I had been thinking of upgrading my current vehicle. Not to much though. I was at Bethlehem Ford and talking with Dave Schrader. He alerted me to a new 2015 Escape with the Titanium package. Dave thoroughly explained the features on the Escape compared to my current car. His excitement about the car got me excited. Plus, being a leftover 2015 demo; he said that there would be a great pricing package on the car. I needed to leave; I gave Dave my number and asked him to get back to me with a price. Within, an hour I received numbers. The number was a little higher than I was looking for. Dave worked with his Manager to put together numbers that were close enough to complete the deal. Dave worked hard for me. I commend Dave Schrader and the team at Bethlehem Ford.

I've purchased or leased several vehicles from Bethlehem Ford over the past couple of decades. The sales end is always a positive experience - no nonsense, helpful and honest. The service end is just great. They're fast, they always get to my car in a reasonable amount of time and they don't do repairs that aren't necessary. I've even been steered away from repairs or maintenance that I thought I needed but actually didn't. All around, a terrific experience!

I purchased a used car with low miles at this location for a somewhat reasonable price, a little overpriced but not too horrible, as well as their 2 year extended warranty. From the moment I took this care home it has been nothing but issues and excuses from them as to why they can't cover it. The AC was broke (had to fight with them to honor their word to fix it), the sway bar broke, almost causing me to crash and the brake lines were so rusted that they leaked causing the brakes to fail, once again almost causing me to crash! Oh and I discovered my horn is broken as well when I tried to use it to alert other cars that I can't stop! They also failed to inform me of an open recall on my car that caused the ignition to turn off, while driving, which yup you guessed it....almost caused an accident. Through all of this they have been horribl! Repairs are costly and each repair has taken a month for them to complete, even though they say I'll have it back within the next week of dropping the car off. Worst purchase ever. Best part, I have only had the car a little over a year!

This is our third time leasing a car from here and each time we left with the car we wanted while also being able to afford it. We never felt pressured into buying from here and were always helped out by the wonderful people that work here.

I want to give a special thank you to my sales guy Andre Adams for helping us secure a new car loan even with less than stellar credit. We didn't get approved for the original car (ford Fusion) that we wanted. Although we were upset, he fought for us to get a 2016 ford focus (a really nice car). It took some convincing on my wife's part but I think she's pretty happy in the end. Andre you just might get your KFC one day. I want to also thank Keith the finance guy. You guys rock!!! Also love the service guys Brian and Kevin for always taking care of us and our beloved Grand Marquis. Look forward to many years to come and one day getting that for fusion.

I can't complain when it comes to vehicle service. Brian and Kevin (you guys rock) always take care of me when I go there and the mechanics always do an excellent job. This is the only place I will bring my vehicle to for repairs. As far as sales the jury is still out. Filled out paperwork on Saturday for a lease on a ford fusion and since it was after three the finance department at ford credit was already gone and was told I would hear something by Tuesday. It's now almost end of business on Wednesday and still haven't heard. It would be nice if I would at least get a phone call to let me know what's going on! I will update this review after the end of the process.

My relationship with Bethlehem Ford began with the service dept. and the Henninger brothers. I took a chance but found the service to be outstanding, reliable, accurate and cost effective. Brian Henninger continues to be my go-to-guy when I need car help. He's very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He knows my cars and will yours too.My service dept. relationship led to my connection with the sales dept. Needless to say no matter how well your car is maintained it will start to wear out when you drive 120 miles per day. For another car I worked with Dave Schrader. He was respectful, pleasant and seemed to know his stuff. I explained to him basically what I was looking for and the price range. Within days he had found it. Since I was very happy with my experience, my car, Dave and Bethlehem Ford I have gone back to Dave and the dealer not once but 2 times. I've leased a 2014 Escape and a 2016 Fusion. Dave is also very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. Bethlehem Ford showed me a lot during these transactions by staying out of the way and accepting what Dave and I agreed to.I highly recommend Brian, the Service Dept., Dave, the Sales Dept., and Bethlehem Ford to everyone.

This was my first car buying experience of my own car and visited several different dealerships bethlehem ford by far out did everyone else. Dave Schrader was my salesman I told him exactly what I wanted and he nailed it within minutes. Dave and the rest of the sales team Lenny, Kevin, Keith, Doug, and Kurt all assisted in getting my payments to exactly where I wanted and I'm very appreciative of all. Bethlehem Ford was always for new, and used, and mechanical and just repairs with me over 20 years. We had to take it on a weekend to a fella who does good work but seemed to not tell us about how much he knew about our lease and let my daughter experience what she felt was ok by getting the auto back in a few days. Taking the car and driving it home became a shock to her by hearing bump noises in the front end after the mechanic told her its good. We sent it back and watched this time on seeing lots of too young people in the shop who moved the car when the owner felt it was ok. But after taking out of the garage to feel its ok but wanted to hear any noises, and taking it out on a weekend, it made noises never heard before. That is when I drove it, I felt what she felt and got nuts when mechanic told her that is all it needed and the bump noises just kept on going. That's when I told her to take it to Bethlehem Suburban Ford for a check. After checking auto over in their bay, the problem took a few minutes to find it was a front bar on or near front wheel.We got a call and went down to Bethlehem Surburban only to find a small rod that was bent. I figured out it was done by a new mechanic at original shop must have tried to hide the problem by parking the car away from area the car was being fixed and gave us the keys to say its ok.This problem was told to Bethlehem Surburban and they found it in minutes, but we were not there to see it. They called the wannabe mechanic to get over to them and drive it back to have him fix it since he did the rest.Now, auto runs like a champ and hopefully saved the auto from getting other problems driving on bent rod.Thank You again, for taking the time and making the other shop missed, or acted like it was not seen as part of any bump, but had to swallow the extra repair at his own time and cost.

Always helpful at the dealship. However the problem is the Ford Fiesta not the dealership. Glad to see that i can join the class action suit against The mulitple transmission problems. I have had them since my purchase on 2/11. As always, the dealership has to perform for the Vendor, and they have. Thanks to the service team at Bethlehem Sub Ford!

my salesman Scott and his boss really tried to help me with buying a new Ford Freestyle ( and some others) but my credit was not good and have not had a big loan in my name in a long time ! They found 2 used cars that i could purchase cash, so that is what i did.I am very happy with my purchase, a 2006 Ford Freestyle , yes it's an older car but in good shape and i did purchase an extended warranty. I have been back to see them for a couple minor details and they were very helpful !!! To all the guys that helped me, Thank you very much ! :)

From beginning to end, my purchasing experience was positive. Warm greeting from my salesperson Doug, no non-sense, no pressure. Was my first time buying a certified Pre-owned ( 2014 Escape ). No remorse whatsoever for not buying New. Doug was as enthusiastic about selling me this car as if he were selling me a new car. I saved THOUSANDS. Doug ( and the financial dude ) worked seamlessly with my credit union and I was approved for a remarkably low interest rate within a matter of minutes. There was absolutely nothing about this next-to-new Escape that in any way would have been a "deal breaker", Nevertheless Doug made sure we went over every inch of the car to make sure I was 100% satisfied. And he was always there with a quarter to make sure I had my coffee!

I am in the military. I had problems with my transmission and tried to get it fixed nearby where I am stationed. The first Ford dealership I called said they did not have a "transmission specialist" (Hinesville, GA). I then called a second Ford Dealership(Savannah, GA). 3 separate times over the course of 2 weeks and they never called me back after saying they would each time. I went home to PA for the holidays and Bethlehem Ford got me an appointment with them in less than a weeks time only having to call them once and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. I could not recommend this them more from the bottom of my heart. A++ service

I was able to lease a new fusion at a pretty fair price and I'm very happy with the staff especially my salesperson . He was not a typical pushy associate and made the experience pleasurable as we were able to arrive at an agreement that was fair for both parties.

My wife's car was having some problems and broke down on the way home from work, she needed a car right away. We were planning on going to Bethlehem Ford a couple weeks later but due to the situation there was a change in our plans. My daughter got her new Ford Focus from Bethlehem Ford a couple years ago and we were all very impressed with them so we decided to head over; luckily my wife knew what SUV she wanted. We arrived around 6:30 PM with her car in tow at Bethlehem Ford. She HAD to go to work the next day and wanted to drive her new SUV off the lot that night. The dealer Dave and staff made sure my wifes wishes were met; they stayed late so my wife could drive her new Ford Escape home that night...mission accomplished!! Not once did we feel rushed; Dave and the staff took their time explaining things making sure we understood the paperwork and Dave took his time and explained thoroughly where things were located and how they worked in the new car. He made sure my wife understood the new features in the car before we left with the SUV. My wife loves the car and is very pleased with it. She even called me this morning from work and said the car was great and she is very happy...so I am happy. Great job Bethlehem Ford, sorry we kept you late that night but I'll be making it up to you when I decide to replace my truck. Don't worry, I'll be coming in the morning.

I am, without a doubt, a car salesman's worst nightmare. I do inordinate amounts of research on the car, finance, inventory, invoice pricing...everything. Then i walk into the dealership toting a laptop with a spreadsheet i built to calculate amortization or lease payment on the fly. As expected, the other dealerships i went to frowned upon my laptop. Argued tooth and nail that my spreadsheet was wrong and that they were the experts so their inflated numbers were right. And by inflated I'm talking $40-60 more a month than my spreadsheet was spitting out.I went to 4 other dealers before finding the exact model i wanted at Bethlehem Ford. Dave Schrader meets my wife and I in the parking lot. He knew exactly where it was and even knew where the two other examples were. A good start.Now I'm a dark skinned individual & have become accustomed to dealerships treating me like I'm stupid or criminal...as the previous 4 dealerships had done. And being that some parts of PA have a rep for intolerance, I expected the worst. Dave was nothing but respectful and pleasant. He even left us alone with the car running while he went back inside for the gas card. I mention that because a similar scenario came up at one of the other dealers and the guy actually shut the car down and took the key leaving me to wait for him in a car with no heat...because, ya know, i was gonna steal it :/During the test drive, Dave was quiet until we asked a question. Most salesman fill your ear with nonsense but he just sat in the back and let me drive the thing. Only speaking to give directions or correctly answer our questions about the car. Refreshing. The first guy i test drove with in NJ (Fullerton Ford) was clueless about the car (wipers threw him off) and was spewing nonsense the whole time.After the test drive, we sat at the table to talk numbers. I went in armed with my Truecar estimate and trusty laptop. Dave wasn't too happy, as expected, but never did he push back or try to downplay my spreadsheet. He went back and forth to the finance guy 3 times as i kept challenging the numbers. Finally the finance guy comes out. Kevin, i believe. I explain to him that there is a miscalculation in his numbers or mine. Much to my surprise, Kevin swings the laptop so we can both see it and we worked on my sheet together until every single line item added up to what i expected. He was COMPLETELY transparent. Not at all argumentative. Went out of his way to explain every calculation. He even came back to me after we had agreed on a deal to explain that the price of the car had changed. Last thing you wanna hear right? But he just came to explain he reduced one of their charges so that my monthly wouldn't change. Huh? No window etching charge or fairy dust waxing? An honest finance guy? No way. Not only honest, he went out with us where i showed him a few concerns i had with dirt in the interior and on the paint. He personally made sure the problem areas were done right by doing them himself! A finance guy! My salesperson Dave, poor guy, even washed the car because the usual staff had gone for the day.Overall, I've purchased 10+ cars from dealerships and have hated each and every one of those experiences. My experience with Bethlehem Ford was exemplary. From the test drive to the negotiating to the end game, all was, dare i say, almost enjoyable. I'm not a Ford guy by any means and only bought the Fiesta ST to fit a very specific need no other car could. But after dealing with Bethlehem, i wanna be a Ford guy just to get another car from them. It was that painless!

I recently went to Bethlehem Ford for a new car. Dennis Havlik was the salesman to approach me, and I am so glad he did. He was so friendly and informative about all the options I had. I am a girl in my 20s, so some salesmen might not take me seriously, but Dennis was not like that. As soon as I got in the dealership he was determined to find me a car I loved and for the right price. It didnt take long to find a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was perfect for me! He was very professional about everything while also being easy to talk to and funny. I LOVE my new car!! If it werent for Dennis I probably wouldnt have it right now, so I definitely recommend him. He was beyong great! If you live in the Bethlehem area and are looking for a car, go see him! I have no doubt he will find you the vehiccle/deal you are looking for!

Recall work completed quickly without any problems. Received a call on my cell when it was done - much faster than expected. Tires rotated and inspection and oil change info noted on the completed work order. It would have been much better for me not to have the vehicle brought back for an oil change which was noted to be due in 300 miles. Inspection note was for the next month. I would have appreciated a call, since they had my number, asking if I wanted the oil change done while it was at the shop.

I had a small part broken on the new car. The services person was great helping me order the part. I asked him about the 1st oil change & it just so happened that it was about time. It was able to take me in right then (it was unplanned). I was out of there in 1 hr and now that was done.The next day he called because the part came. He installed it as soon as I showed up(it was a snap in thing). It was in/out quickly then too. Both experiences were great!

Dave Schrader was excellent in providing info on Ford Explorer . It was very easy way to purchase a car from him without any pressure or hidden cost . He was able to locate the car I wanted within several days and was in contact with me everyday. This is a great place to buy a car because there is no one trying to sell you something you don't want. He is always there for you when you have a question from giving his cell # to you so you can reach him any time!! I strongly recommend him to anyone that wants a great buying experience!! My husband and I had been looking at new and pre-owned Certified cars for about a year including attending the 2015 Car Show at Stabler this past spring. We liked three Manufacturers models but I was still undecided. A few months ago on a Sunday, we stopped at Bethlehem Ford and looked at some pre-owned Ford Edges on their lot. I loved the look and overall style of the 2014 Ford Edge. On Sunday October 18th, I was reading the newspaper, and noticed an ad for a new 2014 Ford Edge at a reduced, affordable price for us. I called on Monday and spoke with Dave Schrader. He was very nice so we made an appointment for Wednesday and took it for a test drive. We decided that night to buy this vehicle since it was the year and color that I was looking for. Dave was great and during the test drive we realized that we each knew people from our small town growing up!! 2014 Ford Edge . The low tire pressure light was on. I was able to bring it in on Saturday morning without an appt. I had checked all 4 tires but didn't realize I had a hole in one . They checked it , repaired tire, and I was back on the road in about 30 min. What a great experience . Very friendly staff .

Dave Schrader was the car salesman that took care of our purchase and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was at Bethlehem Ford. Dave knew all the specs of the car we test drove and competently answered all of our questions. When he was unable to answer a mechanical question, he didn't just say he would get back to us; he took us right back to the shop mechanic and asked directly so we could hear the answer ourselves. The dealership prices are fair and comparable. Everyone was very warm and polite. It is nice to know there are still some well run businesses in our area. Thank you guys so much for such a smooth transition when we were short on time! Really a great place to purchase a vehicle, you will not be disappointed.

But, Dave Schrader is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with to purchase my new car. He went above and beyond explaining things to me as I am old school and all these new gadgets are very intimidating to me. He had patience and took his time answering my endless questions and did not ever pressure me, in fact he really wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Bernard, listened to what I had to say and after finding the right vehicle for me we sped through the process! He was very adaptable and likable. Lenny, the finance man, worked with me to make the sale happen, explained the process and helped me make the best choice for me. The sales manager made sure I had all options in front of me and explained all of that quite well. My questions were answered, my fears allayed and I was out in about three hours! I am a customer service manager and I would recommend this place to anyone. I haven't stopped talking about it since I've been there!

The service department is plain awesome! Brian is stupendous (he'll know what I mean ;) ). First, we must comment that the service advisors are excellent. They are calm and collected even though customers are not always so.Secondly, We need to comment on the availability of a loaner. The problem we experienced took quite a few days to diagnose and repair (nine calendar days actually). Although we initially asked for a loaner, none was available. Eventually, on the last day the vehicle was in the shop, a loaner became available. I am a bit disconcerted that at a car dealership, a loaner was not readily available. Even more bothersome is that the shop had to know the repair was going to take several days to address and correct and that we had to ask multiple times (and wait and wonder if and when other people who did receive a loaner were going to bring a car back).

Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to get you in and out as fast as possible and make sure the service is done right, if there is problem they take care of it right away. Car was not running properly - they diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. I feel better having work done by the dealer on my Escape. Was only without car for 1 day, and used the shuttle service to get home and be picked up when it was finished. Staff is always courteous - could not ask for nicer people!

We researched the car and price prior and shopped various dealers, but it was worth the 35 mile drive to Bethlehem Ford to conclude our business based on the price and availability of the vehicle I wanted: The Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid.Jim was a very helpful sales person who delivered an aggressive price and stuck to it without gimmick or pushiness. He offered other service and warranty options, but when declined, did not over-sell. Jim was always available when needed and the car was in excellent condition when I took ownership. Ford had a great 5 year, 0% financing offer, which made the most sense for us, but we liked the various options in this regard and the various rebates received of the negotiated price.In the end, this was a simple, straightforward transaction that we were otherwise unable to achieve with other dealerships closer to our home in Doylestown. If they do not mind making the trip, we highly recommend Bethlehem Ford.

I purchased a 2004 Ford Explorer with ~ 87K miles at the end of August 2014. The Bethelhem Ford sales team was friendly and very accomodating throughout the purchasing process. I like the vehicle very much but did have some problems with transmission on way to my yearly fishing trip to upstate NY. A complete transmission overhaul was required and the repair took a month to complete. Spare parts were difficult to obtain due to vintage of vehicle, but the maintenance team did an outstanding job keeping me posted with progress and even offered a loaner vehicle. We were able to get by without a 2nd vehicle and the work was completetly paid for under warranty, including deductible cost. Many thanks to the team at Bethhelem Ford for your customer focus and outstanding service.

I purchased a 2010 Ford Edge and a 2014 Ford Escape from Bethlehem Ford. Both vehicles have been serviced at Bethlehem Ford including oil changes, tire rotation, inspections, recalls, etc. Out of all the times that I have been at Bethlehem Ford, there was only 1 time that there was a slight issue. I am happy with the service and everyone is always helpful and pleasant and that says a lot!

Your salesman Dave Schrader was very knowledgeable and uphold me from a Focus to a Ford Fusion Hy-bred car. I have been looking for a Mustang since August and went to another dealer; however, they did not have an automatic in stock so I waited. I went back in October and left my name and number with them because once again, there wasn't an automatic. Bethlehem Ford had one in stock that my husband found. So we went to Bethlehem. Our salesman, Chris Wildt, was excellent. He left me test drive the car, he showed me all the cool functions, he left me know that the car does go faster than 55 mph, and he was very helpful in securing the deal and financing for us. It was difficult to let go of my Lexus, but the Mustang got several "likes" on my Facebook page. It is really awesome how many people turn their heads looking at the car (I try to the tell the husband that it's me). ;-) While Bethlehem Ford may be a little bit out of the way from our home, they were much nicer to deal with then most of the others. In fact, I mentioned to my husband that I could have done it all by myself. I didn't feel like they took advantage of me; they were very courteous and respectful. This was a great Christmas present that I bought for myself.

My 85 year old mother called the service number at Bethlehem Ford regarding an irregular shifting in her new ford focus hatchback. When we arrived to the service desk there was no record of her call and no appointment had been made. This seems to happen a lot with my mother! I have truly enjoyed my 2013 C Max Hybrid (with an average between city and highway driving of 48 mpg). I have had the car in for two oil changes, two recalls for adjustments to the programming and one visit for a leaking tire which turned out to be a screw that had lodged in it. I waited in the waiting room for all the visits, and the longest wait was 1 1/2 hours (which is fine, especially if one remembers to bring reading materials). The service was completed satisfactorily, and I remain a very satisfied Bethlehem Ford customer.

Took my car in, a 2013 Ford Fiesta, because of a problem (light on my panel said I was low in oil and trie pressure). The service man was very courteous, determined what the problem was and said he would take care of it, even though I did not have an appointment. I asked how long it would take. He said about an hour. My wife and I went somewhere for breakfast and came back 50 minutes later and the car was already done. The service man explained what all had been done to my car. We Bought an Explorer limited in Jan 2014 and we were so happy with this purchase. We had a 2011 Buick Regal under a lease that came due Oct 2014 after visiting the same sales rep he took us for a test ride In a Taurus . I've been bringing my truck to Bethlehem Ford since 2009 and have always found the service excellent as far as getting the truck in and out in a very timely manor. In the past, the longest I ever had to wait for it was maybe 3 days. The last two times I brought it there, it took better than a week to get it back and I had to keep calling to find out the status. Aside from that, as usual I got the truck back and its been running fine. While it was there someone must have back into the bumper and knocked the passenger side shroud off. When I showed it to the Service Coordinator he took it upon himself to have the shroud re-attached, so no real complaints there either, more just a good deed worth mentioning. Taking all that into consideration, I'm still very satisfied with the service I get there and will continue using Bethlehem Ford. Thank you!!Barry M. Yasika

I found a car on the internet, so the salesman gave me the quote and said stop by, so I didn't I didn't call first so when I got there he was busy and the car I wanted to look at was in the shop, so he gave me another guy to look at the car, the car looked great but I couldn't even get in it because the lift was in the way, this man said come back tomorrow at 400 pm the car would be ready to look at and I left. So I was comparing cars on the internet I went back to original ad for this car and they jacked up another 1000 dollars. I called my guy and he said it would be the same amount for me but new people it would be more, any way he said he did have money down on the car I was looking at I told him why did the guy that showed me the car ask me to put money down, this car was a nice one I feel slighted and will never go to this dealership again don't call me i'll call you!

I bought my first car from Dave Schrader and my experience was amazing! He made the process very easy, any questions I had were answered, and he is such a patient person! I really appreciated not having to deal with a "pushy salesman." He explained everything to me, the whole process and options were laid out. Even showed me how to sync my phone to my car system. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle and really knew what he was talking about. I would 100% buy and recommend Bethlehem Ford Dealership, But the man you REALLY want to see is Dave Schrader!

I WAS ON MY WAY HOME TO WEST ALLENTOWN ON JULY 31ST AND DROVE BY BETHLEHEM FORD ON UNION BLVD.. I OWNED A 2011 FUSION AND HAVE SEEN MANY TV COMMERCIALS RECENTLY ADVERTISING 24 MONTH LEASES. I HAVE LEASED MANY TIMES IN THE PAST AND THE TERMS, AS I RECALL, WERE USUALLY 36 OR 48 MONTH CONTRACTS. I STOPPED IN TO BETH FORD MAINLY TO INQUIRE ABOUT THESE SHORT TERM LEASES. I HAD NO INTENTION OF BUYING OR LEASING A VEHICLE THAT DAY. DAVE SCHRADER MET ME AT THE DOOR AND A FEW HOURS LATER I DROVE HOME IN A 2014 FUSION (24 MONTH LEASE). THE FIRST NEW CAR I PURCHASED WAS A 1953 FORD FALCON, TWO TONE GREEN (TWO TONES WERE VERY POPULAR IN THE 50'S) . I recently bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta 1.0L Ecoboost. A month ago I entered the dealership and spoke with the salesman, Doug Ace inquiring on a used vehicle. I asked him to keep in touch with me when a few used vehicles i was interested became available for sale. After a couple of follow up calls (Not pestering cold calls!!) as well as a few visits and cars, I was setup with an extremely clean, low mile, used vehicle. The deal was set on a Saturday but would be finished on the following Monday. Early that Monday I called Doug to set up an appointment to go over the options on lease agreements for the Ford Fiesta, Focus and Fusion. He checked his schedule and agreed to come in earlier to give us time before his next appointment to talk as well as drive the vehicles. The experience was Outstanding and completely PRESSURE FREE!!! Rare to have an experience like that at a Dealership these days. I am 6'4" so i don't fit in every vehicle well, if at all. Doug had lots of patience while cramming myself into multiple cars, adjusting anything and everything . After a Lengthy test drive in the Fiesta where he did not bother me about "The Trunk Space" Doug sat with me and went over the differences between leasing and financing programs. There's a saying... "There are no stupid questions" Well... I asked them all! Every single one was answered without the SALESMAN BOLOGNA!!!! I decided on financing the Fiesta and again, I asked questions about everything the whole way through the sale process. At no time did it feel that Doug was rushing me through any of the process. The dealership is located in a tight area and their lot is broken up so you wouldn't think they have half the inventory they do. They have an enormous lot on the other side of the building where most of their vehicles are located. I personally felt that this actually worked out better because there was a lot less confused wandering on my part, pretending i knew what the window stickers even mean. There are no giant signs or obnoxious Gimmicks here and feel that this shows that Bethlehem Ford is more interested in putting you in the RIGHT car rather than rushing you into something to make ludicrous numbers of daily sales!!! I would highly recommend visiting Bethlehem Ford whether you have done the research yourself or need lots of help.

Dave Schrader is a good guy and a man of his word. He promised we would get the best price and value at Bethlehem Ford and we did. He is knowledgeable: He knew the manufacturer incentives for each vehicle right off the bat. (We had to walk away from the NJ Ford dealership near our home because three salesmen stood around and would not look up the incentives for their cars, wow). We are impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness at Bethlehem Ford! Dave introduced us to the Sales Manager, Frank Panuccio, and we were impressed with Frank as well. Dave's experience shows he knows cars and knows how to help in the car-buying process from trade-ins to arranging the new car with our insurance agent. No worries, easy process with Dave. Dave was flexible to our needs: He's not high-pressure, he allowed us to go at a pace that was right for us and that made us want to come back to Dave. He makes himself available to his customers, is easy to reach and responds quickly. Even though Bethlehem Ford has a wonderful selection, I had a very specific Fusion in a very specific color in mind. Dave worked hard to get us the car we wanted and procured the car quickly. For as fast and responsive as he was, he was also patient with us as we decided on our car and got our paperwork together. I highly recommend Dave Schrader and Bethlehem Ford! Thanks! Just bought a Certified Used 2012 Ford Escape. Beautiful vehicle. Runs amazing. Price was amazing too. Searched extensively through the Lehigh Valley and Northern New Jersey for this vehicle and price. Bethlehem Ford had the best prices by far. When I say by far, I mean they beat the next cheapest by $3,000. The best part of our experience at Bethlehem Ford was the staff. Friendly staff ever. Finance Manager was amazing. Please do yourself a favor and ask for Dave Schrader (Internet Sales and Leasing Specialist. He worked with us till we could get a deal done. He explained everything about our Ford Escape. He has the greatest personality. So please make your life easier and go to Bethlehem Ford!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sales represent, Doug, gave me all the info that other Salesmen have given, plus several other facts the other sales people did not. Also, they made the experience enjoyable and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Came in to view the Ford Focus.

If you are willing to pay sticker price for a new car, this is the dealership for you. Not willing to bargain and manager is rude to people. I will buy a car within the week, and certainly not from Bethlehem Ford.

From the moment I walked through the door of Bethlehem Ford it was a pleasant experience. My sales rep Dave walked the through the lot and went over the benefits of the different Escape's. After my test drive, their was no high pressure sales practices. The pricing on the Ford Escape was fair. There was a question with the value of my trade in. The general manager Frank spoke with me amd we came to a mutual agreement on the trade in. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had.

After going to a number of other dealers, I decided to take the search online. After requesting a quote from the Ford website I got a call from a professional from the Bethlehem Ford dealership. Dave (I'm sure he won't mind me mentioning his name) explained the buying process in a very realistic way from the start! Which was a huge difference to what I had experienced from pretty much ALL the other dealers I had been to. Dave was extremely knowledgable in the car buying market in all aspects, and gave my wife and I every option available to us. I do not normally leave feedback on websites like this, however the guys at bethlehem Ford deserve praise. If your expecting a glitzy, loud and quite annoying buying experience you are definitely not going to get it at this place! Buying the car was calm, and they made sure we knew everything there is to know about the buying process. I will never buy or lease a car from anywhere else! Dave's the man!!

What a place. If you are in the market for a Ford, you have to shop here. I worked for the auto industry for 15 years on the service end, and never saw a dealership like this one. The sales team is exceptional. They all went out of the way to make me the deal that I was looking for, and then again to find me the car i wanted. Normaly when you work with a sales person, your deal must go through him/her. Not at Bethlehem Ford. Every time I called or stopped in i was greated and helped by someone. I think I met just about every sales person there. The deal that they made for me was exceptional. By far the most car for the money. I started my shopping at another dealer, then went to them. I later found that i was only wasting my time continuing to shop. Awesome job to the sales staff, and I know my new Escape will hold up its end of the deal. Many Thanks David Bair

Searched inventory on-line and requested a quote. Quote was lowest I recieved and I've been looking for 3 weeks. They did not change the quote when I visited the facility. Salesman was knowledgeable and no hard sell. Left with my new Focus 2 hours later. Would recommend.

I have been dealing with Bethlehem Ford for many years and just purchased a used car from them last month. The sales manager has been there for many years and is always fair and honest. He is the main reason I return when I am car shopping. The sales person was great to deal with as well and was very helpful and polite. Wow! Bethlehem Ford is our new dealership!! My husband & I were in the area and stopped by this dealership to look at a used Escape.. Well Ivan Paulino met us in the lot and he went above and beyond to find us what we wanted...and at a price that we could afford & not a used but a 2013 FORD Escape!!!..Everyone treated us as if we were a family member..not just another customer. Straight forward salesmanship-just what I like. No gimmicks, no back and forth with the sales manager's office. Best deal in the Lehigh Valley for a new Ford. No haggling needed as they put excellent numbers on the table right up front. I found one problem after I signed the deal, but the issue was resolved immediately, without any issue, with one phone call. This is a no frills dealership that moves cars out the door.

Needed a car that could comfortably accomodate my height (6'6") and my wife's (5'2"). The Sales Rep, Ivan Paulino, found us a very nice 2011 Taurus with adjustable pedals in super condition. The attention to detail and focus on customer service/satisfaction was evident throughout the transaction, and we drove the car off the lot the same day. Good old-fashioned, low pressure customer focus. We would definitely recommend this dealer.

I recently shopped for a used Mustang GT I saw that Bethlehem Suburban Ford had one and upon viewing the vehicle I knew it was top notch!! The sales professionals were cordial and a pleasure to work with. I did the research on the vehicle and knew what it was worth. I got the vehicle at a reasonable price where I was happy and the dealer was happy... I would definitely re3turn to Bethlehem Suburban Ford for a new or used vehicle..

Today I traded my 2011 Fiesta for a roomier Fusion to better accommodate my driving needs. As a family we have three Fords at present and have been a 'Ford' Family for many years. My trade-in on new car purchase process went extremely well from Sales rep... to owner... to finance options and facilitation. This was the perfect timing for me to upgrade my excellent condition smaller vehicle for a larger sedan while taking advantage of year end close outs, summer clearance, rebates and promotions... and 0% financing. I could not have done it without the combination of incentives. Bethlehem Ford made it happen and I am happy to be in a NEW 2012 FUSION... awesome vehicle!

Very nice experience! This was my second new car purchase from Bethlehem Ford and I am very happy with the salesman who worked with me during the buying process. He presented the deal in a friendly and "no pressure manner". What first attracted me to Bethlehem was the Internet price and quick response by the salesman. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!!

This was the first time that I have purchased a car from Bethlehem Ford, I have been in the Lehigh Valley all my life. The upsetting thing is that I have been missing out on a class organization. I have been in the business world for the last 28 years and from my opinion they know how to bring it. Bethlehem Ford is a small dealership with a large dealership - service your customer mentality, I was very impressed with every aspect of the experience to purchase my new car. There are many different times that buying a car can be tense, but I was totally impressed with the professionalism and ease to make the complete purchase. The staff was very knowledgable and able to answer all questions. The Sales Manager did not hide in an office, he was accessable throughout the enitre process. During the purchase they also did not play any games with the deal, they delivered what they agreed upon from the begining. I work in corportate America and customer service is priority one, Bethlehem Ford has got it figured out. I am a Bethlehem Ford Fan.....

I live on Long Island. I emailed for internet price on Tuesday evening. Wednesday Morning checked my email and had an attractive internet price and after a phone conversation with the salesperson ( Kevin M. ) I was emailed a factual best price and on Thursday drove with my wife 160 miles and bought the F-150. This is my sixth new car purchase and this was the least stressful and most hassle free experience. I would recommend this dealer and the salesperson to family and friends. Worth the trip!!Saved a ton of money from the LI dealers who don't want to be realistic in their price at all. Thank you!!!!!!

We car shopped int he Valley, there are plenty of dealerships to visit. Bethlehem Ford and Kevin Moralis in particular were wonderful to work with. I began with an internet search and then asked quesitons. I was basically convinced we wanted a Ford Fushion before we walked n site. Once there it was another great experience. They worked with us regarding financing and answered every question we had. Plus, I have been in touch with Kevin since to ask more questions. Incredibly helpful and surely tops the other Ford dealers in the area!

I just took delivery on a new 2011 explorer that I special ordered four weeks ago. The sales manger and sales consultant were very professional and knowledgeable. The price I paid was unbeatable and the trade for my 2005 mariner was excellent. Great place to purchase a vehicle.
