My family and I just moved into to Colorado Springs and needed to get a vehicle for my wife. She found the one she wanted at BMW of Denver. We called and were put in contact with Justin Green who is a top notch sales associate. He was extremely professional and very courteous. After we talked to him he was able to take care of most of the process electronically for us. We messaged him and told him we were driving up to get the car. It turns out he was off but came in to make sure were taken care of and got the vehicle without any problems. We have two toddlers and he did everything he could to make the process quick and painless and had us in and out with a new car in about an hour. I couldn't be happier with the entire process overall. The finance department was great as well. A lot of times they will try to push warranties and other packages on you. That wasn't the case here. He simply showed us what was available if we wanted it. Again they made everything quick and painless. If you want a great experience when buying a vehicle i highly recommend Mr. Green and the rest of the team at BMW Denver.

Recently for my wife’s birthday. I wanted to surprise my wife for the new BMW X7. I came to BMW downtown . I was greeted with Valerie. She’s a wonderful person she helped me to get the car that we needed for our family and for the surprise for my wife. In 2017 we also got the X.3 from them. They make a really easy ,and they are very understanding And helping in so many ways to get The car that I wanted. Thank you so much for your help Valerie and Ameen From finance.

Justin G. was extremely helpful and was providing pictures and answering questions that I had before I even had a chance to ask. While I didn't get a chance to purchase a vehicle from him at this time, I know whom I will be contacting when I am ready. He is definitely looking out for his customers and great at following up! If you're looking to purchase a car, ask for Justin - you won't be disappointed!

Ryan was great. Narrowed selection of cars quickly and then helped me through the finance process. Was in and out with a new car (closing out an existing lease) in just 3 hours. Ensured I was comfortable with water etc. while I was waiting. Highly recommend BMW of Downtown Denver! And love my new car.
