As always, super smooth and easy service experience. I drive over an hour away to have my car serviced at Bridgeport BMW, even though my local dealer is 10 minutes down the road from me, because they’re that good. They’ve always handled my car with a lot of respect and I’ve never had any issues. Great purchasing experiences here too! They also have a great perk called the ‘tire hotel’ which made it so much easier rather than having to lug my tires and wheels back and forth, twice a year. Ask for Tony in service or Stacey in sales!

BMW of Bridgeport customer centric dealership. They make sure that you’re comfortable while your wait for your car to be serviced. The few times I’ve been there my advisor explained all that was needed in a detailed manner. The video “walk-thrus” that you get post inspection are cool and very informative. I highly recommend BMW of Bridgeport.

Had some lighting issues with my 5 series, and brought the car to BMW of Bridgeport for diagnosis/repair. It took longer than hoped to receive the final diagnosis, but the service manager Tony was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Any BMW dealership will be expensive, but having somebody watching over your car and providing information throughout the repair process is very reassuring. Most friendly/accommodating BMW dealership I've been to so far.

I had the optimal buying experience with Mike, Dexter and the entire BMW of Bridgeport family. Mike C was very courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and an awesome test drive sidekick! Dexter topped off the experience with his warm and friendly personality and even provided a couple of knowledge gems to boot. Tyler, Mr BMW Genius himself truly shined with his knowledge and patience because I was definitely not up to the time with all these new features and gadgets! And thanks Susan for sharing your own X3 story and being very warm and friendly to my little girl. Thanks for making my car purchasing experience a happy and memorable one! You guys are fantastic!!

I couldn’t be happier the way my customer experience has started here at BMW Off Bridgeport. Follow up text messages, phone calls and the video from actual technician that gave me an idea of my of my entire condition of the vehicle besides the problem I’ve had with my vehicle. I’ve had my car back even earlier due to some parts came in without predicted delays. Very impressed, well done and thank you to the entire BMW of Bridgeport team! P.S. thank you to Matt( tech’s name ) for the state of the art video, right to the point.
