I had sworn I would never use this location because of horrible customer service to fix a recall for my Honda Accord five years ago. My plan was just to test drive there since it is close to the house; I did my homework, knew what I wanted to spend and what was a fair deal. Everyone is surprised I came out with a car later that day. That is because I was treated so well by my sales person Harold Santana. None of the pressure tactics, none of the man "talking down" to the "little female buyer", no pushing me to get things I did not ask for. He listened to what I wanted, walked me through the various options, discussed the pros and cons of different options based on what i wanted. Very stress free- so I just bought that day. And Gema who dealt with the financing was great, straightforward and also did not come on strong. I hate car buying but this was relatively easy and I know I got a fair deal. Can't speak about the service department, but ask for Harold for a low pressure, low stress experience.

AutoNation Miami Lakes agreed to pay for a rental while I was unable to use my car due to a recalled airbag in March 2016. In July 2016 I began receiving bills from Hertz demanding payment. I contacted Honda Corporate who stated AutoNation Miami Lakes agreed to pay the bill. As of today's date, August 9th. they have neglected, refused and failed to pay this bill.

Only Need a cafeteria or another snacks machine. The place is nice, everybody is professional. The receptionist, the manager Mr. Torres; mr. Luis, the seller, and the financist ms. Got the car via a leasing agent, so I didn't actually visit this dealer in person. They delivered all paperwork, registration to me fine. Only complaint is that they delivered the car to my home at 11 PM at night, really late.

My experience with my sales representative was superior. He was well experienced with the type of vehicle we needed. He was patient. He explained all the required detailed of the vehicle. He also took the time to show us how to operate the side view camera, installation of telephone information in the vehicles which allows us to experience communications with the touch of a button for a safer diving experience. My credit union had misunderstood that I would not pick up car until Monday. Salesman was off that Saturday, but sales staff took care of me very rapidly. I recently purchased a honda civic ex at this location. I have been to many different locations and this location was clean and had lots of inventory to look at. Eddy Gomez was my sales associate and he helped me every step of the way. I was looking at the civic ex's and he helped me find the right color and specifications i was looking for. AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes did a fantastic job helping me purchase a 2012 Honda Odyssey EXL last week (14 Feb 2015). Since I live about 3 hours from Miami, it was important that everything work smoothly. After talking to Patrick (internet sales) and Tim (manager), I was comfortable making the trip. I was not disappointed. The car I purchased was clean, gassed, and ready to drive when I arrived. Even though the dealership was jumping with customers, Patrick ensured I got white glove treatment. There were no financial surprises, the price was as shown on the paperwork they sent me prior to my trip to buy the car. There was no effort to get me to buy additional services, etc. Very professional. Very appreciated. Only reason for a 4 star on buying process was it took too long to get into the financial folks who do the title and tag activities (~ 1 hour wait).

I went into AutoNation Honda because I was looking to buy a used car. Although it was my first time buying a car, I had a very strict image of what I wanted to purchase. I wanted a Corolla/Civic in Black/White, I had no intentions of walking out with a car the same day but I definitely did! The sales associate Juan made it so easy to fall in love with the car I already wanted! He gave me many options and didn't rush me in any way. He was patient and worked with what I had to offer. Great buying experience! I will definitely be returning in a few years for a new car when I'm ready to change it up. Looking forward to working with Juan and Ali again! I was initially a little apprehensive going through the long process of getting a new car. Carlos made the process as enjoyable as possible He was completely honest which is not something a young lady expects when walking into a car dealership! Went to to AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes for my first car purchase. The sales person Ali was exelent at doing his part, getting the cars i wanted to test and what not. After finally agreeing to the car price, went over to speak with the Finance department in this case i spoke to Jeff. upon reviewing all the papers and getting my additional coverage pvc which included 10 included oil changes and tire rotations. i was able to take my car home. Two days go buy i get a call from Jeff (finance department) told me they were able to lower my montly payments and i had to go back to the dealer to sign a new contract. Went to the dealer and i i signed all the new paperwork and JEFF told me everything was the same nothing had changed. all good till that point. Fast forward till 11/14 i went for my first oil change that should be coverd with the plans i got. well, when i got there the service department told me i didnt have the plan. i showed them all the paper work i had. Still they told me i didnt have it. they took me to the finance department where i was greeted by a different finance manager i explained to him and told me that upon signing my new contract they had taken all the extra plans i had decided to purschse back when i had purchased the car. Basically they didnt want to accept the fault that they did not tell what they had taken the plans i got and lied to my face. then in this same visit sales manager frank carcamo comes around and then still does not admit fault of nothing told me i still had to pay for my oil changes and services because thats how life is. another manager at one point laughed at me and walked out. Very rude finance team that didnt do atleast something to help understand my side of things.! these people lied to me for no reason, because i would had been fine if they told me they needed to take some things away from my finance. Stay away from this dealer, better off to take your money somewhere else, where atleast they are not trying to scam you in a little or big way.

I was trading in my 2010 Accord LX, and I wanted the same car, but a newer model. Little did I know that the Sport was a better fit for me and my family. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable of the cars. The FI manager, Jeff Torres, made the trade-in process quick and inexpensive. We bought a 2013 Accord from here in Jan '13, and have now had two follow-up services as part of the pre-paid service plan. The buying process was really easy (went through Costco), and we were given exactly what we asked for - no more, no less. The service component has also been no-hassle - on my most recent visit, Richard Mendez explained exactly all the things they had done, and was very polite and professional throughout. After dealing with another Honda dealership down South, where the service was rude and the quality of repair poor for the price paid, it has been a welcome change to interact with AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes. We purchased two cars from this Dealership. 2014 Honda Accord LX and 2014 Honda Civic LX. We did not go to the dealership but used the services provided by DADE COUNTY CREDIT UNION in Miami, Fl the Car Advisor. We were very impress with the services provided by Dade County Credit Union in shopping for the cars on our behalf. In less than a week we have two new cars. However the cars were delivered to our home in Margate, Florida by the dealership on time and with all necessary documents for me to execute. This is the best way to shop for cars and AUTONATION does have the BEST prices!!!! The only thing if I may complaint is the 2014 Honda Civic was not delivered with a full tank of gas it was approximately 1/4 tank. The Honda Accord was delivered with a full tank. This was a great experience for me!

Prices are the same as other places but they always try to tell you about the genuine Honda parts being better. I researched several SUV brands and models. I narrowed it down to the Honda CRV. Then I visited several Honda dealers. They gave me a fair price only after hours and hours of debating it. Then I went to AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes. I met Carlos Lemus. We talked briefly and then he gave me a price. His first quote was so amazing that I said: "let's do it". The whole experience took me about two hours: from the moment I agreed to the price, to the signing of the documents and leaving the dealer. I left the dealer on April 26 with a brand new white Honda CRV EL. This was only possible because of Carlos Lemus.

I was really very apprehensive about buying a new car before getting to Auto Nations Honda dealership. The salesman, finance personnel and general managers I have dealt with in the past have been closer to sharks than people. I really thought that I was in for a hard battle with a possible nervous breakdown when I got there. To my pleasant surprise, as soon as I met my salesman Carlos Lemus both my wife and I began to feel at ease just minutes after meeting him. All the people I met there were very pleasant and worth dealing with. I have always been very impressed with the Honda products, however, this is the first time i was impressed with the Sales side of the dealership. From the moment I walked in everyone was nice, helpful. The salesman, Ernie Rohn was excellent, helpful but not too pushy, I was not able to buy the car the first day, but Ernie still took me on a test drive and explained everything about the vehicle. After doing my homework, I came back because Nick the manager gave me an excellent price, no nonsense, no added fees and no gimmicks. As a female buyer, I appreciated not being taken advantage of like so many other car dealers that I went to. At signing, the deal was the deal I was quoted and it was fast and pleasant.. I have had follow up emails by Ernie to see if all is going well and if I have any questions. So far my experience has been excellent with this dealership. I have not used the service department yet but I was called to schedule my first follow up visit. I highly recommend this dealership, but when buying any car, I highly suggest you shop around and do your homework on pricing.

I recently wrote a review on this dealership and the handling of my lease (2014 Accord Sport) via the Fleet Manager at Auto Nation Honda Miami Lakes and an auto broker. I signed a contract that had 141 miles on vehicle without being disclosed to me prior to delivery, only to find that the actual odometer reading was 258 miles on delivery. June 5th, "Problem Solved" I must now give full credit to the Fleet Manager, Mara Redstone for making this right. She stepped in made contact and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. She deserves full credit for solving the problem and is a caring, conscientous and valuable employee. Thank you Ms.Redstone I wish Cars.com would allow me to edit the original review instead of having to add a separate review, but seems that is their policy!

Never, Never again will I do business with this DISHONEST company. I leased through a broker and my car came from AutoNation. It was delivered to me with over 258 miles on the odometer. This for a brand new 2014 Accord Sport. No mention of the mileage whatsoever. The contract I signed (buyer beware) stated 141 miles on the odometer, which I was not thrilled about, but I took the drivers word only to search through the Accord 2014's dash to find 258 miles on the odometer after the driver left and I took possession . I am extremely unhappy with AutoNation. The only response I got back from my broker who called the Fleet Manager at Auto N. directly, was an offer of a free oil change for my aggravation! How dare they! Talk about "smoke and mirrors." Never Never Never again!!!!! I am one Unhappy Customer, and still waiting for a response to rectify the situation responsibly. How about it Mrs.Redstone, fleet manager of Auto Nation..........

Just purchased a new Honda CRV and after searching at 4 other dealerships nearer to my home, I chose AutoNation Honda because of the sales person, Ted Hockenberry, and the wide selection of cars and best price over all other dealers. I was very impressed with straightforwardness and no-nonsense communication honoring my boundaries of no phone calls and only emails. Ted was very patient with a multitude of questions and answered inquiries without hedging or avoiding negative issues. Beat the other dealers in cooperation, attentiveness, courteousness, customer orientation, and just trying to please whatever my needs or concerns. Did not try to force me into something I did not want or convince or lure me with half-true offers as other dealers. Could not do enough for me as customer, even after I purchased the car.

Overall a good experience, but the process of buying hte car was very, very slow. I didn't need need financing, so I felt it could be alot faster. And they still play the game where they "let me see if my manaer will accept this" and disappear for 20 minutes. Next time, I'll just go with him or have the manager come to me to deal directly. Anyway, it's over, I am happy with the car, but it was very irritating at the time.

I recently bought a 2013 Honda Pilot from Miami Lakes Honda and the whole experience was awesome! I inquired about the vehicle online and got a response within a few hours even though it was in the evening. The next day I took my car to the dealership and got a very good trade-in deal. I had my two kids with me and was very relieved to see that there was a playroom for them to spend the time in. Everyone at the store was very accommodating and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. It made the experience that much more pleasant. Thanks Ted!

I have two Honda dealerships very close to my house and I chose to buy my new 2014 Accord at AutoNation even though it was not one of the two closest dealerships to my house. It was because of the excellent way I was treated over the phone. People like Tedd make a difference. Even after the sale, he calls me every once in a while to check on me. I do not like to deal with car dealerships. In fact, I expected that negotiating a car purchase would be a negative one. However, due to the excellent service provided by James Sanchez, the experience turned out to be a pleasant one. He listened to my wishes and was attentive to them. He was interested in pleasing me. He was not aggressive or pushy. Instead, he exuded gentlemanly kindness and patience. I waved good-bye to James as I drove away in my new Honda Civic, but that was not the end of the transaction. James followed up with phone calls and e-mails to make sure everything was going well. I recommend the excellent service of AutoNation and our salesperson, James Sanchez.

The buying process was much easier than any other place I had been to and I had been browsing around for a month. Once I had chosen the car I wanted, we got down to business, everything was crystal-cleared. I gave a good down payment and so they gave me a good offer unlike other places that were not reasonable even with me giving a good down payment cash upfront. Signing all the documents is always long but they helped me through it in understanding and in hurrying up the process. Both the salesman (Manuel Frometa) and the finance manager (Carlos Fenice) were great and honest. They were helpful and not business jerks like most car salesmen. I felt the document process was a breeze, and for being a first time buyer and college student, they helped me out. It was my first time ever considering Honda and now I definitely recommend this dealership. I'm enjoying my Honda Fit!

My husband and I bought our car this weekend from Auto Nation Honda in Miami Lakes. We had been visiting dealers all weekend long and seeing different cars that would fit our specific budget and needs. Unfortunately we were not able to find anything that we liked and went to Auton Nation Honda almost at the end of a day on a Sunday. Dallas, Ronald & Francisco made it easy for me to buy my Civic from 2K miles away. They took a deposit to hold the vehicle, got sales figure estimates to me quickly via email, and worked smoothly with my independent inspector. Dallas, my official sales rep, stayed easily accessible via email, phone and text. He picked me up at the airport when I flew in to get the vehicle and the team got me on the road with my vehicle in only a couple of hours, without rushing the process at any point. They were very transparent in their approach and I'd recommend this team to anyone considering a similar long-distance purchase.

This dealer is the worst I have ever encountered. The salesman manny was nice and great until it came down to working the numbers. He forced my girlfriend to sign papers she did not want to sign ,and I told him we have to be out in 2 hours and he said no problem. As the 2 hour time limit came up he told me not to rush him. This was after everything was signed and the only thing left was to clean the car. It took him 45 mins to take the car to get cleaned n I told him forget Ill take it dirty and he yelled im putting the plate on, mind you the car is still filthy! Then his boss comes in and gives me an attitude for rushing him! Luckily the general manager is a friend of mine and was able to rectify the whole mess! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! And if you speak english guess what they dont so good luck!
