Before our current Toyota Highlander, my wife and I had a 1999 Toyota Camry and a 2000 Toyota 4 Runner from AutoNation Toyota and Union City Toyota, respectively. We shopped the 4 Runner at AutoNation before settling with Union City Toyota. This time around, we shopped for another Toyota at Union City Toyota, but settled with AutoNation Toyota for a Toyota Highlander because of a better deal, customer/sales service and most importantly, VARIETY and newly redesigned facility.

I had been looking at new SUV's for some time and having had Toyotas in the past, gravitated towards them. Easy experience. Was told/expecting 1 1/2 hour wait, was done in just over an hour. Having children in tow I appreciate the honesty and true expectation of wait time. Nice facility to wait in. I bought my first 2 Toyotas from Toyota of Union City, there is a world of difference between this dealership and the one I originally went to. I speant over 7 hours trying to buy a car from Toyota of Union City before I could see a finance manager to finish the purchase process. This was not the case at AutoNation at all. They had everything ready to go and put up with my difficult situation with a lot of imagination. The car buying process was as it should be where you look at the cars, decide what you want, and they help you get it. Thank you all for your participation in another happy customer.

I went in this past Monday to simply look at the 2014 Certified Pre-Owned Camrys. I called first to check inventory and talked with Saad who met me at the front door. He briefly sat and chatted about what I was looking for and took me out to show me the newer models as well as what I came there for. He didn't drag anything out, covered the bases, didn't try to hide info, etc. Saad was fantastic! This was my first experience buying a "new" car, and I can definitely say I had a great experience at AutoNation. Saad related to me as a person and not just another customer. I could tell he was genuinely interested in providing a great experience. I wanted to check other rates at different unions AND I had another test drive scheduled at another dealership for the day after. They did whatever they could to keep me from that other dealership without being pushy. After negotiating with Saad for about 3 hours, (remember I was only there to look and had NO INTENTIONS WHATSOEVER on buying that day -- seriously) the supervisor came over and negotiated rates with me. They knocked money off of the car immediately, gave me what I asked for my trade in (and my old car was not worth the amount they gave me), and found me a great, reasonable rate with my lack of credit history. I was genuinely impressed with how the staff handled me, the negotiations, and the fact that I was there until 11:30pm! (They close at 9). AutoNation and Saad truly met my expectations in every way, and I'm very grateful for the attentiveness and personalization of the buying experience. Now I can only hope that my 2014 Camry SE is all that it seems to be for the next 10+ years! Thanks for staying up late for me, guys! Five stars for AutoNation & Saad B.!

I had the most wonderful car buying experience. Everyone was nice and helpful. I came to Toyota only to see my options but Melvin made it hard to say no! I left with a certified used car which I am in love with. I didn't feel that big dealership pressure to buy a car. The paperwork was easy. My children were entertained the whole time. They had refreshments (as we all know buying a car can b a lengthy process) while u waited. One of the easier big purchases I have made.

We had a good experience overall. Sales staff did a fine job with explaining technical details and were professional in our negotiations. There was a bit too much pressure to buy the extended warranty by the finance department and I think the benefits promised were likely misrepresented. In addition we were promised an entertainment system installation the next weekend. But after we took the vehicle home, there was miscommunication with the installation technician who said he couldn't do it on the weekend. Thankfully Kevin from customer service made things right and corrected the problem. Kevin did a superb job of making sure they delivered what they promised.

I first purchased my 2014 Corolla from here in Feb. 2014, the experience was wonderful, it was my first car purchase, and Junior, our salesman, provided the best customer experience for us. He always kept in touch with me to make sure my car is working great for me. Recently he reached out to me to trade in my vehicle for a 2015, and I came in to see my options, and ended up trading in my 2014 for the 2015 in RED last week (March 2015). Again, the customer service executed by Junior was A+ which is the reason I will always come back to this dealership. They are more than just sales people, they make you feel welcome and like family! Lou was absolutely wonderful! I went to him because my parents recommended him! He did not try to scam me, he treated me as if I was his own daughter. He was very patient in helping me decide what type of Toyota I wanted and helped me sort through the differences. He even pointed me to a lesser expensive car because he felt like it better suited me and he also was straight forward with that the differences were not enough to merit getting a whole different car for it. Over all great experience with them! this was my second car with Toyota and I've NEVER had any issues!

On a quest for the 2015 Scion xB William Boyce offered us a test drive. It seemed as though he wasn't thoroughly educated on the knowledge of this vehicle. Although Mr. Boyce seemed determined to make the sale through negotiation & incentives. We were anticipating a more fuel efficient vehicle but decided to settle with an affordable Scion. I received excellent customer service from Lou Bernier at this facility. I went in to just have a look without the intention of buying this day. The salesman Lou came to me to show me around the lot and offered the best numbers. He didn't pressure me unlike some of the salesmen at other dealerships. I continued to look around at other places, only to find that the best numbers I received was from Lou at the Toyota dealership. When I was ready to buy, I returned to Toyota and asked for Lou. I bought a brand new Toyota Camry with great, affordable monthly payments with little to put down. Since then, anyone (I knew) who was interested in purchasing a car, I've highly recommended this dealership and Lou Bernier. They all share the same experience as I and it's the best!

Scott Tollison has been my advisor for years. I trust him when he says I need something taken care of. Being a woman, some places will try and push unnecessary repairs but I have NEVER experienced that at Team Toyota in Lithia Springs. I first filled out an application online and quickly got a call from Frank bell. He told me to be patient and he would work with me. My credit wasn't great at the time so we had to get some stuff taken care of which took time. But frank was patient and helped every step of the way. When the day finally came he rolled the red carpet out and showed me 5 different cars and one even had a minor issue and frank insisted I not even look at it because it was not to his standard. My over all experience was good as far as the employee's I was please with the service I receive the Toyota rave 4 drives very good for a car that will be 10 years old next year. I am very please with the finance manager at this site he worked very hard to get my payment to ware I could afford them I couldn't ask for any thing more as far as that goes. I am not pleased however with that fact that I came out from work this morning to go home and the car won't start I have only had the vehicle for just over 30 days the battery should have been replace prior to the car being sold because the car is a 2006 it will be 10year old next year. and the weather stripping was missing from the rear door so when I went to have the car washed for the first time water came thru the back of the side of the car that should have also been replaced, I was told that the vehicle had a detailed cleaning but it seem to be vacuumed well and clean on the outside only, These details are not major issue how if you are going to buy a car for 100000 it these issues should have been taken care of before the sale of the veh. I will be contacting them to see what they are going to do about the battery and weather stripping and I will keep you informed.

My experience at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road, Lithia Springs Georgia was horrid. The customer representative who failed at helping me name was COCO. This explains a lot. I was in a accident at no fault of my own in which my car was appraised at a total loss/ un safe. So I settled with my insurance coverage because I have full-coverage and the at fault driver decide to do hit and run. After explaining this to COCO she decided to continue to attempt to victimize and oppress me by not allowing me to have choices of cars within my realm of reality to choose form which I may have been willing to allow a credit check for. COCO showed me a few options of cars to choose from that I did not want to put my name on; the prices ranged from $5000 to $8000 with additional thousand dollar dealers fee for used Toyota Camry, and corolla with well over 200,000 miles. I was degraded when they ran my credit without showing me additional cars which they fabricated they had at other auto Nations in the area, that may have been reasonably priced. RIP OFF

I had done my fair share of research and new what I should expect to pay and what I should expect for my trade in. My research included the possibility of purchasing an off rental or off lease vehicle. I started out by going to a different dealer. The first dealer gave me an offer of MSRP plus fees and almost nothing for my trade. I was offended, so I countered with an offer I knew they could never meet and hopefully offended them in return. I then sent out internet requests to several dealers asking for my "out the door" price. AutoNation was by far the best initial price offered. I proceed to go out and visit my sales person, Ishmael Cross, to see if we could work out a deal. I was offered a fair price for my trade and before the day was done, I left with a new 2015 Corolla LE. I have purchased numerous cars and have to say this was one of the best experiences in purchasing a new car. The atmosphere was friendly, the transaction proceeded quickly and the closing with Will Payne was effortless. I will say in closing, if you are in the market for a vehicle, you should most definitely give AutoNation a chance to win your business!

I've purchased four cars in the past and each purchase was a painful experience. An honest dealer who gives a fair, upfront price seems impossible to find. I have been on many online help sites for car buying tips and to learn about the tricks they may use to pad the quoted price. For this purchase, I contacted the internet sales department at eight dealers. All of them gave me the run-around, not giving me the out-the-door price I requested or coming in ridiculously high. Ishmael Cross at AutoNation came in with a price lower than anyone else's. So much lower that I thought he was hiding fees. He wasn't. The out-the-door price he gave me in his first email was the price I paid for the car. No one at the dealership, including financing, tried to add any fees or extras. I will not dread my next car purchase if I can go back to AutoNation. If I move (we are Air Force) I will look for another AutoNation and hope it operates with the honesty and courtesy of this one.

This was actually the best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales staff was ever ready to assist. Our salesman, Mr. Pryor was knowledgeable about all things Toyota. He was persistent without being pushy and willingly allowed us time and space to determine what we felt was best for us. I love the car! The Venza is roomy and extremely comfortable. There is ample leg room in the front as well as in the back with adequate storage space in the luggage compartment.

Was just looking at the Tundra just checking prices, was not there to buy at the moment. Brakes squeak at every stop and service said they didn't hear them squeeking (nonsense), but noted that I still have 80% of the pad left. Now it won't start with consistency. I haven't even paid my first note yet. Once I see how they address my issue I'll update.

Gary Escoto is hands down the best person there is to help you find the car of your dreams. I came in not sure about what I could afford and rather I'll go with a used Tacoma or a new Tacoma. Gary Escoto was very friendly and helpful and treated me with the highest respect. He showed me around and was very knowledgeable about the trucks. He helped me to decide on getting a brand new truck and on Friday July 25 he had a number of new Tacoma trucks to look at including 2 that were the Grey color I was looking for. He offered me the best price on a trade and gave me an amazing deal on a Tacoma. But it gets better as I go to Finance the Tacoma, Will Payne, worked hard to help me stay on budget and get the warranties I wanted and Lo-jack. He offered me great pricing options and was friendly like Gary Escoto with the two of them making my buying experience a fun easy process.

My recent experience with Auto Nation Toyota was the best. I visited the dealership in May 2014 with the intention of reviewing the 2014 Camrys and Corollas. I was met at the door by Melvin Arnum. I immediately explained that I was not ready to purchase and was simply window shopping. Still, Melvin escorted me around the lot and answered numerous questions about the various vehicles. What I appreciated was his willingness to find the answer to questions he did not readily have the answer to----as opposed to simply making them up. This established his credibility in my eyes. I explained to Melvin that I would not be purchasing for another 60-90 days, but would visit the dealership several times before I made a final decision. During this time, I visited the dealership 4-5 time to look over both new and used vehicles. Each time, Melvin was there to help and let me review the vehicles without pressure. His attention to detail (following-up when and how I deemed appropriate) was especially important to me. As a result, I ultimately purchased two new vehicles. Financing the vehicles was made easy, due to the professionalism of Finance Manager, Will Payne. He was friendly, thorough and made the entire process enjoyable. Once completed, Melvin was waiting for me with my two vehicles detailed and ready to go. Because I arrived late in the evening, the entire process kept both Melvin and Will in the office well after normal business hours. This is service not often exhibited today and an experience I will not soon forget. I highly recommend Auto Nation Toyota !!! Make sure to ask for Melvin and Will.

When making the decision to buy a car, go to Auto Nation Toyota and ask for Lou Bernier! My brother and I arrived and he met us outside with a welcoming greeting ready to tell us all about their cars. He asked the basic questions during the car buying process and immediately found a car for me that I love! He is extremely knowledgeable about cars as well as his company. Many car salesmen are way too aggressive and pushy, but Lou was very professional and confident that he'd won me over without being too pushy. I am a student and he worked really hard with the finance department to get me approved without having to get a cosigner. Most of all, the car buying process was really easy and very fast. I am a returning Customer and returned back because of the outstanding service I received in the past. However, based on the service I received today I am totally disappointed. I made it clear with the salesman Shawn that I will only drive to the showroom if they had the truck I was looking for was on premise. He said yes...and I did make it clear that I did not want to waste my time. I was ready to do business. I showed up for my 1:15 pm appointment and the salesman Shawn was not there. I was there with my wife and baby Granddaughter and we were jerked around for over 3 hours. The truck I drove down to firm up a deal was not in inventory. I was trying to avoid this situation in the first place. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have wanted a Totyota 4 Runner for 22 years. My husband went in right before Christmas and spoke with Shawn. He told him everything I wanted in a 4 runner. Shawn searched high and low until he could find the truck of my dreams. It was delivered to the dealership and my husband called me to meet him there. When I got to the dealership there sat my brandnew truck with a big red bow on it. I am very satisfied my new truck, the financing, and friendly service. 5 star rating for a five star team. Staff was courteous and professional. Salesman, Gary Escoto was very knowledgeable on both cars that we purchased a Venza & Avalon. Gary showed me my future car, the Avalon, 13 demo. He pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of buying such a car. Advantages out weighed the disadvantages. I took it for a test drive and I was hooked. We agreed on a purchase price and he introduced me to the finance officer Will Payne. Will was able to beat one of our quoted rates easily. By doing so, making a nice monthly payment become a better one. The experience was so great, I am sending other family members to purchase from Gary & Will!! Thanks Team Toyota!!

My daughter was the first to by her Carolla from Toyota, this was her very first brand new car. She was treated so well and was so happy that she encouraged me to go when I decided to buy a new vehicle. Gary Escoto was her sales person. She has since upgraded to the larger Camry and is very happy. When I was ready to purchase a new car I was actually loyal to a different brand (across the street from AutonationToyota) and had gone there first thinking they would appreciate my loyalty. Well the sales person pretty much dismissed me and handed me over to another sales person who was on the phone while answering my questions in between his conversation and actually began pointing to different vehicles across the lot! That was a done deal. So I went right over to Toyota happy to say drove off the lot that day with my new Prius! I heard stories how women are not taken seriously when purchasing a vehicle and I can say that is not at all my experience here. In fact I felt so completely respected, so comfortable and pleased, when I decided to upgrade I went right back and now I drive a Camry as well. Gary Escoto is my Go To Guy. Actually Our Go To Guy, my husband purchased his pick up truck from Gary and is still gushing over it! Gary is like an old trusted friend, honest and real. I have recommended Gary to my friends and colleagues. I can't say enough about AutoNation Toyota I never thought buying a vehicle could be such a pleasant experience. Everyone worked together to give us the best possible service and outcome. We are a Toyota family. Thank you so much Gary!

After shopping at all the dealerships in the area I decided to purchase a 2014 Toyota Tundra from AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Rd in Lithia Springs. My sales representative was Shawn Pryor. Shawn was very helpful with finding the right vehicle and working through the deal to a point I was comfortable with making the purchase. After reaching a decision the finance/business office was also a pleasant experience; while finalizing the paperwork the Toyota Tundra was detailed and filled with fuel so that it was ready to go when we finished. Shawn Pryor then walked me around the truck, helped set up things such as the mirrors and connecting my phone to the radio system etc. Finally, as part of my deal we added running boards to the truck, they were promptly ordered; an appointment was set in the service department and when I arrived to have them installed the truck was taken in immediately at the appointment time and quickly, professionally serviced. While I was having the running boards installed Shawn Pryor also came to the service area just to say hello and follow up on my happiness with the vehicle. Mark Carter

I received excellent service from AutoNation Toyota Scion on Thornton Road when I purchased my new Tundra on 5 October. The excellent service started with Lou Bernier (Sales Associate) who was well knowledgeable, then by Tim Hackney (Finance Director) who worked respectfully with you on the finance. Ken Stuber followed up the excellent service by making sure the truck was already to be handed off once all the paperwork was completed.

I was searching all over to buy a used car and my search ended when I found Nissan Autonation. Buying a car can be a long stressful process, but Nissan Autonation makes everything ten times easier. The staff is amazing! They are dedicated and committed to making sure you leave with a great car. Ceci was the salesperson that assisted me in my purchase. She greeted me with a big joyful smile and reassured me that I would be leaving with a car that I love. She worked quickly and efficiently and I was able to drive off with just that! I purchased a Rav4 from my son Gary Escoto back in May and he recently told me to come on here and write a review for him... boy did he make a mistake! HAHA Joking aside, everything there was very professional. The dealership is massive! And very clean. And ofcourse Gary didn't a great job... Let's just say the apple didn't fall far from the tree! Anyway I would definietly recommend this dealership to anyone not only because my son works there but because everything about the dealership was very professional.

I absolutely loved my experience with AutoNation Toyota on Thornton Road. Before I even walked into the building I was greeted by a friendly salesman, Mr. Saad Bajwa. Of course when you go to any car dealership, you will be greeted in the same manner. But the team at AutoNation is different. He asked me to tell him exactly what I wanted and I did. He told me to have a seat and that he would bring a car for me. I didn't have to step foot on the car lot because he brought out a car that was perfect for me. The salesperson is very often the deciding factor in a purchase. If my mind is made up to purchase then a salesperson who is not pushy or overbearing and who listens to ensure that I get the best deal for the dollar for the planned or unplanned purchase makes the transaction feasible and actually enjoyable. I was online seaching for my dream car with the convenience package which incuded Smart key system w/push button start, rearview camera, electrochromic rearview mirror w/compass, anti-theft alarm system, engine immobilizer, HomeLink universal garage door opener (REQ: LA Leather Pkg or PD Pwr Driver Seat) (REQ: EX Stereo & SR Moonroof Pkg), but to my surprise I was told that none of the cars come with this package. So I wasn't a very happy person. I did however purchase a car because they "found" me a car with at least the navigational system which was a must. I was told that my car was coming from Mall of Georgia, but come to find out they "drove" it from North Carolina. Since we were told that the car would be coming from the Mall of Georgia (which I should have been able to pick up the next day) I had to wait 3 days to get the car (no call to offer an explaination for the wait), hence the trip from North Carolina and 300 miles on the car. Now as for our sales person Gary Escoto....EXCELLENT sales person. He was very informative, funny, and a very pleasant to work with. I would refer my friends to Gary at any time. He work very hard to satisfy us. Even though I couldn't get all the bells and whistles I wanted on my car he did however find me a "red" camry with the navigation system...I would have taken it, but my husband didn't want a red car. Gary actually took the pain out of searching for our car. Thanks to Gary for making our experience painless.

He was patient when I was getting impatient with the process myself. I plan to tell everyone to buy Toyota and to ask for Stalin! AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road was absolutely excellent with service, quality, and appeal. I got my first car from here and the guy helping us, David Howard, made the process so easy and smooth. He took the time out to show me multiple cars until I was set on getting the 2013 Prius C Two. The car is fantastic and a lot of fun to drive and the gas mileage is nice to my wallet. David Howard took his time out to explain every detail of the car to me and made sure I wasn't confused about anything. He even set up my bluetooth between my car and my phone. I definitely recommend going to this Toyota Dealership, they did a fantastic job and took the time out to understand their customers and their needs. EXCELLENT!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Bought a new 2013 Toyota Corolla this past Saturday and was very pleased with the help I got from the sales associate, Stalin. He was very patient and took me around to see pretty much everything they had on their lot as well as the Honda dealership down the road. I got a great deal on the car and also a great deal on the 100,000 mile warranty. Very pleased so far with my purchase and my daughter was super excited when i came home with it.

Dauphine (Sales Rep), Winston (Sales Mgr), Kevin (Customer Relations Mgr), Will (Finance Mgr), as well as, the Detailer worked as a team to ensure I received extraordinary customer service. I appreciate their friendliness, professionalism and quality of work. Winston worked diligently to get me the best interest rate and to top off my experience, I was scheduled to go out of town within two weeks of making my purchase and Dauphine bent over backwards to ensure that my car title was transferred in a timely manner. Now thats what I call managing customer value. If I am in the market for another Toyota in the future, like the Avalon that was in the showcase, I will definitely go back to AutoNation on Thornton Road. Kudos for a job well done!

I am really grateful for Toyota Auto Nation. They worked really hard to get the financing that I needed to be able to get a nice car. I received very good customer service. The facilities were great and even had a play area where I sent my kids while my husband and I took care of the paperwork. I have always been a Toyota fan. And in the future when I decide to upgrade again, I will not hesitate to return to this location.

After totaling our primary vehicle my wife and I visited this dealership. We wound up purchasing a Venza. They sold us exactly what we asked for with no high pressure tactics. The buying process was relatively painless. The initial perception was positive enough for me to go back roughly a week later and purchase a Tundra that caught my eye. We returned and traded the original Venza for another, with a different options call out that was even better than the first and we absolutely couldn't be happier. The vehicles have shown themselves to be superb and our experiences with Sales (Saad, Sammy, Steve, and GM Mike Williams), Customer Relations (Kevin), Finance (Will and Tim) and Service (Jerry and Robert) have been flawless. We heartily recommend these folks to anyone interested in a good deal on a good vehicle from really great people.

I bought a new 2013 Camry LE here the start of this month and was very surprised at the ease of the whole process! I called Colin, in interent sales the monday of that week, he gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and when I got there that Friday, the price was exactly what he quoted me Monday! No smoke and mirors with this dealership! I would definietly recommend this dealership to my friends and family! Colin really made buying a car a lot simplier then i thouhgt it could ever be!

Purchased a pre-owned Corolla from this Team Toyota in Lithia Springs about a month ago. My salesperson was Saad Bajwa. When I walked in, Saad immediately greeted me in and we sat down and he asked me what I was looking for. I told him the model and requirements I was seeking, and he was able to find me the model I wanted that was within my price range. I did the final negotiations with the sales manager Winston, who was also very professional and was able to work out a great deal with us that was highly comparable to other competitive dealerships that I went to. The color was not the one I was initially set on, but all other requirements were met, and I couldn't turn down the deal that was offered. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned Toyota, go check out this one in Lithia Springs and make sure to ask for Saad Bajwa...it wouldn't hurt to try.
