Great experience. I was looking for a used BMW Z4 and one there caught my eye. I called and spoke to Eddy who put a courtesy hold on the car since I was driving 2 hours. When I arrived- Eddy was with a customer but the sales manager was aware of who I was immediately and started the process right away. I was given keys, and a route to go on and off I went. I liked that they didn't insist on riding along. I pulled over and took some time to kick the tires and get acquainted with the car without a sales person standing there. When I came back they looked over my trade in. They offered a very fair package for the trade and purchase with minimal back and forth. We shook hands and I was happy. I paid cash so the finance/payment process was simple. They didn't pressure me to buy extras after I indicated that I had no interest. I own my own business. I was treated with the same courtesy and professionalism that I expect my employees to give our clients. Well done, Bob-Boyd.

This was our first experience with Bob Boyd, and we feel it couldn't have gone any better. Lauren was our sales person and she absolutely could not have treated us any better. We highly recommend asking for her if you have a need for a different ride. Whoever is passing out pay raises at Bob Boyd, you should strongly consider upping her pay. This is the second experience with Bob Boyd Lincoln. Everyone is extremely professional. The service department is thorough and communicative. They were willing to do whatever it took to make sure my 2 issues were solved the right way. For example, one repair was going to take a little longer and they asked if I would be willing to continue to drive the loaner for the weekend. I picked up my car Monday and it's perfect. They also called me because I didn't ask for an oil change and they noticed I only had 10% oil life and asked if I wanted them to do that. YES!!!! That saved me another trip. Even the person who picked me up on my first visit was professional and had great things to say about the dealership. When employees who aren't managers tell me they love their job, that tells me the management team at Bob Boyd must be really good. Anyway, I am a prior Lexus and Cadillac owner and I'm so glad we purchased 2 Lincoln MKCs.

We purchased a previously owned Honda Pilot 2012 and they detailed it ,gave it a transmission flush, coolant flush, oil change and new brake pads and gave us some money off to fix a wheel barring. As always, I was treated like a revered customer, kind, respectful, and professionally. I came with out an appointment and knew I would have to have a waiting period but was pleasantly surprise to get accepted in with an expected evaluation of my engine check light, with an intermittent active cruse control drop out that was reset to operation by turning the ignition off and starting the car again within an hour. To be honest though, I was disappointed with the response to the problem. Said after checking the diagnostics/error codes nothing could be found in error, I installed a cold air induction filter for the car to breath better and was told that the sensor for the air intake could be the problem, but not to worry because everything is running perfectly, which seems to be my experience driving the car. My problem is that if the sensor is causing the issue then why can't it be determined by a simple electrical test, is it electrically passing voltage or not, I would expect that to definitively define if it is or not the problem, the engine light didn't come on after the modification it came on sometime after, I would have came in sooner to have it checked out plus your service department has seen my car several times before and was never an issue. I don't like having an electrical indication saying I have a problem when it seems I don't because if I do then how will I have prior knowledge to prevent undue damage by driving until the car stops running or I have other means of feedback to bring it in to have it checked out and fixed. The active cruse control problem is intermittent and really had no expectations of finding a problem there unless a technician, by experience, knew by other owners what would be the number one possible cause and give me an explanation as to what it is and what can or should be done about it. Maybe, because of the service technicians time retrains with owners who had scheduled appointments was rushed in dealing with my impromptu arrival and problem. I was happy to hear that they found no issues with the electrical or mechanical problems that I should be immediately concerned with, and the customary car wash was done well which always shows to me how much Bob Boyd Lincoln really cares about the heightened service/customer relationship they hold true to, and I am very picky about details. So, yes, over all very satisfied, and a "No Charge" out the door invoice certainly helped, but disappointed with final explanation.

2013 Lincoln MKZ for an oil change.Staff is generally helpful but "new person" at window answered with that reply (I am new, I don't really know) when we asked for breakdown of service.She didn't offer to find someone that could explain it, etc. We had purchased window wipers in addition to the oil change.Generally everyone is well aware of where to find an answer to our questions.

The service adviser was Johnny on the spot greeted me as I drove into the service bay. Knew who I was and what was required for the appointment. Of course I called and set the appointment a few days earlier to insure I was not waiting for a long period of time as I was just getting a tire rotation and a 5K check up. I must say,my saleman Teddy was the Nicest Guy and Dam good looking if I don't say so myself. I was able to get the deal I wanted and Steve Skeldon could not have been any easier to work with. Numbers came out great Dave in Finance did a impeccable job of getting all my paper work ready in a nice timely manner The whole staff was just GREAT from the cashier to the receptionist .. I have been a Lincoln owner for years, and part of the reason is the staff of Bob Boyd Lincoln. Every visit I am treated with respect, and they always do a great job with answering any questions or concerns. On this visit I was just doing regular maintenance-oil change and tire rotation. Which was free because free basic maintenance came with the purchase of my MKT. Beforehand I notice a piece of metal loose in my folding back row seats and they fixed that too. The wating area is new and clean, free Wifi, coffee, cookies, and water. Whole visit took a little over an hour. Free car wash too!

I come to the dealership every month for an oil change (I'm in sales and drive a lot). Though it takes much more time to have my oil changes done at the dealership vs other places it is worth it. I just bought a 2016 MKC and love it. It was between the MKC and the Land Rover Discovery. I felt that the MKC drove much smoother and offered a little more luxury and offered more amenities. The only downside to the entire experience was that it took really long to get through the purchase process. I know there's a lot of information being exchanged, but when I bought my Land Rover, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. It took about 4 hours at Lincoln. That being said, they were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would buy from them again, and would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

My back hatch needed repaired on my mkt. The best part of my experience was the ease to scheduling and convenience of getting a courtesy vehicle & not having to ask or demand for this service. I've had a bmw & a Mercedes in the past & both were always hesitant/resistant to providing me with a courtesy car even though it was part of their sales strategy. I travel 24 miles to have both my cars serviced. I trust Bob Boyd to do the work. Julia Brozie is the best service advisor out there. She is very good at taking care of her customers.I have found twice on my other Grand Marquis that I was down a quart of oil when I checked the oil.This was some time after the oil change but I should not have been low on oil.I will report this on my next visit.I noticed on this past oil change that the oil was where it should be so no complaint there but I checked my window washer container and the container had anti- freeze in the solution. I removed all the fluid and replaced it with fresh fluid. I assume somebody at Bob- Boyd topped it off with anti freeze. I don't want them filling the container with anti freeze so I don't want them to check it again.Other than those 2 things I am well satisfied with Bob Boyd. I couldtake my car closer to home for service but I trust Bob Boyd and Julia.

My 2015 Dodge Challenger was significantly damaged by a semi. The passenger side, from the side view mirror through the rear quarter panel was damaged. They were excellent to work with. They kept us informed of the status of the repairs and made sure that it was absolutely perfect when they returned it to me. The quality of the repair was outstanding. You can't tell the car was damaged in any way. They went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable through the entire process.I also had the opportunity to speak with the gentleman who detailed my car (I forget his name) and it was impressive to see someone who takes so much pride in his work!!Outstanding service on all levels!!!!

Courteous, professional and efficient. Routine oil change and tire rotation. Also asked to locate a rattle. A new MKX loaner was provided. Could not locate rattle since it wasn't active at the time (two days of test driving). I was not disappointed since I also noticed that the rattle is intermittent. Service person recommended that the next time it occurs to drive to the dealership immediately.

When you wash a customers' car after service, they should take a little extra care and at least wipe the outside of the windshield and windows to get the road grime off. Nothing worst than looking through a dirty windshield that was just ran through the wash and the glass is still dirty.

Checking my car in for service and checking out my loaner was very quick. The same holds true for when I picked up my car. On check in and on check out the service personnel were extremely friendly. They even washed my car. Having said that I shouldn't complain. The only drawback was I had to wait a full week to schedule my car for service if I wanted a loaner, so I drove my vehicle for a week without navigation, back up camera or radio. Overall, though, the dealership and its staff were excellent.

I've had a multitude of services done by BobBoyd over the past several years. This includes body repair (paint), dent repair, new battery, tires, and accessories. None of these vehicles have been Lincoln's however. The staff always seems happy to assist in any way possible & I am continuously pleased. I am also happy with the cost of these services. I walked in to the Lincoln Mercury dealership at the request of a friend. I really was not in the market for a car. I currently owned a Subaru Forester and a Chrysler Crossfire. I had toyed with the idea to sell both and get one car. I thought about the Cadillac Escalade...just loved the look, but finally could not justify that large of a vehicle for this 5'2" girl and her 11 pound dog (not to mention the gas mileage). I decided to continue as I was until I received an email from Subaru; offering approximately $100 cheaper monthly payment for my same vehicle. I looked and got a quote. I went to look at the cadillac SRX. My friend urged me to stop by Bob Boyd and so I did. WOW...what an experience. I was greeted by Howard Baker and he was attentive without being pushy and asked me quite a number of questions to get a feel for what I wanted. I fell in love with the 2015 MKX interior (the 2016 was lovely and that is what I test drove)...I kept walking back to the 2015. I had done my research regarding cost and even contacted a dealership in PA. Howard and Tim Clark worked with me and the entire experience was ideal. I have shared the story with numerous people in this past week since my purchase. I have no doubt that I will be a Lincoln lover for life. Thank you Bob Boyd (and Howard and Tim)!

The staff always lets me know in terms I understand about the service needed on the Mercury at that time. The service has always been fantastic. I was disappointed with the condition my MKX was returned to me with this visit though. The steering wheel and door handles had grime and dirty handprints all over them, and the floor mat on the driver's side had soiled footprints left on it. My car has always been returned to me in clean condition and I was shocked that it was not this time. I will return for service, but if returned filthy again I will be finding another service shop.

I purchased a Cadillac CTS. I drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership. The sales person called to verify we were on our way. We were greeted in a friendly and professional manner. No time was wasted getting to test drive and negotiate a deal. I appreciated the clean and modern building and the professional dressed staff. I purchased the vehicle on Friday and was contacted on Monday to make sure everything was good. Personally, I hate the whole process of buying a car. Howard did a great job in greeting us and with hospitality services. He was filling in for Kevin who was off Friday. Prior to my arrival in evaluating the vehicle, I would have liked to have been informed of the F&I pitch that was going to be made to purchase extended warranties. Had I had the ability to research these, instead of being forced into an instant "yes" or "no" decision on these, I may have purchased one or more of these options. I do understand this is how the F&I person makes their wages, but is daunting to the customer.I wish Howard would have pointed out the small dent in the hood of the vehicle as well. I still purchased it, but felt that full disclosure was not completed. Maybe he didn't notice it though, but whoever washed the vehicle to have it ready for me surely noticed, and should have made the sales staff aware so they could disclose this. I appreciate greatly the CPO vehicle service that was available at Bob Boyd.

I have a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer that I took in for an oil change. I am a faithful customer for getting all my repairs at the dealership eventhough, it is a distance from my house. Unfortunately after inspecting the vehicle my advisor Julana Brozie informed me that needed upper control arms and right lower ball joints. She explained to me the danger of driving the truck and took back to the mechanic to show me exactly what was going on with the steering. I appreciate her concern and not hesitating to put me in a rental car. She is an asset to the company because I believe the important of buying a car is having a honest place to take it to get serviced.

I brought my 2013 Lincoln MKZ in for the correction of three factory recalls. I do appreciate that the service was performed in a very timely manner. My only disappointment was the way the upgrade of the vehicle's navigation system was handled. Although that service was supposed to occur yesterday, too, it turned out that Lincoln had sent the wrong software to me--software that I ordered and paid for based on an official letter I received from Lincoln. It would have been very helpful to me if the service department at Bob Boyd had offered to assist me with tracking down the correct software rather than simply pointing out it wasn't what I needed and handing it back to me.

500L 2014My backup camera somehow fell inside my trunk area and the dealership had to call for the replacement. Shipment took about 5 days, my appointment was set before I left. Specified hours of operation on Saturday declare the business is open at 8 a.m. But I called repeatedly from 8 a.m. on with nothing but a recording until about 8:25 a.m. I was trying to determine if I could leave my car for a one day repair and needed to know as soon as possible since I had a tight schedule that day.This is no large matter, but if you are going to post hours of availability, please make sure you have the phones activated for the day at the stroke of opening hours.Another small detail: The driver's side interior latch I had to have replaced had a small access aperture with a little round cover that was not secured when I picked up the car. I was able to bend the tabs on the cover enough to get the cover to stay closed, but this should have been checked and corrected by the repairman.I know these are small items. The more important of the two is the first one. At any rate, overall service experience was great. (I was saddened to find that the repair was not covered by my extended warranty, but that is what I get for not checking the warranty info.)

Received an e-newsletter which prompted me to consider leasing an MKZ. Have always admired the car but didn't have the need until recently. Have already had an excellent experience with your service department. Sales was no different. Every person that we dealt with provided excellent service - and they didn't seem to have to try too hard. It was second nature to them and they enjoyed their job. The leasing process was very simple. My salesman took time to go over car features. I liked the "date night" experience that allowed us to test the car before we committed. I ended up choosing the Hybrid version and so far I really love it.

It is refreshing to only have to pay for what is needed (honest work- WOW!!). The only thing is I see there are two recalls on my MKX and I would like to know if they were taken care of for my MKX and if not to get them done. I feel you should check when you have a car/suv brought in to see if there are any recalls and let the owner know of the recalls. Then correct them while the customer is in the shop. Unless it is something that may take longer and ask to schedule a time to have that taken care of. I do have two recalls on my SUV and I need for them to be addressed, please. My car is a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. The ride of my car had changed. I stopped in set up a time and also requested scheduled maintenance. They provided me a loaner which was really great (I'm single and have only one car). The car was dropped off Friday morning. They called me on Friday afternoon and said the passenger side rear shock was bad. They would not be able to get a replacement until Monday. This was not a problem since I had the loaner. They surprised me by calling on Saturday morning saying that they had obtained the replacement shock and my car was done. In less than 24 hours, they had determined and fixed my problem, performed maintenance and washed it! Bob-Boyd provides excellent service and I do recommend them to others that I know.

I loved the convenience of being taken to the rental car agency and being able to return the rental to Bob Boyd. My car was also done much earlier that estimated. Upon return from a recent vacation, I realized my car battery was dead. I was able to have my car towed to Bob Boyd Lincoln of Columbus for repair. Service was excellent and had me on my way in a loaner car immediately upon my arrival to the dealership. By the end of the day, my car was repaired and life was back to normal. Bob Boyd Lincoln of Columbus has consistently provided excellent service to me. The staff is always courteous and professional and a pleasure to work with!

I bought a 2012 MKZ and really like it. The buying experience was very good. When concluding the deal I asked if a cargo net could be included. I was told yes and a cargo net was given. However when I tried to instAll, I found there was no hooks. Service said they would order. They also said the net did look like the correct one for the MKZ. I have not heard anything from service or parts after several weeks.

I was greeted immediately at the front door and recognized by Mr. Clark. He knew that I had a family member who purchased cars from Bob-Boyd and immediately connected me with Mr. Songailo. My intention at that time was only to look at the MKZ and possibly test drive it just to see if I really wanted one and I only had a short amount of time. Mr. Songailo quickly got me into a car and drove with me while we talked about how he has known my Grandpa and family for a long time. I let him know that I would be back in two days to talk more with him about possibly leasing a car. He took it upon himself to see what rebates and discounts I would be available for. When I returned two days later he was again 100% present with me and showed me another car that was more what I was looking for. I test drove that car and when I returned he had all the financials in place. I trusted that he did the best he could at getting me the best deal possible. The rest of the staff were also very helpful and personable. A great experience and I will definitely be looking forward to working with the people at Bob-Boyd for many years to come. A lifelong friend of mine suggested I bring my Mercedes to Bob Boyd where he has his Honda Pilot serviced and maintained because the prices are fair, the service is excellent, and because of the reputation of the Service Department manager, Steve Kessler. Fortunately for me I listened to my friend's suggestion because I have been completely satisfied each time I've brought my car to the Service Dept. I've been fortunate to have Ms Julie Brosie handle the details during each of my visits. In fact, after my first visit I request to have Julie take car of my car. Julie is polite and personable, and always professional. She makes scheduling a breeze and she keeps me fully informed about the progress of my car while in the shop. And it's not just me, I see Julie treat all the customers in the waiting area the same way. Of course it's important to remember that Julie's consistent excellent performance is in part a reflection of Steve Kessler's leadership. Once again, my car is running great, the experience was great, and when my car needs service or repair (or new tires, as Julie reminded me)I'll be back!

We are always given royal treatment when we bring the Mercury to Bob Boyd for service. My salesman, Kevin Fearn, was more like an advisor than a salesman: he was extraordinarily patient and helpful (without making me feel pressured in any way), in introducing me to the Lincoln line and then in explaining all the wonderful features on the car I decided to buy, a Lincoln MKS. (Being a somewhat technologically-challenged person, I especially appreciate his help in doing such things as syncing up my cell phone with the car's system and explaining the various entertainment features.) I'm looking forward to returning to Bob-Boyd for maintenance and service in the coming months and years (and not just for the fresh-baked chocolate-chip cookies!)

I was considering the MKZ along with going back to my previous dealer. I saw this car at the car show last month and loved it. I sent an email requesting more information and Teddy responded back immediately. He was so helpful and pleasant. I never gave the other car another thought! I went in to look at the car with my son and we drove it and it was just as amazing driving it. I got a great deal on it and it had everything I wanted in the car and more! Teddy sat with me and went over everything the car could do...and it does a lot!! By far the best car I've owned yet, everyone complements this car!! I initially inquired about the MKC online. Immediately I was contacted by Rob Z. He was excellent at making me feel comfortable about leasing a vehicle. I visited the Bob-Boyd dealership to look at and test drive the Lincoln MKC and MKX. The MKC was too small so I test drove the MKX and fell in love with the vehicle. I loved the style, features, and handling of the SUV. Rob Zellner was my wonderful salesperson. Usually finance my vehicles, but was able to get an excellent deal on my trade-in and a two-year lease. The staff at Bob-Boyd are top-notch, and the dealership itself is so plush with a cafe that includes free coffee and fresh baked cookies. Howard, Kevin and David made my car buying apprehensions disappear. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I bought a late model Town Car and I know that these guys didnt make much money on the sale but you wouldn't know it by the way i was treated throughout the process. When I picked up my car it felt like I purchased a current year model. When someone thanks me for allowing them to sell me a car, I take notice and feel very appreciated. From the moment I walked into the dealership on my day off (in sweat pants, tshirt and a ball cap) I was treated great. My husband and I had a very great car buying experience at Bob Boyd Lincoln. Our salesperson was very personable and knowledgable and answered all our questions about hybrid and regular cars. We called ahead and he had the car that we wanted to look at right in the front ready for us to test drive. He helped us get the price that was in our budget and we did not have to spend a long time going back and forth with pricing. Even after he made the sale he was still helpful and spent time with us and our new car to get us familiar with it. There was also a little issue with a ding on the fender when we were looking it over. The dealership was very nice to work with and they gave us no hassle about fixing the problem for us in less than a week. We would recommend this dealership to all our friends looking to purchase a new or used car.

I traded in my 2011 MKX for a 2015 MKX with only minimal increase in my monthly payment. Jack was a most helpful salesman, as it was clear that he wanted to make this deal work for me. I was treated like a truly valued customer. I love my Lincoln, but I also value the consistently outstanding service I receive from the Service Department. They are a large part of why I keep coming back. Both times I have traded in my MKX it was because I was offered a deal that was truly fair. I didn't need a new car either time, as I was happy with what I was driving, but when it's time to move a car out of the inventory, Bob-Boyd gets it done. They actually offered me a better deal than I was offered for a 2014 Ford Edge down the street.

I purchased a car the day before christmas eve... Sales guy was a nice guy and really tried to get everything put together for me. My trade in was not the best, but I had extenuating circumstances so I will not judge based on that. I liked the facility and people, they went above and beyond to make my little girl a few days earlier during test drive to feel at home and that is important to me. My only real complaint is the sales guy claimed to be a friend of the 1 owner car that I purchased so he would know the issues that my car would have... I shouldn't have to get home to find out that the sunroof won't close, or that the rear door (that my little girl sits at) will not lock or unlock. They claim to have a 1 month 1,000 mile warranty on the car, so I will update this post once I find out if they will make good on this warranty and fix everything that I have found in the past 2 days of driving it. Like I said, other than that, I think it's a nice car and the people were great.

My husband came in, already expecting to be told there would be nothing they could do with working with him. He and my cousin got there when they opened and where actually getting ready to leave, after having been passed up by a couple of the sales men. Upon seeing them, Rob came over and immediately looked at what was of interest to them. Not only was he able to get us the vehicle I wanted (Christmas present from my husband), but he was able to work with us for a vehicle for him as well. I got to the dealer and everything was already in order, for the vehicle I was getting and they were finalizing everything for the vehicle my husband was getting. I was a little concerned, having gone 5 years without a care note and this experience was a pleasurable one, so it took away from my concern a little.

Typically buying a new car has been a frustrating process. Most of the time the right hand doesnt what the left hand is doing and catches the customer in the middle. With Bob Boyd Lincoln this was the furthest from the truth. The sales colleague, John Dillon was very knowledgeable and delivered excellent service. Dealerships know you are there to buy a new car and pressure you from the minute you walk through the door or in some cases before you reach the door. That was not true at Bob Boyd, they had a friendly greeting as I walked through the door and there was now pressure to buy a car and were more interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle. I had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Bob Boyd to anyone.

We spoke over the phone about the car and when I arrived at the dealer it was waiting at the door for a test drive. The staff was outstandingly friendly and they offered complimentary drinks and snacks while the paperwork was being done. The finance office was fast. I was in and out of the dealership in a very short amount of time. I am very pleased with the honesty and professionalism of all of the staff at Bob Boyd Lincoln. This was my first time doing business with them and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

From the moment I walked into the dealership I knew dealing with Bob-Boyd would be different from many other dealers. I was welcomed warmly by Chris Hartnett. He spent a lot of time answering my questions. Due to changes in my life I could not complete the process at that time. Forward almost a year. I returned to lease an MKZ. We were looking at getting a certified pre owned Lincoln. The dealerships in our immediate area are horrible. After talking to John Dillon on the phone we decided to make the three hour trip to Columbus, OH. We were not disappointed. We were greeted at the door and offered drinks and snacks while we waited for John. In less than two minutes he was showing us the car we talked about on the phone. He had it pulled into the bay, cleaned, and filled up ready for a test drive. The car looked a lot better that the pictures on their website. The miles and features were accurately listed as well. We had worked out the financial details on the phone before we drove to Columbus to speed things up. So once we decided we wanted the car we were hoping to be on our way in our new car. Unfortunately for us they had sold two or three cars before we walked in the door so they had to wrap these up first. The other sales people and staff were also nice and courteous while we waited. One of the salesman played with my seven year old son. I am not sure which one was having more fun. The receptionist was also having a nice conversation with my wife. I would definitely recommend going to Bob Boyd Lincoln for you New or Used car needs.

We were looking for another Vue to replace ours that was totaled when hit by a kid that was TEXTING!! My wife loved her Vue and wanted another. We found the 2009 Vue we purchased at Bob Boyd Lincoln. Teddy, the salesman, told me, over the phone, that it was in perfect condition, like new. It only had 25k miles on it. We left a deposit, over the phone, on Thursday afternoon June 19th. Part of the sale was that Bob Boyd's would have heated seats installed. Saturday at Noon we drove 220 miles to pick the Vue up. It was EVERYTHING Teddy said it was. It absolutely looked like new. Not a nick, scratch or scuff on it ANYWHERE inside or out. I am an automotive engineer and have lots of experience with cars and have never seen a used car in such good condition, EVER. Bob Boyd Lincoln did an amazing detail job, probably the best I have ever seen. (I even thought I would bring my cars to them once a year to have them detail them :o).. Teddy was accommodating and helpful. One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had and I have bought A LOT of cars in my lifetime, like 20+. Teddy got the heated seats installed at Auto Additions overnight even though the shop was backed up, and when we arrived on Saturday the Vue was clean, shiny, gas tank full, ready to go and waiting for us in the new car delivery area. When I buy another vehicle I will check Bob Boyd Lincoln first, even though they are over 200 miles away from me. This was the best dealership experience I have EVER had. I HATE pushy salesmen and Teddy was laid back and listened to me and our needs and more than accommodating.

Getting something repaired that has failed is a true test of a dealership. My 2011 MKZ had a small problem with the finish on the left side mirror. The dealership replaced it without hesitation. This is our second MKX that we bought at Bob Boyd Lincoln, and we are very pleased with the overall experience we have had. There is no high pressure sales, very competitve pricing and a very easy process. This is not your typical dealership experience. We were between the MKZ and the MKX, and they let me drive each car home overnight to help decide on which one to get. I wanted the MKZ with the 45 mpg, but my wife wanted another MKX, so she won. We are very happy with the MKX, it is a very solid ride, very stylish, the interior is very well appointed and the roof is a great benefit. I feel the new Lincoln products are the best our there and you owe it to yourself to stop by the Dealership and experience the products for yourself. This company sold me a vehicle, which they had to have known, had a bad alternator belt, oil leak, a malfunctioning driver side airbag and front end steering problems. The problems were discovered within the warranty period. They were not addressed until after I was outside the warranty by 30 days. The Bob-Boyd team has been very cold and rude about the $5000 in repairs I have paid. I had the car for two weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.

After doing much research on the MKZ Hybrid, my husband and I went to Bob Boyd to purchase the 202A. We have always owned Ford products, but this was our first Lincoln purchase. This dealer should be looked at as a blue print how to approach selling new vehicles. The sales person totally made us feel comfortable and talked to us like we were his guests, explaining and giving information of our needs to know bassis. Since truthfully we were only there to look at the new Lincoln MKS and not to purchase one. Now thats powerful! Received excellent help from their sales staff. I was treated as a valued customer. Negotiating a trade for my 2009 MKZ went smoothly and the price offered close to my expectations. As I drove the new MKX home I heard a noise coming from the rear brakes. I drove to the dealership the next day. They immediately brought the car into a service bay, gave me a loaner MKZ and repaired the factory defect that same day. Very effecient, professional staff at Bob Boyd.

Brought an 2011 mkz hybrid from them. Was recent so everything has been smooth. Overall I am happy with my purchase. It is still too soon to give a complete review but from my experience. It would be worth buying another car from Bob boyd

From the minute we walked into this dealership I was amazed at how different our buying experience was. We were greeted by a gentleman asking how he could help us. I had an appointment with a salesman and he walked us to him. He was with another customer but he took my drivers license and put us in a car to test drive. When I informed him of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend he took the time to go through his inventory and find the right car for me. There was absolutely no high pressure sales. Even dealing with Robin the finance gal was very relaxing. She offered us extras but did not make us feel obligated to purchase them. The show room was clean and very open. Their inventory of cars on the lot was amazing. So many different colors and styles to choose from. I leased my 2014 MKZ for 39 months so when it is time to turn it in I will be going back to this dealership!

I have been looking for a used SUV without high mileage and at a reasonable price. I have combed the internet. I finally found the car I wanted. I found a Honda CRV in great condition at a great price. Kevin Fearn provided me with great customer service and made the buying experience an excellant one. There was no pressure. He was just helpful and professional. Robin Thomas the Sales Manager made the financing process very easy. I would recommend Bob-Boyd Lincoln. It is a first rate Dealership.

I had been looking for a used 2012 or newer Honda CR-V for a while and came upon one at Bob Boyd Lincoln on Cars.com. I asked for more information and got a very quick response from Rob Zellner and arranged an appointment for the next night. The car was super clean and ready to go for a test drive. The folks there were very friendly and helpful. Very smooth process and took the car home that night.

I have been bugging Stephanie for over a year and ahalf about purchasing a new Lincoln MKZ. Well I called about asn hour before I showed up andwhen I did she had one ready for us to drive. Guess she must have been paying attention all this time on what I wanted because we leased that vehicle.I enjoy visiting them always have coffee and donuts/cookies which I can't resist. WE have been purchasing vehicles for 40 years and this is by far the most pleasant experience we have had. There was no pressure, just a knowledgeable salesman who informed us about the vehicle and then let the car sell itself. Teddy was cordial and gracious before during and after the sale. He completed all the work to set up the "Sync" system and patiently explained how to use the services. He went over the entire car with us and actually spot cleaned some spots himself. He called a couple days after the sale to check on everything.

My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle, we found the vehicle on the internet and decided to take the hour drive to 2 different dealers, things didn't work out at the first dealer so we decided to take the extra 30 min ride over to Bob Boyd to look at the second vehicle, we was over whelmed with customer service from the minute we walked in until we drove off the lot in the car we came to look at. Chris and Jim went over and beyond helping us get what we wanted with our trade in and the price we wanted to pay out the door. This was the first time that buying a car wasn't a big hassle for us and we drove off in the car we wanted and not the one forced on us. The follow up call from Chris the next day to see if we got home ok and if everything was fine with the car was another first, we will be coming back to this dealership as long as they will have us.

Teddy and Jack were great to work with, very knowledgeable and treated us as friends would when looking for a vehicle. Not pushy but informative on asking what we wanted and then they would see what could be obtained. No hidden costs were uncovered, all was upfront as it should be. They told us if any problems, call them at the office or on their cell phones! Imagine that kind of customer service! Keep it up..

At the end of the 3 year lease we purchased our 2008 Lincoln MKZ. Bayana was our sales person - She was absolutely fantastic! She was very friendly and very professional at all times - We considerd leasing another Lincoln but we were not satisfied with the exterior metallic paints. Bayana was very patient with us and offered several options but after several months, we decided to purchase our leased vehicle. Bayana told us I want you to be happy with your decision - She said If my customers aren't happy then I have not done my job - I want every customer to walk away from here happy and saitisfied. Bayanna is to be commended - SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER - Bayanna knows how to treat people - Bayanna should also be TRAINING MANAGERS on how they should treat people - It's not about the sales for the month - It's about the way you treat people and how you make them feel when they walk away from your dealership - After all they are spending their money! I have seen Bayanna interact with other customers and she makes every customer feel important. I would recommend Bayana Robinson to anyone interested in purchasing a Lincoln,Ford or Mercury - She will treat you with great respect! Bayanna is an awesome lady!

Ms. Sturm was very professional and worked most diligently to find the right vehicle. The staff at Bob Boyd is incredible. Robin is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the systems in the MKS and can effectively share that information. Steve is a whiz at getting you through the process and coming up with the best deal possible. Dave finishes it off with the paperwork in a very expedious and clear manner. I walked in at 4 pm and left with my new car at 7:30 pm!!!!!!!!!! I am a very happy customer :-) I should also tell you that because of all the above, my husband and I have been leasing cars from this dealership for 21 years..........Thank you Bob Boyd!

I have a newer Honda that experienced some weather related damage, hail I believe but this was not confirmed as it happened when I left it at the airport when I was out of town. I initially attempted to get it fixed at the Honda store but the lead time was excessive. The adjustor made the initial estimate to fix the damage & I dropped the car off with Steve & Mike and was given a nice loaner car to use. The dealership found additional damage and got everything approved with my insurance company with my only involvement was a simple FYI phone call from their service department. I got my car back from Bob-Boyd in about a week and it looked better than when I bought it. Paint was a perfect match and the car was detailed like it was on the showroom. Mike went over the car with me and said I should bring it back in 30-45 days once the paint was well hardened and the would rub it out and wax it. Talk about customer service. Other dealers could learn a lot from Steve and Mike at Bob-Boyd!!

I am driving my third Mercury Sable ('04). All three vehicles were purchased new from Bob Boyd. All three were/are serviced by only Bob Boyd. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treat me, a woman owner, with respect. I have never felt that the company tried to sell me a service or a part that wasn't necessary to the maintenance of the automobile.I will say that I liked the waiting area in the old location better than the new one. The new one is much smaller, very cramped, and has no windows.
