Had an unplanned visit here as I was driving down from Toronto to Orlando. Low tire pressure came on several times en route. Called to make appointment but was given a time around noon. Decided to pop in earlier and was greeted by Jeremy Foster, the service advisor. He took care of me right away and I felt so relief. Got new tire changed plus did an alignment. Well worth the wait for an excellent service before continuing our drive from Columbia to Orlando. Thank you Jeremy for your excellent service. Plus the customer lounge is fantastic.

Service reps took great care of myself and my car. Making an appointment was super easy and they offer great flexibility by servicing cars on Saturday. I will say that the service department was extremely busy with limited staff when I tried to pick up my car. Outside of that was super pleased that they washed the exterior and vacuumed my front seats. Would recommend anyone buy or service their vehicle from BMW of Columbia.

Doug was courteous and knowledgeable. He met my needs and was efficient. He also took the time to remind of a warranty I had purchased and hire done off the services works be provided at no cost based on the warranty. I will request him next time I have a service performed on my car. Excellent customer service.

I took my BMW in for service due to the brake light coming on. BMW fixed it quickly and did a complete inspection of my vehicle. They even sent me a video clip of the undercarriage inspection and tire measurements. My service advisor Aundrea "Super Advisor" answered all my questions and explained to me in detail what was going on with my vehicle. She sent me a link with what was covered and what was recommended then called for any follow up questions. And had someone follow up with me on the ones she could not immediately answer. Excellent Service!!

Had an alignment performed on two vehicles, both done professionally and quickly. Alignments were done to my specs, and both vehicles handle superbly now. This service center utilizes the latest Hunter in floor alignment machine which allows alignment for very low vehicles which is the case for most performance vehicles. Very hard to find in the local area. Price is also very competitive or cheaper than other service centers. Highly recommended especially for BMW CCA members.

Chad Morris at Columbia BMW is a dedicated General Manager! This guy is A+++. He took the time to put a deal together that was rather complicated and he made it simple. Got me 0.9% interest on the PERFECT car. Unfortunately I had to back out of the deal at the last minute because of a option I had to have on the car that I over looked. He was very understanding and reversed my initial deposit. Pleasure to work with and answered every phone call immediately. Great guy.

I've been trying to get through to someone dealing with Titles at this dealership. Every time I call, I get transferred to an extentsion that continuously rings. I call back and get transferred again. No one seems to be working today. I can't get any help!

our first contact with Colby Alley was in 2013 while we were in the dealership waiting on repairs to our 2002 325...we chatted with him about trading it because of the high mileage and he put us in the perfect vehicle for our needs, a pre-owned 2012 328 which I loved but in November 2015 my husband happened to see a pre-owned X1 on BMW's website, called Colby only to learn it had just been sold. He told us he had a NEW 2016 that he thought we'd really like. First of all, my husband had NEVER purchased a brand NEW car, so I was shocked when he called me to tell me Colby was delivering it sight unseen to our home! It was a wonderful experience and we loved our new X1 until sadly three weeks ago my husband was broadsided in an accident. The officer commented that he was fortunate to be in such a safe automobile because he walked away with just a scratch on his knee but our pride and joy was totaled...once we'd got all the necessary information from our insurance company we were back on the BMW lot last Friday with Colby to replace our X1. This time we purchased some additional features that weren't on our first one. We have a special bond with Colby, one of trust, which is so important and we consider him our friend. He knows his product! BMW is very fortunate to have someone of Colby's caliber representing their company. We highly recommend anyone thinking of buying a safe, sweet ride from Colby Alley! We certainly feel blessed to have him in our corner!

We purchased a 2008 BMW 528i from this dealership in October of 2015. The car had some cosmetic things that needed to be done to it, new windshield, new paint, etc. But when we purchased the car, we were told it was in great condition, all the service had been done at this particular dealership, said it had no problems. Six weeks after purchasing the car, it began smoking. Took it to the dealership only to find it it had 2 oil leaks--one in the oil pan and the valve cover gasket was cracked. I also informed them that the heater was not working in the top vents, it only blew out cool air from the top. They had the car at the dealership for a few days, fixed the oil leaks and supposedly fixed the heat. I got the car back, and the heater still would not work. I called them again and informed them of this--they took the car back, and finally got the heater repaired. I met the service manager in Camden to pick up the car and give them the loaner car back. When I drove off, I noticed it didn't sound exactly right, but I just thought I needed to get used to driving it again after driving the loaner. I drove the car for one day, to and from work. On the way home from work (the day after I picked the car back up), something started scraping and knocking underneath the car. After stopping several times to try to figure out what the issue was, I called the dealership and informed them of the issue. They sent a tow truck the following morning to pick the car up because I told them it was not safe to drive. I also informed them I was going out of town the day they picked the car back up, and they made no effort to give me a loaner car, they threw that off on the manager at Enterprise to contact me and set everything up. After hours of being on the phone back and forth with Enterprise and the dealership, I finally got a rental car. When we picked the car up, we were made to sign a waiver stating that the dealership was not responsible for any further repairs on the vehicle unless they were covered under warranty. Less than 3 months later, I got a flat tire on my way home from work, and upon inspection, we found that the tires were completely dry rotted on the back and the metal wires from the tires were showing through all the way around. They certainly should have seen this when they were repairing the sub-frame on the vehicle. I feel like they got a piece of crap car and just wanted to get rid of it. We have had nothing but trouble out of this car since we got it, and they seem unconcerned about it. Every time we called about the issues we were having, the service department was very rude, and even when the service manager brought my car to me after the heater had been repaired, he basically gave me my keys and left--didn't bother to give me any paperwork or explain to me what was done. Poor customer service. And the fact that we were made to sign a waiver stating that all further repairs were up to us to pay for, makes me believe that there is more wrong with this car than we have found so far. We will never purchase from here again. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I came in for an Encore with Chris. I truly do not understand why someone would not take the time to get an Encore with a BMW Geniius. The best 2 hours spent with the vehiicle. You just will not get this from the Owners Manul, as thorough as it is to explain the vehicle's operating systems. I am fairly Tech savey and Chris pointed out so many features of the car that I would never have discovered. I am so thankful I chose to meet with him. As well as have an ongoing resource to ask a question. BMW has come a long way since my first BMW a 87 528e. Also I had forgotten I could get the car cleaned there at the dealership and Nick did a great job! Thanks Nick...Chuck

I am very happy with my experience buying a used Porsche from BMW of Columbia. We worked with one of their salesman, Richard. He's a great guy and not your typical car salesman. First of all, I got a fair deal. After purchasing the Porsche and driving it home, I discovered damage to the paint that wasn't visible in the daylight. The general manager had the damage repaired at Carolina Paint & Body and picked up the tab (it wasn't cheap). They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you are looking for a BMW, I'd recommend BMW of Columbia. If you're looking for a nice used car, I'd also recommend checking out their inventory.

Yesterday I bought my first BMW and it was my best car buying experience EVER!! I bought the 2015 328i and Brett Bostic was the best and most fun car salesman I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable, going out of his way to accommodate me. He made me feel like I was the only customer there, but I certainly wasn't. He spent an enormous amount of time with me, letting me research on my computer (even though I had done plenty at home), explaining everything and always with a big smile. He moves like a gazelle, sprinting around the dealership to get this or that done to make everything smooth and seamless. I really thought I was going to go with another car brand, but the performance of the BMW and Brett sealed the deal. I couldn't be happier.

Brett helped me with my 128i Coupe BMW. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I went to car max earlier and they were extremely pushy. I understand they were trying to sell a car to me but there is a point were enough is enough. At BMW, we were professionally greeted and helped instantly to the 128i Coupe that I was interested in. I was given sometime to do my homework and decided whether this car was the one. Sure enough, it was! I love my car. I am so happy and enjoy driving it around. Thank you Brett!

Great car buying experience!! Excellent marks on how Brett Bostic handled the initial contact and the follow ups. We have been BMW owners for many the years - but our experience with Columbia BMW was EXCEPTIONAL. Chad and Brett in particular could not have been more accommodating and diligent in their communications. We never felt like we were being dragged through the system. The process was prompt but not pushy, efficient without feeling rushed. We live two hours away and they had no hesitation in offering delivery of our new vehicle & paperwork (and some BMW gifts). We had looked at several other dealerships and many cars and BMW of Columbia won our business for sure- and we would definitely go out of our way to work with this dealership in the future!!

The best new-car purchase experience I've ever had. Chad Morris and Markus Metz went to great lengths to assure that I got *exactly* the vehicle I wanted. They responded quickly and efficiently to my initial e-mail and telephone inquiries, and treated me with courtesy and respect on my subsequent visits to the dealership. Chad worked out a deal that was fair to both sides, and Markus was patient, friendly and professional in briefing me on the many detailed technical aspects of my 2016 BMW X3. I bypassed my hometown BMW dealership because they did not respond effectively to my initial inquires. I drove 2 hours farther down the road to do business with BMW of Columbia because those two guys really seemed to appreciate my business. And I'm glad I did.

Found the car online, made an appointment with Joey McIntosh at 1000 and had the car home in the early afternoon. Joey took the time to explain all the features and to introduce me to the service department and the BMW "tech genius" ( am sure I will be calling him). Excellent dealership, clean and comfortable. This was truly one of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. My beautician bought a BMW and her salesperson was Zoe. She gave me his number and everything that she said about him were true and more. He was always smiling and just made my daughter and I felt at home. Once I explained to him what I wanted the rest was history. And it did not stop there he explained each detail of the car to us. When he took us to finance Mr. Wright once again took the time to explain all of the different warranties that I could purchase. When we left all we could do is smile and chat about our awesome experience at BMW of Columbia. Face it...many of us dislike the car buying experience. Me included. But last year a friend recommended these guys. I came back again 3 years later when my lease was expiring. I called and basically bought the car I wanted over the phone with them - they made it effortless. Even had it made in Germany. Called me when it was shipping, called me when it arrived portside. Then called to schedule a pickup.I drove in from Charleston, SC. Someone greeted me and opened the door, showed me to my sales associates' office. Someone else asked if I needed anything. The Sales Manager immediately came over and said hello. The Finance Manager was the best I've ever worked with - not feeling like you were being investigated like so many times before. None of that - let me go to my manager stuff. Just straight, honest, forward communications. My car was spotless. My guy - Richard Scheimann explained the features, sat with me to setup phone, seats, etc. Bascially all the set up was done effortlessly and in a few minutes. I was all done! Then I had the pleasure of driving that wonderful 328i Gran Turrismo home!If that wasn't enough, I've had a follow up call to be sure all was ok. I had problems setting the garage opener. When I told RIchard that, within minutes Chris, from the Genius Bar - called and walked me through step-by-step. All others dealers, whether US or German car dealers, could all use BMW of Columbia as the "best in class" and benchmark them - their approach, their style, their associates - on how to do business with customers. I was thanked all along the way. They made me feel like they really believe in excellent customer service and that customers are happy!

I can't remember all the names of the people I talked to in dealing with BMW of Columbia, but the one I do remember is Joey McIntosh. He was excellent and continues to provide excellent service even after purchase. When I arrived he had all things ready to go and made me his priority. By far, one of the worst service departments ever! We have been taking our BMW 335i to this dealership for the service engine light since September of 2014. Our vehicle has a little over 60,000 miles on it, and the BMW service department, who specializes in repairing BMWs, can not figure out what is causing the service engine light to come on. Each time we bring the car in, it is a different reason with a different cost. We picked the vehicle up from the service department Tuesday of last week, and by Wednesday night, the service light was back on. We took it back to them, they have had it again for an entire week (mind you, this is the 6th time for the same problem), and now it is a different issue from when they "FIXED" it just a day prior to the light coming on once again. Each time we speak with Mike (the service tech) after taking our car in to this service department, there is always an additional cost to fix the same issue. Given our recent experiences, we have lost faith in their (BMW of Columbia) ability to properly diagnose and repair problems correctly. We (the consumers) are the only ones who lose when mechanics are practicing discovery or exploratory services.

From the moment I walked into your dealership, I felt like a valued customer. Everybody I came in contact with that Tuesday morning was very very nice..from the receptionist , to Joey McIntosh, to finance manager, to the contract men. I have purchased several autos in my life but the experience at BMW of Columbia stands in a category all by itself, "FIRST CLASS"Everyone at this dealership makes me feel "special" ...and by the way, your coffee is delicious!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. This has been a horrific experience. Can't believe the incompetence we've had to deal with over the past 4 weeks. Brandon has been harassing my husband for weeks about a mistake made by their own title clerks. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Shopped numerous dealerships and found a deal via the Internet. Joey took the deal to his general sales manger, Nate Cartwright. No gimmicks, hassles or games. I have had owning a BMW on my Bucket list for 20 years. I was able to check that off by purchasing a couple weeks ago from Joey McIntosh. He was very patient and allowing me to learn the features and find a white one with nice to have features. It is a transition downsizing from a truck, but everyone there instilled confidence that I made a great decision to choose a BMW. Joey is a great asset and resource to BMW of Columbia. Peter in Finance was fun to work with and helped me compare my options.

This transaction was done completely via the internet and emails. Brett Bostic was friendly, professional and expedited the entire process so that I only had to make one visit to Columbia which is nearly three hours from my home. The vehicle looked like a brand new car and they even filled up the gas tank for me. Thanks to Brett and the hard working team at BMW Columbia - you have a very satisfied customer.

Chad Morris, the pre-owned manager, and Richard Scheimann(one of the sales consultants) made buying a used car a very enjoyable experience which I look forward to repeating in the future. Thats about the highest accolade a used-car dealer can receive. After using the AutoTrader used-car appraisal app, I received an immediate call from BMW of Columbia and then spoke with Chad over the phone. We came to pretty firm terms on the value of my trade and the price of the car I wanted to buy. Being 380 miles and 6-hours away in Richmond, it was a bit of a gamble on my part that everything would be on the up-and-up when I arrived. There was no cause for worry. There was absolutely no pressure and I was treated with a great deal of courtesy by everyone I encountered. I got to spend as much time as I wanted driving the car, and in the end, Chad found a way to make the deal even better for me. At 1.9% APR, BMW's financing was better than taking money out of the bank, and the paperwork time to complete the loan was minimal. Within a couple of hours after arriving I drove away with a fantastic used car. My car has the BMW Certified Pre-Owned warranty which makes buying a used BMW from a dealer a wise choice as it extends the factory warranty by 2 years and 50K miles. Buying a pre-owned car is always a gamble, but because the CPO programs has the backing of BMW, I have a great deal of peace of mind that the car will be trouble-free.

Nothing short of a GREAT experience in dealing with this dealership especially with my Client Adviser (Joey). Shopped online for over a week and decided to test drive a 2012 Kia Optima from this location. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. My experience from beginning to end can only be described as 'Quality Customer Service'. Thanks for all you guys have done for my family in providing such a service.

This is my second time in 3 years leasing a vehicle with BMW of Columbia . The first was a very smooth transition going from a Honda Accord to a 2012 128i and after that they had me because every service job and just simply stopping by to get one of those great complimentary car washes was always very easy to get in and out in a timely . The friendliest staff and just simply wanting to meet you and your car needs. So now I graduated up to a 2014 320i also leasing but if it was possible Joey McIntosh made it even easier then last time. The talking of price and the Finance gentleman made this time easier then last time I bought a riding law mower .. I recommend strongly BMW of Columbia there Service Department but more than that the salesman that doesn't seem like your typical car salesman one Mr. Joey McIntosh was and is the best at going above and beyond.

I purchased a 528i on Monday. From the time I walked in until I left, the team was AWESOME! Joey McIntosh is just outstanding! They were all very professional, and prompt. I have NEVER been to a dealership and they have parking for the uniformed service members. That blew my mind and shows they appreciate and support the armed services. Nate and Peter were also very nice and professional. This dealership is definitely the best and one of a kind.

I just purchased a 328i at this dealer. It was a 2014, but is was the color I wanted and it had all the bells and whistles that I normally wouldn't buy, but at a discount. Making it a very good deal. The salesperson, Joey McIntosh, was personable and very helpful. He knew to ask if I was a USAA member, which entitled me to another very substantial discount. I was given a fair price for my trade in and all in all the experience was very pleasant and painless. I would suggest this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a BMW. You will not be disappointed.

Each time we work with everyone at the dealer, it just keeps getting better and better. This time around we worked on and ordered the vehicle over several months. We ordered a highly specialized car and everything went off without hitch, as usual again. Jeremy answered all the questions we had, and trust me, we had a ton of them. With help from Nate, we were allowed to order the car of our dreams. Everyone at the dealer has been nothing short of amazing. We got a great rate and our perfect car for less than we had planned to spend. A huge thank you to everyone who had a hand in getting us our perfect car.

Closed the purchase deal today and turned in my trade.....not only did they have everything in order and paperwork done they threw down a good discount and busted me out a great finance rate for the balance. On top of that we agreed on a trade value for my 128 back in April and they stuck to it after 4 mths of additional usage. I did my homework (online) before buying and found my dream car at BMW of Columbia. Their price was better than any dealer within 200 miles of my home. Calling the dealer to inquire about the car, I reached Glenn Pruitt. He took every call personally and expeditiously completed all the legwork to purchase my car by phone and email. Even working with me and my credit union to get paperwork completed on his day off. When I didn't have transportation from Atlanta to Columbia, Glenn drove six hours to pick me up and bring me to the dealership the day I took delivery. Since purchasing the car, he has checked in on me to ensure that I am still delighted. AND I AM- with my Z4, with Glenn and with BMW of Columbia! Never have I experienced this level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

We stopped in to see the BMMW X1 and met Joey McIntosh. He spent about 45 minutes with us, took a test drive and answered all our questions. There was no high pressure, no attitude. I feel it is my duty to write this review so you all will know what you may be getting in to if you do purchase a pre-owned vehicle at BMW Columbia. I waited an entire year to buy a car. I searched and searched. I found the one I wanted at BMW Columbia. From the outside she was beautiful. I paid over 25k for the vehicle (that did including closing fee). It was considered AS-IS although when you buy a pre-owned vehicle from a reputable dealer like BMW ( an expensive one) you expect to get a great car. I expected this. I bought the car on April 8 and within 18 hours I realized the air did not work. I called BMW and they advised me to take it to a local dealer since I did drive over an hour from my home to buy the car. I took the car in and the air conditioner was broken and the local dealer told me whoever sold me the car knew this. On top of the air, there were several things wrong with the car. There was an oil seepage, water hose leak, power steering hose had a leak, an unacceptable tire, and something else I cant think of. Over $2100 in repairs needed 24 hours after buying a $25,000 car. Mind Blowing. Chad Morris the pre-owned manager did not agree to pay for the repairs. And by this point I was already asking them to please take the car back. This beautiful piece of junk they sold me. I then went up the chain of Command to Nate Cartwright. Nate was very professional and a nice guy. But business is business. I asked him as well please take the car back. He would not do so, but did agree to send a check to the local shop to fix the problems. Fast forward to 12 days after buying the car and I still dont have it. After several repairs were done, I took the car home and within hours the engine was knocking. I had it towed back to the shop. I called BMW Columbia again. Once again Nate was very nice. But nice just doesnt solve the problem when you are a middle class mom working a full time job and you finally get something nice to drive only to realize you bought a lemon. Nate forwarded the problem to General Manager David Miles. Mr. Miles was somewhat condescending to me and had me on speaker phone, which I did not like. I do not know how many people were listening to me beg him to take the car back. Humiliating. I told him I assumed I had gotten a great car from a multi-billion dollar company like BMW and his exact words were that I shouldnt have assumed. He told me that they were standing behind the car and they did not have too. Which it is true they could have really screwed me over and not fixed any of it. But when I asked would they take the car back before I had even owned it 24 hours, before my check had even been cashed, they should have agreed. Not because it is the law but because it would have been the right thing to do. I dont have thousands of dollars. I work hard for my money. And I really messed up when I chose BMW Columbia. It has turned out to be the worst financial mistake of my life thus far. The car now jumps ahead when accelerating and also sometimes the engine whistles. Yesterday a service light came on. I went and sold the car before I lost any more money. I took a $3800 loss. And I now have no car to drive. Thank You BMW Columbia. Please BUYER BEWARE.

We have purchased several vehicles from many different dealers. This includes dealerships I have previously worked for. BMW of Columbia is by far the nicest and most accommodating dealer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. And make no mistake, each and every time we go in there for anything, they take care of us and our BMW. I am not buying anymore vehicles unless I do it though BMW Columbia. Jeremy Easterling will always get the first call for any of our future vehicle purchasing needs. He spent three years supporting us as we looked and looked for the perfect car. We finally found it and he ordered it for us from BMW. The car is great and we have had few issues with it. If we do want or need service, that is also handled superbly by the service staff. This includes Dean Peterson who runs that side of things and is always helpful in giving us great information about what we do and don't need to have done in the servicing of our BMW. Daren Ball is the service advisor we consistently deal with and he is nothing short of excellent. A very intelligent and understanding person, he also keeps us very informed of all the needed and not needed car services. If there is a weak link in the dealership, we have not found it and hope we never do. We are currently considering purchasing a new BMW and have been corresponding with Jeremy. He, and everyone else, has earned our respect and appreciation. As stated above, we see no need to go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor, and just take a visit if you are considering buying a vehicle. You wont be disappointed.

Jeremy Easterling is a five star salesman. He is attentive , follows-up and interested in finding the right car ! I would return to this dealership next time! Check them out - you'll be glad you did!!No other dealerships were interested is selling a car to me because I wanted a 4 wheel vehicle which is uncommon for Southern living. One salesman wanted a deposited just to look on the internet for such a model! I guess he didn't believe I needed a car. I was so insulted, I then travelled 60 miles just to deal with BMW of Columbia.

This is my 3rd experience with this dealership and I wouldn't shop elsewhere. They're easy to deal with during the sale and provide excellent customer service throughout the lifetime of the car. Joey is my go-to-guy when I'm looking to get into another BMW. I've worked with Jeremy on more car purchases than I care to admit. That pretty much says it all. I've purchased a few different BMW models in my time (and once a Mercedes - yes he did sell Mercedes for a short time).. Each time I've sought Jeremy to work with. Being in sales myself, I've said many times that everyone will buy from anyone once, but no one buys from someone the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th etc times unless the overall experience was great. You can rest assured that your needs will be addressed both during the sale and thru the life of the vehicle. As short or long a time as you have it. If you're in the market for a BMW investment, and yes, it is an investment with this much money on the line, trust it with Jeremy.

My experience at BMW of Columbia was like no other. First of all, this BMW is my dream car and I made that known to my salesman. When I arrived inside the BMW dealership I was immediately greeted by Mr. Easterling with a smile and a handshake. He asked, "How may I help you? Step into my office and have a seat. He asked me a series of questions about the type of BMW I wanted, features, payment. Then he asked me what type of car I currently drive, cost and payment. Lastly, he asked me why do I want that BMW? He then searched for the BMW I according to my criteria. He then told me he found the perfect car, and went around back to get it. Well he drove up in a dirty dusty scratched up 2008 BMW. This was unreal, he jumped with a huge smile on his face and said he is the car of your dreams. He explained that it would be detailed and cleaned just like new. My dream was crushed, I thought to myself, I won't be getting a BMW after all. I immediately told him no that's definitely was not what I wanted. He then asked me what I didn't I like about the car. I told him that car was too old, and beat up. I was just about to give up when Mr. Easterling said, "Let me show you another car that you might like". He then showed me a gorgeous blue sporty BMW 528xi, he patiently explained all the features of the car, and took us on the test drive that I dreamed about. However, that car was beyond my price range. So then he searched and found the perfect car within my price range at one of their other lots and had my car shipped in from Hilton Head. When the car arrived in three days, Mr. Easterling called me to come pick up my dream car. After I arrived and drove the BMW, it was all he said it was, absolutely beautiful!! Next, I met with the business manager who was also very polite and professional. He worked with the banks to make sure that he got me the lowest possible interest rate available. Everything was so smooth, there was no tricks, lies, or broken promises, the staff was respectful. This is why I would highly recommend this dealership along with their professional staff to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

As soon as we walked through the doors at BMW of Columbia, we were immediately met by Sam Goodwin. He asked us what we were looking for and automatically found us a car that was exactly what we were looking for. He was very friendly and very attentive, along with all the other employees we came into contact with. This dealership is wonderful and is equipped with fabulous cars, and even better people. This is my second time working with Joey on a vehicle lease/purchase. I leased my first BMW through him a couple years ago. I recently moved to Columbia, SC from overseas. I knew I wanted a luxury, German car, but I was not sure if I wanted the Mercedes, BMW, or Audi. Price and service were to be my driving factors in deciding which brand to give my business too. I ended up choosing BMW because first it is a fantastic product and second the service at BMW of Columbia was outstanding. The environment was very welcoming and professional. Jeremy Easterling was my sales associate and he did a fantastic job. Originally, I had planned on purchasing a used 2012 model, but then I transitioned to the leasing avenue due to my employment. Jeremy did an outstanding job of explaining the intricacies of the model I chose after purchase. Additionally, the sales manager Nate Cartwright was also extremely helpful and played an active role in the process to not give that 'creepy sales manager in the back' feeling. I would definitely recommend BMW of Columbia and Jeremy to a friend. Overall 5 star experience.

My wife took her car in for service on Wed. with a loping(engine sputtering),Wed evening no call, I called and was told that it did not make it in the shop but I would get a call in the morn to update me on the status. Did not receive the update call on Thurs, Fri my car still was not serviced, not did I receive a call. I called and again was told that they were slammed and that my vehicle was in the cue to be serviced and was also told that Sat morn it would be serviced. Well needless to say it was not and again I had to call to find out the status of my car. Mon morn I called and was told that maybe later that day it might be in the shop. I left work , got my car and took it to another authorized BMW service shop late Mon evening and Tues morn at 11 am my wife picked up her car.I had received service from BMW of Columbia and the service was good, maybe this was an exception to the rule. I was treated very cold and callous. No need to worry about me feeling like that again.

My husband worked with Joey several times and he completed everything over the phone that was possible. Very professional and when we went to pick the car up Joey had to deliver a car so Jeremy Easterling helped up. He was very nice and knowledgeable and stayed late with us. Normally I would rather have a root canal than deal with car dealers, but this was quite a surprise. Richard and Chad did everything they could to make sure my experience was easy, and that all of my needs were met. They answered all of my questions and made sure I had all of the information I needed to make an educated, well thought out decision. They did not play games or try to sell me something I didn't want; No pressure at all. All I have to say is that I look forward to doing business with them again. I just cant say enough. This dealership is one of the best dealerships in Columbia to purchase a car.Not only are the dealership's vehicles very competitively and reasonably priced but the staff is amazing. The client adviser that took car of me and my car purchase was Richard Scheimann. Not only was Mr.Richard helpful/funny but he was also very comfortable to be around unlike some car salesmen who are pushy and often aggravating at times. My husband and I had driven to Columbia a couple of weekends looking at a ML 350 at this dealership, went to purchase it was transferred to sister store by then. We went to sister store, (Augusta Mercedes Benz) to purchase at price offered at BMW store, it was over $2000 more than at the BMW Columbia store, they would not and I repeat would not even consider it and quite arrogant about it. I was shocked as we came to buy the vehicle. Although our experience was a very negative one, (at MB Augusta) I was impressed with how helpful and professional Joey was (BMW Columbia) I have since been there a couple of times to see other used cars and although I didn't buy, (I'm picky!) I would still recommend this dealership and specifically this sales rep to anyone looking to purchase a car. I have since bought a Lexus but my daughter will be looking in the near future and I can assure you that Joey and BMW will be at the top of our list for looking! I also would like to recognize Erika because I called one day and although it was not her department she went out of her way to assist me. Bravo BMW Columbia keep up the good work, other dealerships could learn a thing or two from your professionalism and courtesy!

As soon as I stepped onto the lot, Mr. Moser welcomed me to the dealership and asked if he could help me in anyway possible. I told him I was looking for "Nate", and he graciously walked me into the showroom and grabbed Mr. Cartwright. Mr. Cartwright was also very welcoming, and eased me into the process of initial paperwork and the test drive. He introduced Tyler Moser as a new sales associate who would be working with me that day. Mr. Moser was very professional throughout the test drive/paperwork process. He was outgoing, easy to talk to, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was test driving. Once we returned from the test drive, Mr. Carwright brought be into his office to complete the credit check/financing paperwork. Again, I felt very comfortable throughout the process and never felt hassled. Overall, from the time I walked in the dealership till the second I left, I felt very comfortable. The showroom had nice couches and tv's, so I didn't have to miss any college football on my Saturday while the financing was being processed. I got a great deal on the car I ended up purchasing, as I feel all of their vehicles are more than fairly priced. I cannot recommend Mr. Moser or Mr. Cartwright enough, and I will surely be back next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

Joey was very helpful and knowledgeable about the 2010 Buick LaCrosse that I purchased. Although his sales manager was a little stern my overall experience was great. I woukd recommend this dealership and also Joey.

I purchased a vehicle from out of state sight unseen, the team at BMW of Columbia led by Joey McIntosh made this transaction as pleasant as possible through constant communication and transparency. It requires a significant amount of trust to buy a used luxury vehicle over hte internet without ever seeing the vehicle. Working with Joey validated this trust, the vehicle was in incredible condition and exactly as advertised.I highly recommend this dealer and sales agent.

BMW of Columbia once again took advantage of a woman (my wife) on two occasions recently. 1. 4/9/ 2013 My wife had an Eccentric Shaft go bad on her 2006 325I. BMW had to keep the car and did not have a loaner vehicle for my wife. They nicely gave my wife a rental car from Enterprise in which BMW of Columbia was to pay for the rental. My wife had to give Enterprise a credit card for safe keeping. In August my wife received her Visa Bill and there was a charge on the Bill for the rental car from Enterprise. She contacted Enterprise and asked why the charge on her bill. Enterprise Stated BMW had not paid the bill. My wife called BMW, one of the service reps said they would check on it and get back to her. Two days later still had not heard. My wife went to BMW and saw Dean Petersen who said he would take care of it that day. Here it is two weeks later and the charge has still not been paid.2. 8/24/2013 - The right front headlight on my wifes 2006 325I. I was out of town and my wife had to get the headlight fixed. BMW of Columbia charged my wife $28.60 for the headlight and $384.00 to reinsulate the wiring. That is a total of $412.60 to replace a headlight. Upon returning home I called someone else who works on BMW and thye stated the most it would cost to install and rewire the headlight would be the cost of the headlight and one hour of labor (95 per hour). so the most it coud be $142.50. BMW's cost for the same work and just rewrapping the wires was almost three times the cost.BMW and enterprise took care of the problem with the rental car. I was also given more information for the headlight. Upon this information i am satisfied with the outcome.

I live in Florence and wanted to trade my BMW for a new model. I found this dealership and was impressed with the tremendous selection, more than anyone in the state! As a woman, I was hesitant to work with a dealership out of the area and eve tried to buy locally. These guys are the absolute best, Everything was answered open and honestly, no hidden numbers, just straight up communication. The car was delivered to my home in Florence and every option, gadget and toy was fully explained - amazing. Jeremy eve programmed his phone so if I was confused I had an immediate person to call. I've always been in love with the brand, now I have the same loyalty to a dealer. Thank you.

I came into BMW of Columbia to diagnose a problem with my 2007 BMW and look into a possible trade-in for a newer model. Daren was excellent, as always, and even went so far as to answer some questions about models and financing for me. He went out of his way on several occasions to check in with me during the process. I ended up working with Joey McIntosh on the purchase of my new 335i Sedan. He was awesome! He went out of his way to be available for any questions I had during the process (via text, email, and phone!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, or BMW of Columbia, to anyone looking to purchase a new BMW.

Prior to this trip to BMW of Columbia, I owned a BMW Z4 that I was ambivalent about replacing. Joey went out of his way not to pressure me. When I told him that one drawback is that the dealership is about 40 miles from my home, he said that he would come to my house, bring a loaner and pick up/return my car. Tomorrow, he is doing just that. I was really impressed with my experience. I had bought two BMW's from the dealership when it was Hancock and my experience was not nearly as positive.

I came to BMW Columbia to service my 3 series. I only had the expectation to get my car serviced and move on with my day. Michael Brooks first took care of me right away with services to my car. Excellent service was provided by him from start to finish. Next I spoke with Jeremy Easterling. He is one the top salesmen for BMW in the state of South Carolina. Jeremy discussed how I can save money and taxes with BMW, the quality of BMW Columbia and how they value their customers. I live in Charlotte, NC and I originally purchased my CPO 3 series from Hendrick BMW (Hendrick customer service sucks. The sales people and managers will not return a phone to you if you have a problem with your car or with their service). If I had known then what I know now, I would have purchased my vehicle from BMW of Columbia. When I purchase my next vehicle, I will be making the drive to BMW of Columbia. We went to BMW of Columbia to look for a BMW "station wagon". Jeremy quizzed us on what we wanted. He then gave us two choices...X1 or X3. We elected for the X1. He then took us on a "test drive" of a lifetime! That sold us on the BMW engineering. It then was just a matter of getting "right" on a price. The only down side to the entire encounter was the low offer for our car. We had to sell it ourselves and actually got $1,500 more than BMW of Columbia offered. We highly recommend BMW of Columbia and specifically, Jeremy. We look forward to being part of the "BMW" family.

Our entire experience with Jeremy Easterling at BMW of Columbia was absolutely wonderful. He responded immediately to the many emails my husband and I sent, and went above and beyond in answering our questions/concerns in detail. He loves what he does, and that is very evident when meeting him. We ended up purchasing a new BMW 528i, which can be a bit intimidating at first with the new technology. My husband is somewhat familiar with these features, but Jeremy was very patient with me while thoroughly going over everything. We also had a very good experience with the finance manager, Chad Morris, who went over all of our options without being overly pushy as we have experienced in the past. Everyone we had the pleasure of working with, or even briefly meeting, at this dealership has been great. I will definitely recommend BMW of Columbia to my family and friends.

I found the car I wanted, a beautiful 2006 6-speed BMW 330 CiC at BMW of Columbia, South Carolina, on the BMW USA website, and initiated contact. Richard Scheimann responded promptly and was extremely helpful--this was particularly important to me as I live in the Dallas, Texas area, over 1,000 miles from Columbia. Richard, Nate Cartwright, and Chad Morris were extremely helpful in facilitating the purchase transaction. Shortly after I left Saturday afternoon to drive back to Dallas, the brake warning light turned on, so I returned to the dealership. Dean Petersen immediately got my car diagnosed and repaired so I could get going on my 1,000-mile trip home. Both Richard and Dean called me to be sure I got home safely and that I was satisfied with the car. I am very pleased with the car, and equally impressed with the top-notch service I received from everyone at BMW of Columbia. I only regret I live so far away, as I would not hesitate to buy another car from BMW of Columbia, which has earned my highest praise.

Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. Will be back for more..... Richard is the man!!!!! Just wish I could have talked him into giving me that Austin martin db9 as a buy one get one free. But you will not have a better or more professional experience anywhere. They waited a hour past closing to finish the deal and had us in and out in 30 minutes. And the vehicle we purchased was $3,000 under book and $2,500 under any other dealers advertised price. And 10x cleaner than any other vehicle we had looked at........ Wouldn't go anywhere else

Joey Way Exceeded My ExpectationsI have had the pleasure of working with Joey McIntosh at BMW of Columbia the past few weeks as I started my new car buying experience. As a young female, I was expecting to be fast-talked as soon as I walked into the dealership that was not the case. Joey and the entire team at BMW of Columbia spent time explaining the benefit of each car and most importantly what met my needs specifically. I moved to South Carolina from Virginia about 2 years ago. When I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle I decided to check with the Columbia dealership before going back to Virginia where I had purchased 3 BMWs previously . Going to BMW of Columbia was a great move on my part. Every single interaction I have had with them from the moment I began the shopping process has been superb. And I am lucky to have met Joey McIntosh, a member of the sales team, who has done a great job working with me. Joey and the whole team there are intelligent, customer focused, responsive and altogether a joy to work with. I traded in an X5 and drove my new 335 off the lot yesterday and the entire process was what every customer wants: simple, hassle free, and highly attentive to my needs and expectations. These people are great and I highly recommend the dealership and Joey McIntosh personally to anyone who is interested in owning a BMW. This organization understands how to treat customers as if they are the most important people in the world. The whole process is straightforward and pleasant - not what most people expect when purchasing a new car. I would not think of doing business anywhere else.

I came to BMW of Columbia today and many times before for the free car washes they do on Saturday. They really come in handy cause my apartment complex doesn't allow us to wash cars. Anyways the people and customer service is still exceptional even though the car wash is free. They get me in and out quickly and they do a fantastic job on the car. I just think its awesome when you purchase a BMW from them how well they treat you. Its just one small thing that makes owning my X1 so much of a pleasure. This dealership defines what owning a bimmer should be like.

I am visiting Columbia from out of town and this morning found a nail in my tire. When I called the dealership, they told me that because this was an emergency to immediately bring the car in and they would take care of it. After they checked my car in, a shuttle drove me to work. They replaced my tire in about 2 hours and offered to pick me up then or whenever it was convenient. Not only was the service exceptional, they honored my wheel and tire warranty and did a great job! There are very few perfect experiences as a customer, but this was truly one of them.

Almost 2 years ago I traded in my 2007 X5 and purchased the new 2011 X3 from Jeremy, he was very helpful in making the trade-in process so quick and easy. This past weekend, I brought in my 2000 323i for Service and spoke with Jeremy regarding the need to sell it since I have been driving the X3 the majority of the time. He was able to work with me and promised he would find him a good home knowing it was to part with my 323i that I loved for the past 13 and 1/2 years.

I purchased a 2012 335i from this dealership and I couldn't be happier. I traveled from Augusta, GA. All personnel were professional, knowledgeable and very courteous offering me drinks several times. Joe S. was very understanding of my unruly children, and Nate kept me entertained as well. Chad is an EXCELLENT finance guy. He beat USAA's best finance rate, which saved a considerable amount. The dealership has two buildings, which was nice because I felt a bit secluded from the chaos of the showroom. The only "improve" I have for this dealer is the overall time of the transaction seemed very long and drawn out. Joe S. has touched base with me and made sure I was happy with my 335i- which I obviously am. I also considered the Audi S4 and Lexus GS350 (the Lexus salesmen in Augusta are TERRIBLE)... So, the folks here will go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great experience.

We drove down to Columbia from the Asheville / Hendersonville, NC area with plans to look at several 2006-2008 Honda CR-V's that we saw on-line at local new car dealers. We decided to visit BMW of Columbia first since they appeared to have the best deal on a low-mileage 2008 model. Joe Sicilio greeted us warmly and throughout our interactions, he was very personable and professional. After test driving the vehicle and getting our trade-in appraised, we were able to "make a deal" (we didn't feel a strong need to look at the other vehicles). Chad Morris then aptly assisted with processing all of the needed paperwork, including everything required for us as an out-of-state buyer. Within a few hours we were on our way back home with our new (to us) vehicle and with positive memories of our experience. Car buying would be much more pleasant if other dealers treated their customers as we were treated today!

This was the first time that my husband and I were able to purchase a care in literally one evening. We live in Charleston, SC. The Charleston BMW authorize dealer (Rick Henderick BMW) was such a horrible experience that I wouldn't get my old and new BMW care service their or even drive past the building. We have been on our search for either a 2010 or 2011 BMW X5 for a little over 6 months. We were patient, consistant, humble, and POOF we found the exact BMW X5 that we needed. The next day (Friday), we were then contact by email from the BMW customer relation representative Michelle the next day. She wrote stating we would be contacted by a sales rep. very soon and they would help my husband and I in getting the vehicle that we needed. Shortly after Brett (OMG such a awesome person) contact us and introduced himself. We felt comfortable with Brett just by the telephone conversation and knew we wanted to purchase from this dealer. Then, we explained to Brett what we needed to occupy our family and where we need to be, in regards to vehicle pricing and financials. For a moment, we were under the impression that we were not going to be able to afford what they were asking of us. However, my husband and I were not willing to deviate from what we could afford and the type of vehicle we needed. The next morning (Saturday), we received a phone call from Brett. Brett told us that something was worked out and we were able to drive to Columbia the same day to test drive the vehicle. We arrived at 5:45 pm, not ot mention, they close at 7:00pm. I can say this.....when left BMW of Columbia, it was after 9:15pm. Futhermore, when we left we left with our 2010 BMW X5 drive 3.0i Premium package, navi, bluetooth.....THE WORKS!!!! I was so proud of Brett because he didn't look at us as a sale but in the image of a close friend. I did cry when I gave them my 2002 325i as my trade. I had that car for 8+ years and it was hard to depart without it.....but when I drove back to Charleston in my X5 I got over the 325i quickly. I live in the Charleston, SC area and found BMW Columbia to be more competitively priced than the dealerships in Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head. In addition, Brett was one of the friendliest and easiest salesman to work for - honest and non-pressured. We were able to negotiate my trade-in and price incentives over the phone, so I spent minimal time at the dealership completing final paperwork. The parts team was also very friendly and competitively prices when we bought "extras". My only complaint is the standard sales pitch that the finance person throws for the maintenance agreements. I know this is his job, but in the end, it's a pain to have to sit through. Overall, very happy with my experience and purchase. This is a great dealership to work with - fair, honest, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend working with Brett.

My BMW of Columbia experience was excellent. I called Daren Ball(Service Representive) who always treats me with the upmost respect, to schedule an appointment. I brought my 2005 745LI in for "Service Soon" fault and Daren printed a report for repairs needed. Daren walked me through what was needed ASAP and what could be repaired at a later time. I was given a car to use in the absence of mine. I received my car back on time and with options of late hour pickup.I highly recommend BMW of Columbia to other clients. Thanks Daren1!!! Michael Brooks is one of the best service advisors I had ever worked with. He is always so nice and honest about what is being done to the car. He came to the house to get our car, got everything working great, kept me updated on when it would be ready and then brought it back to the house all cleaned up and ready to go. Superb experience. It took me about a week to make up my own mind about buying my new 2013 X5, but salesman, Joey McIntosh made the process very easy. He was immediately responsive to my questions from beginning to end and even made sure I was asking the right questions for my own benefit. It was 1996 that I bought my last new car, so I was a little rusty in the process. When I arrived on my day of purchase, Joey greeted me at the door and welcomed me into his office. We went over all the details and had me in signing the papers and closing the deal within an hour. I've been places where it was harder buying a set of tires than this new X5. Joey covered all the functions of the new hi-tech X5 and offered to input all the personal set-up info into the car for me before I arrived. The main reason I chose BMW of Columbia in the first place was that when I called them, they honestly wanted my business and followed through with everything. I talked with other dealers in the region who just wouldn't call me back. They even gave me a very generous discount on the car I selected before I asked for it. On all accounts, I recommend BMW of Columbia and salesman, Joey McIntosh, very highly.

Let me start off by saying that this is not the first time I bought a car from Jeremy at BMW of Columbia. My experience started when I needed service on my existing BMW 325xi and dropped it off for service to be given an estimate later. It was fixed UNDER the price given to me. It was washed and vacuumed and running like new. A year later I dropped it off again and they waited for me AFTER hours to get the car. Michael in the service dept. kept me up to date on what was being done and again, it was less than first quoted. This brings me as to why I went back when it was time to trade it in for my 335i. I wasn't treated as a customer, I was treated like a friend. I told Jeremy what I was looking for on the phone and when I could be there, and when my wife and I drove up, the car he had in mind for me was on the "Show Ramp" in front of the dealership, looking like new. A test drive later and it was mine. Fast forward to the present. My Son is looking is for a car in a trader paper and on line but I called Jeremy. He called back to say he had something for us to look at. It was without a doubt the best of all the cars we had considered. One test drive and we brought it home. Best car, best deal. Period! BMW of Columbia has the whole package. Great cars, great rates, great deals. And please don't forget how important service is after the sale. That's what had me coming back. You owe it to yourself, if you are shopping for a car, to swing by BMW of Columbia and ask for Jeremy. It might be your only stop.

This was my first visit to any BMW dealership, as I have been a loyal Infiniti customer for years. From driving up through the cleanest lot to signing on the dotted line, Jeremy Easterling guided me through the quickest, most pleasurable experience I have EVER had....in and out in an hour. One day earlier, I contacted the GM, Jason Branham, gave him an overview of what I desired in a car, what i didn't feel necessary, payment range, and viola!!! I arrived for my appointment today and was greeted by 3 smiling gentlemen (2 of which were waiting to see me - talk about feeling like special). They were so easy to talk to, which instantly put me at ease. They walked me through the showroom and to a car waiting for me to test drive. Jeremy took me on a guided tour into the BMW machine and technology. I was blown away and I'm a techie! Seriously impressed. J. asked me how i like to drive and he delivered!! We had a blast! He pulled over and had me drive and i fell in love with the car! Such a dream. I felt completely at ease, supported and safe. Almost like being with a family member. He was professional, courteous, kind and a true BMW expert. The guy even found $3000 equity in my leased vehicle i could apply to my new BMW and an additional $1000 bc of my insurance provider incentive!! BLEW.ME.AWAY!!! If you want the best, schedule an appointment with Jeremy Easterling. I'd never write this if i hadn't been given extraordinary service!

I would say I am pleased with this dealership and the saleman who assisted me. I actually went in to have my current BMW serviced and look at used convertible but traded in my current BMW on a new (non convertible) model instead.

Hands down, Michael Brooks in Service simply makes my Service Experience the very best I've experienced in years. He is able to quickly grasp what I need and knows how to keep the service experience focused on fixing the problem and making my car better when it comes out than when it went in for service. My experience with everyone that I dealt with at Columbia BMW was excellent - everyone was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. I was an out of state buyer (Colorado). Joe in sales accurately described the car I was interested in before I decided to fly to S.C. to inspect and buy the car. Dean in service inspected the car for any issues before I arrived and he also went over the car with me when I arrived. Dean also provided me with the complete history of the car. Zack was able to find an answer to my parts question even though the answer could not be found in the parts database. I have recommended Columbia BMW to my friends and family and they will be the first place I shop for my next BMW.

Recent purchase of X3, my first BMW, but not from this dealer. Yet treated as if I had. Needed a valet key, which is pricey for a plastic key, hence the ok rating. Zac Cariens was very courteous and helpful, taking extra time to check something on the car, not a scheduled appt. Overall, I felt a warm welcome into the BMW family from BMW of Columbia.

I am in Florida and was having trouble finding the BMW 535i I wanted at the price I wanted despite working with 2 dealerships and 3 different reps for over 6 weeks. I decided to give things a shot on my own and came across what I wanted online at BMW of Columbia. Joey McIntosh came back to me with a very aggressive offer less than 24 hours later. It was clear to me that he was hungry for my business and there would be no need for the typically tiresome game of haggling. I could not get a deal that was close to what he was offering out of the gate at my local dealerships. Our communication together was outstanding and within a couple of days the deal was done Joey handled all the arrangements and Chad Morris got me through any paperwork questions. At the end of the week I was sitting in my new 535i that was delivered right to me. This is the 14th car I have leased and probably the easiest and best deal I have ever gotten thanks to the Joey McIntosh and the rest of the team at BMW of Columbia...............and I am 600 miles away!

I traveled from out of state to purchase a car from BMW of Columbia. All communication before I arrived was great and fast. My client advisor was Joe Sicilio and he was very nice, easy to work with, and very honest. When I arrived to see the car, it was everything Joe had said it was and the car was even better than I had expected. The whole process while I was there went smoothly. Everyone I spoke to while at the dealer was very friendly. I definitely recommend BMW of Columbia.

I normally don't write reviews but I have to give a huge thanks to the folks at BMW of Columbia. From the time I first set foot in the door until I took delivery of my new car I was treated like a true "Preferred Customer". Joey McIntosh was my client advisor and he was nothing short of exellent. I went into the process truly doubting that I would be able to get the car I wanted and he made me feel at ease and gave me some confidence back. Joey never tried to talk me into something else nor did he make me feel like I wasn't worth his time (I have some past credit issues). At the end of it all, I got the car I wanted with great financing and was done waaay faster than I thought. Joey helped make this happen for me so "thanks Joey!!" Owning a BMW is much more than the driving experience. In reality, it is an owner's experience and the people at BMW of Columbia do everything to make you feel it. Thanks!

I have now bought 3 cars from BMW of Columbia in the past 2 years and live over 1,000 miles away. Why would I do that do you ask? Each time I was on their website, saw the car that I wanted, and called up their knowledgable staff to discuss the car of my interest. The staff at BMW of Columbia has made all three transactions fast, easy, and not stressful. That is why I have gotten 3 outstanding cars from them. Each car that I have purchased from them has had no problems, and my BMW certified technician in the Chicagoland area has been shocked at how each car is in such great shape. He even wanted me to "look out" at BMW of Columbia for his potential next car. For my last purchase a staff member even met me halfway in Kentucky so that I did not have to drive the entire way from Chicago to Columbia, SC. This saved me on time, and money, and impressed me to the point of never buying a car anywhere else, but BMW of Columbia. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

I was not happy with the bill my wife recieved for the installation of a water pump on her BMW 325I. When the service manager found out about the problem he bent over backwards to rectify the problem. He was concerned about my long time loyalty as a customer of BMW of Columbia and wanted to retain my business. In the end BMW was fair and I will continue to be loyal customer of BMW. I went to BMW of Columbia on August 13th to order the new X1 Sdrive 28i & Joey made the whole process extremely easy & painless. He was very straight forward and explained everything very clearly to me. Another thing that impressed me about Joey is he did not try to sell me a single thing that i did not want but the things i told him i wanted. He was not pushy at all and is very pleasant to deal with. Which i really appreciated. I hate when people try to sell you stuff you don't want. He was also very patient with me & answered every question i had with a positive attitude. The finance manager made everything easy to understand & painless also very straight forward which i appreciate. He was also quite a character. All in all BMW of Columbia is a fantastic dealership. Wither your buying a 1 series or a 7 series every one will get treated well. If you do want a car from BMW Of Columbia make sure to use Joey McIntosh as your sales person. He won't disappoint. Having never owned a BMW, Jeremy Easterling answered all our questions professionally and was very knowledgeable of the product. We test drove three cars and he put us in the one we wanted. Jeremy as well as the other staff at the dealership were never pushy and let us make an informed decision and explained why BMW is the Ultimate Driving Machine. I recently I took my Certified Pre-Owned BMW to BMW of Columbia to have a couple service issues taken care of. From the onset, they were unaccommodating and generally unwilling to perform service that should have been addressed under the Manufacturer?s warranty. Most notably, a separation in the leatherette was called ?wear and tear.? After I pointed out that the leather issue is a common concern among BMW owners and voiced my displeasure with the way they were handling the situation, they reluctantly agreed to ask BMW if they could fix the seat. During the course of these exchanges, I contacted another dealership who immediately agreed to address all the issues under warranty, and ordered parts for the car without having seen it even. Unsolicited, they offered to pick up the car, leave me a loaner vehicle, and return my car to me when the repairs were complete. The service manager there said that when a car is under warranty, their policy is basically to fix anything other than an empty fuel tank. He was being figurative, but his point was understood. I relayed this information back to BMW of Columbia, and their response was to ask me to pick up my car and let the other dealership complete the repairs. I informed them that any surveys I received from BMW about the service I received would be answered honestly and that I would be submitting negative reviews. They replied that if that were the case, they would never service my car again. They refused to work on my car ever again because I expressed dissatisfaction with the service I had received. The Service Manager, Dean Petersen, the general manager and service advisors are rude, argumentative and inattentive to reasonable expectations for good customer service. You have a choice in where you purchase your next car and where you have it serviced. Anyone who expects even the most basic levels of customer service would be well advised to take their business elsewhere.

Owned 3 BMW's for 10 years. I have been as loyal as I can but I have to say this dealership is part of the reason this is my last BMW. I have had COUNTLESS problems with bad service from BMW dealerships from San Antonio, to St Louis, to Columbia with damage to my vehicle, parts not replaced like they said they did, leaking oil after changes...etc. My latest, took car in for oil gasket replacement, $1300k later(after I found out my 100k CPO warranty had JUST expired a month ago from time, thanks for the notice BMW?). They did give me a loaner even though warranty had run out, that was actually nice, but after three days in shop (after I called them to find out if the car was done) I didn't even make it home when the temp gauze pegged and raditor light lit and engine almost overheated and locked literally driving HOME! Opened the hood, found loose bolts they didn't tighten, hoses not reattached correctly, and a cracked radiator expansion tank from where they hit it removing the alternator. Oil was all over the inside of the car and frame like they made no attempt to clean it up. QUALITY CONTROL??? My wallet can't take these cars and the lack of "SERVICE" anymore...I have spend over $5500 in tires and maintenance and repairs in 4 years above and beyond $1800 for the maintenance pkg and the money tree is dead. Good bye BMW. I will say this, I think corporate BMW is as much to blame, but when you pay better than $60k for a car and neglect the VIP service, you will lose customers.

I've had a great experience dealing with Sara and her associates. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, providing an adequate follow-up service. I ended up not buying the vehicle, but most definitely consider this dealership for my future car purchases.

This sales experience was a long and drawn out process due to the special order involved. From the first email to inquire about pricing/options to finally deciding and placing an order for the vehicle...the experience has been phenomenal! Mr. Jeff Rubin was extremely patient and answered all my annoying emails promptly with enthusiasm (unlike Jim Ellis Audi...yeah you guys suck and your product line is old). Placed an order late June...vehicle arrive early (Aug. 10th)... BMW of Columbia waited patiently while my current lease ended with MB. I picked up the vehicle September 1st with Mr. Joey McIntosh...who took over the sales process and was available even after hours to answer my frantic questions the night before I drove 230 miles to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived that morning the vehicle was detailed, in the showroom, ready to go! I was in and out in under an hour! They ordered the car to my exact specification without any delays or confusions. Mr. Earl Hesterberg should give special recognition to Mr. Jeff Rubin and Mr. Joey McIntosh for their stellar customer service! To this day I still haven't seen another Estoril Blue 2013 328i M-Sport on the roads around Atlanta.....and I hope it stays that way for a long time!!! (but I hope BMW of Columbia sells more and more cars every year!)

We were in the market to trade in our 2006 Acura TL and made BMW of Columbia our first stop and we are so glad we did. We got a friendly greeting from Joe Sicilio and we knew immediately we were in good hands. He was very friendly and easy to deal with, never pushy and was very good at answering all our questions, and we had plenty of them. He was very patient with us as we learned about the different features and packages that came on the different models and was always ready to bring up or let us drive whatever car we found that we thought was going to work for us. We finally narrowed it down to two cars and he came in on his day off to help us decide which one to purchase. As it turned out, we ended up looking at a third car and knew immediately that this was the car for us. I have dealt with many car dealers over the years and never had a real bad experience with any of them but this was by far my favorite car buying experience. We would highly recommend anyone going to car shop to start at BMW of Columbia and ask for Joe Sicilio. You will be very happy you did.

After spending many miserable hours in car dealerships, for the first time, I had a wonderful experience at BMW Columbia. Lloyd was amazing to work with and was never pushy. Everyone I had contact was extremely nice. I can't imagine many circumstances where I would ever buy a vehicle anywhere else again. The prices were fair and I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of.

My husband owned a "01 BMW wagon he purchsed on EBAY from Texas. What a HUGE mistake!!!! Normally he is very particular in his search for a new car, but this time he trusted the dealer. They lied and grossly misrepresented the car. Still, with all the problems we had, the BMW of Columbia dealership service department was awesome!!! It is why we decided to purchase a newer BMW from them. Jeremy Easterling was the salesman we worked with for our sale. He was very professional, and he was up-front with us about the trade-in allowance of the old BMW wagon. We never had to try and figure out what price we would get for the wagon or what the price of our purchase would be. What a huge relief!!! We just wanted a fair deal and we definitely got it!!! We ended up with an "07 335i. We LOVE it!!! The car was immaculate!!! We have all the service records and Carfax report. There will be NO surprises. The car was washed and filled with gas and ready for us to take home as soon as the paperwork was signed. Jeremy will continue to be our salesman of choice...we will probably trade in our Mercedes E350 for a BMW SUV when we are ready. The service department is the BEST!!! We already know that if we have any issues with the car, Michael Brooks will take care of us. This dealership definitely goes "above and beyond" any expectations we could have had.

I went in wanted to buy a used vehicle that I saw online for my son. I expected to be kept waiting since I wasn't purchasing one of the big-ticket BMWs. I made contact with the salesperson immediately. I worked with Joey McIntosh. He was friendly and made sure I was satisfied with what I was purchasing. I went in during my lunch break. I was able to do the test drive, and complete the paperwork and made it back to the office for my meeting. This was by far the easiest car purchase that I've made.

When I initially went into the store, I did not have very high expectations as far as making a purchase. Owning a BMW has been a dream of mine since I drove my first one (7 series rental) in Germany back in 1996. Fast forward to the present and I have finally made the dream come true. This would not have been possible without Lloyd's help and "patience". I consider myself a potential nightmare for the average sales person. I didn't just want to own a car with a BMW emblem on it. I wanted to own what I considered to be a well-equiped machine! And, I wanted it all for nothing or, as close to nothing as possible. Realistically, I knew the cost would be high but remained hopeful I would be able to pull it off. Lloyd worked with me several times before I was ready to make my purchase. There was never any pressure to buy or make any huge sacrifices in options. He is a very friendly guy. My four year old daughter had a great time each time we visited the store. He always had some paper and colored pens for her to draw with. Lloyd is a very family friendly guy. My family and I got to know him on a personal level very well. I suggest you request him by name if you are reading this and considering making a purchase of your own. My entire experience from day one to the day after my BMW Experience was GREAT! My first time experience with the dealer wasn't very good. I saw an add on the internet for used SUV , I call it up to see if the car was available ,on a Saturday afternoon my family and I drove 3 hours to get to the dealer and see the SUV ,loved the vehicle was just what I was looking for , spoke with Mr Colby , he was very helpful , I told him that I wanted the car and I had financial arrangements with my bank , he was ok with that and ask me for a deposit to hold the car.I gave him the deposit and He said that they would hold the car until Tuesday .I told him that Monday morning I was going to the bank to get every thing setup . On Monday morning Mr Richard call me to ask me what time was coming to the dealer ,I told him that I was going to bank and I would call him as soon I have a answer from my bank . Got to bank and they told me that I had to do the application again because it was done more than a month ago , but wouldn't take long because they have all my information. So I call Mr Richard and explained it to him and told him that the bank would have every thing done by Tuesday . So I call Mr Richard on Tuesday afternoon to tell him that I have every thing ready to go and that I was coming to pickup the car He tells me that they have sold the car . I'm very disappointed after all . I think that was very UNPROFESSIONAL by the dealer , because I have a deposit to hold the car, I know I will get the money back ,but I wanted the car.

I went in hoping to purchase a BMW and trade in my other car. I was anxious going to the dealership as a single female on my own and Brett made me feel so comfortable. It was a great experience. There was no hassle on the price. I was given a fair trade and a fair price for my new car. Nate as the Sales Manager was funny and easy to work with. Chad, the Business Manager made the paperwork an easy process. Overall, it was a great experience. I was treated professionally and felt no pressure at all. Joe Sicilio made buying an almost new BMW X5 diesel a seamless experience by giving us a fair price for our trade-in vehicle and coordinating a matching loan interest rate with our credit union. I went in to have some work done on my 8 year old BMW Z4, and instead left in a 3 year old CPO 5 Series. Colby Alley helped me select the right vehicle for my needs, showed me multiple cars to help me compare different models against each other, and made the closing process a breeze. My "new to me" BMW is the perfect fit for both my budget, as well as my family, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After the sale, I discovered a couple things that I wanted to correct, and knowing full well I purchased a used vehicle, went back to have them taken care of. I did not expect, nor ask, the dealership to cover the costs of the repairs, as they were nothing major, just things I wanted to have taken care of. The service manager came out, and instead of letting me know the cost, told me everything had been taken care of, and that my car was just a few minutes from coming out of clean up. This kind of service I've only experienced with one other company, and that's Apple. The level of service I've received from everybody at BMW of Columbia, from sales to service, has convinced me there isn't another place in town that deserves my business more. I'm already planning to replace my wife's car at BMW of Columbia, and look forward to working with Colby and the rest of the staff again soon. We had a great experience with Joe at BMW of Columbia, SC. Looking to trade in our Mercedes, we originally planned to only look at Mercedes. Randomly we decided to stop and look at BMW and we couldn't be happier that we came onto their parking lot and met Joe. Aside from the fabulous, friendly customer service, we were optimally impressed with BMW's maintenance program. Being that we put a huge amount of miles on our cars every year, maintenance can get costly and if not kept up with properly our cars could loose an even greater value for re-sale. Their maintenance program assures us that our new vehicle will be properly taken care of without us having to worry about the unplanned future maintenance costs that pop up. Joe was very upfront and honest. He really listened to everything we said we wanted and certainly delivered. We are most certain that when we shop for another vehicle in the future that it will be a BMW and that it will come from BMW of Columbia, SC.

I liked the transparency in terms of the information about the used car that I bought. Joe Sicilio is a very genuine guy. He asked a lot of questions in the beginning without making any assumptions, that was good. Then, he answered all my questions to the best he can and he was honest. The dealership looked very professional overall - hope my impressions stay the same after bringing the car for service.

Henry came out and greated me and made me feel welcome at BMW of Columbia! I already knew what car I wanted so Henry and I sat down and discussed what I wanted (accessories) on or with the car. Henry ordered the car and it was exactly what I wanted...right down to the color, he made me feel right at home, part of the family!!! Henry was very professional and curtious! I couldn't have asked for anyone better!!! He even called me the day after and asked how things are with my new car. I've never had anyone do that before...Henry's the best!!!

Jody was fantastic. He made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was quick, easy to understand, informative, and fun!! As a female, I've had HORRIBLE experiences In past when car shopping. That was certainly not the case here. Jody made the experience much more fun than I expected. I left with my new X5 feeling as if I was appreciated and well taken care of by Chad, the finance guy, Zac, the guy from the accessories department, and Jeff the manager. I would definitely recommend going here to shop and asking for Joey! You will not be disappointed with the cars or the buying experience!

I was interested in a used Audi A6 they had on the lot and was a little hesitant in seeing it, since the dealership was over an hour away. I called to inquire about the car and was quickly transferred to someone who gladly answered all my questions, so I decided to drive the hour. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted by staff and promptly seen by Joey. Joey was friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. If he wasn't sure, he was quick to find the answer. I had plenty of time to test drive the car and make a decision without any pressure from Joey. Once I decided to buy the Audi, Joey continued to be involved giving me answers to earlier questions and giving me updates on my car as it was being cleaned and readied for me to take home. The Audi was in great condition! I have to say it looked much better in person than online. Other than a couple of very minor cosmetic blemishes on the outside, it LITERALLY looks and runs like a new Audi. People easily guess I paid $10,000 more for it than I really did. I took it to a mechanic to have it fully inspected and he was done in less than 15 minutes. That's how clean the car is. On the quality of service and cars they provide, I definitely recommend BMW of Columbia!

I e-mailed them about my 328i BMW and Sara Perrone-Rinaldi e-mailed my the next day with the price and a preferred customer #. She made my appt and when I got there they welcomed me with first class services. I got the exact car that I wanted with no problem. Buying an X3 at BMW of Columbia was the most pleasent car bying experience we have ever had. We were greeted by Joe Sicilio Jr. immediately upon arrival and he worked with us for the next three hours. His goal of understanding our needs and wants helped direct our discussion of vehicles and options. Joe's desire to put us in the best vehicle possible for our situation was genuine. His extensive knowledge provided us with objective information and guidance. We felt that we were selecting the best car for us with a friend, not a car salesman.

Searched online for replacement for used car thru multiple web sites, finally found my used car at BMW Of Columbia, SC. Model, Options all just what I was looking for!! Made phone call Thursday PM to dealership to schedule test drive. Arrived Friday AM at dealership greeted by Joey McIntosh. After discussing my situation & possibly turning in my leased car in the near future. Joey & I test drove car, received all info & details (car fax, owners manuals, keys, past maintenance). Joey IS A GREAT client advisor!!! Knowledgable & very helpful to make all paperwork & sales finalization VERY SMOOTH!! Paperwork with Chad in the Financing Dept also was a smooth process. Used car was scheduled for detail shop after Memorial Day Weekend. Joey McIntosh followed up on the progress of my car in the detail shop & called me when my car was ready for delivery. My (new to me) used car was ready when I returned to the BMW Of Columbia, SC dealership. NO Haggling from E-Reserve price as listed thru Auto Trader web site. Service and sales staff were excellent. Only issue was confusion as to a "demo" with 4200 miles being designated as new, it was in the new car lineup and did not have any indicators of it being a demo until the business manager brought it to our attention. We purchsed the 328i anyway and the car has been a superior purchase.

My Husband and I were greeted by Joey McIntosh upon our arrival at BMW. After introducing himself, he inquired which BMW we were interested in looking at and test driving. We told him we had looked at their inventory online and had some cars in mind. We went inside and gave him the list of "must have" options and the cars we had reviewed and wanted to look at. Joey was great and very informative about the cars and options. When he was informed by my Husband that this would be my car, Joey talked to me about options instead of the "normal car salesman" who ignore the women an deal with the men. We ended up driving multiple cars and spent a majority of our day there. Joey was very patient and didnt pressure me one way or the other - he kept stating that he wanted to be sure that I would be happy since I would be the primary driver. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and important as "possible future BMW owners." After narrowing down our choices to two cars, Joey went and pulled the cars side by side so I could visually compare them.We ended up leaving with a 335i and a wonderful buying experience. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased (one Ford and two Honda's) and no other dealership has ever treated me this wonderfully.Thanks Joey!

I took my 2007 3 series in for routine maintance, and I was not in the market for a new car. Colby Alley with the sales staff sold my current (second) BMW to me, and he is always very accomodating when I go in for service. He peaked my interest about leasing a new car verses purchasing as I had with my last two BMWs. After spending minimal time with him and driving the 1 series, I am now leasing a 2012. Colby is always very personable, and he tries to take care of me regardless of my bizarre requests ;-). I had a tire blow out on the way to Florida last summer, and the guys at Columbia BMW were very helpful to me while I was on the way to Florida!

I just bought a used BMW and its all thanks to Joey. He sent me a text about a car he thought I would be interested in (I had been looking for a car for about a month). The next day when I made it to the dealer ship I test drove the car and was amazed. I had to have it. Joey took me inside and we knocked out all of the paper work in just over an hour. Joey had been proactive in making sure I found the vehicle I wanted. He made it simple (especially since I am Military) to purchase and register the vehicle. I was very pleased with this dealership and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a competitive price and good treatment. The purchase was smooth and without a glitch of any type. The dealership helped me get a better interest rate on the loan than I had been offered by USAA (which was a very good rate to start with). I had an excellent introduction to all of the modern technology incorporated into my 2012 BMW 328i and have had good follow-up information where it was needed. The car itself is clearly a superior design.

Joey is by far the most professional and understanding salesperson I've ever worked with. He has recognized my family and I and remembered us by name after short introductions and during impromptu visits to look around. I'm very indecisive and considered several options over the course of 3 weeks before the purchase of our second BMW from Joey. He gave me room to look, was patient when I wanted to return to drive other vehicles to compare. Looking back, he knew what I would do from the first visit, but he gave me time and room to figure it out myself. My wife loves this guy and we are customers for LIFE. I found this car online at a great price which got my attention first and then the warranty and low miles were a bonus. I know because I have been looking for a year. The salesman (Joey McIntosh) answered my initial inquiry about the car promtply and all questions thereafter. After graduating from USC in December 2011, I was ready for a luxury automobile. I had a great experience with BMW of Columbia. I went to this dealership because I heard the service department was amazing. What I quickly found out was the client advisors are just as awesome. Henry was very helpful in giving me the needed information for making a decision on which car to buy. This is the second car I have purchased from Brett and BMW of Columbia. Both experiences were absolutely outstanding. Product knowledge, customer support,patience and a postive and friendly atmosphere is their mantra. Never have I seen a car sales team more transparent in their process or more positive in their approach. Brett is absolutely the best. Negotiations were useful, fair and resulted in my complete satisfaction with the final price. Brett, Jeff, Chad and all involved didn't just tell me how they valued my patronage, they clearly demonstrated it throughout the process and it resulted in my best buying experience ever. I bought a vehicle from BMW of Columbia. I got the vehicle at a great price. I ended up having issues with the vehicle 3 weeks after I purchased it. They took the responsibility for resolving the issue the the manufacturer and the extended warranty company. After 2 weeks of discussions with the manufacturer and the extended warranty company, they were able to get my car repaired. They went well beyond what was expected and I would not hesitate to buy another car here! A big thanks goes out to Dean Peterson for going above and beyond expectations.

I went through USAA looking to buy a car. During the search I decided to see what BMW cars were out there. I saw the car of my dreams listed at a very reasonable price, but I was still looking at what else was available. A week later I went back to just see if the car was still available and it was with a price drop. So on Tuesday I decided to go look at the car and when I got there I was told someone had just bought it. But I decided to come look at another color with less mileage the next day. So I came back on Wednesday and was told that the car I wanted was still available, so I was so excited. I test drove it, got a good rate on the car, and was very satisfied. Henry was very professional and it was just a great experience. I love my new White BMW 3 Series Convertible!

Salesman Richard was greatPre-owned sales manager Nathan was greatHowever, once the car needed service everything positive about my sale was ruined. - During test drive discovered tampons and pictures in the front seat pouches and engine light came on. I am very familiar with vehicle maintenance and while we had stopped for a minute to look over the car I checked the gas cap and it was on tight (thinking it might be loose and cause an engine light - but I did not say anyhting to my salesman at the time). After the test drive I asked about the certified vehicle inpsection that is supposed to actually be performed (not "pencil-whipped) and noted that the seats and obviously the engine etc were major points of the inspection and were signed off as being inspected. I stated to my salesman my concern of the engine light and he ensured me it would be repaired and I would not have to worry about it. After some negotiation I returned with a trade-in after 2 days and was told that the engine light was due to a loose gas cap?? I immediately replied that I could reset the engine light with a diagnostic reader but it would return after a few days and I did not want that to happen to me. He assured me that the service dept was "quality".- After making a deal we left to enjoy our new car but after only 2 days of driving it I discovered that the driver's side mirrow did not have full range of motion and scheuled an appt to have it looked at. When I showed up for my 0830 appt a few days later I was shown a record of maintenance on the vehicle and noted that an oil change had not been annotated nor was there anything annotated about a loose gas cap. I inquired about why an oil change wasn't annotated as it is a certified vehicle inspection item and Jerry replied "it's not due, we don't just do random oil changes". I felt like an idiot at this point and decided to hold off on asking about the gas cap. After waiting for 2 hours Jerry walked by me in the waiting area and stated he thought I had dropped the car off and confirmed that I was waiting for it. Another hour went by and he finally came out and told me that the mirrir needed to be replaced and I would have to come back to have that done. (Great - it took 2 hours to troubleshoot a bad mirror). - I return home with intent to be notified of when the part would be in - - 3 days went by and the engine light came on again? So I called the sales dept who transferred me to the service dept. Once I explained the situation to the service dept I discovered my mirror had been delivered but I did not get notified so they made me an appt to have the mirror replaced and to troubleshoot the engine light. Addtionally, I was hvaing concerns about substantial steering wheel vibrations as well. I was told they would look into each item. A day later I recieved an email and phone call that my mirror had come in and that I should make an appointment. I just kept my previous appt instead.- Arrive for my appointment to have issues looked at and was told I needed to leave the car so I was given a loaner. After 4 days I was notified by Daren that the had found a bad charcoal filter (carbon cannister). I was not surprised (HOW CONVENIENT and it was not an item covered under warranty - even better). He explained that I may have to pay the $240.00 replacement cost as well. Immediately I asked to speak with a manager and got on the phone with Dean Peterson. I explained that the engine light had come on during the test drive as well and he said he was unaware of that - I then told him that in the maintenance print-out I saw during my initial visit there was no record of there being a loose gas cap - Interstingly, at this time he stated there was a record of that. I explained that it was too convenient and also offered to him that the gas cap was tight during the test drive as I now disclosed that I had checked it. He said he would call the sales dept and get back to me. After an hour he called back said they would cover the replacement cost - good news. I spoke with Daren again on the phone and asked if they would put valve stem caps on the 2 rear tires as they were never there and he said they would put the same ones on that mathce the ones on the other tires. I live 1 hour away and had little time the day I picked up the car and consequently drove of and arrived home before realizing those cpas never got installed. WOW - I had high expectations for my first BMW Purchase but the advertised quality and professionalism at your dealership in the service dept doee not meet the companies reputation.- This past weekend I drove the car to Charlotte - 2 hours away from my home and got a low pressure tire light (driver's side, rear tire) I immediately found a Sears store and asked them tp look at it for me. They found a nail in the tire and attempted to patch it however, they were unable to remove one of the lug bolts as it was torqued too tight and they did not want to risk breaking it. I calle Richard my sales guy and asked if he had any advice and unfortunately he could not offer any. So now I am riding around refilling my tire pressure as needed until I can get the car into the dealership, which consequently is one of my least favorite places to go at thtis time.I will be contacting Martin Weaver as I know he will have a smile on his face and will offer a friendly ear for me. So I will be driving back to the BMW dealership again - and will probably be told I have to pay 10 times more than waht sears would charge for a bolt that should not be over-torqued.....more to come on this post after I visit the service dept again......Also - When I did the service dept survey - I made an request to be contacted by corporate but never was contacted....WHY NOT?

I went to BMW of Columbia just to look and compare with others I had researched. I was very impressed with their "aim to please" attitude. Before I went there I was not looking specifically for a BMW. That was on a Tuesday and I went back on Friday to buy one. I love my new X5 diesel!

I purchased a minivan they had on a trade-in. I was appreciative of the fact that they gave me the time of day and treated me with courtesy and friendliness--I know they'd prefer to be selling $30k cars rather than the $7k vehicle I was interested in. We negotiated a fair price, although I disagreed with their philosophy of using the MSRP rather than what they actually paid for them as starting point for determining profit, and although I paid somewhat more than I had hoped, I was satisfied with the purchase price at the end of the day. I walked out the door with the vehicle having paid the published asking price--but which included all the dealer fees, taxes and registration fees, another final detail, and a full tank of gas.

I had been Online researching the new 2011 X3, for a few months when I noticed there were '2' in stock at this Dealership. So I submitted information for a Trade in Value on my 2003 X5 and immediately received an email response from Michele Morris of the Internet Sales. She had all the information on my quote, I was assigned a Preferred Customer #, and even scheduled me an appointment for a test drive. Jeremy was very professional in all his dealing with me and I felt treated faily in all aspects of my deal. I searched for the car I wanted for 3 months. I was concerned about walking into a BMW dealership only to be surprised. This dealership and especially Jeremy Easterling made it one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. The only way I can impress how much I think of this dealership and Jeremy is that I am willing to drive almost 2 hours for service. When thinking of a BMW or any other car go here first. Joey McIntosh and his Used Car manager were both very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. I did not feel pressured to purchase a particular car, and was treated with respect and courtesy. My questions and any small concerns were addressed, and Joey went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer. My dealings with the business office were also low-pressure and professional. My new (to me) car was detailed and filled with gas...a rarity these days! I haven't experienced the service department at BMW of Columbia, but I imagine that they will be as professional and pleasant to deal with as the team who assisted me with my pre-owned sales experience. Kudos to BMW of Columbia!

I bought a SUV as is and it broke down on the highway after 7 days. I was very lucky I did not get hit by a another car but it did scare my eight year old son. BMW of Columbia did not feel any remorse at all. Did nothing to provide good customer satification. Spoke to the general manager and he was not willing to help with the repairs. When looking for a car the whole dealership will call you to come buy. Let something happen they act as though you don't exist. I have bought a few vehicles over my life time used and never had an bad exprience like this one. We bought a used as is Acura 5 years ago and had a problem with on of the wheels bearings and the dealership fixed it after 15 days of having the car.I would not recommend this dealership anyone.

All the staff has been top notch in all categories. Because of a computer problem in our new 2011 335I I was forced to bring the car in numerous occasions. After becoming frustrated with this 2011 car we bought in 2010, I asked for some kind of compensation for all of my troubles with my brand new car. My 2008 BMW 328i lease was expiring and Jeremy called in Feb 2011 to see if I was interested in leasing a new one. I was waiting for some financial issues to resolve before I wanted to lease a new one. Jeremy and Lloyd worked with me to "hold" the car I wanted until middle of April when the money I was expecting came through. Jeremy and Lloyd not only kept in touch but the payments ended up being less that what was expected. Jeremy always asked about my spouse and how things were going. Paperwork was completed and was out the door in less than three hours. All the other sales personnel always said HI or asked if I needed help if I was standing in the showroom. THIS WAS THE BEST CAR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I will not go anywhere else. Jeremy showed me everything in the car that was new compared to my old BMW. He also set up my radio account and my SOS account so all I had to do was get in the car and drive. I am very difficult to please but they have gone beyond my expectations! GREAT JOB GUYS keep up the good work! The only negative I have to say for the dealership is that they did away with loaner cars which was extremely convenient for the customer. I do understand why they discontinued them from a business perspective.

I was looking at BMW's in 2005 and needed a dealer to work with me via phone. My job kept me on the road all the time, so had little time to visit or sit in dealerships. After researching the 330I, I called and started working with Jeremy Easterling via phone and email. He found the car I wanted and negotiated a fair price with me using Edmunds and other guides. I owned my BMW until 2010. During this time, I received good service from the dealership in maintaining my BMW. Health issues forced my retirement and I no longer needed a high performance vehicle. In fact I was looking for a SMART car to fit in the garage of our new RV, a Damon Outlaw. Even though SMART is made by BMW's competition, I called Jeremy Easterling and Lloyd Steeves, the GM to see what they could do for me. They came through for me with flying colors! They found a BRABUS Smart car with low miles and shipped it across country for me. Again, we negotiated a fair trade and we couldn't be happier with our new little SMART car. When we are ready for our next car, there is only one person we will call. You guessed it, Jeremy Easterling!

I bought a new 128i convertible from this dealership about a month ago. From start to finish, it was the best experience I've ever had in car-buying -- including other BMW dealers. My salesperson, Jeremy Easterling, was extremely helpful and always available for my questions. Service and follow-up after the sale are likewise excellent. I would certainly recommend this dealer. I also feel I received a very fair price, based upon information from another website.

Our overall experience at BMW of Columbia was far beyond our expectations. Jeremy explained all aspects of our lease, down to the last detail. He took the time to demonstrate and explain EVERYTHING about our new car. Jeremy is very professional, upbeat, and courteous and his interpersonal skills are superb. My experience with Columbia BMW has been tried,tested and approved by all. Even though there have been times that I could not or would not understand the why's and why nots, the staff has always made sure that I did not walk away unhappy. The level of commitment for customer service satifaction is present from beginning to end. They work with me and my schedule and make sure that I am comfortable before setting up my visits. I have bought several cars from this dealership and it is all because of the relationship we have built over the years. I know them by name but most importantly, they know me by name and they constantly remind me that my business and my satisfaction matters most to them and their team. I bought a new 2004 BMW M3 in 2004 and have kept it in excellent condition. It also has only 28K miles on it. Major problem developed two weeks ago after sudden failure of bolts related to the cam gear and shaft resulting in engine failure and bent valves. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in this mechanical failure, and my 4 year warranty and partial extended warranty were now expired. Dean Peterson and his team diagnosed the problem, contacted BMW NA on my behalf since it was an obvious mechanical failure of the bolts, and repaired the problem with no issues to date. BMW NA also paid for more than half of the total repair costs after reviewing the issues with Dean. I thought this was a fair and reasonable compromise given such a major issue at such low mileage in a M3 that I bought new and have only had BMW dealers service. I was very pleased with how Dean Peterson handled the entire situation, and it was because of my experience with how he handled this (in conjunction with BMW NA) that my attitude towards BMW remains great and unchanged. I will use BMW of Columbia in the future because of this experience and will undoubtedly consider another BMW the next time I purchase a vehicle.

I purchase a used 2006 Z4 BMW, Battery had to be replaced. Jerry took the time to explain service requirements for my car replaced my battery, windshield wiper blades, had Martin Weaver take the time to go over my car and explain functions of the vehicle. He also at my request, showed me the New 2011 models, demonstrated the Hardtop operations and let me view trunk space both up and down. Joey came over answered additional questions, no push to sale and said they were always available to answer any questions or help in any way should I want to upgrade to a new model.I will be back, and will recommend to my friends.I gave this dealership a GREAT Rating.drhodesjr

This was one of my most pleasurable car buying experiences. Ike was not pushy , understood what we were looking for, and offered his thoughts on another make just to beside we knew what we wanted. The teamwork between him and Nate allowed us to talk about the car, test drive it and make our daughters competition on time. Due to their non-pushy style, we came back after our event , negotiated a reasonable compromise and drove away with our 650i convertible! I would highly recommend Ike!

I challenge you to find another dealership more knowledgeable, professional, upbeat, and courteous than this dealership. It won't happen. From the moment I step in, regardless of the wait, I am greeted with a smile and offered refreshments. These individuals are so knowledgeable, I would have thought they were conceived in the BMW plant along side my X3. They do return phone calls, they do explain what has been done to your vehicle, instead of handing you a piece of paper and sending you off, they do follow up with you after service, but what they don't do....is pressure you into a new car every time you look at a vehicle which is MUCH appreciated. Sometimes you just want to discover without being pounced on. Best dealership I've come across, hands down.

Had issues with my BMW and brought it in for repair. Supposedly they could not duplicate the problem (which was obvious), but when I left their lot, the check engine light came on again. Then I had to wait for another appointment for a week. Also, I had to wait for over one hour for the loaner that I had reserved days ahead. It would also be nice if the service advisor could provide updates.

We contacted this dealer based on an ad on autotrader.com. We received a response almost immediately and discussed the vehicle in depth with Joey McIntosh. Although it was not a BMW, Joey described the vehicles features and condition in great detail. He also sent us a list detailing the price, fees and taxes, as well as a credit application. The forms were easy to understand and did not require a lot of effort to complete. We were asked to put down a nonrefundable deposit to hold the vehicle until we arrived to see it. The day we arrived, we were picked up at the airport by Ike Deas in an immaculate company vehicle. Ike was awesome friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the dealership and the vehicle we were interested in. The vehicle was in excellent condition and lived up to everything that was advertised, and that we discussed with Joey and Ike. For financing, we used bankrate.com to shop interest rates and got the best rate at a bank that is actually a preferred vendor of this dealership. Matt Taylor handled all the paperwork in a very prompt and organized manner, and we completed the sale without any problems. The dealership itself was very clean and customer friendly - plenty of space to sit, refreshments and spotless restrooms. This is the first time that weve purchased a used car and are grateful to BMW of Columbia for making it so pleasant. Dallas, Texas

Following an internet search, I contacted this dealership by telephone. The sales manager was very courteous and we made an appointment for a few days later. I received two follow-up calls to confirm my intent and interest in keeping the appointment, which was ok with me. At the appointment,we were able to examine and test drive the vehicle. We reached an agreement and a short time later that day, we drove the vehicle home. This was a first-time experience with BMW of Columbia SC and I am pleased.

One word that best describes the Dealership is --PROFESSIONALISM. That is very hard to find in the car business. Everyone took all the time necessary to make the purchase a pleasure. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I was ready to buy a car from another manufacturer but after experiencing the sales approach at BMW of Columbia I decided on the BMW instead. My client advisor at BMW of Columbia is George Brunson. George is always there to answer all of my questions since I bought my BMW. When it comes to service Michael Merrit is outstanding. After servicing my BMW is returned clean. Michael is professional and friendly. George and Michael make me feel right at home. BMW of Columbia has great people working in the parts department as well. I love to go in there for car care products. The experts there will advise you on what products to use on your BMW. Not to mention there are useful and fun accessories to purchase if you are a BMW lover.I feel comfortable knowing that I am in the hands of experts with BMW of Columbia. My husband and I have two other BMW's so we have been doing business with BMW of Columbia since we moved here 5 years ago. When it came time to buy another BMW last year we didn't hesitate to go there.

I really enjoyed working with Issac. I didn't go to the BMW Dealership for a BMW, instead I was looking for a Toyota FJ Cruiser. I saw one online that they had and it looked great and was priced very nice. I had done my research and had been looking for a while. The price was comparable to other dealerships with the same make/model/year/mileage. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in until the moment I left in my new Toyota. I wasn't sure how I would feel or be treated when going to a BMW Dealearship for another brand but I could not have ask for anything better.

I have purchased more than ten cars in my lifetime; this was certainly the most pleasant experience to date. Isaac was helpful, knowledgeable, and sincere while determining my needs, isolating a vehicle, demonstrating its features, negotiating an equitable deal, and finally administrating the paperwork. In all my years of purchasing cars this was the best experience by far. Mr Deas was cordial and helpful thru out the whole process, he wasn't pushy like some I have experience. His demeanor and attitude was very positive. His knowledge of the vehicle was above reproach, how he remebers all the attributes of the car I will never know, he provided us with very detail knowledge of the cars attributes and capabilities. I will give your company much credit in the training and preperation of its employees, The day we were at the dealer was very hot and humid, Isaac offered and suplied us with some refreshing beverages and let us take our time and make our decisions. It was a real pleasure working with him. We also appreciated the way he followed up with us several days later to see how we were doing and if we had any questions which we did and he answered. Within my 27 years plus of purchasing automobiles, I have found Jeremy to be the most honest and courteous person/salesman that I've came upon in many years. He was very polite, respectful as well as understanding of my circumstances. During the time period when purchasing my auto, my sister had become very sick with cancer, which required shuffling of my schedule and appointments quite a bit, but Jeremy was able to accomodate my schedule at every turn with a happy smile. This wasn't an act, he is a very impressive individual, but the most impressive act of kindness was that he gave me the space needed to care for my sister, but at the same time stay connected. Whenever he would call, the first thing he would ask, How's your sister Hattie by name? My sister has since pass, there again, he call to offer his condolence, and to this day he still call to see how we are enjoying our automobile and do we have any questions about the auto. I have been so impress with Jeremy that I have recommend my family as well as anyone that inquire about purchasing an automobile. I consider Jeremy a friend. I would be remissed if I didn't also mention Jeremy's Sales Manager, who was very eager to lend a helping strategy for our purchase. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about his product. He was interested in determining what sort of vehicle would best suit our needs and finding this vehicle. He was never overbearing or pushy in making the sale. He was willing to take as much time as needed to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. The eventual price we agreed on was very attractive and reached with a minimal of haggling and time waiting to hear from the sales manager. This was easily one of the top two experiences in new car buying I have ever experienced. For anybody interested in purchasing a BMW I would highly recommend this salesman.

I did something I had never considered before. I bought a new (3400 dealer miles) BMW 550 over the internet (eBay) because it was such a good price for a car otherwise difficult to find with the options it had. I live in NJ so there was no shortage of trepidation on my part about buying a car in South Carolina, but even with the cost of a plane flight to pick it up, it was a great deal. I paid for the car in full close to two weeks before my schedule permitted me time to fly to pick it up. Despite having my money, the professional staff, especially Jeremy, treated me as if they didn't. I flew to SC and Jeremy picked me up at the airport and the car was prepped and ready for delivery. Jeremy spent over an hour showing me the car's features before I drove it back home. When it turned out that one of the keys was not properly programmed (couldn't tell in SC because the keys were always together), I was told to take it to my local BMW dealer and if it wasn't covered under warranty, they would pay the bill for whatever it cost to get it programmed, no questions asked (turned out to be under warranty). The SC title work was delivered to me and was in perfect order allowing me to register the car in NJ. In short, what could have been a process with any number of pitfalls and disasters when the dealer is a thousand miles away, was as problem free and as smooth as I could have hoped for. So not only would I recommend this dealer in general, if the price is right, as it was for me, you can trust them to deal with you several states away as if you lived in their backyard.

I just moved to Columiba from Houston a year ago. there are way more BMW dealers in Houston. so i first stoped at the dealer in Columiba, the first meeting was very good. Mr. Deas is a great sales person! but i still felt i should give houston a try, coz of course we have many more dealers in houston than here. but i went back to houston only found out that how great the sales people are in columbia. i m not sayin g people in houston are bad, it just didnt feel that warm feeling that i felt when i was with BMW of Columiba. in that case, i went back to BMW of Columbia. the whole team are wonderful, i have to say this is not the first BMW i have,(i had used ones, first brand new BMW for me) the sales, sales manager, and the F&I people are warm and very profession of their job. i walk into a BMW dealers, i was already sold on the cars, it was the people who let me made my final decision. #1 BMW dealer for me to recommand to my all my friends. BMW really mades wonderful cars, as an Asian American, i try to stay with a new TL or G37. but the drive is just,,,i have no word to it. thank you for reading this. hope this is useful

Service was great. Fast, friendly, and very professional service. Don helped to negotiate an out of state deal as though I was there at the dealer. Don also helped me get a great interest rate though BMW. Even though I live in Alabama, I would definately make the trip over to Columbia and purchase another car.

I was very pleased with the customer service and assistance I received at BMW of Columbia. I decided to purchase a BMW after test driving the vehicle with Donald Mercer and speaking with him about the finance options BMW could offer. I liked how all the amenities and functions of the vehicle were shown to me and explained easily. I was also very impressed with how quickly the purchase process went once everything was underway.

Overall good experience. Didn't have to to do too much haggling.Got the price i was looking for quickly and got great customer service. I had my car build and was sitting in the front seat withing 5 weeks. Loving my car, everything is great. My only regret is that I didn't get a year so I could get the new i-drive.

I did not plan on buying one a 750 LI so quickly but that is evidence of how well I was treated. I have only drive my car home and have not had a chance to really test her out but that will be one of the first things I do when I get back from Texas. I would highly recommend Brett and BMW of Columbia. We bought a cert used Z4 and we have been very pleased with the car, Brett's help while we were shopping, and especially the follow up & attention after the sale. Being a used vehicle there were a couple things we noticed after the purchase and Brett & the service staff took care of them no questions asked and we picked the car back up shinny clean.

Donald Mercer was extremely professional, yet friendly and was not "pushy" at all. I have a 2001 BMW and was in the market for a new model, however had plans to keep my old one. I was therefore, in no hurry to purchase a new vehicle unless my husband and I agreed it was a "good" deal and the right thing for us to do at the time. I presented Don with this information and he, very professionally, began the process and did so without wasting valueable time on both our parts. Subsequently within a few days we made the decision to purchase another, brand new BMW and it was primarily directly due to Don Mercer and his service.

I was wanting to purchse a 2006 X3 (Black in Color) but I was not happy with apprasial on my 2001 Nissan Maxima but over all experiwnce was great. Ike was wonderful and he knows his BMW's. The finance guy was great and I know he did all he could. One thing though the BWM X3 that I was looking at had damages on the passenger rear bumper and per Ike this happened at the dealership. The vehicle had not come in that way. I was the one who found it during a walk around of the vehicle. All in all, I will return to purchase a X3 hopefully soon. A freind had bought a convertable there a few months ago and I was with her and she received great service and that is why I came back. Rest assure, I will be giving Ike a call soon. Emilee McClellan is the only reason I have my car service at the dealership in Columbia SC she is very helpful and always call you to inform you of the status of your vehicle.I only wished the other service there was as efficient as Ms McClellan sometimes when I call the phone is not answered and when you leave a message with the answering machine... if you can it is never given. Emilee McClellan is the right person for the job thorough and professional and just knows what you need to get the great service she provides. I called ahead of time and scheduled appointment for service. Prior to my appointment, I received an email reminder which was nice. When I brought my car in for service, I was professionally greeted and quickly directed to my service rep, Emilee McClellan. She had me in a loaner and on my way to work in short order. My car was ready when promised. My paperwork was not ready when I returned to pick up my car but was emailed to me promptly the following morning as promised to avoid me having to wait on it. I found the experience to be fast, convenient and courteous.While it is not the fault of Ms. McClellan or BMW of Columbia, this online survey has been far too time consuming. I only continued it because of the fine service afforded to me by Ms. McClellan

Very friendly service from Emilee. She kept me informed of progress of my car, understood my timing needs, and made sure these needs were met. The next time I came back to the dealership and was assigned to someone else, she immediately remembered me and knew exactly what I needed. She communicated these facts to the assigned employee and still made sure everything was taken care of.

They were very respectful of my time and did not apply unnecessary pressure. They made sure that I was aware of all of the options available to me. This was my best car buying experience.

I was satisfied with the quality of work provided. Emilee worked really hard to please me this time. The car was delivered on time I received a call about other issues with the car. A concern with the service area is privacy. I do not like that other people can hear what I am discussing with the service representative. I like booths.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past 8 months. It was actually fun! No hassles, every promise was kept to the letter and the people are genuinely interested in earning and keeping your business. Every time I have come to this location and Emilee has been my service provider, I have been more than satisfied. She is friendly, knowlegeable and most importantly, she keeps her word. She and Jason Scarboro are the only reason I chosen to keep my car as opposed to selling it. If everyone treated customers like they do, the car industry would be in much greater shape!!

I recently had my car serviced for its scheduled maintenance and inspection. Emilee was very attentive to me as this was my first time. She called me to make sure I didn't miss my appointment. She even suggested that I bring it in early that morning by 7:30 to get the very first spot, and I did. My car was ready by lunchtime and I really appreciated it. Also, my car was presented to me clean on the inside and outside. Thanks so much for a pleasant experience. I can't wait to get my next car from you guys!!!!! Thanks again Emilee!!!!

After having dealt with another luxury car dealership for 6 years, I was skeptical that any other dealership could provide the same level or better service. I bought a used BMW, not from this dealership, but you would never know it. They treated me as if I'd just bought the car from them, answered all my... "how do I" questions and gave me awesome customer service on my first service visit. Two thumbs up on this initial experience!

Don was attentive, friendly and helpful. He was enjoyable to visit with and we had the feeling that he was truly trying to make our exzperince good and was straight with us about our questions to him. I know that if any problem arises I can count on him to give excellent customer service. The other BMW personnel that we dealt with were also a pleasure and helpful. In this day and age of questionable service, I feel good about what I will receive when I need him. BMW service is one of the main reasons I drive this car.

Compared to the service that I received in the past from BMW of Columbia this service was 110% better. Due to past experiences with BMW of Columbia my husband and I vowed to never use this BMW location again, because customer service and customer satisfaction was never a priority for BMW of Columbia. My husband went as far as sending a complaint into the corporate office regarding our past experiences through BMW of Columbia. After deciding we needed a new car and wanted another BMW (fourth time BMW buyer)and finding out that BMW of Columbia was under new ownership, we decided to give BMW a chance to redeem themselves and provide us the service that is expected from any BMW dealership. After visiting the dealership, I met Donald Mercer, which is my salesperson. Donald was very helpful. He assisted me from the time I walked through the door until the time I drove off the lot in my new car. He was very knowledgeable of the car's features and was patient enough to go through the features with me, then ask if I had any question. He also called me to follow up on my purchase and to find out if I was enjoying my new car. Very personable type of guy, he is a perfect example of a good salesperson. Being that my husband is currently deployed, I had to make this purchase by myself and I must admit it was overall a good experience. Now, I hope bringing the car in for service will be just as good of an experience as the purchase.

I purchased a BMW 335I at Columbia BMW in late 2007 (at the time it was Hancock BMW). Since I special ordered the car, the price was not negotiable, but I got exactly what I wanted.All of my service since then has been done at Columbia BMW. They have been great service providers with minimal waits for routine service. Once for longer service they drove me 30 miles home and came back for me when the work was completed. Another time I needed a trim part that had come off and they got it for me at no cost.Emilee McClellan was my service contact and was unfailingly polite. I would highly recommend this dealer for sale or service.Andy

Brett and Mark were very accommodating as we struggled with what we were looking for. (We started out with the intention of replacing our X-5 with another X-5 and ended up purchasing a 328i.) We went back for several visits and they were always friendly and offered something to drink.There were times that we felt like Brett was new to the process, but he always asked others for help when he didn't know an answer. The price we were given on the car was reasonable (not great, but then again it's a sports car) and the financing process was fairly painless.

I had decided to buy a car and visited Cadillac, Lincoln, Mercedes and BMW dealers. When I went to BMW of Columbia Dealership I was met by Mr. Bostic. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. He listened to the wants I had for a car and began describing various cars in the BMW line. We settled upon a 550i. We went to the car and his knowledge of the car was extensive. We drove the vehicle and returned to the dealership for negotiations on the price. I never felt pressured and the whole expierence of buying a car was great!!! Every staff member at BMW of Columbia was very friendly and professional. I have recommended this dealership to several of my friends and will continue to do so. I have used the service department at this dealership and everyone there is professional and I rate the service department as outstanding

I have been looking to purchase a new sports car(corvette/viper/ferrarri/M3 ect.) for about 2 years now and after visiting a few dealerships and driving some very expensive cars I decided to stop by BMW of Cola. and look at the new M3. Brett Bostic met me while I was drooling over the most beautiful M3 I have ever seen and the first thing I remember him saying to me is "let's drive it", he grabbed the keys and the rest is history. Ten seconds in the drivers seat with the engine screaming and tires doing all they could to hang on I was hooked, I had finally found just the right car for me, it handeled great, had brutal excelleration and brakes that could stop a train. Brett was more like a friend than a salesman, he let me drive the car the way it was made to be driven. As we talked he told me some very impressive facts and stats about the car and the more he said the more I knew that I had to have this car....SOLD! The managers and other staff that I had contact with were very nice and I realy liked the showroom it was more like my livingroom with beautiful cars stacked all around me than a business. While I was waiting on my car Brett had the the BMW courtesy driver take me to lunch, that was realy convinient and when I got back my car was ready. Overall I was treated with respect and felt like royalty from all of the staff at BMW, even one of the mechanics named gregg came to the showroom and shook my hand and when I told him I was buying a new M3 he said "do it, it's a great car". My past experiences with high end car salesmen/dealerships havent been nessasarily bad but I was never taken seriously, I guess because I look like Im 18 with no $. Brett greeted me with a smile and actually treated me like I had money...imagine that. I look forward to getting to know several of the people at my local BMW dealership, so Brett if you get to read this, thanks alot man you helped me gain something I have been looking forward to buying for years.

The overall service was great. The salesperson search the make/model and year of the car I wanted. He did not pressure me in any way. The used car that I purchased was in excellent condition. The delivery of the car was awesome. It looked like new - interior and exterior.

From the moment my fiance and I walked through the doors the level of friendliness and willingness to assist exceeded our expectations. Brett Bostic, our salesman made us feel so comfortable and welcomed until we actually felt like we had known him for years. Brett showed a genuine interest and concern in our personal needs. Brett and the staff at BMW of Columbia made sure our purchasing experience was a quick and simple process. The staff at BMW was so polite and kind that we not only purchased one vehicle we came back and purchase a second vehicle within the same week. I currently work in the customer service industry, and I cannot tell you how many times a week I spend reveiwing with my team the importance of customer service, taking ownership in what you do and making sure you go the extra mile to take care of you customer so that they will come back and want to do business with YOU. My BMW experience was wonderful, my car is fabulous, and Brett Bostic was fantastic. He was very helpful. My parents did not have time to come sign the paper work so he made arrangements to meet with them at their convenience. Brett thoroughly went through information for clarity with me and he provided fast service. I have told my friends and family members about the the great service. Brett Bostic was very knowledgeable and helpful. The great customer service we received was a major selling point for me and has convinced my parents that they will be using BMW for future vehicle purchases.

Emilee McClellan has been my service representative for all of my service visits in the last year. I have found her to be very knowledgeable about my automobile and its service requirements. She has also been extremely helpful whenever I have needed to get service on short notice or on an unscheduled basis. I have found her to be unflaggingly supportive, friendly and cheerful whenever I had to bring the car in. She has helped me make decisions about which service actions would be cost effective. Finally, she has always been conscientious about making sure the job was done correctly.

Was able to get all the questions answered from Mr. Bostic with the purchase of our vehicle and, he also explained to us about the sevice BMW service that is offered. Was able to have our vehicle ready as promised. Assisted us in answering other questions that we had about a second vehicle.
