My wife picked out her car on the internet, but the Big O staff waited late on a Saturday night for her to come by for closing. The car was detailed with a tank of gas waiting on her arrival. Our salesperson, Thomas, took his time to show her all the bells and whistles the car had to offer. He even programmed her cell phone to the car. A wonderful car buying experience.

We tried to buy a vehicle from 6 or 7 dealerships over a 4 month period and kept getting told one lie after another... one sales pitch on top of another and really began to get migraines because of the games being played! After checking their website, I emailed Big O and asked for their best price on a Ram that was perfectly equipped for what I wanted. Ike gave me a price(lower than True Car in fact) and we headed to the dealership. We were even told by another local dealer "that price will change when you get there". Well we got there and the price did NOT change and the drive out amount included everything. No surprises, no attempt to get us to buy something else, no bait and switch....just honest, shake hands and agree on everything professionalism! So happy we made the trip from NE Ga to Big O!

Bought a 2009 Tahoe here called ahead told me wonderful shape to hurry down from Charlotte have another guy coming back for it. When I got there it had never even been cleaned soda stains of floors the radio was broken. Thought was weird but decided to test drive anyways. Seemed to drive good and salesman was huge on the fact it was one owner and 0 wrecks. I bought it took home for mechanic to check it out. Leak in the radiator, both rear door actuators were bad, bad exhaust leak and burnt transmission fluid . It gets better the 0 accident carfax they told me they had was false it has 3 major wrecks one hitting a pole and one hitting a tree . Getting on top to wash I know found out the roof is covered in hail damage . Stay away from this dealer.

I'm very disappointed the shifter of car broke within one week and my extended warranty didn't cover it and although the car said it had 100% coverage Big "O" still hasn't covered it now the title department has the Illinois taxes all messed up and I've gotten no satisfaction from any department

We visited the Big O today in search of a new Town & Country. After waiting 20 minutes, we managed to get a test drive, but not in the car we originally chose because the sales person bought out the wrong key. Then after an unnecessarily long wait, we got to the numbers. The trade-in price for our current car was on the lower side of fair. The first offer on their car was high. We overheard the sale next to ours, for the the same model, but a lower spec. We asked for a comparable deal and asked for the offer to be dropped from the 30s into the mid 20s. Negotiation - what most people do at a dealership. However, when the sales person went to ask the finance people in their special office, we heard loud laughter and the paper with the revised offer had "WOW! INSULTED" written across it. Needless to say very unimpressed by this unprofessional action and personally offended. We will never be going back to these unprofessional time wasters. I will never recommend this dealer to any one. They lost out on a sale today because they were not willing to negotiate at all. Pointless waste of a morning.

When we arrived at Bog O Chrysler we were greeted by Ricky Fernandez. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He listened to what we were interested in and immedoiately returned with a Van that met our needs completely. I have owned many vehicle manufactured by Chrysler going back to 1967. I have never had a sales person that demonstrated such knowledge of his product. If you are looking for a new Chrysler Product I would HIGHLY recommend you visit BIG O DCJR in Greenville SC. After researching the 2014 Dodge Durango online for at least 2 weeks in advance, my husband and I made the mistake of choosing to go to another Dodge dealership in Augusta, GA. That particular dealership had a price listed on the internet that was within the range we were looking at. The Durango that we REALLY wanted was at Big O Dodge, but we were trying to be reasonable and buying one that was less expensive. Well, that ended in disaster, as the posted internet price was including all "possible discounts", such as military, college graduate, etc, etc. None of which we qualified for, therefore the ACTUAL price of the Durango when we got there was $6000 higher than expected -- and they obviously didnt intend to negotiate a lower price. So, after wasting half of the day, I called Ike Traylor at Big O Dodge while I was standing in front of that other dealership. He and I had exchanged emails over the week before, and he confirmed that the Durango we wanted was still on the lot. So we then made the decision to make the 2 hour drive from Augusta, GA to Greenville. Honestly, by the time we got to Big O, we were completely defeated. It was late in the afternoon, and I really didnt have much hope of getting the Durango that I wanted so badly... but I figured I'd gone through so much already, may as well try. Ike turned us over to Ricky Fernandez, who was so friendly and fun to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and showed us every feature on it (which the other dealership didnt do!). We were sold! And the selling price was the price that was listed online. There was no false advertisement just to get us in the door. The price was the price. From there, everyone at Big O went above and beyond to get us this car. They seemed to genuinely CARE about us, and WANTED us to have the car -- Not just trying to make a sale. They ended up getting us a better interest rate than we could have EVER imagined. Ike made sure to explain everything to us during the negotiation process with the bank. Even though the dealership had closed for the evening, he stayed until he was sure the deal was done. Ricky also stayed with us, and never once seemed annoyed that he was there an hour and a half past closing. For that matter, no one there seemed to mind staying. They all shook our hands and thanked us for our business.I highly recommend these folks. They are honest people that really care about their customers. I will buy from them in the future, and I have already recommended them to friends and family.

The fact that he took the time to contact me several times, let me know this was a dealership that cared about its customers. When I got there he met me and started the process. I contacted Big O from Miami Florida and spoke to Thomas in internet sales. We negotiated back and forth and came to a great deal that was good for both of us. I hopped on a plane the following morning; as promised, he picked me up and took me too the dealership. The truck was washed and waxed as promised, the tanks were full of diesel & DEF fuels; everything that they advertised was as such, Thomas took at least 45 minutes to go through all of the details of the truck, including the nav system, set up of my phone and bluetooth, all of the electronics. There was no rush in this instruction whatsoever. in fact there was a tiny scratch that he actually compensated me for, or I could have waited & had it fixed. Everybody at the dealership was extremely friendly, and I was out of there within two hours.

Was looking to replace my 2005 Dodge Ram 220,000 miles. Saw the 30th Anniversary Dodge Grand Caravan and all it's options and was sold once again! And the price was way lower compared to a base Ram truck, Absolutely love the van, it's looks and the ride. I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealer and am very happy with the purchase. We had been in earlier and looked at new ones and spoke with Ron who was very nice and no pressure. When we saw the used one, we originally dealt with Eric in the used car lot, but Ron is the one who really took good care of us. If you looking to purchase either used or new, ask for Ron and you will not be sorry. There were a couple of minor things I asked to have fixed on the Jeep and they took care of them with no fuss. I had a Jeep in the past and took it here for service and was always pleased.

Chris James, the Sales Representative that I worked with, is extremely knowledgeable (to the point that when we were walking to/from the vehilces that I wanted to look at, he was able to tell me about any vehicle [Pro's, Con's, Technical Specifications, Ratings, and his personal opintion] just by looking at the vehicle) and straightforward when it came to deciding which vehicle is right for me. This is something that I noticed not all Car Dealerships/Sales Representatives are able to do. Price negotiations were friendly and honest; which allowed me to purchase the vehicle that I wanted for a price that I was comfortable with. This informative / no pressure environment made my first "Car Buying" expereince fun and exciting. Now I understand why customers return to the same Dealership / Sales Representative when it is time to purchase additional vehicles. Overall, it was a fun experience and I will be going back to The Big O the next time I am in the market for another vehicle.

This was our 2nd purchase from Big O Dodge (well, technically 3rd since we ended up buying two vehicles this time) because they have treated us fairly and never any pressure and they genuinely care. After right around only 2 hours from looking to signing for our van, Brian joked and said he could have my truck traded in and a new one for me as well, with lower payments, in 20 minutes if I wanted. My overall experience with Big O was great. I worked with Daniel from the sales team, and he did an excellent job helping me find a vehicle that meets my specific needs. The only down side I experienced was the vehicle I purchased had a few minor issues in the front end / suspension that I did not notice during the test drive. I called Daniel on Monday after the purchase was finalized, and he set up an appointment for me with the service department. Overall, the service has been excellent. I have always had good experiences with the service department at Big O as well, so I fully expect to have these minor issues resolved.

Awesome experience! I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango Limited from Big O Dodge after test driving several mid size SUVs at other dealerships/brand. The entire process was smooth and easy - I was in and out in a record 2 hours! After locating the make/model/color at Big O, I contacted Josh Moore, internet manager, to schedule a test drive at 3:45 pm. He introduced me to Rick, who was kind enough to pull the car off the showroom floor. Rick was polite, respectful and friendly, in addition to being knowledegeable about the car and the supplier discount eligibility. I told Rick I was interested in purchasing the vehicle but I had a commitment to be somewhere at 6pm. The negotiation process was simple and fast, without the typically dealer games. The staff flew through the signing and financing and I was able to drive away with my new Durange a few minutes after 6 pm. Both Jake Odum and Josh Moore came by to say thank you, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend Big O Dodge and will use them for any future car purchases!

I pull a light weight horse trailer and the truck I purchased does not have an integrated brake controller, a hitch or a bed liner, which I am having to pay to have installed. The salesman was told at least three times the price I was willing to finance and he quoted me a sales price that matched that. However, when I went to the finance manager the price had increased over $1500 which included a duplication of the sales tax, title fees and dealer fees compared to the price quoted by the salesman. I feel like there was a lot of game playing between the salesman and the finance manager, with me caught in the middle. I did purchase the truck, but was not sold the truck with the features I outlined to the salesman.

I was looking for a Ford Ranger pick up. I found one that I liked on Big O's Ebay sight and inquired about it twice. Nobody bothered to contact me. I visited the dealership looking for the truck and was told that it had been sold some time ago. Seems that they can't keep their sight updated and aren't courteous enough to respond to you. I guess they must do enough business that they can afford to turn people off. I noticed that they don't respond to postings here either. Tells me all that I need to know. Stay away from Big O!!

Ken was fine to work with, pretty typical car sales. I did get annoyed with his continuing to tell me what a "great deal I was getting and how great the car is" (if I hadn't liked the car, I wouldn't have been there in the first place) I can't give more than a 3 due to to much of the run around game being played. Then the F & I guy had the numbers different than Ken and I had discussed, and the guy was a jerk on top of everything else. Seem to think he was doing me a huge favor. The process took up half a day, with the game they enjoy playing. I do like my Jeep Cherokee, that's the good news. However, after getting it home and looking it over, the detail shop did a crappy job of cleaning the car. Appears they ran it through the car wash, exterior only. I expected more for this amount of money. At this point I'm on the fence about whether I would go back to them again. We'll see how their service after the sale is I suppose. I had to make a selection to recommend, but this could change at some point. by the way, Ike, the internet sales person, did a lot of follow up with me, more than anyone. I would recommend him in the future and he is a big reason I checked yes for recommending.

Doug our sales rep was so knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the whole process. You could tell that he was sincere with wanting us to be comfortable with our purchase. He got us the vehicle we wanted for a price that fit our budget. Everyone was extremely friendly. We will go back again and will ask for Doug! We had been shopping at two well known Greenville dealerships and they made you feel like just another number. One Easley dealership sold us a lemon of a used car that they wouldn't make good on and the other high profile Toyota dealership in Greenville was downright rude. To make matters worse it was the Manager that was rude.

I live in the Atlanta area and I could not find the right combo of color, interior and options in the Atlanta area so I expanded my search and found what I wanted at this dealer in Greenville, SC. I basically did the deal over the internet and phone and it was pain free. I have bought many cars over the years and I do not like the back and forth game you sometimes have to play. I did my research to see what price I should pay and I got a better price than I expected. Ike and Bob were very easy to work with and I am very satisfied with my new Ram. The only downside is they are 100 miles away from me and I would really like to have all my service performed at their dealership. Truck was agreed upon for a price and ordered to my specifications. Down payment was given and paperwork signed. When truck arrived dealer stated i owe another $2000 due to them messing up paperwork. I walked away. Truck is now on their site for $10,000 more than our agreed upon price. Salesman Ron was great as was the finance person Bob. Ike the closer was fast talking and not interested in providing a fair trade in allowance. Our 2004 Cadillac SRX in excellent condition with only 63,000 miles was rated $13,000 on Kelly blue book. Ike offered us $3,500. I took this as an insult to my intelligence. Apparently Car Fax reported our side air bag had deployed and now the car was worthless as a trade in. The fact the air bag had been replaced and the damage from a minor parking lot collision had been handled by Cadillac body shop in Las Vegas NV did not seem to make any difference. The car had been serviced the entire 9 years we owned it by Findlay Cadillac of Las Vegas and Whittaker Cadillac of Greenville and no one else also did not matter. I was told it would have to be sold to a wholesaler. I have been buying cars for more than 50 years, I can not tell you how many times I have heard, We Have to Sell it to a Wholesaler, it is a standard phrase for dealers trying to devalue your trade in.The car we bought, 2014 Jeep Patriot Limited is absolutely wonderful and we are enjoying it. Too bad the Trade in problem is going to cause me to not recommend Big O to friends or family. I feel I was cheated on my trade in and would not want that to happen to anyone I know. Sorry Big O you made a few extra bucks off me but you will lose in both repeat business and word of mouth promotion.

This is my second purchase from Big O Dodge and once again they did not disappoint. The Challenger I wanted was not located at the dealer and after a two day search they found my Challenger in Florida. Big O was able to do a dealer trade to get my Challenger and make me one happy guy. The Price was reduced due to a 2000.00 rebate plus discounted the vehicle a very fair amount, fair enough that I could not argue with the price they gave me. The trade in process was a a little different, dealing with the used car appraiser was my only difficulty and that was resolved rather quick when the new car manager stepped in. All in all great Experience and planning on buying my daughter's car from there too.

Arrived after 5PM on a Friday but Ike was quite happy to spend as much time as necessary to answer all my questions. The trade-in offer was a little lower than I had expected, but combined with the discount/incentive gave an overall acceptable price. There was minor damage to the rear bumper caused in transit to the dealership. This was addressed free of charge within seven days. Overall, the deal was done in a relaxed atmosphere, no heavy sales tactics and none of the usual selling B/S tactics (e.g. "Write down what you want to pay for this vehicle") one associates with car dealers. Ike was knowledgeable about his product and answered all my questions fully. Again, what impressed me the most was the unhurried and detailed oriented way in which Ike handled the whole deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Happy with purchase. But not happy with the care of employees. Bought a used very nice town and country. But after purchase was told only one key. And no remote for entertainment system. And didn't seem to care a whole lot! Was told they would get me another key at a discounted price of $170. And also a disc. Price on remote. It was a demo 2013 van with 26000 miles. What the heck happened to the othe key and remote? Am NOT very happy about that. Get me another key and a remote and review might change. But feels like to me, they got what they wanted ( the sale!) and oh well, tuff luck on the key and remote. And the thing is, I pointed out that the remote was missing and was told " oh it is probably inside so it doesn't take missing"..And just like anyone else. I assumed as new as it was there would be all the keys.

The other day I went shopping for a jeep grand Cherokee, had went from dealer to dealer. I came to big o first and ended up back there after about a week of shopping. I had spoken with Daniel Crawford and Brian Blymiller. Not only did they embarrass the competition with product knowledge but they also treated me with respect and blew everyone else's price away! If your looking for the best price, a clean facility, intelligent people to talk to, and a family that actually cares about the community, then I'd go right to Big O Dodge and talk to these people because they are night and day OVER the competition! What I also enjoyed is when I was walking through the dealership all of the employees always said hello with a smile unlike the other dealers I had went to! Like I said before there is no competition when it comes to buying a car.

Just the facts. I work in the aviation business, have flight benefits and can travel a long way for a good deal. When I decided I wanted a 2013 Ram 2500 diesel, I started by shopping the many local dealers in the Metro Atlanta area. I'm a seasoned car shopper, knew the invoice cost, holdback, and rebates and wanted a mega cab but the price premium over a crew cab was steep. Because of local competition, you can generally work a good deal on a new vehicle in metro Atlanta so I began local negotiations for a crew cab on a Monday. Wednesday morning I discovered Big O Dodge over in Greenville SC and their selection of mega cab 2500's. Bottom line, they stocked and sold me a new mega cab 2500 diesel at the same price as I was negotiating on a lesser crew cab here in Atlanta. I worked with Josh Moore and the entire negotiation with him took less than 30 minutes over the phone. No surprises, a reasonable doc fee and everything absolutely above board. This dealership knows what customer service is. I was picked up at the GSP airport, whisked back to the dealership, inspected the truck, signed the papers and I was on the road back to Atlanta 1 hour after arriving. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and never ever pushy. I would definitely recommend Big O Dodge to anyone in the market for a Chrysler product.

I purchased a new dodge ram 4x4 from Big O Dodge a 2 weeks ago. It took them 8 days from the date I signed the papers to have the truck delivered and ready for me to pick up. They had one excuse after another as to what went wrong and why it would take "another day". I have driven the truck for 4 days and the check engine light is now on. As I'm writing this review, I'm waiting in the customer's lounge. I think they are decent at selling the trucks on their lot but absolutely terrible at handling vehicle purchases outside. I've bought 10 trucks in my life and this has been by far the worst experience I've had. I will not give this dealership any more of my business!

Where to begin. First off this was my first time shopping for a brand new car and it was a nightmare. I know that car shopping in general is awful especially dealing with "car salesman" but this was beyond awful. I had been doing my research on the Jeep Wrangler Sport and new what I was looking for and had actually found a couple in North Carolina, but before driving all the way out there I decided to go to Big O Dodge first and see what they had to offer and that way I could get a better idea of price ranges. We got there and was greeted by Billy one of the car salesman and he was very nice. I told him what I was wanting since they did not have it on their lot we went back to his office and discussed all of the options I wanted in my jeep wrangler. They ended up finding one that matched my criteria and since they did not have a Jeep Wrangler Sport (Automatic) on the lot we test drove the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (4 door). He explained that the 2 door and 4 door jeeps drove the same and that I would be getting the exact features that were in this particular jeep. (Bluetooth, Sirius Radio... etc) He also mentioned those were standard in all 2013 jeeps (which is not true!) We got back to the dealership and I was ready to start negotiating. Thankfully I had my father there with me since being a female and this being my first time buying a new car, I did not want to get swindled on a deal. We spent about 3 1/2 hours there and we finally got to an agreement after the manager came in and was talking with us. Everything was going great and they told me that I would get my jeep the next day (Saturday) so we went ahead with the paperwork and told them I would be back Saturday with my down payment and check for the car. The manager said that he left a message with the dealership that my jeep was at so they could get it transferred. At that time I thought this was so easy and thank goodness we did not drive to North Carolina. Once we left their I went to my credit union to do all the paperwork for my car loan and got the check to give to Big O Dodge the next day as well as went to my bank and got a check for my down payment and called the insurance company to let them know that I would be getting a new car Saturday. 10:00 Saturday morning I received a phone call from Billy telling me that they were not able to get that jeep due to the fact the dealership had too many jeeps on their lot and they were not able to trade. He said that they had a couple other places they could possibly get the jeep from with the same options but I would have to wait until Monday before they could get in touch with those dealerships. This did not sound legit to me so I talked to me dad about this and we called the dealership in Columbia that they were getting the car from. The manager told he had spoken to the manager at Big O Dodge at 4 pm on Friday and the reason they could not transfer the jeep over here was because someone had already put a deposit on it but for me to call him back on Monday about 2pm and if they did not pick up the jeep then he would be more than happy to sell it to me. So we drove up to Big O Doge and talked with Billy. His demeanor was completely different. While we were asking what was going on, he was texting on his phone the whole time talking to us. (This is not proper customer service, I expect you to look me in the eye when I am speaking with you especially when I am buying a car from you.) He mentioned that they had 3 other vehicles they were going to try to get for me and again wouldn't know anything until early Monday morning. He also stated again what he told me over the phone. I confronted him that I had spoken to that dealership and told him that the jeep had pretty much been sold and that I wanted to know exactly what other jeeps he found because the Dozer color that I wanted was very limited within a 200 mile radius.. He acted like he had no idea that was the reason I was unable to get that particular jeep. Also found out from him that they could not find another one that color, but would still search and could possibly get my second or third choice in color. At this point I'm ticked off because I wasted a lot of time at this dealership and got all the checks made out to them and they lied to my face. (Again I know they are car salesman and thats what they do).I received a phone call on Monday afternoon about 2:30pm from Billy at Big O and he told me that they tried to search everywhere ("all the way to Mississippi) and were not able to find another jeep like the one I was promised. Go figure, because the person that put the deposit down in Columbia picked up the jeep. All in all my experience here was awful. Had they been up front and honest with me from the beginning, I would have had no problem in buying a different color jeep or changed some of my criteria that I wanted. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. However if you are looking for a Jeep or any car, I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND McKinney Dodge in Easley (ask for Mike). They were wonderful to deal with and got me into an even better Jeep!!

My husband went in to trade his Ford truck for a new Ram but found out his score was not the best, but Sean worked hard to find a 2010 Dodge Nitro that we were able to purchase. Sean didn't quite he kept working with my husband until he found the vehicle that would fullfil our needs at a much lower payment that was actuallt lower than what my husband was paying for his F150. We have agreed that when it comes time to trade in the Crysler Town & Country we going to Big O because we know that they will not stop until they get us the vehicle we want or need.

This made my wife very happy and made my life much more enjoyable to see her so happy. We love our Chrysler Town & Country & our Dodge Ram 1500. I shopped at several dealerships looking for the Truck that I liked at a price that was reasonable.After a couple of weeks on the internet and visiting dealerships, I decided to give Big O Dodge a try.I wasn't expecting to be able to do business with them,just because they are a big dealership. I was impressed by the large selection of inventory on their lot. Long story short,the staff at Big O made it easy to find the truck that I wanted at a very reasonable price.I did not drive away feeling that I had been taken advantage of and I am enjoying my Dodge RAM. I will go back to Big O for my next vehicle purchase and highly recommend them to my friends and family

I Had an over all good experience. I loved the fact that it was a fast transaction. I chose the vehicle I wanted and what I could afford to give for it. The Big O team worked to make it happen in a matter of minutes. It ended up being a little more out the door than I wanted, but still wasn't too bad. They did get me a slightly lower finance rate than my credit union and that was a plus! I didn't like the fact that all the trucks have bed liners and step rails installed and you have to purchase them seperately. I didn't want either so I had to go back to Big O to have them removed. I would also think that as expensive as new vehicles are now days, you would at least get a full tank of gas as a complimentary. I would still defenitely shop Big O Dodge again! Over all Great service!

The only bad comment is, I was quoted a price on phone, then when went to dealer the $$ went up, supposedly added a step rail which was in the picture but not reflected on the price. By the time all done and said and they "nickle and dime" you with, "you need this and that", then the price is increased by another 2000-3000 dollars. Found out quick they were not looking to give me a deal but get the most out of me they could. Was really looking for a great car buying experience and was disappointed after that. Mr. Traylor did help make it a little better in the end. My problem was, I went there with the attitude I was not leaving without that truck, and inspite of it all, I bought it. But still have to say only a "good" experience. If you speak to internet dept. on phone, make sure they email you price so you have it in writing!

My husband and I purchased a 2003 Dodge 3500 truck in February 2012. We were told it passed inspection and was in good condition. We have had to put in almost $8000 worth of repairs already. New radiator, new transmission, new starter, new tires, new belts, new fuel injection pump, pulley system. There are still repairs that need to be done. After contacting the dealership, they were not very helpful. Told us we bought it as is. The last time I tried to talk to someone, I was hung up on. I tried to talk to a manager, they kept trying to get me to talk to the salesman. I will never go back there.

After checking all the dealers in the area and e-mailing back and forth, I always came back to Big-O-Dodge. After several months of communicating through e-mail with Ike Traylor, I decided to go down there and meet him. From their I talk to Brian who seems to be a Jeep expert who explained all the capabilities of the Jeep Unlimited Rubicon. After doing extensive research, I knew what price would be fair and right off the bat it was an extremely great price. They also gave me a great price on my trade in. So, would I buy another vehicle from Big-O-Dodge? Great inventory, Great staff, Great prices, Equals a very happy customer so the answer is Definitely YES.

While my wife and I hadn't intended to purchase a vehicle on Memorial Day as we were basically in the research phase, via the internet and an earlier visit to another dealership, the staff, especially Bill Colwick, were all so friendly when we first arrived. Bill even stayed with us throughout the whole process even at the expense of talking to other customers. The vehicle that we had viewed online turned out to be even nicer in person, and the price couldn't be beat. While I have always been strictly a truck guy, the Durango we purchased fits all of our needs. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle or our experience at Big "O" Dodge.

Im a young female that purchased a pre-owed vehicle from Big O Dodge. I absolutely loved the car; however, the brakes started squeaking 2 weeks later. I returned to the dealership to get the brakes inspected along with a 29-Point Vehicle Inspection. To my dismay, I was told I needed brake pads and rotors. To add insult to injury, I was told it was going to cost me $387. My first reaction; I knew there was unequivocally no way I couldve caused that much wear & tear in 2 weeks. The service advisor, Phil, suggested it was the heat. GTFOH ! He didnt even let me see the repair order. Maybe he thought the big words on it for too much for me to handle. SMDH! After insulting my intelligence, more BS followed. The 29-Point Vehicle Inspection stated my brakes passed. Im still waiting on a resolution. I just want to thank the salesperson, Eric, who sold me the unsafe vehicle that transports kids frequently; and to thank the service department for their wonderful (NOT), unprofessional service. So buyers please beware. This dealership is no better than a buy here, pay here lot in the backyard of a singlewide.

I bought a 2003 Nissan Xterra for my teenage daughter. I told them that all I wanted was a reliable car for her. The first time that I drove it after purchasing (my daughter doesn't have her permit yet), it was "screaming" when I turned the wheel. Took it back, and they told me that that was normal as "some newer cars make that noise to alert the driver that they are turning the wheel too sharply". Within 100 miles, it was leaking all over my driveway and couldn't be driven over 65 without shaking so bad that my shoulder hurt trying to hold the steering wheel. After repeated calls that were unreturned, the used car manager, Kenny, called me. He was the rudest person that I have ever spoken to. He told me "tough luck" - "that's what you get when you buy a used car" - "next time, buy a new one". My salesperson, Bill C., will not answer my calls - and,reneged on his promise to supply new car mats and a cargo shade. They are all fraudsters ----- stay away.

We had decided on a price and payment.While dealership was checking credit report,We went to get a bite to eat.It was 1 o'clock,told Nick Hill we'd be back 2 o'clock.Got back to dealership at 1:50,and Nick and some other salesmen,had sold the truck that we had been there all morning working out a deal on.As soon as we walk back in dealership,one of the salesmen that was working out a deal with the truck that was supose to be ours,said to the custumer's sitting in their office(look who's back)like they didn't know we'd be back.as soon as the custumer heard that He started signing papers. I feel that was a very bad way for Big O Dodge to do us and the people they suckerd into buying that truck.

I took this vehicle in to have an electrical problem troubleshooted. When I picked it up a week later the problem was not fixed and the drivers seat had cracks in the leather about 1 1/2" in one direction and 3" in the other direction. I spoke to the service manager and he claimed they didn't cause them and the service associate claimed it was that way when the vehicle came in (which I know it wasn't!). I understand there are lots of dishonest people out there, but I am not one of them, and it is frustrating that they would not admit they did it. Now not only is the original problem not fixed, but I have to shell out $100+ to get the leather repaired!

Josh Moore, internet Sales, is a super cheesy salesman - very classic. The dealership is very High pressure with multiple people coming from everywhere wanting to know what it will take to make the deal. Finally we just left and they followed us out the door. They were bad on price, customer service, and all around selection. For a dealership that sales new vehicles, they had more used cars. This dealership is probably soon to be extinct. Avoid this dealer.
