Ryan, Ben, and the rest of the team at Blaylock Automotive are the best you will find! I’ve done business with them on multiple occasions and every aspect of the transaction has been quick and flawless. These guys made me feel part of the family and I truly appreciate that these days. I had never been here before in my life and found the car on car gurus. Though I believe prices are tad bit higher than other dealers these guys were awesome. I was working out of state and strictly dealt with sales via text and negotiated a price prior to ever looking at the car and based off what they had to say about it. Upon arrival the car was pulled out and started (it was about 98 deg outside) with the ac on. Before I even talked to anyone the car was already running and cleaned waiting for me. I walked the car and found minimal flaws so minor I couldn’t even bring them up to sales to take any thing else off. That’s how every car on the lot was. I was truly impressed as to how friendly every one was. No one there was like a lion on raw meat like most dealerships. They were cracking jokes and telling stories almost like we were family. I would highly recommend this dealership though small they are very high in customer service and that goes very far with me. 5 stars to baylock from me, I love my Lexus! Thank you!

So I'd like to start by saying this is geared towards the events that have taken place with the vehicle after purchase. My wife and I bought a 2006 F350 on 07/22/21 that was supposedly looked over by Pure Diesel. Within two days of owning the truck the radiator had to be replaced. Now 08/11/21 the truck has no A/C, has yet another coolant leak, having rear end trouble, having transmission problems. Now this truck was looked over by Prue Diesel, I'm not sure who looked over this truck but they must be blind. I took the word of the dealer that this had been professionally looked over, one of the main reasons we bought this truck. The truck its self has been a nightmare. I understand buying a used vehicle comes with risk but if you are told that a company has looked it over and they specialize in diesels like most people you take their word. Now the truck is sitting as a paper weight awaiting a few thousand dollar repair bill. Ill say that again a few thousand bill. I haven't owned this a month. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Now the buying process was a breeze and Ben who was great by the way did everything on the financing side and did an amazing job. Now the bottom line of the review is that I would have your mechanic that you know or trust help you look over the car or truck you wish to purchase because you'll end up like me having to pay thousands of dollars in repair bills.

Cant find a better dealership to deal with! I wish i could give them 10 stars! Blaylock Automotive makes buy a car easy! I was in and out in under 1 hour! Test drive, financing, and 30 day tag! Blaylock is awesome!
