeanor changed and was rude to my wife when she went by the store. Picked the car up anyways left a graft with the store was told thank you have a good day, I was given the keys drove off. got to back to work, no dealer tag on the car and was called back to the store because I didn't sign final paperwork that no one spoke to me about ater I hand delivered the graft to a finance individual watching CNN in his office., For warning stay away from all Bob Moore dealerships except Cadillac in Norman those guys there are top notch, Cadillac personell are the best.

We had already been to several dealerships and took several test drives looking for a good SUV for our family and weren't impressed with any of the dealerships we had been to. However, we went to Bob Moore Subaru and received excellent service from Mr. Craig Repanshek. Craig took the time to explain the pros and cons of the used vehicles we were considering and really made us feel comfortable. We knew right away we could trust him to assist us with our decision making. He said that he would not sell us a car that he wouldn't put his own family in. He went out of his way to ensure the car we purchased was in excellent shape for us including facilitating the minor adjustments we had requested. His demeanor was reassuring, friendly, ethical, and honest. We couldn't have had a better car buying experience. It blew away my expectations.I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Craig at Bob Moore Subaru. He's a good guy that will take great care of his customers.

I first visited Bob Moore Subaru in July. I teach at Oklahoma State and knew that once the semester started, it would be difficult for me to find time to test drive a bunch of cars. I told all of the dealerships I visited that day that I probably wasn't going to pull the trigger until October. Ivan and Gunnar at Bob Moore Subaru were the only two who didn't treat me like a waste of their time since they weren't going to get an immediate sale. Gunnar told me about the various models they had and we discussed which one best fit my lifestyle, then Ivan took me on a test drive in an Impreza. Overall, they spent an hour with me--even knowing that a potential sale was still three months away. Ivan kept in touch via e-mail a few times between then and now, but never in a way that felt stalker-ish. I finished the paperwork on my new Impreza a week ago, and Chris was great at getting me the best deal possible. My credit isn't stellar, but improving and he went to bat for me to lower my payments as much as possible. I went down yesterday to get ResistAll applied and Brandon was great to work with. If all car-buying experiences were this stress- and hassle-free, I think people would be a lot more enthusiastic about dealing with car dealerships.

I searched for nearly a year to find the vehicle for me. The 2016 Subaru BRZ Series.HyperBlue was calling my name. I did my research on the vehicle and knew they would not last as there were only 500 built. I did my research and found that Oklahoma was only receiving a total of 6, 2 for each Subaru dealership. Bob Moore Subaru reached out to me in a more personal way than any other dealership had. It was kind of crazy to not receive an automated email response but instead an actual person answering my specific questions. Bob Moore Subaru received one of their HyperBlue's in a little earlier than expected and notified me almost immediately. I was at Bob Moore Subaru the next day. The vehicle was so fresh off the truck that it hadn't even been fueled and still had the tape on the vehicle from delivery. Normally the car would need to go through process before it can be sold but they knew how badly I wanted to see it. Robert Davis and his peer Naaman Gore decided to go expedite the process and get the tape off, clean it up some, and gas it up for me. Very happy with my purchase and very happy with the way I was treated at Bob Moore Subaru. I would definitely recommend shopping with this knowledgeable team!!

Aaron Scott and the rest of the team respect you as a customer, and treat you like an adult, instead of an ignoramus or a sucker like other dealers still choose to do. Bob Moore Subaru understands that information technology has changed the car buying experience. They are not hanging onto 20th Century paradigms in car sales. The staff acts like family towards one another, and they work at extending that some idea and sentiment towards their customers. As long as Bob Moore Subaru does not change this business model, I do not plan on buying vehicles anywhere else.

I usually dread looking for a new car. Hard sales pitches, pestering phone calls, and an unwillingness to deal. I have even had bait and switches tried. Not at this dealership. I visited Bob Moore Subaru on a Friday night to purchase my 4th Subaru. I traded a 2001 Subaru Legacy with 256,000 miles on it. Aaron Scott was my salesman and let me drive a new Legacy Premium. A good listener and I felt he was interested in seeing that I was satisfied and not just trying to sell me a car. We had an excellent experience buying through Robert Davis at Bob Moore Subaru. We were really wanting a 6 cylinder Outback, and there is generally a waiting list. We actually live closer to the Subaru dealer on 240 in OKC, but went through Bob Moore because they were able to get a 6 cylinder Outback in much sooner. My husband was out of town when the vehicle actually got to the lot, but Bob Moore was nice enough to hold it for us (when I'm sure they could have sold it the same day to someone else - that's actually what happened to us at the other dealership) for a couple of days. Robert was very no-pressure and straightforward to work with, and has been very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions post-sale. Absolutely recommend this dealership and sales person. Also, you can't beat Subaru's military discount - so vets, don't forget to ask! The only part of the sale we didn't like (mostly because we weren't prepared for it) was the finance office, which is where they sell the additional warranties and add-ons. If we'd known about those things prior to coming in to buy, we could have researched those as in-depth as we did the actual car. So there was a little pressure there to make a decision on the spot, but we're ultimately happy with our entire purchase and have basically no complaints about any part of the procedure.

Everyone worked really hard to get the cost within my budget as a teacher. Last night I called Bob Moore Subaru about a car that had been advertised on the web (Saab 9-3 Wagon) Tifani stated on the phone that she was having the lot manager check and make sure it was available. After a short delay Tiffani came back on the line and stated the car was indeed available. She set me up with an appointment and stated the car would be reserved so I could inspect and drive the car before purchase. When I arrived today at the appointed time, the salesman Naaman Gore looked for the car and came back , telling me that the car had apparently been sold last night. No one called me from the dealership, this caused me to drive 90 miles and waste my time. Naaman then proceeded to try and find out if there was another car I was interested in. This is not the way to treat a customer ! Please go anywhere but this dealership; they do not do what they say they will. Reserving a customer a car actually means holding it for that customer!!!

I'm not great with social interactions being a strong introvert, and hadn't bought a new car in over a decade. So knowing I needed to go car shopping had me filled with anxiety over the whole deal. However, working with Anthony and the process was easier than I could have imagined. He helped me test drive a Crosstrek, and then a Legacy as they were a little more reasonably priced since I definitely wanted the All Weather package. I was shopping for a new car and drove a bunch of the competition. Kept coming back to Subaru and Anthony Gore was super patient with me. In the end I put a deposit on one coming in, it didn't have the eyesight stuff. In the research I did, I was on the fence about it. Anthony explained what it was all about and that it was really worth it. He let me test drive one with eyesight and a 3.6 version. By doing that I ended up with an eyesight model and decided I didn't need the 3.6. I got what I wanted, a great price, and very easy to work with people from top to bottom. I've bought many cars throughout the years and Bob Moore Subaru is hands down the best I've dealt with.

I was determined to buy another Toyota when I went to "look" and see what they had to offer. Thinking about a used Outback, Robert said I might want to consider a Forester because I have driven pickups for the last 25 years so I gave it a test drive. He was so right. With the help of some very awesome guys, I was able to leave Bob Moore's Subaru with a brand new Crosstrek! While choosing my first car, my salesman, John helped answer every question I could think of over a one month period. Every time my dad or I thought of something we would text or email him and he would help us out! Today when I went to lease my new car, John was there to make sure I still loved my choice! Overall, my wife and I had a fantastic experience buying our 2015 Subaru Forester from Bob Moore Subaru! During a recent storm, a large tree fell over and totaled our brand new Ford Escape we had just bought in February. I have always been a Ford man; however, we spent hours researching compact SUVs and the new Forester hands down came out on top. We decided to stop by Bob Moore Subaru and test drive one, and instantly loved it. The handling was fantastic and it drove incredibly. It also put me at ease knowing the Forester received a 5-star overall safety rating, making it one of the safest SUVs on the road today. Not to mention the all-wheel drive on the Subaru makes them all the more safe in bad weather. Anthony Gore answered every question we had and did a fantastic job displaying all of the features of the car. After visiting several dealerships and test driving multiple cars, each of which had several points I was looking for (but none had everything I was looking for), I went to the internet to search for cars online. My needs were. 1. Price (under $25,000) 2, 4 wheel or AWD that was capable of at least some off road driving. 3. small SUV with good gas mileage 4. good safety rating 5. reputation for dependability 6. style 7. fun to drive 8. dealership and sales person knowledgeable and respectful I was finding this combination very hard to find to say the least, however, I stuck with it and found the perfect car for me with the right dealership and knowledgeable salesman.I sent an inquiry on the internet concerning questions on Subaru cars and was contacted within the next 5 minutes by a very nice lady who asked if I would like to come visit them at Bob Moore Subaru. I was surprised at the swiftness of the response and agreed. Upon arriving, I was introduced to Carl, who immediately started showing me all the choices and explaining the benefits and features of each. Turns out Carl use to help build them and had a very different perspective from most car sales people. I really liked his knowledgeable, enthusiastic,no pressure style and decided to test drive the Subaru Crosstrec. He started out as the driver and immediately took me to a dirt lot and showed me what this little All Wheel Drive SUV could do. What a ride! I was very impressed by the off road capability of this little sleek sporty looking SUV and when I took the wheel, found that it was quite responsive and just as fun to drive as to ride in as a passenger. From my previous online research, I already knew that the car was dependable and had a good reputation as a safe, fuel efficient car to drive.Needless to say after, trading in my car, I drove home with this great looking, fun car and have not regretted it. I really love it a lot and know I will keep it for many years to come. I now even look forward to driving my 50 minute to an hour commute each way to work!

I recently purchased a used Honda from the Bob Moore Subaru dealership in Edmond, advertised as Excellent Condition. before I had put even 2k miles on the vehicle I discovered that the engine was completely worn out and needed to be replaced. The engine did have 103K miles on it, but that is extremely low for a Honda. (if an engine goes out on a Honda at 100k, there has been some serious abuse or neglect) When discussing with the Bob Moores Sales Manager, he informed me that I had just as much luck buying off of Craigslist as with buying from Bob Moore. Yes, he actually did say that. I guess I was under the assumption that Bob Moore was reputable and wouldnt sell me a car, at full market value, that needed a new engine immediately. I would expect that from a shady used dealer and hence that was the reason I bought from Bob Moore. I trusted that they had a fair idea as to the condition of their vehicles. When I asked the Sales Manager if they checked their cars out before selling he said we cant stick our heads up in the engine and look at fifteen thousand moving parts. I was so taken aback, I didnt even mention the advent of computer diagnostics. The moral of the story dont believe that Bob Moore is going to stand behind a vehicle any more than a seller off of Craigslist that you will never see again. They will sell you a vehicle advertised as excellent Condition when it is actually in very poor mechanical condition, and then tell you they have no way to tell the difference.

I had taken my old RX8 into Bob Moore Mazda for servicing more than once and they were super helpful and understanding so I decided to come back to look for a subaru. I came in expecting to bargain and argue and get hounded by sales staff but I was pleasantly surprised. Anthony Gore came out of the store and the first thing he did was listen to exactly what I was looking for. I knew I wanted a BRZ from the first time I saw one a year ago and had done quite a bit of research recently. Anthony pointed me in the right direction and was definitely more of a guide than a pushy salesman. We went for a test drive and after some friendly banter I was sold. He made the paperwork a breeze and even brought me a more accurate price (cheaper) representation than the consumer reports I brought with me. All in all Bob Moore has never let me down and has gained a customer for life.

Carl Abrams, the salesman, showed me what they had that matched my requirements and we took a drive. The car was great. He also showed me other styles of this model, gave me printouts of prices. He understood when I said I had some other cars I wanted to look at. After looking at the other models, I decided to buy the Subaru and went back to Carl. He dropped what he was doing to find the car I wanted and get everything ready and take me to finance to finish the process. There Nick Larsen finished the paperwork. I really appreciate being treated with respect by both Carl and Nick. I am enjoying the new car and have received a couple of follow-ups from Carl to make sure I don't have any issues.

My boyfriend and I walked in to look around. everyone was nice and laidback. they made me feel great and did not pressure me into anything. I drove a XV Crosstrek and fell in love with it. They then worked with me to find me the perfect one. I ended up choosing an orange one and they had to send someone to Kansas to pick it up for me. We did not plan on buying a car on the day that we came to Bob Moore Subaru. We were just looking and wanted to look at a Subaru Crossfire as a possibility for our daughter. Anthony Gore met us and showed us what was on the lot and explained several things about the Subaru brand. Anthony was not pushy and was very polite. After a test drive we decided to purchase the vehicle. The Subaru seemed like a well built car, that was safe and could get around in a varity of conditions. I was also very impressed with the price of this car and the fuel consumption. Anthony cleaned the car and had it ready for us buy the time we got back from Financing. Anthony went over owners manuals, warranty information, service, and showed my daughter how to connect her phone to the stereo, amongst other things. We and our daughter have been very pleased with the vehicle so far. I feel like we got an excellent, well equipped new vehicle for a very good price. When we first arrived at the dealership, Tyler Ferguson met us in the lot, and we told him what we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestion based on our desires. We knew we wanted a Forester, but was originally looking for a Premium. We weren't really interested in the sunroof or luggage rack or navigation system, so he suggested a base model. He explained the differences to us, and showed us a car on the lot. We drove it and liked it very much. Tyler was very helpful and answered all our questions. The sales process was painless as well (until I wrote the check). We arrived in the late evening and stayed past closing time, but we never felt rushed or pressured. We own our retail business and we appreciated the attitude that Tyler and the sales manager had. After all the paperwork was done, Tyler sat in the car with us and explained how to use the radio, bluetooth, phone settings, etc. We are very happy with our new Forester and would definitely recommend Bob Moore Subaru and Tyler Ferguson to our friends and acquaintances.

Especially Bob Moore Subaru, which gave me the absolute best car buying experience I have had, hands down. My husband and I were in the market for a car that was sturdy, rugged, and safe for our kids. Subaru has all of that! Since I had never test driven a Subaru, Robert Davis let me test drive a Forester and an Outback to get a good feel for both of them. He was so patient while we parked them beside each other and I went over them for awhile, comparing the two. (This would not have happened at ANY other dealership I have been to in the past.) I chose the Outback because of the extra space, All-Weather package, and excellent deal we were given on it. Origionally went in to have my wifes Outback serviced and ended up trading in my Impreza for the WRX I always wanted. I had delt with Jason Webb before when buying my wifes car so I decided to use him again. What a good choice that was. Just like the first time he was very kind and curtious to me. He didn't push anything on me and did everything he could to get the price down to my acceptable range. Jason listens to what you are looking for and uses that information and his knowledge to find the vehicle you are looking for. He doesn't push anything on you or give you the "car salesman" treatment. When the sale is done you truly get the vehicle you wanted and not the vehicle the salesman tells you you want. Never owned a Subaru before. Went to Bob Moore and met JR. He wasn't what we were expecting from a "car salesman". No pressure. He let us go and browse at our pace. JR answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer immediately, he went and found out. I'm positive he would have let us test drive every car on the lot if we had wanted to. When we were still not sure and wanted to look at other dealers, he wanted us to find the car that was the best fit for us and wished us well. And we kept coming back to Bob Moore to look at Subarus and each time, JR was glad to see us and picked right back up with where we were in our search. Finally decided on the Forester. JR helped us through the purchasing process. Then the unthinkable: HAIL! Oh, no! JR was right there, letting us know about our options and we decided to go with a hail damaged Forester. Offered to explore Subaru financing with us, again with no pressure. JR helped us save a bunch of money....woohoo! Very pleased with our decision. Very pleased with JR (and Bob Moore). And very pleased with the Forester.

I dread buying new or used cars because the experience has always seemed so demeaning. I would almost rather chew on glass than deal with car salesmen. However, my recent experience at Bob Moore has changed my mind about how car dealers do business. I truly enjoyed working with our salesman, Jason Web, and would highly recommend him and Bob Moore to anyone. I am a very satisfied customer and will do business there again.

There were a few hitches when we purchased our new 2013 Subaru Outback 3.6, but everything was handled proffessionally and everyone was very polite from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership. This was the 4th new vehicle we have purchased from Bob Moore and we will definitely purchase number 5 from them :)

My wife filed for bankrupsty and we got a letter from bob saying he could help get a car. We went in to talk to him. Found a car we liked but it was a little above our approved loan amount. So we asked is there no way they could take a little off the price. Well bob then became a complete a-hole he told us he was God! And he was giving us a gift and we was to stupid to see that. While we was in his office he started talking about other deals he was working on. One was a guy that cut hair for a living and cut hair for the OKC thunder. Bob told us he was putting down 10,000 cash on a new land rover and bob then told us he was not going to tell the guy about a form he was supposed to fill out so the guy would get in trouble with the IRS just because as he said he didn't like the kid. While in his office bob also made many sexual remarks that made my wife feel very uncomfortable. He also was talking to the finance guy and told him his son was guy and they would like each other. Who talks like this and how does he have a job with the public. I will never buy a car from bob moore thanks to this a-hole bob that handles the bankrupsty loans.

Hani is the financial manager at this Dealership. He was extremely polite, helpful and went out of his way to make this transaction easy & pleasant. He was GREAT and the ratings above DO NOT reflect on Hani. HOWEVER, the Sales Manager, Danny, at the Bob Moore Subaru/Land Rover was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I had come in with my son-in-law to help him purchase a vehicle. As we discussed what had transpired over the weekend, Danny basically told me he had better things to do. He was too busy to "renegotiate" with me and "had a very busy schedule that day"! If he had been pleasant about it, it wouldn't have bothered me. It was his tone of voice and how he handled the situation that was offensive. He took me to see Hani. From that point on the experience was wonderful. I have been a Realtor for 22 years and have negotiated more contracts than Danny is old. I wouldn't dream of speaking to my clients in the tone of voice or verbiage that was spoken to me. Nor would I ever tell them "I was too busy for them"! I wouldn't recommend the dealership or send anyone there if they had to deal with Danny! I would suggest Danny find a job that better suits his personality.

I brought my 2001 Subaru Outback in for service on 2/21/13. I spoke with Brandon about changing my cabin air filters. He insisted there was only one filter in the glove box. I assured him there were 2 filters for my car. He ignored this, reused to look it up and yelled out to someone saying "all Subaru's only have one pollen filter right" which someone yelled back yeah. I know for a fact that my car has 2 cabin filters and Brandon was too lazy to look it up on the computer. He was rude, and basically called me a liar. They replaced one filter in the glove box only. I am requesting that someone educate Brandon about Subaru cabin filters and teach him some manners and basic customer service. Please listen to the phone conversations as evidence. I believe that Brandon might learn best by having to purchase and personally replace the second cabin air filter for my 2001 Subaru Outback. I was going to purchase a new Subaru this August, but after my experience with Brandon in the service Dept. this will not happen at Bob Moore. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. JR was very helpful and patient with us. He explained everything thoroughly. He was very patient with my mother who loves to negotiate! He understood what our needs were and was able to exceedingly follow through. He then brought us to the financial department where we met Hani who helped us finish the deal/paperwork. Hani was extremely helpful. He was able to guide us through every financial document with ease. He made everything clear and answered any question we had. He is very knowledgeable and personable. In the past, buying a new car has always been a frustrating and aggravating experience. We are so happy we decided to buy here. The only thing was the radio stopped working on the way home but they fixed it promptly and gave us a rental to use while they fixed it. we will definitely be back!!

I came into Bob Moore looking to trade in my old car for a 2012 Subaru. After finding out that the online price and features for the 2012 I was looking at were listed wrong (problem 1), I settled on a 2013, which ended up being cheaper anyway. I told them an exact number I wanted for my trade-in. They fed me some line about how they sell trucks faster than they sell cars, and I accepted less than I originally wanted for my trade (problem 2). Then, since I know someone who was interested in going in to buy the car I had just traded to Bob Moore, we looked up the online price -- not only do they have my old car listed online with features that it doesn't have (problem 3), they have it marked at $5k over what they valued it at trade (problem 4), which means they easily could have given me what I requested for the trade in the first place. I understand needing to run a business and make money off of used vehicles, but in combination with the many "false advertisements" on the online listings, the whole pricing experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Oh, and they haven't paid off trade-in yet. Now that I have the cons out the way, let's look at the pros. I felt that everyone I encountered, with the exception of the on-floor finance guy, were very, very nice (the sales manager, or on-floor finance guy, whoever, was in his office smiling after I accepted the trade in, which made me feel like I had been taken advantage of). I actually dealt with multiple sales people in the one night as they were all extremely busy. While I stood around for a fair amount, or waited 15 minutes to do my finance paperwork, I did walk out there feeling as though I had been taken care of or at least acknowledged while I was waiting. I did, overall, have an exceptional sales experience. I didn't feel pressured, and I felt like my concerns were acknowledged. Even the finance experience was good -- they were really backed up, but they did their best to get everyone processed quickly. Ultimately, I'm happy I bought a car from Bob Moore because of the free service up to 24k miles, as well as all the added benefits of being a Subaru owner. I just wish I would have sold my car somewhere else. I'd say my overall experience was good, and I would recommend Bob Moore to anyone seeking a new car without a trade in. I would not recommend trading your vehicle to them.

After having purchased a Subaru Forester from Dustin almost 3 1/2 years ago, he sent me an email in early December 2012 regarding the end of the year Subaru Sale. Initially, I didn't pay much attention and trashed the email. However, a couple of weeks later, I became curious as I have always liked the newer Outbacks. Dustin worked with me extremely well, no pressure, fair price and fair trade-in for my Forester. We purchased our 2013 Outback on December 31st and were "EXTREMLY" happy with our sales experience.Now the down side, after the sales process was done, we got to go to do the paperwork and UNFORTUNATELY "TIM" was the person that we had to deal with on this. "TIM" was rude, treated us as we had no clue as to what we were doing, lied to us about the payoff balance on our Forester, tried to sneak in extra charges for 4 different types of extended warranties, etc... After this fiasco was said and done and we were getting down to finalizing the deal. "Tim" had the audacity to attempt to have us sign the finance papers for monthly payment amount almost $100 higher than it should have been for the % rate that we were given. When confronted, he again had the "xxxxx" to ask how I know what the payment should be, like he was the only "idiot" that could figure or read amortization schedules.Once this was completed and we had our new Outback home, the next week, "Tim" called to inquire if we had the "originals" of the paperwork. Again this idiot had lost these papers, and I was asked to come to the dealership to "again" sign the paperwork. Now once this was completed, he again had the audacity to ask about my wife coming also coming into sign her portion of the papers. This took well over a week to get accomplished as she is a very busy executive. Not once did "Tim" offer to come to her office to have her sign the papers.Consequently - We are very happy with our new Outback. BUT if we ever had to deal with "Tim" again, we would say "xxxx no" and walk out with our old car!

Lea and Jason at the Subaru dealer were excellent to work with. Both answered all our questions and were very helpful without being pushy. Jason finalized the sale and took very good care of us when working out the details of the purchase. Both were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the experience. Danny Stapp, the sales manager, also greeted us and I believe the Subaru general manager, if memory serves, greeted us and gave us assurances. Unfortunately I can't recall his name, but he was very pleasant nonetheless. Overall the entire experience and the people we worked with were very pleasing.

Was very pleased with my looking for a new car at Bob Moore. Was not pressured by anyone, especially Alex, Had questions about comparing Subaru with other makes i was considering, and other dealers. Alex actually helped me look up others brands so i could compare mpg and prices as well as ratings and saftey of each vehicle. Showed me around dealership and introduced me to who would be working with in future. He went out of his way to explain everything and show me the car and where all the buttons were. I honestly can not think of one thing he did not do to make this a really good experience. I went to several dealers in the Edmond area as I wasn't sure what I wanted. I've not bought a vehicle in this area so I was somewhat anxious. Bob Moore Subaru had a good selection of vehicles but more importantly, they made me feel welcome and were not "high pressure". Jason Webb, the sales consultant I worked with, was very "consultive" in nature, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, the available inventory and was a real pleasure to deal with. Very friendly. I will definitely be visiting Jason and the dealership when I'm in the market for a new car in the future!

We had a terrific purchasing experience. Dustin was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process as pain-free as possible. We never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle, and everybody in the dealership was oriented at demonstrating the product and letting the vehicle speak for itself. We felt absolutely no "dealer coercion" and actually returned to the dealership in a few days to purchase the car. The price was great, and it's still hard to believe how smooth the whole process was. Bob Moore Subaru stands as an example to all other car dealers as to how car-buying should be.

I am a female and very nervous dealing with car dealerships since I had a very bad experience in 2006. I really didn't want to speak to anyone, just drive around and look. Jason was the gentleman that took good care of me. He was a very polite person and guided me along and made me feel very comfortable. The financing part was more of a taxing time, I will say watch for the add on's, they caught me off guard but once explained and I was ok with them. Overall a very good experience and a woman would feel very comfortable and not be treated like someone that could easily be taken advantage of. My wife and I were out looking for a used car and stopped in to Bob Moore Subaru. We were met by JR who let us test drive a couple of cars. He was very friendly and no high pressure. A very nice experience that told me this is where I want to buy a car. We left undecided but returned a couple of days later and purchased a new Subaru with some hail damage. Alex was especially great and gave us a tour of the facility and made sure we were all set to go.The whole experience was a little like I expected from previous vehicle purchases at other dealerships except that there was no pressure to buy a car today. We didn't feel like we were being held hostage. What wasn't expected was the friendliness of the sales staff. Even those not involved with the sale were always smiling and asking if we needed anything. I wish I could say the same for the finance guy. I don't think he introduced himself or if he did I sure don't recall. He was a little stiff and down to business. But even so the finance experience was relatively painless and again no high pressure to buy this or that add-on. I will say that the finance guy was very knowledgeable about the process. I would purchase from them again.

We have been looking for a subaru for a couple of years now,but were upside down in the old vehicle. We told Dustin our sales rep what we wanted and where the payments needed to be.He worked hard to get us what we wanted and where we needed to be for our budget. Actually he got into a better model for less money than what we went to look at. If we ever go looking for another vehicle I am sure we will be back to BOB MOORE. Dropped by on Monday to see if there were any good deals on Subaru WRX's. What I wanted was not on the lot but before I left Barrett checked to see if there would be the one I really was interested in coming in. He found that the Hail damaged WRX was in fact still aavailable and had been taken back to the body shop. He got a car from the lot, cooled it down, and drove us to the body shop to see it. All I can say is that I knew immediately that it was meant to be my car. I left a deposit check with him and told him to call me when it was ready, which he predicted would be Friday. I called to see how the repairs were coming along on Wednesday and to my surprise he said it was ready. Since I did not have a way to get to town and pick up the car he actually drove it out to my house to pick me up. I drove it back to Bob Moore Dealership where I completed the transaction and was done in a short amount of time. No hassles.Got a good deal on the car I wanted and have confidence that the Service Dept. will take excellent care to keep me happy. This is the third Subaru that I have owned, and the second purchased from Bob Moore.

I was concerned about going to a big dealership because I just wanted a small and affordable car and didn't want go be pressured into something out of my price range. They got me into the right car and gave me great service even though it wasn't a new or expensive vehicle.

My wife and I were originally looking for a used Range Rover Sport that we had seen online. When we pulled onto the lot, it was apparent that the hail storm from the night before had a major impact on their inventory. Dustin McIntosh greeted us with a very friendly smile and we learned that the Rover we came to see had been damaged in the storm. We had basic knowledge of the Rovers but Dustin took the time to give us an excellent understanding about every aspect of the vehicle. After learning everything there was to know about Range Rover, we looked at a 2011 Chevy Tahoe Z71 that had not been damaged by the storm. We test drove the Tahoe and loved it!! After the test drive, we began a very simple/easy negotiation and trade. Dustin was very professional and skipped all of the normal sales tactics that other dealerships use. We came to a quick agreement and then met Adam Black in finance. Again, everything was very straight forward and a very easy transaction. In the end, Adam went above and beyond by finding us a better interest rate for our purchase than what was originally proposed. Our entire experience was great and there was never any pressure. Dustin and Adam went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you so much!

My husband and I were in Bob Moore Subaru in Jan. having the oil changed in my 2004 Outback. We were looking at both the Tribeca (for my husband) and the Outback (for me) when Jason Webb came over to ask if we needed any help, we said we were just looking we weren't planning to buy a new car for at least 6 months. Jason still took the time to talk to us about both cars, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about both models. When we came to Bob Moore Subaru to test drive a new 2012 Outback we asked for Jason because he took the time to find out what we wanted and MOST IMPORTANTLY did not talk down to me because I was a woman (I know more about cars than my husband).Thank you Jason and Bob Moore Subaru for a wonderful day. I have purchased three vehicles over the past 10 years in OKC and of the three, this was by far the best experience and overall the best car buying experience I could expect. I contacted the dealership after reviewing their online stock listings for the vehicle I was interested to purchase. When I called, I reached a live person nearly immediately and she took my name to have a sales person contact me. Within less than 15 minutes, Rod called me back. He asked me several questions about what I was looking to purchase. He was not pushy at all and listened well to my explanation of what I hoped to find and what I had already looked at locally. Within less than an hour, I had remotely (from Tulsa) picked out the vehicle I had wanted but was unable to get nearby, got the price negotiated that was right in line with the target price listed on multiple research web sites as a reasonable purchase price for that model and then to top it off, they held the car for me until I could arrive without charging my credit card since I was coming same day!! Fantastic experience once at the dealership and I am thrilled with my new vehicle.

I have purchased many cars from all over the state and my experiance at Bob Moore was one of the best I have had. I was greated in a friendly manner and at no time felt pressured. Rod, the salesman who assisted me didnt try to play any common sales games with me. He worked for me, not at me. He had a good amount of information on the car I was interested in and did what was neccesary to get me the price I wanted. Upon meeting with the finance department I felt the same friendlyness. The company as a whole worked to get me a good product with a good warranty for the price I needed. Thank you to the Bob Moore Subaru group for not being a "typical" auto dealer.

friendly low-pressure atmosphere. sales and finance employees quick to the point and efficient. Internet was down the day we walked in so employees couldn't process transactions, look up incoming and other dealer inventory but they worked their way through the technology break down and assisted us with new vehicle purchase.

Also had several conversations with sales manager Brandon who was also very helpful when I changed a car order. Barrett filled in for Jason one day after I purchased the vehicle and needed somethings out of traded car. Finance person James Moriarity was efficient and good to deal with.

From start to finish EVERYONE at Bob Moore was the nicest and most helpful of any car dealership I have ever dealt with. We bought a used car there and driving it home we realized a few of the buttons weren't working and knowing the car was 10 years used we were afraid they'd throw the "As Is" thing at us. But that never happened, without hestitation they setup an appointment to fix it and gave us a loaner when we dropped it off. They fixed everything for free!!! Well you asked for it so here it is. My wife and I went to Bob Moore Cadillac looking for a used car and we found it. Let me just say right up front, if it were not for our salesman Richard Palmer and the fact that he went above and beyond when others would not, we certainly would of walked from this sale. Here is why...When it came time to pay for the car of course there were quite a few papers to sign. Being that this was my first car purchase I wanted to read what I was signing before signing it. But Hanny, the gentleman who was putting the papers in front of me thought differently as he said things like "C'mon, your not Russian" or "c'mon c'mon it says this just sign it". Apparently this guy had better things to do than wait for me to read all this stuff. As I rushed through the signing I asked him if they could wash the car before we returned ( we had to get the title to our trade in). His response was "ha".When my wife and I returned we were fortunate to not have to deal with Captain "hurry up n' sign". I expected to return to see a shiny new (used car) with wheels armor all and all but nothing. The dash still had residue all over it and the gauges had what appeared to be a spilled beverage of sorts. Anyways, when I went in to give the man the check for the car he asked if everything was okay? I said I had asked if they could wash our car before we returned and he said "yeah if it weren't Saturday we could of done it sorry". really? That same Saturday I saw a brand new Cadillac pull up to the front and the detailer spent at least 25 minutes rubbing, polishing, and armor all-ing this forty thousand dollar Cadillac right in front of me...on Saturday!Which brings me to my next point, maybe its because we only spent sixty-five hundred dollars and that price doent include that type of service that comes with the purchase of a new car.Above this review it say this..."If your review does not answer "Why" you have given the rating you have, it will not be accepted."So here it is...Customer service-Great! and that great refers only to our salesman who cleaned the inside of the car himself.Quality of work-I answered Bad. Why? read above.Friendliness-Okay. which only pertains to the lady at the front desk. She was sincere.Overall experience-okayPrice-Good. Our salesman worked with our budget and got the numbers we needed.Needless to say when I do buy another car it WILL NOT be from Bob Moore.Sincerely,Johnny Blanco and familyPS in case your wondering, this review is written about the folks at Bob Moore Cadillac not Subaru. Dustin did a great job selling us a Subaru Impreza. No high-powered, annoying arm twisting. We came to the dealership pretty much set on buying our third Forester, but after seeing the new Impreza, changed our mind primarily because of the gas mileage expectations. Dustin provided details, answered our questions, and gave us test drives in three vehicles. Pleasant experience.

I am a child of providence and things don't just happen to me. I'm positive that I was sent to this dealership for a reason. I was scared to buy a car "all by myself". I looked at what felt like thousands of cars (online) and a few in person. I visited a few dealerships, and got that emotional ninja/salesman treatment from other places. However, when I came to Bob Moore it was like going to a friend's house to have a talk about cars, over several cups of hot chocolate. I met Timothy who was very patient, and turned me into a Junior Saleswoman with all the great information I learned from him. He was very VERY patient, listened to my needs, and searched the whole world to find me the perfect car. I would be forever grateful for this experience, and for meeting him, and all the other wonderful people at this dealership. So I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Brad Smickles referred me to Jermey - Jermey referred to JR - I haven't purchased a new car in a long time and was dreading the whole process due to past experiences. The purchase of my new Subaru was actually a pleasure! Working with JR was great - there were a few things that I wanted on my car that it did not come with - JR set up the appointments w/the shop came to pickup my car. Help me time and time again with things I didn't know how to use in the car. Explained the features in the car and was very easy to talk to - he was never rushed me when I didn't understand. Josh Adams was the person I dealt w/in the business office he was very efficient in his job and did not pressure me into purchasing anything more he did tell the benefits of extended warranty and GAP I was in and out in no time at all. I will have to say I would highly recommend all these individuals to anybody looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle. JR assured me they were just a phone call away if I ever needed anything. I am 52 years old and this was the fastest, smoothest, easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car and I have purchased several in my life. There was no high pressure in any way, they just wanted to help me find what I was looking for and show me what way out there and what they could get. Very profession and friendly people and when I took the care back to have an option I had to order installed they gave me a loner care that was the same make and model as my new car. A quality experience from a quality place in my book.

I appreciate the fact that Timothy listened to exactly what I wanted in my new subaru and didn't call me back until he found the exact car. He didn't try to distract me with anything "similar" or try to get me to look at other models. I knew what I wanted and he knew it.This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. From the online chat to the end deal everything was great. I had many questions for James when I first went to the dealership and James was very patient and answered all questions in detail. Even at the end of the deal Mani the finance man was great. He alerted me to going straight over to Toyota to get a refund for my extended warranty that I had on my trade-in. I would have not thought to do that and would have just thrown that money away!Even though my Outback was late getting here, everything worked out in the end.I did alot of research before making this purchase and I believe the price was very fair compared to other makes of all wheel drive vehicles.Brandon kept me posted on the ETA of the outback and got my added option taken care of quickly.Overall I am very happy with everything.

Our experience with Bob Moore Subaru, and with Tanner Hayes in particular, was very good. My wife absolutely hates the car buying/trade-in experience and Tanner was always sensitive to her issues. I has an unusual situation in needing to trade in a car I had recently purchased for my son (Impreza WRX) which would have been a great vehicle for him, except he decided to move to Boulder. I wanted a Forester, so that he could have a dependable car that will last him for a long time and do well in the mountain/snow environment. I knew that I was upside down on the recently purchased vehicle. What I especially liked about both Jason and Brandon was their honestly in being able to accommodate me. I felt they did not give me the "hard sell", but rather worked with what they had to offer and let me make the best decision I could under the circumstances with no pressure. If I need to replace another vehicle, I will definitely return to this dealership to work with these individuals again.

We are a retired couple (read "old" here) and don't replace vehicles very often (read "cheap" here). We came in at the end of the month (November) and things were quite hectic at your dealership. The only reason for any fours above and not all fives, is there was some "communication" issues as to what was going to be included on our new Outback and at what price. My wife and I are not "the sharpest pencils in the box" (read whatever you want here,) so we are easily confused. We had shopped around but really wanted to do business with your dealership instead of Hudiburg simply because of the distance. Timothy and Brandon are first class - kudos to whoever is doing the hiring there - you are hiring the right kind of people! Looking back, it is easy to see now how the mis-communication could have occurred with all the activity and various deals being addressed simultaniously at a stressful end of month environment. We never want to take advantage of anyone and we want you to make a profit and stay in business so we have a good place to go when we need another vehcile. As customers, we never know if these transactions are fair for both parties in these transactions. If we simply knew what the actual vehicle costs are to you, what your required profit is, and what is our trade-in actually worth to you and why (because we know you will need to make a profit on it, as well) - it would really help. My Dad once told me that when you change vehicles at a dealership, "you will be playing their game, in their ballpark, by their rules, and oh, by the way, they play every day - you are simply not going to win - but it is your job to try and keep the score as close as possible"! Your industry has been changing over the years - and we think for the better. Reflecting on our most recent transaction, we "think" it was fair for both Bob Moore Subaru and us - but we really don't "know"(?). We are pleased with your dealership and will recommend your place of business to anyone we know. Thank you, Michael and Linda Gabbard

My wife and I had been looking into purchasing a new car for around a year and finally decided to bite the bullet. I called on the phone and spoke to Timothy who was extremely helpful over the phone. I told him what we were looking for and he checked and made sure that they had it and we were even able to negotiate some on the price over the phone. We were a little later getting to the dealership than we had planned but Timothy and Hani in finance were very patient, not trying to rush us or anything else. BTW we had our 1 year old daughter who while wasn't going crazy, had started to get fussy a couple of times. Never once did we see any indication that they were annoyed, not an eye roll, or a sigh, just smiles all around. By the time we were out of finance it was nearly 10pm, Brendon and Timothy were both waiting to show me our new car and give me the rundown on all of it's features. They even gave me a the business card of Dustin, one of their sales team members who has an STI and to give him or anyone else on their team a call if I had any questions.Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the team at Bob Moore Subaru.

Timothy was excellent! He took the time to look in to the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee so he was familiar with the options by the time I got there. The Jeep was up front and Timothy met my wife and I at the vehicle, which kept us from running around trying to find a salesperson. Adam, in finance, was professional and knowledgeable. The only concern I had is that, early on, it was made clear the price was negotiable, but by the time we made it back to finance, the full price of the vehicle was on the contract. I assumed the price was firm, but was never told so. But, in relation to my overall experience, it was largely a minor concern. I understand that the internet sales department is very aggressive with their pricing, so not being able to come down on an already low price is understandable.

I had originally considered purchasing a Subaru from a dealership in Anchorage Alaska prior to our move. However, after learning that I could not tow a Subaru behind a motorhome, I decided to look at other Subaru dealerships on our route to our new location. My husband is in the military and we are moving to Virginia, stopping in Oklahoma City to visit family. When I contacted Bob Moore Subaru I spoke with Brenden, the manager. I told him the vehicle I had found on their website and asked what the best deal they could give me was. As I was not in the state, I did not want to hassle with price negotiations. After learning that we were military, Brendan told me about the military purchase program that Subaru offers. I was very impressed as the dealership in Anchorage (Continental Subaru of Anchorage) had not mentioned anything about this purchase program, instead they made me feel as if they were making us a great deal by removing the dealer markup and giving us a military discount. I had my parents visit the dealership and test drive the car because I could not see it in person. After receiving a great review from them, both about the car and the service they received from Dustin McIntosh and Brenden, I decided to purchase the car. EVERYONE that I spoke with from sales to finance to management was incredibly helpful and friendly. I recently got to OKC to pick up my car and made a trip to the dealership to meet Dustin and learn a little about the systems in my car. I would hands down recommend Bob Moore Subaru to anyone who was interested. This has been the most painless car buying experience I have ever had!

Tanner and Alam were the salesman when we purchased our Subaru they were very nice and did a good job. Rod showed us all the features of the car when we returned to pick it up. He did a fantastic job! Eric the finance person was supurb. He took us through the loan process with extreme knowledge of the warranty (WOW) and the financing procedure. We had the best car buying experience we have ever had. All the help from the Subaru staff was wonderful! However, My son had me sold 3 years ago, I just had to wait on the funds to be able to have the Subaru adventure.

Excellent sales experience w/our used Subaru. Will went out of his way to help strap in car seats for every test drive, making sure we'd find something that would work for our family.
