Worst car wash ever. We used to live in Sulphur so my husband paid the monthly membership for the wash. There was always a problem and not everything worked at any one time. Then we sold that car bought a new one from Navarre jeep and my husband again paid the monthly fees. Unnoticed for over a year we were paying for both cars to be washed even during the hurricane down time when Laura and Delta hit. A few months ago my husband went down to get it fixed and they're never available. Finally he talked with someone they said they fixed the problem and would reimburse us. Well we live in California now and are still being charged even after they said they removed the card completely from their data base. Why don't we cancel the card you ask? It is attached to many things and that's not how business is done. Now we can't get in touch with anyone ever and still no refund for almost two years worth of double charges. Very bad business is my opinion. All I can say is never trust them they are theirs and I assume that's why the Navarre family has the money they have.

Because of my buying 2 new cars I am giving 4 stars as we have had exceptional dealings with Billy Navarre Auto however, after getting my oil changed only to get home finding oil dripping from underneath my car I returned and had to get a do over?? Now about the buying experience, I went to get an oil change and car wash but bought Not 1 but 2 new vehicles and after all that I had hoped for a credit for the oil change on the new car purchase or something and no deal their not directly affiliated with the sales department?? Bummer I should have just never got the oil change there just a car wash...

Service Tec, Dorian Joseph, got my vehicle right in and finished quickly!! Thank uou so very much!! Plus I also got to see my favorite sales lady, Jessica Stutes who helped my dad buy his new Eqinox a few months ago!!

I was quoted $530 by Lee, but charged almost $700, for a bolt, a belt, a battery, & an expensive tow. He promised the repairs in 2-3 days, but the job ended up taking 11 days, from pick-up to completion, because they had to send for a special tool, which Lee didn't inform me about, until they'd had the car for 8 days. When I'd call, I'd repeatedly get the answering machine, but no call back. They also don't allow any negative reviews on their page.

After driving 2 1/2 hours for a car that disappointed me at a different dealership I decided to to ride around. The second dealership I visited was okay but didn't really make me want to buy right away. The 3rd time was a charm. They lady at the front desk noticed right away that I wasn't being assisted & paged a salesman right away to help me. Brent Lacour walked up & I now own a New Chevy Truck. Probably one of the best salesman I ever had dealings with. After a bad experience with a local dealership in Alexandria,La., I will drive 2 1/2 hours for good service anytime. Billy Navarre Chevrolet is Great to try after a bad experience.

I brought my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out in 1 hr! great service adviser, took real good care of me! will definitely always come to Sulphur Billy Navarre!!

Great A+ service they took me in without an appointment! Diagnosed that I needed a new battery and got me a new one with a warranty. Ask for Brett he was a great help in the service department!

I have reached out to this dealership twice via Cars.com email and have had no response. The vehicle is still listed as available. Poor customer service starts with poor (or in this case zero) communication.

I already owned a Chevrolet and I went to test drive a new Silverado. The salesman couldn't answer simple questions about the truck... He was very unhelpful. I ended up buying a Ford.

was looking for a used Yukon xl,stopped at the dealership in lake Charles.talked to the use car manager,and was told couldn't talk right that minute he was on the phone with a angrey customer,so left a business card with the stock numbers on the back with vehicle I was interested in.got a call from someone at the dealership,but had know ideal what I was looking for.told him about the business cards with the stock numbers on it,never was contacted after that.stopped at the sulphur dealer ship and was meet by a young man named ben,talked about what I was looking for.told him about the vehicles at the lake Charles dealer ship,he told me he would check into it,never heard from him.i bought a vehicle from energy country ford in port Arthur tx

I purchased a new Silverado from the dealership and it was the best vehicle buying experience I have had. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, I became aware of a minor recall and brought the truck in for service. The service technician Lee immediately handled my recall and I was in and out in around 30 minutes. Great experience, I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

Purchased a new Chevy Cruise. Hate being in a dealership long with negotiations, but with this sale, it was fast and painless. First service for oil change & tire rotation, Saturday service was fast, in and out in 30-40 min. Max.
