With only 400 miles left on my new truck warranty, I wanted to have my Canyon checked over for problems. I listed the areas of concern that I had and asked for a good check up. 3 1/2 hours later I was informed that my basic maintenance, a thorough check up, and a couple of minor repairs were complete. I left feeling very comfortable with the safety and timeliness of repairs performed. Thank you for an excellent service experience! I loved my Canyon All terrain but needed a larger truck. Michelle Shepard and Robert Wolf teamed up to find the perfect vehicle at a great price. Will have the final push to get it out the door. I am thrilled with my Certified and loaded 2020 AT4!!! Another excellent experience!

Michelle Shepard and Megan Martin went above and beyond on this purchase. I don't live close to the dealership but Megan was professional and helpful on all aspects of the car selection process. Once I arrived at the dealership Michelle was ready for me and genuinely cared about my desires for a vehicle, a real S-HERO! She was patient and did an amazing job making sure I found the car that would be what I wanted and needed for my family. I wouldn't change a thing about this experience! Everyone was kind and honestly the process went faster than I anticipated and best of all... I LOVE MY CAR!! Thank you everyone!

This place is awesome. They are so patient with customer. My husband couldn't decide what he even want to drive. After hours he made up his mind and within 1.5 hours we were done. Papers signed and finance guy was awesome as well. Made us feel comfortable in what we were doing. The sales guy was great as well. Thank you. We will be back and recommend to anyone.

My experience buying a used Ford Flex at Beck & Masten North was excellent. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind. I highly recommend Luis Pena as a great salesperson to work with. He went above and beyond to make things work; even delivering the car personally to my home 30 miles distant. His customer service has continued after the sale as he's been very helpful, pleasant, and responsive to questions I've called with two weeks later.

I have leased my Buick Encore since June 2016 and it is a great performance vehicle as well as a pretty copper gold-brown color with dark grey interior for the seats and panels. My Salesman Cory Rogers has been the kindest person ever as well as Service Department George Avila who is great too. It takes a Team and the Team here at Beck & Masten has been good. The financial department is great too, when I leased in 2016 and purchased in 2019 (8-23-19) both men where fast, and helped me save money as well as get extra warranty coverage for my SUV. I would recommend Beck & Masten to everyone needing a great vehicle and with great customer service for as long as they need a vehicle to get you from point A to point B everyday. A great experience having a Buick Encore, a great and well made SUV. Thank you Buick Dealership!❤
