Bought a 2015 F-350 from their sister dealership in Va. Beach and try to get my service done at the Suffolk store. The last 2 times I have had service work done (mainly oil change) I was made to wait after my agreed upon pick up time. I made appointments AND dropped the vehicle off for the entire day only to go get it at the end of the day to be told we haven't finished or gotten to it yet. We are here until 6 so just wait in the lounge. REALLY??? Why did I make an appointment and then give it to you all day? To make matters worse, I received no phone call about delays or nothing. Then I watched the mechanic bump my front spoiler on the lift because he didn't make sure it would clear and cracked the spoiler. I had to eat that one because I didn't bother to look at it until the next day when I noticed it looked funny. This is not the great customer service they promote on their commercials. My time matters to me but apparently it doesn't matter as much to them.

Every time I make my payment with Dannielle she is rude doesn't smile doesn't say have a nice day gives wrong payment information to me so I ended up paying a larger amount of payment because my name was next to someone who's payment amount was larger she really needs to be retrained on talking with customers so they will come back to buy there next vehicle but I do recommend buying a car there Jerry was my salesman and he went over and behond

My experience with Beach Ford in Suffolk has been nothing but a true pleasure. Everyone involved in this process was very professional and friendly. Randy Bailey, Ken Henry and Matt Duncan Have made this a great experience. I would highly recommend any of these individuals!

I want to commend sales representative Jerry, I had issues with the 2012 Focus I bought from Beach Ford & I was not confident in coming back for another purchase. Jerry was extremely reassuring & helpful. Because of his customer service I stayed with Beach Ford and bought a new Fusion. I tell all of my friends and family about the great friendship & service I received from Jerry and Beach Ford in Suffolk, Va.

This was a great experience. For the first time in my life I actually enjoyed purchasing a vehicle. The team at Beach Ford of Suffolk treated us like family, like they honestly appreciated our business and it really matters if we come back. We live 25 miles away, but the experience was well worth the drive.
