My salesman Justin was very good about communicating with me throughout the transaction. I was disappointed when I asked if they could install the front license plate holder and was told that they didn't make enough money on the car and they wouldn't install it. Late that day they looked in the trunk to find the holder there and they did install it. I just don't think it's professional to tell a customer that they didn't make enough money on the car.

All I can say is, on Nov. 15, 2016 my elderly parents were buying a new car from Bennett and wanted me to go along to check out both the car and the deal Erik Rabey had set up with them the prior day. Years ago, I too was a leasing and sales representative for a Chevy dealership in a different county and know the ins and outs of the business. After reviewing the details and talking with my parents prior to going to the dealership, i was amazed by the deal and was skeptical of what was to come once arriving. From the moment I met Erik and the financial agent, Jeffery, i was pleasantly amazed on how honest, respectful, and straightforward they were to both my parents and myself. They made the experience easy for me to consult my parents and also put them at ease knowing they weren't getting taken advantage of. In closing, I would like to thank and highly recommend this dealership and Erik Rabey directly for making what is usually a stressful time for any normal person, a pleasant experience.

We first visited Bennett Chevrolet to test drive the Traverse and Adam Herbert assisted us. After the test drive we knew we were interested. The only thing was Bennett did not have the exact equipped Traverse we were looking for. Adam was able to locate what we wanted. At this time Justin Bird took over the sale day of the car. We were happy to deal with Justin since he sold us an Equinox last summer and we had a great experience then. Justin took care of the sale and assisted us with getting to know the car. Justin also helped me with some technology questions I had when I went back to get my registration. We have bought quite a few Chevrolet cars from Bennett over the years and always come back. Great experiences! Sorry to hear that Adam has left the area and no longer works at Bennett.

7 trips to Bennett all they did was spray undercoating product over rust. Had to call GM in Detroit and they did nothing for me. Bought 7 Chevy's in my life never again. In the meantime my frame will continue to rust and in 10-20 years will be totaled. Not happy!!!! Thanks!!!!!!! Let's look at the facts #1 7 trips to Bennett,i live 25 miles away. #2 I can peel off undercoating and see the rust your body shop sprayed over. #3 look online Google frame rust on 2014 Silverado trucks see what comes up! #4 Bennett got paid for that poor undercoating attempt! There's a silent bulletin out for rust on frame. Wish I new how to attach pictures of my frame on this site. Those are the FACTS!!!

Andy is amazing. I leased a Cruze from Andy at Bennett back in 2013 and then got a new job 65 miles from my house. I almost doubled the allotted mileage and decided I would just have to buy the car out at the end of my lease. I'd be paying a lot for a car with that much mileage since you agree to the purchase price based on if you had actually only racked up the amount on your lease but at least the car was nice and never gave me any problems. Over the phone for two days Andy worked his magic and got me out of the lease into an even cuter car (Chevy Trax!) with upgraded technology. He is an absolute pleasure to work with- super honest and up front. The financial guy (I think his name was Greg) was great as well and got me in and out and off to my Halloween party quickly. Thanks guys!

We went to Bennett to see hiw the Cash for Clunker worked. I was very suspicious.about it but they did really take the amount of monew off our purchase. Excellent customer service from all of the sales staff. Justin Bird did an excellent job of answering our concerns and doing everything to make our experience pleasent. We had gone in to see Andy Strijker about another vehicle that he had shown us on a previous visit, he was busy with another customer so he requested the assistance of Mark Hendricks. Mark got us started with our search for the proper vehicle within our price range and personal needs. Once we found our new vehicle we took it for a test drive and then went in to discuss financial matters. Justin then took over and worked out the details. Meanwhile Yasmin Watson was working her magic with getting the finances approved. We were pleased with the whole experience. We drove out in our new Dodge Promaster. My fiance and I went to Bennett in search of a new car after his financed car died. we needed an affordable car that could also have his negative equity rolled into it without breaking the bank. Marc was super helpful and listened to everything we wanted. he had suggestions for us and explained the different discounts and rebates and gave us several options for payment plans. we never felt pressured which was fantastic considering we had previously had a horrible experience at another dealership. we went into Bennett planning on pricing things out and checking out other dealerships, but the experience was so great and the payments so affordable that we ended up buying a car that night. it's only been a few days and we've recommended Bennett Chevrolet to everyone we've spoken to about our new car, we were that impressed! we will absolutely be returning customers. :)

So let me tell you the tale of my epic truck buying experience:My husband and I had been looking for a LONG time to find him a new vehicle, but nothing was quite right. After years of searching there she was, this pretty little Colorado that sang her siren's call to us through the computer screen. One owner, no accidents, and at four years old she only had 4200 miles on her! My husband wanted to hesitate but I forced him at knifpoint to go straight up to Bennett the moment we were done work. I couldn't take any chances, I called Justin and had him hide her so no one else could lay their paws on our new truck. He not only secured it for me he had it detailed before we even got there. Jim Bryant held the door for us on the way in, Andy Strijker offered his wisdom and knowledge, Adam Herbert put the plates on for our test drive, Nick Mackeller went over towing capabilities, Amanda North and Erik Rabey held my hand as we awaited our approval in finance, Evan Taylor got us fresh ice cold water as we nearly passed out from anticipation as Drew Ward fanned us with a piece of paper.....Then the approval came! Now we knew it was going to be approved because of my awesome credit but we didn't know how it would go with my husband's lack of history. Just as we were prepared to pop the champagne to our new truck Andrew Long and Mark Hendricks said they could do better and they ran off to conference with Yasmin Watson and Greg Soden and the other gentleman in finance who's name escapes me and fought with the banks to get me a better rate. It was truly a team effort. My only complaint with the process was having to look at Justin's hair. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bennett to all of my friends and family. Thanks guys!

I had a really great experience buying my SUV from Bennett in EHT on Tilton Road. I was there on a Monday night and Karin helped me go through all the possible choices of vehicles I could choose from given my specifications. Once we narrowed it down to the vehicle she worked with her manager to get me their best offer then and there. I let them know I wanted to continue to shop around and they said no problem they would be happy for me to do so, and to let me know if I wanted to purchase from them. I did my shopping and after a few other dealers decided that Bennett was offering the best price and were the best people I wanted to do business with. I came back the next day and even though Karin was off, Evan helped me complete the paperwork and buy the car. He spent lots of time with me even though the deal was done and he could have handed the keys and said good luck. I even came back a few days later to pick up the tags and registration and they made sure to address a couple questions that had come up. AAA+ rating for Karin and Evan of Bennett Chevy!

I have not bought a new car in many years due to affordability and financial issues. I recently file and was discharged from bankruptcy and was hesitant to come looking for a new car or truck for fear of being rejected. Even though I have been slowly rebuilding my credit over the 6 months since discharge with some credit cards . I applied for auto financing with capitol one and was turned down last week. I heard a radio commercial advertising that Bennett Chevrolet could help with all credit situations , so I figured I would give them a call. I was not hopeful but figured I would still look and see if there were any options available. I filed out an online financing application and waited to see if I would get a call. Sure enough I did and the manager told me he was receiving favorable reaction from the bank and if I wanted to come look at a model. They assigned me a wonderful salesperson, Jim Bryant. He was not anything like you fear you are going to encounter at a car dealer , pushy or high pressure. Also , he was exceptionally knowledgeable about his product. To make a long story short I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2016 Colorado. Thanks Jim!!!

I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Equinox AWD from Bennett Chevrolet in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Marc Rowe in sales. He was extremely courteous and professional from the moment we walked in. The sales staff explained that they reject the idea of... "What do we have to do to get you in this car today!!"...mentality. After the test drive Marc sensed that I wasn't 100% sure about purchasing the vehicle and suggested that I wait and shop at other dealerships to be sure. I did just that and had several bad experiences at other local dealerships. They offered far less value for my trade, bashed all the competition and made me wait, wait, wait!!!!! These are the exact reasons I HATE car shopping. Bennett does NOT employ these tactics al all. They were honest and fair from the very start. The final price of the vehicle was far below invoice so I didn't feel the need to "haggle" over a few dollars. I was in and out of the dealership in less that an hour after I decided to make the purchase. We bought a 2006 Chevy Suburban here over 10 years ago and we were treated EXACTLY the same back then. I don't know why I looked elsewhere! I would recommend Marc Rowe and Bennett Chevrolet to anyone.

This was my first time at any dealership and I couldn't have been happier with my visit! The employees who helped me were great! Erik and Adam were very kind and patient with myself and my mother, who had to co-sign with me. They spoke to me with much respect and did no treat me as a child even though this was my first time getting a car at a dealership. They were all straightforward with me and even had me laughing and loving my visit there. The car I have now, a 2016 Chevy Cruze runs amazing and I have them to thank for that! Adam helped me at first but then I was helped by Erik. I am absolutely going to recommend this dealership to my friends and family so they can have a wonderful experience similar to the one I did.

Stopped by the dealership a few weeks ago with my sister. We were considering a smaller vehicle and the warranty Chevrolet offered made sense. Plus we owned a minivan from 2003 that proved more reliable and lived way longer than our brand new Toyota and Hondas combined. We met with Marc Rowe and his trainee. Called to schedule service for my Corvette and they transferred my call 4 times. Finally someone took the call and made the appointment with me for 9 am. I checked in and after an hour and a half I noticed my car still sitting where I had left it. I ask the manager why he scheduled me for 9 am and told me to wait if he had no intention of servicing my car. We tell everyone to be hear at 9 am was the answer. Then he says in another 2 hours he may take a look at it.Stay away unless you have a lot of time to kill, they have NO respect for customers time.

My 2nd purchase from this dealer. First was 3 yrs ago when I bought my Malibu. On Wednesday 7/6/2016. I bought my NEW Chevy Track LS! They were awesome both times! My salesperson, Justin Bird had been in touch with me regularly, at my request, for about a year. Not pushy, not judgemental, just patient and understanding the entire year of all my explanations as to why I wasn't able to come in and consider trading UP. My trade in had just broke over the 100K mile mark and with my first grandbaby due any day, it was finally time! Justin worked with me around my hectic and very busy schedule. I actually had to leave midway through the process, to keep another appointment, and returned to be greeted again by the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with, right down to the finance manager, Jeremy Webb, who took extra time to make sure I understood every detail of all the extra insurance programs I was offered to be sure I was. My entire experience was really comfortable in all aspects of the visits and I really appreciated that. I was Not rushed or pressured. I drove onto the lot at Bennett Chevrolet, exited my car and walked over to the new 2016 impala. Already knowing that General Motors was offering 20% cashback on this car I calculated the discounted price. At that point a salesman approached me and introduced himself as Adam Herbert and asked me if I needed any assistance. I told him of my interest in the impala especially with the GM discount and he quickly told me that Bennett was offering an additional 5% cashback! After some basic discussion about the car he asked me if I would like to drive it which I said yes. It was an excellent test drive giving me an opportunity to feel how the vehicle performed in many situations. Along the drive I asked him several questions and without hesitation he answered every one of them. He was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of this car. After some more small talk I informed him that The impala was the car I wanted to purchase. At that point the deal was done. By far the easiest car purchase of my life, just like going into a store and buying a soda.

THE FIRST THING HE SAID WAS THAT HE WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE A DEAL. FIRST WE PICKED AN LS CRUZ WHICH WAS NICE. I ASKED IF IT HAD CRUISE CONTROLS HE SAID NO. BUT THE ONE THAT DOES IS THE LT CRUZ WHICH IS THE NEXT MODEL COST A LOT MORE. I ASKED IF WE CAN TRY FOR THE LT CRUZ HE SAID YES. FATER THREE HOURS HE CAME BACK WITH A FROWN ON HIS FACE THEN A SMILE. Drew Ward was our salesperson and the main reason I rated the dealership 5 stars. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in, took his time with us and answered all of our questions, and we never felt pressured. Buying a car is a major purchase and Drew definitely wanted us to find the car that was best for us. After we purchased the car, Drew went over everything with us to make sure we knew how to use all of the features and even helped us set up OnStar and Bluetooth on our phones since we are technologically challenged! My car was heavily damaged on June 16, 2016, in Atlantic City.I had the car towed to Bennett Chevrolet, and fearing it wastotaled, began talking to Justin Bird and Drew Ward about a new car. Before purchasing a car at Bennett, I had shopped at two previous dealers, which were awful. When dealing with Marc at Bennett everything went super easy and my car payment ended up being less than I even planned on. All my interactions with Marc were great. Only slight problem was with the finance department- I wanted GAP insurance and to extend my warranty. At first, the price for these things added about $30 a month to my car payment so I declined. The associate I worked with than lowered the price significantly so I agree to do it. I was happy with the price, but annoyed because i did not have to haggle my whole time at Bennet, that it was annoying to have to haggle over the warranties to avoid being ripped off.

Evan is very knowledgeable of the details of the dealership inventory. He made the transition from the 2012 Traverse to the 2016 very easy. I am glad I came to Bennett. When I came in the door I was greeted by Amanda North, she was very friendly, informative, and professional. I was happy to work with a women buying a car since in the past I have used men and had a very pushy experience. The whole experience was very smooth and I loved the fact that they do no work on commission. I had the chance to speak to Nick who was very professional and informative for information on the radio and Bluetooth questions I had regarding my old vehicle. Then I met Mark, he was very professional and helpful with my questions regarding payments. Next I went to finance and I spoke to Greg, he was professional, organized and informative. My only negative was Greg was a little pushy in trying to sell me the extended warranty. I did get it but at one moment I was very overwhelmed and was going to walk out. Lastly I met Jared in service to set up my tow for my old vehicle, I was a little annoyed that Bennett did not offer to waive the $80 tow fee. I thought that would have been a nice gesture to go the extra mile...but all in all it was a great experience and I will recommend Bennett to my friends and family. Some final thoughts... if the show room were to be redesigned I would make the sales team desk area more private. When I had to call my insurance company on my phone and was talking money/payments with Amanda everyone could hear me and I could hear everyone else's private conversations. Also my car was suppose to be detailed before I left with it, but it was just wiped and vacuumed. It could have used a nice scrub down on the inside (a real "detail").

Contacted Andy Strijker regarding a Silverado pick-up I was in the market for. He did not have exactly what I was looking for but he went above and beyond by locating one in another state with all the options I wanted. Bennett's made a dealer trade and called me when it arrived. I took it for a test drive and they made a good deal including some great incentives that were available. At delivery Andy took his time and went over all the electronics/technology until I was comfortable. Nice friendly atmosphere with no pressure and no haggling. Love the non-commissioned sales, it makes for a much more pleasant transaction. This was my 2nd purchase at Bennett's and both times were flawless.

Brand new sales man Mr. Rose was such a nice gentleman didn't pressure me at all if he didn't know something he was willing to seek help from co-workers. The whole "cash for clunkers" bit is rather old and more of a typical shady car dealer trick. Just be honest and up front. You take the KBB/NADA book values and increase them by more than the "Cash for clunker" to make it appear as if you were making huge offers. It's 2016 - the BS games really need to stop.

I recently purchased a Chevy Camaro from Andy Strijker and Greg Love and I have to say they made the experience very pleasant. My first contact was with Greg where I told him what I was looking for in a car. He assured me he could locate a car that fit the criteria I laid down. I was then introduce to Andy who was Bennett Chevrolets leading sales person for 9 years. Together they were able to find my car and get it from a dealership 200 miles away. I had already arranged for financing but, Andy was able to get me zero percent GM financing. As soon as i stepped out of my mother's car, he greeted us at the door, although it was about 41 degrees outside. Other than test driving the car, he never allowed us outside for it was very cold and uncomfortable to be there. He was patient and worked through everything. this is the second car that I have purchased at Bennett Chevy. I went back to Bennett because they have been THE BEST dealership that I have ever dealt with. Drew Ward is my sales person, Jim is the financial man. Both men went above and beyond to be sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle, understood the process and future visits. Drew was more than patient with me explaining the electronics and all the ins and outs of the new car. He was personable and happy. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Bennett because their service personnel know their stuff and have always been fair and more than generous with their time and expertise. I hate negotiating on a car. Glad I stopped at Bennett, literally on our way to another local dealer to pick up a truck. Bennett salespeople were straightforward and quick, none of the obnoxious 'let me go back and talk to my manager again' bs, and they gave me a more than fair price on my trade as well as a better price on the truck we wanted, saving us close to $50 a month on our lease payment. From the time we dropped in unannounced to the time we were leaving the lot with the new truck was less than 3 hours total, including picking out a truck on the lot, all the finance paperwork, etc. Justin and Drew were phenomenal and at no point did I feel like we were being pressured or given the typical car salesman runaround.

Apparently majority of the people that work here do not like to answer questions. I ask a lot of questions so I can make the best decision for me and my situation. The only ones that I dealt with that provided friendly not forceful or rude customer service was the young guy from the day before that just started working there a couple weeks ago and the person that was training him. After that it was down hill. I had finance questions today as I was debating what route to take. The Finance Manager, Jim Bryant was who I spoke with first. He seemed to want to rush me off the phone or get me to come to their dealership. It didn't seem like he wanted to answer my questions. He was fast and not attentive. The phone ended up hanging up and I called instantly right back. He was not there. I was told he left out. Since they screen their calls and have caller id, he could have called me back or at the least waited 2 or 3 minutes for me to call back but nope, he left. One example of poor customer service. I then spoke with their General Manager, Cecil who assisted me, gained my trust to talk to him and provide my personal info. When I called back to learn of my credit app I was told I had to put down $2000. Okay fine. Although I didn't want to spend any out of pocket money, it wasn't that I couldn't. It was that I didn't WANT to especially since I am going away in 3 weeks. Who wants to do that if they don't have to? Anyway I figured my credit was already ran and I might as well see what cars I could get. So I had questions. I really wanted to understand the pricing model and the number I was told that I was approved for. I had planned to look over their cars this evening and do some research on a few vehicles before making a decision The evening before I spoke with a friend of mine that works for Wells Fargo and they explained the model that W.F. uses. They get car info from NADA. I gave him the numbers that Bennett had for one of their Volkswagen. I learned that the "internet price" was the actually closer to true value of the car. Anyway, as I was trying to get a better understanding before I got off the phone I was told by Cecil he was busy and that's when he started to get really rude and disrespectful. Cecil said to me that he had to go and said something on the lines of...I don't have the money and he's with people that do. Woww...Who speaks to people like that? It at that moment I realized I would never do business with a company who talks down to people like this. Cecil you don't know what I have or what I can do. You only are told what I want. I would rather give my down payment to a dealership that isn't disrespectful, belittling and rude. Asking questions is what an intelligent person does. It seems they are used to desperate individuals in need of cars. I understand that you are trying to rip people off for a living and so answering questions is not something you want to do but you definitely lost a potential customer. My coworkers and friends said you guys were a scam but I had to learn it for myself. Lesson learned. My car that I was going to trade in is only going to cost me apx $500 to fix which I think I'd rather do now and then trade my car. Then I'll get a car that I desire than one that I am forced or coerced to buy. I guess I'll have to wait a few more days until I get a new car.

We were immediately greated by Kyle Burst who showed us a car that immediately gained our interest. Kyle introduced us to Jim Stamelos who handled everything from there on. Jim was informative and personable at all times. He explained everything step by step as we went through all the paperwork. Everyone we had contact with at the dealership were helpful and friendly. We had our 17 month old granddaughter with us and Jim was very patient with us and the interruptions that an infant can bring. We will by far recommend Bennett to any and all our friends and family.

When I called the dealership, I was so surprised by how relaxed Erik was. He wasn't asking "so when can you come in today?" He told me to come in when it was convenient for me which is the exact opposite of every single dealership I've ever spoken with. I ended up going that day and felt no pressure and loved the environment. I'm only 20 and this is my second vehicle purchase and every dealership I went into, they made me feel uneducated about my purchase. Bennett didn't make me feel that way at all. I was greeted at the door with a welcome and a smile by Evan Taylor. His demeanor was From that moment forward, the service at Bennett Chevrolet was beyond a 5 STAR rating. It was Stellar. Evan took his time showing me around the lot at the vehicles. I wasn't rushed or made to feel that there was another person more important than me. I say person, because I didn't feel like a customer. His attitude was warm and inviting and he was professional and knowledgeable. He did not sell me a vehicle, but provided a solution to a need I had for one by showing the inventory which Bennett Chevy had to offer. Evan Taylor and Jeremy Webb (the Finance and Insurance Mgr) took my car buying experience to an entirely different level of customer service. I will be hard pressed to refer anyone anywhere other than Bennett Chevrolet on the Black Horse Pike. Lexus, Sport Hyundai and Burke Motor Group, you guys have some big shoes to fill! As Evan sat with me in the pouring rain until 8:30pm setting up my OnStar and explaining the different buttons on my New Chevy Equinox, I felt like a daughter loved by a doting father who wanted nothing more than to make sure I was safe and secure in the new car he had just purchased for me. Came here a year ago to trade in my car and purchase a new vehicle, I met Drew then and he was excellent took us through the Malibu's at that time. Me and the Wife left that night with the intention to come back a couple weeks later, but emergencies came up and we put our search on hold. Me and my wife been searching for a White 4x4 crew cab with long bed. This is my first time looking at or buying a Chevy and our local Chevrolet dealership couldn't have been more helpful. I looked on their website first to see what was in stock, everything was clear and easy to find. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a friendly salesperson with a smile on her face. Our salesperson was fun and energetic which made the experience so much better. From the beginning to the end of our transaction we were treated with respect and courtesy. We all dread when it comes the time to buy a new vehicle. The "pressure" from the over excited sales person, the relentless follow ups by phone, the "great deal" they say you received when the purchase is finally made. Well at Bennett Chevrolet, that is not what you're going to get. There is absolutely zero pressure within the entire process. The process is smooth and the deal here was actually GREAT.I inquired about a 2016 Malibu Premier with Greg Soden. At first when he said he can get me the best deal I was a bit apprehensive (because I've heard that before). However, after several quotes from many dealerships, Greg wasn't kidding. The deal was well under every other quote I received. The entire process was stress free with no pressure or "hidden fees".

This was my first experience financing a car, my previous ones I have just bought out right. The process seemed extremely overwhelming and honestly, scary. I worked with Amanda to find me a car that was best suited for mine and my families needs. They worked with me to find something within my budget and I didn't feel pressured at all. Buying a car can be quite a process and the dealership was pretty busy when I was there, Amanda did an awesome job of keeping my two children occupied and entertained too. I learned about Bennett Chevrolet through the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) Member Benefits Buyer's Edge program. A sales staff member, Carla Derosiers, called me after my Buyer's Edge search for a Chevy Volt found its way to her desk. Her brief voicemail, which wasn't tinged with typical sales talk, impressed me, so I decided to give the dealership a shot. It was the right move. Carla was friendly and professional. Another sales staffer, Nick Mackeller worked with her on the purchase experience. Because sales staff at Bennett do not work on commission, there was no competition between them. Instead they worked well together with one picking up where the other left off.I live about 50 miles from the dealership, so this wasn't a just-around-the-corner purchase for me. It was worth the trip.

Justin Bird was the ideal experience you would want to have with any dealer representative. He was professional, courteous, patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. This was my very first financing experience, and Justin made it a great one. This was my first car buying experience ever, and Bennett was by far the easiest dealership to deal with. The non commissioned staff creates a calming environment knowing that they are not trying to jam a car down your throat just to get the commission. Greg Soden was fantastic in helping me with my car buying experience. He was able to take each car we looked at and give me some advantages and disadvantages f it for my personal situation. I had put them in somewhat of a strange spot as I have recently begun a new job which would require me to travel some, but also live at the beach and wanted and needed all of the ease that had come with my Chevy Tahoe. Upon hearing about the Cash for Clunkers trade in values ($7000) I knew I needed to investigate bringing my truck, which had little value (1998 Chevy Tahoe in poor condition), to see if we could make a deal. After looking at a few different cars we had settled on one only to have Greg try one more avenue to see if they had something that would satisfy my liking even more, and they did. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 regular cab work truck which was exactly what I was looking for. The V6 lets me get good gas mileage on the highway, but the work truck edition allows me the ease of use in the summer. Overall my experience was wonderful and I highly recommend Bennett to anyone out there looking to buy a car.

"What an awesome experience," is exactly how I want to begin this review. After leaving a previous car dealership with much disappointment, I walked into Bennett's Chevrolet with the same feeling of dismay. I truly thought I was not going to find a car that I could afford. Upon entering, Gregory Soden held the door open for me and greeted me in such a warm manner, that I immediately summed up the initial meeting with comfort and surmised that even if I was going to leave disappointed, I would be leaving on nice terms and with a friendly handshake. I received a friendly handshake, but I didn't go away empty handed. In fact, I went away with a used car so beautiful that not only do I love it, but I am truly proud to be driving it. My experience with Greg was so funny and comfortable. At the last dealership I was told that I would never find a car in my price range and the cars that he had at my price I wanted he wouldn't sell to his customers and that he was putting them on a truck for auction that's how little confidence he felt in his used cars. Without Greg knowing my previous experience, I told him about my budget and he found me the exact cars I saw online, going for the exact price I needed. When the cars didn't work for my family, it wasn't because I was being pushed by a dishonest salesperson. Greg worked with all the concerns I had, from needing a bigger car, to a tight budget. He understood, and with great humor, we found the most wonderful car, the Hyundai Sonata, and in the most gorgeous color blue I have ever owned. He showed me the cars I wanted to see in the colors I wanted. And when I made a choice to change my options, it wasn't because I was bullied into changing my mind, it was because the exact cars I picked out online wasn't what I thought they would be. However, unlike the other car dealership telling me I would never find something for my price range, Greg did prove there were cars that existed and he willingly and patiently showed us exactly what I asked him too. When we went over other concerns and options, they were all mine to make, no gimmicks or fast-lines in which if I heard, I would have left just as fast as I left the other dealership. The whole experience was pleasurable and stress-free. Thank you Greg. He knows that my mother who was with me, will be back to lease a vehicle, but he doesn't know that I have two teenagers ready soon for their own cars and we are already planning upon this experience to go back to Greg and look for cars for them for the future.

I just bought a 2015 Chevy Traverse at Bennett Chevrolet and thought the whole experience was very easy with no hassles. No haggling over price and a very good interest rate that made it very affordable. I also got a great trade in price ($7,000.00) for a clunker that wasn't worth $1,000.00. Leasing for the first time, I had questions which were answered patiently and knowledgeable by the salesman. This made it more comfortable to understand, and complete the deal. This is by far my least favorite thing to do, but Andy was very easy to discuss matters with, go over vehicle particulars, and generally speak with. Can't say anything but positive things about my experience. My salesman was Adam. He sat with me for 6 hours crunching numbers and test driving multiple trucks/ cars. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. This dealership is a non commission one.. Therefore, there is no pressure from the salesman on you the second you walk through the door. I had been looking for a truck for several weeks, all my searches were local to my house, in fact, within 25 miles. I was more than frustrated with other dealerships and pushy sales persons, lack of product knowledge and not even being greeted at some places. I was ready to give up and pursue my search at a later date. I am so glad my wife suggested I go to Bennett Chevrolet in EHT. I was greeted immediately and felt as if I was listened to. I was treated with respect and not I didn't feel judged or pressured. I was shown my options, given great pricing on all the vehicles, and more than a fair trade in value for my old 2008 Silverado. I made my decision, stayed within my budget and drove away happy in my 2016 Silverado.I would personally recommend my sales person, Evan, as he is a straight shooter. He spent from 6 PM till 10:30 PM showing me my options, test driving and talking about my needs. There were no false pretenses, only honest answers and excellent guidance. I am completely satisfied with the way Kyle burst helped me with the sale of my new 2016 Chevy sonic sedan. I didn't think I can get another loan by myself without a co signer since I have to much cars already and I visited a lot of dealers and they all asked for to much down payment and a co signer and Bennett Chevrolet didn't and I even got a TV. Kyle offered me a Chevy sonic and he was honest he said no one wanted to buy it and it had a 4,000 discount and it would be perfect for me since I had to much loans already that the sonic would be an affordable one. I was very impressed. They sent someone to our home to pick up the truck and take it to be serviced. Then they returned it to us fixed. There was no charge at all for this and we live a distance from this dealership. I would certainly recommend them to everyone! Salesman was Evan Taylor. His courtesy and interest in what I really wanted and needed was evident. I was told of all cars that fell into the category that I was looking for. I was offered a great deal on my old car; I explained what the maximum that I could afford. I picked the 2012 Buick LaCross and found the nicest car I have ever driven. Evan took me through many options and stayed within my limits. There was never a push toward any direction that I didn't open myself. I cannot praise him enough for how relaxed Evan made me feel. Every employee I met or even passed by, while I was there was extremely pleasant and helpful.Bennett Chev. had offered a 55 inch TV for purchases on black Friday. They had some left when I purchased my car a couple of days later. I was surprised to be offered a TV and help from Evan to get it to my home.

Not having a car payment for over 4 years, and in need of a car a.s.a.p., I was apprehensive to even begin the search process again. I met Bryan Allen, and he was very understanding and exhibited great patience with me. I originally came in to test drive a 2014 Chevy Equinox that I found on the Bennett Chevrolet website, liked it, but with Bryan's help working the numbers soon discovered I would not be able to make that purchase work with my budget. Bryan pointed out a 2014 Chevy Captiva, this was the very same car that I spotted about a month ago while doing a mini search. I test drove it, loved it, and Bryan was able to get me a payment within my budget. I'd also like to mention Jim Bryant who was the only financial officer on staff for the day. It was clearly a very busy day at the dealership with many car purchases, he managed to get everyone in and out of his office as soon as possible, and all with a pleasant demeanor and smile on his face. Erik is very professional and knowledgeable. He is friendly and doesn't lean into you for a sale. Of course, he needs to produce but no hard sell here. Safety & reliability were our preferences but we were unsure if our needs could be met with our budget. From the start Drew was welcoming by offering his personal cell and accommodating by getting us right out onto the lot to look for what we needed. Kyle was very knowledgeable in regards to the best offers with the parameters of our budget & needs. I really like my 2015 Malibu. After several months of driving, I still enjoy getting behind the wheel. The purchase was easy and they found the right car for me and there was no pressure to buy. Everyone I came into contact with, from the monent I walked through the door, were professional in every way. I saw a used car online & the price ($26k). When I went in to see it & talk to them, I was told if I was trading in a car (& getting $6k for my trade-in) I would have to pay the retail price - $32k!! The manager was not willing to move on the price. So essentially they wanted my trade-in for free. I went somewhere else - same car with less mileage for $26k & they gave me $2k for my trade-in.

I contacted internet service for Bennet about a new vehicle. I was referred to a salesman who was patient with my work schedule. Finally came in Saturday morning to work a deal. Justin was busy so he asked if I could come back later in the day. When I came back He was still busy, but asked another salesman Erik to help him out. The second salesman Erik seemed disgusted with the day and was vocal in the dealership about "the morons that the Internet service sends in on Saturday's". Mind you, there were other customers in the dealership besides me. So he started going through the usual deal startup paperwork, and when he called to get a payoff for my trade, he was again vocal about having to talk to a person referring to him with an ethnic slur and calling him stupid as well. It was late in the afternoon Saturday, so both Justin and Erik said they would contact the banks on Monday , then give me a call. Around noon, I talked to the Erik about information clarification on my wife's credit app that I had submitted the day before. He said he would get to work on it. At 3pm I called the dealership looking for the salesman, but he wasn't around. The person taking the calls said she would have him call me. At 4pm I called the dealership and Erik said the finance people were in a meeting, and as soon as they were done he would call. He said they were currently working some numbers. I never received a callback that day. I texted the Justin and expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. He apologized, but I still have no idea if a deal this deal is possible. Guess I'm just a moron.

It was routine service done quickly. I was impressed by the technology that determined when I drove in that the front end was slightly out of alignment. That adjustment was presented to me as an option which did not have to be done, there was no sales pressure. I chose to have it done.I had asked that the battery cables be checked as I had found some corrosion on one connector. They cleaned the cables and told me there was no reason to replace them. Do yourself a favor, when you walk in ask for Nick Mackeller! If there is a way to make the car buying process "easy", Nick did. He was welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. Very knowledgeable about vehicles. Worked with us to bring us to a comfortable price. Sat in SUV with us and went over every detail of vehicle and answered every question. I went into dealership because my car had a recall. While I was there I browsed through the show room. I was approached by Drew Ward who said if I needed any help just shout out. I had to go back the following day and I saw Drew and asked about the Spark. He was knowledgeable and asked if I would like to take a test drive. I said "sure". During the test drive we spoke and I told him about the use of my former car and how I drove. Drew suggested I look at another vehicle which I knew little about. After seeing and test driving the Trax, I could see that this was the vehicle for me. It also came with a nice rebate. I put very little mileage on my vehicles and take care of them. So, I leased a 2015 Trax and I couldn't be happier. I have purchased 3 new cars previously from Bennett's and have never had an issue . Jim Bryant was a sweetheart going over all the "financial " issues. Jim took his time and went over every aspect.

On 10/22/15 we had a n appointment with Drew. To our surprise we were taken care of by Durwood " Dee " Pinkett. We really were not sure of what type of SUV we wanted but Dee was very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating.So what we thought we wanted, was not what we left with. We left with a beautiful 2016 Red Equinox LT. A practical and safety rated vehicle with some extra options to please my wife. I came to Bennett after hearing about their "cash for clunkers" ad. As soon as i arrived I was greeted by a very friendly salesman named Greg. He chatted with me about what I was looking for and in less than five minutes I found the car I wanted to purchase. Greg was very professional during the entire deal. He was also very gracious. When I mentioned that my grandmother had had a not so good experience with another dealership he never spoke ill of that dealership and offered to help her find a car as well. I felt very comfortable and not pressured at all on my decision to buy a car from him.

Well when I first called I explain to the customer service guy my my situation with with bad credit and no money down he is shored me that with my trade for cash for clunkers their banks and also said they've dealt with my situation before . So after trying to get a hold of us is so shoot for about 15 minutes the guy advise me to fill out a credit app and then wait for call back I filled out the credit app and never got a call back that day or until 430 the next day at the calling for three days straight I got a hold of the manager Mark and he pretty much told me that because of my credit banks won't look at my credit app if I don't make at least $2000 a month so I am guessing in order for you to get good customer service from this dealership you have to make $2000 a month and have good credit

I did my research online before contacting a few local dealerships. Bennett Chevy had a few vehicles in the price range and specs I was looking for. The high, fixed value for my trade-in vehicle was a definite selling point. I know I didn't REALLY get $7000 for my 15-year-old Civic, but it was one less variable to deal with at the dealership, and one less possible surprise. My sales Rep, Adam, was very helpful and not at all "salesy". There was a bit of a bottleneck getting the paperwork completed, as it was later in the evening and a few customers had just made their buying decisions before me. It was worth the wait, however, and I'd definitely recommend Adam and Bennett Chevy to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I tried to buy a car from this dealership who promised to make changes to the car I wanted to buy before the sale was complete. Very bad breaks for one thing. they detailed the car and tried to charge me for a front end alignment that they did not do. Then we're very Nasty when I question the increase in the amount they wanted me to pay. This dealership is very untrustworthy be on your gard.

Heard an ad on the radio about clunker trade in so called them up Greg was great from the start. Had all my paperwork done before I got up there. Took the 2014 VW Jetta for a test drive it was love at first site. Came back to the dealership signed the papers and drove it off the lot all within an hour. Your service advisors make you feel ill at ease! Not only do they argue with my concerns but they are not factual with the cause and correction. With less than 2,500 miles since my last service, and indicating the engine oil level is approx a quart low, the response I get is No Problem Found. (Really???? I talked to the tech prior to him giving his paperwork to the service writer and he confirmed the engine oil level was low...and possibly caused by the last oil change not filled properly!! This is a new vehicle and only serviced by Bennett Chevrolet service department!!! How would you feel right now if it were your car? My next concern was the tire air pressure monitors...The service advisor's reply was, "Well those things are known to have erratic readings" I wonder if GM would like to hear that response? I could go on and on! I know GM is trying to regain it's market share, but you are not going to regain market share with this type of service! Previously, you had a service writer Robert McGowan. Whether he was giving me lip service or not remains to be seen but at least he 'listened' and addressed my concerns with compassion!!! If you really want to know more, call me!

I was in the market for a commuter car with good gas mileage and went to Bennett to test drive a couple of cars and met Meg. I was so impressed with how I was treated and her honesty that I went back. I also met Mike and ended up buying the car at Bennett. I've bought a lot of cars and I've never had such a positive experience. Even the service side has been great - instead of having to wait while they worked on my car for an hour and a half on Saturday - they provided a shuttle service to take me home so I could do my own thing. This is a great dealership that truly does believe in customer service.

WE went in with My Daughters Lemon of a car knowing she was going to have to go upside down in this loan. We were able to look in peace without salesman hounding us , and when Justin did approach us he was sweet and informative and PATIENT .........we test drove a few cars used then new we didnt think new car was even possible with what she owed still on old car ........they worked hard for us to get us the best deal and we left there with a brand new Chevy Equinox ..........I was nice addition to the family we now have a Mama bear which is my Chysler Pacificia and now Baby Bear which is our new Equinox

Meg and Mike were both great to deal with! Meg is the reason I bought the car at Bennett - she was low key, no - pressure, knowledgeable and willing to work with me and think outside the box. i would highly recommend this dealership. They were very patient with me. I was very nervous about buying a car. My sales man Kyle assured me that he would be able to find a car within my budget. I was unsure at first but just like he said we did find a car I was happy with and within my budget. Nick Mackeller was awesome! I had a bad experience with another dealership and didn't want to experience another one. I spoke with him honestly and he gave me truth back. It was refreshing. He help me choose a car I loved, not liked, he managed to get me back in to a cheerful excited mood to lease a new vehicle and kept checking in on the whole process with both me and the rest of the dealership. He updated me with every change, option and improvement he could, which was appreciated. He had everything organzied and neat. He was also social and amiable. I would definitely recommend friends or family to deal with him and Bennett Chevy.
