It took over a month to get the required parts to the dealership, no fault of theirs as far as I know. After a serious miscommunication after dropping the vehicle at the dealership (9am) on a Saturday and no work being by done (5pm), I had to have the service manager called after hours to pull my car out so I could get it back as I had no rental. The car was finally taken back in on Tuesday and I was given a courtesy car till repairs were completed on Thursday. After getting the car back I noticed that one of the mounting grommets for the inside door panel was not reinstalled and I am awaiting words back still on how this can be fixed/resolved. Three star rating in my opinion is average.

i went to get my car service and a loner car so that i can make it to work on time. ALEXIS REED was mad that i was on the list for a loner car for the reasons i was getting my car serviced. She was very rude and talk to me from the waiting tables. She took her time to make me wait longer for the car. She then asked me was i ready like she had been waiting on me all morning. When i told her i was just going to wait for me car and can i have my id and debit card back she kinda handed them to me really nasty. when i let her know i didn't like the way i was treated she didn't care at all so i had to tell her a thing or two. It's sad because i go there often but i will not be returning!

We have purchased 3 vehicles from here over a period of 6 years, never had an issue. Not a single one. When I recently took my wife's most recent purchase to get our free oil change we got as part of buying a new car from them I was told it was too late in the evening to have one with no appointment. I checked the website, looked around the dealership, and found the hours for the service center were until 7 pm. I had arrived at 5:45 , so I was well within the operating hours. I was told although it was not listed on the website, or posted anywhere in the dealership, they did not take walk ins for oil changes past 5. I inquired for a few minutes before finally getting the attendant to admit they were refusing me service. If this is indeed the policy, it needs to be posted clearly in the service center, in the dealership, or even as an asterisk on the website. In all my research, all I can find is an open and close time for the service center.

Did correspond with sales person and manager through lot of email and phone and finally agreed the price and vehicle. Asked me to come to purchase the vehicle and it took me to reach there an hour and half drive. To my surprise i was told that car was already sold and the guy said the car sold by another sales person. He never tried to contact me to communicate about the car was already sol. i will never recommend anybody there and would never go back for another purchase.

Kevin Stringfellow was the service advisor for both my older Toyota Sienna and my 2014 Rav 4 . He is amazing and trustworthy. I also bought my Rav 4 at this dealership and I got a great deal. I have been going to this dealership for the past 15 years even when it had a different name and at a different location. The service personnel and the parts personnel are amazing and will help you as much as they can . You always feel comfortable dealing with them and they will not try to sell you things you do not need.

I just bought my gently used, impeccably maintained Toyota from this dealership and it's the only place I plan to buy from in the future. This was the first time I've ever bought a used vehicle and come out with such peace of mind and feeling great about my purchase. Despite being years old, my car's interior looks brand new and the exterior almost so. Doug, Cesar, and Vince worked great as a team to get us into our car on the same day. Doug was great about answering my questions in the way I needed, by email rather than phone. The paperwork was meticulous prepared and transparent. And, I might add, being a used-car buyer, my son and I were treated like just as high of a priority as if we were purchasing a higher-end new vehicle -- how refreshing! All that and a full tank of gas, too, and free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. Save yourself a lot of hassle and visit AutoNation Toyota Scion. (Wish I'd gone there first.) It was a totally positive experience in purchasing a car!

Best car buying experience ever. I had been researching cars and test driving cars from other dealers in the area. When searching on-line, found a Toyota that I actually had not considered before - but was intrigued enough to visit AutoNation. Vincent Nguyen met me in the lot and showed me the car. I decided to buy. Vincent did a fantastic job showing me the car, test driving and then starting the purchase process. The entire experience was fantastic and proceeded as quickly as practical. This is a very good dealership for starting the car buying experience.

I visited the dealer to buy a new car at the advertised internet price and was told I had to pay an additional $1000 for window tint and some irrelevant package as an absolute must. I was told by the sales rep that I need to read between the lines. So take their advertised "low" price with a grain of salt. Also they do not compare or even come close to other deslerships when it comes to valuing tradeins. Their Sales Manager seemed rude.

My salesman, Valente Grimaldo, was very patient with me. I did not get any of that pressured sales pitch. Mike Spencer, gave me a small discount to beat the other quotes I had from other dealership. AutoNation is the best kept secret in Houston, or maybe just to me. I found them while I was on line goggling to purchase a new car. The price was right so I sent an email and got an immediate response from John Comyack , the internet salesman. I told him that I was interested in looking at two cars I saw on line, he had them ready to text drive upon my arrival. I text drove one of the cars and he offered his input on why I should purchase. He was very nice. He introduced me Richard Smith, Sales Manger. This guy has excellent customer service skills, he is very knowledgeable, attentive and concerned about the care of his customers. He needs to be cloned. I also had the experience of communicating and working with R. Valdez, General Manager, and S .Salehoun, Sales General Manager I found these guys to be men of integrity. I was really impressed with the way they took care of me. We purchased two cars from them. If you are looking to buy a car. Stop by and get excellent treatment with no pressure.

I brought my pre-owned Sienna from AutoNation in March, and needed to get a 5000 mile service done. I also had some minor cosmetic repairs that needed to be performed. I also like to bring my own Oil in for the service.Kevin has always treated me fair and square in the past, so I always like going back to him. Because my work location changed, I needed to bring it in on a weekend, instead of the work week. He told me that he needed the car for the whole day which was not a problem. He completed all the service that I asked him to perform, and then I asked to do a wheel alignment which was not on the original work order. He said, no problem give him a couple more hours. When I went to go finalize the bill, he let me know that the Sienna model I was currently needed 6 quarts of oil, not the just the 5 quart jug I had brought in. He went an bought the extra quart for me, and just put it in the bill.I know weekend service gets REALLY hectic, and I try to avoid like the plague. But they really handled it like a champ. I will keep coming back to AutoNation Gulf Freeway.

After shopping for my Avalon over a period of weeks and in several cities as year end inventories were getting scarce, I made a great deal at AutoNation on the Gulf Freeway in Houston. I had purchased my previous auto at the same dealership when they were Champion. Carlos Torres did an amazing job of keeping me informed and ultimately closing the deal. He is indeed an asset to this dealership. His knowledge and professionalism is a rarity these days. Kudos too, to the Sales Manager, David Martinez and the Finance Manager, Angel. Initially when driving vehicle, the Sonata pulled to the right. I asked the salesperson to check with mechanic to perform a wheel alignment. After salesperson spoke with mechanic, the salesperson told me that the vehicle should normally pull to right and nothing is wrong with wheel alignment. I beg to differ. I'll have my mechanic take a look at wheel alignment and readjust the wheel alignment on the Sonata. Also, the A/C had a musty smell when I first entered vehicle to do a test drive. Salesperson mentioned to me that they have a guy who can deodorize the musty smell from cabin. Well, the deodorize method has worn off and I still smell must smell from turning on A/C unit.

We just traded in our 07 Acura RDX for a 2015 Toyota 4Runner. I absolutely love it. It was great working with Ryan Albritton; he's a retired Paratrooper and it was cool that we got to work with someone who's military. The buying process was really easy, although it was long so bring snacks if you have the kids with you. Also, Toyota knows they have damn good cars so while they work with your budget, don't expect to get great discounts on vehicles. However, a Toyota will run forever and I think it's worth every penny. I'm super excited to have a bigger vehicle for the family. We take it to the beach and while it's a much larger vehicle, I can drive it very easily. (I'm 5ft3.5in). My son loves the back seat and I enjoy having much more room in the trunk. Great dealership. Excellent vehicle!

We recently bought a Toyota Camry from this dealership and we got an exceptional salesman who did an exceptional job. Initially, we were thinking about buying a SUV and test drove 3 SUVs. I bought a new 2015 Toyota Venza. The process was quick and fast. I had did my research for about 7-8 months and the price they offer was lower than my price by $1000. They had the color and options on the vehicle. I did purchase an I'm but didn't matter with price lower than I expected. The vehicle drives better than any car I had. Every person I spoke to who own a Venza love the smooth ride. Once you drive one it's true. Test drive it today.

I own a 1997 Toyota Camry. Since 2008 I have had it in and out of a nationally known auto repair service company for one reason...to stop a front end leak. Each time I paid for new parts but it still leaked. After over $4,000 worth of work, I had taken it back (another $800) only this time I had the same leak plus a new one. (I should have quit sooner), I decided it was time to take it to a Toyota dealer (Auto Nation) where my son knew they had a good reputation. They cleaned my engine, kept it running on a rack, found the leak, repaired it and repaired the damage done by the by the local shop. It runs better than ever, no leaks, my car was returned clean, and at a reasonable price for all they did. The mechanic, Charles, was truly a professional and knew what he was doing. And the service adviser, Tommy, could not have been better to work with. Tommy kept me informed of what was going on, what needed to be done, and answered all of my concerns. I promise you, I will not go anywhere else in the future. On another note, my son and I were impressed with the immaculate condition of all areas, and the service areas were set up so as to make those waiting for their cars very comfortable. Also, we liked the fact that you could purchase a lot of the accessories that were on display there.

Even after buying three new cars in the past, car buying did not rank high on my list as one of my favorite things to do; I actually dreaded it. Im glad I choose Auto Nation to buy my brand new Tundra. With their great customer service and sales experience I felt confident and sure on what I was purchasing. My sales agent Taha Yusuf which I highly recommend helped through my whole process along with Nelson Taveras. They explained and maked sure I understood everything I was signing and need it to know. From the moment we walked in, we were met with a friendly reception. Our salesman, Vincent was very friendly and thorough. We were not really there to buy that day. Our goal was to look one more time and narrow the field between other models we had been looking at. He took time to show us all the vehicles in the color we wanted and at the end, we came home with the car. Our Finance guy was also excellent. I would highly recommend Autonation. My sales associate Anthony Avera, was amazing. From the time I walked to the end of my sale and even after that when I came in to order more parts. He was no hassle and was the first associate to assist me. Others appeared to busy or just walked away. Anthony allowed me to test drive as many cars and trucks as I wanted. I had such a good experience that when I came in to pick up my truck my wife bought a Prius for herself.

I was shopping around for a pre-owned vehicle and had become very frustrated with the process. I had some dealerships call me and tell me I was pre-approved and to come in for further assistance. I would come into the dealership only to be told I don't qualify through their company. I knew I had less than perfect credit but I also know that it's very possible to get into a vehicle under these circumstances. So, I came across Autonation Toyota Scion on the Gulf Freeway and ran into a dealer named Felix Castillo. I immediately explained to Felix the situation I was in and he assured me not to worry and he would take care of me. As we continued to talk I found out that Felix was a very skilled car salesmen with over 35 years of experience. He was very professional and confident that he could get me the car of my dreams. He fought tooth and nail with the banks on my behalf until the point of exhaustion. I had never seen a car dealer care so much about the customers well being. To make a long story short, I ended up in a beautiful pre-owned vehicle that exceeded my expectations. Thanks Autonation and particularly Felix Castillo for your relentless Effort and courteousy. Service was great. Clarence Hill is a great employee for Toyota. Gets you the best deal for your trade in and on your new car. He truly went out the way on making the customer happy. Our trucks weren't ready for pickup so he got us rental cars to drive. Called us everyday on the status of our cars. At the end when the cars were ready for pickup, cars were washed and waiting in the showroom. Took 15 min and I was driving of the lot. I was very happy with this dealership and I recommend anybody that is looking for a great car/truck to visit this dealership and ask for Clarence Hill. Thanks Clarence.

8/21/14 we purchased a 2012 Corolla from Auto Nation Gulf Frwy. I was impressed by our sales representative, Alejandro Montalvo. Very professional, but went beyond his job description to satisfy our needs,since we are an elderly couple. He travelled to our home so my husband could sign the final papers,then delivered our beautifully detailed Corolla a few days later and picked up the loner car he had insisted we use. Now that's my idea of a caring place of business. I would definately recommend Auto Nation and especially Alejandro Montalvo to all that appreciate good service.

I was satisfied with the overall process with AutoNation Toyota Scion Gulf Freeway. Specially, since I had been to other dealers there was pressure involved buying the car. I did not like the fact the sales persons was getting side tracked. Where as with Toyota, Mike Smith was very calm and patience with the entire process. The Toyota team was very well trained, coz as soon we agreed on the bid. Had young lady( don't recall her name) Explain to me about the warranty and connect my phone with blue tooth. We recently purchased a new 4Runner from AutoNation Toyota Scion Gulf Freeway. Our salesman was Ryan Albritton. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Ryan was very professional and responsive to our requests and needs. He stayed late one night with us and came in on his day off to complete the sale. I still feel like we paid a little more than we should have, but given the positive experience we had at this dealership, I feel okay about it. To us, customer service is every bit as important, if not more important, than the bottom line price. The purchasing process took a bit longer than it should have. We recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler, and we were in and out of the Jeep dealership in less than an hour. It took us several hours to get through the AutoNation buying process, even though we were already pre-approved for a loan. We also use this dealership for repair and service, and they are always very responsible. The appointment system is very handy. The facility is very clean and comfortable.

Simple, no hassle process. Other places I went to set prices way too high only so they could pretend they were bargaining by coming down a little, still ending up above a competitive price - don't fall for those scams. The price listed at AutoNation Toyota was a very fair price (I purchased a certified pre-owned TRD off road Tacoma). They made it very easy for me to compare various monthly payments given a range of down-payments and loan lengths. The competitive pricing made the bargaining process very simple and fast for me. I definitely got the best price of all the comparable trucks I was looking at around Houston. The salesman, Mr. DalBosco, was very polite and made the whole process that much easier. The finance folks were also very easy to work with when closing the deal. When I got home I noticed a small piece of hidden trim missing...spoke with Mr. DalBosco and he fixed it quickly the very next day at no charge. I have only positive comments for the staff. The facilities at the pre-owned building are a little outdated, but not bad...and I wasn't there for the building anyway! Got a great truck from a great dealership!

Is was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process, however MJ, made me feel very comfortable. I told him what I wanted and made sure that I was happy with what was presented to me. He worked with me. Made sure I had everything that I needed before I left. I could write about how I love my new Corolla but being in the customer service business, the way that customers are treated is far more important to me. I could have gone to any dealership and gotten the same car for the same price but the patience and overall care that was shown by MJ was very impressive. Overall this was a very pleasant experience... Oh... And I LOVE my new Corolla!!!!!

Bought a new 4-Runner from AutoNation Toyota and it was one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. Taha, our salesman knew we were on our way and he had the car waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership. Very pleased with the RAV4 I purchased. Abid was very pleasant and helpful. He assisted me greatly in making sure I had everything in order to drive off the lot. Even making phone calls for me and updating/informing my insurance carrier of my new vehicle purchase. I also appreciate Nelson in finance and how he made sure I knew exactly what was available to me, if it was beneficial or not and laying everything out on the table for me to decide. I normally dread the car purchasing experience, so I wasn't sure how the day would go. I asked the salesman if I could just wander around for a little while by myself. He pointed out the vehicles I mentioned and then left me alone until I was ready. That made a huge difference since I was able to look around without someone hovering over my shoulder.

Bought a new Highlander from AutoNation Toyota and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I let our salesman, Taha, know we were on our way from NW Houston and he had the car waiting for us when we showed up. We were immediately able to take it for a test drive, and then start the buying process. Our finance guy was awesome as well. We didn't finish the sale until after 11, and our delivery specialist and Taha were still there to make sure everything went smoothly! They were all awesome, and I did not have to haggle with anything! I have not needed any repairs, so I cannot comment on the quality of repairs. Thanks again!

Initially, I went to this dealer to look into a Chevrolet Captiva that was on their lot. I found that the Captiva wasn't right for me, but I spotted the Impala that I ended up purchasing. My wife had a blowout in Houston on Thursday caused from a chuckhole. Service vehicle was sent out to put spare on car so my wife could make it home. Went to the dealer on Saturday to get tire replaced but found that the multi shield warranty company from San Antonio was not open on Saturday. Very disappointing. Had to go back the day after Memorial day (Tuesday) to get the tire replaced. Replacement went without any hassle. Thanks Champion Toyota.

I was very impressed with my car buying experience there at Auto nation Toyota. I must say I really dreaded buying a new car & rightfully so. My wife & I had been shopping for a Tacoma for 6 weeks here in Houston. We delt with 2 other dealerships prior to this purchase & left empty handed due to shady characters & basically terrible deals to be had. We found a wonderful deal on the net & scheduled an appointment that evening. It was the best price in town honestly Ive seen in 6 weeks! When we arrived at 7:30, they already had the truck cleaned, detailed, & on display in the garage on the side of the sales office. Mr. Le showed us all the features on the truck. We took it for a test drive around the neighborhood my wife & I decided to close the deal. There was no haggling needed as there were no surprise costs or deceptive accounting for us. Low pressure, low stress is a breath of fresh air. The price was as advertised on the net. I was very happy with the final off-the lot costs. It was exactly what we wanted & the truly the best price in town plain & simple. A special thanks to Tam Le for helping us get our extra truck home since we had 2 trucks now & 1 driver. I give it 5 stars for the price, sales integrity, & service we received. They were very busy but still attentive to us as much as possible understandably. Although my very first oil&filter change appointment did not work well, the dealership management was able to meet and discuss the issue with me, and I gave it another try. Haven't had any complaints since. Did not have a chance to do any repairs here, yet. So, can't judge that. But, the regular recommended vehicle maintenance service has been performed really well. They've been handling the routine maintenance, tire replacements, etc., on my Camry Hybrid for over 5 years. They were great at the previous location, and then became even better in their new facilities. Comfortable lobby, professional service reps and cashiers, merchandise displays for browsing, television, Wifi, complimentary gourmet cookies with water and hot beverages. Their work is guaranteed, and they explain all the details up front and again at completion.

I found the Tacoma I was looking for. I wanted a red, 4 door with 2 wheel drive. It was nice to have Bluetooth installed. I thought the process for dealing for the car and the paperwork required was too long (5 hours) but I received close to the deal I was looking for and do not think that I could of done any better at any other Toyota agency.

By far the best car purchase experience ever. Sales Rep Tuan Nguyen is awesome. You feel like you are in a Lexus dealership because of the professionalism, courtesy, and accommodating-mentality just without the Lexus prices. Just share your expectations with Mr. Nguyen and he will make it happen without pain. I drove over 60 miles to make this purchase because the way I was treated at other Toyota dealerships. I thought it would be the same experience. Just the opposite. Mr. Nguyen, sales manager, and finance guy should be cloned and placed at the other toyota dealerships I visited.

My wife, kids, my brother in law and myself are very satisfied with his customer service and made our buying experience very user friendly. I was looking for only one type model SCION FRS-10 and was not interested to look at any others/2013-14 Scion Tc. I did a lot of research on each car before going to AutoNation and felt the like theTc was to boxed in and not quick enough to compare with the FRS. After talking with my AutoNation sales consultant Fermin, somehow he convinced me to look at the 2014 SCION Tc-10 up close and test drive it around. Show stopper That car now sits in my drive way! Thanks Fermin. After one week I have put on 600 miles to the car and very happy with the service, and product.

This is a very good place of you're looking to buy a car. The salesman were very nice and friendly and also worked around my budget on my new car. I would recommend this place to anyone. I traded in a 2002 Toyota on a new 2013 Toyota Sport a few weeks ago. Support from the company staff was great and did not have a problem that was not resolved quickly. One note however, if you are mot sure if your new vehicle has all the features you think it has, be sure to ask the salesperson to clear up that question. We assumed the fully loaded model had road tracking included but unfortunately found out later that it did NOT have this feature. We really use this feature for our trips to NM and other areas out of our home location here in TX but this model did not have this feature included. The salesperson was very helpful in trying to come up with a solution but it was not possible. Be sure to ASK if the vehicle you are interested in buying has all the features that you want in that model before closing the deal. Will just have to rely on my handheld tracking device for all future trips. Otherwise great company and personnel. .

Fraud and dishonest Dealership -- Sold me three extended warranty program at the time of purchase. The verbal information provided by the Finance officer was incorrect and fell into the trap and spent close to $4500. Maintenance agreement - covers mechanical failures Service Agreement - covers scheduled services Appearance protection plan - covers exterior paint and interior Cancelled Maintenance plan within 30 days - Thought mechanical breakdowns are less likely on new cards and decided to cancel it. Promised full refund. Received $50 less because of some administrative fees not even mentioned during cancellation Service agreement - Decided to use it. Dealership informed that the maintenance plan cancelled 30 days after purchase was meant to be covering services. The service agreement covers mechanical breakdowns. So this service agreement is of no use to me. As i cancelled wrong agreement in the first place due to wrong information provided by staff. I called dealership to cancel service agreement. Dealership rep informed about full refund and requested clean title received from lien holder. Emailed scanned copy of the clean title with clear mention of 1005 refund as discussed over the phone. Dealership staff replied okay and promised to process cancellation. I received refund check $709.10 less than expected 100% refund. I called dealership to inquire about the discrepancy. Dealership informed that all refunds are prorated. Spent few days over the phone with no use. I lost my $709.10 due to wrong information conveyed to me and my careless cancellation without documentary proofs. Caution - please read your contracts carefully. Do not trust what dealership staff is telling about the warranties, vehicle. Please read all information personally, if you end of buying a car from this dealership. Spend some to read through contracts. I would recommend going to other dealerships around and have peace of mind on getting a honest deal. Honesty is very important when it comes to dealerships. A car buyer put trust into transaction and expects honesty in return. This dealership need to understand this. For a car buyer, this is very important transaction involving lot of money, time, and passion. Don't fall into sweet talks. Be diligent. Good Luck and take care.

I was on the market for a full-size pick-up truck, and have considered a few brands. I have never owned a Toyota before and a bit hesitant about it. I saw this dealership be built from the ground up, as I drive by every day to and from work. The size of it already tells you something, for size DOES matter. On July 3rd, after browsing the internet for hours looking for the best place to go, and what truck to buy, I had decided for the Toyota Tundra. I went on the Autonation Toyota Scion Gulf Freeway's website and submitted a contact request. It did not take long until I was greeting with an e-mail from a fine and kind gentleman, Cristian. He asked some screening questions to facilitate the possible transaction, and to have a better understanding of what my needs were. A few e-mails were exchanged, and I felt comfortable enough to stop by. I did so on July 4th, and this was perhaps the best experience ever! From the time I arrived, to the time I left - driving the Tundra, by the way - every aspect of the deal went absolutely great. From the test drive and the handling of the finance and negotiations, to how they care about your satisfaction, I only have positive things to say. This location really cares about their clients, and I would not hesitate to go back and recommend it to friends. In fact, my wife was considering a Sienna, and for sure, because of this experience, we will get a Sienna at AutoNation Toyota. I would like to thank Dan, the Sales Manager, Cristian, the Sales guy, that took his time to explain many aspects of the truck I was looking for, and Rey, the Finance Manager for such a pleasant experience. You guys are the best, and I am very satisfied. There is no question about where I will be servicing my Tundra. I can only imagine that the service department will follow the same philosophy as their sales department, client first!

When you buy a Toyota you never worry about the vehicle quality - what you want is Service to match. I purchased a vehicle and serviced the same at the dealership for past 5+ years. Every time the interaction has been nothing but professional. There are no high pressure sales tactics, the service process is simple and straight forward, and every employee takes ownership of answering any question or walking you to someone to get the answers. Giving you a ride to work or telling you about Internet coupons, everyone works with the customer in mind. Even late in the day in the absence of Service Advisors, any staff will bend backwards to help.

On 6/14.2013 we drove 90 miles to the dealership to purchase a used Honda at a particular price which was agreed upon by all parties. After test driving the car, we found the rear AC not working. The sales manager said he would put it in the shop, find out what it cost to repair, and then decide if they would repair it or not. I stated that I would purchase the car at the agreed price IF they fixed the AC. They loaned us the vehicle over the weekend, with a promise of a loaner vehicle on Monday when we brought the car back. On Monday, when we arrived, the sales manager had changed his mind and decided he would put it in the shop, but it would be at OUR expense. He did not honor his word from Friday. Since we were without a vehicle at this point and 90 miles from home, I asked him where the nearest rental car company was. He told me, then never offered to take me there. I had to walk with my wife and two children to the rental car business to rent a car at my own expense just to get home, 90 miles away. No apology and not even a ride in 95 degree Texas heat to get us to the rental car company over a half mile away. My assumption is that over that weekend, the sales manager found out the repair would probably be too much and then decided not to repair it. We tried to contact the sales people over the weekend just to make sure we only needed to bring one car and they would have a loaner for us. On Monday, we finally got in touch with the service manager, who stated that they would give us a loaner and we only needed to bring the one car. It's pretty clear if I am going to bring my family 90 miles from home in a loaner car that I'm pretty serious about purchasing the vehicle. But when we got there, and were at the mercy of the sales manager, it was a totally different story. Deceptive is not a strong enough word for this dealership. To leave a family stranded 90 miles from home, not even offer a ride to the rental car facility, and turn around and walk off without even a "I'm sorry" is a pretty good indication of poor customer service skills. The deception, and not honoring a previously agreed upon deal on which we shook hands is an all time low for a TEXAS company. I would not do business with this company if they were the last dealership on Earth. They lied, they showed no compassion, no remorse, and really could have cared less if my family got killed on the side of the road. The last straw is they have my deposit for the car and have not even offered to return it. The sales manager simply turned his back on my family in 95 degree Texas weather and walked away. How's that for customer service?

There are just not enough accolades for our salesman Tuan Nguyen. My husband was looking for a for a good used Toyota. Tuan was very patient and showed him the comparison between used car verses leasing a new car. He purchased a 2013 Camry that day, hands down one his best decisions! We've bought many new cars in 36 years of marriage, I can't remember a better sales experience. We went by last night and he help me connect my cell phone to the bluetooth system in my car. He was happy to help and go over the features of the car with me. If you want the best salesman, ask for Tuan you will not be disappointed!

Poor service and communication all the way around. No wonder they have a large selection of vehicles, no one can ever buy one through the clowns that work there. Instead of giving me options on what I could drive away in, I got a no thank you for the Tacoma I went there for. Than the next day, a call that they wanted to work with me. Went back in, and nothing! Finance never budged so they wasted my time. They also never budged on price. After that, I receive an email from the sales guy stating that he would like to continue to look for a Tacoma for me but no follow up. I sent him an email within the same week because the Tacoma that I looked at and they wouldnt budge on was down by 1100. It was priced low on their site and cars.com and I wanted them to honor price. I made him aware and within a few hours of no response, I check the website and both had been changed back to the higher price. Clowns that can keep their vehicles. I had a much better experience at Sterling and now have the exact brand new Tacoma I wanted without the games - for a better monthly payment and less headache!

We were offered an excellent price for our trade-in as well as on the new 2013 Highlander that we purchased. Everyone is very friendly and the buying process was fairly smooth. The dealership has a clean, comfortable facility.Love the coffee!This is the third new car we have purchased there since 2006 so I guess we would be considered loyal customers. I went in there around 4 to purchase a RAV4 and didn't get finish the entire purchase until after 8. My sales person was incredible, very nice and helpful. His name was Patrick I believe. But besides the genuine helpfulness of Patrick, there was nothing in this buying process that was decent. The manager above Patrick was incredibly rude and didn't explain things well. And on top of that, made accusations about my credit, basically not very helpful at all. But after that, the manager above that guy helped us run my credit report again real fast and got us approved. But that was when the extensive waiting began. Patrick drove us from one office to another to try to get us finished up faster since we've been there for hours, but he ended up having to drive us back to the original office and we had to wait for about another 45 minutes for that unhelpful manager to input and load all the data up.

On Mar 28, Autonation has the sale $1000 off the stock vehicle invoice. I called to talk to the sale lady Amena and then the Business manager Donna. They both confirm that as long as i come in, place order, then the vehicle is considered in stock and then I can use the discount. I got off work later ( 8:30 PM), came in, and got rejected by the sale manager (Dave). And then he proceeded to talk me into buy his stock vehicle It is a waste of my time even though I checked it ahead of time. This dealer uses all tactics (including lying) to get you into the store and then start to fool you to by their cars. They refused to provide you quote and blamed it on server problem blocking their email. When I came in, they showed me the mail corresponding between the sale and I. Nothing coming from them for the quote

My car-purchase experience with Mike Smith at AutoNation Toyota on the Gulf Fwy., was very pleasant; the dealership is very nice, ample, well organized, with good facilities and "extras" for the customers in the waiting areas. Mike is very knowledgeable of what he is doing, he knows the products he's selling; he explained to me every detail and answered every question I asked. During the purchasing and negotiating process I didn't feel the "pushing" to do things you don't want to which you feel at other dealerships or from other salespersons; Mike was very professional and we were able to reach an agreement in just a few minutes while talking about the different options I wanted to have in my vehicle. We purchase a 2011 Highlander Limited on March 9, 2013 at AutoNation Toyota Scion Gulf Freeway; Ray Hughes was our sales representative he did everything in his power to find the vehicle equipped with everything I requested. Mr. Hughes was polite, patience, very professional and was able to answer all questions asked by my husband and I in a professional manner. We took the SUV out for a test drive and fell in love with it, after returning from the test drive Mr. Hughes demonstrated to us all of the features the SUV had to offer. Rey Gomez was our finance manager he was friendly, patience, and very professional what my husband and I love the most about Mr. Gomez was his demeanor. Mr. Gomez took his time explaining detail information about the warranties the dealership had to offer, he answer all questions in a professional manner making sure my husband and I understood what the warranty had to offer. He did not pressure us into purchasing a warranty however, he did give good advice, and therefore I believe my husband and I made the right decision by purchasing the warranty. My repairs were for over $2,600 of which GEICO paid $2,000 on which repairs they covered. This left my portion and I had given Armando Rodriquez several coupons to use in conjunction wih the repairs. When I get home, I find a 15% discount card for sales and service. I immediately contacted Armando to ask that this newest discount card be used on my very clostly repaired. Hsaid he could not honor it at this time even though the card was in effect. I feel this is a very bad business practice to engage in hopining to bring back good custom from long time clients but instead run them away.

Our car salesmen, Vince Sanchez and Taha Yusef, were awesome! They got us the 4runner that we wanted without being pushy. We would recommend them to everyone. However, beware of the finance department! That is where the pushiness occurs. We had to wait for an 1.5 hours to sign papers, and then we were there for another 2 hours.

My purchase was a dream! I had a budget that I needed to stay within and I explained that to Keith, my salesman. I was also a good way from home and did not want to get caught up in traffic if the deal was not realistic. The sales manager came and talked to me and we came to an agreement on the price and the deal was done! It was the most pleasant experience in all aspects that I have had with dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership and service to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I dont like this dealership becuase when i bought my toyota corrolla 2010 it was so expensive. and i bought it on night time it has dents on my passenger side i got it from jose lemus when i call him the next day he says you can come get it fix tommorow but he knows that its 3 day return policy so he kept telling me our paint shop is not open right now you can come some other day after three days i went there and i showed it the sales manager he told me he is gona charge me for that so i am like what the hell i already paid 1500 money down on this car i dont have that much money i am a student and i work partime and then he says he is gona charge me guess what it was a horrible experience to buy a car from this dealership.

My sales man guy was Miguel, cuban guy from autonation toyota. Love that he was very respectful new what he was doing, played no games. Overall loved the experience, even though the store closed at 10 I believe we stayed there till 12 am! Through out all that they still helped me with a nice attitude. Most deff recommend!

We have NEVER had such an easy experience buying a vehicle! We found the vehicle online, and they held it for us for a few days. We were able to submit our loan application online, so when we arrived, the paperwork was all ready for our decision. We also VERY impressed with the extended package on the vehicle. We had not made the decision to buy it until the day of the appointment, but they made it so easy and the deal was so good, it was a no brainer to buy it!

I drove in for an oil change, specifically wanted my tires checked, check fluids, wash car. I came 30 minutes early and waited 2-1/2 hours. I drove out with the low tire light on, and my car wasn't washed. After driving 2000 miles, my dash icon said I need to change the oil. According to the Toyota manual, when the icon stays lit it means you went 5000 miles already. I only went 2000! I'm now wondering if the guy even changed my oil at all. I believe I drove out with the same oil I drove in with. I never got to the change oil date or the mileage. The mechanics here do not service the cars. They drive the cars in the back and you can't see what they AREN'T doing to your car.

I'm a return customer and for good reason. As a single female, Champion (their name at the time of my first purchase - 2009 Prius) treated me with respect and not like I should have had a man come with me to make the purchase. Believe me, I was treated poorly at other dealerships and even ignored. I knew what I wanted and they didn't try to switch things up. I had my Prius serviced only at Champion and was never disappointed with either the service or their treatment of me. Consequently when I decided to get a new Prius - because I wanted the solar roof - I went back to Champion/AutoNation. I researched the car I wanted with the trim level and color I wanted with several other dealers online but ultimately returned to Champion. And, again, with the purchase of my 2013 Prius, I was very pleased with how I was treated. I felt like I got a fair deal and they gave me a good price on my 2009, I highly recommend this dealership for many reasons and tell all my friends what a good experience I've had with both my cars from Champion.

I just purchased a 2013 4Runner from AutoNation, or actually, from two very personable AutoNation reps: Jose Lemus and Brad Biondo. I have to say that it was a very good experience; no pressure, no attitude and coming from a female's perspective, absolutely no patronizing which is something I cannot stand. I have been "shopping" to replace my 2002 Tacoma, which I still dearly loved, for a couple of years, and decided to purchase a 4Runner. I knew what features and color I wanted, just as I knew what I did not want. Jose and Brad "shopped diligently" for this vehicle and sent emails with the details as they would find something close. Jose never drove me crazy with his finds, but only would check in to make sure I received the emails. I was honest with them from the start: I was NOT in a hurry and was certainly not an emotional buyer, NOR did I have to have a new vehicle. They understood that and never once pushed. Then I get an email and when I opened it, it was exactly what I wanted and had several nice additions. Of course, I did not want to have to pay for those extras as I didn't feel I had to have them. I agreed to look at the vehicle so took my 2002 Tacoma in for their evaluation as I had told them I would sell it if they didn't make me a fair offer on it since it was of course, clear title and had been for years. Needless to say, I ended up extremely happy with the deal they gave me on my Tacoma and the brand new 2013 4Runner, and left that day with it! I had always been a Ron Carter customer prior, but the last purchase for my husband's truck left a bad impression for them, so I can say we have certainly found a new dealer we'll return to when we're ready to replace my husband's truck! Excellent Customer Service and I look forward to the regular service opportunitties with Kevin Stringfellow as he used to my go-to guy for my Tacoma (before I married someone who took care of everything)! Stopped in for oil change and decided to take a look, Ozair Aziim-my friendly sales person started to show me some of the New Highlanders. I am not into the leather seats but most of their cars came with leather. We walked around looking at different models and finally settled on one. Just basic model, no power seats, a 4 cylinder but missing the top rack. We really wanted one and would have to pay the extra $$ to have one installed once our car was delivered by Monday. The finance rep- Angel had most of our papers ready to sign but Ozair came in and said he had another vehicle to show us. it was just a bit more but considering the extra cost to have the rack installed it seemed like a MUCH better deal. So we took a look and fell in love with it. We got a V6, power seats, defrost on the mirrors and windows, a back up camera! And of course the top rack. Thank you to Ozair for considering what our needs and looking out for us. Now that is Customer Service! We will be back to purchase another vehicle from this location. And a special thank you to Angel for working with our financial aspects to get us a great deal.

I recently purchased a new 2013 FJ Cruiser and was very pleased to work with Jack Nguyen during the entire process. He took his time and was very patient answering my many questions. Jack was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with unlike other car salesman at other dealerships. I was originally shopping for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited but did not get the same comfortable, unpressured treatment as I did with Jack. So I ended up driving out with a new FJ Cruiser instead. Thanks Jack!

AutoNation (formerly Champion) Toyota was very easy to work with online and sent me very good pricing for my online inquiry. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the car, they lowered another $500. They were friendly and courteous. The facility was clean and they had a nice mix of high-end and basic models on the lot. They gave me a very good deal on my trade-in (almost double what another dealership offered me). The next time I'm looking for a new Toyota, I will start with this dealership.

BEWARE HORRIBLE SERVICE ADVISOR!!! Tuesday morning was our appointment to get a basic oil change, our honest and trust worthy service advisor Thomas was not avil, and what seem to be a nice gentleman name KEVIN STRINGFELLOW approached us and ask what we wanted, we respond we had an appointment with Thomas for an oil change, he LIED to us and said that Thomas was running late, he proceeded on taking our vehicle in to get the oil change , while we were looking at the tire rack he asked us in a very RUDE TONE what vehicle we need tires for, we proceed on telling him we needed 2 tires, RUDE KEVIN STRINGFELLOW interrupted us by saying if you buy 3 tire the 4th one is only $1.00 more, when we said we only needed two rear tires RUDE KEVIN STRINGFELLOW yelled out and said we don't have tires for the XRunner there anyways, and rudely walking away. After the oil change was done Rude Kevin told us that our vehicle need immediate attention, they have done what is called a "multi point inspection" with out consulting us first. when ask about the finding of our rear differentials Rude Kevin try to belittle our knowledge and was getting upset when we ask specific questions on the quality of fluid in there. KEVIN dont care for customer service, he call us "BRO" AND TELL US WELL THE SERVICES NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. I wish the Service Manager was there or the customer services relation lady Mary Ann Conner, they would have never tolerate this bad customer service from an advisor. Our family members combine have brought a few toyota's from this dealer. we would love to do more business with this dealer, but no longer will caused of the bad quality of service we get for a simple oil change. BEWARE OF RUDE KEVIN STRINGFELLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great People! From Donna (their online manager), to David Maharaj, the sales representative, who really took care of us at the dealership until we get our new Sienna and to Sam at the accounting, and to their tech representative, sorry I forgot his name, but he was really patient to show and explain to us how to operate the Sienna before we drove it out the lot. We would definitely recommend this dealership!

Overall I had a great experience at this dealership. The salesman David did a great job helping me with my purchase of a new Toyota Sienna. They had a good selection for me to choose from and test drive. They have followed up with after the sale asking how the vehicle is running and if there are any issues that need to be addressed. It has been a great experience buying from Champion Toyota and recommend them for your purchase of a new Toyota.

The price of the used highlander so doubled that we decided to get a new car but by then we were told papers have left dealership to state level. But the salesman, Yusuf, was a nice guy, explaining all that we need to know. But the finance side was really high because we didn't plan to spend that much on a used car. The car is nice though as at today haven't driven it much. Hopefully, we (wife and I) will enjoy the car in the long run.

The wife and I researched the car we wanted and then went to Champion Toyota Gulf Freeway. I appreciated how the salesman, Oz, answered our questions and discussed features we didn't know about without the salesman shtick. He even took us to another dealer so we could look at a another car we were considering, and I think to taunt the other salesman. We obviously let on how much we wanted the car because when it came time to negotiate Oz deftly thwarted my carefully crafted strategy, and I wound up not getting as sweet a deal as I planned. Eh, I was outclassed.Anywho, it was a busy end-of-the-year day, and somewhere between the floor salesman and the broker (whoever signs the papers) we were forgotten. When we brought this to their attention they apologized and put us back on track, but by then we had already pushed back a dinner date twice. So instead we left, and I wasn't sure we were going to come back. I was angry about being forgotten, since we were paying cash for a brand new car.They soon called, again apologizing for the delay, but not (I felt) really taking responsibility for forgetting us. When I got "so are we doing this or what?" - well that wasn't the phrase or the tone I wanted to hear. I told the caller (Nathan) that I needed something other than a verbal apology to make this right. We rescheduled for another time, and because I had yet to hear an offer for a conciliatory gesture, I was prepared to leave for good if come Monday morning they had nothing more to offer than "we're sorry."Then about an hour later I got a call from Brad, who did take responsibility for forgetting us (Champion as a whole, not Brad himself), and offered to take a few bucks off the agreed upon price.That worked. Honestly, I would have gone for a few free oil changes. (Maybe I'm not such a bad negotiator after all.)This was the customer service I was looking for, and everyone repeated it when we came back on Monday. We did have to fend off an extended warranty several times, but hey - it's a car dealership.They then took the time to bring us up to speed on all the gadgets in the cockpit. The technician was a very knowledgeable and courteous young man, who's name escapes me. (Sorry, bro.)So in all, although it wasn't perfect, it was a good car buying experience. Four out of five stars, and yes we would recommend them to our friends, and buy there again ourselves when the time comes.

I had the advantage of selecting my vehicle through USAA's buying service so I knew the price and had secured financing going in. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Ryan Albritton. He was friendly and helpful, and assisted us in selecting the right color, ect. Unfortunately, when they learned we already had a fixed price, we went down on the priority list. We still had to go through the "Finance Dept.", which took FOREVER. They still tried to switch us to their financing, at one point trying to convince me I had to fill out a credit app even if I wasn't using their financing. They also tried hard to push the warranty, etc. - even though I stated from the outset that I was only purchasing the car at the price stated. They finally took the car to get washed. When we were finally able to leave, the wash guy had lost one of the keys. We had to go pick it up the next week after they found it. The salesman was very helpful, considering he wasn't making much on us and we didn't trade a vehicle. It would have been easy for some folks to be intimidated by the finance rep. Happy with the vehicle, but took far longer to purchase a vehicle than you would expect if you walked in with money in-hand, knowing the VIN of the vehicle you wanted (3+ hours).

This is our second vehicle purchase from Champion Toyota Gulf Freeway. Their facility is nice and they have a nice inventory. Our salesman, Fermin Deanda, was very helpful and professional. He actually owned a similar vehicle so he had some great input to help with the process. There is always a bit of stress involved with major purchases but the staff at Champion was very informative without being pushy. When we received the vehicle we were given a helpful overview of the systems/options. We also had several follow-up communications to express their appreciation of our business and to receive feedback, if applicasble.

I recently purchased a new corolla from Championship Toyota. Immediately Mario came up to help. He was very attentive and friendly. He listened to what I wanted (I had researched beforehand) not what he wanted to sell me as I had experience at another dealership. The finance manager was also great. He worked with me to get the best deal for my budget. Overall I had a wonderful shopping experience. I would definitely recommend Mario and the rest of the staff!

Recently bought a certified tundra unfortunately it had some issues which got resolved but in my opinion they shouldn't have been there in the first place since they r advertising it as "certified" and staff is great once u r there in person but good luck trying to get anyone to call u back when u leave emails and voicemails for them.. It's almost like they only care about the sale and once it's closed it's on to the next one.. No customer relationship for the long haul.... I wouldn't buy from them again let alone send friends to them when I experienced bad service.. Also the manager basically accused me of scratching the truck when I told him about those dings yet his own sales staff saw and documented those scratches on their own paperwork! They ended up getting fixed once I told him to ask his staff if he didn't believed me and the finance guy verified what I said... So beware that even tho they have good prices service will be bad... Unless u don't care about that kinda stuff then this is the place for u

I have been wanting this car since it was first built in the late 90s. Occassionally checking the area for availability and price, Champion answered my online email request quickly. I met with David Morrow later in the afternoon, took her for a spin, and started paperwork. He was thorough in explaining the car's features, the paper process, and delivery. Communication has been clear and prompt. Sales, finance and service staff have all been very helpful and professional. We are still in the "They Owe Me" some incidentals, but all is good. I highly recommend David and his staff to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I went in looking for a used Tundra. My salesman David " Texas Ranger" Morrow was very helpful. I made the purchase of a 2008 Tundra and after the extended drive home I noticed some things that I did not like about the ride of the vehicle. I called my salesman and he said " no problem just bring it back in" because they have a 3 day or 150 miles 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. When I got there we went over to the new side where I found another I liked and I got complete credit toward a brand new Tundra. I can't be more pleased. When I took delivery they pulled the truck inside and gave me a personal orientation to all of the electronics and systems of the truck. They answered every one of my questions and let me literally go over the truck inch by inch to make sure that everything was perfect. I have never had such great service when buying any vehicle!!!

Sales/Finance people at this dealership are great set of people, they don't pressure you into buying and their knowledge of the cars and addressing your concerns really stands out. I would not hesitate to go back and would recommend this dealership to anybody who is in the market to purchase a new Toyota.

The entire process was painless and a real pleasure. The fact that we drove to Houston from San Antonio (away from 5 local dealerships) to trade and make the deal should speak volumes about their willingness to satisfy our needs. I had bought a new car last October, and i was very dissapointed with the sales service and with the car. I went to Toyota on Friday and boy was i in for a great experiance!!!The dealership from the moment we walked through the door was very very nice. Everyone there was very curitous. My salesman was wonderful, very imformed about the Prius, that's what i wanted.The whole process went very well. (not to mention the great lounage with all you need to be comfortable,,latte's ect.) This is my story. Me and my colleague were traveling on 45 south and all of a sudden we heard a loud sound coming from around the engine of the car. I pulled over, afraid that the car was going to die on me while I was on the highway. Frightened to death I call all the nearby repair shops and dealers and no one would be able to even take a look at the car for another 3-4 days. I didn't try Champion Toyota at first because they were a bit far from where I pulled over so I was afraid my car would not make it there. After all the other failed attempts with the nearby repair shops I called Champion Toyota and spoke to Doug (service adviser), he understood my situation and actually cared. He told me to come over and he'll get someone to look at it as soon as possible after waiting 15-20 minutes. We take him up on that offer and make our way to Chamption Toyota. We pull up at the dealership and Doug was actually a man of his word. They have a huge service bay and a lot of staff so the wait time was MINIMAL and a qualified technician was diagnosing my car within 10 minutes of us pulling up. They found out what the issue was, got the parts ordered and placed me in a loaner vehicle. Long story short, if you want to be taken care of the right way and deal with honest people go to Champion Toyota. If there's something wrong with your vehicle be sure to ask for Doug (service adviser).

On the Sales side I found the team I used to be great in regards to their service and helpfulness. They were respectful and treat both my wife and I as we expected to be. However, be cautious when dealign with the financing people, they came across as slick and in my opinion seemed to play more games than concerned with getting us out the door. When we did not want to add the additional services they kept pushing, they tried multiple tactics including getting the "Director" involved just to "confirm" they had our information correct in their system. Interestingly enough, he kept trying to push the same services. I flat had to tell them to stop as I knew they were doing and I was not interested in giving my money to anything that would not directly go to paying off my car note. So just be cautious when deeling with the Financing, even though we received a great rate.
