This place is terrific!!! Never have I been to a dealership where everybody was great from the receptionist to the finance department. This place was so friendly until the other customers were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy good vehicle at a good price. My recent car buying experience with Beck & Masten Kia was both pleasant and enjoyable. The customer service throughout the experience was what really stood out for me. Beginning with the Service department, Matt provided exceptional customer service. He was patient and thorough, especially when it involved being the “bearer of bad news” over the phone. Also, having the ability to speak directly to a mechanic in the shop, who then walked me out to my vehicle to explain the diagnostic process was greatly appreciated, especially considering the degree of analysis required to discover the root problem. Kudos to Matt and the entire Service department for their personal desire to make me feel taken care of the moment I walked through the door. Kevin and Laura in Sales then tirelessly showed me vehicles during a pandemic, while in cold weather trying to help meet my needs. Ending the process with Will in Finance was great, as well. He thoroughly explained my options, the process and warranty coverage. Each and every department went above and beyond to meet my needs both in-person and behind the scenes. I also have to mention the customer service representatives, who man the front desks with their kind and helpful service, along with the janitor’s not-stop cleaning due to the pandemic. I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with the great people at Beck and Masten Kia in Tomball during my recent vehicle purchase.

I am a returning customer as well as my family members. I have never had a bad experience here! I recently went in to purchase a new vehicle after getting into an accident and I called up my preferred sales rep - James Carter. I told him what was going on and I told him exactly what I wanted. I went in and had no problems. I was not pressured into anything and got exactly what I wanted. I said I wanted a lower interest rate before with no down payment and that what I got. I highly recommend James Carter as he is very honest and tries to get you into what you want while meeting your needs! As far as the finance managers, they also get stuff done and want to get you the best deal they can. Sometimes that process can be long, but it is for good cause.

Candace was the ABSOLUTE BEST to buy a car from!!! When I went to the Beck and Masten dealership that hot morning, I had EVERY intention of leaving if they did not have the car I wanted. However, when I met Candace, her beautiful personality COMPELLED me to stay for a minute. They got the EXACT car I wanted about 5 days later. I was in and out of the dealership in about an HOUR with my new car!! CANDACE . . . Ask for Candace!

I went in to get my car appraised to think about trading in. James helped me out and made everything so quick and genuine! I'm also in sales so I appreciated the no BS when it came to what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing same day. Amazing customer service and I didn't spend my whole day there which I appreciate. They received the check the next day, as scheduled, then called to say the car was sold to someone else. "Sorry." My check was returned, but they have not been forthcoming or prompt in covering expenses incurred as part of a transaction they botched. I cannot recommended doing business with Beck and Masten Kia.

This is my 3rd Kia. I have leased my last two with Beck & Masten of Tomball. The sales staff is attentive and try to make the experience as positive as possible. Finding the right car is a daunting task and one that I don't look forward to. I am happy with my new vehicle and anticipate my service with Beck & Masten to be just as professional and courteous as it has been for the past 4 years.

I just turned in my leased 2014 Kia Sorento and I am now driving a leased 2017 Sorento SX V6. I've only had my new Kia for a week, but I love it although I am still getting used to some of the new or changed features.

Though I have leased 1 car and purchased 1 and my son on my recommendation purchased one, NEVER AGAIN. We turned in our lease car and purchased another one, YET, they still have not grounded the car I turned in. Kia finance continues to call me for payment though i was returned 2 months ago. I have called and email repeatedly yet no help. IT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I will never recommend or purchase another car from this horribly run dealership again

Don't waste your time with this dealership!! There used vehicles are nice & shiny but in very bad shape underneath where it's most important. Full of mud and signs of a leaking oil!! And dares to comment "well that is a truck, you expect mud" There was significant damage to the tailgate of this truck as to where it would need a whole new tailgate and that was not disclosed in the details!! And what made me more angry is that I traveled from San Antonio to Houston with the intentions to purchase after I was told nothing about the damage!!! And the general manager James Hatfield sat there and insulted us by his "salesman comment" and wouldn't agree to fix the damage if we made the purchase!!!So in a nutshell "Don't Even Bother with this dealership it will be a waste of time!!

I haven't had many experiences buying cars over my lifetime. Either my dad purchased them for me or my husband took care of it. The few times I cared to be there, I remember them being awkward situations because the car salesmen were all over us and just didn't seem very trustworthy to me. My experience at Beck & Masten Kia was different. As soon as I met Len Worsham, who my husband and I would be working with, I just had a good feeling. The kind you get when you know a person is genuine and you like them and it's going to be ok. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Len kept working with us and got the best deal for us in the end. He put so much of himself into our sale. He even came in on his day off to finalize everything because that's when we could come in. That's the kind of guy he is. :). The dealership itself is a clean and top notch facility. Everyone we encountered was friendly. I look forward to returning for planned maintenance. We are even switching from a different Kia dealership that we purchased my daughter's Kia from to have her regular maintenance done here now. The atmosphere for the waiting area for maintenance is so much nicer than the previous dealership she was using. I love my new 2016 Kia Optima EX and I would highly recommend to anyone to visit Tomball Beck & Masten Kia.

After looking around for the best deals to purchase a passanger van I finally ran across a friendly and honest delearship with the best deals in town. My experience at Beck & Mastern Kia was amazing we were greeted and sourounded by friendly positive workers. Max our sales person was very negotiable and treated us very well I highly recommand him if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

This was for my 88 year old mom; she wanted a Kia and green to boot. We decided to go used, but still under warranty. After a few hiccups on delivery, we were continually impressed by Sean's commitment and responsiveness to make sure all issues were resolved in every way. I would recommend him to anyone, and really appreciate how well they worked with me to address some logistical challenges on this end. If I go K900 he would be the person I go to. This dealership experience beat their other competition by a very wide margin. My thanks.

I bought a 2013 Kia Optima Ex here about a couple weeks ago, and I have had nothing but problems with it. Being a girl..I don't know one thing about cars, but there are some things people just shouldn't get away with. A week after I bought my car, I kept hearing a noise in the front...drove it another week, and another sound appeared from the back of my car, sounding like a thumping noise. I took it to my mechanic and he was completely in shock when he found out that there was only only 2 lug-nuts on my back tire. I was missing 3 lug-nuts!!!! He said thank god I was alive, because that is so dangerous...and on top of that I had to replace 2 sway bars, he said they were completely worn down. He also brought to my attention that my car was completely rusted underneath....and that he gives this car about another year before it starts giving me serious problems. I am so upset about this dealership and I would not suggest them to anyone. They have completely screwed me over, and now I have to deal all the problems of this car.

Called Amanda because their website has a virus. Was told they had a lot of new 2015 Sorento's. Got there was told they don't have any. I had an Edmunds print out for a new 2015 Sorento.I purchased a new 2015 Sportster from Drey Smith. Was totally ripped off. Charged the suggested retail price. I had asked for an Edmunds report on the sportster.It took them 4 hours to get the papers ready to sign and they just let me sit while they ran their mouths with each other.Finance guy said the 100,000 mile policy cost less than the 50,000 policy. I regret every going to this place. Sent Drey Smith an email to get scratches taken care of. He never answered my email nor took my phone calls. Sean Samuel, Manager told me they have someone to do their body work on Tuesdays and he would call me Monday, July 13, 2015 when he got to work and I could bring my sportster in to get scratches & smudges taken care of and he would have a loan car ready for me. HE NEVER CALLED!!!Don't be stupid like I was. Go to another dealership.

I was promised the earth via telecom and was dealt with very poorly upon arrival. All the prices were $3-$4k above the cars.com prices, attitude was terrible from our sales person Drey Smith. Experience was so bad it has put me off visiting another dealership. Definitely not recommended.

After spending two weeks shopping around and visiting other dealerships I finally calling, Jacob assured me the vehicle was in. Great customer service and he kept us in the loop at all times. I have been searching online voraciously for weeks for the right vehicle at the right price. I had not looked at Kias much because they were generally a bit out of my price range. After looking at a Chevy Spark earlier in the day where they could not meet my price, I went back to cars.com and started my search again. I found a 2014 Kia Soul with only 3,682 miles. It was listed at 12,997. It also had so much more in the base model than the Spark and a Versa I had looked at days before, With the Soul, I didn't feel like I was looking at a base model with the array of auto controls on the steering wheel, the side and back tinted windows that are just cute and that nicely funky green color.I called and talked to Drey Smith and i asked him the total with TT&L because I didn't want to drive there if it was out of my price range. I was short on the total price. Drey said he would work it out and we did. I headed that way, not realizing until we got there that they were ready to close. They stayed open until I had my car at my price. No hassling as I really felt like Drey listened to me when I told him what money I had to work with. I have never had this at any other dealership. Normally, when you tell them what you have to spend, the salesperson just ignores you and starts presenting costs and you have hours of, "let me talk to the manager," back and forth frustration. I did NOT have that experience here. Drey understood I was serious about what I had to spend and simply made it work without any games. He was so friendly and we laughed and talked as the paper work got done. I actually had fun for what is normally a very stressful business transaction.The big point that I realized when I got home was the total cost and actually what a deal I ended up with. Being curious, I went online and searched for the 2014 Kia Soul on autotrader and cars.com. I can tell you that with all of the listing throughout Houston, I got the absolute best price for the mileage. Not one other listings for 2014 was cheaper and either in the same price range or several thousand more dollars. However all of those cars had 30, to 50K mileage. I consider that I was buying a new car at a used car price. Thank you Beck & Masten. Let's just say that I am a happy, happy Soul tonight!

I drove two hours to buy a vehicle at this location. When I got there, the experience was quite pleasurable. However, I needed a cosigner. It was around 7:30 at night at this point. I had someone to cosign for me, however was not able to contact him to submit the credit application. So, we were unable to complete our business that evening. The next day, I successfully contacted and had the person who was to cosign with me complete the application. I was told the day before that everything would be handled the next day and I would drive off with the vehicle then. However, I was told after the application was submitted that nothing would be possible until the next day. I received a text message today from the agent that said they can't get me financing and that they suggest I try to finance through my credit union. I called the agent and spoke to him about it and asked a few questions and he said, "I am not here to argue with you...I am here to sell cars for a living." I asked to speak to Steve and I explained to him what was said to me and he apologized for it and proceeded to explain the particulars of the financing issue. Mind, I had been told several times, "we are trying to earn your business." After I had asked a few questions Steve proceeded to raise his voice at me and tell me that I was being very argumentative, that he is not going to put up with it and if I have financing issues, I should talk to my credit union. I responded by saying, "Hey, aren't you trying to earn my business?" To which he responded with, "No, at this point I am not trying to earn your business. Have a nice day."...and hung up on me. I then called and asked to speak to the GM and was transferred back to Steve. I told him who I was and paused for a moment to choose my words. He rudely stated in a raised voice, "Look, I'm not going to sit here in silence. What do you have to say?" I said, "Sir, I am only..." He cut me off by saying that I have no business buying a car there and not to call back. He hung up on me a second time. This was the worst experience I have EVER encountered! I will never go back! As a matter of fact I am going to tell anyone and everyone I know to spread the word about this dealership. The people are rude, disrespectful to customers, and have no business in a customer service field.

I normally do not like to write reviews of products or customer service. As a former Car Salesman during my time in College I understand the negative outlook the public has on the Car Salesman and Dealerships in the Auto Industry. That is why I have taken the time to write the following review of my experience at Beck & Masten KIA in Tomball, TX. I enter the dealership to talk to a salesperson and met Len Worsham. I informed Len what I was looking for and how I wanted to go about purchasing the 2015 KIA Optima SXL. Len was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He took down all my request and informed me that he would let the New Car Manager know what I was trying to accomplish and get back to me. Later that day the New Car Manager Sean Samual contacted me via email to inform me that he believed that he could get to all the terms that I requested with Len and to just let him know if I wanted to proceed. A few days later I went back to the dealership to sit down with Len and Sean to make sure that all of us were on the same page as for how I wanted the deal to be structured. During this meeting there was absolutely NO PRESSURE to purchase the vehicle. Which is NOT normal in the Car Buying Process. Sean and Len both showed true professionalism during my time at the dealership. I was not ready to make the purchase at this time and informed them that I would call them in few days to let them know if I was going to purchase the vehicle. They said, Take your time and call them if I had any more questions. A few days later I called them and informed them that I would be up on Friday at 10:00am to purchase the 2015 KIA Optima SXL that we had discussed over the prior few days. I told them I would like for the windows to be tint a certain way and that I wanted the pin stripe removed before Friday. They informed me that it would be taken care of and the car would be ready for delivery. Here is the only hiccup in the deal when my wife arrived from Pearland to pick up my new car it was raining CATS and DOGS as Sean likes to put it. Which is very true. It was raining CATS and DOGS. When going over the car under the Service Driveway I did not notice that the pin stripe had not been removed. I also, did not notice the rear window tint did not fit the window to my specifications until I drove it home and the sun was shining on my side of Houston. Reminder the dealership is in Tomball and I live in Pearland. Now I know that there are several KIA dealerships on my side of town, but after reading all the reviews online about them and Beck & Masten I decided Beck & Masten was the overall favorite in my mind. Lets get back to the hiccup, (Tint & Pin Strip) I text Sean about the pin stripe issue and the tint late Friday night. I did expect a return text until the next day, I was wrong Sean text me back and said, he was sorry that the pin stripe was over looked and he will make it right. He also, said he will take care of the tint issue. Just come back up and see him or Len Monday and he will put me out in a demo car so I can go to work until my car was ready. I understand that small mistakes happen, but the way the business responds to those mistakes is what makes for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Sean, Len and Johannes made sure to take care of all of my needs, plus they wanted to make sure that I missed as little of work as possible. They even offered to have my car delivered to my house down in Pearland after the work was completed. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Here are my final thoughts about buying a car in the future. If KIA keeps building the types of cars that they are currently building and if Len, Sean and Johannes are still working for Beck & Masten KIA. I will make sure to make the drive north from Pearland to Tomball to visit them and give them another opportunity for my business. So if you are looking for a new KIA in the near future PLEASE go see Len Worsham, Sean Samuel, or Johannes Gilds they will take GREAT care of you!! Thank

Bought a car here in June, was so impressed that when our son's car was totaled, we recommended Beck and Masten Kia as the place to go for a replacement. He bought a 2015 Kia Forte, which he loves. We want to mention a few employees who were outstanding. Mike Mealey, our salesman was so friendly and helpful, Sean Samuel who worked tirelessly to get our son the payment and 1.9% interest rate he needed. Ruben Landaverde, our finance guy, explained all our options, but with no pressure. All in all, a great experience. We have used their service department also. David McCormick, their manager, is outstanding. They also give you $14.99 oil changes, and free state inspections if you buy from them. The best dealership we have ever dealt with!

I Bought my new 2013 Kia Optima from Tomball Kia and everything was going well, at least i though it was. My car started making weird noises under the dash so i took it in, they had my car for 4 hours and came back and told me nothing was wrong with it that maybe i shoved something in my ac vent to make it do that! Really?!! why would i destroy my own car? so i took it to Kia on 290 and they found the problem in less than an hour which was a huge problem my ac motor that runs the electrical part was going out and that was what was making noises and on top of that informed me my filters in my car were so bad they needed to be replaced and needed an alignment. How come Tomball Kia did not tell me any of that when I just took it there the week before for an oil change and that noise? they told me the car was fine but apparently not! Needles to say the mechanics that work there are awful and so unhelpful and on top of that were rude to me, i will never go back there. i found my new dealership on 290 who are excellent.

Beck and Masten Of Tomball is the place to go for a vehicle! I called first to get directions and Malachi was the one to assist with giving me directions. Upon getting directions he asked me to ask for him once I arrived. Upon arrival I was greeted well, each sales person that passed me are saw me waiting asked if I needed assistance, everyone made me feel comfortable while waiting for Malachi. I received great, awesome, wonderful and top notch service from Malachi, Jerry, and Mickey. Malachi made sure I was okay and comfortable with the vehicle of choice while waiting for everything to go through. Once going to Finance Department Jerry was nice, polite and pleasant. He made sure I understood everything and assured me all would be just fine. I'm looking forward to coming in to pick up my plates as well as having my first Maintenance Service done. I must say I was very, very impressed with my service!! Thank you so much Malachi...YOU ROCK

September 19,2013 I was involved in a 75 mph wreck. Was hit in left rear, flipped and rolled. Could have been worse. Started on 9/23/2013 looking for used truck. Also had area dealers looking for one also. Beck & Masten had taken one as a trade in. Len Worsham was the sales rep that got back to me. By 9/26/2013 I was at their dealership and drove away in my very clean 2012 Colorado. Everyone at dealership was very friendly and made me feel as tho I matered to them. Yes, I will recommend Beck & Masten to friends and family. Thanks for taking care of me.

I was very happy with the ease of buying my car. I saw a commercial on the TV which led me to looking on the internet and I stumbled upon Beck & Masten. After looking at the inventory, I then called to see if they had my vehicle of choice on the lot and they did. I drove to the dealership, met Tim aka Whisper, test drove the car and next thing that I know I am driving off in my much anticipated luxury car. Now I see tons of Beck & Masten plates in the area.

I first would like to say that we are very happy with our new vehicle and our sales person Mark Laurence. The Finance Department was excellent at finding us the best deal out there so we are very happy with the Finance Department. Our disappointment was with the Service Department we had few minor issues that needed to be fixed. Our vehicle still has the same issue it had when we took in for service the first time but was told it was fixed. Now we have a few more new issues happening and I'm more then sure they something to do with the first issue that never got fixed. I could see if the issue at hand was major, but it is sad to say that they could have done it right the first time. All our issue are cover under our warrenty so why aren't they fixed is our question?? We were given a appointment to bring it back in when we already had it there. Not happy with the Service Department..

Esco you were wonderful!!!! on the other hand I recently purchased a vehicle from beck and Matson Kia in Tomball. And every experience was the worse besides the salesman. While going over the numbers the finance guy (EDDIE) took it upon himself to tell me that I was wasting his time.when im spending my money. (last time I checked thats his job) That is not how you speak to anybody you do business with. I should have left the deal on the table then. They gave me the run around with getting my contract. I called the man 5 times and asked him to mail my contract. Never did, nor did he make an attempt to. Better yet he didnt have my folder when I paid my down payment. Just all around unprofessional. I had to have my father go up there and get it. He had him sit down nor did he speak with him again. He sent someone else out with the contract. Eddie is a waste. Dont waste your time going there.

I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Beck & Masten Kia in Tomball. I didn't want to purchase the 2nd, I was involved in an accident that totaled my first purchase and was in a rush to find something new before I had to return the rental insurance had me in. I was stressed out and frantic with less money to put down than I wanted. Once I got to B&M, all was well. I found what I was looking for and it was an stress free experience from sales to finance! I purchased a 2013 Sorento thru Harvey Greenway(sales) on 5-2-2013 & asked to send thru my debit card for the full $22,629.27. I was turned over to finance to complete the financial end & delt with Eddie Reynado. Not only was he rude & defensive when asked a simple question regarding a statement on the Buyers Order but he informed me the only reason he could not put the entire amount thru was because it was after 5pm & it only allowed him $1000 debit. He then said the ONLY way for me to pay this was to drive the 1hr. distance again the next day & bring a certified cashiers check. I explained that was not possible & Harvey(saleman) confirmed that wasn't necessary & to mail a personal check. I contacted my bank on 5-3rd & the bank manager was to contact Eddie & confirm sending thru the $21,629.27 on my debit card. I received a call from my bank on Monday saying she had left 6 messages over 3 days for Eddie & could not get him to call her back. I immediately contacted the General Manager"Mitch" & he said he would handle this immediately. I again received a call from my bank on 5-9-2013 saying Kia still had not contacted her or tried to run the debit thru. I contacted the dealership AGAIN & was told the GM"Mitch" was fired the very day I spoke with him & again it was turned over to Eddie to handle. I then received a call from Steve Koeulnicky(also in finance) & after explaining the problem, he said he would handle it. My next call came from my bank saying according to Steve they could not run more than $3000 thru on a dibit card & I was needed to go to bank & authorize a Cert. Cashers Check sent to Kia. I contacted Steve & asked why he did not bother to inform me of this when we spoke & he lied & said he did. The only thing he said to me was he would check into this problem & get it handled!!Luckily, before having to handle the check at the bank the next day(5-10) I received a call from my salesperson Harvey Greenway, apologizing for total screwup in the finance dept. & assuring me they could & would send this debit thru.(1st he had heard of problem was today) I had already called around 3 other Kia dealerships & was told debit's in that amount were standard & not a problem. I feel that Kia should be aware of the mishandling by their entire finance dept. of this dealership & the bald faced lie told to a customer to deny an employees incompetance. Let me say again, the salesperson Harvey Greenway was honest, thorough & VERY pleasant to deal with. It scares me to think what a screwup the finance dept. would have caused if I was trying to pay other than CASH.....I am recommending the dealership ONLY because I had great service from Salesman & am expecting the new GM, Pete Trammel, to handle the finance department incompetance.

I was very pleased with everyone doing all they could to make sure my husband and I got a new vehicle. Roger was an excellent sales person and very helpful. Burke was also wonderful! I have recomended several friends and even strangers to Beck & Masten Kia in Tomball. I will definately be doing more business here.

We came in to see want kind of car we could qualify for. Looked around at many and came across a white impala. Price was just in the budget. Roger was a wonderful sales person. Nothing like being hounded by one. He was kind, patient and very useful. We bought the car we wanted and best of all...it fits in the garage!!! I would recommend anyone who asked for a reliable dealership to Beck & Masten. This is the 2nd car I bought from them. Just a different location. Only negative is the radio station playing outside is hard rock and some songs had pretty bad language. I only noticed because I had my special needs son with me and he laughed at some bad language. Might rethink that.

Came into kia tomball and was looking at the used 2009 dodge ram 1500. We looked and looked until we saw mark we asked mark were this truck was and he took us right to it. mark was great new quite a alot about dodge considering it was a kia dealership. mark was absolutley oustanding in listening what i can afford and what my price range was. couldnt have asked for better salesman nor a better team at tomball kia.

I had been looking for a new Sorento with a 3rd row for a few weeks, and I definitely found the best deal in the Houston/Dallas/Austin areas at Beck & Masten. I called and spoke with Allan in Internet Sales, and he was extremely helpful, and we were able to pretty much work out everything and have all my questions answered over the phone and via email before I went in. The communication was excellent. I have had really bad experiences with communication with a couple of other dealerships, so it was a pleasant change. Once I got to the dealership, we just went over everything again, and he got me over to Finance very quickly. Eddie in Finance was equally helpful (and fast). I did not feel any pressure at all while I was there, and the whole experience was great. I have always dreaded buying new cars, because it turns into an all day event, but I was in and out in no time and left with exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a Kia, and if you are coming from out of the area, it is well worth the drive.

Found a used car on the Internet that they had...I was able to haggle everything through the phone and when I showed up they had the paper work ready to go. I drove the car and loved it...we sat down in Lens office and where done in no time. It was the easiest car buying experience ever. When we walked out my husband said that was easy compared to the last few cars we have bought :) I will def go back!

Popped into the dealership without any warning Chris Briggs didn't seem upset that I didn't make an appointment, spent a great deal of time making sure I was confortable with the experience. The end result is that I purchased a Sorento. Although I went a bit over budget I am very happy with the purchase and very please with the attitude Chris brings to his job. Thanks to all for a job well done.

Late last month, my daughter found she had a job opportunity in Houston (we live in the Seattle area) and things had to happen quickly - less then a weeks notice to move. She just graduated from college and had no car and given the distance we had to drive, buying a car locally was not going to work so the only logical decision was to buy the car in Houston. I have a friend that works locally for one of the area dealers and he showed us some cars to test and my daughter decided on Kia Rio. Next came time to find a dealer in Houston that we could do the deal with. Together with my friend, we selected three dealers near her work site and then he called each one to introduce himself and get a sense (over the phone) for his comfort with dealing with them. Of the two he could reach, he felt Beck and Masten were his first choice and gave me the info to call them. I called and reached Steve Hewitt and Brian Beck and gave them the specifics for what we were looking for and explained we had a very tight time frame to find the car and do the deal. They understood totally and they started the process to find the car my daughter wanted - with a 2 day deadline. This was on a Wed and by the following day, they had found the car (in the color she wanted) and had made arrangements to acquire it for us. We flew in the following day and on Saturday, we arrived at Beck and Masten and spent a couple of hours testing the car and then completed the deal and drove away with a new car for my daughter. It doesn't get much easier then that... I would recommend Beck and Masten to anyone wishing to find a reputable and honest dealer wishing to buy a car. The facilities are excellent and the personnel are top notch. Since my daughter is new to the area, she now has a reputable service provider she can count on to keep her car in top condition. Its her first car and believe me its pretty special to her. Great Job - Steve, Brian and the rest of Beck Masten.

I went Beck and Masten after visiting four different dealerships closer to where I live. Needless to say, I did not have a good experience from any of them. The first dealership kept me waiting almost 2 hours just for test drive. After the test drive was over, he never even offerred to run any numbers for me. The Ford dealership I went to was even worse as I couldn't seem to get the attention of any of the sales people. Thankfully, Brian had called me the day before, so I headed out ot Tomball. It was the best decision I could have made. Brian was awesome! He was so patient and he took his time and let me test drive as many cars as I wanted until I found one that I liked. He even involved management to make sure that I would get a car that I waned within my price range. The whole team there is great and they make you feel comfortable, which is important, especially sining they did for mece I am a single female. I didn't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Every one there went out of their way to make me happy and I do appreciate everything everyone there did to help me. They made an otherwise stressful event actually pleasant :-)

We chose Beck & Masten Kia because it had such great reviews and we don't regret it at all. We worked with Len Worsham. My Fiancee was the only one who has credit built up but it is still very poor. We weren't sure if we were going to be able to get a new car. Despite our challenges Len and the Finance department worked extremely hard for us and got us a NEW car in her name alone, no co-signer needed! On top of that we got the color we wanted and it is completely new! Len asked us how we were constantly as we waited and we were very clued in on what was going on as we waited. He even cleaned the car and filled up the tank for us before we left! It was the most amazing car experience we have had. Highly Highly recommend!

man they really treated me and my wife great the only thing that i am concered about is getting my second set of keys if they call and tell me they found the key or they are putting it in the mail to me it will be the best review they could ever get i just purchased my first kia and it was the greatest car buying experancs i ever had .. i just hope they find my key!

When I dropped by on a Saturday afternoon to start my used car shopping process, I really didn't plan on driving away with my car the same day. Though there was a little confusion about the details, I don't think I could have been treated better if I was buying a new car. I decided where I buy and what kind of people I buy from are almost as important as what I'm buying. I expect to have a long, happy relationship with my Kia Rio, and Esco and Eddie have been a delight to deal with!

Me and my family have purchased 5 cars at this location 2 new Kia Souls 1 new Sorento and a new Sportgaes as well and a Preowned Hyundai Sante Fe and we are completly satisfied with the cars and the service we have recieved. Chris Briggs has helped us on all the purchases and has taken very good care of us after each sale and always set up our oil changes and maintainence for us before we every even leave the Showroom. Fun, fair, easy buying experience. Salesman met all of my needs. Sales Manager was a big part of the process and worked with me to get to where I wanted to be as far as my trade value and sale of the vehicle. Finance process was smooth and I nothing was unexpected. The entire process felt very low pressure and I think everybody left happy! Would go back a million times!
