Disabled, use a wheelchair and bought a used and abused 2010 Toyota Sienna side ramp van. The employees were wonderful and very happy first time customer. My van drives much better and safer now! Thank you BILL PAGE TOYOTA and Daniel C., Daniel T. and the unknown mechanics that checked out the van catching what was in need of repairs to be safe.

I needed a service on my Camry after driving 2500 miles from Arizona. I waited for my vehicle about 3 hours. When I left the dealer I went home to my parents house. I went to this dealer because they were close to my parents house. I had come to take care of my parents as this being close I went to this dealer. The day after I had my service my brother noticed a chunk of my sidewall on rear tire on the passenger side. I took the car up the dealer the very next day and confronted the dealership. They informed me that they had no curbs on the premises. I informed them that it was struck but an object. They told me their service manager was not available and they would have him call me. I never heard from the dealer until I called them. This time the manager was there and told me their employees do not lie and they would have said something to him if they damaged my vehicle. I can only say that this dealer is very careless and reckless with people's car. I would highly recommend to anyone to go somewhere else for any needs they may have with their vehicle.

I was only getting an oil change, but Celso Olivares went the extra mile and checked that there were two recall items due on my vehicle. In response to a safety recall notice from Toyota to fix a supplemental restraint system electronic control unit (SRS ECU) susceptible to internal short circuiting which could inadvertently cause the front airbags to deploy, we took our vehicle to Bill Page Toyota.After the SRS ECU repair, the first night we drove the car we noticed that the dash lights were not working. So, we called the service department, described the nature and timing of the problem, suggested that the two problems may be related, and asked for another service appointment. When we arrived on Saturday as agreed, we were informed we would have to bring the car back again during the week when the technician required to diagnose the problem was present. Not what we wanted to hear, but no fuss was made.Three days later, I called to inform that we had to reschedule. But instead of rescheduling, the service representative kept insisting that the two problems were unrelated. Simply needing an appointment to get the problem fixed, I asked to speak with the service manager.Well, if the service representative was bad, the service manager was worse! While the service representative was inattentive and uncooperative, the service manager was also rude and insulting. It was not the type of treatment we expect anywhere in America, much less at a Toyota dealership.We did not buy our vehicle at Pill Page Toyota and the dealership may not make much money when they have to service safety recalls, but the behavior of the service staff at Bill Page Toyota was unwarranted and unacceptable.

I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna minivan from Bill Page Toyota. I was just starting the process when I entered the showroom on a Friday, so I asked to test drive the model van I was interested in. Cecil was very warm and friendly and showed me all the features of the van and then took me for a test drive. He also asked me what color I was interested in if I decided to get a Sienna. They did not have on site the color I thought I wanted, but Cecil said he'd make some calls and try to locate one. I told him I had to think it all over and wasn't sure what I was going to do, and he said that was fine and that he would be there if I decided it was the vehicle for me. He then shook my hand and wished me well as I left the showroom. We did not even discuss price, and I felt no pressure at all as I left. I was actually so pleasantly surprised that no one tried to chase me down asking what it would take to get me in a new car that day. Afroze, the sales manager, called me the next morning to tell me that not only had he located a van in the color I wanted, he'd also had it brought to the dealership overnight in case I wanted to test drive it and see if I liked it. Again, I was leery of pressure tactics I'd been exposed to in the past at other dealerships, but there were none! Cecil took another test drive with me, and I decided I liked the van, so Afroze sat with me to discuss pricing. I am a Costco member and was using their buying service, and Afroze was very upfront and transparent during the entire process. He showed me the relevant paperwork, and I felt like I was getting a very fair deal. However, I was vacillating between 2 different models, and Afroze helped me pick the one that would be best for me (which actually turned out to be the cheaper of the 2 models), and I trusted that he was looking out for my best interests. I told him I had to think it all over and discuss it with my family. He told me he'd hold the car for me for a couple of days while I made my decision, and again, there was no pressure. I went home and later that day decided to buy the model he suggested, and the paperwork was quickly and efficiently completed by Chris. He did not try to suggest any "add-ons", since I'd indicated right from the beginning that I didn't want any of those. He just finished the paperwork quickly so I could get home. Cecil then walked me through all of the features of the Sienna and showed me how to use them. He even synched my phone for me before I left! I have recently suffered a great personal loss, and I'd been so dreading shopping for a reliable new van. However, Cecil and Afroze could not have been kinder or more patient or supportive, and they made the entire process stress free for me. I want to thank them for their excellent, compassionate, pressure-free service and recommend Bill Page Toyota to everyone!

We contacted Bill Page Toyota through the Costco auto buying service and were immediately shown all of the required pricing documents by Mr. Kahn. We were shown the available Camrys then at the dealership. We were not pressured to buy at that time and when we returned a few days later were again greeted with great courtesy. We were very satisfied with the price that was offered and with all aspects of the sale. Yaw Ayirebi was exceedingly polite and helpful during the final processing and with the delivery of the Camry we decided upon.

We came to Bill Page Toyota, as it was the nearest dealership identified to us by the Navy Federal Credit Union New Car Purchasing Program. We drove the 16 miles here, having first checked at a nearer dealership.Afroze Khan, the recommended Navy Federal specialist, met with us quickly upon our arrival. He impressed us immediately with his sharp, neat appearance and quiet, knowledgeable, low-key demeanor. My wife and I rapidly connected on a personal level with him, as well. Speaking to him was like speaking to a friendly tax and investment counselor, as opposed to a new car salesman! Of course, it turns out he was also the sales manager for Bill Page Toyota.He explained the program and the pricing structure for the Navy Federal program, pointing out details that were favorable to us, even if not quite so to the dealership, and explained how it was nevertheless valuable to the dealership. We talked about the models we were interested in, and the features, and immediately got his bottom line pricing: no trotting into the back room and car sales-ese from a slicky slaesman trying to squeeze a couple thousand out of us. We pulled out our apparently-lower pricing info from the other dealership, and he pointed out clearly and patiently that his was actually considerably lower. He also, unrequested, ran some cost comparison sheets showing clearly how our Navy Federal 1.49% financing was cheaper than the 0% Toyota financing--due to the differing rebates for the two rates. This saved us another $1000. He also recommended we look at other models whose features were identical, but would cost us less.Amazing.When we'd made our minds up, he called around and located the exact model & features we wanted: no mysterious checking into the ether and waiting to find out after several days. He explained clearly how unmysterious the process was.Wonderful! No gobbledygook. No pressure. No back-and-forth negotiating. Just a quick and clear bottom line with explanation how it truly was a great and favorable bottom line for us.We were then linked to the rest of the friendly, knowledgeable staff--thanks Cecil Lett, Don, and Chris Kim!--who took our info, did their research, explained all, and put us behind the wheel of our brand new, exactly-as-imagined Prius V not but a couple of hours after first meeting Afroze.Amazing!Thank you, Bill Page Toyota!

Like most people, I started off my search for a 4Runner through KBB and Autotrader- they send out inquiries to local dealers and then local dealers contact you via e-mail with quotes. Off the bat, Dolair Alali was light years above the rest. #1, his quote was the most competitive. But, more importantly, he actually read what type of car I was seeking and provided me a detailed quote with the options I actually asked for. No other dealer even came close to his responsiveness in our e-mail convos and his attentiveness to what I was seeking. When I finally met him in person, I was equally impressed - he knew we had a sitter watching the kids and was extremely mindful of our time. He had everything prepared for us to test drive the vehicle and get our financing straightened out. Again, he came through like flying colors. Dolair Alali actually made the car buying experience fun. He is honest, detailed oriented, patient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. There was absolutely no haggling. He offered the best price out there with the lowest financing possible. It really could not get any easier. The particular 4Runner I wanted had very specific options. All other dealers I initially dealt with wanted to talk me out of it, to sell me something quickly. Dolair was patient and also aggressive when searching for my perfect vehicle. He was able to quickly secure my perfect car while on a vessel making its way to NYC. I got my 4Runner within a couple of weeks and I couldnt be happier. I would absolutely recommend Bill Page and Dolair Alali if you are seeking a Toyota. They are absolutely the best!

I bought a vehicle from Bill Page Toyota and they wouldn't allow me to walk away without a great deal. I've bought plenty of vehicles over the past few years, and no experience I've had ranks higher than what they were able to accomplish. They were down to earth, understanding people, and didn't force the deal; very easy going. Overall, the salesman, manager, and financer were wonderful people and great businessmen. If you are looking for an excellent car buying experience, look no further than Bill Page Toyota!

BE AWARE OF SCAM!!!! They will kiss your butt to sell the car and it seems like you are getting a good deal, but make sure you read EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGN ANYTHING!!!. We were being told that they will give discount on certain products and on the car, but when I checked the finance paper at home, they charged everything full price and added all kinds of fees. When I spoke to salesman (Kwang Kim) and manager they said " why are you bring this up now?" when it has been only about a week......When we negotiated the price, we set it for certain amount and we were being told that it includes everything such as delivery fee, processing fees and plates but in the paper they included again...If it was different by little bit I would let it go, but the difference was over $3000....When you buy a car from them make sure bring a CALCULATOR with you!!!! and READ EVERYTHING before you SIGN. Even though they said its 0% interest when you sit down and start calculating it's not 0% interest, its more like 2% interest because they will charge you delivery fee twice and and add unreasonable fees without explanations. If I knew this was gonna happened I wouldn't have gone to THIS DEALERSHIP.... I've had 4 Toyota cars before but this is the treatment I get???. Special Thank you to BILL PAGE TOYOTA because of you guys, I will never buy Toyota again, I just wanted to the royal customer to Toyota but You Guys RUINED it.

Buying a car is never a think one wants to do, however Mark made it a very acceptable process. I found the car on the internet and called the dealership and dealt with Mark. I live about 70 miles from the dealership and the deal done with him on the phone. He made it happen. I was at the dealership about 1 1/3 hours and drove the car home.You have a great salesman, you should not lose him.Great job Mark.

Bill Page Toyota is a family dealership that apparently takes care of their employees -- the employees seem to all have been their an appreciative amount of time and it shows.I bought a used Mercedes SLK 280, five stars for Ali Alkadi and his staff for their customer service. Ali Alkadi in the used car department drove a hard bargain on my trade-in, and was not even close to the blue book value of my trade in. I was offered $2k for my Mercedes trade in and sold it on Craig's List five days later for $6K; I completely understand this. Ali was extremely friendly and helpful and was my first contact with the family that is Bill Page Toyota. I am a bit frustrated that when I bought the used car I was not informed that Bill Page would correct any deficiencies on the car within the first 30 days; please inform your used car customers of this great service in the used car department. In spite of the fact that I took the Mercedes back for the blower motor well after the 30 days, Ali was very reasonable and was only concerned with making me satisfied. Ali made sure that the blower motor was fixed and did not charge me anything. Ali converted a long time Mercedes and Honda owner (me) to a Bill Page customer. I will always shop at Bill Page Toyota first on my new or used car purchases in the future. Just amazing service from Ali and his staff. Very very pleased with this first contact with Bill Page Toyota. Fantastic inventory as well.I dealt with Celso Oliveres in the service department to get the blower repaired. Words cannot describe the Service Department at Bill Page Toyota. Wow. The friendly and efficient service I received sealed the deal on making me a Bill Page customer. I also own a 2012 Chevrolet Camaro and I am going to take the car to Celso if Toyota can work on it. This is until I replace the Camaro with a Bill Page automobile very soon. Indescribably kind and efficient service. Work with Celso in the service department and you will see exactly what I mean.I am 52 years old, a disabled veteran, and customer service means everything to me. When I cross a kind person wherever I go I thank them for that; always. If I cross an unreasonable person in my life's dealings I also make that right. Bill Page Toyota is a fantastic dealership for their family oriented customer service -- I challenge you to find this anywhere in a dealership. I am very pleased with the whole car buying experience with all the staff at Bill Page Toyota. They treated me right, gave me a fair deal, and explained the process in a very helpful way. My new 2014 Toyota Corolla is wonderful, problem free, and drives like a dream! It is much better than my big old Maxima. The new technology is amazing, great performance, iPhone Bluetooth through my radio, and fun to drive. I really appreciate the great service that the staff gave me especially from Afroze Khan, an honest, fair sales manager, Ahmed Jama, a salesperson who made sure I was happy (even set up my iPhone to connect to the car, Lorraine Dickerson helped get me the services I needed to make my car last a long time, and Assefa Tesfaye, the finance manager who explained everything and got me exactly what I wanted at a fair price. I have bought a Toyota Camry hybrid on October 3/2013 and I couldn't register the car in another state. because of their ugly bureaucracy and handling of documents. They help loose the Title of the car, and because of their inefficiency, couldn't get the registration for 5 month and counting. I wouldn't recommend this dealer even to any body.

Celso is the gem at Bill Page Toyota. After visiting Ourisman in Fairfax, I felt outrageously taken advantage off when my service manager left. It was time to find another dealer. Celso greeted me day 1, and 8 years later, he is the man I call when I need service. Attentive and courteous are two attributes that appear to be in really short supply at service departments in dealerships.When I was in the market for a new Prius, I asked him if it mattered whether I bought the car from his dealer from his dealership. While he encouraged me to talk to the sales people, he also promised that it would not make a difference in our relationship. I wound up buying a car in Annapolis, and have serviced it at Bill Page Toyota.Moji Ahmadi, the service manager is also very considerate at that dealership.

From the first phone call after submitting an internet inquiry, this team was so helpful and professional. Mark phoned me twice and we arranged to meet today at 1PM> I had a question about the vehicle and Tom took the time to look up the information and call me back promptly. David was so knowledgeable about warranties and finance and even that part was relatively easy. We felt respected as customers. Mark was ready with our car when we arrived and answered all our questions, or went to ask and find out. We bought the car right then and there, even though there were other cars available at other dealers. We got a great deal and a really good experience.

I contacted Bill Page Toyota via internet in search of a specific vehicle. Within a couple of weeks they located the perfect vehicle for me, detailed it and had it for delivery as promised. Jose Garcia, from the internet sales department, initially contacted me with the great news. Although the vehicle had just arrived at the lot, Jose ensured it was ready for my review and inspection. After a test drive I was ready to talk sales. Without pressure, Jose discussed vehicle options and the price was extremely reasonable - well below the market value. After my purchase Bill Page retained the vehicle for a couple of days to ensure it was properly detailed and exceeded my delivery expectations. I've had my Camry for a couple of weeks and have been contacted by Jose as a follow-up which talks to their great customer service. The folks at Bill Page understand customer service and work in the realm of the reasonable; I'll contact them for my next vehicle purchse.

The only thing that hate more than going to a dentist is to do car shopping or service. Thanks to Mr. Moji Ahmadi, Service Manager at Bill Page Toyota, I actually look forward to taking my 4 Runner for service to this Toyota dealership. Mr. Ahmadi is responsive, professional, meticulous, and honest in every sense of the word. He manages his staff with incredible respect and care which in turn they treat the customers the same way.I only will ever take my Toyota to Bill Page because of Mr. Ahmadi and indeed will soon buy my other car from them because him and his staff. It is not so much what a dealership does when they sell you a car but what they do after the sale for years to come. I found a certified used car online at a good price with low mileage. I called ahead and was informed the car was available. I went to the dealership and met with Mark Kern. He was friendly and courteous. I purchased the car that day. There was several follow-ups including getting tags and some items left in the traded in car. Mark was responsive and helpful. I have no complaints.

I have been having my car serviced at Bill Page for four years and have been mostly pleased. The service staff has always been professional and done the work without issue. My most recent visit is why I would rate the service department so low. I went into to have the check engine light VRS off and traction control warning lights diagnosed ($110 fee) which included them hooking up the code reader, reading the code (emissions) and conducting a "smoke test" which checks for a leak. After the test their suggestion was to replace my gas cap. My 2009 SUV has never had a problem with a loose gas cap nor do I think there is anything wrong with my gas cap. When I asked the service manager Moji he explained that they were not just charging people needless diagnostic fees to make money but that there was an extensive diagnostic completed to include the resetting the warning lights. I left angry knowing that the right thing would have been to say tighten your gas gap, if the problem continues we will hook up the code reader and provide a smoke test. The other issue I had was with the climate control making noise. Their explanation was there was debris most likely causing it and they need another $110 to clean the debris out. This was the point when I felt they were trying to take advantage and I asked to speak to the service manager. Moji's explanation of the fees and my comments about an unneeded diagnostic fee resulted in him becoming very unprofessional and me telling him that I would never return. Think twice before visiting this service department.

I was toying with the idea of trading in my Jeep Wrangler for something slightly more affordable in gas. I chose the Mazda3 and sent out a few emails to dealers with a Mazda3 on the lot. Bill Page was the first to respond. The email providing the contact information for the sales associate (Mark Kern) I would be working with was great. Mark called soon afterwards and we had an appointment for that evening. I was very unsure of my decision, but Mark worked with me through the financials and offered me time to think through the decision. Although I kept my Jeep, I will definitely be back to Bill Page when I am serious about the switch and recommend them to my friends.

Elsewhere on this site, I wrote a review of my experience purchasing a car from the Bill Page Toyota dealership in Falls Church, VA. But that was just the start of our relationship. Ive had my Sienna for 10 years, and trust Bill Page to do ALL the servicing it needs. I do my part and dutifully take it in for all scheduled service. Ive been fortunate to have had only a few unexpected problems with my car. Most of my dealings have been with Tu Tran in the Service Department; hes extremely pleasant and helpful. In all cases, the repairs have been done quickly and efficiently. In one instance relating to a gnarly and somewhat costly repair, Moji Ahmadi was of great assistance in working with Toyota headquarters on my behalf. I remain extremely grateful for his help and willingness to go the extra mile. I decided when I purchased it that nobody would touch my Sienna but Bill Page Service Department. It was a good decision; they have my full faith and confidence.

I talked with Mr. Young once or twice prior to visiting another Toyota dealer and talking with a couple of more about purchasing a new Toyota Sienna. Once I had a bottom line price from another dealer, I called Mr. Young to come and look at a Sienna that he insisted he had in stock. I drove 15 miles only to discover than Bill Page did not have the Sienna. He showed me another Sienna and gave me a line about needing another day or two before giving me a price. I eventually agreed (what else could I do?). He never called me back. He basically wasted three hours of my time and didn't have the common courtesy to call me back. I would not do business with Bill Page again.

After i return the leased car and sign the new lease he (Johny Kim) go around and chek the car. Later he said i am clear from the 1st lease and can sign second car. Even when he confirmed me if i return at end of lease (at a time i have 2 month and 10000 mile to end lease ) toyota charge me a lot. So I believe him and sign 2nd lease. But After month toyota send a bill for excess wear .... when i am back dealer ship and show him the bill, completely he deny what he said . I REMEBER WHEN I ASK HIM even TO CLEAN THE CAR IN NEIBOUR CAR DETAIL, he says dont worry we take care this, we did this every day .... he get a lot promise .I believe "honest advise not affect the business". may be he dont have experience?I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER SHIP , if not keep every promise in hard copy.

The salesman convinced me to buy a used camry which only had 65k miles on it. Took it for a test drive and was a smooth drive, perfect carfax report even though it was only serviced at bill page. Long story short, 30 minutes after leaving the dealership the car literally broke down. Every red light back to the dealership I had to put the gear on park and start up the engine. Stay away from this place its a complete waste of time and energy.

Before I even reached the door, I was greated by Vernon Monday who was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable to speak to him. His manager, Afroze, was also very outgoing and sincere in his dealings. This dealership is not high-pressure (I hate high-pressure sales), and was very willing to negotiate and discuss a very reasonable deal in the purchase of a 2013 4-Runner. There were a couple of options that I asked to be added and Vernon has been right on the ball arranging for them to be installed and keeping me informed on when the items would arrive so everything can be completed at once.We have purchased 3 new vehicles from this dealership over the past 4 years. Would I buy from them again? Absolutely, without a doubt. Their service has been super as well. They have a shuttle service to the metro, but since my wife works within a few miles from the dealership, they will even take her to work and pick her up later. I've never had to return a vehicle because the mechanics didn't do the work correctly, as I've had experienced with other dealerships. They do it right the first time.

I purchased a 2013 Prius Model Two from Bill Page Toyota . Don Peterson was the sales person I ultimately interacted with. I am very happy with the staff at this dealership, which is reinforced by the comments about this company that are available on our local consumer checkbook website. The entire process required two phone calls, three emails, and a total of 3.5 hours over a five day period. This is by far the easiest and most efficient purchase I have ever had for a car (for a lifetime total of 10 automobiles).

This review is for their service department.I bought my car from them and had a pleasurable experience. My car is due for its first maintenance service and out of loyalty, I decided to have it service there as well. I called to setup an appointment and was told that they don't take appointments which was odd. So I decided to take off work early and drove to the dealership. Once there, I was told that it would be an hour and 45 minutes wait. I explained to them that I cannot wait that long and asked them if I can schedule an appointment so I don't have to wait again. They said they don't take appointments. What service departments don't take appointments? Anyways, left the place and vow never to come back again.

i was looking for a used 2006 MAZDA 3 and spoke with one of the sales raps jose garcia for a while after promising me numerous call backs that i have not gotten, and of course after they had told me to submit a credit application, i finally hat gotten a hold of peter keep in mind it took a whole week after i had left vms before... and was told the car had just sold, and on top of that he tried to sell me a MAZDA 6 manual when i had inquired about a automatic... don't bother buying there they will either give you wrong information or sell you a bad car

My family has been dealing with Bill Page Toyota for over 20 years, this is the fifth Toyota and the 3rd Camry in the family, and both the sales and the service side has always been a pleasure to deal with.This is the first car I've ever bought with no one else's name on the vehicle and the experience could not have been better. I knew I was going in to buy a car the 28th, and I'd been to the Toyota website to build my dream car. Then it occurred to me that not every dealership would have my dream car in red... so I went to the Bill Page website, checked their inventory, and there she was! I called in just before official opening, talked to Don, and he confirmed the car was there, and he held it for me! Don was very patient with a very (VERY) excited customer, got me qualified for financing, linked my phone to the onboard Bluetooth, preset awesome radio stations, showed me how to use my navigation system and got me behind the wheel of MY car! When you want a car, go to Bill Page Toyota and see Don Peterson, he listens to you (even when you're so excited you repeat yourself and can't think too straight).

The initial contact with Don resulted from an Internet query for a RAV4 in a particular model and color. He assisted in providing information about options at his dealership, and since none of the stock at Bill Page Toyota were an exact match with my stated criteria, he provided information about another dealership that had the "exact car". Don was so helpful that my husband and I decided to go see the RAV4 vehicles that Bill page Toyota had in stock. Don was as attentive and friendly in person, as he had been on the phone. He provided a thorough review of the features and allowed both me and my husband time to test drive the car. He was very low-key in his sales approach and Bill Page Toyota had extremely competitive pricing. It took less than 15 minutes to negotiate a price that was reasonable and comfortable for both parties. It turns out that the exact car for me, is one that is reliable, has an abundance of standard features, is priced to sell and is Pacific Blue. Thank You Moji!! Glad to know there's a Dealership locally that's truthful about exactly what needs to be done with regards to maintaining my Toyota! A few months ago I noticed an awful sound while driving my children to school. It was so bad that people at stop lights would look over in disgust. I took it to a Dealer in Fairfax and they quoted me over $800 to repair it and then tried to sell me another car. I then took it to a garage in my neighborhood and they quoted me a price of $1200! My husband and I were frantic because we just didn't have the money.I spoke to another mother in the carpool and she "highly recommended" Bill Page Toyota. I called the service department and the Service Manager-Moji Ahmadi answered the phone. I told him what I was dealing with and he said to bring it in that day. My husband took the car in and said that he was treated respectfully and that the Service Department wasn't chaotic like the other places we'd been to. He waited an hour and 1/2 and Moji walked out to say that it was just a belt and the car was in great shape. We spent under $100 to have it replaced and it's been purring like a kitten ever since! Don Peterson was a great guy! I real person in a biz of hustlers. He was upfront from the beginning and played no sales tactics or games. He sent me the out-the-door price by email along with the window sticker. He did all my financing before I arrived and worked everything through email. He had the lowest price and got me exactly the right Sienna. He even worked get enough to pay off my trade with very little haggling. I was in and out with my new car in less than 2 hours and with a good feeling about him and Bill Page. This dealership is doing it right and Don Peterson is really the guy to email if you want to buy a Toyota. The financing was great too; Sean was fast and thoughtful and thorough. Really a first rate place...they even have a little toy room in the showroom which my 3 little kids enjoyed very much. I have bought way too many new cars in the metro area and believe me Don at Bill Page is the man to see! Thanks Don! We love our new Sienna;)

Don Peterson and Mike Manning treated us well, we never felt like we were being "handled". They are not only pleasant to deal with, they are open and honest. My second used car purchase here in 6 months. They do get decent quality used vehicles with low mileage, which was my pursuit. Very laid back sales people, not a whole lot of flexibility in their 'internet pricing.' I always use an independent mechanic to check out a used car before I buy it so I know just what I'm getting. Overall a decent experience at Bill Page, and I would recommend Peter Cambell to work with on your purchase.

Test a couple to Tacomas. Liked the V6 Tacoma. The deal stopped at $500 difference. Not sure why Used car/truck manager still employed. Market is really bad and sales is really hurting. Did not bring the deal up to upper management. Lost interest in dealing with Bill Page used car/truck sales.

My wife researched a 207-08 Hyundai Veracruz AWD Limited. She found less than 20 in a 200+/- radius. One of theese cars was at Bill Page. We called and found them open on Sunday afternoon. We drove from Culpeper to Falls Church. They had tgeh car waiting for us. We drove the car and decided to buy the car. The car had some minor paint issues which Bill Page had seen and had arranged to have it painted. We returned on Wednesday and the reapirs were made as promised. We took the car and a few days later, we had a driver side air bag issue. We called the dealership and they told us to bring the car back. They gave us a loaner car without any issue. The car was fixed and the service department was excellent as was the sales. Dave in finance was very helpful throughout the entire sale.

We had a great experience here. They were very nice and accommodating. We wanted to look at every color available, and even though it was hot and muggy out and they were about to close, they pulled around four vehicles for us to look at. The dealership seemed very relaxed and friendly, multiple sales guys chatted with us about the cars, and all were nice. There was no pressure put on us at any point in the transaction. Once we settled on a car, actually closing took a really long time, but the dealership was busy that evening. Wish it could have gone a little faster. But, we got a great price with friendly service which is about all you can ask for.

We were looking for a 2011 Prius and got a good deal (below invoice) from Page Toyota. (This was the fifth time we have bought a car from Page.) The sales representative, Don Peterson, was very friendly and helpful. The negotiation on the price was low-key and fair, and Don went out of his way to spend time walking us through the car and its rather complex electronic displays. We were very pleased with Don and would seek him out again if we were in the market for another Toyota. (After cutting our deal with Don, we then had to endure the usual persistent pitch from others on the staff to buy warranties, treatments, etc.; it would be so pleasant if one could avoid that part of the transaction.)

We were looking for a new replacement vehicle that would fit our needs and provide better gas mileage. After visiting several other dealerships, we stopped at this dealer, and were immediately impressed with the salesman and his knowledge. He knew his product very well and quickly directed us to the exact model we had been looking for. To make a long story short, we were able to negotiate an acceptable trade and ended up driving the new vehicle home. The complete transaction was handled in an excellent business type manner. One item we wanted on the new vehicle was Body Side Moldings. Since these are a Dealers Installed Option, Paul (our salesman) handled all of the arrangements for us to get them installed. It would have been difficult for me to drop the vehicle off and pick it up later, so Paul arranged it where the moldings could be installed while I waited. Everything worked just like clock work and the installation was completed in less than an hour. I am a senior citizen and have delt with a number of auto dealerships over the years. Comparatively speaking, this has been an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

When I found this 4Runner with a 3rd row on Bill Page Toyota website, I called the sales representative that I normally referred to as "Guerrero". From my first phone call to meeting him in person on Saturday, July 23, 2011 when I test drove the SUV and eventually purchased it, he was as pleasant and friendly as anybody could best be. He would listen to all my offers and attempt to do something about it. I am personally very grateful to him for not giving me any headache that some sales reps would cause customers to go through. The sales manager was great and so also was the finance officer. Regardless of the initial disagreement on the finance rate - a typical dealership game, we went with what was already approved by Toyota Financing Corporation. They are a very nice people, but I could not be sending my truck back to Virgina because it is 63 miles one-way there from my house. I would definitely go back there to buy another vehicle if the price is right.

I was looking to lease either Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sienna.Called a few dealers around my area, and left them emails and voice mails. Only one returned my call, which was Paul Min from Bill Page Toyota in Falls Church, VA.Not only was he courteous, but also he wasn't giving me any sales pitch over the phone.His words were simple and right to the point.When I got to the dealer to test drive a Sienna, he was waiting for me with a car ready.I liked the car, but told him I wanted to test drive an Odyssey since Honda dealer was right across the street. He was really cool with it. Not pushing, no "what can I do for you to get you the Sienna today?" thing. It was like he had too much confidence on what he sells.I really liked Odyssey, but what Paul offered me on Sienna was too good to pass by.So, couple days later, I called and told him that I wanted to buy Sienna. But, I could only go to the dealer close to 9pm, which is their closing time. And, Paul wasn't even supposed to be working on that day! But, he went extra miles to get me the car I wanted on the day I wanted.When I got to the dealer at night, he was again waiting for me with everything ready.I was out of the dealer within 30 minutes!!!This was the very first time that I had a positive experience with a car dealership/salesman.I would definitely recommend Paul Min to anyone I know who wants to buy Toyota cars.

I was looking to buy a new car and one of my friends recommended Bill Page Toyota. First I called the dealership and spoke to Mr. Afroze who was very courteous and showed keen interest on the phone. I visited the dealership at the appointment time and the sales person Afroze, whom I spoke to was with me within 5 minutes. He was truly a hands on salesman who cares and respects his customers. He went above and beyond my expectations and I found him to be a through Gentlemen. I leased a 2011 Camry and Afroze made my car buying experience a wonderful one. He worked with me on the price to fit my budget. During the process he also introduced me to his supervisor Johnny who was also very courteous and friendly. Honestly from all the dealerships I have visited in the last 10 years, this was my most satisfying experience. The Finance Manager, Johnny Kim who did the paper work was also a wonderful person. He explained everything to me in such a way, which was very easy for me to understand. I would strongly recommend Bill Page Toyota to all my family and friends. Afroze truly is a hands on salesman that cares and respects his customers. He went above and beyond my expectations of the typical Car salesman. I purchase my truck with my wife and 6 month old son Afroze was very eager to make sure we all were comfortable with the wait. He was by our side the whole time unlike the typical salesman who would move on to the next customer once a deal is signed. He worked with me on the price to fit my budget and very pleased with the experience. Honestly from all the dealerships i visited on my journey in looking for a new truck Bill Page was the friendliest and overall experience was wonderful, every employee had a smile on their face making me feel even more at home. Don Peterson was very helpful and friendly to me when I came into the dealership, not knowing which vehicle I wanted. He spent time explaining about each vehicle I was interested in and had a lot of patience with me. He also did not try to pressure me into buying, which as a woman, I was very happy about. He also was available after I bought my Camry, to answer the many questions I had after I got it home. I would recommend him and would also purchase another Toyota from him. Other staff there were also very friendly and helpful when I was there. Overall, it was a good experience!

My car was in for general maintenance at the service center. It was parked on the lot when a tow truck slid on ice and slammed into my car taking out the entire back end. The service manager, Moji Ahmadi, told me that he would "take care of me". They towed my car to Falls Church Auto Body (without my consent or knowledge). They didn't give me information on the tow truck company's insurance or a contact there. They didn't give me a contact person at Falls Church Auto Body. I've had the TOTAL run around by Bill Page Toyota and Falls Church Auto Body about getting my car fixed. It's now been nearly 6 weeks, and my car is FINALLY done! What kind of deal does Bill Page Toyota have going on with Falls Church Auto Body?!?! When I got SO upset with service manager Moji Ahmadi yesterday, he told me that they take no responsibility for cars parked on their lot. I am SO SORRY that I entrusted you with my car, Bill Page Toyota! What a disaster!!!

As soon as u get to the service dept, no greeding, well I said that's ok. But when it comes the curiosity ride after u give them your location they say come now and then u get there & u will have to wait forver to get it. They want just your money, they don't care about your time especially if u sacrifice your time from your job to bring the car after each recall. Btw, I told an employe who is short and Asian ethnicity(name?) before the accelator recall published that my accelator is speeding sometimes, he said ooh don't worry that's normal. Few days later all news channel, newspapers talking about that problem and you know the rest of this story. Second service for my new 2009 corolla I was told to come back for an other same service after 2 months. That was dumb and rediculous. New car will need service oil ... After 2months!!!! Also they wrote wrong mileage on the paper work!! II don't recommand this specific dealer location: bill page Toyota by annandale rd falls church va. Don't go there!!!

Salesman was not friendly didn't know payments until we got to financing. When we said it was too much he would not let us change vehicles. At delivery no one pointed out features. I still don't know how to turn the fog lights on. We drove the car home in the wrong gear 'cause we weren't shown that D and 3 looked the same but weren't. We had to read the owners manual on our own. BAD! BAD! BAD! Now I am stuck with this and a high payment. We should have refused to sign and leave. Our bad! I would avoid this dealer at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife's Camry had a blowout on the freeway. She called Bill Page Toyota to get the number for Toyota Roadside Assistence. They gave her the WRONG number. She called me and asked me to get the number, so I called them back and they gave me the customer service number for corporate Toyota. I had to call and listen to a full menu, then wait for an operator, and then the operator gave me the number.When she took the Camry in for a new tire, THEY DID NOT HAVE A TIRE FOR A CAMRY IN STOCK!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I can see not stocking a lot of tires, but this is for the current model Camry, folks.The service personel at Bill Page were neither friendly nor helpful. I had a really hard time undertanding the person I was talking to on the phone (english was not their first language) and they seemed offended that I could not understand them.They had a "don't call us, we'll call you" attitude, and seemed really annoyed that I was bothering them to check the status of my repair.I guess the Camry is an OK car, but based on my experience at Bill Page Toyota, I have seriously soured on the Toyota brand and would not consider buying another in the future.

Bill Page Toyota's (Falls Church, Virginia) special promotion event purposely will last for 7 hours. But after two hours their promised gift was gone. We were there at 12 noon and waited for half hour. When it was our turn at 12:30 pm and was told the Target gift card was all gone?! There were not that many people there, Bill Page was honest about the gift! They are NOT prepared for it. Bill Page just use it to lour us in. This is a terrible practice!!! fyt

I just bought a Highlander Hybrid from Bill Page Toyota and the experience was very, very pleasant with no pressure whatsoever. Brian Ham, the contact person for this dealership that non-profit carbargains.com named, was thoughtful, calm, forthright and informative These qualities were reflected by each staff member from predelivery to finance to vehicle preparation. I plan to use this dealership for servicing even though there are nearer Toyota dealerships. I will keep you posted re: service.
