Drove FOUR HOURS to pick up a van. We had been in communication all week and had a legally binding buyer's order in place. They knew I'd be up to pick up on a Friday but sold the van anyway WHILE I WAS DRIVING up there with a check in hand and then LIED to me over the phone to tell me it was still there. They not only wasted my time and gas but that of my loan officer at my credit union, whom I respect and appreciate. The owner wasn't even in the country and his sales manager, April, closed up shop and left early. They don't keep even photo copies of titles on property so you can't check that they're free and clear which is never a good sign. You're supposed to buy without seeing it and let them send it to you later and I guess just hope it's good. The owner swore to me he'd make it right and "get me a better deal" but now he has fallen out of contact and does not answer my calls. He called me back twice, only to hang up before I can even answer the call. Just all around shady and terrible way of doing business.

Found out the car I bought from them had head gasket issues a few months later.

Great car. I went to several bug name places and their cars were old and beat up. No AC, etc. Same price and this car is great.

Got a great deal. A mechanic checked out the car before I bought it and there was a bit of transmission fluid seepage, but Best Deal fixed it for me and also held the car for me while I was out of town, true to their word. Thanks!
